The Democratic House members and leaders like Jamie Raskin and others are sharpening their knives
and preparing in advance for a likely takeover by them in the House where they grab the gavels
and the ability to subpoena conduct oversight committee hearings leading up to impeachment.
And according to the Washington Post, there's more than a dozen different subject matter
investigations that the Democrats are already preparing for.
I'm going to go over them right here with you so you know what is at stake at the midterms.
Why turning the gavels over to the Democrats is important if you believe in the rule of law and the protection of our constitutional republic.
I'm Michael Popock.

All right.
Let's start in no certain order.
let's start by identifying the top 10 or so of the investigations that the Democrats are going to lead.
When they have the gavel, unlike now, when you're the party out of power, you can write a lot of nasty letters.
You can do a number of things in press conferences and shadow hearings.
But until you're actually in the driver's seat, there's little ability for the party out of power to rein in and out of control administration.
That will change after the midterms.
starting with the Trump family and the amount of money that they have found a way to earn
through Donald Trump's corruption and his policies which are which enable not only Trump and his
family and those around him but those on the periphery who are supporters of Donald Trump
in certain industries to make hundreds of billions of dollars the Democrats already in their
Oversight Committee already have a counter showing that you're looking at at least $5 billion.
I think that number is understated.
$5 billion going to Donald Trump and his family in cryptocurrency, in mining, in rare earth
minerals, in various industries that are benefited directly from Donald Trump's new policies,
where he changes the policies intentionally to benefit people in and around his life that have
ownership stakes in companies that can exploit the new policies. Five billion dollars, two and a half
billion dollars in just cryptocurrency alone, cryptocurrency profits alone, going to Donald Trump,
a lot of it from foreign powers. Can you see where the corruption of a sitting president
might be on the minds of the Democrats? So they're going to investigate that. They want to look
into all of the investment vehicles used by Jared Kushner and Don Jr. and Eric and the rest,
1789 Capital and the American Ventures, all of their businesses. It just seems that every time
they take a stake in a company where that company takes a stake in a mine or some sort of rare earth
mineral or some sort of rocket or robot or AI or cryptocurrency. Donald Trump announces a policy
that makes that industry a lot of money.
So we're going to take a deep look.
That's going to be led by Jamie Raskin.
In fact, here's a clip of Jamie Raskin talking about the future investigations.
Very quickly, because Republicans are warning that if Democrats retake the House,
your first move or you're going to move to impeach President Trump.
Do you support that?
Would you want to move to impeach President Trump?
Should Democrats retake the House?
Look, everybody on our side understands that impeachment is a critical tool in the toolbox for
constitutional self-defense against a president acting like a king, an imperious, lawless, arrogant
king. On the other hand, Donald Trump already is 50% of the impeachments of a president in American
history. And we saw what happened last time. He incited a mob to storm the capital to attack
his own vice president and Congress. We impeached him in the house. And we could get only seven
Republican senators to join us. We were 10 short, again, because of Mitch McConnell. So you don't
You don't support impeachment. You think it would be a waste of time? No, impeachment is not a taboo with us. It's not a fetish with us. We understand it's not a panacea. It is a tool in the toolbox. We will not hesitate to use it if we need to use it. But you also understand the framers gave it to Congress rather than the Supreme Court because they wanted us to contextualize impeachment in the whole sphere of things we got to deal with like getting health care back to our people because they've thrown millions of people off their health care with the Medicaid cuts and the destruction of the ACA tax credits.
President Trump has committed impeachable offenses at this point?
Undoubtedly, we don't have time to remotely scratch the surface, but going to war without a declaration of war, for example, continually defying Congress in terms of our appropriation of money, stealing our spending power from us.
I mean, I would say even just bulldozing the east wing of the White House, if you can bulldoze the East Wing, he can bulldoze the West Wing.
He believes that he is a king.
they've been plundering money from our government in the most massively corrupt presidential
administration in American history. I mean, his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, brought back billions of
dollars from Saudi Arabia in Qatar and the other corrupt oil monarchies. They are engaged in
all kinds of insider political trading. And Donald Trump has made more money in a year and a half
as president of the United States than every other president in American history combined.
and every member of the House and the Senate have made in our legitimate salaries in this Congress.
So nothing comes close to the kind of plunder and corruption we've been seeing in this administration.
And all of that could warrant an impeachment investigation if we wanted to do it.
But more important to us right now is getting health care to the American people and ending the lawlessness.
Now let's get to the IRS settlement.
You've got an attempt by Todd Blanche to give.
carte blanche to give a immunity free pass to Donald Trump and his family for past tax evasion.
That is a violation of the emoluments clause.
That is a benefit to the president to not have to pay hundreds of millions of dollars of back taxes
because Todd Blanche wrote a one paragraph unilateral document that says so.
Now that's being challenged in courts in front of Judge Brinkema,
but it is definitely fair game for the Democrats once they're in charge,
of these various committees, like the committee related to Treasury, to look at the IRS settlement.
Then you've got the, in terms of handouts to people in Donald Trump's life.
This is where those around his circle, in his constellation of influence, have benefited greatly
from his policy or his leaning on certain people and then redirecting the money to his
Friends. Example, there's a German company that had its offshore wind. Donald Trump doesn't like
wind energy. Offshore wind leases terminated by the federal government. They claimed it was illegal
in breach of contract and they sued for billions of dollars. Trump came up with a great idea.
Take the one, we'll give you $1.2 billion not to build these wind turbines, but you take that
money and invest it in a liquefied natural gas project down to Louisiana. Who owns
that a Trump friend? Right. You're taking taxpayer dollars, paying it over, it's money laundering,
paying it over to a German company who then invests it in a company tied to Donald Trump.
So, and we could do this all day long in a hot take on a video. There are dozens of examples
like this. Then there'll be an investigation about the blanket partons that were given to the Jan
Sixers, maybe other partons that are in the back pocket of Donald Trump. So we're going to look at
that. Then his construction projects, the reflecting pool, we just had new evidence come out that the
contractor for the reflecting pool said absolutely 100% that it was their fault that the reflecting
pool project failed, not vandalism. Reflecting pool, ballroom on the wreckage of the East Wing,
the Kennedy Center, the arch, you name it. These construction projects are going to come under
an oversight committee hearing led by the Democrats.
Immigration enforcement, all those people that were injured, maimed, and murdered as a result of Donald Trump's rollout of all of these different operations using the National Guard and ICE troops, that is going to be investigated.
Then you've got the firing, wholesale firing of federal departments gutting them and how it's made this country insecure.
Like the intelligence community being wholesale fired, the Department of Defense, the Department of Labor.
the department, all the departments that are related to education. We're going to look into all of that
when the Democrats take power. Then you've got the prosecutions of Donald Trump's political enemies,
the time, money, and effort that is being used in violation of DOJ policy to go after Donald Trump's
political enemies. You know, Adam Schiff, Senator California, New York Attorney General
at Disha James, James Comey, FBI director, John O. Brennan, former CIA.
director, Lisa, Lisa Cook on the Federal Reserve, formerly Jerome Powell, the chair of the Federal
Reserve, and the list goes on. That is going to come under the very jaundiced eye of the Democrats.
How about foreign affairs and the conflicts of interest, how Jared Kushner, the son-in-law and
Steve Whitkoff, the cryptocurrency business partner, are being the special envoys in Iran
while Americans die and we're left less secure.
And they're also doing business with the Saudi Arabians
and other people in that area, putting money in their pocket
while they should be negotiating a diplomatic deal.
So this is going to, you know, there's another,
that's just the tip of the iceberg.
But I wanted to give an outline here on LegalAF
