I'm back with a hot take about Peter Navarro, the disgraced economic advisor for Donald Trump, who also was one of the co-architects of the Green Bay sweep that we come to know as the fake elector scheme.

He's two months into a four-month prison sentence. He's technically federal inmate number 04370-510, as reported by the Wall Street Journal. Pedro Navarro has no regrets, he says. Not only has no regrets, he still thinks the Supreme Court is gonna take up his cause, despite the fact that they've rejected it twice. I think he's at the end of the road with the Supreme Court. That's why I said he is delusional.

He thinks that this, his case in which he refused and was found in contempt of Congress for not participating in a mandatory compulsory investigation by the Jan 6 committee. He wouldn't turn over documents and he wouldn't give an interview under oath. That's called contempt of Congress, where I come from. The Department of Justice prosecuted him. Judge Mehta, after a bench trial or a jury trial that found him guilty of those two counts of contempt of Congress,

sentenced him to four months. Judge Maeda denied his request on frequent basis to be out on bond or bail while he appealed. The appeals were rejected. It was denied by the district court of appeals, DC Circuit Court of Appeals, and then ultimately by the US Supreme Court. Why am I talking about Peter Navarro? Because if Donald Trump gets reelected, he will be back.

And that's the point of these kind of hot takes. You want to see Bannon back working for Donald Trump? You want to see Peter Navarro back and all the other shadow government that Donald Trump has been busy assembling and stashing away at various institutes, waiting for his return? Then vote for Donald Trump in November.

Sounds like an ad campaign. Peter Navarro is so liked by Donald Trump that Donald Trump went and visited Peter Navarro in the Miami federal penitentiary where he is located and has already said, including in a statement to the Wall Street Journal, that he will, Donald Trump, return Peter Navarro back to the White House if he is elected.

It's gonna be a long line of former felons that are gonna be not able to vote and are gonna be working for President Trump if he gets elected. he'll have to stand behind Paul Manafort, former campaign director for Donald Trump back in 2016, who was found guilty of doing many things like lying under oath to investigators and money laundering and not being a properly registered foreign agent. That Paul Manafort, who's also in his mid to late 70s, is coming back. In fact, he had a role with the Republican National Committee and its

convention on July the 18th. Guess who also will be attending the convention? Peter Navarro, who ironically, coincidentally, is being released from federal prison and custody on the 17th of July. We'll be able to hightail it to Wisconsin and Milwaukee for the RNC where I'm sure Donald Trump will parade around along with all the other felons, the people that worked for him. Again, he'll have to stand in a long line. Michael Flynn, yes, he was pardoned, convicted felon. Steve Bannon, convicted felon. Steve Bannon, convicted felon.

Paul Manafort, convicted felon. Peter Navarro, convicted felon. You wanna lose your law license and or go to jail, usually federal penitentiaries, work for Donald Trump. Because that's where you end up. So Peter Navarro says, he doesn't wanna pardon. He won't take one if it's offered. I doubt that's true. But it makes

for good press. He says in an interview with the Wall Street Journal, I won't take it. It's a very important issue of separation of powers and the assertion of the executive privilege. And I'm not going to allow the Supreme Court to duck out by taking a pardon. He's done. I don't know what he's talking about. He's exhausted all of his appeals. The Supreme Court's not taking up his cause, He's exhausted all of his appeal. Supreme Court's not taking up his cause, so to speak. And he'll, as I said, he'll be coming out on the 17th of July. Bannon will be going in right around the next couple

of weeks for his four month sentence. He got the same type of sentence for his contempt of Congress because he didn't provide documents or testimony to the Jan six committee. And he had, I mean, at least Peter Navarro at one point, close in time to the Jan 6 insurrection worked for Trump. Bannon was already out two years in a podcaster by the time he met with his other co-conspirators

at the Willard Hotel in DC near the Capitol and plotted in a war room for the overthrow of democracy. You like former presidents who surrounds himself with felons, who may well be a felon himself, we'll know that in about a week or two, vote for Donald Trump. If you like your presidents, honorable, who have devoted 50 years plus to civic duty, to a higher calling, and who you can say a lot about Joe Biden, but being corrupt and not having his heart

in the right place and his head in the right place is not one of them, then vote for Joe Biden. This is really binary and very, very simple. I know all these crazy polls are out there. I've seen them. I've seen them. Well, if RFK Jr. gets 14%, I got newsflash, he's not getting 14%. The most successful third party campaign ever run was Ross Perot, and he got less than 10%. And he had billions

of dollars to spend. And he was super popular and he debated. And he still got than, RFK Jr. is not getting 14%. And he's gonna take it more from Trump than Biden anyway. And just all you gotta do is put all these polling out of your mind. And if you live in a battleground state, work hard for early voting, get souls to the polls, get people to vote, early vote. Take advantage, full advantage of whatever your state has to offer. Mail-in voting, early voting, registration

for voting. And if you don't live in a battleground state, then go fly to a battleground state. Volunteer for the local Democratic Party and have them help with the get out the vote. Get out the vote is important. If the vote gets out, Democrats are gonna win. Joe Biden is gonna be reelected, the House and the Senate will turn blue, and we'll be able to accomplish all those things from a policy perspective that people expect from a president who's not corrupt.

You don't like that? You wanna split the government? You wanna put Donald Trump back in power and let him complete his makeover of the United States Supreme Court? Then you know what to do on November the 5th. But I wanted to cover Peter Navarro, strange cat. Strange cat, not a lawyer, by the way. He's an economist at best. But remember what he did. He, Ken Chesborough, Rudy Giuliani, Boris Epstein, Mike Roman, and others conspired with Donald Trump to overthrow the election by using fake electors

and having them delivered to Mike Pence for Mike Pence to recognize those fake electors and throw the whole mess over to each state delegation, turn it over to the House, let them vote and vote for Donald Trump for president. That's it, man. That's what happened. And all this other stuff is just noise.

I couldn't speak. The president said I couldn't speak. By the way, Peter Navarro in the trial that was presided over by Judge Mata, Judge Mata said, show me the evidence that you have that Donald Trump gave you an instruction and asserted executive privilege. He didn't have it. Donald Trump never intervened. He went to Miami to visit him in prison, but he never properly intervened in the case. He never filed an appropriate affidavit. He never said that executive privilege was applicable. He just suggested it. You should assert executive privilege.

It was Donald Trump's to assert. If he didn't do it properly in these criminal proceedings, then that's why these people are going to jail and have been sent off to jail.
