end. It will end. It will end. We've got to end this national nightmare. Because I am your protector. I want to be your protector as president. I have to be your protector. I hope you don't make too much of it. I hope the fake news is, oh, he wants to be their protector. Well, I am as president. I have to be your protector. I will make you safe at the border. This is Michael Popock, Legal AF. Does any woman in America feel better now that Donald Trump is looking them in the eye during a campaign stop and saying, don't worry, I don't know why women don't like me and I'm down 21 points, I'll be your protector. Don't be depressed, don't be weak. I'll protect you. Donald Trump is going to protect women.

Let's break that down in this particular hot take. Let's start with the more than 26 women who have publicly come out against Donald Trump and they have said with authenticity and with honesty that they were sexually assaulted by Donald Trump on more than one occasion, including as part of his MO, very consistent pattern of sexual abuse and sex crimes against women by Donald Trump, jamming his tongue down their throat, hugging them, touching them, molesting them, assaulting them over and over again.

Not one, not two, this is Tiger Woods level people. 26 women have come out against him, including several who testified against him under oath in a courtroom in the E. Jean Carroll case. And lest we forget E. Jean Carroll, who proved to not one but two separate juries, federal juries in New York, of nine people a piece, so 18-0 in her favor to prove that she was sexually assaulted in a dressing room in New York. Same thing, same way, except he went further and he raped her. I mean under New York law it was sexual assault because the jury couldn't figure out from the testimony

whether Donald Trump or how he penetrated her. I mean that's the only thing based on her testimony they couldn't figure out whether it was his finger or something else. And he defamed her and he lied about her and punitive damages and a hundred million dollars later. That was E.G. and Carol. But there are 25 other women who have testified against him. One of them in particular, one of them in particular I'm going to talk about now is Amy Doris, who's not one but the second woman to say that at the US Open Tennis Tournament back in the late 90s, he tried one year apart to sexually attack Amy Doris. Let's run a clip of her authentic testimony about Donald Trump. It was September of 1997 and I was invited by Jason Bynne, who I was dating at the time,

to go to New York and part of that trip was going to the US Open. We ended up with Donald Trump, the Versace Memorial, various events in the span of a few days. You know, he was very flirty, came on very strong right away. It seemed, you know, kind of typical of just feel like they're entitled to do what they want and flirt. Even though I was there with my boyfriend. I went to the restroom, which by the way way is there's a door that you go through and the restroom is hidden behind it so it's not visible to anybody that's in the box. When I came out of the bathroom Donald was waiting outside the bathroom and initially I

thought that he was waiting to go to the bathroom. But that wasn't the case, unfortunately. But I was just like, no, no, no. And I was like nervous laughing, like no, get away. But then he just grabbed me and he just shoved his tongue down my throat and I was pushing him off. And then that's when his grip became tighter. And his hands were kind of like very gropey and all over

my butt, my breast, my back, like everything. But he was just like his grip was hard, you know, you couldn't pull away. I was pushing his tongue out of my mouth with my teeth. with my teeth. It was pretty traumatic and jarring and shocking. It felt like it went on for a long time, but it probably did and I don't even know. But I couldn't get him to let go. And did you tell him to stop? Yes, I did. But it was like clearly no, yes. But she's not the only one. Let's start with the two women who testified

at the E. Jean Carroll case. Jessica Leeds, who had the misfortune of being upgraded to first class sitting next to somebody she didn't know named Donald Trump, who ended up, and she testified to this, ended up groping her, touching her breasts without permission on the plane ride at around the same time that when there was a People magazine is that magazine still around People magazine was doing an article about Donald Trump and his new

marriage to Melania think about the irony year and a reporter Natasha Stoyanovich was visiting them for People magazine to do the article when Melania, think about the irony here, and a reporter, Natasha Stojanovic, was visiting them for People Magazine to do the article. When Melania left the room in their bedroom, he attacked her. He attacked her, put her up against the wall, and forcibly kissed her and other things. And there's also testimony by other women

that he attacked them in Ivanka's bedroom, childhood teenage bedroom, at other times at Mar-a-Lago because that was like the lair for Donald Trump at times. This very same Mar-a-Lago we talk about all the time because of what he did with our classified national security documents. He wasn't doing that, he was abusing women at Mar-a-Lago according to their own report and testimony.

So you have that, you got the Access Hollywood hot take, hot mic moment when he was talking to Billy Bush about to appear on Access Hollywood a number of years ago, didn't know that the mic was on and said, I can grab a woman by her P word for her genitalia. I can forcibly kiss them and get away with it. I carry mints just for that occasion. Oh, this is already disgusting, more disgusting,

the more disgusting as it goes further. And I can get away with it because I'm a celebrity. This is his MO and it's consistent with the other 25 women. Let me just go through some of the women, none of which he was the protector for, and all of which he attacked that have all been reported in news. We talked about Jessica Leeds. Kristen Anderson told the Washington Post that Trump put his hand up her skirt and in her underwear in the early 1990s. Jill Hearth said that she was at a dinner with Trump

and her then boyfriend, George Horanay, in 1992, when Trump allegedly tried to put his hands between her legs, tried to kiss her during a tour of Mar-a-Lago, and she filed a lawsuit. And we have Kathy Heller. Kathy Heller spoke to the Guardian newspaper, alleged that at a Mother's Day brunch at Mar-a-Lago in 1997, Trump grabbed her, tried to kiss her on the lips and more. Temple Taggart McDowell, who was then the 21-year-old Miss Utah when she

participated in the Miss USA pageant which was a run by Donald Trump's organization said in 1997 Trump tried to kiss her directly on the lips during the pageant. Karen Virginia, a yoga instructor from New York said here's one of two US open tennis victims. We already played the clip from Amy Doris. Karina Virginia said similarly in 1998 at the US Open tennis tournament while she was awaiting a car service, he grabbed her and groped her and grabbed her breast. Bridget Sullivan, who was crowned Miss New Hampshire in 2000, said that while she was in the Miss Universe changing room getting undressed and partially naked, Donald Trump came in and tried to kiss her. Tasha Dixon, Miss

Arizona in 2001 said she was half naked and Donald Trump came strolled right in and put her in a very vulnerable position. Mindy Micklevray told the Palm Beach Post in 2016 that Trump grabbed her backside when she was working as a photographer assistant at Mar-a-Lago. She said, he grabbed my ass. Rachel Crooks, a secretary who worked in Trump's building, told the New York Times that in 2005 when she first met Trump he then kissed her on the cheeks and then on the lips in the elevator. Natasha Stoyanovich, we've talked about the People magazine reporter. Jennifer Murphy,

a contestant on the fourth season of The Apprentice, told the British magazine that Trump kissed her on the lips after a job interview in 2005. Jessica Drake, who was an adult film star, said she met Donald Trump in 2006 at a golf tournament and when he entered a room he grabbed her and tried to kiss her. Nini Laksinin, who competed in Miss Universe as Miss Finland in 2006, told the Finnish newspaper that Trump squeezed her ass, her rear end, after posing for photos on the David Letterman show. Summer Zervis was an apprentice on the fifth season of The Apprentice, was a competitor on

the fifth season of The Apprentice. He said he tried to kiss her twice in Trump Tower. power. Cassandra Searles, Miss Washington, in 2016 said that Trump in 2013 treated her like cattle and tried to kiss her and grabbed her backside. And then of course we have E. Jean Carroll and beyond. Now that's the women, the 26 women have come forward against Donald Trump, you know, the protector of women. In addition, look what he's done to women in making them second classclass citizens in America through his alt-right Supreme Court that he proudly proclaims, I gave you the overturning of Roe versus Wade. Aren't I a great guy?

Aren't I a protector? He's reduced women to second-class citizens in this country. At least 22 states permanently or have a stringent ban against abortion, forcing women to leave those states under threat of criminal prosecution to go to other states for reproductive health and reproductive services, including some that never make it, including some that die on the way, that don't go for routine treatment in any other state that they need after after an abortion proceeding or decision that they make about their bodily autonomy and Donald

Trump proudly crows about taking away a woman's right. In 22 states a woman is a second-class citizen and that's because of Donald Trump. There's no other way around it. So you've got his crimes against humanity, his crimes against women, I mean a parade of women, literally who have come out against him, including testifying in courts of law. You've got a hundred million dollars of judgment by juries against him proving,

proving that he's a sex crime assailant in front of that jury and awarding the victim substantial damages. You have the statements that he's made against his opponent, Kamala Harris, and I'm not even talking about the racist ones. I'm talking about the misogynist ones suggesting, no, stating that the only way Kamala Harris ever got ahead is because she gave oral sex to men along the way, repeating and retweeting and reposting disgusting social media posts about Kamala Harris and her success in her career. Saying, well, saying out loud, I can't believe I'm being beaten by a woman.

He says this out loud, are you listening America? It's not just women, although 53 or 52% of the voting population is women, they vote in larger numbers than men and they always have. And their rights and whether they want to look their daughters and sons in the eye and tell them that they did nothing to stop Donald Trump from reoccupying the White House is on the ballot.

This is the time. This is the time to pull the lever and flush the toilet on November 5th. We're not going back and people who support women are not going back. I have a daughter. I have a wife. I have a mother as everyone watching me on this podcast and this hot take does. I have a wife, I have a mother, as everyone watching me on this podcast and this hot take does. I turn it on its head now. Women brought all voters into this world. And now we should repay them by making sure that they're restored to first-class citizenship. They don't need a protector. They're not. That's just a demonstration that he sees them as chattel, as something to own, as something to dominate. That was a Freudian slip of epic proportions for Donald Trump to say, I'm going to protect women. From whom? From you? They need protection from you. You've ripped away their bodily autonomy. You've ripped away their reproductive health.

You've made them second class citizens. You've relegated them to under men in this society. You've relegated them to under men in this society. You've attacked them, you've grabbed them, you've treated them like property. And that's why you stand up there in 2024 and talk about protecting women. The only thing women need protection from is further policies of Donald Trump that he would impose if he ever got back to office.

Women's rights are on the ballot, abortion rights are on the ballot, Trump that he would impose if he ever got back to office. Women's rights are on the ballot. Abortion rights are on the ballot.
