Well, the creation of the MAGA Army has started with a purge that Donald Trump is going to execute on day one with an executive order already drafted to lop off the heads of three and four star military brass who Donald Trump doesn't think is loyal enough to him. And we have this executive order and we've got Donald Trump's fascination and adoration of Adolf Hitler where he said in the past I want generals like Adolf Hitler's that were loyal to him. Well apparently he's gonna try to get that in a new board that's gonna be created that's going to purge the military ranks of people who aren't sufficiently loyal to Donald Trump. I'm Michael Popock. This is Legal AF and the

Midas Touch Network. And we need to cover this story because anytime the person who wants to, what is going to occupy the presidency, is going to abuse his power as commander in chief, we need to call it out here and talk about ways that that can be opposed. Let's start with what the reporting is. It looks like that there is already an executive order to create a warrior board. This now fits in perfectly with why Donald Trump would pick a talking heads newscaster celebrity named Pete Hegseth from Fox News to be, get this, the Secretary of Defense. Sure, he served in the military like 15 years ago, but his claim to fame recently, he's a Fox anchor. I think he anchors their New Year's Eve celebration.

And so now he's going to be your head. Well, because we've always said that Elon Musk was going to handpick some of these people because he, as the president really, Elon Musk of all things military, wants to have a puppet in place so that he can get more military contracts for more of his technology and increase his pocketbook. We knew that was happening, but now we know the other reason that Hegseth has been picked by Donald Trump, and that is to be the puppet for Donald Trump to execute his plan to purge the military of three and four star generals who have been in the military serving our country loyal, loyally and swearing their oath to defend the constitution of the American people against all enemies, foreign and domestic, they're out. They're out. Commander in chief is going to fire

him. Commander in chief apparently is in Donald Trump is then going to do promotions of people who this this warrior board, this phony named warrior board is going to recommend, you know, he could take captains and make them generals. He could take lieutenant colonels and make them generals as long as they pass this test. And this also fits in with my working strategy that the this test. And this also fits in with my working strategy that Trump's going to pick a loyalist like Tulsi Gabbard to be the head of the army, because he also wants to use the army on domestic soil as part of his immigration program and to do workplace raids, to put people in cages, and to use against Americans, possibly with the invocation of the Insurrection Act.

In order to do this, the commander in chief has to have other people under him that are willing to bend over and bend the knee and do whatever he says. And he has found it in Pete Hegseth off of Fox News anchor bench and Tulsi Gabbard. And now we've got, we connected to the executive order. Now where did he get this idea for a warrior board? Apparently, in World War II, George Marshall recommended and used what was called a pluck board to try to force certain army brass and others to retire to let junior officers who were talented rise up, not to purge the military of people that Donald Trump doesn't trust. Now, Donald Trump has had this

weird love-hate relationship with generals and fascination with them since the very beginning in 2016. He surrounded himself with generals. He loved generals. He thought, again, he was Hitler, as he told one of the outlets and wanted these loyal people around him because he's a phony tough guy. But then, of course, he got sideways with all of them who saw him as a fascist and wanted to stop him from acting out his worst instincts in compromising national security. So John Kelly, former four-star Marine general, was his chief of staff for the longest serving time. Mark Milley was his chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Both of them have come out and said he's a fascist. Mark Milley tried to prevent World War III from happening and went public with it. Donald Trump fired back at both Kelly and Milley in the last two years and said both of them should be hanged for treason. And you've got the current chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff who Donald Trump thinks is too woke because he's a black man that came out in favor of diversity in the military. He'll be the first to go. That'll probably just be a fire. Now, some people might be asking, how does Donald Trump do this?

Well, the Commander in Chief has been given extraordinary powers by this United States Supreme Court over the summer. The immunity decision also said that anything that Donald Trump does that relates to his core constitutional powers that you can find in the constitution, such as commander in chief. He's got absolute immunity. You can't sue him for it, you can't prosecute him for it. All right, as long as he does it

wearing the commander in chief hat, everything and anything goes. So he's gonna not just let them retire. He's not gonna just violate Pentagon policy and the chain of command. He thinks he's Lincoln doing battlefield promotions of junior officers into senior positions, and then he's just going to take the others out and have them shot, figuratively. What does he think? And this is a rhetorical question because we know Donald Trump's not thinking. And what does Pete

Hegseth, the new defense secretary-elect or the new army head like Tulsi Gabbard, what do they think is going to happen to the morale in our military? You work 20, 30, 40 years to get to sec two-star, three-star, four-star generals and then because you're sideways in your politics in an apolitical organization, you're just gonna have your career dashed and fired. I mean, I think there's gonna be mass retirements that's going to hollow out our military, leaving us less secure as a result. I would if I was a three or four star general with Trump coming in with this executive order with the people that I respect in the chain of command and taking them out, I'd be like,

I'm retiring. Most of them have pensions. Most of them have already earned enough stripes to retire. And so then we're going to have a military run by a bunch of 30 year olds that are loyal to Donald Trump. How does this not compromise our national security? Let's face it, after a night with drinks, I don't bounce back the next day like I used to. I have to make a choice. I can either have a great night or a great next day. He's so excited to have Donald Trump in power because he'll do internally what Putin could only dream of doing through war. Make us less safe, hollow out our military, misallocate military assets and strategy. Take us out of defending our homeland and then putting major military battalions and units down at the border to catch another 1,000 migrants. I mean, I can't stress enough. I'm doing video after video on this because it's so important. Now, is it lawful? Will it be challenged? Yes,

I think it will be challenged. I think that the people that are being forced out, I think those will be able to sue in federal court. The problem is they're going to quickly, likely run into a brick wall with the United States Supreme Court who's going to be like, I don't know, he's the commander in chief. We may not agree with the policy, but it is within his job description. You can just hear it now on the oral argument. And so this is the moment where the public has to rise up.

Military has to rise up. There's groups like Vote Vets who are out there who are saying this is just Donald Trump trying to create a MAGA army with a phony warrior board. Donald Trump loves phony boards. This phony, the Doja Department of General Efficiency or whatever, the government efficiency that Elon Musk and Vivek are going to be running. I mean, it's just a phony board. This is a phony board, except it has real world consequences of making us less safe,

this warrior board. And look at the fact, we're going to take in one four-year term, hopefully two years, and make him lame duck right away with the midterms. Donald Trump's going to take what is the greatest fighting force in the world. Part of their strength is that they are apolitical. They're not allowed to take political stances. If you're in the military, you don't have a First Amendment right to take a political stance, to wear a MAGA hat or a MAGA vest and walk around.

We don't allow that in our military. That breaks the chain of command. That breaks a spree to core that's necessary to run our military. That breaks the chain of command. That breaks a sprit, a corps that's necessary to run the military. And they're apolitical. Their only thing that they're beholden to is they swear an oath and allegiance to the Constitution and to defend the American people. That's it. But that's not good enough for Donald Trump. He wants to make them political, convert them into a political fighting force for him. All that does is make you and me and the rest of the world insecure and plays into the hands of our enemies who want to see.

It helps them with recruiting. It helps them with hollowing out our institutions. It takes the eye off the ball of American military and the intelligence community for what they should be focused on, which is to make sure that America isn't blowing up, internally or externally, and its assets are protected worldwide, including human assets.

But Donald Trump doesn't care about any of that. He just wants to have his loyalists around the table. So he's gonna do something that's, how many times are we gonna have to say about Donald Trump's going to do something that's, you know, how many times are we going to have to say about Donald Trump? He's doing something that's never been done before. Now there's ways to try to control it, but the problem is the checks and balance system is out of whack right now because of the United States Supreme Court and Tuesday's election.

Normally you would look to Congress for oversight. You'd look to Congress to pull the purse strings. Now that is one area. That is one area that is left. Let's focus on that. Even if the MAGA Congress takes a two or three seat lead again in the House, they don't have a, at least as of right now, they don't have a monolithic enough group to vote without losing a couple needing Democratic votes. The Democrats are gonna have to try to propose a bill, and of course, impeachment, propose a bill to limit the dollars that go to the military

if Donald Trump doesn't back off from firing the senior military brass that he doesn't like. Now there's limits because they're in the minority, so they can propose a bill, they're going to have to, in order to galvanize public sentiment and make them do it on a vote, on a vote by member, for everybody to hear. If it wins, it wins. If it loses, at least we know who voted against it. Same thing with drawing up articles of impeachment, but they don't have the political will in the House at the moment for articles of impeachment. Donald Trump better hope that the House doesn't turn at the midterms, because one of the first things that the House Democrats back in control are gonna do

are move to impeach Donald Trump for making us less secure and violating his oath that he upheld to be our Commander in Chief. But this all has to wait, some of it has to wait public attention and scrutiny and outcry, and It will help lead that charge here to make him back off this executive order. He's obviously floating it now. That's why it's out in the media. And then the minority party, the party in the opposition, the Democrats

in the House have to try to get to the purse strings and punish Donald Trump by withholding money, not agreeing. For instance, we know that they're going to have to raise the debt ceiling and approve a budget, or they're going to have to close the government. The Democrats can walk away from the table and say, close the government. We're not going to agree to the government with Donald Trump firing military brass, making us less secure, and we're going to not be at the table, let us know when he backs off, we'll come back and you can keep the national parks closed and all the administrative agencies closed.

You can put everybody on furlough because there's just certain things you got to draw a line in the sand. And I think we're rapidly approaching that. So I think it's going to have to be through the appropriations process, through the budget process, through the debt ceiling process, the Democrats are going to have to dig in and draw the line in the sand and say no, unless Donald Trump backs off. Yes, they'll draw up articles of impeachment. They'll be interesting, but they're not going to get enough votes in the House to survive. These are the things the party and opposition standing opposed in the battlefield have to do. And we're going to continue to talk
