We're just watching a slow motion pardon of a child sex trafficker by Donald Trump and a judge sex offender. That's what we're watching. So all the data points I'm going to give you on this hot take all lead inexorably to that conclusion. I've been warning it. I've been talking about it.

I've been saying the bridges out ahead. And now we've got the brand new data points. What am I talking about? couple of things. Of course, we got the new filing by Galane Maxwell, which is, I'm alive and Epstein's dead and I'm the victim. I'll talk about that in a minute, Ben, just did a nice video about it. But I'm going to focus on the new reporting, just as I expected, that Todd Blanche, Donald Trump's favorite criminal defense lawyer and number two in the Department of Justice is going to be releasing the audio and videotapes of the nine hours of depositions that he took of Galane Maxwell. When he went to a prison, first time in history, that a Department of Justice leader went to a prison to take the deposition or statement of a convicted child sex offender. I'm Michael Popock. I said at the time that he, this whole kabuki theater, pitch and catch, whatever you want to call it, between. Todd Blanche and his buddy, David Oscar Marcus, the lawyer for Galane Maxwell, and their relationship goes back several years. He appeared on David Oscar Marcus' podcast. Nobody watches it. I did, giggling and laughing their way through their podcast. So here's how it went. Maxwell called Oscar Marcus, who was brought into the case by Dershowitz. The Harvard Law Professor

represented Epstein at the time. Alan Dershowitz brings in his mentee. He was the mentor for him at Harvard, David Oscar Marcus, smart lawyer down in Miami. He takes the case. Handles now Clay Maxwell on her appeal. Blanche needs Maxwell to bail out Donald Trump and exonerate him.

I mean, things are pretty sad state for Donald Trump when he's looking for a convicted child sex, offender to exonerate him. Think about that. And she's not a victim. I want to clear the air on that once and for all. I know David Oscar Marcus in his new filing with the, with the judge, Judge Engelmeyer, up in New York, where she doesn't want the transcripts, the grand jury transcripts to be released. Of course, because they undermine and undercut her argument that she's a victim. She was convicted not just of being a conspirator with Jeffrey Epstein. She was convicted of participating in the sexual abuse of women and girls.

Did you hear that? She's not a voyeur. She didn't arrange it and walk away. She participated in it. So that's why she doesn't want the grand jury testimony of the FBI agent and the task force agent who testified to the grand jury about the

victims. She doesn't want that out now while she's busy trying to build her case in the public and trying to convince Donald Trump to make her to give her a pardon and reward her. She can't have the truth come out at this moment? So there's that.

Now we have right on cue, 10 days or so later, Todd Blanche says, I'm going to release, this is the inside reporting, I'm going to release the tapes, the audio and video of me meeting with a convicted sex trafficker. There's only one reason

he would be releasing it. It's because she played ball and she exonerated or tried to exonerate Donald Trump, again, a child sex trafficker. or exonerating a sex offender perverse. And she's going to dump on everybody on these tapes not named Donald Trump and all sorts of names and all sorts of things. And everybody that participated in that and that depraved criminal lifestyle of abusing girls needs to be worried right now, I assure you. But that's the only reason they're releasing it.

If these were crappy audios and testimony in favor or against Donald Trump, where she crapped on Donald Trump, we would never hear from it, they would be talking about protecting the victims, protecting the witnesses, protecting, protecting, protecting. But no, now suddenly they're going to release them. We're watching the slow motion pardon process. He already agreed. Once he crossed the Rupacod, I'm talking about Trump, and agreed to give a pardon, I mean, sorry, an immunity,

a proffer immunity, queen for the day to Maxwell. Once he crossed that, it's an easy, hop, skipping a jump to Pardonville. and here's how it's going to work. She played ball. She blessed Donald Trump. The files will never see the light of day. Maybe Congress will get them out through the subpoenaed to the Department of Justice. Donald Trump hopes not.

The appeal will sit up with the United States Supreme Court because MAGA will help out Donald Trump by dragging their feet, giving him enough time politically to maneuver. You see where this is going? And then, after all that happens, and she's already gotten partially paid. She's already gotten partially paid for lying for Donald Trump. Because she got moved from a minimum security prison, a crappy one in Florida,

to a low security camp in Texas. Which pissed off even the other delistors and, you know, like the real housewives of Salt Lake City and Elizabeth Holmes from Theranos who were housed in the same place. So she got an upgrade to a posh a federal, you know, federal penitentiary, the lowest level of security,

which never happens in the history of the Bureau of Prisons. I defy anyone in the Bureau of Prisons to tell me when a convicted sex offender was given this type of luxury treatment. Never happened. We're moving closer, inch by inch, day by day, to the pardon of Galane Maxwell, former best friend of Donald Trump.

That's what we're watching. And if anybody out there thinks they're releasing these, first of all, question is, this would be ironic, right? Are these going to be edited or unedited? They made a big deal out of 60 minutes, clip it a few words out of Kamala Harris's response to Bill Whitaker. Are they going to edit these? Are we going to get nine straight hours without editing? Wait, if they release them, wait until the public gets their hands on them and runs them through whatever software is out there to figure out whether they've been edited or not. There's a whole scandal about whether Epstein's video of the door of his cell was edited or not.

So that's the first question. And if they're edited, oh, look out. That's not going to stop the conspiracy theorists. It's only going to fuel them. If they're not, either way, it's because she said, no, Donald Trump never went. Let me tell you what she's going to say. Let me, let me do the spoiler alert. She's going to say Donald Trump never went to the island.

She never saw Donald Trump with young women. She never saw Donald Trump with young women on the plane between Palm Beach and New York with Jeffrey Epstein. She never saw anything about Donald Trump sexually attacking, molesting other women. She never heard that. She never knew that. Then she's going to dump on Epstein. She's going to say that Donald Trump didn't know that he was a sex predator, that that was a dark part of his life that was kept from other people. you see where this is going?

And then she's going to spend the rest of the time saying that she was somehow innocent, which is remarkable because she doesn't even say she was innocent in her filing with the United States Supreme Court where you think it would matter. Same thing. It wasn't that he wasn't guilty of the crimes of election interference, of espionage and obstruction at Moralago.

It said he had immunity, and she's playing the same card. She got a fair trial. She, in front of a jury, she was convicted, 9-0, federal jury, and she's not claiming that anything was wrong with the trial. She was convicted to just to round out this hot take of participating in the sexual abuse and exploitation of girls and women, where she physically participated. Don't let anybody fool you that she is a victim. I don't care how she comes off on that video. I don't care how she comes off on that audio. she's not to be pitied.

Somebody sent me a banner. One of our contributors sent me a banner that he saw on L.A. Freeway that said, Release the Epstein files, not pedophiles. I agree with that. I agree with that. And we shouldn't even be the fact that we're talking about a president of the United States giving immunity

and queen for the day status and giving her a cushy prison in return for her testimony, you know, good girl, here's your treat. She should rot in prison for the entirety of her 20-year sentence.
