As Pam Bondi, no, Donald Trump, goes after his arch nemesis, Letitia James, New York Attorney General,

his other arch nemesis, Nemesis, Adam Schiff, now Senator from California, claiming that there's mortgage fraud that they've committed. Well, it takes one to no one since he was convicted of mortgage fraud, Donald Trump, by Letitia James. And two separate sets of inquiries have been. been opened, actually four in total, by Pam Bondi abusing the Department of Justice Manual. He might as will just throw that right out the door. There's no good faith basis to open any grand jury probes of any of these people.

It's being done as retaliation and vindictiveness and payback by Donald Trump against his political enemies. That's obvious. And wait to you here who's involved, who's running the show for Donald Trump. Ed Martin, so extreme that he couldn't get confirmed as a. a U.S. attorney in D.C. by the Republicans, but got appointed to be the head of the weaponization committee of the Department of Justice. I thought they were investigating weaponization. I didn't realize they were in charge of weaponization. So you got Ed Martin on one hand being appointed

as some sort of special attorney, not even a special counsel under the independent counsel or special counsel role. A special attorney seems to have a complete free run, right? It's just a Minister without portfolio, that's on one side, and John Zarkoni on the other. Who's that? We've been talking about him left right and upside down. He's the Northern District of New York, U.S. Attorney, acting interim U.S. attorney, he couldn't get confirmed either. He was rejected by all the judges in the Northern District.

He lied about being attacked by some minority group. I mean, in a violent attack, he lied about that. He's got a bar complaint again. against him, but he was appointed as a special attorney to serve as the U.S. attorney for the Northern District of New York. And now he's probing Letitia James and her office for having prosecuted and successfully won a civil judgment against Donald Trump for $454 million for his violation of 63-2 of the New York Code, which deals with persistent fraud, which is exactly what attorney generals are supposed to do.

Well, now Sarkoni, the other crash test dummy for the Trump administration, is going after Letitia James saying her office did it in violation of Donald Trump's civil rights. I don't know. There was a nine-week trial, thousands and thousands of documents and mountains of evidence, dozens of witnesses who testified. And the judge in the case, Judge Angkoran, ruled against Donald Trump, and it was affirmed on appeal. Now, we're still waiting for the First Circuit, the First Department, Court of

appeal. Shame on them that we've been waiting nine months for them to rule on the judgment. It gave Donald Trump plenty of time now to go after Letitia James. But that's not all John Zarkoni's going after as the Northern District of New York acting interim U.S. attorney. He's also going after the New York Attorney General's office for their investigations related to the NRA. Remember them? She went after the NRA because of their abuse, because of their corruption. Now, while she wasn't able to put them out of business, in New York because they were a New York corporation. She did successfully prosecute Wayne LaPierre, the head of the NRA, for embezzlement and put him out

of business. And now the federal government, with your and my dollars, inconsistent with the Department of Justice Manual, is going to go after Adam Schiff for mortgage fraud, Letitia James for mortgage fraud, and the Office of the New York Attorney General crossover federal lines to state lines to prosecute the prosecutors. and investigators because they don't like the outcome related to the NRA and Donald Trump? Oh, no, not on my watch or yours. You're watching Midas Dutch and Legal A.F. I'm Michael Popak.

There's a lot here. I'm going to make it as simple and uncomplicated as possible. Let's start with Adam Schiff. He's the easier of the two. He owns a house in Maryland. He declared it as his primary residence and got primary residence mortgage rates on his loan. Okay. He represents the same. state of California. All true. And the Constitution says that at the time of the election, you need to be a resident of the state as a senator that you want to represent. Okay. At the time of the election, Adam Schiff was a resident of California. He then got elected, bought a house in Maryland, and he will have to, before running for election again in five years, he will have to

reestablish residency in California and get reelected. It doesn't say that in between you have to be a resident of your state. It just says, at the time of election. And now, who turned both of these people in? Who is the quote-unquote whistleblower? The phony whistleblower? Yeah, it was Bill Pulte. Who's that?

He's the Nepo baby son of the Pulte family that built a lot of homes in the southeast that Donald Trump, because he's a little mini-trum, a little mini-me, to put in charge of the, of family. Annie May, which is one of the mortgage regulators, sort of regulators. But he made a complaint and a referral to the Department of Justice because Donald Trump told him to. So this is the pitch and catch and pitch and catch and pitch and catch that we're watching. Pulte enters a phoony, files a phony whistleblower complaint to the Department of Justice.

Pam Bondi appoints Ed Martin, who is a right-wing radical as a special attorney, not even an independent counsel to go after the mortgage fraud identified by Pulte, all right? You see the whole incestuous problem here? Okay. And then a shift should be automatic. I mean, if they try to indict him, that should be dismissed within like minutes of it being filed. Because they just don't know how to read the Constitution. But then again, we know they don't know how to read the Constitution.

If you go on the website for the government, they've deleted whole sections of the Constitution. They said it was a clerical error. okay not making that up that shift that's relatively simple although does he have to be subjected to this this is why the department of justice manual says you don't start probes unless you have good faith reasonable belief to believe that you can sustain a conviction against somebody beyond a reasonable doubt at least you have probable cause to believe that you can she has none of that pam bondie that's why she's the most corrupt attorney general we've ever had that shift let's switch gears and talk about Letitia James two ways, because there's two probes.

One of them is Ed Martin again, off of the complaint by Pulte again, claiming that Lettisha James bought some property, actually two different sets of property, one in New York, like a multifamily, and one in Virginia. Now, on the forms, somehow her dad got listed as her husband. All right. Pardon me. And I guess that got her some better rate, but I don't. think she's saying through her lawyer, Abby Lowell, that that was a clerical error, not of her

making. So she didn't do it. I mean, she knows who her father is, and she's not married. So that happened. So that should be an easy thing. And you have to have criminal intent. We call it mens rea. You have to have a black heart. You have to have a criminal mind in order to commit these crimes. Clerical errors just don't do it. I just think it's ironic that they're going out. It's not ironic. They did it on purpose. That the major mortgage fraudster in this conversation is Donald Trump, as she proved to a state court judge. And now she checked a couple of boxes or her mortgage broker did, and she didn't catch it. You ever do a mortgage? It's like 100,000 pages, you know. So that's one. Two, she owns a four-family house in New York. A lot of people do. And it's, I don't know, if it was

like one more family, if it was like a five-family, it wouldn't be entitled to a certain loan program. But she listed it as a four family. And if you look on the tax rolls, it is a four family. They're like, oh, no, but it was built as a, I don't know if it was built as a five family. It's operated as a four family. And that happens in New York all the time. So that's all being investigated by Ed Martin. Separately, New York, as every state, is divided into federal districts.

And each district has a U.S. attorney or an acting interim one who reports the Department of Justice. So New York has Southern District, I'm a member of that, Eastern District, yes, Northern District and Western District. That's New York. Each one of those has a U.S. attorney. Now, interestingly enough, they didn't bring this in the Eastern District, and they didn't bring it, which is one of their elite units, although all, it's been such a brain drain of units that they're all sort of leaving. And then you've got, on top of that, you've got the Southern District of New York, which used to be one of their elite. bureaus, but that's been decimated. So now you're left with John Sarkone in the northern district who's sort of like the Ed Martin of New York. He couldn't get appointed. There's a bar complaint

against him for lying and other things that we got running on legal AF. Look, I'm going to talk more about that. Zarkone in the eastern district of New York. So he's got his own problems. And now he's opened up an investigation of why Letitia James and the attorney, General of New York, investigated successfully and prosecuted civilly, Trump organization for mortgage fraud, for income inflation, for net asset fraud, and the rest, and successfully obtain a $450 million judgment by Judge Angkoron. And why she went after the NRA? She went after the NRA because it's corrupt. She went after the NRA because she had the evidence to do it and the right and the right ways to do it. And she had the power. I mean, I've talked about the superpowers of the New York attorney general on a number of occasions under the persistent fraud, which is what you would expect

from an attorney general. That's the sheriff of Wall Street. We're in New York after all. So this is just trolling through the legal system, abusing the rule of law, abuse of power by Donald Trump's Department of Justice, which is just an arm of the Trump campaign, just an arm of MAGA going after his political enemies.
