Starting point is 00:01:47 happens. Huh. Alright, so Donald Trump they're making that motion zipping his lips, not speaking, which is interesting in and of itself. Given Donald Trump nearly gets kicked out of the New York attorney general civil fraud trial during his testimony because he couldn't control his behavior on the stand just as we predicted here on the Midas Touch Network. I'm Ben Myceles from the Midas Touch Network.
Starting point is 00:02:19 I was saying I can't imagine how Donald Trump can sit there for a consistent period of time, answer questions, and not lose control over his own body, his own behavior, because he doesn't know how to follow rules. And that is exactly what happened, which you saw there at the outset of the video, was Donald Trump leaving during the morning recess. And you saw he did the zip it sign. How is it going for Donald Trump during his testimony? Horrible, devastating, incriminating.
Starting point is 00:02:53 I could go on and on and on. But at one point, judge and go on turned to Donald Trump's lawyers and said, look, I beseech you. Control your client or I am going to issue a negative inference against him by not answering the questions. And Donald Trump would just start mumbling words. And he would start saying things that were non responsive to the questions. For example, when he was asked a yes or no question, Donald Trump said, Oh, Donald Trump has no money. Donald Trump makes phony evaluations.
Starting point is 00:03:29 Donald Trump defrauds banks. Is that your case? And then the judge is like, I'm striking that testimony, striking that testimony, striking that testimony, stricken, stricken, stricken, and sir, the question that you're being asked. We're not asking you for essays. You're being asked very specific questions about your statement of financial conditions, answer the questions.
Starting point is 00:03:53 And when Judge and Goran went to Donald Trump's lawyer, Christopher Kysin says, control your client. Donald Trump's lawyer, Christopher Kysin, then challenged Judge and Goran and says, it's your court control, your court. And essentially what Chris Kice and what Donald Trump's legal team are trying to do, knowing just how devastating Trump's testimony is they are trying to do exactly
Starting point is 00:04:17 what we predicted they were going to try to do, which is bait the judge into declaring a mistrial or granting this negative inference against Donald Trump, kicking Donald Trump out. So then Donald Trump can go out and play the victim and go, oh, look at me. This is so unfair. Donald Trump was repeating that over and over and over again on the stand. This is so unfair. I'm being treated so unfairly.
Starting point is 00:04:39 All you do is rule against me, judge. And the judge just like answer the questions that it's being asked by the New York attorney general lawyer here. Then Alina Habadonal Trump's other lawyer stood up and then said to the judge, judge, you must listen to everything Donald Trump says. He's here to speak to you. Please stop and don't sit down. Alina Habadz, what judge and Goran said. Alina Habad really had the audacity to tell judge
Starting point is 00:05:06 and goreon that in goreon should be quiet and that judge, it's what Habba said to judge and goreon. Your job is to listen to him and judge and goreon said, sit down and do not lecture me on what my job is. I am the judge presiding over this case. Sit down right now, Alina Haban, which she did. And that was just the beginning of the testimony today. It actually started with Donald Trump, speaking very softly in the just, can you please speak
Starting point is 00:05:34 up so we can hear you? Then Donald Trump began rambling with all of these stories that he tells about the banks love me. Everybody loves me. They all came to me and then judge like answer the question that is being asked. Please, then done, then Donald Trump referred to making Don Jr. a co trustee of the revocable trust as being something he wanted to do because Don Jr. was a good little boy. He's a good boy. He's a good boy. Donald Trump said about Don Junior, you use those exact terms. Then Donald Trump says, banks don't rely on statement of financial conditions. It doesn't matter what they say. Donald Trump says, you don't
Starting point is 00:06:14 know how to do deals. Banks don't care about statement of financial condition. And in any event, I had what's called a worthless clause. And by the way, we paid accountants millions of dollars to go through this. And then the New York Attorney General, lawyer Kevin Wallace goes, okay, well, what information did you provide to the accounting firms to then go with the banks in the preparation of the statement of financial conditions? Because we have other testimony from the accounting firms, the Trump organization hired, where the accounting firms have stated that they were giving incorrect
Starting point is 00:06:45 erroneous information. And they had a disclaimer. Don't rely on us because we're getting all of our information from the Trump organization and the preparation of the state-manifitantial conditions. And Trump said Jeff McConaughey, his former controller and Alan Weisselberg were the ones who spoke with the accounting firms and the banks and provided information. So what instructions, Donald Trump, did you give me a conny and wiselber? No specific instructions because no one cares about statement of financial conditions is
Starting point is 00:07:12 essentially what Donald Trump testified to. McConney's already testified that Weiselberg told him to commit fraud Weiselberg is already a convicted felon who took a $2 million seven agreement not to cooperate with adverse parties. Donald Trump continued to whine throughout the testimony, then claimed that he became president because of his incredible brand. He says that he didn't add his brand into a statement of financial conditions. Note, he did add his brand into statement of financial conditions, at least as it relates to certain properties. And then it got to the point where Donald Trump started imitating mimicking, doing a theatrical
Starting point is 00:09:10 performance on the stand of what he claims, the persecution that he is suffering is as a result of this case and started saying Trump has no money, Trump make financial statements and like that kind of voice. And that's when the judge goes stricken, stricken, and sit down right now. And he said, I'm going to kick Trump out of it. I'm going to kick your witness out and issue a negative ever, negative inference, Mr. Keis, Donald Trump's lawyer, and Christopher Keis goes, what do you do? What you want to do? Well, I can't control to get to your courtroom. And essence trying to bait the judge into doing that. Then Alina Habba stood up and said,
Starting point is 00:09:46 you must listen to him. You must listen to every word that he says, judge, go sit down, what sit down, Alina Habba, what are you talking about? I'm the judge. Am I here? My job is not to listen. I'm to preside over the case and their questions should be asked, should be asked, you know, in cross examination format, they should be answered. And I'm to preside over the case and listen, as evidence comes in in all cases, I'm here, I'm not here to listen to Donald Trump, just tell his random rambling fraudulent stories. And then Donald Trump goes, my assets are the best.
Starting point is 00:10:20 The banks love me. Everybody loves me. I got the biggest assets, the biggest, biggest most beautiful assets. And then Donald Trump goes, have you ever heard of a lollipop? I got a lollipop. I kid you know, Donald Trump, I got a lollipop, please. It's a term. It's called lollipop. You want it? You want it? And then they're like, all right, we're taking a 15 minute recess, everybody. And then Kevin Wallace, the New York Attorney General lawyer, turns the Christopher Kaisen says, Hey, can you talk to your client, please during the 15 minute recess break.
Starting point is 00:10:47 And that's where we're at right now. This is part two of what's been going down in the New York Attorney General civil fraud trial. Mar-a-Logga is worth anywhere from probably $15 to $100 times more than that. And it's a terrible, terrible thing. These are political operatives that I'm going to be dealing with right now. You have a racist attorney general who made some terrible statements. And you see someone that came over the wires today.
