The Department of Justice implosion is in full view of the American public today.
We've got a couple of major data points. One is, where is Pam Bondi?
Why is she no longer commenting for the Department of Justice in any real substantive way
about the Epstein files or scandal or cover up of it? Why is she not commenting at all about
the law enforcement operation that took place in Venezuela to enforce an arrest warrant?
why is she nowhere to be found on the stage discussing Venezuela?
Why is she nowhere to be found commenting on behalf of the Department of Justice about the murder of Renee Good?
Or the investigation of Jonathan Ross, the ICE agent.
Where is she?
As new reporting is coming in that Donald Trump has lost his faith in Pambandi.
He's lost his belief that she can do the job.
And once that happens, folks, it's not going to take long for there to be an announcement of a new attorney general.
And the person that's waiting in the wings, of course, is Donald Trump's criminal defense lawyer.
Number two in the Department of Justice, Todd Blanche.
Todd Blanche's handwriting and fingerprints are all over this coup.
Yet another coup this time within the Department of Justice.
Who's taking the lead in the Epstein files?
Todd Blanche.
Who's taking the lead to defend Jonathan Ross, the ICE agent, Todd Blanche?
Who's taking the lead concerning Venezuela and the operation there?
Todd Blanche, combined with J.D. Vance.
You see a lot more of J.D. Vance out defending the ICE agent, for instance, and the murderer
of Renee Good, than you do Pam Bondi.
And while all of that's going on, you also see Todd Blanche's fingerprints all over another event
that happened in the last 24 hours, which is apparently the firing of Robert McBride.
the lead prosecutor and the de facto head of the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Virginia.
Yes, the place where Lindsay Halligan still grabs a paycheck, the place where she continues to impersonate a U.S. attorney.
While Robert McBride, who they carted in, they brought in from Tennessee at the end of his career, as I said, this would be a career ender, not the end of his career.
His decision to go, become the babysitter for Lindsay Halligan and be the de facto U.S.
attorney as Donald Trump goes after his political enemies like Lettisha James and James and James Comey.
And now we've got the reporting that, and I believe it was Todd Blanche, that Robert McBride has been canned.
He just met with all the federal judges in the Eastern District of Virginia to calm the waters,
to make them know that there was an adult in charge, and now he's out the door because he wouldn't
prosecute the Comey case. And while all that darkness is going on, we've got underneath the back
to Renee Good for a moment. We've got the reporting that the Department of Justice's Civil Rights
Division, which barely exists. It's been chloroformed. It's been, it's been completely hollowed out
by Harmeet Dillon, who runs it. They are going to stay on the sidelines and they're going to go
dark when it comes to the investigation of the murder of Renee Good. The Civil Rights Division
Criminal Section is the one that should be leading here. They're the ones that led, for instance,
when Derek Chauvin, the bad cop police officer,
sat on and crushed to death George Floyd in Minnesota.
We're back again.
History may not repeat itself, but it certainly rhymes.
And he was prosecuted by the feds by Keith Ellison,
the Attorney General of Minneapolis in conjunction with each other,
coordination with each other,
led by the Civil Rights Division Criminal Section.
But how can the criminal section and the Civil Rights
division led by Harmie Dillon, how can they look the American people in the eye and tell them
with sincerity and honesty and integrity, all things missing from the Department of Justice,
that this is a completely independent and transparent and accountable investigation.
They've already reached their conclusion.
Todd Blanche is already on, back to Todd Blanche, Todd Blanche is already on television and in all
of his media postings telling people that it was self-defense.
How do they know?
Investigation is even complete.
J.D. Vance, self-defense.
Christy Noem, self-defense.
And I'm going to cover it all right here as the Department of Justice slowly, slowly disappears from view under Donald Trump, who is the Attorney General, here on the Midasest Touch Network and on Legal AF.
Okay, let's start with the new reporting. Pam Bondi is not long for her job.
We have been saying that on the Midas Touch Network on Legal A.F.
For over a year, she's been in the crosshairs of Laurel Loomer, the right-wing agitator from the very beginning, who has Donald Trump's ear.
She is his muse, whoever she loomers, and once gone is gone.
She has had it out for Pam Bondi, who she calls Pam Blondie derisively forever.
And Pam Bondi did not do herself any favors or cover herself in any glory.
when she testified before the Senate and the House,
where she tried to, she tried to, uh,
smarm her way and sneer her way through the grilling
of the various senators and House members and fight with them.
Now, she,
that might have given her some short-term political capital with Donald Trump,
but long term, everybody knows that Pam Bondi is a moron.
And she can't handle this job.
She can barely read off of a telepropter.
and what she told the Senate during the confirmation process, we know is long gone.
There is no independence of the Department of Justice.
And who is in the background?
Who's the Iago?
Who's working it to try to get to the job?
Donald Trump's former criminal defense lawyer who we trust implicitly, Todd Blanche.
That's why you see Todd Blanche leading on the Epstein files, not Pam Bondi.
That's why you see Todd Blanche leading about the Renee Good murder, not Pam Bondi.
That's why you see Todd Blanche leading on signing pleadings and related to the,
anything related to Venezuela and the Venezuela takeover.
Pam Bondi wasn't even in the room when Venezuela was announced two Saturdays ago.
You know that.
Here's a photo.
And then you've got Pam Bondi out, likely Todd Blanch in.
Could they take a stretch here and put in Judge Cannon of the Southern District of Florida?
I don't think they want to take her out from her position of being able to help them as a federal judge.
But she was on the short list at the top of the term.
I think they go with Todd Blanche.
I think everybody moves up one.
Todd Blanche becomes the attorney general.
Stan Woodward becomes the number two and so on and so on.
And they fill it with another MAGA as a number three.
I think Pambondi is kicked over to some political arm of Donald Trump.
Maybe the RNC is a general counsel or someplace in some rubber room where she won't hurt anybody.
More.
And Alina Haba goes with her.
And then things that are happening that are at his command, Robert McBride, Eastern District of Virginia.
Lindsay Halligan gets bounced in the 24th of November by Judge Curry.
the indictments of Letitian James New York Attorney General and former FBI Director James Comey go with her.
And then they got to try to re-indict.
So they bring in Robert McBride to run the office because he's a real, allegedly a real prosecutor.
Here's a career-ending moment.
Take over that job.
That's like asking for volunteers to be the captain of the Titanic after they hit the iceberg.
Who wants to do it?
I do.
Okay, let's go.
So he runs around.
He tries to get new indictments of Letitia James twice and fails.
They've been trying to get a new indictment of James Comey,
and he told, apparently, he told Todd Blanche and others,
that he will not be the lead prosecutor against James Comey
and be the head of the office at the same time.
Pick one.
They said, there's the door.
They have very few people in the Department of Justice and Leadership.
I don't think they can afford to let people hit the sidewalk.
to you, but they'll let that office go dark. He's already met with the Eastern District of Virginia
judges to try to calm the waters there. They're going to pick the ultimate U.S. attorney
because Donald Trump's never going to get Lindsey Halligan approved. And that's the second
disappearing act, right? Pam Bondi, Robert McBride. Let's go to the third magic trick by Donald
Trump in its Department of Justice. The complete evisceration of the any confidence that the
American people would have in the Renee Good investigation. Because the civil rights division has already
announced that they're not going to, they're not going to investigate, they're not going to lead the
prosecution. How do they know already? We just had Tom Holman, the bribe-taking boarder czar, say,
it would be unprofessional. It would be unprofessional. Comment on evidence. Investigation just started.
Just started. They've already decided that they're going to be sidelines. They're going to go dark as
relates to Renee Good and the investigation. Is it any shock? Harmeet Dillon? Who is she? Harmeet
Dillon, a lawyer in California, wanted to be the Attorney General of the United States,
wanted to be the head, the chairman of the Republican National Committee. This is her
consolation prize. To preside over the destruction and the chloroforming of the Civil Rights Division
once proud, and to weaponize it against people and against their civil rights. That will be a chapter
in the history books written about Harmeet Dillon.
And then the last disappearing act is just taking whole offices of the Department of Justice offline
in order to have them, quote, unquote, work on the Epstein files.
The once proud Southern District of New York, one of the leading, if not the leading prosecutor's
office in America.
People fought there, including me, to work in the U.S. Attorney's Office, to have that
as a feather in their cap for the rest of their career.
careers were made by being in that office.
There's only two offices, I think, in America,
that one other office that rivaled at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office under Robert Blumenthal.
Sorry, yeah.
Yeah.
So the one's proud office is now offline because, according to new reporting,
the entire office is working round the clock, all of its lawyers,
on the Epstein files.
That means so long, narco-terrorists,
so long drug traffickers, so long financial fraudsters, so long violent criminals on the federal
level, so long all law enforcement coming out of the Southern District of New York.
The writing is on the wall and the handwriting belongs to Todd Blanche, who I believe will be your next
U.S. attorney.
