This is Michael Popak for Legal AF. Is Elon Musk an unregistered foreign agent for Russia or a spy for Russia? Is he conducting his own foreign policy in violation of criminal law and our constitution and does all of that explain why Donald Trump is so close to Elon Musk because they share something in common, a love and a natural love for Russia and Putin. We got new reporting, bombshell reporting by the Wall Street Journal, who has determined that through their own investigative reporting that Elon Musk has had dozens and dozens of phone contacts and communications since 2022, at least with Putin. Not only that, it's not them just

shooting the crap on the phone call. It's things like Putin requesting that Elon Musk intervene and not allow his Starlink satellite system to be used by the Taiwanese because it would piss off the Chinese and Putin wants him not a wants to avoid that now Elon Musk as much as he is applauded apparently for his Electric cars and his rocket ships he gets right now at least three billion dollars from the United States government and 17 different agencies for his various technologies. I mean, basically, NASA has outsourced the entirety of the rocket schedule to Elon Musk's company and Starlink is even more nefarious because it's allowing Elon Musk to conduct

his own foreign policy, which is at odds with the foreign policy established by the only person who can actually conduct foreign policy, which is the sitting president of the United States. And now these conversations revealed by the Washington, by the Wall Street Journal, indicate that he is either an unregistered foreign agent at worst, at best, an unregistered foreign agent, which is a crime and should be investigated by the Department of Justice, at best, an unregistered foreign agent, which is a crime. It should be investigated by the Department of Justice, not tomorrow, today. Or worse, he is a spy. The spy part has become more obvious

because what do you call a person that's running counter to American interests and adopting the interest of an adversary and conducting his own foreign policy. That's a spy. I mean, the fact that, let's look at Ukraine and the war being conducted there and the support by NATO and America's allies in America

for Zelensky and the people of Ukraine. All of a sudden in October of 2022, Musk starts spouting Kremlin talking points, Putin's talking points about the war, suggesting that he has a plan for peace. The plan for peace, the one that Donald Trump talks about, which is effectively Putin's plan, where he gets to keep the 40% of Ukraine that he's tried to capture around the Donbass in Crimea, in return for not continuing to try to destroy completely the sovereignty of Ukraine. And now we've got Musk all of a sudden in October of 2022 being a puppet for Putin.

Now we just had a Department of Justice criminal investigation leading to the prosecution of at least two people for Russian television, RTTV, who spent $10 million to try to effectively buy or capture a Tennessee American right-wing podcasting company because they were paying basically to put Russian talking points in the mouths of right-wing, super right-wing MAGA podcaster and were successful. So you have that. Now you have Musk who went from a supporter on paper at least of Ukraine at the beginning of the war where he supplied them his Starlink satellites. Because right now, the best satellites for geo-positioning and use of military equipment are owned by Elon Musk, not by the American government.

And so, in the beginning of the war, he allegedly supported Ukraine and was providing them with Starlink to allow them to use drones and to punch above their weight against Russia, which in terms of material and people and soldiers is four times the size of Ukraine. And so they were able to hold their own using Musk technology. Then come 2022, Musk looks like he gets turned by Putin and starts turning off the Starlink technology. No longer supports the Starlink technology, no longer funds it for use by Ukraine, no longer allows Ukraine to use the Starlink technology to operate their drones as counter weapons and counter strategy against a much larger, more lethal Russian military.

And we can only imagine, and we can only posit that the reason that that's happened is because he's gotten into bed with Putin, spy or unregistered foreign agent. It's one of those two. And not only that, not only has he turned off the lights for the Starlink system in Ukraine, but he's apparently, according to Ukrainian intelligence, he's given the Starlink technology to the Russian military against Ukraine. At the same time, he proposes a peace plan that would allow Putin to keep the 40% that he acquired in

And now we have to, we have to put this in perspective. We just had in the last two weeks reporting, investigative reporting, and it's always rock solid, and it's always true when it comes out of the words and the mouth and the keyboard of Bob Woodward.

Bob Woodward's book, War, outlined and detailed at least seven different phone calls, including as recently as 2023, between Donald Trump and Putin. Now we have Donald Trump's right-hand man, right-hand bro, Elon Musk, also becoming very close with Putin, and it's having real-world impact. It looks like Musk is conducting his own foreign policy, his own military policy, at odds with American policy, that he's become a puppet for Putin.

What else do you call Putin telling him, don't supply Starlink to Taiwan because it pisses off the Chinese, which is a close ally of Russia, and must doing it? What else do you call must turning off the lights of Starlink for Ukraine because it was at disadvantage to Russia and giving the technology to Russia. There are criminal violations here, if any or all of this is true. And I have no reason to doubt the Wall Street Journal and their investigative reporting here.

This then Elon Musk forget the million dollar checks to try to buy the election and buy registration votes in violation of federal law. Let's not lose the forest from the trees. This is Elon Musk espionage. This is Elon Musk being a double agent, if any of this is true. Now, we were always trying to find, and we're always trying to explain a legal AF under the Midas Touch Network,

why Musk has become so close to Donald Trump in the last year, so close that Donald Trump has outsourced his entirety of his get out the vote drive to Elon Musk that has never done it before, and is trying to use technology and lotteries and checks and all this other stuff as a substitute for good old fashioned knocking on doors, getting out the vote drive and the like. And we're always wondering why it was easy.

But now we've got this new chapter of his conducting his own foreign policy and, and becoming a close ally of Putin, an enemy of the United States. Elon Musk wants to hollow out and put a puppet in charge of the Department of Defense, the Department of State, because he doesn't want resistance to what he wants to accomplish with Starlink and with his rocket program. He wants to put somebody that's a friend of his in the head of NASA. Remember what I said at the top of the hot tick? His companies have 17 contracts with the United States government, including like agencies or departments you wouldn't even

thought about. Like the forestry service uses Starlink for their geolocation requirements. for their geolocation requirements. 17 agencies, $3 billion a year, and he wants more. He wants more, and he wants to conduct without having any restrictions his own foreign policy. He likes a country, he turns on the technology. He doesn't like a country, turns off the technology, whether it's consistent with our American foreign policy as set by our commander in chief, by the secretary of state and the secretary of defense or not. 10 years ago, 20 years ago, 30 years ago, somebody that's being accused of doing what Elon Musk has done will be sent to the, it would be given the

death penalty. Look up the Rosenbergs and what happened to them and what they were trying to do and why they are no longer on this planet having been convicted of espionage. We are watching in broad daylight the conduct of foreign policy and military policy by a civilian at odds with American policy as he cavorts with our sworn enemy and the head of Russia Putin. That's why all the newspapers and media, corporate media, are calling this a bombshell because it is. We already knew that Elon Musk was a bad guy for democracy. We needed to keep him as far away from the White House as

possible. But now we know fundamentally the reason why this is probably the worst thing so far that I've heard about Elon Musk. And this should be a wake-up call to the Department of Justice. There is time on the clock and to the Biden administration to investigate, to investigate and possibly prosecute Elon Musk. And it starts not tomorrow, not after the election, it starts today. Department of Homeland Security better be investigating this. The FBI better be investigating this. The CIA better be taking a look at it.

And the Biden administration better be oriented on this in the remaining waning days. Because now they understand why their foreign policy is being undercut by people like Elon Musk in the Middle East, in Russia, because they're getting shot in the back in friendly fire by their own American civilian in Elon Musk. It's gotta come to an end now.
