Starting point is 00:00:00 Michael Popak, Legal AF, a MAGA organization you may never have heard of, run by one of Donald Trump's lawyers, Cleta Mitchell. The Election Integrity Network is placing operatives inside of election boards to try to throw a monkey wrench and sand in the gears of democracy. And we're already seeing a major example of it in the template that we can expect for the November election in Georgia. And I'm gonna focus on Julie Adams, who's the head of something called
Starting point is 00:00:29 the Georgia Election Integrity Coalition. The Georgia Election Integrity Coalition, which is an offshoot of the Election Integrity Network founded by Cleta Mitchell. She, not only a Donald Trump election denying lawyer, who used to be, by the way, a partner in a law firm that I used to work at many years ago, based in Milwaukee, Foley and Lardner,
Starting point is 00:00:53 but then she went off the rails and started representing Donald Trump. Cleta Mitchell, also, before she founded the EIN and brought Julie Adams into her network, also famously was on one of the phone calls to Brad Raffensperger that was made by Donald Trump in order to find 12,758 votes to win the election, which is part of the Georgia election
Starting point is 00:01:16 interference criminal case. Julie Adams got put on and ran for, he got put on the Fulton County Election Board back in February and in May, there was a primary. Fonny Willis won her primary, for example. And out of the five people appointed to the county board, two Republicans, one being the election denying Julie Adams under the ambit of Cleta Mitchell, she voted against certification or at least she abstained,
Starting point is 00:01:49 but she had no intention to certify the election. Even though the primary was, as far as everybody concerned and all reporting, it was fraud-free, no fraud dispositive of the outcome was identified, no mistakes, no misconduct, nothing that would change the outcome of the election. And one of the outcome was identified, no mistakes, no misconduct, nothing that would change the outcome of the election. And one of the other Republican nominees, of course, voted for certification. So the four to one or one abstention, Julie Adams, that was not on purpose. She also at the same time, this is their playbook. Keep an eye on this.
Starting point is 00:02:21 I'm going to explain it now and you can use it when we follow up as this attempts to be used in other battleground states, just this blueprint. Allow as one of the Georgia progressive voting rights organization leaders said, it's like giving the wolf a seat at the table in the hen house, on the board of the hen house. So here was step one. Julie Adams forms this group, the Georgia Election Integrity Coalition, an offshoot of the Election Integrity Network, which is an offshoot of something that sounds innocent, but really isn't. The Virginia Institute of Public Policy, all run by Cleta Mitchell, a Trump supporting election denying lawyer.
Starting point is 00:03:09 Step one, get on these canvassing boards or these election boards. Step two, doesn't matter what's in front of you in terms of evidence, refuse to certify the election. Step three, file a lawsuit and in federal court on an emergency injunctive relief to try to get more information.
Starting point is 00:03:26 You can't yet claim there was any fraud because you don't have that data and it doesn't exist, but ask for it, demand it, ask for every punch card, every voter tape, every ballot, every information and documentation about every precinct in your state. Throw sand in the gear of democracy. So she filed her lawsuit. Now, the rest of the canvassing board, the election board was ready for Julie Adams. They already had ready on the day that she came in
Starting point is 00:03:56 to certify, piles high, went up to almost the ceiling, thousands and thousands, up to 10,000 pages of data showing her or any reasonable person that there was no fraud outcome determined in fraud or misconduct in the election. But after several hours of going through this material, because she had to go through it physically on a PC that was in the room, a computer in the room,
Starting point is 00:04:18 she threw up her hands and said, well, I've got to abstain because that's another page for the playbook. Set up a phony organization, be an election denier. And Julie Adams has been an election denier from way back. She was in the Tea Party movement, which is the precursor to the MAGA movement. It's the proto-MAGA movement from 10 years ago, 12 years ago. We thought it died out. It didn't die out, die out and morphed into MAGA. They found a leader. The Tea Party movement was sort of like leaderless, rudderless.
Starting point is 00:04:50 Then it found Donald Trump and attached itself to it. Boom. Now we've got MAGA with all bunch of ex Tea Party people inside of it. And Julie Adams decides that she's an election denier from way back. She goes to a conference with Cleta Mitchell, and then she's busy organizing, you know, poll watchers and other people again, to make voting difficult, to make fair and proper voting difficult. And the reason I wanted to do this particular hot take this way
Starting point is 00:05:24 is I wanted to lay out and expose the blueprint that's being used by these election deniers who are under the sway, if you will, of Donald Trump and MAGA. These are not grassroots. These are not spontaneously generated patriots who want to get to the bottom and ensure voter integrity. It's the opposite.
Starting point is 00:05:48 This is just another way to undermine another institution in our society, to undermine the integrity of our voting system, to cast doubt on it, to make people feel insecure about participating in our democracy. Sometimes I wish we could have things in life both ways, like a great glass of red wine but without the headache. Well, that's not going to happen in that example, but it is possible to have it both ways with Mack Weldon. I know men tend to think looking sharp means starchy oxfords and stiff chinos rather than effortless comfort,
Starting point is 00:06:21 but it's possible to have it both ways with Mack Weldon. From their light as air underwear to innovative anti-odor tees and versatile yet comfortable pants, Mack Weldon has a full range of clothes that never go out of style. Mack Weldon makes timeless apparel with modern performance fabrics for guys who want to look and feel sharp

I have a real confidence boost knowing I'm wearing anything sold by Mack Weldon. Some guys just wanna look good without calling attention to themselves. Donald Trump's already saying he's not going to accept the outcome of the election. So is the other all the other MAGA, including his potential running mate Marco Rubio, little Marco of Florida. How do they know? We haven't even run the election yet. And if they win, you know, they're going to say it was the safest, most secure, most safe, safest, with most integrity of any election ever in the history of America, the history of the world, if they win. But when they inevitably lose, because of a proper use of mail-in voting, absentee voting,
Starting point is 00:08:09 proper application of voter ID laws at the polls, the right polling places, the right polling time periods. And he loses in the Southern battleground states and Joe Biden is reelected, then the fix is in, then it's rigged. Then it's a fraud. And part of it is they're building now what they scrambled to do in the December and January time period leading to Jan 6th. They're doing it now. And that's why we have to catch it and explain it to you as it's happening. They were scrambling to get all those lawyers together around the
Starting point is 00:08:45 country, file those 70 lawsuits, all which lost to try to get Donald Trump elected president as they were also doing the fake elector scheme, as they were also doing the Gen 6 violent overthrow scheme, as they were pressuring election officials and elected officials like Brad Raffensperger in Georgia and in other places. Now they're starting early, right? They're placing the fox inside the chicken coop, right? In the form of Julie Adams, and she's not the only Julie Adams. There's hundreds of Julie Adams that have been activated
Starting point is 00:09:20 like a sleeper cell by Donald Trump through Cleta Mitchell and the Election Integrity Network or some version of that in your home state. In Georgia, it's a similarly named Georgia Election Integrity Coalition. Doesn't matter whatever it is, look under the hood, recognize these people for who they are, they're election deniers through and through,
Starting point is 00:09:44 they have been for years. They have no interest in election integrity and it makes you sure that people, when they exercise the right to vote, that it actually leads to a proper and fair election. They have no interest in that. They just want to see their fearless cult leader, Donald Trump, be elected, get back into office,
Starting point is 00:10:04 the restoration of his presidency, regardless of outcome, regardless of morality, regardless of law. And when you come in, and I'm sure just like terrorists have a playbook on how to execute their terror campaign, their terror scheme, so too does the election denier. Step one, get elected to a canvassing or election board or, I'll give you the other version of it, become a poll watcher, become an election worker, a vote counter, get in
Starting point is 00:10:39 there, get into the machinery, be a ghost in the machine. Then reject everything. Reject everything that any reasonable person would in terms of empirical evidence that's against your position that there's already voter fraud. Reject that. Don't vote to certify, abstain. Throw in requests for information, public requests for information,
Starting point is 00:11:04 public records requests, to get an entire room full of documents at your disposal so you could pick out and mischaracterize one piece of it to make your argument. Failing that, at the same time, file a lawsuit, in federal court preferably, try to get an injunction. Use that as press and as gasoline to further your arguments and to cast doubt on the outcome of the election. That's what's happened. And that's the story of Julia Adams and her lawsuit and her relationship with Cleta Mitchell. And we're bringing it to you right here on the Midas Touch Network at illegal AF.
