Instacart.
Groceries that over-deliver.
Exactly what that meant.
A child knows what that meant.
If you're the FBI director and you don't know what that meant. A child knows what that meant. If you're the FBI director
and you don't know what that meant,
that meant assassination.
And it says it loud and clear.
Now, he wasn't very competent,
but he was competent enough to know what that meant.
And he did it for a reason,
and he was hit so hard.
Because people like me, and they like what's happening with our country.
Our country has become respected again and all this and he's calling for the assassination
of the president.
Obviously he apologized and said he did.
Well he apologized because he was here.
Look he's a very bad.
What do you want to see happen?
I don't want to take a position on it because that's going to be up to Pam and all of the
great people.
But I will say this, I think it's a terrible thing.
And when you add his history to that, if he had a clean history, he doesn't.
He's a dirty cop.
He's a dirty cop.
And if he had a clean history, I could understand if there was a leniency.
But I'm going to let them make that decision.
Well, right on cue while Donald Trump is drowning
in the polls, while he's doing a terrible trip
through the Arab world, that looks like he's selling
the presidency and US foreign policy to the highest bidder,
to countries that have no respect for human rights,
while he's taking a $400 million plain bribe from them.
He's gotta distract from all of that.
So what does he do?
He and all of his social media influencers
that work for him and Kristine Noem and his sons
and everybody else, what do they do?
They say that James Comey, the former FBI director,
because he posted a photo on his social media
of something he found on the beach,
is calling for Donald Trump's murder.
I'm Michael Popock. I'm hot and bothered today.
Let's jump into Donald Trump checking off another mark on his list of retaliation and retribution.
He's got it in for James Comey ever since he was involved in the Russia collusion investigation
working alongside Robert Mueller, the special counsel. So Robert, James Comey, who's been very public,
the end of his term as FBI director
was a little bit turbulent, let's just say.
He was accused of making sure that Hillary Clinton
didn't get elected president
because he announced that he was investigating
the email server issue just days before the election.
That James Comey, but you know,
he's sort of seen, he's seen God since then. He's written several books that suggest that
he understands what tyranny is all about. He understands what Donald Trump is all about,
and that has put him on a crap list for Donald Trump. Now, James Comey's walking down a beach
walk and somebody, nobody suggests it's James Comey, put shells on the
beach. I'll put up the picture here. Put shells on the beach in a social media post that's
spelled out 8647. No, it's not the last four digits of some long lost phone number or pop
song. 86, as we know, if you work in restaurants,
means we're out of it or get rid of it
or stop allowing it to be ordered.
Although it looks like in the urban dictionary
it could also be slang for taking out something
or getting rid of something.
Getting rid of something is probably
the right interpretation under this scenario.
And 47 may refer to Donald Trump's current number as president. 86-47
is like saying if you're at the restaurant, 86 the hash, don't sell it, we're out of it,
get rid of it, take it off the menu. Take Donald Trump off the menu. Murder, assassination? Well,
to Kristi Noem, it's a murderous cry, hewn cry of James Comey, the former FBI director,
and then they activate all of their others.
So you've got Don Jr.,
the former FBI director just called for my dad's murder.
Okay, I think we're taking this
to a ridiculous extreme, right?
Then on top of that, you've got the Cash Patel
making a statement that says,
we are fully aware of all the social media posts
of the former FBI director.
Get ready Cash Patel,
because one day you're gonna be a former FBI director.
And when the Democrats take back the White House
and take back the FBI position
and the Department of Justice and Homeland Security,
you're setting a blueprint about how you
wanna be treated in the future.
Are you that short-sighted that you don't understand
that if you attack people like Trump attacking General Milley
of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
or taking away security clearances
from people like Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton and others that
turn about his fair play. It'll be done to you goose gander, if
you will. And so look, should should the former FBI director
have posted something whimsical on his social media that
somebody else had put on the beach? I don't know. I mean, you
know, the guy's retired, He could do really what he wants. Is it a call for the murder of Donald
Trump while he's abroad? I get that he was, and they say that he was the survivor of two
assassination attempts. All right. This episode is brought to you by IQ Bar, our exclusive snack sponsor. IQ Bar is the better for you plant protein based snacks

Listen, we all watched the video in Butler, Pennsylvania.
I don't know what hit Donald Trump's ear.
I doubt it was a bullet because I don't think he'd have his head connected to his neck if
that were the case.
I mean, they have this whole mythology about Donald Trump with his hands up and, oh, he
just quickly moved his head to see that phony chart behind him.
And thank God for the audio visual aids worker because if it wasn't for her, you know,
and yes, there were bullets. Obviously, there were people who died on the stage in support of Donald
Trump. Probably a piece of plexiglass, but in any event, I'll take it at its word that it was an
assassination attempt that he survived. The second one, the guy who's the crazy guy that's sat on the
bush at the golf course all day with a gun.
I mean, I don't know if that's an assassination attempt.
It's an attempted attempt.
In any event, you know, it's part of the martyrdom of Donald Trump.
And so, of course, in the same breath, they have to say, well, the person who was the target of
two assassination attempts and is overseas, you know, the FBI director shouldn't be calling
for his assassination.
I don't really take it that way.
I think it was more whimsical, more cheeky than that.
You know, as JD Vance would say,
if the shoe was on the other foot,
when did we lose our sense of humor?
When do we become so humorless as an American people?
Yeah, when did we?
When did we? Now,less as the American people? Yeah, when did we? When did we?
Now, if they didn't like that,
they're gonna hate when they get the tape
of Bruce Springsteen, my hometown,
Asbury Park, New Jersey.
Shout out to Bruce.
We know some people in common, Bruce.
When he was up in Europe doing a tour
and he talked about living in the
time of Donald Trump's tyranny and him being a fascist effectively and from the
stage to a lot of applause especially in the European community. Let's
roll the Bruce Springsteen clip. In my home, the America I love, the America I've written about, that has been a beacon
of hope and liberty for 250 years, is currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent, and
treasonous administration.
Tonight, we ask all who believe in democracy and the best of our American experience to
rise with us, raise your voices against authoritarianism and our freedom ring.
So what are they going to do now?
Prosecute Bruce Springsteen?
Is he calling for the overthrow of the American government?
Is he calling for the ouster of Donald Trump?
I mean, there's different ways you can express.
We still have First Amendment expression.
You know, now the only way you can Donald Trump doesn't believe in First Amendment
expression, he's busy putting graduate students and colleges and universities
all around America in jail until federal judges get them out of jail because
they're speaking out in ways that make Donald Trump and his followers uncomfortable.
Hell, sometimes they make me uncomfortable, you know, but that's the beauty of First Amendment
if you're either a protector and a defender of First Amendment speech or you are not.
You know, there's no middle ground and I am a defender of the First Amendment even if it
makes me uncomfortable. Maybe because it makes me feel uncomfortable, as long as it doesn't
go beyond the limits of how we support First Amendment speech.
Bruce Springsteen, First Amendment expression.
James Comey, First Amendment expression.
Not calling for the violent overthrow of this country
and for a group of government officials
to get all hot under the collar
and clutching their pearls about,
it's all phony, we know it's phony.
After letting 1600 Chan 6th insurrectionists out of jail,
who really did try to murder elected officials
and their staff with bloody steps that one observer
from law enforcement said reminded her of her time
in Fallujah while she was in the military. A pitched battle at the Western Terrace, all caught
on video camera and GoPro and social media posts. It was a medieval battle
with armed insurrectionists against an outmatched Capitol and
Metro police. Five people died as a result of Jan 6th.
And Donald Trump just, to paraphrase Don Jr., just casually absolved them of all responsibility
for what they did and the murderous cries that were in the air that day around the Capitol.
And they're worried about seashells on a beach as a First Amendment expression?
Get a grip.
We all know it's distracting, distractive.
The only reason you're doing it is because you're having a terrible, terrible first 120
days on the way to a very terrible first 1,200 days.
And we'll follow it all right here on the Midas Touch Network and on Legal AF.
