Who filed it? Maureen Comey. She's the daughter of the former FBI director for Donald Trump, James Comey, who now Donald Trump considers to be a political enemy. She got fired. She got canned, not because she's done a bad job for 20 years as a federal prosecutor at the highest level in New York and the Southern. District of New York. She got canned because she got loomer. Laura Lumer pointed her out, decided that she was some sort of liberal activist, despite the fact that nothing in her body of work says that, quite the opposite. And she, Laura Lumer, leaned on Donald Trump until Donald Trump fired her. It's all there in the new lawsuit, which I'm posting on legal AF substack for you

to read as well as I describe it here. And there's something that was left out of the lawsuit, but I'm going to fill in the blanks and I'm going to color inside the lines about the connection between Maureen Comey as the prosecutor for Jeffrey Epstein and Galane Maxwell and how they fired Maureen Comey in order to allow Todd Blanche, the number two in the Department of Justice for Donald Trump to go in and give her an interview Galane Maxwell without having the benefit of Maureen Comey who knows everything about the case and would be able to. successfully cross-examine Galane Maxwell and show her for the liar that she is, but they fired Maureen Comey before they met with Galane Maxwell. anniversary, which is on Wednesday. Thank you for that. Let's get back to Maureen Comey and this new filing, alleging violations of the Fifth Amendment, the First Amendment, and the separation of powers of the Constitution. Let me give you what she has said out loud in her complaint, which has been filed in the Southern District of New York, the same district that she used to work for. It says the paragraph one on page two in her preliminary statement. Plaintiff Maureencomy was an exemplary dedicated and highly decorated public servant who spent 10 years prosecuting crime and corruption without fear or favor as an assistant U.S. attorney. She was assigned to complex cases. She obtained criminal convictions, including of being given the task of prosecuting

Sean Diddy Combs, P. Diddy, Jeffrey Epstein, and Galane Maxwell. She was promoted and honored. Despite that on July 16th, she was fired. She was fired by an acting interim U.S. attorney named Jay Clayton, who's a golfing buddy of Donald Trump, and when Maureen Comey, and this is in the complaint, said to him, why am I being fired? He said, I really can't tell you its decisions being made in Washington. Well, Maureen Comey knows enough to know that it all started with Donald Trump's ire against and his hatred for her father, James Comey. Here's an example where the sins of her father are being visited on a on an adult daughter? I got news for Donald Trump. Women have the right to vote. Women are their own people. They're no longer chattel owned like property by their husbands or their fathers.

They're allowed to have their own independent careers. And so on pages 2 through 6 of the complaint, she says that defendants have not given an explanation. Rather, paragraph 5, defendants fired Ms. Comey solely or substantially because her father is former FBI director James Comey. And then they go over all the attacks that Donald Trump made against James Comey, calling him the worst FBI director of history. In fact, I give you a clip right now that's actually part of the lawsuit.

She said following Mr. Comey's social media post and criticism of President Trump, people called for Ms. Comey's firing. Notable among those supporters is, Laura Lumer, a social media influencer who has political influence in the Trump administration. President Trump has publicly stated, if you're loomered, you're in big trouble. That's the end of your career, in a sense.

So he has offloaded and delegated to Laura Lumer to identify for him who he should fire in his administration. Here's what, here's how she attacked, and this is all reproduced in the complaint. here's how Laura Lumer attacked Maureen Comey, who effectively was defenseless to fire back because she's a public servant, because she's a prosecutor. And here's all the citations, always hiding behind, like any good coward, Laura Lumer, always hiding behind social media posts. On paragraph 64 of the complaint, Maureen Comey's complaint says the following about Lumer that on May 18th, Lumer, who has over 1.7 million, followers on X called for the firing of Ms. Comey's liberal daughter and Democrat son-in-law who both worked, who had worked at the Southern District of New York. And this is also because

there's a battle between Lumer and Pam Bondi, the U.S. attorney, who Lumer wants to get Bondi out. So Comey got caught up in that as well. Here's what has been recited and reproduced in the complaint on paragraph 64 and beyond. And you should also know that Lumer likes to call Pam Bondi, Pam Blondie. So Pam Blondie is allowing James Comey's daughter and his son-in-law to work at the Trump DOJ. Did you know that Maureen Comey, the daughter of James Comey, serves as an assistant U.S. attorney who heads the violent and organized crime unit. She has been with the Southern District since 2015. She's prosecuted high-profile cases, including Epstein and Maxwell and Sean Diddy Combs. Her husband is Lucas Isaac.

He also works in the Trump DOJ. Donald Trump campaigned on draining the swamp. And now under Pam Blondie, James Comey is getting away with putting assassination hits on President Trump. Oh, this is when James Comey, if you remember, saw somebody saw a photo of some seashells that said 8647, which they interpreted to mean to kill the president. And he reposted it on his social media. but this continues, but Maureen Comey and Lucas need to be fired from the DOJ immediately. Has Pam Blondie told President Trump that James Comey's daughter still works at the DOJ? Has anyone told Trump, how on earth is something like this slipped through the cracks?

And then she posted on her Facebook account. And then after Maureen Comey got canned, paragraph 67 of the complaint says that Lumer was celebrating the termination on X. Today, the DOJ fired Maureen Comey from the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York. She is the daughter of the former disgraced FBI director, James Comey. This comes two months after my pressure campaign on Pam Blondie to fire Comey's daughter and Comey's son-in-law. No word yet on whether he'll be fired, plus one for Blondie today. And they then go on, talk about how this violates the Administrative Procedures Act, because there's a Civil Service Reform Act

that protects civil servants like U.S. attorneys and assistant U.S. attorneys. But here we have where Donald Trump may be hoisted on his own partart because he wrecked the independence of the Merit Systems Protection Board. He wrecked the independence of the National Labor Relations Board. So Merit Systems Protection Board

is where Donald Trump told her, his DOJ told her, well, if you don't like your firing, you can take an appeal to the Merit Systems Protection Board. There's nobody on the Merit Systems Protection Board. He fired everybody. People retired haven't been replaced. There's only one person left, a Republican, on the Merit System Protection Board. There's no quorum. And as I said, months ago, that he was going to let there be no quorum on the National Labor Relations Board so it couldn't protect federal and state union workers. And he was

going to let the Merit Systems Protection Board wither and die by not appointing anybody so it can't act without a quorum. And that's what's happened. So Maureen Comey argues, it's futile for me to file an appeal with the Merit Systems Protection Board. There isn't a board. It doesn't exist anymore. He got rid of it and the United States Supreme Court let him. So now the chickens are coming home to roost. He may have destroyed the Merit Systems Protection Board, but then you can't point to it as an avenue for appeal if you fire somebody. So this is now, there's a 10-count complaint that's been filed. I'm going to find out soon who the judge is. I'll update you all on who the judge is that's going to be assigned to this case. I'll do that on legal AF YouTube and on legal AF
