The following podcast is a Dear Media production.
This is Let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari, a podcast all about getting real and open
on everything from sex, relationships, reality TV, wellness, family, and so much more.
And just a fair warning, there will probably be some oversharing.
What is up, you guys?
It is a big week for me over here.
It's tour week.
Kicking off the very first, let's be honest, podcast tour.
I am really excited.
I'm a little nervous just because I get nervous actually to speak in front of a live audience, especially
when it's thousands of people. So I will definitely have some nerves, but I am really excited.
I've been working on this tour for the last two months, really getting it ready. I'm so
excited for everyone to see all of the surprise guests that I have coming. And I just think
it's going to be a lot of fun. And I just recently announced that I am doing a docu-series to follow the entire podcast tour
journey. And I know I have said I would not go back to reality TV 5,000 times, but this is
different because this is not just a show about my personal life. I'm not dating on the show.
It's not trying to come up with drama for storylines.
This is truly a docu-series in the best sense of the word where they are really just documenting
this journey.
So I'm excited for that and I've been working really closely with the producers on it.
I am also a producer, but to make it as authentic as possible because I do think it's really hard to have a show that is truly real,
but we are going to make this as real as possible.
And so I am excited and just to show you guys all of the behind the scenes.
So what will happen is the show, it looks like it's gonna premiere early summer. And then I will release the podcast episodes,
these interviews from the live shows a week later.
So you guys will definitely get all the tea.
I'm sure some stuff will come out beforehand.
But by the way, I've somehow been roped into new rumors
that I'm really excited to clear up on this tour.
Wink, wink, hint, hint. Even though I've just been over here laying low, trying not to bother anybody. I'm just excited to clear up on this tour. Wink, wink, hint, hint.
Even though I've just been over here laying low,
trying not to bother anybody, I'm just doing my thing,
but somehow I am now knee deep in drama
that I never signed up for.
So, anywho, I have a ton of friends coming on the tour.
I'm really excited.
People are really, all my people are coming out to support.
So it's gonna be fun.
I will, after the tour tour do a podcast episode here,
a little recap, give you guys a little bit
as much as possible.
But of course I'm gonna save all the juicy stuff
for the show and the actual podcast.
This tour is called my headline tour
and the whole point of it is to really address
a lot of the headlines over the years
and give you guys the real story
about what
was really going on.
So I have people coming out who have been in the headlines with me.
And then I have a couple of people coming out who have just experienced a lot of headlines
themselves to understand what it is like.
And so it's just, it's going to be fun because this is such a big deal for me.
You know, this is obviously something I'm going to remember for the rest of my life.
I'm really, obviously I'm taking it seriously.
And I would say I've been really prepping for the entire month of February.
And so I'm treating it like I would a photo shoot, like a big photo shoot or anything
big in my life.
Like if I was going back to TV, obviously I am, but like if I was going to be filming
a full on reality show, like what I would be doing.
And so I've done dry February to prepare for this because I want to look my best on the
tour.
And so anytime I want to look my best, the first thing to go is alcohol.
And I don't even drink that much.
I drank twice in January, but I just think, I don't know, there's, like I went to a couple
dinners in February and those were times where like maybe I would have one or two,
but it's kind of like what's the point? And I've just, I felt so good the month
of February. I actually don't really want to drink. Once I get in this sober phase,
I really just love how I feel. I love not being hungover. I just, alcohol just
makes me cloudy, just foggy in my head and I don't like that feeling.
So alcohol was the first thing to go.
Other things that I'm going to be doing or have done, I am doing a hydrofacial the day
before I leave.
So it is Tuesday when you guys are listening to this.
Friday morning, I will drop my kids off at school and then I will go straight to the
airport and fly to Atlanta.
It is spring break and my ex has my kids,
which is how I'm able to be gone for an entire week like this to do the tour.
That's why I'm doing it.
Okay, so I'm doing a Hydrofacial Thursday,
because those are great.
I've only done them a couple times, but they just really make your skin glow.
And obviously I want to be glowing on the tour.
And then I did micro-needling and PRF last week.
So a little dose of that just to kind of fill me in,
get my body revitalizing itself or my face, I should say.
I'm doing my nails tomorrow.
Don't look at my hands.
I haven't done my nails.
I've actually given my nails a break most of February.
I took, I got rid of gels.
I've painted them a couple times, but my nail polish chips within a day usually from just
doing dishes and whatever.
So I've given my nails a break and they needed it.
And then also I did Chroma.
So Chroma is a five day detox.
I've definitely talked about it on my Instagram before, but I like doing it once, maybe twice
a year.
I haven't done it in probably a year at least.
And so it felt really good to do it.
It's a five-day detox.
It's the only one that you actually eat on.
So I love it because basically it's a ton of bone broth and you can add protein and
veggies and there's a guide.
There's different levels that you can do depending on if you want to do it to lose weight
or just feel better or whatever it is.
I do the one, I'm not trying to lose weight
and I want to maintain my muscle.
So I definitely do a lot of protein.
I don't think you're supposed to put protein and veggies
in your lunch bone broth, but I do.
You can kind of like customize it to yourself.
And so you're eating, you're full.
The one thing I don't like giving up is coffee,
but it does, I think, make a difference.
I notice a difference when I get off of coffee.
I sleep like a baby.
I just, I actually think I have more energy.
Isn't that crazy?
Especially, like I've noticed,
I usually do one latte every morning, and that's great.
But if I do two, I swear to God,
I'm more tired in the afternoon.
It's, I don't know.
I don't know what the logic behind that is,
but I've noticed that with myself.
So I'm good on one cup in the morning,
but I used to get off of coffee a couple times a year
for like a couple months.
And I haven't done that in a while,
but Chroma is how I sort of jumpstart it.
But I will not lie to you guys, I did my five days and I was back on coffee
the day my cleanse was over.
So that's what I'm doing. Those are like the things that I do.
Obviously, I work out, you know, work out with a trainer once a week.
Kevin, Kevin Kluge, he's going to come on the podcast after the podcast tour
so we can go over just all of the great workout moves that he has
and just different tips and tricks
that he has for all the ladies,
how to get the body that you want.
And so that's what I've been doing, prioritizing sleep.
I haven't been going out at all, really.
I've gone to a couple dinners, but nothing crazy.
And I'm just focusing on taking care of myself
and that makes a huge difference.
And so I'm gonna be hopefully feeling my best
because the podcast tour is gonna be a long week.
You know, the podcast tour is a lot.
It's six shows in a week, but then filming on top of it,
it's gonna be a grind.
It's gonna be fun, but it's gonna be a lot.
I'm not really gonna have any downtime at all.
But actually when I get home,
I will have the weekend myself.
I don't get my kids back until a couple days later.
So that will be nice.
I'll be able to be in my house, sleep,
not have to worry about making food for other people.
Just, you know, being able to be on my schedule.
That will be really nice.
I was gonna stay in New York.
My last show was in New York
and I was gonna stay in New York and have fun.
But I know me and I'm more of a homebody.
I'm gonna wanna be home after being gone for seven days.
Guys, let's take a minute to talk about Armra.
You guys know I'm always on the lookout
for ways to strengthen immunity and gut health,
improve my fitness and my metabolism,
and enhance my skin and my hair radiance.
Well, I recently discovered an incredible product,
which is Armra Colostrum.
I've been taking Colostrum for going on about a year now,
and I have seen noticeable difference, you guys,
in my skin, my hair, my nails.
I also find that it really does help with your metabolism.
I'm never bloated anymore.
I really do swear by this stuff.
It's been the best kept secret of industry insiders for a while, but the word is finally getting out and for good reason,
like I said. It strengthens immunity. It's also great for your gut health.
Probiotics are touted as a great health solution,
but they only address one part of the four part gut wall and most products on the market are dead before they even reach
your gut. Armra Kulastrum naturally fortifies your entire gut wall and most products on the market are dead before they even reach your gut. Armra colostrum naturally fortifies your entire gut wall system
optimizing your microbiome and strengthening the gut wall architecture
which guards against irritants that can trigger symptoms like bloating and
constipation. Like I said I've really noticed a difference with my metabolism.
It really does strengthen your gut barrier to guard against toxins,
chemicals, and pollutants that can drive inflammation and slow down your metabolism. It also helps
with nutrient absorption, stabilizes blood sugar levels, and it modulates hormones like
leptin that ignite your body's fat burning capacity for your peak metabolism performance.

All right, you guys, I wanna talk to you about skims.
You've heard me talk about them before.
And I've told you every single time,
I did not want to like skims, but I have completely fallen in love with them. Skims, bras and
underwear are honestly the only intimates that I wear these days. My
entire top drawer is filled with the most amazing stretchy and supportive
fabrics. I'm always on the go as you guys know and I need products that keep me
feeling comfortable and confident all day long. Nothing fits me as well as Skims does. You guys, you have to try them if you haven't already.
I am obsessed with their fits everybody thong.
I've tried every single thong on the planet, but nothing beats the fits everybody thong from Skims.
It's so seamless and it fits me like a glove. There's nothing worse than uncomfortable underwear.
I love when I feel like I barely have anything on.
Okay guys, shop Skims Best Intimates,
including the Fits Everybody collection
and more at skims.com and skimsstores.
After you place your order,
make sure to let them know that I sent you.

especially when it comes to supplements.
I just always wanna make sure I'm getting
the best quality possible and that is why
I love Symbiotica so much.
Spring's on the way and now is the time
to refocus on your health goals.
I'm all about keeping my wellness routine simple yet effective.
Symbiotica helps me do just that. I just pop a magnesium packet before bed and I wake up feeling

Podcast tour is four cities. So like I said, I will be going to Atlanta on Friday
and then the next morning I fly to Chicago for two shows.
Then I would normally have two days off,
but I will be filming the show now.
So we'll be filming in Chicago that Sunday
and then Monday I'll travel to Boston,
potentially film as well.
And then I have a show the 11th and the 12th,
so two different nights in Boston.
I'm actually excited because I'll get to hang out in Boston,
which I have not been to Boston since I was,
it was my junior senior summer.
And actually, this is cool.
So my dad made me go to Boston for two weeks at BU
and I lived in the dorms and I took classes. Honestly, I couldn't even tell
you now what classes they were. I think they were nothing too serious. I want to say it
was stuff with communications because at the time I actually wanted to go to Emerson in
Boston and study broadcast journalism. So I was at BU for two weeks living in the dorms,
taking classes, and that was really like the only college experience I ever had.
But I'm thankful for it because I did sort of a little bit get to experience college.
And I did not want to go.
I went kicking and screaming.
I was actually really pissed that my dad was making me do that during my summer.
Two weeks of my junior, senior summer.
Are you kidding me?
And I ended up having the
best time. I had so much fun. I met such great people. And like I said, getting to
have that experience, although it was very short, but getting to live in the
dorms and go to class and do that whole thing was very fun because I didn't end
up going to college. So I'm thankful that my dad made me do that. But that was the
only time I've spent in Boston and I have not been back since. So I'm thankful that my dad made me do that, but that was the only time I've spent in Boston.
And I have not been back since.
So I remember loving the city and I'm really excited to go back.
As an adult now, I want to do some sightseeing.
I want to go check it out.
We are thinking about opening up a store for Uncommon James in Boston and Seaport.
So I want to go check out the Seaport area.
And apparently, and you know, the little memory that I have from,
you know, 22 years ago or whatever that was, is that the people in Boston are very fun.
And so I'm excited because I've actually talked to other people who have had podcast
shows in Boston and they say the energy is just through the roof. So those will be fun
shows. I'm really looking forward to those. And then I go, well, actually, Justin and I are driving from Boston to New York,
which we're gonna film and it'll be hilarious, I'm sure.
And it'll just be fun.
So we're gonna drive and then have a show in New York.
And then that's a wrap-ske-do on the tour.
So it's gonna be fun.
It's gonna be a lot.
And I actually have more fragrance meetings
with Uncommon James.
Our Hard Feelings fragrance has done exceptionally well
and so we are gonna come out with more fragrances.
And did you guys know this is the trend right now
in fragrance to layer different fragrances?
I had no idea.
So the team, my team at Uncommon James brought it up to me.
And then Sailor did it.
Literally the next day, I was like,
what perfume are you wearing?
Cause it kind of smelled like hard feelings,
but I knew it was awful little.
She said hard feelings.
I said, but that's no.
And she was like, no, I layered them.
And so this is what all the kids are doing today
is layering perfume, which I actually think
is kind of a genius move.
So we are going to create two new fragrances
that pair well with hard feelings,
but of course can obviously be worn on their own as well.
So we'll do a meeting with our perfumery in New York,
and then I'll do Watch What Happens Live,
and then I will come home.
And then I will be home for a minute,
but then I did plan a trip with two girlfriends
for the end of March to go to a beach somewhere,
which I'll tell you about after I go, which I cannot wait to just lay in the sun. That'll be like my
celebration for the tour and just, you know, because this has been, it's been a lot of
work and it's really fun, but I'm the only, it's just me. I'm a one woman show over here
planning this tour. I don't have help, you know, like I'm over here just doing it myself,
largely in part because I don't know how to ask for help but I'm also kind of a control freak
and like I just want to do everything myself and then I don't want to go anywhere for a very long
time. I just want to be home. I just want to be home. So packing, packing. I'm also like
dreading packing for this trip because Boston's gonna be fucking freezing.
Atlanta will probably be decently warm, I would think.
And then Chicago and New York are kind of a gamble, you know?
So I, if I wasn't filming a show, I would repeat my airport outfit every single time.
I would just wear sweats, I've got these black Chanel boots and call it a day.
But you know, filming really adds a whole wrench in my plan because now I have to
change my outfits.
So I have to pack a lot more clothes than I normally would, which is fine.
I used my stylist, Danny Michelle for all of my dresses, all my podcast show
dresses, and we did a couple just like everyday look.
But yeah, so I, that helps a lot when packing for a big trip like
this, but it's a lot of outfits. So I have two massive suitcases that I'll be checking
and then I'm taking a carry on bag because my mind always goes to the worst place possible
where I feel like this would be the one time where I literally have a show I'm flying in
to let's say Chicago, I have two shows that night and that would be the one time where I literally have a show. I'm flying in to, let's say, Chicago. I have two shows that night, and that would be the day
that my bag gets lost.
So what I'm going to do is I'm going to bring a carry-on,
and I'm going to bring my outfits for the shows that day
so that I don't run into some crazy problem like that
where I have nothing to wear and I have to wear my sweats.
To be honest with you, wouldn't it be the worst thing
if I had to wear my sweats?
Because I would definitely be very comfortable.
Alex Cooper does that.
I did her live tour in Austin in September and
during the interview portion she wore sweats. I get it. I think there is
something to be said for being able to conduct an interview and just being
super comfortable. I think it just you're not worrying about what you look like,
you know, pulling up your dress or whatever. I'm not going that route. I am
wearing little dresses because this is a big moment for me and
I just want to look good, you know? I work too hard in the gym to cover it up with sweats.
Sorry. I'm working really hard to get my body ready for this tour. So I want to show off my legs.
Sue me. I don't know what you want from me. So that's that. And what else can I tell you guys
about the tour? I've already told the show sleep is the priority
It just is after the Atlanta show that you know, the show is like asking me
Well, you know, what would you go to dinner after the show with your friends? What would you do?
And I was like, no, I have to get a solid eight hours and we're at the airport the next morning
I have two shows the next day. I
Have to sleep and I know I'll probably be wound up after the shows.
I feel like, you're like music,
I'm not comparing myself to musicians, okay?
Everyone just calm down.
But you know, like after a show,
like musicians always talk about how it takes them hours
to calm down from that natural high,
that adrenaline rush that you get from obviously playing
in front of thousands and thousands of people.
This is obviously a much smaller scale, but even if I go to dinner and I'm
out later than I naturally go to sleep, it in I come home, it takes me a minute even
just to wind down from dinner. Just I think when your circadian rhythm gets thrown off,
at least for me, it really fucks me up. So I know this is going to be, it's probably
a bit of a shock to my system. Like my Chicago show doesn't start until 9.30.
I'm like, 9.30, I go to bed at 9.15.
This is gonna be, it's gonna be hard
for your girl to stay up.
My mom will be in Chicago and I was like,
cause I'm gonna have a ton,
I'm really excited for Chicago
cause I have a lot of friends in Chicago.
I've got family coming, I've got cousins,
you know, my mom, my aunt.
There's two shows in Chicago and both shows have multiple guests. So there's just a lot of friends in Chicago, I've got family coming, I've got cousins, you know, my mom, my aunt. There's two shows in Chicago,
and both shows have multiple guests.
So there's just a lot of people in Chicago.
So I was like, we're going out afterwards,
I've got the day off the next day, the film,
but at least I don't have a show.
That will be my first time drinking in a month and a half.
So I'm gonna have to pace myself.
But like, my mom's like, well, I'm coming to the early show,
like that's too late for me.
I'm like, it's too late for me.
I can't even do the second show, like what what so I'm gonna have to have a double espresso or
something kick it up you know channel my 21 year old self who you could pull an
all-nighter so I'm gonna have to get a little piece of that Kristen in me but
it's gonna be fun it's gonna be so fun

Meet your new go-to for all day, always on hydration.
Okay, so I wanted to tell you guys something else.
Something else that just happened to us because I had no idea about what I'm about to tell
you.
So I came home, this is about two weeks ago.
I came home one day, I actually had a photo shoot downtown and I came home and Teddy,
my rescue doodle, was in the grass. And when I pulled up, he didn't get up and
come and greet me. And that's weird because usually if my dogs are outside, they always
come up to my car. So I was like, that was bizarre. That was strange. But so, okay, I
come in my house, I go to the front door and I opened it and I was calling him. I was like,
Teddy, come here. And he was just laying in the grass. And I saw he was kind of shaking
a little bit. So I was like, what the hell is going on?
So I went up to him and I was like, buddy, what's wrong?
And he couldn't move and he was shaking.
And I'm like, what the hell happened to him?
He couldn't get up.
So I'm looking around and I see throw up next to him with pieces of gum in it, whole pieces
of gum.
So I realized, okay, obviously he got into gum, but I'm going, okay, but is that the end of the world?
Will this really make it so that he
quite literally couldn't move?
And so I go get water.
Now Camden is with me, my oldest,
and we're trying to get him to drink water.
And Teddy stands up and then he runs into the water ball.
He's falling over and I'm like, holy shit,
what happened to this dog?
So I immediately call the emergency vet,
and I tell them that I found gum in his throat,
and they're like, oh yeah, no,
you need to come in immediately.
So, but I'm still like, okay.
I still like, isn't registering
that this is potentially fatal.
So anyways, they said, was it sugar-free gum?
And I was like, I think so.
It's the gum, it's like the healthy gum
that you get at Whole Foods. I don't even know what's in it though, you know? But I was like, I think so. It's the gum, it's like the healthy gum that you get at Whole Foods.
I don't even know what's in it though, you know?
But so, okay, we get him in the car.
I have to pick him up.
He can't jump in the car.
Usually he jumps right up in the car.
I have to pick him up, put him in the car.
But I can tell he's in pain.
Like I'm putting him in the back seat
and it's like a struggle for him.
It's like everything just hurts, I feel like.
So Sailor had a friend over,
so her and her friend came with me to the vet.
And now I have another pack of gum in my purse that's the same type of gum that he ate because
then Sailor is like, oh yeah, no, he ate my gum. So I'm like, okay, so we're looking at the
ingredients on the gum that I have that's the same type of gum and xylitol is the first ingredient.
So now I'm like, Sailor, look up the effects that xylitol has
on dogs. Well, xylitol is poisonous to dogs, okay? And the onset symptoms are 30 to 60
minutes. So between Sailor and I, we're trying to piece together when Teddy ate this gum,
you know, how long it's been. Now we're guessing it's been about 45 minutes to an hour. And
by the way, the vet's like 25, 30 minutes away.
So now I'm starting to freak out
because everything on the internet
is saying xylitol is fatal, it's poisonous to dogs,
it's really bad news.
It have liver failure because of it.
So I am like, motherfucker, man, I can't lose Teddy.
I call Teddy my boyfriend, Teddy's my guy.
And he was my rescue puppy and he's been through a lot.
And I've known this little guy since almost he was born
and he's just like, oh, he's the sweetest dog too.
But I'm also trying to keep it together
because I have two little nine-year-old girls
in the car with me.
Okay, so we get to the vet and I'm, the emergency vet, okay?
And I'm checking in and Teddy is on,
I'm carrying him in first of all.
Teddy's on the
ground. He's trying to hold his head up, but he can't. He keeps like falling over and then he like
starts to like have a little bit of a seizure and I'm freaking out. Okay, so finally they realize the
magnitude of this, right? So they rush Teddy to the back. Okay, so now we're in their little waiting
room or in a room and the vet comes in and she says I gave her the thing of gum that
I had and she's like this is great because now we can see how many
milligrams of xylitol he had. So she comes back in and she's like okay so
typically when we see dogs who have eaten xylitol it's anywhere from 100
milligrams to 500 milligrams and Teddy's at 200 milligrams and I'm like okay great
great and she's like we've seen this a thousand times.
Like, it's probably gonna be okay.
And I'm like, whew, okay.
This is a huge relief.
I'm like, I'm so happy now.
Okay, I think I know Teddy's gonna be okay.
Teddy's a survivor.
Okay, five minutes later, she comes back in
and she's like, okay, I'm really sorry.
It's not 200 milligrams, it's 2000 milligrams.
I just immediately start bawling crying
and I'm like, fuck, this is it.
This is us saying goodbye to Teddy.
And she's like, but we've seen this before.
But in my head, I'm like, yeah, you just got done
telling me the highest really that you've seen
is 500 milligrams and he's at 2000.
So we go home, obviously he has to stay the night
and I was a wreck because I was honestly preparing myself
to not have Teddy come home.
And I'm trying to prepare my kids,
my boys are calling me asking how Teddy is,
and I'm like, I don't, you know,
of course, with your kids you wanna
not be doom and gloom.
But I was like, I mean, they've seen this before before I think he's gonna be okay but we have to wait
and see how he's doing tomorrow. Well they ended up calling me that night and
they said he was he was doing well you know they were monitoring his blood
sugar levels and they were still elevated but he was doing okay. Okay in
the morning they called me and they said Teddy's doing great he's got one marker
that's still elevated,
but he's great.
And if he stabilizes and is like this in a couple hours,
he'd be ready to come home.
And you guys, my sweet little baby Teddy,
he ended up coming home and he is totally fine.
He had to take some liver tablets for a week or so,
but you would never know.
Teddy is great.
And that little shit head did not learn his lesson
because he's still getting into stuff.
Teddy is like the one dog that I've,
I mean, he's the one dog I've had in my life
that he's a little over a year
and he still has not grown out of that bullshit.
He's still jumping up on the counters.
He gets into anything he can get into.
My kids always have to close their doors
because he finds anything and everything.
This guy will even get my makeup wipes out
and rip up all my makeup wipes.
And I mean, he just, anything he can get into, he gets into.
And I guess that's a doodle thing.
That's what the vet told me,
that doodles are notorious for this.
But anyways, so he has not learned his lesson.
He's still getting into everything.
Obviously we are very good about putting things away,
not leaving things out that he can get into,
but this guy will still find anything.
But I tell you guys that story because I had no idea, no idea that xylitol was
that toxic to dogs. And we get that gum. I mean I have, I get the, I don't even
know what it is. It's a gum at Whole Foods. It doesn't have aspartame because
aspartame is a horrible chemical for everybody. But there is xylitol that's toxic to dogs.
And it also makes me wonder if it's so toxic to dogs, how are we okay to eat it?
Right?
I don't know.
Kind of makes me question that.
But anyways, that was really scary.
And so I say, because I've got three dogs, I really never wanted any part of three.
Three dogs is a lot.
But I had two and then I rescued Teddy
because I was just going to nurse little baby Teddy back
to health.
When I got him, he had a broken paw, the craziest bloodshot
I have ever seen and a huge gash on his tail.
And he was tiny, you guys.
I mean, he was just a couple of weeks old
and he was teeny tiny.
And I was just going to nurse him back to health,
but I fell in love with him.
And so obviously, I still have him and he's huge. I mean, he's way bigger than I thought he was teeny tiny. And I was just gonna nurse him back to health, but I fell in love with him. And so obviously I still have him and he's huge.
I mean, he's way bigger than I thought he was gonna be.
But I never had any intentions of having three dogs,
but I do have three dogs.
And they are way harder than three kids.
My dogs are the hard part, not necessarily my kids.
It's my freaking dogs.
So, I mean, luckily I'm on a lot of land and they are outside a lot,
but they still, they are a lot of work. So when I am back off of the podcast tour,
my podcast studio should be almost ready, which I cannot wait to be in. I am really sick of having
all my podcast shit just laying around my house, to be honest.
And I've gotten really lucky this podcast episode because right before I started, they're
laying tile in my bathroom.
I've been doing renovations on my bathroom and my closet, which I'm also kind of hitting
my end with here.
It's almost done though, but they're laying tile, but it was really loud for a minute.
And I was like, oh shit, how am I going to film this podcast episode?
It's been quiet since we started.
So that's the other thing is I don't, it's been difficult to worry about the construction
happening in my house while also filming a podcast.
So I can't wait to just have my own space.
I told you guys before, but it was done.
And then I ended up hating it.
I don't know what I was thinking.
It was too neutral.
I just felt like on camera, it would not read well.
So I'm just waiting on my main chair
and the let's be honest sign that I'm gonna have.
And those are supposed to,
the sign will be done in March this month.
And then my chair is coming in April,
but I will be able to start without my chair.
I'll just sit on the couch that I have.
So I can't wait for that.
It's been a long time coming.
I think I've talked about it
for like six months or some shit. And that's it. I'm really excited to see you guys on the road. It's going to
be a lot of fun and I'm sure I'll have lots of stories afterwards for you guys. And that's
that. Thank you for listening. Thank you for coming on the road. I know most of the people
coming to the shows are my real podcast listeners.
So I'm excited to meet you guys and stir the pot like always.
Okay. So I will see you guys soon and I love you so much.
