The following podcast is a Dear Media production.
This is Let's Be Honest with Kristen Cavallari, a podcast all about getting real and open
on everything from sex, relationships, reality TV, wellness, family, and so much more.
And just a fair warning, there will probably be some oversharing.
Welcome in to Let's Be Honest. How are we doing, guys? I have really exciting news.
Just going to start us off here. So I'm going on a podcast tour and I could not be more excited.
So it will be in March. Let me pull up the exact dates for you guys here. So I'm doing, it's a
small tour because it's during spring break for me and my ex has my kids this year. So I really
only had that one week available and it's St. Patrick's day, the second weekend. So it just
gets a little tricky, but I'm going to do four cities. So I'm starting in Atlanta, March 7th.
Then I go straight to Chicago, March 8th. Then I have a few
days off and I'm going to go to Boston, March 12th, and then New York City, March 13th. So I'm
going to post exactly where these theaters are, but you guys can get your tickets on Ticketmaster
and my podcast listeners get the code honest that you can use on Ticketmaster
to be eligible for VIP tickets. So I'm only giving that code to you guys. I'm not going to
be posting that on social media or anything. I, of course, just want to give my real listeners
the chance to come meet me and hang. And I am so excited to be able to connect with you guys
and be on the road and do this. This is nothing that I ever thought in my wildest dreams
I would do, but I am so freaking excited. So I will see you guys in March on the road. Come out.
We're going to have some fun. I'm going to have special guests. I am calling it my headline tour.
As you guys know, I love clearing up headlines and talking
about what was really going on. So what I'm going to do on the tour is I'm going to have
some of the people I've been in the most scandalous, biggest headlines with over the years.
They're going to come out and we're going to talk about what's really going on. Plus just
have some fun. And these are all going to be people that you guys love and we'll be really
excited to see. So I cannot wait. And I'm just thankful that I even have this opportunity because of you
guys listening at home. So it'll be fun. Okay. So that's the first order of business today.
And now you guys can see I finally got furniture in my house, by the way.
Very excited about that. Still waiting on a couple things, but we're getting there.
And the construction is coming along swimmingly. But I got to tell you, I have all this brand new
furniture, you know, and I've got three kids and three dogs. And that's just a recipe for disaster.
I don't know if you guys growing up had friends or maybe your own parents did this,
they would put plastic on the couches. I remember living in Barrington, our neighbor,
they used to put plastic on their couches. And I remember thinking how insane that was. I thought
their family was so weird. I really was like, this is so bizarre, especially for a kid because
plastic on couches is obviously so uninviting. It's cold. It's a weird feeling for a kid. It almost makes you feel like you're
in a museum. And so I just thought it was like the weirdest thing ever. I was like, what is
the point? And now as an adult with three kids and three dogs, I'm like, no, I get it. I want
to put plastic on my couches because furniture is insanely expensive and dogs and kids trash
everything, everything. So I have a new rule in my house that food
and any drink other than water cannot leave the kitchen. You cannot take food outside of the
kitchen. Also, side note, because my kids would have snacks in their rooms and my dogs would go
in there and they would eat all of them. But not only would they eat the chips and the candy and
whatever else, they would eat the fucking wrappers.. Teddy was puking up bits of a basketball, which is a whole other story, and wrappers.
Like, what? So between me not wanting to destroy any of the new furniture and the dogs just getting
into shit, I've banned food from leaving the kitchen. Although I will tell you, my kids are
in a bit of a phase right now where they just don't really
want to listen to me. Sailor, well, the boys have been really good about food in their room,
but Sailor does not give a shit, quite honestly. And I still am finding rappers in her room.
And it really pisses me off. And the other thing, so Jackson, my sweet little Jackson,
my middle child, my little rebel, he's honestly my little mini me. This kid figured out how to,
well, let's start with this. He has a green light debit card. I've talked to, I've done ads for them
actually on the podcast before. So maybe you guys have heard me mention it, but if you don't know
what they are, they are basically a little debit card made for kids and the parents can monitor it
and it's really easy.
I've got an app on my phone. You can transfer money over. You can see what they're spending
their money on. It can teach them how to balance their money and save money. And I've really
liked them. Well, Jackson somehow figured out how to save my credit card, I guess, on his Greenlight app and transfer money over
from my credit card to his debit card. So just found that out. That had been going on for a few
months. And I actually had no freaking clue. Saylor was the one who told me. I was like,
wow, Saylor, thank you so much for telling me. And the kid spent a lot of money and I am not happy about it. He got his phone taken
away. He's grounded for a few months. Like that's how much money he spent. He's grounded for months.
And it's just like that phase of kids right now. So 12, 10 and nine, and they just test you.
Right. And I mean, I get it. I was like this. I did all the things.
But, you know, it's funny because as a parent on one hand, I'm like, well, that was smart.
I'm like, Jackson, he's really smart. You know, like, got to give him some credit. But he can't
know that. Right. I'm like, what you did was very wrong because obviously it was very wrong.
But it's just interesting as a parent to now see the things that your kids are starting to do.
And, you know, it just reminds me of being a kid. Just, yeah, it's just wild. The other thing is,
too, I've started making my kids do all their own laundry. So since we moved into this new house,
I have not touched their laundry, quite honestly, because it's a lot of laundry between me and the
three kids. I would be doing laundry. I was doing
laundry 24 seven and I'm not doing it anymore. And they're old enough. And it's like such a pet
peeve of mine that especially boy, cause this is going to sound so sexist, but most girls know how
to do their own laundry. Right. But a lot of guys, like, I can't stand the guys whose moms did their
laundry, like all throughout college. And like, they like, don't know how to do their own laundry. So I was like, my boys will not be like that. My boys are going to know how to
do their own laundry. And Camden actually took it upon himself to do his own laundry. Probably like
almost a year ago, he just started doing it, which was great. But so the kids have to do their own
laundry. Well, guess how many times Jackson has done laundry since we've lived in this house.
I've lived in this house for almost three months. The kids do laundry one time. I'm not exaggerating. I am not making this up. If you walk into his room,
his little closet is on the right when you walk in and the door always slams into the closet door
because his closet is just full of dirty clothes. I don't even know how he has clothes anymore.
He's wearing pajamas to school. He's stealing Camden's clothes. I mean, he'll get lucky once
in a while. I'll wash like one pair of sweatpants with a sweatshirt. If he leaves them somewhere, I'll just grab them
and throw them in the laundry. But this kid is not, he stole laundry one time. So another thing
I said to him was, you have to do laundry. You have to clean your room. You have to do all of
that. Because for a minute I was like, fine, if that's on you, like if you don't want to do your
laundry, you're not going to have clean clothes. Because part of me is like giving them that
independence and that freedom to make decisions. But I also
understand they're still young and they do need obviously a parent to be like, no, this is not
going to fly. So now that he got in trouble, I'm like, no, this is actually what you have to do.
No more messing around, kid. So that's what he's going to be doing all of Christmas break because
he's got, I don't even know if he has this many clothes, but the kid, well, he's wearing socks
with holes in them. I mean, it's a disaster. So that's what's going to
be happening. All right. Let's talk about Servpro. Servpro can make any disaster like it never even
happened. If you guys haven't heard of Servpro, well, then let me just tell you. Servpro is the number one choice in cleanup and restoration, and they do construction
too, which is music to my ears because I'm actually knee deep in construction currently.
Servpro has 50 years of experience helping people recover from disasters.
Servpro is here to help 24-7.
All you have to do is just call 1-800-SERVPRO.
They specialize in cleaning and restoration due to floods, storms, fires, mold, and so much more.
They're faster to any size disaster with over 2,000 locations nationwide.
They're great because they do both commercial and residential spaces,
so really nothing is off limits for them.
Anyone who's lived
through construction knows it really is not fun. I have guys here every day. My backyard sort of
looks like it's just a mess. There's a huge pile of dirt right now, which we're actually getting
ready to clean up. So that will be nice. But I'm adding on to my bathroom and my closet.
And then I'm going to go to phase two and do a
pool and a pool house. So I'm going to be living in this for a minute, but it's nice to know that
Surf Pro is in my back pocket for when I'm ready to clean everything up. I'm just going to be
giving them a call and it's going to make my life a lot easier. So guys visit surfpro.com or call
1-800-SURF-PRO today. Contact your local Surf Pro today by visiting surfpro.com or call 1-800-SERF-PRO today. Contact your local surf pro today by visiting

favorites, which is ritual. If you take probiotics and you might find this interesting, lots of
probiotics break down during digestion before they even reach the colon. Obviously this can be really
irritating, not only because you may not be getting all the microbiotics safely down to your biome,
but also literally the early breakup of the capsule can irritate your digestive system.
That's why Ritual's Symbiotic Plus is designed with a delayed release capsule to help reach the
colon, an ideal place for biotics to grow and thrive. I take my Symbiotic Plus every morning.
It's just the first thing I do.
I get it out of the way. And I notice when I take probiotics, I just feel so much better all around
everything from my skin, my hair, my nails, to the way my stomach feels. I'm never bloated. I'm
regular. It's just doing everything that you want it to be doing. This daily three-in-one prebiotic,
probiotic, and postbiotic features two of the world's most clinically
studied probiotic strains to support gut and digestive health.
One daily pop of mint scented capsule for simple, streamlined gut support.
Vegan-friendly and formulated without GMOs, major allergens, animal products, shady fillers,
and artificial colors, which we love.
So get the good stuff to your gut with delayed release capsule
tech that supports a balanced microbiome. Feel the difference daily with Symbiotic Plus. Get 25%

Happy squatting, guys. Fashionistas, listen up. Let's talk about quints. I love the holiday season
for many reasons, but I actually really love getting gifts. It's something that I've always
really enjoyed doing. And it's great when you can get someone a gift they wouldn't necessarily get
for themselves. That little bit of luxury that they don't know they're missing. For quality
gifts at an affordable price, my go-to is Quince.
Quince lets you treat your loved ones and yourself to everyday luxury at an affordable price.
Something everyone needs in their closet, in my opinion, is Quince's iconic Mongolian cashmere sweaters, which start at just $50. Or for the ultimate year-round gifts,
check out their Italian leather handbags and European linen
sheet sets. Whatever you're looking for, all Quince items are priced 50 to 80% less than similar
brands. How do they do that? Well, I'm glad you asked. By partnering directly with top factories
and cutting out the cost of the middleman, which passes the savings on to you. Quince is on the
nice list. They only work with factories that use safe,
ethical, and responsible manufacturing practices.
And they use premium fabrics and finishes
for that luxury feel in every piece.
I just got some cashmere socks that I am obsessed with.
I'm obsessed with socks
because it just makes everything so cozy.
Gift luxury this holiday season
without the luxury price tag. Go to quince.com slash honest for 365 day returns plus free shipping on your order.
That's Q-U-I-N-C-E.com slash honest to get free shipping and the other thing that I just found out about my new house
and this property, which I'm honestly a little freaked out about, is there are two graves on
my property. I only found out because I actually just recently met my neighbor who they just moved
in. They just built their house. And it's a a woman and her husband and they've got an eighth grade girl at school
with my kids. And I met her and she was telling me, oh yeah, no, there's, there's these two graves
on your, on your property. They're kind of in between ours, but they're definitely on my
property. And I was like, what? I have graves on my property? So already I was like, not ideal, but okay. So she sent me a photo
of the graves. I have it. She did a little research. It was a dad and a son. It's from
the 1800s. Dad and a son. The son was 19 when he died and the son died before the dad. That's all
we could really find out. So, okay. I know this and I'm like, you know, it's fine. I've sort of like put it in the back of my
head. Well, Cindy, my medium who was on the podcast last week, she came over to do the podcast.
And then after the podcast, we did a proper reading and she was picking up on these other
energies, these other spirits that were around.
And I didn't even say anything about it, you guys. And I was like, oh my God, no. Yeah,
there's graves on the property. And she was sensing the dad and the son, but also either
the wife or the mom, which would make sense because it was both, right? It was the wife to
the dad and obviously the mom to the son. And she was the one that was like really present and like trying to do the talking, you know, for her spirit to come through. Again, Cindy is a medium. And so
she can connect with spirits who have crossed over. And we, she started piecing things together
because I told you guys on the podcast when I moved in that my oven was all messed up. The
first time I tried to use it,
it was like flames coming out the side. Okay. And long story short, they just hadn't converted the
oven over to propane. I'm the first person to live here full time. I bought the house from
a couple who built it, but they were never here full time. They live in Florida. So I was the
first person to use the oven. Okay. So the flames, I was freaked out because my whole
house smelled like gas. The kids and I had to go over to the guest house. I was like so scared to
sleep in my house that night. Okay. So that's number one. My kids showers. Well, my kids hot
water was not working. This is like maybe three weeks ago. Okay. Their hot water was not working.
And then the heat in the guest house wasn't working. So Cindy is like, these are all related to heat. And she was like, I'm feeling like the
sun died in a fire on this property. So I am like, what? Oh my God. I'm like freaking out. Right.
And she's like, they're, you know, Cindy is so great because
she has a way of sort of putting a positive spin on everything. But she basically was like,
they are trying to warn you. They don't want the same thing to happen to you. But I'm like, no,
they're trying to get me the fuck out of here. They're trying to scare me away from here. Because
again, I'm the first person to live here full time. And then also,
I found out from the builder. So the same builder who built my house is actually doing all of my
renovations. And they told me that there's a house, like a little house on my property. And so
I'm like, I'm a little freaked out. I'm not going to lie. And you guys, the part that I like
actually really hate, my kids, all of my kids' bedrooms are in one wing of the house and I'm totally on the other side. And Cindy was like, oh, okay.
Well, here's the other thing. All of my kids' bedrooms have French doors that just go outside,
which I knew when I looked at this house, I was like, come high school. That's not ideal because
they're definitely going to be sneaking out. I would have, that's, I'm like giving them,
serving it to them on a silver platter. Like, please sneak out and go have a great night. So Cindy was like,
I don't like that they all have these doors. And she was like, you should figure out a way to lock
all of these doors. And I'm like, wait, what do you mean? Like, what's going to happen? I'm like
freaked out. So I actually ended up getting bike locks and I'm going to put these bike locks
outside of
their doors, which is genius. Because hey, in the spirit world, if they want to fuck with us,
okay, well, then at least the doors can't go blowing open in the middle of the night and
scare my kids. Because honestly, at the end of the day, I feel like I can handle this.
I just don't want my kids to be scared. And I have not told my kids this, by the way.
So I can't post this as a clip. That's for damn sure.
But also that helps when they're in high school that they can't just sneak out of their rooms
in the middle of the night. So that's good too. So I'm getting these bike locks and I'm locking
their asses in. But that's the other thing as parents is the things that we... The information
that we withhold from our kids for their greater good. My kids do not need to know
that there is these spirits, these energies around us and how everything is heat related
that's been going on at my house. And my kids know that the graves are there, but that's fine.
As long as they don't know that Cindy was quite literally scared in a lot of ways when she was channeling these spirits. I've never, I've known Cindy almost
six years. I've never seen her kind of get in her head a little bit. Like she was talking to her
spirit guides of like, I am not, no, I am not talking to these spirits because these spirits
who are on my property were trying to come through. And it's the first time I've ever seen her be like a little rattled or a little scared. So that did not sit well.
Okay. The only reason you guys know I'm okay talking about Blue Nile is because they are
a high end jewelry line, very different than Uncommon James. So my gosh, what a year it's been.
I love looking back on the whole year and taking it all in. And I do feel like right now is a good
time to just take a step back, look at your life in this moment, and maybe commemorate it with
something beautiful, something sparkly even. In all seriousness, if you're thinking of buying
jewelry, there's no better place to do it than BlueNile.com. Whether you're looking for a bit of special sparkle for yourself or to give the best holiday gift of all time,
Blue Nile offers some of the highest quality standards in the industry at prices significantly

They've got thousands of independently graded diamonds for you to sift through.
I love classic diamond studs.
I just think you can't go wrong if you're going to gift them to yourself or you're going to gift them to someone in your family.
Those studs are something that they will have forever.
They never go out of style. Go to Blueuenile.com to shop Blue Nile, the original online jeweler since 1999. That's bluenile.com, bluenile.com. Let's talk about Wayfair.
Holiday season for me is all about being cozy in my kitchen. I love Christmas Eve and Christmas, getting my kids
involved, having everyone around the kitchen table for a great dinner. And I love all of the little
kitchen accessories and all of the Christmas themed plates, all the fun stuff. And that's why I love
Wayfair so much because they have everything you need to create that holiday magic at home,
whether you're honoring time-tested traditions or looking to make new memories. From cozy comforts and crowd-pleasing
cookware to all the thoughtful trimmings, Wayfair has everything you need to celebrate the holidays
your way while staying within your budget. Not only do I love Wayfair for all of their fun
holiday stuff, but I actually just got Sailor a Christmas present on there. I got her this
really cute swing
that you hang from the ceiling that has these little twinkling lights in it. So that's going
to be her big gift this year from Santa. I feel like every year I love to get new
serveware, Christmas themed serveware and appliances, like all just all the fun kitchen
stuff. And that's another reason why I love Wayfair so much. They have beautiful tableware
and serveware also for the living room. Their throw blankets are great. They've got washable
rugs, cozy lighting. Also, they have the decor covered. So from garlands and candles to tree
trimming lights, I mean, you name it, they have it. Okay, guys, so check them out. Set the scene
for new holiday memories with Wayfair. Head to wayfair.com right now to get
your home holiday ready. That's W-A-Y-F-A-I-R.com. Wayfair. Every style, every home. I want to talk
to you guys about a brand that I know you know and love, and that is Gatorade. Specifically,
I want to talk to you guys about Gatorade Hydration Booster. You guys know that I absolutely love electrolytes
and I drink them every single day. Well, Hydration Booster contains electrolyte levels
suitable for all day, always on hydration so you can enjoy Gatorade Hydration Booster
throughout the entire day. Advanced blend of electrolytes from watermelon, sea salt,
and other sodium and potassium salts. This product contains
30 calories and 5 grams of sugar versus Liquid IV, which contains 45 calories and 11 grams of sugar.
They're packed with essential vitamins backed by Gatorade's superior science experts.
They have no artificial flavors, sweeteners, or added color, which you guys know I absolutely love.
They help keep you at your
best no matter what the day throws your way. This product is for anyone with a lot on their to-do
list. Electrolytes are not just for athletes, you guys. I love drinking electrolytes when I'm
working out, if I'm going in the sauna, if you're feeling a little run down, which maybe you guys
can hear it in my voice right now, but I am. I love that the electrolytes and Gatorade hydration booster come from recognizable sources like watermelon juice
and sea salt. That is right up my alley. If you guys have not gotten on the electrolyte bandwagon,
I'm telling you, once you start, you will never go back. So definitely check out Gatorade
hydration booster. Put your water to work with Gatorade Hydration Booster.
You can use code BOOST20 on Gatorade.com to try it yourself for 20% off.
And that reminds me actually too, another thing that my kids still do not know to this day
is when we were in the Bahamas during COVID, well, it was spring break. We decided to go to the
Bahamas. I've told this story and this is 2020 and then COVID hits. We ended up staying in the
Bahamas for a month and we were in a really great safe, you know, what we thought was a really safe
gated resort. And we were in a condo. And then the last week or so that we were there, we switched into a house. And I had all of my
uncommon James jewelry in the closet, just laid out, you know, like on one of the counters.
And our HVAC unit broke. So we had workers in our house that day. They were fixing everything.
Okay. Well, that night I had Camden in bed with me. Camden and I were sleeping.
I went to bed early too. Camden and I went to bed early before everybody. So I didn't really know where everyone was in the house, but
I woke up to my bedroom door opening and it woke me up because of the light from the kitchen.
And I woke up to a man crawling on my bedroom floor. And I was so out of it because obviously
I had just woken up that I go, what the fuck are you doing? Like I said it like that. And this man stands up and runs out the door. And you guys,
he had a ski mask on, full black arms, black pants, like the full thing, right? And then I went,
oh, fuck. Like that was not Jay or that was not like, I don't know who that was. But because Camden was
in bed with me, I didn't yell. I didn't scream. You actually, you think in those moments that
that's what you would do, but your instincts just kick in. I honestly felt like I was in
Mission Impossible. Like I was like, you know, getting it. And what I did was I picked up my
phone. I texted Jay. Well, obviously Jay didn't respond. It's like 1am or something. So I'm like, you know, getting it. And what I did was I picked up my phone. I texted Jay. Well,
obviously Jay didn't respond. It's like 1am or something. So I'm like, fuck, I have to go out
into the house by myself and leave my son here in bed. I'm like, okay. Again, you're in state,
like you like, don't think you're just like, go. I felt like a Navy SEAL. So I go out in the house
and I don't know where anybody is. I go look in the bedroom across the
way. No one's in there. I'm like, what the fuck? I go upstairs. Jay was upstairs with Jackson and
Sailor, I guess. Now that I think about it, I guess they both were up there with him. And I
woke up Jay. And once I woke Jay up, then I got really nervous. Then I started like really scared.
I started shaking and I was like, holy, like I was able to process then what just happened. But until that point, I was not
scared. I was really calm. And I just like, again, you just are running off of instinct.
And my kids still don't know that story too, because again, that's just one that I think
would really scare them that someone broke into our house, was crawling on the bedroom floor,
and he was crawling on the bedroom floor, going to the closet to get the jewelry, to get the uncommon James jewelry.
Long story short, he took all of the cash that we had in a backpack. We ended up getting it back.
We found out who it was. It was the HVAC guy. And there you have it. But that was one of the
scariest things that I went through. And so
these two things, my kids still don't know. And I will not tell them probably until they're
adults, you know, because I just think some things kids do not need to know. And those
scary stuff like that, I will take that one. I will hold that one in and take that with me.
So anyways, guys, we are fastly approaching Christmas, which I just, I still can't even
believe that this year is almost over. I have no plans for Christmas or New Year's, which makes me
really happy. I typically travel a lot and I have not been this fall or this winter. And
I'm so happy about that. I'm actually going to LA on Thursday for the weekend. I'm going to
do some podcasts out there. I'll work a little bit, but I'm also going to see my girlfriends
and get my hair done, all of the important things. So I'm excited about that. Otherwise,
I'm here and I have no plans. New Year's Eve, I am going to dinner with Justin and Scoot at 5 p.m. 5 p.m. Yep. And so I will probably be asleep
by 930 p.m. It will be like any other night. And I'm honestly really happy about that.
I'm excited to wake up not hungover on the first and start the year strong. And, you know, this
year, so I have so any divorced parent can relate to this and understand this.
So I didn't have them for Thanksgiving this year. So I do have them leading up to Christmas,
Christmas Eve and Christmas morning, which I prefer quite honestly. And so that'll be nice.
But then I don't have them for a week, Christmas day at noon, they go to Jay's and then I don't
get them until the second. So normally I would go somewhere, you know, I would, or have friends in
town or whatever I would do, but I'm not going to do any of that this year. What I'm going to do is
I'm doing like microneedling one day and I'm going to do a facial one day. And I'm, what else am I
doing? I'm going to like get coffee with a girlfriend I haven't seen in a while. And I'm
just, I'm in this mode of rest and taking care of myself. And I feel so much better that I haven't been on a plane
every other week because honestly, that's what I used to do. And with this tour coming up in March,
I'm just trying to be home, especially since I got this new house. You know, I just love being
here. I'm just trying to relax. And then come January, I'm going to really start planning out
the tour. Just, you know, all the fun things. And it's also my birthday, January 5th. I'm turning 38,
which is also hard to believe. And again, I have zero interest in doing anything. Quite honestly,
I might just take my kids to dinner. I don't know. I'm not a big birthday person. I really
don't care. I think I'll do something really fun for my 40th. I had a huge 30th in Mexico with all
of my friends, which was fun. I also, Jay, threw an
awesome surprise party for me in Chicago, which was very cool. That was incredible, actually.
Like literally all of my friends from every state and my family. And I was completely surprised.
That is the key to a good surprise party. If the person is surprised and it was the best birthday
party. So I don't care about any of
the numbers in between. I really could give two shits, especially because my birthday is January
5th. So after Christmas and New Year's, like no one wants to do anything, including myself. So
again, I plan on just being asleep at 930 still. So it is almost 2025. And the end of every year, I love to set goals,
set intentions for 2025 and reflect back on the previous year. Cindy and I actually talked about
this last week on the episode with her. But so my big thing for 2025 is I want to live in the energy
like I already have everything that I want. And they
say that's the key to manifestation really is living as though you have the thing already.
So if you want a relationship, it's living in that energy like you already have it. You want
that dream job. It's living like you already have it. It's dressing for it. It's living like you already have. It's dressing for it. It's, you know, it's moving throughout your day as though it's already yours. So I just recently did two exercises that I loved.
A friend actually told me about these and I want to give them to you guys because I think they're
really impactful. And so, okay, the two things are, okay, the first one is think about the thing that you want. So if it's a relationship,
if it's a job, if it's a certain amount of money, whatever it is, okay. And you say,
we'll use a relationship, for example, because I feel like that's just sort of the easiest one
for people to understand. So I want to be in a relationship. Why? You ask yourself why 20 times. And I just did this,
you guys. And it was fucking crazy because after a few times, you're like, I don't know. But you
just... If you just write and you don't even overthink it, you will get to the core of it.
I got to the core of why I wanted a relationship real quick, guys. And it all stems from childhood usually.
And mine was wild. It was really eye-opening. And then from there, what you can do is you can...
I think really getting to the core of it and figuring out the why takes the power out of it.
Yeah. It just... It takes the power away from it. And it makes it not seem so daunting in a lot of ways. And you can usually break it down
to a feeling, right? Like a specific feeling of why you want this and how there are other ways
to achieve that feeling. So after I did this exercise, I was like, oh, I'm totally cool.
I don't even like
feel like I need that thing anymore, which is awesome. Okay. And then the other one is
you're going to ask future you questions as though you already have everything. So let's,
I was asking myself questions in the future saying, how did it feel when you sold Uncommon
James? How did it feel when you met Uncommon James? How did it feel
when you met your now husband? You know what I'm saying? Like these types of questions. So it's you
in the future who already has everything that you could ever possibly imagine. And because again,
it goes with what I was saying a minute ago is living in that energy like you already have it.
So asking yourself questions, how did it feel when you sold
Uncommon James? It felt fucking incredible. And then you obviously elaborate, you go into it.
And I really believe that the power of writing something down is really where the magic happens.
It's different than typing it into a computer and putting a note in your phone.
The act of writing, it resonates in your brain a different way.
So I really believe in writing things down. Write your goals down for 2025. And I love keeping my
goals every year and going back and looking at them. And they always happen. It might not be in
the way that you initially said, but they always do happen, which is really cool to see. Hopefully
after the new year, I'll just have like another couple of weeks with the
closet and the bathroom. They're getting there. The framing is done and now they're getting it.
So anyways, try those because I'm on this kick of 2025, taking all of our power back by
moving throughout our lives as though we already have everything we want. That is the
key to manifestation. So happy holidays, you guys. I really appreciate you being here every week,
listening. It is not lost on me that all of this is because of you guys and this tour I get to do
because of my listeners. So I really appreciate you guys. I hope everyone has the best holiday season, the best New Year's, and I will see you
in 2025. I have some great guests right out of the gate. And next week is Gabby Bernstein, who
is so incredible. If you guys don't know who that is, go look her up on social media because
she's a great follow, but very inspiring. We talk more about manifesting next week and
she's just, she's incredible. So I'm
excited for you guys to listen to that episode and I will see you guys in 2025. Oh my gosh.
All right. I love you guys.
