Starting point is 00:00:00 The following podcast is a Dear Media production. This is Let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari, a podcast all about getting real and open on everything from sex, relationships, reality TV, wellness, family, and so much more. And just a fair warning, there will probably be some oversharing. Welcome in, guys. How is everybody doing? Happy Tuesday. God, you guys.
Starting point is 00:00:31 My kids are out of school this week. What the hell? How is that possible? It's summer. It's summer. I'm so freaking happy, though, honestly. I am ready. Every year, I'm always so ready.
Starting point is 00:00:42 It feels like Groundhog's Day. I'm like, I can't make another lunch. I'm sick of setting my alarm for 6 a.m. every morning. Like, I'm ready to sleep in, which will end up being 7 a.m., but I'll take it. I can't wait to not make another freaking school lunch for a few months, and I'm just, I'm so ready for summer. So ready for summer.
Starting point is 00:01:02 But anyways, today's gonna be fun because we are gonna play Sip or Spill and we're doing it with my Instagram follower questions. You guys always give great questions. You wanna know what's so funny to me? You guys always have the same questions too. It's fascinating to me. You guys all think alike, I guess.
Starting point is 00:01:18 So there's some good ones. Tea will be spilled. But I wanna show you guys, so since we're doing Sip or Spill, I know you guys are always like, oh, by the way, half of the DMs are in the question box. We're like, are you going to actually be drinking? Okay, so yes, listen. Yes, I am.
Starting point is 00:01:33 So what I've done is I have this tequila here with me, a straw. She's a beauty. I haven't even opened her yet. I literally just took the plastic off because I want you guys to see. I'm going to, I will pour it from the bottle. Okay. I have my little shot glass right here and I will pour the shots from the bottle.
Starting point is 00:01:53 So you guys see that they are real shots. I will do baby shots. Okay. So I'm not going to lie to you. I'm not going to fill this thing up to the freaking room. I'm not trying to get lit on a random afternoon, but I will take a little baby shots and I will pour it out of here. This tequila, I'm so excited. I just discovered this tequila actually, a straw, and really good. It's known for its award-winning taste and quality. So feeling this one, it's also just pretty.
Starting point is 00:02:17 It's a pretty bottle. We love a pretty bottle. 100% the gove. We love that. Okay, so anyways, this is here if we need it. So okay, well this one was probably maybe the second most asked question and it's about my kids and it was what made you decide to start showing your kids faces when you've refrained until now?
Starting point is 00:02:40 So I definitely think I've talked about it on the podcast before, but I'll say it again, you know? And then honestly, after this, I'm not talking about it anymore. But the whole reason I didn't show my kids for as long as I didn't was because, very simple, I wanted them to decide if they wanted their faces on social media, if they wanted to be recognizable, because I have a large platform. If I post my kids, people might start to recognize them. Right? People will comment.
Starting point is 00:03:10 Whatever. So I wanted them to decide. And so I don't know. Maybe it was a year and a half ago or something. Started showing Camden a little bit, who is about to turn 13. You know, he's a teenager. And he had been asking me. All three of my kids actually had been asking me, post me, post me.
Starting point is 00:03:26 And so finally I was like, okay, Camden, Camden's old enough. So I posted Cam a few times, he loves it, whatever. And then slowly, Jackson also wanted to be posted, Sailor wanted to be posted. And this is sort of when you have three kids, this is kind of what happens. Camden's the oldest. And so once Camden starts doing something, it's kind of like the other two kind of then start doing it too, you know?
Starting point is 00:03:47 It's like in my perfect world, my kids were not gonna get phones until their 12th birthday. And Camden, that happened with Camden. And then Jackson got one. And then Sailor got one. It's like, it just is what it is. So yeah, Sailor is turning 10 in the fall, you know, but I still think she's old enough.
Starting point is 00:04:05 Like they're all asking to be on, they're actually saying tag me. And I'm like, there's no fucking way I'm tagging you. But I'm really happy, you know, because I'm happy that they're the biggest part of my life. And I couldn't show that for the last 12 years. And so it's nice being able to show people my kids and my life and really let people in in that way
Starting point is 00:04:26 My kids are actually gonna come on the podcast there We're gonna kind of interview each other that will be in a week or two week or two. Maybe it's next week Actually, we're gonna we haven't taped it yet We're gonna tape it this weekend because they did film honestly Cavalieri So I want to talk to them about their experience on the show And I just think it's kind of a fun way to get you guys to honestly know me better. And, you know, cause my kids, like I said, they're the biggest part of my life.
Starting point is 00:04:49 They're obviously an extension of me. And so it's really that simple. I just wanted them to be able to make the decision for themselves instead of me making it for them. And so we've made that decision. They are old enough now. And I do think I said maybe like a year or two ago, I was like, I can't wait for when they do decide
Starting point is 00:05:05 because I want to share them with you guys. Like obviously I'm obsessed with them. I think they're adorable. So I like, I'm happy that you guys get to see that part of my world now. So yeah, those are my babies. Okay, how do you stay calm when it feels like the world is out to get you?
Starting point is 00:05:21 So right, I mean, sometimes it can feel like everything is going wrong. Like you know you just can't win and it can be really hard to stay positive and pick yourself up in those moments. So this isn't necessarily a moment where I felt like the world was out to get me. But I'll tell you the most recent kind of like drama that I went through. So two weeks ago I went to New York to do Jimmy Fallon and when I was in LA I don't know two weeks before that I knew I was gonna be on Fallon and so I did a fitting with my stylist and I was going to wear this really cool like suit jacket
Starting point is 00:06:00 dress with tights and the jacket was kind of big on me so we had to get it tailored to my arms a few times we had to get it tailored to my arms a few times. We had to get it tailored twice. It needed a lot of like reconstructive work but this jacket was awesome and it was gonna be like such a moment right? And so because the dress was being tailored in LA and Fallon was in New York, well someone on my team, I'm not gonna say who, but someone on my team was coming to New gonna say who, but someone on my team was coming to New York and was like, I'll bring the dress because we've done that
Starting point is 00:06:30 a million times, you know, they bring the dress for me and it's all la-di-da, it's great. So the night I was on Fallon was actually the same night as the Met Gala. So this particular person was actually not gonna be with me, they were gonna be with another client at the Met Gala, but someone else that worked for them was going to be flying in from Kansas City to come cover me at Fallon.
Starting point is 00:06:52 So that morning I fly into New York and I'm on the plane and the woman covering me is texting me. We're in a group chat with the whole team, right? And she's saying her flight's been delayed and I'm like, oh shit, okay. But it's fine, she's still gonna make it on time. It's all good. And then I said, wait, who has my dress? And the person on my team who had it went, oh my God, I forgot the dress.
Starting point is 00:07:19 Mind you, this person is already in New York. It's Monday at, I don't know, 10 a.m. and I'm going on Fallon that night. Also, Fallon is not live that night. It's prerecorded, so I have to be there at like three. Okay, so it's not even like, I can't like get to New York and go shopping and I can't like, it's, so I'm like, okay,
Starting point is 00:07:36 the dress is not getting there. Like there's no way, no matter what, we can't get this dress to New York in the next couple of hours. Okay, so the dress is gone. So I'm on the plane. And first of all, I want you guys to know, I was like, it's all good. We're going to figure it out.
Starting point is 00:07:52 Because here's what I've learned over the years is what is the point of getting mad? Me getting mad at that, what does that do? That doesn't solve anything. It doesn't make the dress magically appear. There's nothing you can do. It's out of our control. But here's what I'll tell you. So I've talked about this a lot,
Starting point is 00:08:11 but doing hypnotherapy, really what that did for me, well, one of the things that's done for me is it made me have a different outlook and perspective on life when things are not going how you want them to go. So I'm sitting on the plane telling myself, things happen for you, not to you. So this dress instance is happening for me.
Starting point is 00:08:41 And maybe I'll never know why. Well, I never will know why. I don't know why I was not supposed to wear that tailored suit dress on Fallon, but I was not supposed to, okay? And I really believe in those situations, the universe has your back. And I also sort of say like,
Starting point is 00:08:57 it's either this or something better. Like those are two things that you can tell yourself when you're going through something stressful or a hard time or whatever. Maybe in this moment, you don't see why this is happening, but you have to trust, you have to have faith that there is a reason why it's happening and it's for your protection for some reason or another. And that could be something really small like my dress on Fallon or that could be something
Starting point is 00:09:21 really big like a relationship ending or whatever it may be. And so I'm telling you right now you guys that was what kept me really calm and made me realize we're gonna figure it out. And in my head I said we're gonna find something better. Okay because when I was just happening because we're gonna find something better. So that kept me calm. Anyways long story short what ended up happening was Danny Michelle, my stylist, huge shout out. She had one of her assistants in New York go to Saks, look for dresses, sending me photos,
Starting point is 00:09:56 getting like, did everything you could imagine, like found really similar suit jacket dresses and then found other dresses. Anyways, ended up trying on a black Saint Laurent dress. It was classy but fitted. It was, you know, the right length. It was like, it was perfect and it ended up being perfect. And I don't know, maybe in a lot of ways, I think maybe it was better. So hey, listen, it is what it is. I will never know if I wore that suit jacket. Maybe one of my boobs would have popped out.
Starting point is 00:10:25 Like, who knows, right? We don't know. Maybe it would have looked like shit sitting down, even though we tailored it while I was sitting. But you know what I mean. There's a reason why. I just think the universe actually always does have our back as much as it may seem like the world is out to get us.
Starting point is 00:10:41 I really do. I think the universe has our back, always. I just do. I think the universe has our back always. I just do. Starting point is 00:16:07 Well, this is appropriate considering we're playing sip or spill. Okay, so a straw, this tequila that I just showed you guys. Let me get my bottle. Here, you know what I'll do? I'll do a little taste test for you guys. Since honestly, I'm too much of an open book to play sip or spill, I don't know that I'm gonna need to. So I'll just do a little taste test.
Starting point is 00:16:26 So okay, so a straw, we love to see it. So here, let me open this up for you guys. So it is an agave forward citrus profile that adds a burst of brightness to any cocktail. So honestly, you guys, it smells smooth. Like that I love. I hate when a tequila is like, oh my God, this smells smooth and delicious.
Starting point is 00:16:48 Here, we'll do a little, just a little dibber dabber. I'm not trying to get crazy, you know what I mean? Just a dibber dabber. Okay, but while we do this, so I'm gonna tell you guys about my favorite summer drink. It's actually, it's actually my favorite drink all the time, but tastes even better in the summer. So, can you see this?
Starting point is 00:17:04 It's like my baby. I'm holding like a little baby. All right, but tastes even better in the summer. So can you see this? It's like my baby. I'm holding like a little baby. All right, but hold on. I'm a little bitch, so I'm going to get my water as a chaser. Okay, let's try a straw. Let's see. Ooh, a straw. You can taste those citrus notes. It was actually really good. Haven't just tried it on its own like that. What I've been making is what I'm gonna tell you guys. So my drinks, okay. It's essentially a super skinny spicy margarita, but you do tequila, Blanco tequila, sparkling water.
Starting point is 00:17:38 I don't do club soda because club soda has shit in it. If you read the ingredients, it should just be sparkling water. So I get a sparkling mineral water, a good sparkling spring water or whatever. And then fresh lime juice, a lot of it. And then I like to cut up jalapenos and put them in too. Mix those guys up.
Starting point is 00:17:57 I'm good with that. Or if you're really feeling frisky, you can add a little maple syrup just for a little sweetness. It's so fucking good. That's kind of like in the summer if you really want like a, you know, margarita, like a skinny margarita. The maple syrup is a game changer. But honestly, it's really all about the tequila too that you get. And so anyways, you guys check out Astral. You know, you can go to www.astraltequla.com
Starting point is 00:18:29 to find a straw near you. And don't forget the limes guys. Also, please enjoy responsibly. But I think you guys are gonna like this one. I love changing it up and finding a new tequila. So I'm excited for you guys. Let me know what you think about this one because this is a good one.
Starting point is 00:18:46 And now I'm just holding it like a baby. I guess I'll just put it back on the floor. Okay. Okay, so this was kind of a big question too. Who is your celebrity crush right now? Who do you think is the hottest celeb? Like variations of those two questions were all over my questions on Instagram.
Starting point is 00:19:05 So, okay, let's talk about celebrity crushes. Here's why celebrity crushes have always been kind of funny to me because... I guess the celebrity crushes that I've had over the years, what's happened is I've met these people and they're always a letdown. They're always a disappointment. So I've sort of been like, like I've met guys where I want them to be that character that they played
Starting point is 00:19:30 or like the songs that they write and they're not. And so I've had to sort of be like, you know, reality sets in and you're like, these people are not these, they're image or these characters. So it's been hard for me to have a celebrity crush for the last however many years. However, with that being said,
Starting point is 00:19:50 so I made a vision board on my phone, recent or I guess maybe I probably did it in February. And on my phone, I wanted to put two men who I think are very hot. I wouldn't necessarily say celebrity crushes, but I would say good-looking celebrity men. And I have these two men on here. And the two men are Charlene Hunnam from Sons of Anarchy, gorgeous, and then Brandlyn Sklinar from It Ends with Us, you know, the movie with Blake Lively.
Starting point is 00:20:23 He's also in, is it 1892, the prequel to Yellowstone? He's kind of blowing up right now though. Anyways, okay, so this is kind of wild you guys. So these are the two men on my phone on my vision board, okay? And I've never been around these two men in my entire life. Like, and I don't go to events really in Hollywood anymore. Like, like maybe, you know, 15 years ago if I had two men on my entire life. And I don't go to events really in Hollywood anymore. Maybe 15 years ago, if I had two men on my vision board and I saw them, you'd be like, well, yeah. You go to events.
Starting point is 00:20:52 You're out and about in Hollywood all the time. And I'd be like, yeah, you're right. That's not a coincidence. Because I'm never in Hollywood anymore. Me being on Fallon was the most Hollywood thing I've done in a long time, a really long time. OK, so anyways, I make this vision board in let's say February.
Starting point is 00:21:07 March, I'm on my podcast tour and I'm in Chicago and I see Charlie Hunnam in the lobby of my hotel. And I was like, oh my God. I was like, he's on my vision board. I was like, this is wild. Okay, then you guys, I'm at stage coach. I'm at stage coach and Luke Combs is performing on the main stage and I got there late because I was over at Goo Goo Dolls, which by the way was amazing.
Starting point is 00:21:36 Goo Goo Dolls, that's like, you know, if you're my age, you get it. Goo Goo Dolls and Backstreet Boys, oh my God, like my life is made. I saw them both at Stagecoach. It was so much fun. Anyways, okay, so my group and I were late getting to Luke Colmes. It was fucking packed. So instead of going through like the security to go then be like right by the stage, we decided to stay right outside of where the security was. And mind you, like we're still in the festival, but like in Stagecoach there's all these different like security checkpoints
Starting point is 00:22:03 depending on like what wristband you have and all this stuff. And so we had the wristbands to get like right by the stage, but it was so packed. So we decided not to go through that security and just stand right there because it was empty, which was so fun because the stage is still really close and we're like dancing and having fun. And it was like just our group and it was honestly perfect.
Starting point is 00:22:23 So I'm not gonna lie to you guys, at this point I was feeling pretty good. I had had a few cocktails okay. I also may or may not have microdosed a little mushroom capsule. Anywho. And I'm like really having a good time. So all of a sudden and it's a little blurry. I wish this moment was not so blurry for me but all of a sudden how I am able to pick out Brandon Sklennar, and he's with a couple guys, I'm pretty sure he had his hood over his head,
Starting point is 00:22:52 but like I fucking clocked him and I go, oh my God, are you Brandon? I think I said his last name wrong, you guys, but we'll just pretend like I said it right. I was like, are you Brandon Sklennar? Total fangirl moment. I like fucking attacked him. And he definitely was like trying to like get through.
Starting point is 00:23:10 Like he was on a mission, like didn't want to be recognized. Like I know what mode he was in, right? I've been there. Didn't want to be recognized. Just wanted to like get through the crowd, like hurry up. And I fucking ruined that for him. And I'm like, freaking out. And I said something to the effect of,
Starting point is 00:23:25 like, you're my number one, like you're my biggest celebrity crush, like something to that effect, right? And he shook my hand and he looked me in the eye and he said, thank you. And my life was made. I literally, I could die today and be a happy woman. And so here's what I'll tell you guys.
Starting point is 00:23:43 He is more gorgeous in person. I don't know how that's possible because he's tall and he's like manly and he's like just got that presence. So what I'll tell you is this. When I think of celebrity crush, I think of some like you're obsessed with them. You're like thinking about them constantly. So yeah, maybe I have a celebrity crush on him. No, but honestly, no, I don't like actually think about him and I think he's in a relationship.
Starting point is 00:24:08 So I've just sort of like, it's like the fantasy of it, right? But I will say that was one where I was like, I am happy I met him. He's even better in person. I will not be removing him from my vision board because what I've decided is I want like the real world version of Brandon Sklinar, like the non-famous version. I want like the construction company owner that lives in Nashville, Tennessee or anywhere in Tennessee is fine. Doesn't have to be Nashville, Franklin, Tennessee. Like I want that version, but like a normal guy who already has kids. That's
Starting point is 00:24:42 the other thing. He's younger than me. He doesn't have any kids. So even if it wasn't a relationship, like I am no longer gonna date guys that are younger than me and that don't have any kids. Like that doesn't go anywhere, unless they didn't want kids. But I think it's kind of weird if you don't want kids and you're a guy. I don't know, like that's also, that's weird.
Starting point is 00:24:59 And it's weird because I have kids. So I wouldn't want a guy who doesn't want kids because then I would be like, well, are you gonna love and respect my kids. So I wouldn't want a guy who doesn't want kids because then I would be like, well, are you going to love and respect my kids? So anyways, so I'm manifesting the normal guy version of Brandon Sklinar. But I will tell you, like he's a thousand percent my celebrity crush, thousand percent. And that was like, but how crazy is that you guys? The two guys on my vision board I have seen attacked in the last few months. is that, you guys? The two guys on my vision board I have seen attacked in the last few months.
Starting point is 00:25:28 Like that, to me, that's kind of crazy. So what I'm telling you is you guys, make a vision board because this shit comes real. This shit comes to life. How fucking cool is that? Okay, that's my, oh, so the only other time, so, oh, by the way, I've never fangirled in my life. I've never, I've never done that to anybody, you guys.
Starting point is 00:25:47 Nobody. And I will tell you now, I have a newfound appreciation for people who do that, because I fucking get it. I get it now. But the only other like weird kind of like interaction I ever had with a celebrity was, this was at a place called Stone Rose in LA. I mean, I don't even think that's around anymore at the Soffitell Hotel that used to be this cool lounge that
Starting point is 00:26:09 we used to hang out at. And this is probably year 2000 and I don't know, eight, let's say. And I was there and Randy Gerber, who is Cindy Crawford's husband, I think was a part owner in it. And so he used to come by and he was there one night with George Clooney. And my friend Brett, who I guess knew George Clooney, was like, do you want to meet George Clooney? And I was like, oh yeah, okay. So he introduces us, George this is Kristen, this is George, and I went hi. And no words came out of my mouth. Also he didn't say anything to me either to be fair, but normally I can like shoot the shit with anybody. I can like think of something to say.
Starting point is 00:26:51 And literally, I just, no words came out of my mouth. And then he got flanked by like 10 girls and it was like, okay, bye. Nice to meet you. Like what? Oh my God. That was one of those situations where I was just like fucking dumbass. Like just don't go and say anything. Don't even introduce yourself at that point.
Starting point is 00:27:07 But other than that, I've been able to like keep my composure and be a normal human being. Except for when you get a couple drinks in me and a mushroom capsule. You know, I lose my fucking shit. Alright ladies, this one's for you. Let's talk about Opositive. Opositive is a women's health company. And then this, okay, this was actually the number one question. Ready? Did you recently get your boobs redone? Your stagecoach pics were fire. Okay.
Starting point is 00:31:58 Yes, I did. I did recently get my boobs redone. So let's talk about it. Well, stage coach, I was two weeks out. Two weeks out post-op. Is that what you say? Post-op, two weeks post-op. I was two weeks post-op. Exactly two weeks. So the girls were a little swollen too, you know? All right, God.
Starting point is 00:32:16 But I also did myself no favors because the last day I wore this corset top that was so tight and like pushed them up to the nines. So I think everyone was like, oh wait, but also they do look bigger. So here's what happened guys, because I've been really honest about my boobs, you know, and I think not that long ago I had said, you know, I got them done. I think I said nine years. It's, it's, I did it a year after Sailor was born because it was when I was done breastfeeding her.
Starting point is 00:32:45 And so really if she's gonna be 10 in the fall, it's really, they were like eight and a half years old. But anyways, I, for some reason, for the last couple of months, oh, sorry, what I was gonna say was I had said, if I were gonna do my boobs today, would it be different? I was like, I don't know, maybe. I did them eight years ago, whatever. And I don't know if I were going to do my boobs today, would it be different? I was like, I don't know, maybe. You know, I did them eight years ago, whatever.
Starting point is 00:33:07 And I don't know if I would do an implant today. That was kind of what I said. Well, you don't know what you're going to do until you're actually faced with that decision. So here's what happened. I, something in me was telling me to redo my boobs. My intuition was saying, redo your boobs, go get your boobs checked out, at least get a consultation, at least go down this road. And I can't tell you why, but something in me was telling me to do it. And actually the last Uncommon James photo
Starting point is 00:33:37 shoot or the one in LA in the spring, I was saying to everybody, I was like, I think I want to redo my boobs. And everyone was like, why? What are you talking about? I was like, I don't know. Like I just, I want to redo my boobs. And everyone's like, you're crazy. Well, I went in for my consultation with Dr. Unger who's here in Nashville. He actually has been on the podcast.
Starting point is 00:33:56 He is the best, you guys. I'm telling you right now, if you want to do your boobs, go to him. But I went in and had a consultation with him. Still kind of like not necessarily knowing exactly what had a consultation with him, still kind of like not necessarily knowing exactly what I was going to do, but knowing that like there was something telling me to be here. And when he saw my boobs, he definitely seemed a little concerned, particularly about my right one. And he asked me if I've had any issues with
Starting point is 00:34:19 it, if it's changed over the years. And I'll be honest with you guys, I for some reason, like I couldn't pinpoint when it changed, right? And I actually, I think because things happen so gradually, there wasn't a moment where I was like, my boobs look different, or like my boobs aren't laying right. I knew that my boobs were not laying how I wanted them to lay.
Starting point is 00:34:40 And again, particularly the right one was not, I don't know, and I thought like maybe gravity over time had taken hold, but it just, it wasn't how I wanted it, right? It just, it wasn't, it wasn't ideal. Let's put it that way. And so I could tell he was concerned. And so what we decided was, okay, well, you get in there and see. You know, see what's going on, because we knew something was up. And I think, actually, I should have asked him, I actually had my post-op this morning,
Starting point is 00:35:13 or one of my post-ops, but I should have asked him this question, because I think he knew in that moment that I had a ruptured implant, but he didn't want to tell me to freak me out. That's what I think, I would put money on that. I haven't confirmed that, but I would put money on that. So anyways, he gets in there and I have a ruptured implant. And there is no way of knowing how long this implant was ruptured for. Also, I will tell you, so implants now are pretty much
Starting point is 00:35:40 all, I think, what's called gummy bears. So if you were to cut an implant in half, it's more of like a gel. So it doesn't just like seep out all over your body. But what happened was because my implant was ruptured, my body then formed a huge piece of scar tissue around it, which you know is good because it kind of like holds it all in place. It's your body's way of protecting itself. But that's why, yeah, my right boob was definitely not laying right and it was fucked up. I had a ruptured implant, which is crazy to think about.
Starting point is 00:36:09 For me, it's crazy because I'm like, I have no idea when that happened. I have no idea how long that's been going on for. I guess maybe I could go through my camera roll and like try to figure out like when my boobs started going a little fucking cross-eyed. But yeah, so anyways, what we decided to do, and I told him before, obviously, I was like, listen, here's where I'm at in my life. I was not ready to take out my implants because I'm 38, I'm still young,
Starting point is 00:36:35 I have a whole life to live, I'm single. I'm single. If I were in a long-term relationship, maybe I would take out my implants. I don't know, but I'm single right now. Right now in my life is when I need the best boobs imaginable. And so, you know, I'm sure some people won't understand that and that's okay because it's not your body.
Starting point is 00:36:58 It's my body and I am very healthy. I do most things the right way. I don't do everything the right way. I can tell you that. And if my vanity is going to come into play with my boobs, and that's one area where I'm like, you know what? Yeah, I'm going to put silicone in my body. I've had it for the last eight and a half years.
Starting point is 00:37:20 I was okay. I'm going to do it and I'm happy about it. And I'll be honest with you guys, doing my boobs is one of the best things I've ever done. I never thought I would get plastic surgery. Never ever ever. Really because in high school, my stepmom who was 20 years younger than my dad got a lot of plastic surgery. Actually, I'll tell you guys this. So, my senior year of high school, my dad and my stepmom had a Halloween party and I went out with all my friends, you know, and then I came home and the party was going on and Nicole, my stepmom, who was no longer my
Starting point is 00:37:56 stepmom, they got a divorce, but she had just gotten a nose job. So, she was all bandaged up and I came home to the party and she was me for Halloween. She was me for Halloween. She had on a jean skirt with Ugg boots and she may have had on a tank top that said the real OC or something. That was yeah that was my stepmom. She was me for Halloween because she was really bitter about me doing the second season of Laguna Beach. She told my dad that she was going to leave if I did the second season of Laguna Beach. Well, I ended up doing the second season of Laguna Beach and she did not leave. Instead, she got a nose job. But anyways, so that was like, I didn't like her, obviously. And she did plastic surgery. So I sort of like associated
Starting point is 00:38:42 that with plastic surgery. And then actually my brother ended up getting some plastic surgery and it broke my heart because he did it because he was insecure about the way he looked. And I just remember being like, Mike, you're so cute. Like my brother was such a good looking kid. And he actually saw himself on an episode of Laguna Beach and he got all on his head about the way he looked, which is so silly because he was such a good looking guy. And so that broke my heart too. So those were my two scenarios with plastic surgery that I had ever been around.
Starting point is 00:39:13 I'd never been around plastic surgery before that, other than like girls getting boobs for graduation and high school and stuff. Actually, I think people also got nose jobs too, but not like my best friends, you know? So I always sort of had a bad taste on my mouth about plastic surgery. And for me, I was always like, you know, instead of getting plastic surgery, like get to the root of the problem,
Starting point is 00:39:32 like get to why you feel like you need plastic surgery. So I never thought I would get plastic surgery. And then I breastfed kids and it was like, oh wait, this isn't that cute. And I realized, yeah, you don't have to do it. A lot of women can rock the little itty bitty titty, saggy booby look. And you know, I could have done that, but I didn't.
Starting point is 00:39:51 And I'm okay to admit that. That was when I finally decided to get plastic surgery. And honestly, it's the best thing I've ever done. It is. I mean, sue me. I love being able to not wear a bra in a shirt. I love when I take my shirt off when I'm in a relationship. I feel really good about myself.
Starting point is 00:40:13 I just do. And I would say to anybody who wants to get a boob job, don't do it until after kids because kids will ruin your boobs. You'll have to redo them. I mean, I can understand. I totally get why girls get them in their late teens and early twenties. I mean, I can understand, I totally get why girls get them in their late teens and early twenties.
Starting point is 00:40:27 I mean, I get it, I never did. But yeah, breastfeeding three kids is what ultimately made me decide to get a boob job. And I'm happy that I did. And that's just the truth. And I'm really happy that I redid them because I love my boobs so much. Dr. Unger did such a good job with my boobs.
Starting point is 00:40:44 I'm so excited. And everyone thinks they're a lot bigger. They're actually not. So I was 300 cc's before. People used to ask me that all the time and I had no idea what I was. But I was 300 before. Dr. Unger was able to tell me that when I came out of surgery. And now I'm 340.
Starting point is 00:41:02 I think why they look substantially bigger is because they are laying better. They're like more lifted. They're like where they're supposed to be instead of down south. So they look bigger, but they're actually not that much bigger. But I'm really happy with them. I love them. And, you know, I don't care if you don't agree with my decision on getting boobs because I love them.
Starting point is 00:41:25 And that leads me actually into, so I had a couple, well, there was one that said, "'Headlines say you've had plastic surgery and filler. "'Spill the details, be honest.'" So I think what this is, I don't think there have been headlines, or not that I've seen anyway, which isn't really saying much,
Starting point is 00:41:43 but what I did see on Instagram was some woman, Justin sent it to me actually, some woman, I don't know who she is, I don't know what she does, I don't know. In my eyes, she's got zero credibility because this woman did a before and after photo of me and was saying all of the quote unquote, work that I've had done.
Starting point is 00:42:04 And I couldn't finish the video because it was so insane, like so wildly insane that I was like, I can't even watch this. This woman, the only thing that video told me was this woman is completely uneducated, has zero qualifications for making these calls on people. And if what she said about me makes me think everything that she has said about everybody is not true, everything. Because she was so insane. She said I had a bluff, my eyes.
Starting point is 00:42:35 She said I, I think she said that I made my forehead smaller. You guys, she said I made my forehead smaller, that I brought my hairline down. She even goes as far as, is that a scar right there? I think I see a scar right there. It was so ridiculous. And so here's my thing with these before and afters. Cause she took a photo of me doing my own makeup
Starting point is 00:42:55 when I was maybe 18 or 19. Compared to a photo two years ago on a red carpet that had my, I had my makeup professionally done by one of the best makeup artists in the business. She said that like the bridge of my nose right here was more narrow. That's makeup. Like if you're gonna do this,
Starting point is 00:43:12 you have to take a no makeup photo compared to a no makeup photo. That is the, and it has to be the exact same angle and everything. Cause I gotta tell you, my nose looks different in every fucking angle. I know that because my dad actually used to give me a hard time about the way my nose looked in photos and I used to notice it too. I didn't need my dad to
Starting point is 00:43:31 point it out. I noticed it too and when it's smile really big it would get really wide so I had to train myself not to smile so big. I literally used to like smile with my whole face and it looked awful in photos. I know that. I'm not a fucking idiot. So I had to like learn how to like not smile as big. When I laugh really hard, I still do do it. But you learn your angles over the years. Makeup makes a huge difference, a huge, huge difference.
Starting point is 00:43:59 Also, I would encourage everyone to take a photo of them at age 38 compared to a photo of them at 19. Tell me if you look the exact same because very few people do, very few. I've told you guys, I have done disport under my eyes. I did it in the height of COVID, thank God, because no one saw me. I've posted photos. I looked crazy.
Starting point is 00:44:23 I looked crazy. It was so obvious. I was, I looked, it like drooped my eyes. My eyes were droopy. I also did get, I don't want to say convinced. I don't want to say convinced. I got, I was gonna say talked into. Same fucking thing. I ended up doing filler under my eyes one time and it pooled. I literally had a pocket of filler under my eye that I had to dissolve five times. And you guys, so between doing Dispore under my eyes, doing filler under my eyes, and them both going awry, that shit's just not for me. It's just not. And
Starting point is 00:44:58 I'll tell you, honestly, it's a blessing in disguise that those things happen because they go against everything I believe in. They really do. They do. I do not, for me personally, I don't believe in injecting my face with a foreign substance and freezing my muscle. And filler is so bad for you. And anyways, whatever. It's not for me. So I'm happy that those things happened each time I did them. And that's why I do the natural things, which I've talked to you guys about like PRF. I've done it under my eyes a bunch. I've done it in my, you know, by my mouth. I've done it in my lips. People accuse me of something on a daily basis. And I just can't, you know, honestly, I'm going to start taking it as a compliment because I'm like, thank you. Well, you know, obviously you're saying,
Starting point is 00:45:39 I think that I look good, maybe because I haven't actually done anything, but you're accusing me of it. I can't get bogged down in what everybody thinks. You know, I mean, there are a ton of people that still think I do a bunch of Botox, which it's so fucking obvious that I don't. My face moves a lot. I mean, I don't, you know, so it's like I can't convince everyone of everything and, you know, not everyone will agree with my decisions about even getting my boobs done. But you know what's so great, you guys?
Starting point is 00:46:04 No one else matters. It's my body. I get to do what I want with my body. And other people's opinions don't matter. Also, why should anybody else care what I'm doing with my body? It has nothing to do with you. It has nothing to do with you. So anyways, how about that? I didn't have to take any shots. Thank you very much. Yeah, I feel great about that. I'm so much of an open book that Sipper Spill by myself doesn't do anything.
Starting point is 00:46:33 But thank you guys so much for submitting the questions, for listening, for supporting everything I do. Thank you for supporting my boobs. And my boobs love you and I love you too. So we will see you guys next week.
