We are on. I didn't even know we were going, girl. We're always rolling a cracking open a beer. Just the bud light out. Excuse me. 1 p.m. in the afternoon. True cavalry form. No, it's a fizzin.

Everyone, calm down. I just took the last two weeks off the pod. And so I'm happy to be back. Happy to have Justin back. It's been a minute since we've had you. It has been a minute. I hate when I'm not on for a while. Me too.

I get so jealous of all your other guests. You need to come to L.A. When I do guest episodes. We should do. We've never done one in L.A. together. That would be so fun. I would love it.

I don't know why we haven't. We haven't even been in L.A. at the same time in, like, years. No, it's probably been about two years. I haven't gone to L.A. I know. I mean, the last time it was like family stuff, so I was just out in Pasadena.

But I haven't done like West Hollywood, LA proper. We deserve that. We need a good L.A. trip, you and me. We do a podcast out there. But I was getting to too much trouble when we're there, man.

I know, I know. Well, just everywhere we go. That's okay, though. Yeah, that's what we love, you know. Well, and speaking of everywhere we go, we did just get back from Majorca. That was a blast. A blast.

Both of our first time going. We figured we could just fill you guys in on that, especially because every fucking DM that I've had for the last two weeks has been about Austin Kroll coming. So let's fucking talk about it. Let's bring that up. Let's just go there. Austin Kroll from Southern Charm joined us.

In case anybody who was listening doesn't know who Austin is. I'm trying to give a description. Yeah, yeah, yeah. There were people in the message like, who's that guy? And I guess I just always assumed that people would know who Austin is. I did have someone be like, I don't know who your friend is, but you guys would be perfect together. I was like, oh, God, you really don't know. Yeah. Well, and I just figured because we had that like whole like, oh, so other people were saying they're like, wait, I had no idea that

you and Austin Kroll were friends or whatever. I'm like, I thought because of that drama that we had years ago, I thought that people would like put us together. You know what that tells me? People really do forget the drama of like the tabloid world. You know what I'm saying? Like, I couldn't tell you one thing that happened four years ago unless it was like a huge scandal. Those little things, they really do kind of come and go. That's so true. But I think, I mean, for me, because that was the first time I ever dealt with that kind of stuff, that was the worst period of my life. It feels like everybody knows what's going on.

It feels like everyone's judging and laughing at you. Also, like, I'm embarrassed about the way that I acted at that time publicly. But I mean, I probably wouldn't have changed it if it happened again. But by the way, when a scandal is going on, even like going to the grocery store, I'm like, everybody here knows. I have no idea. We're so obsessed with themselves. No one knows. Not one person probably knows, but it feels like that. When you're the topic of conversation online,

it's really, it's a horrible feeling. But people do forget. And that's a good, a good example of that. But so. A reminder of that. Yeah. It's a good reminder. So that's a good point, Kristen. I always learn a little nugget from you. Thank you. You're welcome. Because I've been in the headlines too many times. You really have. Yeah. So Justin Skout and I always go on some sort of vacation every summer. That's just what we do. You always try to Europe every summer, like a Europe trip. And we, of course, have so many conversations about, like, who could be a fun fourth? You know, this has been, like, the topic of conversation for six and a half years. And we have had a, if I'm dating someone, someone will come on vacation with us.

But as you guys know, that is not something that's part of my life at the moment and hasn't been for a minute. And so, but we're always talking about, like, who would be a good addition. And for us, a good addition is someone who is easy, goes with the flow. fun who we don't have to like babysit because I think the three of us are in such a routine. The way that the three of us travel is ideal. Like we're so perfect together and we've been doing it for so long that we're in a rhythm. Yeah. And when you say we're looking for a fourth, that still sounds like dating.

I think everyone's always like right now, especially so curious if you aren't there. There's no dating. There's no hookahed at all. And I think like kind of what you mean is just anyone in general coming on our vacations because we really do do it the same way. We will have days on vacation where we like rage. go so hard. Then the next day we're sitting at the beach and we don't have to talk to each other. We don't have to entertain each other. You and I can go off and scoot's fine. You and scoot can go

off, blah, blah, whatever. So we have like that rhythm. So it's always been like, we're like, should we invite other people? Or like, what if they don't travel the same way? And by the way, we've had these conversations about girls too. Yeah. Like girls to bring on the trip also. Because also, but by the way, like if you're a guy. I'm a guy. And if anyone feels like the third wheel on our trips, it's probably scoot. Right? Like fair. Yeah. But Scoot's so good at that because he like gets it. And like he loves our friendship. He's good about that stuff in general.

Yeah. But it's not like it's we're not like having a pity party for me being like, oh, who else could we bring for Kristen? It's not like that at all. Yeah. No, it's more of like, would we ever bring anyone else? And we always are kind of like, no.

And I think we both have friends that we both love. And if they ended up coming, it would be a great time and stuff. But like when you talk to Austin, we were kind of talking about like we need to do a trip together because we all love to travel the same. You and him were talking. And then you told him about our trip. And then he was like, I'll come on that. And then you reached out to me and you're like, do you think that's a good idea?

And I was like, hell, like, Austin, that's so easy. And but then as it was getting closer, we both were like, wait, did we do something stupid? Like, what if he gets there and we do travel really differently? Well, it was like one of those things were like for years. Like, we've been friends with Austin for honestly. I think it's been like almost six years. And it's one of those conversations that we're always like, we should do a trip. We should go to Cabo.

We should do this. And like nothing actually ever happens. And so, yes, when I was talking to him, And I was like, you should come to my orca with us. And he was like, I will. I was like, oh, wait, what? Like, you actually are going to come. Because we're not used to that. There's so many friends that I've been making plans with for years being like, oh, let's do a fun trip together. And most people don't have the follow through. Like you and I, if we say we're going to go somewhere, we go. You know, like if we want to go somewhere, we make it happen. So with Austin, he's the same way. He just made it

happened. And he's so just like effortless and easy. He showed up on his own, just showed up at the hotel. And we just jumped into the friendship because we've been friends with him for selling. We love him. And you know those certain friends that like you could always be around them. There'd never be weirdness. So he came. It was the best time ever. It honestly felt like we hang out with him every week. And you know what I love to was he actually gave the three of us two nights by ourselves. And that was thoughtful on his part because he was like, I'll give them time the three of them and then all come in. And what he did was after we left Majority, He went to Madrid with another girlfriend for three days. So he made like a real trip out of it.

But yeah, I was so happy that he came and we really had so much fun. When I tell you there was zero hooking up, like there was zero hooking up. Zero at all. It's not like it wasn't like that at all. We weren't even like flirty or anything. It's like he's a buddy.

No, there was none of that weird tension at all. There was a part of me that was like nervous about that. Like what if we got like drunk? And then all of a sudden I'm like watching him flirt with you. Never. Never was it like that. He was so respectful.

If it didn't feel like you were a three. gay guys. Four gay guys because I'm pretty sure I'm a fucking gay guy at this point. Like, that's literally how it was. But we had so much fun. And I will say it was kind of nice to have a fourth and to have a little bit of straight male energy. No, totally.

It's just, it is a different element. And not that you guys are like overly gay, but. Yes, queen. Oh my God. Yes. How is this? You don't look at me. But like, it was just nice to have somebody else.

It just was. And he was really fun and he's so easy. And while I was saying too, because like the three of us will have the same conversation over and over. So like having a new perspective was also kind of nice too. It's so true. And like something new to say. Yeah. It was probably also entertaining for Scoot because he has to sit through every meal and just hear you and I talk about the same thing like obsessively.

Yeah. So it was nice. It like changed it up a little bit. It changed up to like conversation and stuff. I mean, I still love when it's just the three of us. But like it was perfect. The other thing about Austin is it's like reality TV is so. funny because everyone has this idea of what people are like because of the reality show, right? So

Austin is a, he's kind of a controversial character on that show, I guess. Yeah, that's what I've gathered. Because he's been like a playboy and like whatever. He's like a party boy on that or whatever. But I think everyone, I think a lot of people know this. But like reality TV amps everything up, right? So if you're even slightly a party person, you're going to look like a crazy party person on TV. Yeah. So like all of your parts of your personality are turned up on reality TV. And they also like focus on certain things. And then you play into that role a little bit, not like it's scripted or whatever. But Austin definitely on the show plays into that. And they're always setting him up in situations that he'd never be in. We're like they bringing these like girls who like want to hook up

with Austin. I think kind of to be on the show maybe a little bit, which is fine. Everybody has their motive or whatever. And then he ends up looking like the playboy or whatever. He's really not like that. He's the most chill. Comes from a really good family. Like, well, this is what's so weird. because I've actually never seen Southern Charm and I've, I didn't know his TV persona. I only know. Oh, he's like people either love him or they hate it. Now I know that, but like I only know him through him. Yeah. And when I hear how polarizing he is and like the little bits that I hear, I'm like, whoa, that is not who I'm friends with at all. That's really interesting. I did actually, you and Scoot went to bed earlier than the two of us one night. And Austin and I had a really good conversation. We just, that was like our big boat day when we had been drinking all day. I was like, I am not going to bed. This is like my one big day.

Big day. I was like, Austin, you're staying up and getting drunk with me. But we had a really good conversation. And he did tell me, like, he can be kind of an asshole to women. And I was like, what? I was like, I do not get that at all. Like, I could never see him being an asshole to a girl because the guy that I see is a big teddy bear. Like, truly.

I think as a friend, and I'm guessing this right now, as a friend, he's. such a good friend. So, more, so many girlfriends that he's really close with, which I think is such a green flag with straight guys, like when they can get along really well

with women. But I think it's also, I think again, his, I think he might have gotten screwed by like, what are girls' intentions with him at this point in his life?

Well, and I think probably anyone who's on TV deals with that to a degree, but especially if like that's the character that they're having him play on the show, then of course, like he can't win because he's being set up in those situations

constantly. But yeah, I was like, wow, I don't know. I just think he's like the has the biggest heart and is such a good guy. That's the guy that I see anyways. So sweet. Such a good friend. So much fun. The four of us had a blast together. But you know what's interesting is like the conversation of can guys and girls really just be friends? Because I have always had male friends. And that's not to say I don't have female friends. Some of my best friends are females and they've been my best friends for over 20 years. But I've always

enjoyed men and it is probably because I'm like basically a dude, but I, without a doubt, think that men and women can be friends. And I think Austin and I are actually a good example of that because I think the argument is, well, one person always likes the other person. And while like, I do typically agree with that, I think Austin is a good example because I don't think Austin likes me. I don't think Austin is like, you know, has a crush on me. I think like we're able to actually just be friends. And I think that's why it's such a beautiful thing. And it was never awkward. No, not awkward at all. And I totally agree. I do think that they can. can. I think a lot of times it could turn into a flirting situation if like obviously one person

was attracted to the other or like maybe if like the girl's super hot and the guy is not very hot, but then she's giving him attention. And then he thinks that that attention might mean that she secretly likes him. But like when you just have two people who are confident who like enjoy their life who like who get attention in the real world. Exactly. Who already get a little bit of attention. You can come together and just have fun together. Yeah. You know like, because like girls throw themselves at Austin. So it's not like me like. like hanging out with them having a conversation or being like, you're staying up late with me and getting drunk with me.

He's like, oh, this is it. You know what I mean? You know, it's so funny. I always think about what people are thinking with, they're listening.

You're just saying girls throw themselves at Austin. I can see people like, no, they don't like. They want to get so mad about Austin. But you guys, the dude's like six foot five. Like he walks into room and you can see all the girls like look at him.

Like he's really tall. You know, like, he has aura, he has presence. He has like a smiley, happy face. I think he's hot.

Yeah. In person, he's hot. He's way better looking in person. And like when you're when you're with him, when we were with him, I was noticing how like women were looking at it. Because he's so like joyful and he's like happy. Obviously he's on reality. So he has like a sparkly personality because he's been on TV for so long. You can't be on TV if you're fucking boring. Yeah, totally. You know, but like he's six, you said it. Like he's six five you guys. No, it's incredible. Like when you see a man that tall. Like I, like, would I feel little? I'm like, whoa, this is weird. He made all of us feel

Yeah, we felt little and safe. We felt protected. We felt like yesterday. Yeah, bodyguard. But that's the thing that we've said it a thousand times. Men are so much better in person usually. Yeah. Unless they're little.

You know who looks better in photos? Little men. It's so true. Well, that's why most actors are tiny. I know. They're all tiny because they photographed really well. Also, like, they look good next to a woman on screen and they're the same height. When you think about like Tom Cruise, every girl he's ever been within a movie, they're the exact

same height. I know. You know? Imagine Austin Croll in a movie. He'd look like a giant. He wouldn't be in shot. He would be out of the shot. Yeah, I'd have to stand on an Applebox this big.

And you can see me with three different of girlfriends that I've been friends with for over 20 years. And you know what it is? It's because like people are just online too much and they're watching like all these other like girls.

influencers who are doing like collaboration posts every week with another influencer and they look like they have tons of girls around them. It's not real. Those aren't friends. But all of your friends are the same friends for 25 plus years. Like you have all the same girlfriends and they're very close. And by the way, none of them are in the public eye. So I'm not going to be blasting them everywhere. It's different with you. I post more pictures with you because people know who the fuck you are. Right. And people know who Austin is. I don't feel like I'm like invading your guys's privacy. Like with my real girlfriends, they live very normal lives. I'm not like, hey guys, I'm here with Shar.

Like, I didn't really think about that. But duh. And it's also like you don't want to just throw people up in front of like an audience on Instagram of making weird. People always say to me, they're like, you never post your brothers. Like I'm close to my brothers. My brothers don't do Instagram. Exactly.

My sister and I are best friends. And I'm with her when I'm with her, like I post her all the time and stuff. But like people who don't do social media, I don't put them on my story. Scoot's family visits us all the time. never put them on my story because like maybe they don't want that. Maybe that's awkward for them. You know, like I do it out of respect or whatever. Like Beegs all definitely show again, more than some of my other girlfriends because she's been on my podcast a couple times. Like she filmed very cabalary with us. Like more of my audience knows who she is rather than like my LA girlfriends. And by the way,

I do still post them. It's not like no you can find them on my Instagram. But I was just like, what a shitty thing to say? I think it's just people trying to just be shitty or like they want to write those comments too so that other people pile on. I know. Maybe they get a high off of people liking that comment or whatever. It's shitty. I think they know it's shitty. I think it's very passive aggressive.

People were saying on this last trip, this is just a fun conversation, you guys. We don't actually care, by the way. Yeah, it was just funny talking about it right now. But people were saying, like, are your sister and Kristen friends?

Or like, why don't you ever post pictures of Kristen and your sister? I'm like, you guys, Kristen's my friend. Like, I don't take any pictures with my sister's friends either. And like, yes, when Kristen and Malia see each other, You guys are totally close.

And you guys are actually like a lot of like, had you guys met in L.A. on your own or something, you guys would have been friends on your own. Like you guys are very similar. Like she's a different version of you, but you guys would be really close friends. And you're like two days apart your birthday. Yeah, I know. It's crazy. You know, but I'm like, you guys, do you take pictures and post them on social media of your

friend, your brother's friends? I know. Like, also I don't actually see Malia very much. No. She lives in L.A. and then Nantucket for the whole summer. Like, yeah, I couldn't just pop into fucking Nantucketucket you guys. I'm a mom. That's also the difference with Justin and I.

I'm a mom. My life is in Nashville. Justin leaves for the whole summer. I can't do that. Like, I think people forget that. Well, I think social media makes things just weird. Like, I think, you know, there's a whole life beyond social media, you know? Right. And by the way, that's the other thing, too. I saw it. I did see some. And by the way, I'm not like just scrolling my comments, but like when I do post, I will look to see which one of them. What's the vibe is. Yeah. I'm just like gathering the vibe.

So, like, we'll see a few. I also want to see, like, which one of my friends are liking it. Like, sometimes I'm looking for, like, very specific guys, too, you know? Very honest. Very specific. That's actually what the only fucking thing I ever look for. Which guys liked it. So then I will see a couple of the comments. And some guy said, is she ever with her kids?

I'm like, motherfucker. The reason I hardly ever post is because I'm always with my fucking kids. The only time I post is when I'm not. So go look at my feed history, you dumb fuck. But no one's with their kids more than you are, man. No, I'm with my kids all the time. I base my schedule around being with my kids. And actually, I really like being with.

my kids. Like, that's the thing is like, I really enjoy spending time with my kids. I just was talking to my girlfriends yesterday. I'm in a group chat with my girlfriends, guys. And a couple of my friends were like, I can't. You should post it. I should post a group chat. Multiple group chats, actually. And a couple of my friends who are moms were like, I can't wait for school to start. And I was like, I'm actually so sad about school starting. My kids sleep in now until a left. Jackson, by the way, just got up before you got here. Saler, I haven't even seen yet today. It's 1 p.m. you guys. My kids sleep in all morning and then they're being lazy around the house and like, you know what's so funny? This was the one time, like the first time on vacation. Like, because usually

like we take these little burst trips, right? Like a couple times a year or whatever. And like, it's a good break for you. I always like, you need those breaks because you're such a hands on mom or whatever. It's like you need that time with your friends every once in a while. But this time you you were missing your kids a lot. I was like. But what do you think that came from? Because I've been with them the whole summer. And you've been enjoying them. I was with. I was with. my kids the entire summer except for Father's Day weekend. And yeah, I really, they're at such good ages right now. Where do you like just have fun with that? Yeah, like really, I just, I'm obsessed with them. I miss them so much in Moyer car. And I did tell you guys, like,

I'm really missing my kids. But the way that I, you're missing them a lot. I like even held back saying it though. I was actually like so sad and I wanted to cry so hard because I was like, I just want to get home to my kids. Oh, that's so cute. It's harder when you're with them. Like Jay and I used to do week on, week off, you know, like in the very beginning of our divorce. So you probably get used to that. I got used to it. They were younger too. So it was a lot harder.

It's a lot harder being a mom when they're younger like that. And so, God, yeah, I was ready for that week, man. I was ready. Yeah, like once they can kind of start taking care of themselves a little bit throughout the day, it's like they're like a buddy living in the house. Well, and now I'm like, we, I only have Camden for five more years. I'm like, no, no, no, no. I need to be with him at every possible moment.

Like, that's going to go by so fast. No, that makes so much sense. I always say if Scoot and I had kids, like I'd want to adopt like a 13-year-old. I would want to skip all those. 100% by the way. I couldn't do it. 100% by the day. But then I would love my kid as they got older.

The baby stuff. Babies up is hard. Camden turned 14 the other day. What the fuck? Dude, what the fuck? So every year my kids, every year,

this has been going on for years. All they want to do is go to dinner with just me on their birthday. That's like what they request. And they always want to go to Bourbon steak. That's like our special occasion. We get dressed up. We go to Bourbon steak.

And Camden, he's 14. And we sat down and we were on our little date night. And the table next to us, there was a mom and a, and a table. dad and the woman was like, oh, how old are you? Is he your only one? I was like, no, he's my oldest. He's 14. She was like, we have a 25 year old. She's like the fact that he wants to be her with you right now. And I was like, no, trust me. Like, when I tell you, I know I've

done something right as a mom when my kids, all they want for their birthday is to go to dinner with me or like that's all they ever want is like they want to have like one on one time. And like the way your kids like want to hang out with you. They always want to be around me. Like I don't remember being, I liked my parents generally with growing up. Like we always want to do our own thing. Like I never really wanted to be in the same room. Like we'd always be sitting in the next room. You know, like, especially as we got older, like their age and a little bit younger than them.

But me and my siblings would be like, ew, mom and dad are in there. Like, let's go in here. Your kids follow you around. Right here. In my lap. You're interesting. You're fun, man. I get it. I'll be right there with home. No, they're so sweet. They love you guys. They love you guys. They love you. They love. They love. They love. They love. the gays, they're gunkles. I also think they love, I mean, you for that reason, but the scoot night, like, we also give them a lot of attention. Like, I, I'm curious about your kids.

You ask them questions. Like, we all laugh together. Like, they make me laugh. You're funny. Your kids are cool. Like, they're not dorky kids. They're, like, really cool. They get it.

They're in on the joke. Yeah. And, like, I also, like, learning, like, things or whatever. Like, I'm like, the mom from me and girls. I'm like, come around. Kids are saying. I like, I like, love it. They keep us young.

Like, to know those words and stuff. I know. It's a whole lingo. Like after I come back from a trip with your kids, I'm saying the stupidest shit. Now Camden just had a new one the other day. That's smooth. I was like, oh, this is the new one now for like cool? Like that's smooth.

Or like, it's calm. Like, that's chill. I'm like, okay. They're so cool now. We weren't cool like that. I thought we were doing. Yes, we were in California. When I moved to California from Barrington, Illinois, the lingo.

I was like the surf lingo. Oh, it was so cool. I think I'd take that for granted because I was in California my whole life. but like California people are just really cool for some reason. No, they are. Like, I see teenagers here and I'm like, I know. But then you go to California,

you see the kids, like, they're just, they grow up too fast, though. I wouldn't raise a kid there, to be honest, but they're really cool kids. There's no way. Yeah, but we were cool growing up. We were so cool growing up. Although, yeah, I know we were cool.

I just think it's a, the barometer of cool is so different now. Well, they have access to way more stuff to like, that's the thing. We didn't have anything other than MTV. I know. like TRL and stuff. Yeah, that's it. What you picked up from your friends.

We were saying something funny, like in the pool. Remember when you're a kid, everyone in the pool does the George Washington where you flip your hair back? But back in the day, there was no social media. So how did all of us across all the states learn how to do the George Washington? It was like a game of telephone. That fucking spread like wildfire. Yeah.

But like nowadays, the trends could go all across the country of these kids. You know, like I didn't know what kids in the next town over from us were doing in junior high. I wanted to ask you, we really haven't talked about this since we've been home or whatever. What did you think of Myorka like in general? I really liked it.

I thought it was beautiful. It is so much bigger than I had anticipated. And someone told me about that before we went. But it really, it's massive. So you can't drive from like town to town. It's not super easy to get around to. We took a boat out two different days, which I'm really happy. about because I felt like we got to see more of the island.

Totally. Those were my favorite days. Me too. And our hotel was great and it was beautiful. I am not in a rush to go back. That's exactly how I felt. I loved it. I loved that we went there.

The hotel was unbelievable. One of the coolest hotels I've ever experienced. But again, really quiet and really secluded. There was nothing close by. Every time we left property, it was like 45 minutes. Which we only did once. Yeah, that's true. And then.

No, and then we went to that in town, into the far one. And it was like 45 minutes to close one. And then the other one was like an hour and a half to get to dinner. And like that part to me like I didn't love that. I would have gone. If I did it differently, I would have gone and just stayed at that hotel the whole time. And then just taking the boat out. Yeah. And then when the boat picked us up right at the hotel, that was cool because you see a lot of the island. But like you can't get around there. No. I feel bad if somebody went there and they stayed at like kind of a secluded hotel or even right in town. You're kind of just stuck wherever you go. Like driving is far. Yeah. You can't be bobbing around. And then also there was an element of like, there's a lot of tourists going there now all of a sudden for some reason. And I don't think they've quite prepared themselves for it. Like getting a cab is really, really hard. Like we got stuck at dinner, you guys, one night for when we were done, it took us an hour and a half to get a taxi. It was the worst thing ever.

At 1 a.m. by the way. We were so mad. I use this new travel girl who I absolutely love. And she made the plan so amazing. Like she's incredible. I've never used a travel person before. and I trust her completely. The two times I went off of her it

it were like the worst thing. By the way, that was my fault. I wanted to go to this restaurant. I saw them fucking Instagram. You can't trust stuff on Instagram. It's so phony. These two places,

they were both from Instagram. We were like, we have to go to these places. I reached out to Missy, who was planning our whole trip over and she's like, Justin, I wouldn't do it.

Like that place is not cool. I also haven't heard anyone like it, blah, whatever. I'm like, no, we want to go. It looks so cool or whatever.

The two places went to fucking horrible. The one place they showed it online. Like it was like this tiny little island that we took the boat up to. And we're like so excited. Like this is going to be so chic. We have like our like day outfits on earth. We pulled up. It was like so trashy.

White trash. Can we say that? I don't know if you should say white trash. But we're white. Can we say that? Yeah, we could say that. It was like the worst version of ourselves. Yeah.

Maybe I don't know. It was like me. Circa 22, or 2026. Beyond anything. It wasn't an island. It was like 10 feet off of the beach that they had like a walkway that went to. And the walkway was completely full of people. There was a line out the door. It was packed. It was so hot in there. The food wasn't good. It was nothing like the video and the pictures they were showing online. Like it was really, really bad. And then the other place, the video made it look like you were up on a cliff above the ocean. There's no ocean. We both got there. We were like, where's the ocean? I swear to God in the video, there was an ocean. It was beautiful. like this beautiful scenery or whatever, but I would never drive an hour and a half to go there. And then after dinner, like you said,

that was the one night we were like, oh, let's not do a car service. We'll just do a taxi. Like it's easier, whatever. We should have done the car service. We went there like after dinner. We also wanted to get home so out of it. Because it was a 10-course meal.

At least 10 courses. And I was over it after four-course. I hate those things. I hate eating fucking foam. We were eating like foam on these little spoons. Also, it started rain at the end. And so everyone had to move it. inside. Like, it was just a journey of a night. It was such a tiring night. I mean, these are the

stupidest complaints to ever have because we were so fortunate to have this beautiful foamy dinner. FOMY dinner. But like, we wanted to get the fuck out of there. And then at the end, we also knew we had an hour and a half drive home to get home. Yeah. We went out there. No cabs for literally an hour and a half. For literally an hour and a half. We were at this like hotel. We asked them to call a cab or whatever. And he was like, oh, an hour and a half. I'm like, are you serious? Didn't he say there's like only two cabs in that area? in that area. Yeah.

And we were like, what? Also, I'm just saying, like, when you check in, they should be like, just so you know, if you're going to get a taxi home, it's going to take you a long time. That's what I was thinking. Or even our hotel, because our hotel was really, really nice and they'd great service, like, whatever. But I'm like, why didn't they tell us that? I think they wanted to teach us a lesson.

I don't think they wanted us to leave campus. I really don't. So they were like pissed that we were leaving. It sort of works because we were so scared. Yeah. Then we were like, terrified to leave ever again. We're just like, no, we'll have every meal here or whatever. The hotel had a.

amazing restaurant. Which thank God, because we did have most of our meals at that restaurant, lunch and dinner. So we did get lucky in that regard. And yes, this hotel, it was like an old castle. It was very cool. Yeah, it was an old like a, yeah, it was an old castle. But it was like for war days, like all the rooms were underground. So from the beach, we were up on this cliff side, all the rooms were underground. Like our room didn't have windows, which was so bizarre. And it sounds claustrophobic. It just had the windows on the other side. No windows towards the beach. But then every room has a huge top balcony. Your room. was insane. Like, you had a massive pool. Her room was so weird. We walked into it and we checked

and I'm like, you've got to be fucking kidding me. Like, how does this happen? Your bathroom was the size of your room. Yeah, it was our bigger. It was bigger than your room. Your bathroom was bigger than our entire room. What I like to spend my money on you guys is just really nice hotel rooms when I travel. Just your little body in that big room. And by the way, all room was spectacular. It was a beautiful room where yours was insane. I had my own pool. And did I use it one time? That was You did go on the pool? Well, I also ate breakfast out there a couple times. Yeah.

One time. And I love it because we were connected. We were right by-to. Which never happened. Never. I love that. So I would always go to your room before you guys were ready and be like, hey. Oh my God.

And Scoot takes so long. Get ready. You guys. It's like the only thing that annoys me in our relationship. I am always ready before the guys. Kristen gets ready like a guy and Scoot takes forever. Like he's whatever. But yeah, you would always come over with my, Kristen.

He's not even close to me ready. So I would just sit down and hang out. Just hang out. But yeah, my work out, I absolutely loved it. Not in a rush to go back. I think they have some like kinks to work out. If they want to keep getting that many tourists, they've got some kings to work out. You know, call us when you work out your kinks. Okay. My work out. Come on now. But it was wonderful. And the people are so great there. They were so nice. They were so nice. The nicest people. You know, really sexy people. Oh, I know, sexy. Men are sexy in Europe, period. And of story. Why are they? I don't know. What is that? It's a sunshine. Don't come from me, but it's the sun. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Those tan bodies. But they're just like, they're like genuinely nice. Yeah, really nice.

Yeah. Also chill. Yeah. Like the way that people know how to chill. So my work is an island off of Barcelona essentially in Spain. I went and did a study abroad in high school in Barcelona or like a town like 45 minutes out of Barcelona. And so I lived there my junior and I remember back then, you know, coming from like the hustle and bustle of California in the United States. you know, they really know how to relax there.

So they have a thing called the siesta. During the day, they come home in the afternoon and take a nap and then go back to work, which is what I do. I take a nap every day at 3 p.m. Yeah, I'm supposed to be Spanish. But like just my point is, is you can feel that energy with all the people. They're chill. No problem.

No stress. Yeah. No real stress anyway. Like in the days. Buck in the days, you know, and we had no stress. Oh, my guys, we went on this boat this one day and we were hammered, right? And, oh, that was another thing. I had a lot of DMs that were people.

like, how do you stay thin and drink so much? It's like, I do not drink like this, you guys. Like, we had a day on the boat where I was hammered all day. I told you I made Austin stay up and keep drinking with me. Like, when I go, I don't have an off switch. Fair. But that happens twice a year. Like, that doesn't happen.

I don't like normally drink. But. I've been on a bender for a month. You need to thaw out. Go sit in my sauna. I've been in my sauna every day since I've been home, by the way. Just bottles of tequila seeping out of my pores. But we were hammered on the boat.

And I don't know where I heard this, but I heard someone say back in the days. And I was like, that's hilarious. So I just started going bug in the days. It was our entire trip. Like that happened early in the trip. And then all of us were saying it nonstop all day. To the point where like the waiters at the restaurant started like saying it when they come up to the table.

Our boat captain commented on my photo bug in a day. With a heart. And I was like, my life is made. I love him. You know what I was thinking about though? On that boat trip, imagine what he. thought after we got. I mean, he's probably seen people party, but like, we're animals. Like, we really, really are. And the four of us together, we were animals. Like, we were getting after

it. But he loved us. When we got up, he didn't, he like came off the boat with us. He had pictures with us. He looked, he jumped in the water with us. He went swimming. Our captain, our captain left the steering wheel or whatever it is. He went swimming with us. Anything. Oh, my God. I got so excited talking about our captain. No, he did. He was, oh, God, I loved him.

He was such a good guy. He was so fun. He was so fun. And I'm sorry about work fun. That happens in every situation that we're in. Whenever there's a tour guide or a restaurant, a way that we spend a lot of time with, they're our buggy.

Like, they always like... I gave my number to the waiter at the restaurant. I was going to do... I want him to come and James to do an event here. He's like, okay, here's my number. Oh, I loved him, though. He was great. He was so great.

We are friends with everybody. We are friends with everybody. And we include everyone. Like our boat, we're talking to the water. It's like, come on. He was drinking. You're talking about to say that? He was drinking a beer.

No one's gonna report it. I didn't care. I was like, yeah, get on our level. Yeah, no, we took photos with him afterwards. Like, I love him. We've wanted him to go home. We talked about him for days after. Bug into days.

Bug in the days. He was our body on the boat. You know, remember when we jumped off the boat with you? By the way, Scoo was getting on the boat from the water. I don't know what happened. He fell, but he almost drowned me and my neck is still hot up. I'm getting a massage tomorrow because my neck is like out of place. The way to Scoot beats up on you and it beats up on me. The two of you are like weird brother and sister. He always like accidentally hits you, knocks you over. I just take it. It's okay. I'm fine. I'm fine. I almost drowned.

I came up like, oh my life flashed before my eyes. The problem is though is that Scoot's a different drink than you and I are like you and I can you're professional we're professional right you would never see me or you stumble no you could run into someone be like although I was like I did not fall the other day scoot out of quick oh yeah fucking horizontal like midfall I was like I didn't ball um I guess I did oh oh oh god it's all good but you know what though it's so fun to just let loose like that one's over my life my fucking daily life is like okay and then 11 o'clock I'm doing this and then it's just like so regimented that like fuck do i need to blow off some steam like that once in a while i mean i always do this like all summer long but then when we're home i mean i live like a nun well exactly but i like love to get it out of my system it's so much fun do you think when we're 80 we're gonna be like 100 percent i really i know that about you and i i think that we'll always say but also you and i like have a lot of fun when we're sober i mean we do a lot of things where we don't drink at all no totally

and we talked to us before i actually think i'm more fun sober you know because like when i'm drinking like i laugh and you like let loose or whatever. But I think you and I get like even funnier when we're so... I think we're funnier when we're... Although, I don't... There's a sweet spot for me. Like, a couple of drinks. I'm like really on a roll.

And then I probably think I'm still as funny, but I'm definitely not. Yeah. At least we're aware. We're really somewhat way. Wait, oh my God. After you and Scoot went to bed that night, I was playing ring around the rosy on the piano in the bar the whole night. Like, I was putting on a concert.

And then I was like, I can where they drag it out. Or I can go fast. Like, the whole bar I was playing ring around the rest. And this place is not, it was like, very stuffy. Very fancy. It wasn't all for us. Like, we shouldn't have been there. We were too much.

I don't think they wanted us there. They didn't want us there. Like when we came from that boat, they were closing the restaurant and the bar down. And then we came in and they kept it open for us. That's why I went to bed early. I could feel them all staring at it. I didn't care. Yeah.

You didn't know. They came up to Austin and I were like, okay, it's last call. We were like, we want four more tequila. Four more. We did not belong there, though, that place. I mean, like, during the day, we were good, like, for breakfast. For breakfast. Yeah, we were great.

But the rest of the time we were looking at it's like, what is going on? I know. Oh, the one other thing that I was say about before we went, I remember Missy in particular, the traveler was like, it is so hot there at that time of year. And I was like, how hot can it be? Like, I've been to the desert. I've been to Palm Springs. Like, also Nashville is like hot and sweaty, you know, whatever.

It was a level of hot and never felt people. It was pretty hot. The one good thing is the water was so perfectly warm. Oh, the perfect temperature. That Mediterranean water. Really hot. It was hot. Like, we had to basically be in the water the whole time.

Yeah. And I've never put more sunscreen to myself and I got so much color. Say it again, Justin, for the people in the back, because everyone loves to accuse me of not wearing sunscreen. I can wear sunscreen on the case. We went through so much sunscreen there. And I was just laddering it, laddering, and ladering. And usually I wear an SPF shirt like a fucking dork. He hides.

Now I wear like an SPF shirt, like a long-sleeved skirt. Bring it on that shirt, you know, because I want to be like a little bit sexy on the boat or whatever. I needed my shirt. I put so much SPF on and I got so much. The sun is just so strong. Yeah. All right. Wasn't actually going to address this, but since we're talking about sunscreen.

Here's what I'm going to say, because I've gotten, it was more so in June when I went to combo with my kids. But I did say on my podcast years ago that I don't wear sunscreen. What I meant was I don't wear it on a daily basis. I don't. I never have. I never will. So save your breath, okay?

However, I do wear it on vacation. and people love to give me shit for not wearing sunscreen. I'm like, I was actually wearing sunscreen. The fact of this is a conversation. It's so nerdy. But I get it. You know what drives me crazy? I'll still get comments where people will be like,

tell your friend to wear a sunscreen. I'm like, oh, my God. And that's the thing with a podcast. What I've learned over the years is you have to be so clear on what you need. I did say, I don't wear sunscreen. What I meant in my head was on a day. daily basis. And by the way, if you're one of these sunscreen people, are you reapplying your sunscreen every, what, 90 minutes during the day? Because if you're not, then shut your fucking mouth.

You are over it today, girl. I've been only since June. I'm fucking done. Can I be honest with you, though? Honestly, it's like, you love, you have the nicest people who follow you. And like, you love your people, right? But it's these fucking weird. that come in like looking for stuff. Why do you care? Why do you care? It's enough. It's enough.

By the way, every time in a minute, you can chill alcohol. Go wear sunscreen. Yeah, wear all the sunscreen you want. Eat it. Eat your fucking sunscreen as you have to.

But I can't handle it anymore. It's like, I don't understand why everyone cares so much about what everybody else is doing. Let's just fucking live. And if you really want to be like that, be so proud that you're the sunscreen goddess, that you wear the most sunscreen in the world. Just enjoy that for yourself.

And in your head be like that. Kristen, you know, she's really missing out on sunscreen, you know? She's never regret that when she's 65. Let me be fucking wrinkly, okay? That's on me. But people will always say this thing that will be like, well, you have a platform. You guys, everyone has a platform at this point in life. Everybody has a platform.

And you know what? People need to learn to distinct for themselves. And I'm sorry, I did encourage my audience to get clean sunscreen. I have said that multiple times. I stand by that. Heaven forbid. Heaven forbid. I'm encouraged.

Everything's falling apart. Heaven forbid. I encourage you to read ingredient labels on everything you're putting in or on your body. And so, yeah, I do stand for that. I don't think every sunscreen is created equal. I just don't. Something turned in me the other day. I don't know what's going on with the moon and the stars and the sun.

But I am like, fuck everybody. And I'm ready to like burn everybody down who comes in my way. Oh my gosh. I'm going to do the exact same. What's going on? I just made a story about that this morning where I was on Instagram where I was like, I saw it. I'm just copy.

You don't even watch my phone with the sound on. I don't have to anybody. But I was saying that, like, I'm on such a blocking street lately. Anyone who says anything dorky, I just walk. I'm not interested. Also, like, I think that people, like, think that they have this right to have direct access to you because you're online. I don't think so. That's fucking weird.

Like, if you came to my house and I had the dinner party and you were sitting there and you were just packing shit and be really annoyed, I'd be like, get out. By the way, you never invite that fucking loser to your house in the first place. So this whole thing with Instagram, when people are weird to me now, I just block, I block. I'm like, go away. Like, I don't care. I'm also done always being the bigger fucking person, okay? Can I just tell you? I hope some of you are getting something out of it.

And you just think, oh, good, people are unhamed. We just have to get it out of it. Because we know how bad it is. But I'm sorry, there are a couple people in my life, one really, that I always have to be the bigger person. And guess what? I'm fucking done. Who is it? Who do you think? Who do you think?
