Hi guys and welcome back to another episode of Life Uncut.
I'm Laura.
And I'm Brittany and this is Therapy Thursday.
It's our down and dirty, sexy, juicy little episode where we answer all of your deep, dark and burning questions.
We do have some sexy questions coming up today, don't we?
Yes, we do.
It's not always sexy.
No, do you know what? It hasn't been sexy for a little while, but I did put a poll up
about orgasms, which we will get into. But first, there's always a few things you want
to talk about.
Well, something happened to Lola.
Oh, fun. Actually.
And it's not funny.
It's, well, I mean, it is.
It is.
But it's also not.
It's not. Okay, so Lola is one. I don't think I've mentioned it on here. And maybe it's,
well, actually, it's not maybe. It is because at the time, we weren't really sure what was
happening with Lola. So when she was six months old, Lola started having seizures. This is very
not funny. This part of the story. And this definitely has not been mentioned on the podcast.
Hasn't it? No, we have never spoken about that here. So private matter. Yeah. So she, um, God,
she was sitting in the high chair one day and she started making this face. And when I say seizures,
it's not like what your typical thought of a seizure would be. You know, when I first thought
of a seizure. I would think a person lying on the floor, eyes rolling back in the head, tongue out,
like I really, your brain goes to like the worst version of it, which is like an epileptic type
of seizure. Lola was just sitting in the high chair this one day and she started pulling this
face, like a real grimace of a face. And then her head was going to the side and she would hold it
for a couple of seconds and then she would do it again. And the first time she did it, I remember
Matt and I sitting there watching her in the, in the walker and we were laughing because we thought
she was doing it on purpose. And then as she did it a couple of times, I realized it wasn't
voluntary and it was an involuntary action. And I freaked the fuck out as you would with a six
month old baby. And I rushed her to hospital and they did a whole lot of monitoring on her. So like
we've been having quite a few appointments over the last six months around her neurological
development to make sure that like, whatever has been happening is more of a, more of a benign,
just like I mean what is it yeah like what is it so they ruled out that it wasn't epileptic but
obviously it is something that's happening and they basically needed to observe her over a period
of time to make sure that it wasn't impacting her development and yesterday was our very last
appointment with the neurologist so she's like at 13 months now and that was like close to seven
months of appointments or eight months of appointments I can't believe it's been that
long I feel like it was I remember you sent me the video and you said do you know what this is
what's happening. Because Britt, obviously for anyone who's new, Britt worked in hospital.
I would have done her scan. Yeah. So I would have done the scans on her. So, and I said,
yeah, this is not right. Like you need to go to a hospital. I can't believe that was
that long ago. So yeah, it's been like eight months. So like we've spoken about this a lot
before, like we share so much on this podcast, but often we share stuff retrospectively when
we have compartmentalized or we have like dealt with what's happening. And this has been this
ongoing fear with Lola that something would be wrong. Just that there was something sinister
going on in terms of her development that we didn't know about. But she's been going to a
great neurologist and we've had loads of checkups and everything. She's been hitting all the
milestones. Everything is fine. We had our very last appointment yesterday and Lola,
she likes to eat. The girl is called Melon for a reason. She's my kind of girl. Everything about
Melon is in the 99 percentile and she has always been in the 99 percentile. And then like anyone
that doesn't know, that's what they, they measure babies. They measure their heads and their growth
and their arms. And like, it's how they say that they're growing at the right rate. Yeah. I feel
like above that, that's a big, big baby. And it could, and it could also imply that maybe something
developmentally is not right. So Lola is 13 months. She measures the same as what an average
19 month old child measures that. That's how big she is for a baby. So funny. So we're at the
doctors right the neurologist the neurologist is lovely and she's there and she's looking over and
she's doing all the measurements and she she sort of starts like really assessing Lola's face my
poor child and she's like she's like what's wrong with her eyes does she have allergies and I was
like no not that I know of she was like no I was like no she doesn't have allergies and they were
like but like her eyes are so puffy and I was like well I think that's just her face she looks
like that every day and they're like but she's she's got she's very puffy around her eyes and
i was like i'm pretty sure that's just because the girl likes a bit of food the neurologist turns
around and says look don't let anyone tell you that your one-year-old needs to go on a diet
um but i certainly wouldn't be feeding her anything but healthy foods so that's you saying
put your one-year-old on a diet i was like that is the definition of a diet my one-year-old got
fat shamed everybody at the neurologist just told lola to go on a diet in a very nice loving way
how do you even do i mean like lola eats she doesn't know she i think she was just making
sure that i'm not like i'm not yeah i'm like slipping the kid an easter egg after every meal
i mean she's one and sometimes i slip her an easter egg let's be real it depends what the
bribe is so what do you do nothing yeah the kid's getting purees from now on in it's vegetables
morning lunch and dinner she didn't get a birthday cake i mean she didn't get a birthday cake but the
reason for that is because she's a second child things just go downhill after the first do you
know what she'll grow into those cheeks she's the best she's the cutest thing in the world
melon's the best you know what don't let anyone tell you otherwise all right well i want to tell
you something about do you know ashley tisdale yes so ashley tisdale was an actress well she i
say was i say was because we haven't seen her anything in a very long time she was really
famous high school musical yeah like one two three i think that's i mean like didn't she date
zach efron i think so but i think everyone dated zach efron for a while except me i'll try we're
still trying for that one. We're still trying. Ashley Tisdale's done other stuff since High
School Musical, but nothing that was big. Well, after you do something like High School Musical,
you don't really need to do anything else. You become so filthy rich, you can just kind of fade
away into obscurity. That's fine. Well, there's something funny that's going around the interwebs
at the moment, and it's actually given her a level of respect. She's doing a house tour for
this site magazine called AD. Architectural Digest is huge. It's like a classier version
of like MTV Cribs, like welcome to my crib.
Anyway, so for anyone who doesn't know AD,
Gwyneth Paltrow did one recently.
It is like your super high profile celebrities
will bring AD into their homes
and they will show them throughout the beautiful styling.
It is a super premium Vogue living is what it is.
Yeah, like if you've made it to that level
and you're welcoming them into your home,
you want to make sure your home is pristine.
You want to make sure it's lush.
Like never in a million years
will they ever come to our homes.
We're not on their radar.
They don't care about us.
They're like, sorry, we don't want to see your child
to port-a-cot in the hallway. So she welcomes him in and it's like, welcome to my home. And she,
she goes to her library and I'm putting that in inverted commas. She's got this bookshelf behind
her as she's walking through the home. And it is like hundreds and hundreds of books. Like it is
stacked with books. And they ask her about it. And she just straight up, she doesn't even try
to hide it. She straight up owns it. She says, oh, this was empty yesterday, but I knew you were
coming. So I gave my husband some money and I told him to go out and buy 400 books so that we could
look like we're well read pretty much but then she's like but I'm just outing myself anyway
now this could have gone two ways this could have had I mean and there are like a multitude of people
just trolling her being like you're a loser but instead it's like this is so relatable how many
people do this even our producer Keisha was like I've got so many amazing like leather-bound books
in my house she's like I've never read them they're there for show but it got me thinking
what do we do like because I know that I do something I used to read there is nothing more
obnoxious than someone who doesn't or hasn't read for a long time listening to somebody else talk
about how much they read I used to always annoy me whenever I well like you just kind of feel
I feel like if you're like I'm a reader I read all the time and which don't get me wrong love to
haven't had the time to but I feel like it's a very elitist thing like you are better than me
Oh, you haven't read books.
You haven't read a novel this week?
Sorry, I read one a week and I'm part of a book club.
Which, do you know what?
If you are, genuinely, I'm just jealous.
I mean, we all know book clubs aren't for books anyway.
They go to have wine and gossip.
That's exactly what podcast groups are for as well.
Totally.
No one from Life Uncut talks about Life Uncut.
They're just going to make friends and have a joke around.
This got me thinking, what have you done or what do we do as adults?
Because I have something that I do that's a bit of a front.
It's like a bit of a fake to actually, like it's this bookshelf thing.
You know, it's like, let's pretend I've got all these books
because it makes me look better oh what things do you keep in your house that make you look smart
but you're not really smart not necessarily smart but okay here's my example so you know
what I have done I'm not proud of it I bought myself Aesop soaps like you know they're really
good it's really expensive they smell it's amazing but it's like if you go into someone's house it's
like a Rebel Wilson she's got sparkling water she's got Aesop soap you know you've made it
if you have Aesop soap just as a normal thing in your house you're a rich person that's what that
so i shouted myself some asap so because i love it but then i just refill it with like the normal
like cold bottle like i don't go and refill it with the normal stuff but to the naked eye
to the unsuspecting naked eye you would think oh she's got asap so but you know that like when
people if anyone used it they know yeah they know they put palm olive on their hand and they're like
god this doesn't smell like you know rosemary so hint of jasmine i don't think they would know
i don't reckon that'd clock it enough i reckon they'd just be like oh it must be it i'll be
like oh it's a new blend it's a new asap blend do you know what i used to do i don't think i
have anything where like I try and pretend like I'm wealthy or smart because you know what I don't
have fucking time for that I got two kids and everything I own tends to shit even yesterday
my new couch has got text all over it I used to if I was on a first date I would put notes in my
phone before going on the first date as like conversation starters I would be like this is
what had happened in the news or this is how have we done two years of a pot of a dating podcast and
you have never said you put notes in case i in case i felt like we didn't have good or stimulating
conversation i would i would create backup conversations like lean back and slowly
inconspicuously look at your phone under the table i'm just gonna pull up my notes oh did
you see what bob hawk said this week and literally did you see the new report on climate change i
would i would go i would scroll the news i would write down different conversation starters so that
I felt like I was interesting that's what I did you are a nerd burger what a loser did you ever
have to do that yeah I would always refer to my notes okay well there seems to be a common
denominator here Laura I just I used to have this fear that I would go on a first date or on and on
not even a first date like I'd be dating someone and I'd be out for dinner and we'd have nothing
to talk about I think if you're nervous for some people and me included in that when I say some
people, like it's ironic now that we have a podcast, but like, I didn't feel like I was
a conversationalist when I felt nervous. I really struggled to kind of like think or like, what's
the next thing I'm going to say? Like, how am I going to be witty? How am I going to be funny?
And so I would always like prep myself a little bit. Preparation is the key to success people.
My fear was always like, I have to learn when to shut up because I talk so like I never have
had ever in my whole life. I had a problem with thinking of what to say. I'm just like,
it could talk underwater let's get into the questions for today i think the first one is
bloody good and i had to put poll up because you know what i love a poll at life on cut yeah well
i mean don't let anyone tell you that we don't do our research i put a poll up because i wanted to
find out who out of you has faked an orgasm but here's the question i recently started seeing
this guy when we have sex he is shocked that i don't always come or i don't come every time
I told him this was completely normal and said that if a woman has said that she comes every
single time she has sex then there's a good chance she's probably faking it he then said that he
doesn't think any woman has ever faked an orgasm with him lol cute lolololol I was sorry to break
it to him now you weren't really were you but yes he most definitely would have experienced a woman
faking an orgasm he doesn't believe it so please can you ask your audience slash discuss this on
the podcast how many women have faked an orgasm and what are the chances that old mate has never
ever had a faker before I mean unless he is absolutely incredible which he's not evidently
because you are having to fake it and I okay I shouldn't say that she said she didn't fake it
she just doesn't come every time they have sex well that's what I'm saying so he's not he's
something he's not making every single person come every single time because the proof is in
the point you're not now we all know that two people can be sexually incompatible I'm not
saying you are but maybe maybe there's a very small percentage very small chance that everyone
he's ever met he has a very small like benefit of the doubt but i think it's highly likely i think
every woman in this world at some point has faked an orgasm all right well i did the research we had
thousands let me tell you how many thousand nine thousand people responded to this poll 80 said yes
they have faked an orgasm and 20 responded fuck no so there's you know eight out of ten people
have had have faked an orgasm that's i would i would love to know if the people that said no
is that no because they're not faking it or is it no because they're not coming do you know what i
mean are they are they just saying they're not coming and they're not faking it or are they
coming every time that's what i would have loved to know can you further the poll okay i'll report
back for the people that said no yeah i do think it's also not and this is not an ageist thing when
i say this but i think it is something that is a younger thing not younger but like when you are
less experienced in sex because you don't want to disappoint the other person but as you become
oh you know a tired old bag you're like it's a waste of my time let's just call it it's not
gonna happen and i cannot stress this enough if you are somebody who fakes an orgasm because you
know you get to the end of having sex you haven't come yet you want it to finish and you're like
fuck i'll just fake it and then it will be over with quicker you were doing yourself a disservice
and you were doing every other woman who comes in contact with that man after you a disservice as
well well the thing is he's gonna think fuck you i nailed that like this i'll do it again yeah
exactly what i just did you made her orgasm i'm gonna do that every single time so yeah you shot
yourself in the foot because then you're like oh well if you ever bring it up he's like but you
came all the other times and it's just a it'll spiral out of control there's definitely going
to be times where you have sex you expected that you would come and then you just can't quite get
there like that happens for some people and it's not an indication that the sex is bad it's just
something in you is not in the mood and you just can't get yourself to the big O.
Yeah. At the end of the day, yes, it's highly unlikely he has made every single woman he's
ever been with orgasm. Like cute for him. Maybe if it makes him feel better, but the best thing
that you can do if you're in that situation is, is just be honest. You say, Hey, it's not gonna
happen for me right now. Or we're going to have, this isn't going to work this way. Let's try
something else. The best thing you can do is just be honest. And at the end of the day, they're not
actually going to get that offended. If you explain it, if you're just like, Hey, I just know
me. I know it's not going to happen right now. And the statistics
don't lie. 80% of women... The statistics,
the Life Uncut podcast poll statistics do
not lie, people. You can quote us by
this. I hope that this is... It's peer-reviewed.
This is going to end up on like psych.com
or something. It is not going to end up
on psych.com. 80%
of women, a pub med, that's where it's going to be.
80% of women have faked an orgasm.
Have you ever faked one with Matt? Yes.
Well, you just went across everything
that you said. Oh, in early days.
I don't fake them anymore. I'm too lazy to
fake an orgasm that's too much effort i'd rather just say it's not gonna happen for me roll over
and go to bed yeah of course i think i faked an orgasm with every single one of my exes just
because at the time i wanted to be enthusiastic and i didn't want them to think because like
it wasn't that they were doing anything wrong probably over the top they're probably like
whoa girl you probably yes can i say this for all the orgasms i have faked no man has ever
known that i've faked an orgasm they've always been like no 100 my acting is
one point. I just think you're a porn star. This is great.
I would say that I have faked very, very, very, like literally I could count them on two fingers,
the orgasms I faked with Matt. He is going to die. Matt loves that I have a podcast where I talk about
intimate details of our sex lives. I bet he does. He doesn't. Anyway. All right. Question number two.
Now I feel like we've sort of touched on this to an extent before. Boyfriends following Instagram
models slash only fans this on the ground this question and the reason why we chose it I don't
want anyone thinking this is a double up there is a unique selling point to this question I am
curious to know your thoughts because I think I'm on the fence my boyfriend and I were talking about
girls who follow men to tease them into getting their only fans after this I was curious so I
looked at who my boyfriend follows there's probably only three to four accounts of girls in bikinis
and stuff that are famous models that have OnlyFans links and I'm pretty sure he followed
them before we were together. I wanted to know what your thoughts are on this. Is this harmless
like just checking people out and is it no different to porn or is this not okay if you're
in a relationship knowing these girls are popping up on his feed constantly and knowing he's just
one click away from looking at their OnlyFans? Either way, I do want to say he's the most
gorgeous penguin of a boyfriend. I don't think he's followed anyone new. I think they are all
from before me, but I'm curious to know what you think. Would you ask your partner to unfollow them?
Okay. The reason why I wanted to unpack this one is because we've spoken about OnlyFans briefly
in the past, but the reason why I think it gets such a bad rap and it causes more insecurities
than what say porn does is because of the accessibility. So like people, women who have,
or not even just women, men, obviously anyone, they are normal people who have an OnlyFans
account. They are people who might pass at the beach or you might run into at a cafe,
or you could slide into their DMs and potentially have more of a chance of connecting with them
than what you would with a porn star or a celebrity. And I think it's that accessibility
to someone who's on OnlyFans that actually makes them more of a threat and feels like it's more of
an intrusion than say a guy just watching porn. I think the thing about this is, because we have
touched on this before, we do know it's about accessibility. It does change things. But the
thing with this question is you say he's your penguin. So there's obviously a level of trust.
And at the end of the day, this is about how it makes you feel. How do you feel knowing that your
partner is looking at these people online? But is he looking or is he just still following them?
Well, he's following them. So they're there. Like you have to know that they're going to pop up
eventually. For me, I always try and put myself in this position. I, it wouldn't bother me that
much if my partner had some bikini babes that he had been following. I'm like, you know, okay,
whatever. If they had an OnlyFans account, that one click away, yeah, it might make me a little
bit more uncomfortable. But if he started to be following new people since we started dating,
that's when I'd be like, probably not that cool. Like, why do you feel the need to go and follow
these people that literally have soft porn one click away? It makes me slightly uncomfortable,
but at the end of the day, if I'm with someone, I trust them. So if they want to have a little
perv on the internet. I mean, like I follow heaps of hot guys on my Instagram, even when I was with
Jordan, like there were guys that I'd followed for a long time that I'm sure if he looked at
them, he'd be like, wow, they're hot. And there are chicks that he followed that he, I was like,
wow, they're hot. Okay. But what would you be, what would be your reaction though? And I think
this is more of an interesting one. If someone you were dating turned around after a year of
being together and said, and like you had not been engaging with any of these hot guys, photos
or pages, like they're just people that you'd been following for like three or four years.
If they said, Hey, I want you to unfollow all these people. I'd unfollow them.
But would you be like, it's kind of weird that you're making a big deal about something
that's so not a big deal?
Well, I mean, I'd ask, I'd be like, oh, does that make you uncomfortable?
And I'm assuming I would say yes, because they wouldn't have asked me.
But to me, like if it's some random hot guy that I don't know and I don't care about it
and I've just got him on there because once upon a time I thought he was hot and I followed
him.
If my partner said, can you unfollow all these guys that post sexy stuff all the time?
I'd be like, yeah, fuck, I don't care.
It's like no skin off my back.
True, true, true.
I wouldn't care either.
But I do think that there's like, if you're feeling intimidated by something that your
partner's not engaging in. And it's something that was already there prior to you guys dating.
Like, you know, it's some chick named Samantha who posts a photo every so often and it shows
up on his feed. If that's making you feel super, super insecure, maybe unpacking a little bit where
that jealousy and insecurity comes from as well could be a good starting point. Because like,
if they haven't done anything that inflames those feelings of insecurity, then it could come across
or be perceived as a little bit controlling or a little bit possessive to come in and say,
I want you to unfollow all of these accounts. If that's the way it's delivered.
I think it's subjective it's definitely subjective to the individual in the relationship and I think
this is the same thing at the end of the day it doesn't make you uncomfortable do you really care
that much do you think he's doing anything I don't think you do think he's doing anything
but do you think it's not a little bit like overstepping the mark to tell your partner who
they can and can't follow on a social media to say you have to unfollow this list of people
because it makes me feel insecure do you think that that comes that that sort of behavior is
almost taking it a little bit too far is my question yeah for me for sure and that and I
think if Matt came to me and had like a list and was like hey I've gone through your Instagram
these are all the men I don't want you to follow anymore again she's thirst trapping do I need to
unfollow yes absolutely I've seen the bikini photos but you know me like if Matt came to me
with a list and said these are all the people I want you to unfollow I would be wondering why he
felt so insecure that would be my first question of course I would go and do it because I don't
want him to feel like that in the relationship but I definitely would think oh that's unusual
behavior that's that's slightly a little bit more controlling than what you have or how you've
behaved in the past well it's different if he's just looking at them and they're just on the
followers list that's different to if he's like putting fire emojis on their pictures that's what
I mean if he's commenting not engaging I think that you just let it go yeah I think that's why
I'm like well post your own post your own hot bikini as the question being can you ask him
to unfollow people that he was following prior to getting together who he's not engaging with.
But I think you're creating an issue that doesn't exist. All right. Question number three. All right.
Question number three. And I think this is a great one because it is so fucking relatable.
Here we go. On the weekend, I was at a gig and I was standing next to this absolute fucking babe
of a man. All was going well. We were slowly getting a bit closer to each other. He had his
arm around my shoulder. And then the gig just stopped and ended and everyone started leaving.
I said goodbye to the guy.
And that's so weird.
Like he just had his arm around her.
Bye.
See you later.
Didn't exchange details.
Okay.
I said goodbye to the guy, but didn't get his last name or his Instagram handle.
The next day I was obviously curious about him.
So I got my stalker on and I'm talking like top shelf stalker.
I found his LinkedIn and then I found him on Instagram.
So my question is, is it creepy if I send him a follow request when I didn't know his
name and had absolutely no details about him, but managed to find who he is.
I'm not actually a stalker.
i swear i feel like so many people have been in this situation that is okay there's no there's
no way around this like you're gonna look like a fucking crazy you're going to look like you
have gone out of your way because you have to search for this person because you know you are
the 100 own it you slide into the dm you're following whatever and you say hey you were a
hard man to track down that's it you you you're going hardcore you you're going strong i want
seven babies yep you say are we going steady now you try a britney special
no you literally go in exactly that laura that's a great one hey send him a picture of you with
like really intense eyes and then right let's stop your head no going strong just be like man
you're a hard person to follow how did you pull up after the gig and then just like brush the
psychoness off like going with another question because he's gonna be flattered if if it's
reciprocal which he put his arm around you he will be flattered that you found him and he doesn't
have the detective skills to find use and and men aren't going to go to that level anyway they're
not they're a bit different we're we're a wide different like if something's on our mind and
we're thinking about it we know how to find them do you know what i have actually done before on
this there is no better detective than a female on the internet so my friend renee renee aris she's
my best friend she's moved back to perth she you mean after me of course yes she was so if she's
listening she'll know and all of our friends know she's the person that if you need to find someone
she does it you could it happened recently i said oh i found this this person did this this is this
and i was like i can't find them she goes send me whatever you know it's just like a detective i
could send her one letter of a name and then he spent some time in adelaide in 2017 and she'll
come back and she'll be like is this the person and she's got his family tree she's got him she's
done the whole yep she's done his ancestry but she's just good at that whereas i don't have
I couldn't be bothered. I'm like, oh, well, the universe is saying it's not meant to be.
I also think with this, like if you are and you do find yourself on a deep stalk to find someone
who you kind of had a bit of a crush on, I do think admitting like, hey, I looked you up on
LinkedIn makes you seem a bit less crazy because you obviously must have known where he worked.
He must have mentioned where he worked. So searching someone by name and workplace,
it's only two clicks away. It's not like you had to scroll through every single David that lives
in Sydney and go through image search or something like that. So I think, you know,
you slide into his dms and be like hey you're a hard man to find i found you on linkedin or can
you connect with him where you found so like instead of connecting with him on instagram
which is like a second it's like a second step away from the original source can you connect
with him on linkedin can you weird up instagram slide i don't know if someone wrote to me on
linkedin you don't even have like psychopath but if they wrote to me on my instagram dm i'd be like
cute standard because instagram's a dating app now this is true don't come at anyone on their
LinkedIn. Hello, I'd like to formally start a business meeting over Zoom. Don't go to anyone
on their LinkedIn. If you do find them on LinkedIn, redirect that conversation to Instagram
because you've got to think there's so many connections of connections of connections
on Instagram. Isn't it crazy how Instagram, like the purpose of Instagram has morphed so much and
single people use Instagram as a dating app in many ways. I had this conversation with this guy
that I was talking to on Instagram. I said, this is literally how people date now. It's a DM slide.
it is all you have to do is go on the slipper dip slide right in and like you know sometimes it works
sometimes it doesn't just gotta shoot your shot baby fucking don't go into his dm and be like hi
i found your mom on linkedin and then i followed him your mom to your stepdad and then okay and i
saw your school photo when you were seven i do want to put your mind at ease so many people do
this like so many people will meet someone on a night out or they'll meet someone in a bar or at
a gig or wherever and they'll have small nuggets of information about that person and they're able
to kind of put it together and use their detective work to find their social media page one it's not
a stalker anymore it's standard it is it's pretty standard and just like you said brit and i think
like to round this one out if the person is interested they won't think you're crazy if
they're not interested you're crazy they'll think you're crazy and that's okay you gave it a shot
and then like you know maybe if he doesn't respond after the second dm don't try anymore this is such
a classic example too it's like it's not necessarily someone's behavior it's just what
you think of it and are you open to it because I have had it in the past where someone has done
that they found me through something something something and I'm not interested I'm like what
a psycho like as if you do that but if that was someone else that I found really attractive or I
was interested in I'd be like oh my god cute he went to so much effort to find me like it's
dependent on where you are in life I also feel like this is the human equivalent of one person's
trash is another person's treasure 100% okay okay I think we've answered all of the questions I think
