Hi guys and welcome back to another episode of Life Uncut and as you all know this is
our down and dirty episode our second episode of the week which is ask uncut and that is where we
ask your deep dark and burning questions no we don't ask them oh yeah we answer them i still
don't know what i'm doing you ask them also brit i'm sorry that the studio was a little bit messy
today or tonight i didn't notice i just had to wade through the piles of clothes to get to my
mic and by studio i mean my bedroom for everyone who doesn't quite know i've kind of just given up
Did you all see that?
Actually, did everyone see the video we made?
Because you see the studio.
We put it on your Instagram, so hopefully you've seen it.
We put a picture of our upgraded studio.
If you haven't seen the Renault, it's pretty flash,
so jump on there and have a squiz.
I just wish people could see, like, even the table that we record this on.
Like an actual behind the scenes.
Britt doesn't even have a chair.
She has to sit on the bed.
I sit at the desk with the podcast, you know,
the fancy machine-y thing in front of me,
and Britt kind of has to half squat on the bed.
I leave with proper back pain.
You have to start wearing a back brace.
If any back brace sponsors out there.
Eventually, when we get some sponsors on this show, we'll get you a stand-up desk.
How do you feel about that, Brittany?
I can't wait to actually make money and upgrade.
At least all of you out there know that we're making this podcast for the love and the lols.
It ain't for the dosh, baby.
Anyways, there's lots to discuss today before we get into Ask Uncut.
Namely, one thing that has been really exciting me and also making me feel very strange today.
You've had a lot of feels about this.
such an announcement this morning and Laura has been feeling things all day. I have a lot of
feelings and what I have feelings about is the double barrel bachelorette. The double penetration.
I wouldn't go that far. We don't know. Yeah look it was announced this morning that Ellie Miles
is the new bachelorette which we love Ellie. She's fantastic. I think she'll be great
but she's not on her own she has been cast with her sister Becky sister so there's two bachelorettes
and they're sisters and shit's gonna get weird this is what we had the feels about oh you know
I've been really kind of tossing up how I wanted to talk about this and how I feel about this
because we love we we love Ellie and we also obviously love the bachelor franchise but I don't
know how I feel about having two female lead roles we guys we don't know the mechanisms of
how this is going to work yet we don't know whether the two sisters are going to have to
choose from the same pool of men or maybe they're going to get different men to choose from and
there's kind of like they're running alongside each other or maybe they're choosing for each
other like who who knows it's all a mystery but if it is two sisters having to choose from the
one pool of men, I think this could be very tricky. I mean, they've done it in New Zealand
before and they've done it in the States. They've had two women, not sisters, just two women
bachelorettes. But they've never, ever had men do it. And they've never had sisters. The problem's
going to be, right, are they going to have two groups of people, two groups of men? I think
that's what they need to do because otherwise you can't have them dating the same man and making out
with the same man. And I just think that's a bit awkward. And also like, I mean, what if your
sister makes out with a guy and then realizes that she doesn't really like him but then you
like him are you allowed to then make out with him three days later yes i think the sisters would
have to go insane that that might happen i'm sure they've talked about everything because if it's
the one of them makes a mistake and they're like well you're not for me and then the other one's
like well he's the love of my life it's gonna be weird but i think they would have talked it
through you can't go into a situation like this without them talking about every possible scenario
but what i was going to say is i feel like they shouldn't be dating the same men but the first
problem with that is the pool of men for the bachelorette is always smaller than the pool of
women that the bachelor gets so there's always less men cast for the bachelorette to start with
now you have to share that you have to split that in two so the pool that they're actually picking
from is halved again brit you kind of just touched on it so they have done this in other countries
before the first time that they did it was in the states but the dynamic was actually completely
different and the way that it worked there was that the the guys who were contestants actually
voted for which bachelorette they wanted to stay which I'm really against that format and I can't
imagine the Australian bachelorette voting out one of the sisters that would be completely unfair to
Becky as well because she's kind of an unknown so far but the reason why I think it worked in
New Zealand was because the two bachelorettes on that series that were chosen one was Lily McManus
some of you might know who she is she's been on quite a few different New Zealand bachelor
spin-off series but the other bachelorette who was cast who was the first bachelorette
her name was Lucina and she was a doctor and I mean Lily and Lucina could not be more polar
opposites in personality or in their career choices or in the types of men that they liked
and their age and their looks everything about them was completely completely different and so
the issue I have with there being two sisters who look very similar who are both blonde both from
the same family values lookalikes of each other and very similar in age I think the issue is that
they're going to probably have similar taste in men. I mean, that's an assumption of mine,
obviously, but I think that that adds a really tricky element of it. And the other thing,
the other thing that I've been grappling with, and I've been trying to figure out how to say this,
that I don't like about this is the fact that The Bachelor has been running for so long now,
and in not one season, in not one country, have they ever cast two Bachelor leads. However,
The Bachelorette has been running for half the time, and now there has been three seasons,
one in the states one in new zealand and now one here where they have needed to cast two
bachelorettes and i think there's some inequality there and it really sits uncomfortably with me
there i said it it's out there it's done and she's been wanting laura's been wanting to get
these off her chest literally all day i had like missed calls from her at 7am this morning being
like answer me woman she's like wanted to just vent i was like i feel so much about this i feel
so much look we are gonna look at this from both sides of the coin sure we can imagine now that it
could be disastrous and there could be media pitting them against each other and all sorts
of problems but on the other end it could be a really beautiful journey for two sisters to go
through this together and potentially find the love of their life together at the same time and
also be able to watch that back on tv i think that's pretty cool well let's just hope it's not
the same guy lol oh my god do you know what they're gonna do i'm gonna i'm gonna guess now
they're gonna put brothers in i reckon i reckon they've cast brothers oh i'm so good i reckon
they have i'm calling it now not all brothers though that would be a whole series of brothers
on our season when we were living in the house all of the girls would as a joke we all refer
to ourselves as sister wives this is putting a whole new and very real spin on that we never
referred to ourselves as sister wives do you know what i hate it like have a great date
the one thing i do hate so much about and so many i'm sure it happens in every season
I hate when someone says oh here comes our boyfriend no wrong
firstly he's no one's boyfriend secondly no it's just you can't it just doesn't fly with me it
actually physically makes me feel sick and I would get shivers and I'd leave the room I was
like I cannot be in a conversation where you're saying here comes our boyfriend
and man the whole format is very weird but we both did it and we survived and you're still
doing it i'm barely surviving i'm like crawling along gravel ground with no clothes on that's
what i feel like i'm doing that was a good description don't they say love hurts baby
i'm still trying to get to the end look stick with me hopefully tim comes back on tonight's episode
um brit how are you feeling about everything like i'm being dragged naked through a gravel
ground. So you're positive. Staying upbeat then. Look, you got to do what you got to do. You're
doing it with a smile on your face. It's actually so funny. I'm all right. I'm just ready for it to
be done. I'm having a really great time watching it. If you guys watch my stories, I'm often with
some of the other guys like Jackson Garlick and Eleanor. We're really good. We have a really good
circle of friends here in Sydney and we're all not far from each other. So it's actually really
nice experience to watch it with people that have experienced it so that you know I mean it's always
good to share your trauma with someone who understands I I tried watching it alone one
night it was very traumatic I've watched it alone a few times and it's not good I'm always a bottle
of wine deep and I'm in bed pretty soon after anyway enough about my love life let's jump into
the questions all right hit me with question number one people that need way more help than I
need. That's all I'm going to say. Okay. Question number one. Here is Brittany giving out the
relationship advice. Let's see how this goes. I recently broke up with my boyfriend. We've been
dating just over a year. And within that time, there were multiple occasions where he was talking
to other women and not just innocently. I'm talking FaceTiming all the time and talking
sexually to them. Nice guy. AKA sexting. I broke up with him because I'd had enough of stressing
about what he was doing and who he was talking to all the time i'm only young and i wanted to
be free and find myself again the breakup was friendly and we decided to stay friends as we
live in a small town and share a lot of mutual friends so we can't really avoid each other
after this he slid straight into my best friend's dm and tried to have sex with her
what do i do i want to confront him but i don't want to cause drama as well help confront or
forget okay I firstly just want to commend you on your self-control the fact that you said that
he's been sexting other girls and yet your breakup was amicable holy crap I probably would have tried
to slice his penis off like a piece of sashimi honestly though like I don't think you need our
help with this you have already practiced such incredible self-control also it wasn't just
sexting it was it was proper and I know there is a difference I know you might not think there is
this wasn't this was sexting but it was also like FaceTime it was video calls it's all bad if if it
was me I would probably confront him I'm also crazy so probably don't do that um our advice
is gonna be so different I can already tell I would I would probably have confronted him because
I would want him to know that I know so my my I I know me and I know my initial reaction would be
to message him and and you know like obviously you want to keep the peace because you want to
be able to go out with your friends and stuff but I probably would message him and be like hey
massive dick move that you tried to have sex with my bestie also the fact that you thought she
wouldn't tell me you need to eat a dick basically that would be my that would be my reaction is it
the best advice look no you can be the bigger person in this um he can continue on his life
without you ever knowing and it's probably not going to change the situation at all because
obviously your best friend is a good person and she loves you and she told you because
she wants to remind you and cement the fact that this guy is a really bad guy and there's a reason
that you left him and at the end of the day that's it there's a reason why you left him he's not in
your life anymore and if it's easy enough for you to keep the peace then that's probably what you
should do be the bigger person than me all right so here are my thoughts
no look i'm i'm on par with you but i'm just i'm just winding it back a little bit
i part of it don't sashimi his penis i wouldn't no ninjaing no sashimiing i wouldn't go nuts
i definitely wouldn't i would want to i'd be mad i'd be furious but it's just going to cause you
more harm than good at this point and like you said you've got a small friend group and you're
in a small town and i think the best thing to do and i really believe this and i think this is
something I've learned over the years and the older I get sometimes is so much more powerful
to deliver a text that's just like three words that's it but don't fuck my friends no something
like this something like say so say it was you Laura I'd just be like Laura really unbelievable
boom I would just keep it short and sweet because then he's like I know he knows that you know now
he knows that you don't you're not even giving him enough time but you're just you're just being
like really like you're a fuckwit that's what it is I see I disagree because I think if you do that
this guy has obviously done so many things wrong he might not even know what you're referring to
he'll be like oh yeah he would know he would 100% know what you're referring to I don't know
because I mean you don't want to give him your energy I think that's more the case I think like
the point that you're making is don't even bother with that text message don't don't
stooped to any level of trying to like bringing that drama back into your life you you broke up
with him for a reason you have been so incredible in your one self-control in and two in your
ability to keep things amicable like that is that is way above and beyond my comprehension
but I think you've made it this far he's removed from your life in a romantic sense
so just don't do it don't don't invite that drama back into your life yeah I'm gonna say
if you can manage it don't do it don't invite it back move on with your life and be the bigger
person if you absolutely it's eating you up and you're not going to move on until you've just said
something I would keep it really short and simple and just say something like unbelievable I would
just I would just just a throw away that shows that you're a bigger person when you start to
stoop and swear and get mad and send essay texts look the fact he's done it he's a bad person he
you could go and rant to him for 10 minutes worth of texts calling him every name under the sun is
not going to do anything it's like when your dad when your dad says I have no idea where you're
i know and i love that you don't but that was a weird segue no like when you when you're in
trouble and your dad or your pet mom is just like yelling at you and you're grounded and all this
it's like okay cool soz when they come to you with one word and say like disappointed i'm
disappointed it hits you so much harder and i think that's what you need to think about
relate it back to a situation like that when they look at you and they're just like unbelievable i'm
so disappointed in you it it hits you more than you're an arsehole and you've done all this wrong
you know you're crazy it just doesn't have the same effect yeah i look i think brit's right i
think there is a way if you really really want to approach this there's there is a way of approaching
it where you don't have to be in the wrong at all like you know you can just say hey we're gonna
call sarah sarah told me about this i'm incredibly hurt and seriously disappointed in you and leave
it at that like you can do that if you feel like you absolutely have to that you can refrain do it
if you can't keep that shit on fire no keep it oh i mean keep it classy all righty question number
two this one actually is really good it follows on from the episode on tuesday contraception i
would love to know your perspective on who should be responsible for providing a condom for a one
night stand slash casual fling the boy the girl or both i never really know who's supposed to have
it this is such a good question and such an easy question yeah you shouldn't be having sex no i'm
jokes all right fun please uh the answer to this question is both double the fun yeah we nailed it
you can have sex twice which you never know you might want to have nighttime sex and morning sex
who knows keep the possibilities endless also well not endless twice but one condom might break
so why not just have a backup just put somewhere very discreetly in your wallet just in case i feel
like there's this idea and it's been around forever and there's part of me that i i don't
want to admit it but i'm gonna be real there's part of me that's like well the guy should have
it like if just say i didn't have it or the girl doesn't have it i feel like the boy should have
more responsibility because i'm like oh the girl has to do has a period she's on contraception and
she does all this other stuff i know this rest of it already i had to buy the nice undies this all
of this cost way more i had to put makeup on i had to do my hair today i had to get changed seven
times all of that took way more effort than you putting a condom in your wallet groom i had to
maintain. I had to get a wax. I had to shave my legs. Like I had to put a fake tan on. He just
needs to bring a condom. I'm now having said that you should have one too. You should always carry
one. I look, I agree. I think that we have such an unfair shtick in this whole thing. It takes so
long to get ready and do anything as a girl that the one decent thing a man can do is put a condom
in their wallet. But I also think that there are a lot of guys, I know, I know it's not, I mean,
there are definitely a lot of guys that go out wanting to have sex, but there are a lot of guys
who go out not expecting to pick up like I definitely genuinely think that that happens
as well and I'm sure that there are times where some guys pick up and they're just as surprised
as you might be so they may not have come prepared so I think it's always good and as a modern woman
you should be taking initiative and you should be taking control over what you want and how you want
your sex to be and part of that includes having a condom in addition sure there is there are also
some men that might have a condom and you say to them do you have a condom and they say no because
a lot of men don't want to have sex with a condom because they don't like it and so they're going to
say they don't in hopes that you just do it anyway but then you can be like haha I also have one and
then they can't get away with it and we talked about this last episode actually when we were
talking about contraception like it's definitely not the majority of guys but there isn't there is
a number of men who will try and trick you out of using it and I think like it's something to be
very mindful of and don't allow someone to try and persuade you or badger you into having sex
without a condom if it's not what you want to do yeah that's my that's my little bit of hot goss
all right number three couldn't think that hot goss that wasn't even that's my hot tip for you
all all right question number three is this our last question are we just gonna make it really
yeah I reckon just three just a quickie today just a quickie because I've got a reality tv show to
watch oh look you're so important are you well this week I you know what I'm not even on it have
you noticed that yes I spoke about that in the last episode I was like hey where's Brittany she
must have gastro she's not here again um I'm barely on it I don't know what I reckon you were
playing it safe because you get on this podcast and you've got sass and you come out with the
one-liners and the jokes and I reckon on the show when the cameras were there you were like
I don't want to say anything inappropriate if only Laura was here to talk about stamping
poo down a drain I was actually really myself but I think the problem is I was myself like
just funny and silly but not myself like drama I don't cause drama and the whole show is about
drama it really is isn't it and there are some big big characters in there you don't need me to
tell you that that I don't think are being overly edited I think I mean I was there and there were
big characters and what was happening was happening when those things happen I don't want to jump in
to a fire I just sit there and watch it at the end and I think that's the problem I'm not going
to get any I'm never going to go and approach someone and tear their throat out for no reason
I'm never going to bully someone so I guess that's the problem and you know these these love shows
aren't about love didn't you know that I'm so confused I mean I thought that all they wanted
was for two sisters to find the love of their life and not have any drama or fight about anything
I thought that that was exactly what it's about like I'm over here in a happy loved up relationship
with Tim and you don't even see it no one wants to see that people want to see people tearing each
other's hair out well look I'm not going to totally shit on what the format of the show is
like I mean I did find love and I am very very happy and I love that yes we know I couldn't
possibly love the man more but i just i have questions britney well a couple more weeks
all righty okay question number three i'm gonna summarize this because it's a long one
but long story short two friends went out with some friends after work for drinks the two friends
met this group of guys they came and sat with them they were having some drinks
one friend thought this guy was really cute but her friend thought he was also cute so she was
a good friend and she said oh you know what you go for it whatever fine could be your soul mate
so they hooked up that night those two that just met that was it they hooked up for one night
they spoke on and off for about two weeks but they never saw each other again just like chat
so they just had this one night then this guy messages the other friend on instagram just
starts to chat to her so she's just like chatting away and they ended up meeting on a night out he
was trying to meet up with her but she was like no I don't think I can it's not right blah blah
blah she was out with a work friend they ended up at the same pub so she knew he was there but
she didn't go and seek him out she did her best to avoid him oh this sounds like drama
they walk in he sees her straight away and now they both have been drinking for a long time
they're pretty intoxicated he comes up and basically just says like I like you and starts
kissing her and then she said I don't know why but I just started to kiss him back they kissed
they made out that's it then she felt really really really bad but she's like I'm just gonna
try and not tell my friend because I don't want to hurt her feelings it got back to her friend
her friend came and approached her and asked her about it she tried to fob it off her friends like
look don't lie to me because I know so it all came out now the first friend the original friend has
said you've shown me your true colors you've shown me who you are you're you're a liar you're
manipulative and i'm ending the friendship this now the girl that's writing in this is so messy
already i'm trying to follow the story brit but there's too many this friend and then that friend
no it's it's it's easy to follow the girl everyone else is following everyone else is following so a
long story short now what she wants to know is she's like this girl's now ended the friendship
with me just because i kissed a guy that she kissed once that she didn't know two weeks ago
is she overreacting or is what I is what I've done bad enough to end a friendship okay
so I'm gonna speculate that if you guys had been just texting each other on Instagram
very innocently there'd be no lead up to it being something a guy's not gonna just come
at you and kiss you like there's been some sexual tension there so one more I'm gonna add this in
there's one more piece of information that she did give us she said when the friend had hooked
up the first time like the very original night and they'd been speaking for two weeks after
she kept saying to her oh I'm not even that interested in him he's a bit boring he's he's
nothing like he's she was she made it clear that like meh he was a bit meh look I mean I can only
put this down and make a comparison as in like if this was you and me Brit you know and I was single
and this had happened have you found out about the time that you made out with Matt
jokes everyone um I wouldn't break up the friendship but I would be pretty pissed about
the fact that you lied not not the fact that you had hooked up with him but the fact that you just
never came to me and said hey I kind of like this guy hey he's texting me like I'm gonna go to a
bar and meet him whatever whatever the series of events were I think that there were lots of
opportunities there where you could have told your friend what was going on and you chose not to and
then you also chose to lie about it so I think it's bigger than the fact of just kissing someone
who your friend kissed two weeks ago I think it's more your friend feeling like they've been
deceived and and that's why I understand like she's really hurt and there's also a bit of an
ego element to it as well I think yeah there's there's deception there I mean you don't want
your friends to lie to you that shit's really sucks and it really hurts I agree that that's
what this is there's there's more to it it's not I don't think it's that she he wasn't a love of
her life that's not what it is it's just that she felt like a friend was sneaking around behind her
back and and then still tried to cover it I think it's too dramatic to be ending the friendship I
think she's overreacting with it with the information you've given me she has a definite
right to be upset and feel a little bit betrayed and you've got some work to do for sure if you
want to maintain that friendship you just need to have a really honest conversation and just say I'm
so sorry it I was really intoxicated I didn't think he liked him I don't even know how it
happened and your friendship is really important to me let her know how much she means to you and
tell her that you want to work on it and what's it going to take for you know her to forgive you
I think as well like you have to obviously take some action first you have to cut him like you
can't be still texting him as well like I think I don't think that your apology is going to fly if
you're still texting the guy. So I think there has to be some real transparency there. You're
going to have to kind of choose which of those relationships are more important yourself. I
don't think you get to get the best of both worlds. But also I think at the end of this,
regardless of whether or not we think your friend is overreacting, your friend is entitled to have
a reaction and an opinion, and she's entitled to feel the way she feels. And if she feels betrayed
or she feels hurt by something, then those feelings are valid. And you have to listen to
that and you do have to try and acknowledge that and take some fault and apologize with purpose
and apologize because you have actually listened to why your friend feels the way she feels um
i i honestly with the story that you just said brit i feel like there's more to it i think that
there's like yeah i think that there's more to the texting i think there's more to the story than
just we accidentally ended up at the same bar and then he accidentally kissed me i think there has
to be more levels to it and that's probably how your friend is feeling because when i hear that
story back I think there's too many coincidences and oh that this accidentally happened and I
didn't mean it and the lack of taking responsibility there is also very hurtful because there's no
acknowledgement which means there's no real apology it also depends if it was just a kiss at the bar
or if you went home together because that's a whole nother ball game too if you actually spent
the night together that's very different again so I think yep you just need to go to and be really
honest and if you want to maintain the friendship cut it off with him go to her and apologize just
be upfront about and say, I handled it completely wrong. Just own every single part of it. I handled
it wrong with you. I shouldn't have done it with him. The whole thing's a mess, but it's not worth
ending our friendship. This is a real lesson for a lot of friendships and for problems that arise
in friendships. Not just when there's, not just when you've hooked up with your friends. I don't
know, fling or whatever. It's not when you're accidentally hooking up with your friend's
boyfriend. But totally like, Hey, there's much more trivial aspects of this. But what I mean is,
is that for somebody to feel like you're actually sorry, they need to feel acknowledged and they
need to feel like you understand what they're saying. So by making excuses or by downplaying it
and not really acknowledging why somebody is hurt, then you can't really apologize either.
I think that that's something that we can apply to all arguments in all situations. I'm not saying
that you have to take full blame for something, but you do have to acknowledge it. Did we ever
to tell everyone how we hooked up with the same person oh i thought you had to say okay so we have
a story which we've never told before i don't think we have we might have no we haven't yeah
how do we even so okay this is like so like before brit and i ever met before i was ever on the
bachelor i met a guy on tinder he was very good looking very good looking and um can confirm
we met on tinder um we got on really well we went on a few dates and i was like oh he's obviously
totally friend zoned me like where nothing is happening here because he never tried anything
like the sexual energy was not really there yeah it was it was just super platonic like he never
tried anything and then we went out for another dinner date oh no that's a lie then he had me
over for dinner like he cooked me dinner we sat down and watched the worst fucking movie i can't
even tell you what it is because I'm scared that he might listen to this and then he made out with
me and I was like oh okay maybe this is going somewhere and he's just a slow burn anyway another
month passed it was a real slow burn so the next time I ended up at his house which was like two
weeks later I um I dressed in my sexiest undies like matching little bralette underwear got all
super sexy and you were ready I was ready I was ready we had been dating for a couple of months
by that like two months like you didn't even wear clothes over the top you just turned up
in my lingerie I showed up in a lingerie and a trench coat with a bow wrapped around me and I
was like is this subtle is this what you need no so anyway he asked me to stay over and I was like
tonight is the night so he's like stay over so then I obviously take my clothes off to get into
bed to sleep over and I'm wearing this really really sexy underwear I just love this story
he just gave me a kiss and rolled over and went to sleep I had to sleep the whole night
in my in my sexy like really uncomfortable underwear and then I think at some point he
offered me pajamas and I'm like what the fuck is this hey I have a dressing gown if you want to
wrap yourself up oh anyway so then years later Brittany and I become good friends I I have a
fiance I'm quite happy in my relationship and um he had a he had a defining name and job like there
was something that defined him you know yes and and he wasn't from Australia so Brittany is telling
me all about this guy that she's met on tinder and how he's so hot and but how she doesn't know
if he really likes her or maybe if they're just friends anyway exactly the same thing we're like
hooked up and then we didn't then he's like but then he friendzoned me but then he hadn't and I
thought we were mates hanging out then he'd kiss me and it was and he was so hot and then so Britt's
telling me this story about this guy and I was like oh my god I dated a guy that was like this
and I told her my story we still didn't connect the dots still didn't connect it anyway another
two weeks go on we thought we were just bonding over having similar stories but we didn't know
how similar they were like the same guy the same fucking guy do you know what it was it's because
it's because i'd been calling him referring to him by his nickname and you referred to him by
his full name and that's why we never put it together remember oh i never even got onto
nickname basis with the guy but that's why and it wasn't until i showed you a photo or something
you were like show me this really hot guy and you were like and i was like oh my god you're like
R.I.P. me, deceased, time of death, today.
I was like, it is Man Mountain.
Oh, my God, it was my Man Mountain.
Ah, ah, ah.
I was like, Brittany, that's the guy.
And I was like, the guy?
And she's like, yes, the guy.
Anyway, that was our.
It still blows my mind.
We're still not quite over it.
As you can tell, I can't believe we've never told that story.
I know.
How funny.
And the weirdest thing is that the guy ended up obviously finding out.
And we're still all sort of friends.
We're all kind of friends now.
It's a really weird situation.
I stay friends with everyone.
That's my problem.
It's so, so, so strange.
I'm like, oh, you were dating someone else at the same time simultaneously for two years?
No, we can be friends.
No, I'm joking because I can't do it for my life.
Bless you, but you know what?
He was actually a really great guy.
Maybe he just wasn't attracted to us.
I know.
You and I have very similar personalities as well.
So maybe there was something there.
Oh, there definitely wasn't something there.
He's got to have something.
no i mean maybe like we're so alike that that's why we turned him off yeah pretty much
it might have been our humor but how could you have you in front of someone how could you be
standing in your lingerie in front of him and him not want to rip that off you blows my mind
the problem's on him not you thanks thanks for that little pep talk i really need that
Do you want to pep me back?
Oh, yeah, I mean, like, ditto.
You too, babe.
Oh, man, I need the pep talk more than you do these days.
Trust me.
Trust me.
I reckon I could probably tuck my nipples into my stomach fold.
I actually wondered where the bruises on your knees were coming from.
It's my boobs just smacking against the kneecaps.
That was mean.
It was a joke.
Your boobs are great.
Your body's great.
Your face is great.
Thanks.
Personality questionable.
the rest of it we're working on nothing that a bit of pilates and a breast lift can't fix
anyway guys we don't mean that we're just joking jokes thank you so much for listening to another
episode of life uncut that was that was that was real uncut though wasn't it like today's episode
was actually uncut we truly truly didn't prepare anything is what britney's saying um we love we
love it so much when you send through your questions for this and we try to pick out the
ones that are most relevant and that we feel like we can give our best advice on but if you guys
have a question for next week slide on into our dms at life uncut podcast either on instagram
or on our facebook group also i just wanted to touch on from the last episode that we just did
on contraception we received so many messages some like super positive messages but we also
received a lot of messages from people who use natural non-hormonal techniques for contraception
like tracking their ovulation or the pullout method or the moon and the tides i don't know
there'll be someone out there using the moon for sure but what i wanted to say is that we
are going to actually touch on that in the future because i think that there is a really great and
quite a meaty topic around other ways of taking care of your your ovulation your contraception
that is a bit more natural so we just kind of need to get a bit better read up on it and then
we'll talk about it one last little thing we are doing an episode soon like a little episode a
little extra episode just to give you some belly laughs that's basically accidentally unfiltered
so we want your stories but we want some stories i want you to dig deep and i want you to think
about a story where we would have never guessed what happened we would never have guessed the
ending but give us your best funniest stories send them in just put accidentally unfiltered at the
top we always filter through them and that's all the keeping for today thanks for tuning in to life
uncut with brit and laura we'll see you again next week tell your friends tell your mom tell
That was the weirdest, weirdest ending you've ever tried to do.
I'll do it again.
That's it for us anyway.
That's Life Uncut with Britt and Laura.
I'm just trying to say, you just wipe the look off your face.
Why?
Just stick to our normal ending.
Guys, just tell all your friends and share the love.
We love love!
We'll be right back.
