We pay our respects to their elders past and present.
Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
This episode was recorded on Darug Walamutta land.
Hi guys and welcome back to another episode of Life Uncut. I'm Laura.
I'm Brittany Hockley.
Hello, Brittany Hockley.
Delivering my full name.
Why?
Just in case we have a new listener today.
It's like you're on your birth certificate.
The whole thing.
For anyone new, Brittany's middle name is Mayo.
Wow.
Wow, you threw me under the bus straight away.
It is Mayo.
No, I like it.
I know that you always say it's weird, but I like it.
It's not Mayo on its own, though.
It's Nicola Mayo.
So it hits different when it's double barreled.
Also because it sounds like a little bit of extra seasoning.
Nicola Mayo.
Nicola Mayo.
Sounds like it could be something you would order at a restaurant.
i actually get a side of nicola mayo thanks it's really grown on me i actually really like mayo and
i always have said if i ever went to hollywood i'd change it it'd be my stage name have you seen
that new film mayo's in that's how it would roll off the tongue i don't hate it when you say it
like that i mean we've spoken about this before but like my middle name i am the most basic of
bitches. Karen? No, I'm not a fucking Karen. Dependable. I am the most basic 1986 bitch that
there ever was. My middle name is Anne. Anne, Anne, Anne. Me and literally 97% of the population
that was born that year are Anne. And if you're not Anne, you're Louise. Or you're a Mary Anne
or you're something Anne. Elizabeth is another big one as well. But you know what? That's it.
It's like our whole parents' generation had absolutely zero creativity. And you know what?
I've realized our generation has no creativity either our generation's middle name is May we've
all done a 180 giving their kid the middle name May because it's like your grandparents middle
name so poor Marley she not only does she she's hyphenated you wait till I have a kid May ain't
gonna be basic ain't gonna be mainstream it's gonna be like maya hoohoo lala starlight starlight
something no it's like lunar eclipse no it's not it's not but it'll probably be a little different
a little left field okay well so much has happened since we last spoke to you guys not so
much since i last saw you brick because i feel like all five hours ago we are i mean we're on a
high or maybe we're still feeling high that's because last night was the sydney show which
was amazing but we've done perth shows since we last spoke to you guys it's been across the country
it's all been happening we got home from the sydney show at the state theater last night which
was incredible like lived out my dream of selling out the state theater it's one of the most
beautiful theaters if you guys are sydney-based and you are into shows and you've been to the
state theater you'll know what i'm talking about and if you haven't ever been it is truly
like you're stepping back into a hollywood theater it's so old and it's got all these
beautiful old pictures and it's really high with chandeliers and painted walls and it feels like
you're in like a mini louvre or something it kind of feels like you're going to like this
moulin rouge burlesque show except then there's us on stage half naked so like you know it kind
of was the same just a modern half naked I was I was wearing the world's shortest skirt and my
labia was flapping around for everyone in the front row did have a very short dress on yes
but sex sells I mean I was like how are we gonna sell out this no but this is exactly what the
people want no but we got home and I think the adrenaline's just so high that I'm just wired all
night and then we get up early for work so I was just I feel like I was just laying in bed like a
salmon all night with my eyes open like going through the night again because it leaves you
such a high and you guys like the audience was so amazing i know we spoke about it from adelaide
but people made signs one girl made like we love love glasses someone wrote us a letter like
meeting you guys is the fucking best part of the show so my whole family came like my mom and my
dad my brother my brother's partner my aunties and uncles multiple of them my nieces and nephews like
their kids i had so many family members there and my auntie melissa who a lot of you guys might know
from the discussion group she's very active if you're in the discussion group she was going
around i swear she was selling tickets she was at a pub down the road pimping out my parents and
herself she's like i'm britney hockley's auntie she's like you and all these other people at the
pub were going to the show then i started to get photos with my parents they're like oh can we take
photos with mom was like why do you want a photo of me she's like because you're britney's mom
it was wild oh babe i had the exact same thing people were taking my was getting tagged in
photos of my mom and i think the only way that you guys know that she's my mom is because she's
outside in the line telling you yeah so if anyone ran into kim baganski i'm very sorry she was real
proud last night well okay i thought last night was amazing and also i mean we haven't spoken to
you guys since we did perth which i always forget how far perth is away it's so far it's like flying
to bali but also how beautiful it is it's like you're in bali it's very flat isn't it it's like
the flattest place i've ever been matt asked me what perth was like and i was like man it's flat
I feel like if there weren't any buildings I could see forever.
That's a really unusual observation.
Thank you.
Thank you very much.
I don't know if it was a compliment.
Great coffee at Petition.
Keish and I had an awesome breakfast that morning.
But Perth as an audience were fucking wild.
And I think it's because not as many shows make it to Perth.
So everyone was just so stoked to be there.
It was so fun.
Oh, and the QT.
We stayed at the QT right in the city, which was actually the most beautiful hotel.
It was a vibe.
It was really, honestly, everything about Perth.
Like the QT was beautiful.
It was such an amazing place to stay.
But the audience was just, I mean, I can't, I can't deal with you guys.
I know.
It's incredible.
We're very lucky, aren't we?
So the next show that we have on is Melbourne, just so you all know.
And that's on next Friday.
And then after Melbourne, we've got Gold Coast, Canberra, and then Brisbane.
And then that's it.
So if you haven't got your tickets, there's still time.
You can go to lifeuncutpodcast.com.au.

I'm sure you've seen so much of it on Instagram so far, but every show is a little bit different
because every show has a different guest, which makes it really special. It also makes it really
fun for us because every show kind of feels new again. And that's something I'm absolutely loving
about it. So like you'll get something different, even if you've been to two shows, come again,
something else that happened. So on Saturday night, before we had the live show in Sydney,
it was the Acris and the Acris is kind of like, I mean, it's the equivalent of the Logies,
but for radio would you say like the night of nights for radio the same way we say the podcast
awards is like the logies of podcasting it's the night of nights for radio like literally it was
100 years in radio people from radio all over the country flying for this night it's the night
brit and i which is kind of weird and like as much as it was exciting it was also sucked a bit we
were up for the same award the two of us were up for best new talent in radio for doing the pickup
which is always hard when you're like best friends you work together all day and then you're up for
the same award but I was like I want you to win but I also like fuck you totally like we always
said if one of us won would be so stoked and we're not just saying that of course we would because
it's a win for both of us right like semi well one person wins more but it's it's great for the
two of you but we love each other and we want each other to it's like it seems unfair that there would
be an individual award when the whole process of radio is together you know like and then it just
pits you against your co-host which sucks as well I actually don't mind that I think it's fine for
individuals to win things but the good part about it was neither of us won
so we didn't have to worry there's no animosity so it was such a stitch up so they went through
which was i mean it was probably the funniest stitch up of my life unintentional stitch up
so they went through like and the winner is after naming all the people right the nominations are
i hadn't heard all the nominations that were in our category but people like lauren phillips who
does like breakfast down in Melbourne. We're in our category as well. So there was some big radio
people. Anyway, the guy who's on stage, he's like, and the winner is Laura. And then there's a pause
and everyone on our table was like, what? And everyone was like, Oh my God. And I, my mouth
was on the floor. Cause there was no part of me that thought I was going to win that.
My mouth was on the floor and I was like, Oh my God. And everyone at my table is cheering.
like everyone including me everyone's fucking screaming i was like fuck you laura and there
was like a space and he pauses and then he goes oh callahan so shout out to laura callahan who
actually won but it was that moment where it's like he couldn't read the last name properly so
he paused for a second and we all just thought it was laura no i reckon he did it for dramatic
effect he was like oh there's two lauras in this he's like nah i don't reckon okay whatever let's
give him the benefit of the doubt the thing i wanted to talk about though brit is like i had
true wardrobe my functions at acras things actually went wrong for me you on the other
hand were tightly strapped your little titties were oh they were locked and loaded they were
not moving those things not an inch they were sucked in sucked down and ready for party town
my boobs were so taped in that i couldn't have even gotten a rectal nipple if i tried
they were strapped down baby okay but that did not stop something and that was there were only
two articles that were written off the back of the acras the very first article that was written
was all about Jackie O leading the way with her phenomenal weight loss. That was the first. Now,
you know, I understand like radio is radio. Not everyone cares about it, but you know,
it's an important industry night. That was the first article that was written. It was all about
Jackie O's weight loss and how fantastic she looks, which is a fucking double edged compliment
as it is. But anyway, a double handed compliment. And then the second article that came out of that
night was all around your titties. So usually I don't care. Now you guys might've just seen
I posted something. I was just ticked off. Usually I don't care about this stuff because
this isn't unusual for articles to be written completely about the way a woman looks or what
she showed off or revenge body. You know, it's always about that, which I'm not saying is okay,
but I always am really good at ignoring it. Yeah. But this time I just woke up on the wrong side of
the bed. And I was just really ticked off, literally. And I've since looked for it,
Akra's 2023 Daily Mail, like what articles have come out. I cannot find more than two.
Maybe I'm missing something because surely there's been written about winners and stuff, but
nothing that I can see. This one just annoyed me. Like, it's not like I need an article about me at
all. But if you're going to write one, at least make it somewhat about why you're there. Like,
maybe that you and I were up for a nomination, put a photo of us together, whatever. But it was
Brittany Hockley risks a wardrobe malfunction in extremely revealing frock at the 34th ACRA Awards.
First line, Brittany went to daring lengths to stand out.
Then it says she wore a very revealing frock that left little to the imagination.
She flashed the flesh.
This is all in the first paragraph.
Putting her ample bust on display and clinging close to her physique.
Yeah.
Who comes up with these fucking descriptions?
Okay, wait.
It's a great Mills and Boons novel.
this is what i feel like i'm reading risking a wardrobe malfunction the beauty worked all
angles in her silky number that sat off her shoulders and offered a glimpse of her taut
abs honestly i am proud of my abs yeah i mean congratulations i've been trying to work on them
so i like that part no but in all seriousness i like that i liked that part no in all serious
yeah can i pick and choose no in all seriousness a bit of the undertones throughout the article
and it was the next part says this is the only part that they wrote about you laura you are up
for a nomination as well but that's irrelevant they just said britney posed alongside her radio
co-host laura burn laura put a little less skin on display but ensured her trim pins were highlighted
in the frockstar high split i just feel like that's another dig also at me for showing some
amount of skin it was like well laura covered up more so it's okay it's almost like you can't
complain because this is part and parcel when you work within the media landscape right you're always
going to have articles written about you. You don't have control of them, but it is so frustrating
when there are moments where they're like career highlights, where you're up for something that's
important to you, where you are a professional, you have worked so hard to achieve something.
And the only thing that is of significance is how much tits you flashed or didn't flash.
And it's the undertones that that was you trying to get attention, that you were garnering attention
by having your cleavage out. The fact of bringing me into it as an example of someone who was dressed
more demurely is just tacked on the bottom of the article which to be honest my titty was out all
night but that's the thing i was like fuck you laura you actually got your tit out and you didn't
get an article i didn't and i got the article no but i think look i mean i have many issues with
this article for multiple reasons and it's more so because so the journalists behind it we're not
going to name shame if you want to go look at you can look it up yourself you guys might remember
many years ago i shared the story around how when i was in the shower my ex-boyfriend unconsenting
to it. He pissed on me in the shower. It's a fucking gross story. He thought it was funny.
I didn't. The conversation was all around how consent is important in many different aspects
and how it doesn't just always have to be around sex, right? Like this was me not consenting to
being peed on in the shower. And there was such a monumental lack of respect for my ex-boyfriend
who did this. Now the headline that was written by this journalist for that article, this is going
back in 2021. It was Laura Byrne reveals a gross sex confession as she has a very frank discussion
on her latest podcast with Power Brittany Hockley. And then the whole article that follows on from
that implies that it was something that I was confessing to as though I had wanted it. Because
I mean, to me, it's like, you can't confess to a sexual experience unless you're complicit in the
sexual experience. Like I'm not confessing to something that I had nothing and had no want to
be done to me. Now, this article, which I took arms up against in 2021, was written by the same
journalist who wrote this article about you, Britt. And I'm not saying that this is pointed
towards just us. There's been loads of articles that have been problematic that have been written
by this journalist. And I just think like, how is this the standard for what is acceptable when
it comes to reporting? It's fucking wild. It is. And to be clear, I do know that people want to
read this stuff. I know that people want to read about dresses and they want to see what people
award that's totally fine if this article could have just put something in about the night or
accolades or anything like that it would have hit different but I was just like the only thing
you've written about the entire award show not even me is about two women and their bodies so
not the two women that have ticked all these boxes and are working so hard and like Jackie's winning
awards left right and center it just rubbed me the wrong way and I know there's always going to
be these kind of articles and there's nothing we can do about it but the fact that there it is a
woman that is writing these kind of headlines about other women also got me a little bit like
come on man yeah understandably so it's 2023 I mean I know you say that there's nothing that
we can do about it and there really isn't this is something that happens every single day in
the media landscape but I think it's being conscious of it and like if you come across
or you see a headline that you're like wow that is so wildly objectifying of that person don't
click on it because the only reason why these articles are continuously written is because
they're clicked on because somewhere in us you know we like the gossip we enjoy maybe it is this
feeling of pitting women against each other or we love the idea of a weight loss success story
or we like to put people down and so it makes us feel a little bit better and that's why we click
on these articles it gives us a superiority in some way but I think like being really mindful
around the content that you're consuming is how you let journalists know what it is that you want
to read and there's just like such basic objectification of the way people's bodies
are especially during these moments of real career success and career highlights is so
problematic because you would not find a single article written about how a man was dressed from
that night or how he presented or what he looked like it's only about the women who are in that
room yeah and I think the only other thing that that ticks me off I probably would have just
rolled over and left it but it was I had woken up to a message from Ben because Ben just googles me
right if I'm asleep and he knows something's on he'll google it to see what happened so I hadn't
contacted him because I was either at the awards or in bed so he had woken up on the other side
of the world he does the googling he made the comment not in a bad way but just he was almost
laughing he goes ha ha ha wow how's the only thing they've written about is is literally your boobs
and your body and I was like for him to have noticed and point that out because he was looking
to try and find out if I'd won, how the night went,
and he couldn't find it.
So for him to have said, wow, the only thing I can find on you
is literally about your boobs and your body.
It's humiliating.
I was like, you know what?
You're actually right.
Like how could there be nothing else about it in there?
That was the reason that I really had this realisation
where I was like, this is actually pretty good.
Yeah.
If my boyfriend can't even Google me, this is good.
At least your boobs look good.
But he did say that.
something that laura and i were actually talking about this morning we want to nut it out a little
bit is denise rich is coming out saying that she is going to be doing an only fans collaboration
for the second time with her daughter sammy cute it's always nice to have family things and spend
time with your kids so i've do you know what last couple days i've actually haven't read into it i
just ignored it because it didn't interest me i looked at it and i was like that's a little bit
strange but i never clicked on it and then you brought it up this morning because you have some
really strong feels about it i just think it's fucking what okay so just set the scene if you
guys don't know who this is so denise richards she used to be on bold and the beautiful she was
also a bong girl she was married to charlie sheen charlie sheen's ex-wife she has children with
charlie sheen sammy who is the daughter sammy is now 19 years old she's posed in playboy and i
think like over and throughout her life and her career she has been a successful actress but
she's also been highly sexualized and profiting off her sexualization of herself which you know
all the fucking power to her. Like if you can make money from doing that, this in no way is
this conversation to dig around that. Now, in recent times, we have seen photo shoots of people
like Heidi Klum with her daughter in lingerie recently. They did an editorial shoot, which got
a lot of backlash, this weird, like mummy daughter kind of sexy lingerie shoot that happened. So
Denise has come out on her own OnlyFans in the last couple of days. And she has written,
should my mini me at sammy sheen and i do another collab and she's posted that to her subscribers
so that her subscribers can weigh in on whether they would like another mummy daughter photo
shoot behind the only fans paywall honestly there has been some very severe and divisive
conversation online around this some people think it is wildly cooked some people think you know
what if you can go and get some coin and you're not doing anything that's illegal or inappropriate
even if some people don't agree with it then you should lean into it and get that well they've said
they're not doing porn they're not doing this is what they've said they're not doing porn they're
not doing nudes they're not doing sexual content in terms of physical sexual content from what i
can gather it will be a hot photo in lingerie i'm assuming could be swimmers i don't know because i
haven't seen the post yes that's what i'm gathering we don't know how exposing that lingerie is we
don't know how much touching we don't know what implied sexuality is going to go into those photo
shoots we don't know anything because we are not subscribed to only fans and the content hasn't
been created yet this conversation is based around the seeding and provoking your audience to engage
with whether they want her or not to create this mummy daughter photo shoot and put it behind the
paywall right now just to give you guys some context they've already done one of these shoots
before we don't have access to those photos but they made like two million dollars off the back
of that photo shoot which is fucking wild well apparently they're making like two million dollars
a month just not even off the back of the photo like i think that's just what they're making for
this kind of content okay so i want to be honest here if someone told me that i could pose in a
bikini with my mom in a g if i could cut if i had to cuddle my mom in a g-string and i would get
two million dollars for it i would probably do it a hundred percent i would fly my mommy now i'd be
like before this offer is pulled mommy get your hottest bikini put these nipple tassels on right
now mommy and cuddle me i should do it i reckon nicky nicky down fucking hey yeah miss hockley
i'll join in as well for two mils shall we like okay and i i'm gonna say this everyone's got a
price right you might think this is weird it is a bit weird we are not disputing the weirdness of
this it absolutely is weird but would i do it probably the only thing i have an issue with
of this and i think if i'm gonna unpack it from like a moral compass not from a go get your money
girl compass. But my moral compass says there is something very deeply wrong in profiting off
the fantasy of incest. And that's what I think this does. I think when you bait your audience,
your OnlyFan audience, because, you know, even though there's people who are on OnlyFans who
have recipes and sporting stuff like fitness workout routines, I know that there are other
things on OnlyFans. It's not just sex workers or sexual content. But I would say that the vast
majority of content on OnlyFans is sexual. And if you look at Denise's images, even though she's not
posting complete nudes or anything that is overtly sexual, both Sammy's and Denise's content, I would
say that most of the people who are subscribing to that are men and they're subscribing to it
with the want to get off on. So baiting your audience and saying, do you want me to do a mummy
mini me photo shoot behind this paywall? I would say that most people are subscribing to that
content because it gives the illusion of this mummy daughter fantasy. And that's the part of
it that I think is very fucking gross. And the reason why I think it's gross is because I think
as a parent, you have the responsibility to protect your children. And I not to kind of lean
into this, maybe, maybe I'm being too vanilla. Maybe I'm being too beige in my perception around
this. But I think that more of the onus lies on Denise with this when her daughter's only 19 years
old. That is still very young. Yes, she's an adult, but she is a very, very young adult. This to me
errs on the side of exploitation of her mum for monetary gain. And that might be a harsh thing
to say, but I think it kind of sits in this very grey area for me. Yeah, look, I don't really know
how I feel about it. And I want to tell you why. I think the idea of a mother and a daughter in
lingerie next to each other isn't the worst thing in the world. Is it my first choice of content to
look at? No. Would I do it for $2 million? Probably. But I still think it's strange. But I look at
people like Heidi Klum and Lenny. People were on the fence about it. People were like, why are you
posing with your daughter? But I was like, well, is it the end of the world for a mother and daughter
who are very, very close, they have a great relationship to be in lingerie together? All
women wear lingerie at any age. I don't think it's a problem. I think the problem with that
shoot was more surrounding the fact that it's putting this perception out that mothers need
to look the same and have the same body as their daughters. I think a lot of people took that the
wrong way for that particular photo shoot. The reason that this hits different is probably the
way that she teased it and the fact that it is behind and linked to OnlyFans. So if Lenny and
Heidi Klum are doing a photo shoot, there's not OnlyFans, but it's lingerie and it's paid.
And now we've got Denise and her daughter, Sammy, that are doing a lingerie photo shoot. It's also
paid, but it's connected to OnlyFans. The only difference that I can see is the way that it was
teased and that is Denise saying a seductive photo like who wants to see me in my mini me
I don't like the way she absolutely yes but what I'm saying is the content's the same but it's the
tease and the way that they're trying to get the audience there that hits different I mean let's
be fair with this right like both people are profiting off this Heidi Klum is profiting off
by being paid for an editorial campaign by a brand so it's not like one of them is and one
of them isn't but the reason why I think Denise's is worse is because it sits alongside sexualized
content and when Heidi Klum's images were created they sat as an editorial for a brand in a very
public forum and it's the fact that if you scroll above or below the collaborated photos on OnlyFans
you're going to see hypersexual photos of Sammy or Denise and then below it you're going to see
those photos and in the middle you're going to see lingerie pickies with mummy right which is
where it sits real fucking weird for me but the other part of this that I think as well is an
issue and i really think that this is where it makes me feel so uncomfortable is when we make
the joke brit you and i and we say i'd fucking do it with my mom like pay me two million dollars
and i'll get in my bikini with my mom the issue is we are 37 year old women you 36 me 37 yeah
don't age about no brand is ever gonna want to see photos no one on instagram wants to see photos
of us with our mom because we are mature women who have adult mothers all right laura but we are
I was trying to actually make this work.
All right.
Well, I mean, look, look, someone prove me wrong and pay Brit for it
and we will fucking go there.
But we are mature women and our mothers are mature women.
The reason why this flies is because these are young women.
They are 19 years old.
They still look like girls but they are being made to look very sexual
and their mums are still young and beautiful, right?
And I think that that's where the line is so great
because that's what makes it sexual because sexuality is very predominantly
revolves around this idea of youth. So I think for us, like we're never going to have that
opportunity because no one wants to see it because we are the definition of having, you know, a
grown-up daughter who has agency and the ability to choose. There's no vulnerability when it comes
to a 37-year-old woman choosing to do a photo shoot with their mum. But a 19-year-old girl
doing a photo shoot with her mum, there is still this age discrepancy and I think the vulnerability
of that is a really important part of it to unpack. Yes, I don't like your pessimism that
no one will ever pay me to do it and that I'm out of the role but I mean after seeing your titties
on display at the Daily Mail someone wants to see it Laura thanks no the only comment I want to make
is because I really want to be clear that we do not and we have not seen their content on OnlyFans
I have zero problem with people making money on OnlyFans this is what Denise said we're going to
do a really cool shoot together it's going to be something that's going to be editorial and
beautiful i'm excited i've shot with both my daughters for different magazines and it's been
a long time so it's going to be fun to be able to do a shoot with sammy now she's a bit older
now sammy's gone on to describe herself as a sex worker but she's clarified for the record i am not
a porn star and i do not meet up with people i don't feel myself having sex the only reason i
said i'm a sex worker is because my main source of income is from my only fans and if people did
their fucking research they would realize that there's multiple forms of sex work she's basically
saying to be clear whilst she is selling pictures of herself online she's not doing this physical
she's not doing penetrative sex no well we don't know if she's doing yeah we don't even know she's
doing nudes i don't like to be judging somebody now when i don't know what their content is the
only thing i don't like about this is the implication of jump online and you can see
something really naughty between a mother and daughter. Like I don't love the way that they've
advertised it. It's weird. It's not right. But if it's a photo of both of them in lingerie next to
each other and that's it, I would say go hell for leather. The only other thing is, you know,
how you said, you know, if they're scrolling up and down, that's all full of other sexualized
content. Heidi Klum was pretty much the same thing. Heidi Klum was the leader of Victoria's
Secrets for like 20 years. And the idea of Victoria's Secrets is tiniest, sexiest lingerie
that you could possibly have and be on display and everyone has always highly sexualized the
Victoria's Secret models that's what their show was for the last two decades three decades if you
went on to her page and you were scrolling it's very similar it's just it hit different because
it wasn't linked to OnlyFans but it's still a full page of hot sexy lingerie photos I don't know I
disagree with that and the reason why I disagree with that is because it's not so much just about
what you're wearing it's about the intent behind the images as well right like yes we buy into
sexy lingerie because it looks beautiful on models and they're scantily clad and they're
not wearing much but there is a very big difference and I think visually between something that say
an editorial shoot for a lingerie brand and something that's an editorial shoot to get
somebody sexually aroused and that's because of angles we know how important that is in really
accentuating what would be someone looking at a photo and feeling like they could be having sex
with that person I think that they are two different results now look like we said we have
no issue with OnlyFans. OnlyFans is an amazing tool for people to make so much money. It's also
liberating for people to have agency over their own body, how they sell their imagery, how they
make money from their sex work. Like it's a fucking incredible tool that has in so many ways
revolutionized sex work and protected women as well. The only thing I have an issue with here
is what I said at the very beginning, and that is profiting off what I think is the fantasy of
incest. And the reason why I think that this is such an important point is because if you look at
any porn hub website or any sort of online porn, just Google it, okay? You will find that mummy,
stepdad, stepmummy, this type of incest porn is very downloaded. It is a massive kink. It's a
massive fetish. I would say that mostly across porn, it is acted out. It's role play. But in
this instance it's alluding to what could be real and that's because it sits behind this paywall and
it is this fantasy am i saying that they're doing anything wrong am i saying that they in those
images have gone too far no but i think it's just the context of where it sits that is really
fucking icky for me okay it is time for accidentally unfiltered and we have one that i think we have
not even come close to in the four and a half years that we have been doing this podcast i mean
I don't know about that.
We've had some real fucking doozies.
Oh, no.
Oh, no.
This is brand new content.
Strap yourself in, everyone.
You may need therapy after this, but it'll be worth it.
You might not eat Mexican.
So I'm a gay male.
I was dating a guy and one night we had Mexican for dinner.
That included corn.
I love corn.
After dinner, we did the horizontal dance of love.
For context, I was receiving.
That's so beautiful.
We love a bottom queen.
Later when we had a shower, my ex-partner pulled back his foreskin
to reveal one singular kernel of corn.
Oh, leftovers.
Oh.
There was one corn.
It's always the case though when you eat corn, it comes out full still.
One was in the butt still and it got caught under the foreskin
and then just stayed in there until the next day.
Well, I think it was in his colon, not just on his butt.
Right up there, just wedged into a wall.
Do you reckon he didn't say?
Oh, no, he did.
Sorry, I couldn't stop laughing.
I couldn't stop laughing but he was mortified.
Also, like the next day, didn't he go and have a shower
and wash his willy?
Well, maybe they didn't.
Maybe they did it the next day.
Maybe they just rolled over and went to bed.
I don't know.
I'm just a messenger.
Wow.
Why doesn't corn break down?
I don't know.
Now there's carrot.
You find that shit.
i went and had a colon like what's the call when you have a colonoscopy oh an enema i had an enema
once i had an enema guys don't i fucking hate them i just you know i just decided to try it
one day it was like maybe 15 years ago it was when they were really making the rounds and everyone
was talking about like so i went to this like bougie place i was i think at the time it was
in bondi i went to this bougie place that was like oh like eat pray love enemas and i laid down
and she stuck the fucking hose in my ass and honestly i was like this is so vulnerable i
don't know this woman like this is the most actually my ass is so dangerous anyway they
turn the tap on and the water fills you and then it flushes out and then it fills you
now this was the most unnecessary part of the fucking enema they had a clear glass shit screen
so the shit flushes out of you and you get to watch what comes out of you and then she watches
it with you and she talks about what the fuck's coming out of you so anyway they basically fill
you as much as you can get filled with water and then you have to try and hold it for as long as
you can hold it and then it like it's like the depths of hell like the floodgates have opened
the red sea is crashing back down and honestly it fucking just floods out of your butt and into
this glass screen there's a reason doctors train for like 10 years to become gastroenterologists
so they can do this stuff so you don't get perforations you don't go and get enemas for
funsies i am not recommending it and you will understand why so then she's sitting there next
to me whilst i'm in my most vulnerable state with a host in my ass and she starts describing to me
what's come out of me and she's like oh yes you've got a diet high in protein and you've had there's
a piece of steak and then she was literally like do you eat a lot of carrots and i was like
motherfucker i'm not eating carrots in a week and she was like oh yep here are the carrots coming
out of you and she's describing the carrots and then we had to go for round two and she was like
and there's the corn i was like what are we in a week why do you still have carrots from a week
ago i don't know and then she was trying to explain to me like that's why you should get
them because that the carrots are like sticking to the walls it's not accurate anyway i never ever
ever went back i did shit myself in the car ride home that day oh my god this is a story
the story that keeps on giving well you've just had so much water pumped into you it's like you
got gastro i went to the toilet and tried to finish it off but not just in the car thought
it was a fart on leather seats or material in my pants but leather seats because i would have
soaked through it didn't go through it was only a little bit it went through didn't it it's material
i can read there i can read between the lines i would highly recommend don't go and get enemas
i know there's going to be someone who's listening to this who does them and it's going to be like
that's all i got for you i fucking hated it i'm sorry there's nothing you can say in my dms which
will change my mind no i'm also i don't care against enemas no no it's not for me unless
it's a medical one and you need it for a medical reason like medical for sure not for fun on a
saturday like what do you want to do let's meet up for an enema i think it was a tuesday 3 p.m
I'd had a lot of food that day too.
Anyway, let's go on.
That's it.
No one needs to hear more about your carrot shit.
Okay.
Well, look, from that to something that's way more sentimental and important, you guys,
if you listened to the episode a few weeks ago, actually it was probably a few months
ago now, I was talking about, I was talking about my nan actually, and I was talking about
her dementia and how she's currently in a home.
And for anyone who doesn't know my sort of story with my grandparents, my grandparents
were such a huge part in raising me.
I lived with my grandparents for a long time.
I see my nan and my papa who has passed away as my second parents and so it's been really hard
the last couple of years one losing my grandfather but then coming to the understanding that even
though my nan is here I've essentially lost her as well and we've gone and are going through that
grieving process because of her dementia and I was speaking about whether you guys might want to
have an episode on aging but like on how you deal with having a parent who's currently going through
that process of dementia and even if it's not something that you're dealing with now the reality
is is our parents getting old is something that we're all going to deal with it's something that
if we're lucky and when our parents make it to being elderly it's an inevitable fact of our lives
that this is going to happen to us and so the response to that was amazing and I'm so grateful
because it's a chat that I really wanted to have and I feel like I you know I feel a little bit
selfish because I feel like it really gave me the justification to be able to have that conversation
on the podcast and hopefully you guys get so much out of it too so on tomorrow's episode we are
interviewing clinical psychologist her name is melissa levi she has decades worth of experience
in this care and she's also the author of a book called we need to talk about aging and we truly do
talk about everything there is to talk about aging we talk about why it's so important to have these
conversations with your parents before they're at a point where they can't have them how you deal
with a parent who has dementia or memory loss or has compromised aging and it was a really
vulnerable and beautiful conversation and I I loved it so much I feel like I got so much out
of tomorrow's episode I actually got a lot from it even though I don't have a direct contact or
relationship with anyone with dementia and I feel really lucky about that but the conversation was
so much more than dementia the conversation was aging in general moving on to that next part of
life being death because we're all going to die. And this sounds intense and morbid, but it really
wasn't. It was just about how to have those conversations with those people in your life
when the time is right to make life easier down the track. And I got a lot from this conversation
and I really loved talking to Melissa. Well, that's coming up on tomorrow's episode. And just
a quick reminder, if you haven't voted in the podcast awards, it closes in two days. So we
would absolutely love it if you could jump on to the australian podcast website put a little vote
in for life uncut for the people's choice award and then once you've done that you've got to go
and confirm it in your emails because you've only got two more days chance for the listeners choice
and that's it i'm a woo girl and you know the drill tell your mom
tell your dad tell your dog tell your friends and share the love because we love love
We'll be right back.
