We all know breakouts like Drake May and Jackson Smith and Jigbo won fantasy football leagues last year, but let's dive into the five players that could do the same thing for your team in 2026. Welcome into the lineup fantasy football show. I'm Mitch Anderson. I'm Justin Mello. And Mello, let's jump into five of our favorite dynasty trade targets. These are also guys for redraft in 2026 that we are so excited about that should be moving up your draft boards. Mello, let's jump into your first guy. I got a guy that I'm really starting to heat up on.

Here's a guy. Here's a guy who I'm excited about Michael Wilson, the Arizona Cardinals. The deeper we head into this offseason, the more and more I find myself liking him. Just drafted him in our startup league, the lineup Dynasty League, super excited. He was the wide receiver two overall last year over the last eight weeks of the season. And nobody cares. Nobody seems to care that over the last eight weeks, he was the wider seefer two overall. Now, do I expect those elite numbers to continue?

No, of course not. They will not continue. I will tell you that right now. But he doesn't need to produce those same insane numbers to still be a phenomenal value. In Dynasty, he's the wide receiver 37 on keep trade cut, whereas Marvin Harrison Jr., the perpetual punching bag of this show, is the wide receiver 22. That gap just does not make sense to me. Have we stopped to ask the question? What if Michael Wilson is just that good?

What if he is better than Marvin Harrison Jr.? To me, it seems like a real possibility based on what we've seen, over the last couple years, especially last year. But the price difference between the two suggests it's entirely impossible that Michael Wilson could be better. And the numbers last year were absurd. They were great. Not repeatable, like I said, but they were great.

But the good news is it wasn't just the numbers. The film also looked great. This wasn't a guy who was just being force fed because there was no one else to give the ball to and a pass heavy offense. Granted, it was a very pass heavy offense. But he was consistently winning and earning those targets, beating man coverage. he just turned 26 he's got more than a couple years left in him and we're hearing reports now that he's going to play the z spot in this offense and this michael lefleur offense who he comes from the rams where they typically put none other than puka nakua in that role and i'm by no means saying michael wilson is even in the same stratosphere as pukinakua in terms of talent but it's not a bad thing that he's going to play a similar role in this similar offense also just playing the z in general i think is a really good sign he's got a move around more, get more free releases, maybe moving the slot.

Won't have to win on the perimeter consistently, like Marvel have to, as he's probably going to play the X. So I like the role in the offense. I like the talent. He's set to become a free agent in 2027. If he balls out just one more year, like I think he could, he's going to get a huge bag either from Arizona or somewhere else to be an alpha in the long term. Wide receiver 37 in Dynasty totally worth the risk to me.

I have you seen the tweet also that it was like making fun of the thing saying that he'll play the Puggenekua role and it was like Clint Kubiak came out to say that Jack Betch will play the Randy Moss role and Trey Tucker will play the Jerry Rice role. I did see that. I'm in on this. I can't remember which episode it was, but I brought him up earlier this spring. I've seen conflicting numbers, but I believe he's either number one or number three in routes running the entire NFL last year. I think a lot of people are going to like poo the whole thing and say like, oh, well, Marvin Harrison Jr. was injured. He's been absolutely

incredible. And I think the upside at a wide receiver 37 price tag is insane. I just just don't think you should be allowed to talk about a guy who was wide receiver two for half of a season and then price him that low. Yeah, it's disrespectful. And yeah, Marv was hurt. We're all 10 of his fingers broken. Is that why he was dropping passes? Like, I don't think so. I don't think so. All right, let me jump into our next buy. This is a guy that I truly did not think I would ever be talking about as a buy. But the more I dug into things, the more I was like, hell yeah, let's go. Ramandre Stevenson, 28 years old, being Price as the Running Back 37, that's funny, according to keep trade cut.

This is kind of like a sequel to when Corey from Fantasy Stock Exchange came on to say that he was a sell with Trayvion Henderson. But I'm just going to be devil's advocate here. Let's live in a world where Corey's wrong and Trayvion breaks out here and year two. He's getting more opportunities. We're starting to see all the potential we've been so excited about finally come to fruition. I think if you even just guaranteed me that universe, there's probably not 36 running backs in fantasy football I would value over Remadre Stevenson. This team has shown time and time again.

They trust Stevenson running the ball even in spite of the fumble issues. They sure as hell trust in to protect their most important asset, which is Drake May and pass protection. Of guys with 100 or more carries last season, Ramondre logged the eighth highest tackle for loss rate at 12.3%. And he was fifth in pro football focus as pass blocking grade going right back to keeping Drake May upright. and healthy. He averaged 4.64 yards per carry and quietly had the 11th most receiving yards among all running backs, despite only playing in 14 games. He was the running back 11 from week 13 on. And then we saw this really interesting shift where we had Henderson losing work to Stevenson as the whole year went on. And I think obviously that kind of goes counterintuitive to how

you would feel about a rookie running back earning work. And then we always talk about in the postseason as to New England guys, we saw it. Travion just absolutely disappeared, which I think is such a testament to the trust they have in Remandre. It came down to one game where Travion had four snaps. So do I think Ramondre is going to come out here and you trade for the running back 37 and he's like a high-end top 12 asset? Obviously not. But I do think at his price, there's a chance you could land a high-end RB2 for an RB4

price tag. And I think that's extremely valuable if you're a team trying to get into that contending range or in redraft. You're just looking for a cheap RB2. Yeah. Even as a Patriot is found, I'll admit this feels. feels gross, like for Montre's by gross. But you're not wrong where he's being valued, where he's being ranked, where he's being drafted, and what he's being traded for in dynasty leagues.

You're getting a guy who potentially is going to be the RB1 on a very good offense. Look at the playoff run like you said. He not only was the RB1, he was the running back for the Patriots down that playoff stretch. He was 1A and 1B. He was all of 1. That type of split is not going to continue, but he is still a good player, even though some people don't want to admit it. He's on a good offense, and he's really cheap. I think that's such a good way of putting it.

In no world am I sitting here being like, well, Henderson's workload's never get an increase and Remondres gets to keep the backfield. I just think that we've all anticipated it a little bit too much and let Romandre's price slip to a point. That's just egregious. Yeah, it's a little bit disrespectful, to be quite frank. Yeah.

Well, Mitch, I think we're feeling like Homer, today because I got another Patriot that I'm buying for you here. And it is the newest New England Patriot, A.J. Brown. I almost took him as my second. I'm so hot and bothered, Mitch. I'm, certainly the blush, I think, now that we're talking about A.J. Brown here. This is, oh, let's just, let's put this into respect to here. The most efficient quarterback in the NFL last year, statistically, the most efficient quarterback in the NFL last year, who was statistically, The best deep ball thrower in the NFL last year just got an elite ex-receiver who can stretch the field,

consistently beat man coverage. How is this not the easiest no-brainer slam dunk of all time? Say what you want about the Patriots and what they had to give up to acquire A.J. Brown. If you want to say it was an overpay, that's fine. I don't have a problem with that take. But to us fantasy enthusiasts, it makes absolutely no difference whatsoever. What matters is that A.J. Brown is no one of Patriot. Last year, we've talked about it so much on this show.

Disaster in Philly. It was horrible. A.J. Brown was devastating to Owen and fantasy. And he was still the wide receiver 11 overall in PPR and wide receiver 14 and half on PPR. And some people said he was quiet quitting on the team. It didn't look like he cared. Well, he was still pro football focus, his 12 highest graded receiver last year. No qualifiers, no conditions.

Just the 12 highest graded receiver. And a year of that, the offense was bad and it seemed like he was quitting on the team. With all that said, is there any world he's not better in 2026 in New England, better than the wide receiver 11 like he was last year, the clear number one, a pass heavy offense, Drake May at the home. He's going into his age 29 season, probably more of a win now move, but I think you get at least two years of close to elite, if not truly elite fantasy production.

Players like Chase Brown, Marvin Harrison, who he can't stop trashing on, Harold Fanon, who I've called the sell. These are guys who are being valued very similarly, keep trade cut and I would easily take AJ Brown over them. No questions asked, particularly as a contender in a dynasty league and of course in redraft. I'm just in love with AJ Brown. You look at his proven track record, you look at the quarterback he's playing with, his fit in this offense, the compensation New England gap up to make sure they got him. All the stars are aligned for something really, really special here. Yeah, we talk a lot about guys whose prices get overinflated when they move

teams, and I think this is actually one where the price hasn't seemed to catch up yet. I think one thing that a lot of people are down on AJ Brown for is the attitude thing. And I do want to say, because I don't want to be a hypocrite from last episode where I critiqued DJ Moore on that. Something with AJ Brown is like, he's clearly wanted this for a long time to come to New England. And he's clearly so excited for it. And he has a report with Mike Rable.

And I think all the stars are aligning in a way that like, you're right. this he's undervalued in dynasty. I think he's even more egregiously undervalued in redraft. I don't think that price is going to fully catch up. I mean, it probably will by the time like August comes around and there's been a million training camp videos of A.J. Brown making one handers or whatever. But we keep talking about these things, kind of with Jalen Hertz, where it's like, oh my God, it was so disastrous.

And he was the QB8. And it's like, oh, my God, AJ Brown was so disastrous. And he was the Y receiver 11. And I agree with you. I don't think there's a world. that it gets worse. I think as long as he is healthy and on the field,

it can only get better. So every Sunday during Red Zone, I'm pulling out my inner excellence book and I'm reading along the way as A.J. Brown scores 50 touchdowns for my team. I'm going to have to buy that on Amazon. I got to look into that because I feel like I have to know. Yeah, I think I do too.

I'd like to know how you achieve such inner excellence. I feel like I'm just, the disgusting boys are back. If you told me I was going to be talking about these two guys like two months ago, I would have thrown up in my mouth.

Let's talk Christian Watson. This is one that I think we're not entirely aligned on based on some of the conversations we had earlier this spring, but he is currently the wide receiver 33 on Keep Trade Cut, 27 years old, and officially the wide receiver one in the Matt LaFleur and Jordan Love offense. Obviously, all the talk right now is the four years. year is a $110 million extension. And I think this contract is doing a weird thing to the narrative around Christian Watson that it's actually making him seem worse because he's getting overpaid. I feel like people are like trying just to poke holes in Christian Watson because they want to

talk about how he's making too much money. Where to me, I'm such a follow the money guy that I said, wow, they were willing to shell out all of that money to make sure they have Christian Watson here for the next four years. But let me get into the negatives because I do want to say I don't think this one's a slam dog. The elephant in the room is Christian Watson's health. This is everyone's biggest concern and my biggest personally. First four years of his career, he's played 14, 9, 15, and 10 games respectively. We've talked about being optimistic with the potential of Matthew Golden. We've talked about Tucker Kraft as one of our favorite tight ends. But I do want to dive a little into what Christian Watson did when he was actually on the field last year. Among receivers who ran 50

or more routes, he was sixth in the entire NFL and yards per route run at exactly. exactly 2.5. He was 8th in Adot. The only guy in front of him that finished in the top 80 receivers was Alec Pierce. He led the Packers receivers and target share at 18.58%. Only guy in his vicinity was Romeo Dobbs who now lands in New England, this free agency, and is out of the picture. He was 12th among all wide receivers in PFF's receiving grade. And then the cherry on top, he was a championship winning wide receiver 10 from week 10 on last year when he was healthy. So to conclude my statement here, This is one of those buys that comes with a little of caution. It kind of feels like when you're going to buy a pack of cigarettes

and there's like a giant thing that says smoking kills on the side. You're like, oh, whatever, I've had 10 bud lights. So that's kind of where I'm at with Christian Watson. I think I'm 15 beers deep ready to buy the pack of cigarettes. Draft Day this year, I'm going to make sure to be 10 beers deep by the time of that Christian Watson's ADP. And that'll be how I can gauge if it's a good investment or not. Do I want a cigarette or not?

I'm trapped in Christian Watson. You're right that we probably aren't super aligned on this one because early off season especially I was pretty adamant. He's a cell. A guy I'm out on mostly because of the health, but also just the situation in Green Bay. But the situation's improved. So I actually have warmed up because Romeo Dobbs is officially gone now. They traded Dontavian Wicks. They gave Watson that huge contract.

Green Bay has made moves suggesting they really view Christian Watson as the Wynner's super one in this team. So that does make me feel a lot better. If he can play a full season or at least pretty close to it, I actually think he's a really good value at that ADP. Yeah. It's just a giant if. Yeah. Is he the new if man?

A lot of people are asking. I certainly am. All right. Let's jump into our number five Best Buy. This is a guy that I think carries much less risk. I think the upside's not as crazy, but people are just sleeping on him because of that. And that's DeAndre Swift, 27 years old, being valued as the RB26.

Mello, give us your take on him. I didn't know how to feel about DeAndre Swift for the vast majority of this offseason, but the last couple weeks, I've really, like, heated up a lot on DeAndre Swift to the point where I think he is a phenomenal value, both in redraft and dynasty. Through six years in the league, his worst finish in fantasy in PPR four Mets was the RB21. Through six years, his worst finish. was an RB2 still as the RB 21. He missed three games that year two, so we missed time and so was the RB21.

Now we go into year two in this Ben Johnson offense. Everyone's projecting them to take a step forward, and we are pricing these pieces so high. Obviously, Caleb Williams and Colston Loveland and both these receivers, but nobody wants to take D'Andre Swift along for the ride for some reason. His price is super under control. I think it's maybe the age and the name fatigue. But the fact of the matter is, he's good and he always has been good.

I love, we're the George Bush meme, no child left behind. No child is the child. I need you to make that. I need somebody to make that. I need that actually visualized for me. But DeAndre Swift has been consistently good. The film junkies, who I love, I have a lot of respect for the film junkies. The film junkies love DeAndre Swift.

He was great on tape last year. He was pro football focuses eighth highest graded running back last year. And some people, I think, are worried about Kyle Minungai and his. involvement. It could go up. But he was a seventh round pick. He was admittedly impressive in his own right. I will give it his flowers. But he's not going to take over this backfield. I just mentioned Swift was Profilbopo because his eighth highest graded running back. Menangai was 27th. He's not the same kind of running back. And it's also worth noting a lot of Menangai's work last year came positive game scripts. When the bears were up, they were trying to put the game away, run the clock out.

Swift is still the guy. He's no longer a spring chicken. He's 27 years old. but the price helps a lot. That helps his price a lot in Dynasty because he is a little bit older, but still not that old. I mean, 27, he's still got a few years left. It's the last year of his contract. So I think there's a good chance at the Bears retain him long term. He's going to be a very good high-end running back two,

maybe even low-end running back one for a handful more of years. And even if he leaves, hopefully that means that he was great in 2026. He gets paid a big bag elsewhere to be an alpha. But he's being ranked as the running back. 26 and Dynasty on Keep Trade Cut, which is a really, really affordable price for a piece and I think as such a safe floor and decent ceiling as well. He just keeps being disrespected. He's a value pretty much every single year and it's no different right now. He feels like he belongs in another edition of the boring players. And like I've always said that's my favorite guys to buy.

I don't want the sexy players. I want the asexual lineup. But I think you made a great point about Menungai and I think I've fallen victim to it a little bit about the like, what if he takes over a huge chunk of the backfield work? And then I looked into it like you said. He wasn't all that efficient and game script is really important into why Minangai was so productive. We're two guys that don't like day three running backs, you know, and that whole argument I made with Bucky Irving of, well, I think guys just get so excited about their favorite sleeper popping off and they just want to extrapolate it into being like a fully productive career. I don't think that's always the case. Just a few more numbers with DeAndre Swift to illustrate how good he's been so

quietly. He finished last year's PFF's eighth highest graded rusher, fourth in rushing success rate, third in total EPA, third and EPA per rush, and 10th and yards per carry. Like, to be ranking this guy as the RB26 is absolutely bonkers. And for a guy that we both haven't known what to do with, I'm glad we've both been enlightened to this because this might be one of my best best buys we've had this entire spring. Yeah, I 100% think so. You mentioned like he's the boring guy. That's what it is. The name fatigue. Like people are just kind of sick of him. He's never been like the most elite running back in the NFL. But guess what? He's the value every single year. He was also a little disappointing with Detroit. And I think some people still have that bad taste in their mouth.

Yeah. But even in Detroit, he was a productive fantasy asset. I think it was just he never, they wanted him to be what Jemir Gibbs is now, basically. And that never happened. Yeah, exactly.
