In fantasy football, we get so caught up talking about who the most valuable players are.
But who are the best values that you can actually go out and acquire?
Today, we are going to talk about five names that you can go out and get on your fantasy team without breaking the bank.
Welcome into the lineup fantasy football show.
I'm Mitch Anderson.
I'm Justin Mello.
And we are not going to waste anybody's time.
Let's jump right into things Mello.
And I want you to give me your first dynasty fantasy football value.
I'm going to get a little weird.
So like, hang with me.
Weird. Let's start off weird. I want to do a little weird.
Gotta get weird this episode.
Try to bear with me here. I'm going to be talking about somebody who used to be an every year first, second round pick.
And that is Tyreek Hill, the free agent wide receiver. And I know, I know. Tyreek is old.
He's washed one-trick pony. Nobody wants him. But hear me out.
He was still seventh in yards per route run among all wider receivers who ran at least 50 routes last season.
He was also ninth in average separation among all wide receivers with at least 25 targets.
He did all of this, despite having 191 non-catchable air yards per stat rankings.com, in only four games with Tuadunga by Loa at quarterback.
In other words, he was losing almost 50 yards per game to Tua's air in throws.
So it could have been even better.
And I know he's coming off the torn ACL, but we'll be almost a full year removed from it come opening weekend.
And I know he's a free agent.
He's not even on a team right now, but that's obviously going to change.
He is going to sign somewhere after the draft.
And I think it's probably going to be somewhere where he's a starter on a good team,
especially if it's a team that's willing to pay him, despite some of the baggage and the risks.
It could very well be a win now team.
But currently, as things stand, he is Fantasy Pros Consensus Ranking,
Ranking 7 and Dynasty and Widerceiver 59 in redraft.
So he's gone from the sensational cheetah to this like name, fatigue-ridden, forgotten man that nobody seems to want.
And I know it's risky and I know he's old.
So for Dynasty, it's obviously solely a win-now move.
But with all that said, I think he's definitely a value right now.
I love taking a break from talking about my favorite Jaguar to talk about my favorite Cheetah.
This is the perfect ambiguity pushing a guy's ADP down move that we always talk about.
No one knows where Tyree Kill is going to end up.
So that's why he's at the wide receiver 77 right now.
And I think you would agree with me.
There's probably nowhere on planet Earth he could end up playing football that he wouldn't
move up on my draft board above wide receiver 77.
Tyree Kill could go to the Birmingham Stallions.
I think I would still rank him above the wide receiver 77.
Now I'm like obviously being like a little tongue and cheek here, but like who are the
destinations that if Tyree Kill went there and you were drafting in that area that you
wouldn't take him. Like, maybe the Cleveland Browns, and even then I think you probably would.
Yeah, it would like basically be a situation that is a team that wouldn't sign him anyways, right?
Like a crowded wide receiver room where like he wouldn't want to go there. They wouldn't want
him anyways. Anywhere he could realistically go, I'd take him way above where he's getting ranked.
Absolutely. And that's a great point. And we're saying this is obviously in the Dynasty
Fantasy football context. Like if he gets signed and no one's saying he's going to be the YRC.
77 in fantasy next year. What we're saying is right now this is the price that you can go buy him
for. So if you believe that Tyree Kill ends up on an NFL team, this is a screaming value right now.
I didn't even think of him for this exercise. When I saw it in the dock, I was like, this is the
perfect pick for what we're doing. Yeah. And I love what you said too. Like there's no team that
he could sign that would keep him this slow. And it's so true. We've talked about it in the show where
it's this stupid thing we do where these veteran free agent receivers, we push them down rankings and
then shoot them up as soon as they sign somewhere, even though we knew they were going to sign
somewhere this whole time. It's going to happen with Tyreek too, so now is the time to go out and get them.

Let's talk about Joanne Jennings, the former San Francisco 49er, only 29 years old and currently
valued as the wide receiver 68 in Dynasty.
fantasy football. We started this show in the postseason of last year, which fortunately we had
the opportunity to watch a little bit of 49ers football in that postseason. And we have been a
pro-Jewan Jennings podcast since our inception. I talked about a lot of this in the playoffs,
but I want to rehash it a little bit because our audience is bigger and we're getting more into
the fantasy talk now. He had so many injuries last year, like a lot of really bizarre ones he was
playing through with his ribs and with his leg. And from week nine on, Juan Jennings, once he was
like somewhat healthy, was the wide receiver 13 in PPR scoring, which also aligns a little bit
with Brock Purdy's health as well. But in the process, he was an absolute red zone threat.
Among all 49ers wide receivers, Juan Jennings finished first in red zone targets with 19.
Do you want to guess who had the second most in how many?
I'm guessing it's much fewer than 19, but I have no idea who it is.
That is an astute guess, Melo. It is Ricky Pearsall with five versus Juan Jennings 19.
Obviously, the person who had the most among all pass catchers was Christian McCaffrey, who had 24.
So, the most optimistic outlook for Jennings would be that he returns to the system in San Francisco
with Kyle Shanahan and Brock Purdy.
They's comfortable.
It's this fantasy gold, wide receiver 13, blah, blah, blah.
Unfortunately, that's probably not in the cards.
John Lynch just came out of the NFL owners meeting in Phoenix a couple weekends ago and said,
you know, he wishes you on the best, but they're probably looking for something else and he'll get into
a good situation.
and it was like the nicest breakup text you've ever heard.
So what's next for Joanne Jennings?
There's a few teams right now that are like kind of high in the Vegas odds,
and it's the Seahawks, the Patriots, and the Titans.
Regardless of where he goes,
we've seen Joanne Jennings be a guy with like such a propensity
for earning high value targets.
I don't foresee a world that he could be at that Wider Zero 68 price tag
with any of these teams.
And I think you can get a lot worse before you're actually pricing him there.
For me, the bigger thing with Juan Jennings right now,
isn't like, is his value going to go up because it is?
I'm wondering how much it's going to affect some of these other teams,
which I think the Patriots odds are going to drop once we see the AJ Brown trade
become a little bit more legitimate.
But just to put a bow on all that,
I know a lot of people a lot of times ask for like what I would say for a price on this,
I think you could land Joanne Jennings for a third round pick.
And I think you could be very happy about it and plug him into your flex
and he would be very serviceable this year.
That would be a no-brainer to me.
I would, especially in this draft class 2026,
I would love him for a third.
Think about if you're a rebuilding team in your league,
who has Juan Jennings.
Why do they want him?
I think they'd much rather stack a big.
Yeah.
Yeah, it could be a mutually beneficial deal.
Honestly, even like a late second,
although maybe that's a contending team,
so maybe it doesn't make quite as much sense
at that point for both sides.
But even a late second,
I would totally be in,
like we talked about with Tyreek,
he's going to sign somewhere,
he's going to get elevated again.
I think he's a good example
of a guy who's probably,
like the top plan B for teams if they miss out on one of the top receivers in the draft.
That's a great way of putting it.
Oh, like we're hoping, you know, one of the top five or six receivers in the draft gets to us.
But if not, we'll just sign Juan Jennings.
And he'll be a huge part of this offense.
Absolutely.
Mitch, I fought off mental demons with this next guy.
Oh, no.
I tried to give myself every reason not to.
But I just, I couldn't.
I had to call him a value.
I could not keep him off this list.
And that is Tony Pollard of the Tennessee Titans.
I am.
I need a doctor.
I'm going to say it.
I have a problem.
I need some sort of medical intervention here because I am sick.
But here I am talking up Tony Pollard.
I appreciate you at least being accepting of me.
I'm trying to accept myself.
But we'll see if I still do by the end of this.
It's your trying to win now.
I genuinely think Tony Pollard.
is one of the most interesting trade targets. I know he is very close to the end of his career,
so I'm by no means saying he's going to be a top 10 dynasty running back or anything like that.
But he is so well positioned right now to be a league winner, I think. He dodged the Titans
drafting a running back in the first four rounds of the draft. They did eventually take one in the fifth,
who all of a sudden people are starting to talk up. But again, fifth round running back. That type of
draft capital does not scare me.
And then even better than that, they invested in Carnell Tate at four.
We've talked about Cardinal Tate on this podcast quite a bit.
We've talked about how much we like him.
He is absolutely going to help this offense as a whole.
He is going to help those chains moves.
He is going to help increase the snap count that this offense has on the season.
And obviously the starting running back stands to gain a lot from that.
And I do think Tony Pollard will be the starter on this team.
if Cam Ward, who was obviously last year's first overall pick, can take that next step in year two,
you have an opportunity to get an insanely cheap running back on an ascending offense that could be a whole lot better than last year.
And speaking of last year, Tony Pallard was the RB 23, which is by no means great.
But that could be his floor in 2026 if the Titans do improve.
And if Cam Ward does step up the way we project him to, as long as he can stay healthy and as long as he can stay healthy,
as long as he can stay the number one back in this offense, which I do project.
He actually was incredible down the stretch last year, so you know the talent still is there,
even if it's not elite talent.
But he's getting drafted as the RB33 and redraft, RB37 and Dynasty per Fantasy
Pro's consensus ranking.
So I know it's disgusting.
I know I have a problem, but I think Tony Pollard's a value.
For anybody not watching on YouTube and plugging my nose right now, but that's because I'm
going dumpster diving with you.
But you're having a nose bleed.
I think the more egregious part of that's probably the redraft price.
But this is a great transition and great tease into Friday's episode that we're doing with Danny from Fantasy Stock Exchange.
But I think we're all getting pretty excited about this Tennessee Titans offense.
And when you're excited about an offense taking a step forward, you're usually excited about the running back as long as their name isn't Tony Pollard.
Right.
And Tony Pollard was pretty boring when he was young.
and now he's an older running back
who doesn't have an exciting profile
and so I think he's getting pushed down
even though he's a guy that actually does have a lot of potential
to produce this year
specifically with a team that we think is going to be in the red area a lot more
so I love this pick
I'm plugging my nose and I'm going in with you on this value
I think I infected you I think we're both sick now
but let's ride this together let's do it
the disgusting boys are back hell yeah
all right let's move on to my
second guy before we get into our best value of the episode. If you guys are enjoying it,
make sure to hit that like button and subscribe to be notified every time we drop a brand new
episode. I'm going to go with someone who is in the 2026 free agent class, but someone who
actually got signed this year. We're going to talk about Shiga Conquo. I kind of got into him a little
bit a couple episodes ago because I was like, he just hasn't gotten nearly enough shine and enough
buzz. I believe it was in our mock draft. But Shigua was 26 years old and just signed a three-year
$27 million contract with the Washington Commanders is valued right now as the tight end
21 in Dynasty Fantasy Football. I don't know if you remember if you turn the clocks back just about
three years to the summer of 2023 when we were drafting Chigaconquo as a tight end one in Dynasty
Fantasy football according to keep trade cut. Yep, I remember that. From week 11 on this past year,
Chig was actually the tight end 13 and finished with his career high numbers on a season in both yards and
receptions. I think the biggest issue he's had so far in his career is getting into the end zone.
His best season was literally that rookie year. He got three before that big pump up in the off
season to be a tight end one. Now, what happens if you pair him with Jaden Daniels? He carried an aging.
I'm not going to say any other words, aging, aged, fully aged, Zach Ertz to a tight end seven
season with seven touchdowns. Is Chigaconquo a sure thing? Absolutely not.
But this is a values episode.
And do I think that you could be getting a great value on a very high upside tight end?
I do.
I think Jaden Daniels' tight end is very valuable,
especially for a young tight end who just had the best season of his career.
And just like Joanne Jennings,
I think it's a guy you could probably move a third round pick for right now
outside of tight end premium leagues and have potentially low-end tight-end one upside.
I think you've built that argument up very well
because I'm not a guy who, like, considers myself like a Chigacompho truther by any means.
I, like, part of me feels like we've kind of missed the boat on him.
He's almost like a post-hyped sleeper at this point because we had such high expectations
that never came to fruition.
But Zachards, like, I'm glad you brought him up because Chigacanquo is certainly, if nothing else,
much more athletic than late career, Zacherts.
And even if Chigacanquo just is what Zachers was the last couple years, I would say he's
still a value, not that you're thrilled with it, not that you're like getting this crazy
steal, but you're still pretty happy with it. And I think there's a very real world,
given his youth and his athleticism and Jaden Daniels coming back healthy, that he's much better
than Zachers was. Well, yeah, absolutely. And something I would say too is like, I think a lot of
these young tight ends that are exploding on the scene have kind of messed with our heads a little
bit, where for the longest time, the rule was don't draft a rookie tight end because this percentage
of guys have ever finished as a tight end one when they're a rookie. And now we've seen the Tyler Warren,
Colson Loveland, Sam Leporta, I'll mention Kyle Pitts, kind of thing in the past few years that
people get all excited about these guys. And so 26 feels old. But in the grand scheme of things
historically, that's not that old for a tight end to break out. No, not at all. I mean, Brock Bowers,
too, like just to add to the list. Brock Bowers, thank you. Maybe the best example, Titan won
had like a billion gazillion catches as a rookie. But you're right. This is probably,
more than any other position, one that historically you've kind of had to wait on, even with some, I mean,
Travis Kelsey, like Rob Rancowski, like, Kelsey especially even more than Gronk, like it took a few years
for the, for the breakout to happen. Chigakanco is not going to become that caliber of player,
but we still could see a, says, uh, I think everyone. Yeah, fair. Okay. But with that said,
he still could have some level of breakout where, you know, he continues his upward trajectory,
and he is a very fantasy relevant asset.
For sure.
All right, you want to hop into our final mega value for this episode?
This is my favorite one.
Let's do it.
This is my favorite one, too.
That's why we saved him for the end.
Our best value in fantasy football right now...
Oh, boy.
Is Oakland A's own, Kyler Murray, the newest Minnesota Viking.
Melo, I'm going to let you jump into this,
because I saw the argument you laid out,
And I think you've got this on lock.
Thank you.
I appreciate that.
Also, I thought you were a sicko with the Parker Washington jersey on the wall.
The Oakland A's Kyler Murray jersey, you need to be sent to jail for owning that.
It's actually sick, though.
I can't hate too much.
That's actually a pretty sweet jersey.
It's the ultimate, uh, when you're just like buying like $20 jerseys in college,
like an idiot to wear like one time.
I never thought I'd be able to use it again.
And here we are in 2026.
You got to just keep reping it, dude.
Keep wearing it out.
But, Tyler, as you mentioned, we both love.
I truly do not understand that his respect being put on Kyle Murray's name right now.
When it comes to his fantasy outlook, of quarterbacks with at least six games played in a season,
here's where he's ranked in fantasy points per game throughout his career up until last year.
Fourth, fourth, seventh, ninth, twelfth.
He has been a quarterback won in points per game every single year of his career until last year,
when he wasn't 100% healthy.
He only played five games the whole year,
which kind of surprised me.
I know Jacobia Prissette started for a huge bulk of the year.
It didn't feel that early.
Do you agree?
Yeah.
Yeah, that's,
I was surprised.
I'm like, man,
he only played five games.
So really small sample size too.
So like,
I don't want to say throw last year out,
but like honestly kind of throw last year out.
And yes,
while I know those ranks I just mentioned were all top 12,
it is fair to point out.
They got a little bit worse after the ACL tear.
totally fair criticism, but he's now over three years removed from it. So he is the furthest away
from that ACL tear he has ever been. Theoretically, the healthiest he's ever been. I don't blame
the Cardinals for moving on from a real life football point of view. I'm not saying the Cardinals
should have stuck with Kyler. Like, I get why they did it, but that doesn't mean we should write him
off from a fantasy perspective. Like we talked about, he's now the healthiest he's been in years.
He has now the best weapons he's ever had in his.
career now that he's with the Vikings. I would say he has by far the best offensive play caller he's
had in his whole career as well. Yet he is ranked as the quarterback 22 on Fantasy Pro's
consensus dynasty rankings and quarterback 19 on keep trade cut. Crazy to me. Barring an injury,
I don't see a world where Kyler Murray is not a top 12 quarterback in 2026. And at just 28 years old,
he could continue to be a top 12 quarterback.
He could continue to be very good.
28 is not all that old for a quarterback at all.
And I'm not saying he's dirt cheap because he isn't by any means,
especially in Super Flex leagues,
but he's still much cheaper than he probably should be.
And he's one of my favorites,
if not my single favorite value right now.
I have a question for you.
Three years after the ACL tear,
would you say he's ahead of schedule on his recovery?
Oh, he's way ahead of schedule.
He's so far ahead of schedule, bro.
the head of schedule.
The reason I wanted you to go first here
was because I don't feel like
I have all that much to add statistically.
So I'm gonna just try to add some color.
I echo everything you're saying.
Something that I've seen popping up recently
is like all the talking heads and assholes on mics
like us are mentioning that the Vikings might not go with Kyler.
They might not even go with JJ
that they're gonna end up going with Carson Wentz.
I just simply do not buy that at all.
I will...
You said on a previous episode,
you would eat a literal crow if something happened.
I got to remember what it was so I can hold you to it.
I will eat a literal
crow if barring injury
if Carson wins flat out the week one starting job,
I'll eat a crow.
Mine was that the Oakland Raiders,
Jesus, Las Vegas Raiders offense gets worse
this year with Mendoza and Kirk Cousins
than it was with Gino Smith.
But there is a two-for-one crow deal on Craigslist,
so I might look into that.
Yeah, give me it on that.
I do think it's really important what you said, though,
and something that NFL and fantasy
football is a Venn diagram. There's so much of it that matters and there's so much of it that doesn't
actually matter. And winning is one of those things that matters to an NFL team a whole lot more
than it does for your fantasy team because you're not getting points for whether or not the
quarterback wins. Obviously it matters if they win or not because they stay on the field and that's what
happened in Arizona last year. But I don't think that's the case here in Minnesota. And so this is
a quarterback with unbelievable weapons. You said it, Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, T.J.
Hawkinson. He's got a head coach that's going to put him in a position to succeed. And he's got
our favorite cheat code in fantasy football for quarterbacks. He's got a little mobility. I know I was
just saying as a joke the three years after the ACL, but like that is a big deal. He's getting
healthier and healthier. He just had a whole season to rest up, play some cod, do whatever rehabbing
he has to do and get ready to get back out there. So I think it's do or die for Kyler. I think
he's going to lock in. I think we're going to see a lot more running from him in a situation where
he's got to do it. Like this is a prove it deal right now. And so I think we see the best
Kyler Murray we've seen in years.
He might be done with Kod.
I'm sure he played a lot this, you know, this last year.
So I think he might be hanging up the controller because you're right.
This is do or die for him now.
Yeah.
I think he should.
Straight till he finds out about Fortnite.
He's like 10 years late.
Behind schedule with video games.
Behind schedule on video games.
Well, that is it for our top five values of the off season right now for Dynasty
Fantasy football.
If we missed anyone, leave it down below.
If you agree with our picks, let us know.
If you have any trade questions or different situations in your leave.
We're always happy to answer them down below in the comments.
Mello, we miss anything?
Nothing for me.
All right, we'll catch you guys next episode.
