Starting point is 00:00:00 It is time to give our best bets of the NFL conference championship weekend with a few picks you guys might not be expecting. I'm Mitch Anderson. I'm Jack McCarthy. And this is the lineup betting show. Make sure to drop a like and leave a comment about some of your predictions for this weekend's games. But Jack, we're jumping right into things. Let's head to Denver, where the 14 and 3 New England Patriots are taking on the 14 and 3 Broncos. I want your thoughts first.
Starting point is 00:00:24 I'm nervous, brother. I know there's this sigh of relief that Stidham starting. We got it. Cake walked it. Can't overlook this thing. Denver has been a house of horrors for the Patriots in the playoffs. Never won there in the playoffs. Oh, and four all time.
Starting point is 00:00:42 Last two times we played them in the AFC championship game. Lost both of those. We got to get over them. We got to conquer those demons, which. But I'm excited. I think to put a number to what you're saying, because I felt the exact same way. I think people are counting out the Broncos way too quickly.
Starting point is 00:00:58 the line opened at minus 4.5. Yep. It's now at minus 5.5. The total at 41.5 as well. That minus 5 and a half, 89% of the bets as of Tuesday are on the Patriots minus 5 and a half and 94% of the handle
Starting point is 00:01:15 is on Patriots minus 5.5. Jeez. That terrifies me because me too, if the line's not moving with that much on the Patriot side, like Vegas is feeling pretty confident that they think Denver can cover five and a half. Yeah, honestly, bro.
Starting point is 00:01:31 That's crazy stats. As a Patriots fan, I'm not touching this spread. I'm probably going to rip a money line here, but I think there's some merit to fading the public at five and a half. Yeah, under 100%. I just, that feels so square to me. I mean, like, jumping in on that and just throwing money in with that already, like, massive, massive influx of cash.
Starting point is 00:01:57 that they're seeing. I just, I can't, I don't think I can touch spread either. Yeah, I think, I think this is a no-go for me, but what I will say is, if there's something you want to touch here, it's the total. 41 and a half, I think I like the under here. Yeah, I was going to say, I mean, you look at, you look at what the Patriots have been doing in the playoffs. I mean, combined score, what is it, 22, 24 points total over two games.
Starting point is 00:02:20 I mean, hold them, and then you look at what Denver did last week. I know they let up 33 to Josh Allen and those guys, but, uh, I, I don't know. I don't see that happening again. Any player props you like in this one? I do have a few circled here, Mitch. I know the last two weeks I have been Mr. Ramandre Stevenson receiving yards. Last week we didn't hit it. I'm sorry, guys, I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:02:43 The injury played into that, though. The injury played at the eye. I texted you when that was going on, and I was so frustrated because I'm like, this was a good pick. And the eye situation, you know, you can't predict that stuff. I know. And it's just like when when remandre was out, I was missing him on those those little checkdown Charlie routes go up, turn around show 10 to Drake and get dumped down on any of those any of those like second medium kind of routes. I just I hated it, man.
Starting point is 00:03:11 But sorry, folks, we didn't hit that thing last week. But I do like, I'm not going back to the remandre well fully this time. I like it to 21 minus 1114 on draft kings right now. Don't hate it. Don't hate it, but I do feel pretty darn good about Steph digs at 50 or more receiving yards. That's at minus 103 right now. Okay. I do think Steph is getting worked in.
Starting point is 00:03:38 He's getting lubed up pause for this playoff run. We saw him get in the end zone last week. I just think he's going to be big that his veteran presence out there for Drake. I really do. I can see him going over 50. I really like that pick too. I talked about yesterday. I'm big on Drake May in this spot.
Starting point is 00:03:55 I think there's an opportunity for a lot of passing yards. I went over the staff that in the last three games against real quarterbacks, if you take away Chris Aloddican and Trey Lance, he had 279 passing yards per game. Or excuse me, the Denver Broncos are letting up 279 passing yards per game. I also mentioned a bold prediction was Drake May three passing touchdowns. I am not going that heavy here. But I will say I really like Drake over one and a half passing touchdowns.
Starting point is 00:04:21 Even with all the struggles, it still feels like he's delivering in that department. They're getting their touchdowns in the air. This Broncos defense is no joke on the ground or in the air, so I don't really have a preference on which I want to attack. But I think they're going to trust Drake here. And so I like over one and a half. One more pick I'm going to give that I also talked about a little bit,
Starting point is 00:04:42 but the line moved down, which I found interesting, give me RJ Harvey over 18 and a half receiving yards. Oh, I like that. The Patriots defense has been a little bit stingy against running backs, but in both games, we saw Kamani Veddavid. all go for 20. We saw Woody Marks go for 19. RJ Harvey is far more talented. I'm expecting Jared Sidham to be dumping it off to his safety valve and checking it down as much as he can. I'm with you there. He's going to need all the safety valves and all the little blankies he can get
Starting point is 00:05:10 this thing. I mean, dude took one snap all year, hasn't started a game in two years. I think that's a really, really smart play, Mitch. I love that. And now that you mention it, just going through the lines here looking at Drake May. I mean, that 230 plus passing yards, really seems pretty tempting as well, Mitch. That might be a little side sprinkle for me. Yeah, if you think about that 279 sat, 230, I don't hate that at all. I also have one more bet that I won't reveal yet, but I'm ready to nuke it when we reveal our reputation.
Starting point is 00:05:40 It's like going to be a problem, man. My reputation is in shambles right now after last week. I'm sorry, sports fans. We're going to have a big bounce back week for Jack. I had my bounce back week last week, but we're going to get there. I'm the rubber man, baby. I always bounce back. Any parley's here.
Starting point is 00:05:54 No, I'm scared. I'm too scared of this. I am too scared. I'm not going to go out on too many limbs here. I think I have too much invested in this thing as a fan. And I am just thinking this is going to be a gritty, tough, grinded out, a mile high road win. So I don't love anything prop related. And this one, stay in a way, just sticking with some player props. And I might sprinkle a little on the under with you there, Mitch. But no, no props in this bed boy. I'm going to stay away from the under and the proclamation. because that's just no fun to put an under in a parlay. It feels like you're working against yourself. So I'll stick with Patriots Money Line. I said I'm staying away from that spread. Give me the money line. Give me Drake over one and a half passing touchdowns.
Starting point is 00:06:38 And in an attempt at a comeback effort, give me RJ Harvey over 18.5 receiving yards. Harvey. There it is, bro. I think that's an easy payday. Oh, my gosh. Dude, Mitch, I am scared of this pressure mixed with the little bit of this fumble way this we got with Drake, I'm scared.
Starting point is 00:06:55 Yeah. It's not his decision making in turning it over down the field, taking shots and interceptions. It's these fumbles, man. I'm nervous, bro. Yeah, it's more of an awareness in the pocket situation. And, like, we saw, you know, Will Campbell got abused by the Texans defense.
Starting point is 00:07:09 Yeah. He's going to have another really tough matchup here against Denver. So, if they're going to have a chance. It's tough, man. You think about Stefan Diggs and your take on that and, you know, finding some ways to get the ball out quick to digs out of the slot. And I can see them looking to him
Starting point is 00:07:24 big time in this one. Yeah, if we're hitting Jew crowds and we're getting, sitting down in the zone and finding that's probably right, it's going to be he's going to be big because, I mean, 71 sacks leading the NFL versus 14 fumbles leading the NFL for Drake. I don't like those two numbers. They got to cut that time to throw
Starting point is 00:07:41 big time in this one. Get it out. All right, Jackie, do we want to head to Seattle? Oh, let's go see what's up with the 12s, maybe. Let's head to Seattle. Let's head to 6.30 p.m. Eastern on Sunday. Division matchup. We got the Los Angeles Rams headed to Seattle to take on the Seahawks. Rematch of week 11, rematch of week 16. Give me your thoughts. The rubber match, baby. I am torn up over this thing. We have seen Seattle come out there and find ways to get it done. Blow out. I mean, the lone blowout of the playoffs last week. And then you got the Rams just continuing this narrative of the road warriors.
Starting point is 00:08:20 Go into Carolina. Ugliest game I've seen them playing years. Get out of there with a win. Go to Chicago. You withstand Caleb in the craziest fourth-down touchdown pass you ever see. That's like one of those plays, Mitch. You make that play, you're winning the game. Rams, find a way to get it done.
Starting point is 00:08:38 Going up there, I mean, last time they went up there, you remember that week 17, whatever it was, Mitch. That was insane. That was the Pucco fest, man. Pucco with 200 plus yards. They even got Al Michaels excited. That's really hard to do nowadays. That was past Al's bedtime, man.
Starting point is 00:08:52 He was way past his bedtime. By then. Meanwhile, Kirk Herv Street was watching Alabama highlights on his phone. Yeah. Oh, did you know I have a dog? Yeah, buddy. But that was, I mean, that game was just absolutely insane. Instant classic 38, 37.
Starting point is 00:09:09 I am seeing, I'm seeing a little bit, I'm seeing something that resembles more that game than the, than that week six or eight game, whatever it was, Mitch, where it was 2119 there. I think it's going to be a bit of a shootout.
Starting point is 00:09:24 I believe, yeah, I believe week 11. Week 11, sorry, sorry. Yeah, no, you're good. And then you had the 3837 most recently. I think we're going to, I think we're going to meet somewhere in the middle and this thing's going to be a little bit of a shootout. And I'm leaning over, Mitch.
Starting point is 00:09:38 I'm leaning over. I think that's a fantastic, fantastic way to put it. Meeting somewhere in the middle. I think everybody wants to say it's going to be week 16 or it's going to week 11. And the reality is, no, we're not getting 75 points again. But I also don't think we're getting like 40. No, I'm with you.
Starting point is 00:09:56 We're going to be somewhere in the 40s, maybe 50s. I think this game is a big test of do you trust what you've watched the past three weeks? Or do you trust how you actually feel about these organizations and these coaches and these quarterbacks? Because if you trust what you've watched the last three weeks, this should be a no-brainer. You're taking Seattle. If you're trusting the coaching and you're trusting Matthew Stafford, like, how do you not go with the Rams? And so much soul searching this week, I'm landing on the Seattle side. I think I have to trust what I've seen the past few weeks.
Starting point is 00:10:28 But we'll get into that a little bit here. Let's go over the spread. The spread is minus two and a half Seattle, which I honestly thought that might be like three and a half. But I like it. I know, dude. I'm with you. It's a tricky one. I like it.
Starting point is 00:10:40 The total at 47. And a half. Give me your thoughts on the spread in total. I think the total feels about right. as we mentioned earlier, kind of Mitch that that meat in the middle zone that does feel
Starting point is 00:10:51 that 46, 47 and a half feels right to me. It feels perfect. Yeah, I do too. And it's also, it is so perfect because it is so tempting. Anytime it's that tempting,
Starting point is 00:11:02 I know those guys got it dialed. It just looks so nice. Seeing it there, it looks so ripe for the over. So it feels, it feels very tantalizing to me, if you will. I'm going to be taking it.
Starting point is 00:11:15 And then I think this spread, I thought it would be more in the three, three and a half zone, but, you know, L.A. is proven they can go up there and give them all they got and almost come out of there with a win earlier this year. And then, you know, when they met them down in L.A., they did take them down. So I do think these are two pretty evenly matched teams and not, I don't know. I'm leaning, I'm kind of lean in L.A. just from the grizzled vet, Matthew Stafford. I think we got a little bit of team of destiny vibes going here, but I don't. I don't know, Mitch. I'm on the fence a little bit. Yeah. We have to talk to this one. I'm riding with Seattle here. I think it's going to be easier for me to say you're a dummy that you went with Seattle
Starting point is 00:11:58 and it was Matthew Stafford. In Seattle. Shaw McVeigh, then it would be to say, we've watched a buzzsaw Seattle team take care of business, week in, week out, absolutely destroy the 49ers. And then I bet against them. I just can't do that. As for the total, you talked about it. I think it's a perfect number at 47 and a half.
Starting point is 00:12:17 I'm going to let my hair down on this one. I got to go over. Let it down, baby. How do you watch a 75 point game happen just a few weeks ago and not ride the wave? I mean, heck, last week they almost got this. If this were the overrunner last week, they would have almost gotten it in pretty much Seattle alone. Was it 40 to 6? I mean, they're doing all the heavy lifting.
Starting point is 00:12:36 I think this team can put up a few more than six points, I hopefully. Let me give. I've got a real square player prop. Give me a square one. I may be a square, but give me Puka over 92 and a half for seven yards. I'm with you, brother. I think we got to go back to the well last week. I'm shocked.
Starting point is 00:12:53 It didn't hit. It almost just seems like it's the equivalent of betting Jalen Brown over 29 and a half every night. Like, it's just 30 piece, 30 piece, 30 piece. For Puka, it's 90 plus 90 plus 90. Like feed him. Look what he's done like in Seattle this year. Over 300 total yards. I mean, insane.
Starting point is 00:13:11 12 catches last time he was up there at Lumenfield. Like Pooka can eat, brother. And Puka, that's his old stomping ground, man. Yes. Not to insult Carolina or insult Chicago here, but I do think that Sean McVeigh is going to be going into this game with a more aggressive game plan knowing like, this is the big bad,
Starting point is 00:13:32 this is Seattle, these are the guys that took you down last time, how do you take care of the team that has been having your number and having a lot of teams numbers for the past few months? You got to go to your alpha, Pooka Nekui, did it in weeks, 16 with 225. Like, I know everyone's throwing that around, but there's a reason they are. That's an insane stat line.
Starting point is 00:13:51 Insane, bro. I'm taking the 92 and a half. If you want to put that up to an alt of 100, I don't even blame you. But, and then on the other side of the line, like I like Devante Adams, too. I don't think I like him as much from a receiving yards perspective, but I like him from her receptions. I think four and a half is a great line. And I just think Stafford's slinging it.
Starting point is 00:14:14 I think you're going to see. many Matthew Staff for dropbacks. And so I'm out on the running game. I don't want to touch Kyron Williams lines. I'm not going to bet his wonders, because if you did that last week, you would have gotten screwed. But give me Puka 92 and a half and give me Devante over four and a half perceptions. I like those plays a lot.
Starting point is 00:14:33 I mean, it is. The Kyron Williams numbers are tempting after seeing him get 21 carries for 87 yards last week, two tuddies. But I think this is going to be a totally different kind of game and different kind of matchup and going against that front of of Seattle is not easy to run the rock. So I do love, I love the Devante prop here, Mitch. And I kind of think, you're right, I don't think it's going to be the yards, but I do see there in any time TV, it's got to come, it's got to happen. We've been waiting for it all playoffs. It's got to happen here, don't you think?
Starting point is 00:15:05 Yeah, you and Mello had the same thought. I love it. I love it. Get rid of the data, get rid of the numbers, just like, DeVante Adams doesn't have a touchdown yet in the postseason and it's going to happen. It just feels and it feels like against Carolina already. He's back. They're going to get him worked in right away. It didn't happen. Last week in Chicago, they're going under his belt. He's figuring things back out. He's getting his sea legs back in the room. Didn't happen. Going up to Seattle, got to happen. Has to happen. And for anybody who might think that, you know, betting on Puka and Devante is like not a good strategy here. I will say in week 16, Matthew Stafford, 459 yards and 29 completions.
Starting point is 00:15:43 Like, again, we think it's going to meet in the middle, so make that 350 yards and 24 completions, and I still think you find a way to get Devante his five and a touchdown and Puka his 92 and a half yards. Yeah, there's plenty to go around. Plenty to feed the needy here, maybe. Come on now. Part of me thought JSN might have a little bit of a breakout game after not really doing a whole lot last week.
Starting point is 00:16:05 Didn't need a whole lot from him last week, but I don't know, that 91 number, scares me a little bit and feels a little high coming off a you know a a reception week that was you know three catches for 17 yards whatever it was um 19 yards excuse me i just don't know if i want to touch it but i mean you can ever bet against jason and then what do you think mitch the the the charbon a injury will do for for any sort of kenneth walker props i think we're going to see a whole lot of kenneth walker volume here i think he's going to touch the ball a lot efficiency is going to be the question.
Starting point is 00:16:40 This is a fantastic Rams run defense. I actually have Kenneth Walker in my parley for this game. Ooh. My parley for this one, give me Puka 80 yards. We're going to move it down a little bit, take the all just to be a little safe. Stafford over 22 and a half completions.
Starting point is 00:16:55 He had 29 last time. That feels nice. And then give me Kenneth Walker anytime touchdown on the other side. Kenneth Walker. I mean, had three of them last game. Kenneth Walker was to Zach Charbonnet, what James Cook was to Josh Allen, all season. He does all the work between the 20s, and then Josh Allen comes in and just reaches
Starting point is 00:17:13 it over. Kenneth Walker does all the work between the 20s, and then Zach Charbonnet trots in, every fantasy football owner and every anytime touchdown I'm better, just like, gotta be kidding me. Get this TB vulture out of here. No, Zach Charbonnet. I think we see Ken in the end zone. I like that a lot. I like that a lot. Thanks to Jack Charbonnet, being on the pine, we wish him a speedy recovery. That sucks, man. That two-headed backfield was was really sneaky great these last couple of weeks. I mean, averaging what, 140 combined yards of last seven games, whatever it was. I mean, these guys were just tearing it up. But you're right. I think Kenneth Walker does do a lot of the heavy lifting, so that'll be all right for him.
Starting point is 00:17:52 And it's show to Zach Charbonnet, because I think in like the fantasy football community and the betting community, like he takes a ton of flack for that like TD vulturing thing. And it's like, there's a reason they use him. He's a fantastic running back. And he had a phenomenal season. I always feel so bad. Like, same thing with Bo Nicks. Like, you make it this far and you've got a very legitimate shot at the Super Bowl and to not be able to finish it out. Just, just stinks. So it does. It really does.
Starting point is 00:18:17 Same with Bow, you're right. I mean, yeah, it's a bomber, man. Major bomber. Speaking of Red Zone threats, though, another anytime TD prop I don't hate. Sprinkle a little less. Don't feel as good about it as Devonte. But AJ Barner, he can find the end zone and we saw it last time. Back to the well, baby.
Starting point is 00:18:35 Back to the Barner well. I'm having visions. Mitch of that week 16 match when he got in there and scored that game winner, baby. Four catch is 49 yards in a tutty in that game. So I think he'll be big too. Publicly, I will not co-sign that because he burned me and anybody who tailed me last week, but privately, privately I'll co-sign it and I'm probably going to run it back with you. We'll leave this part out.
Starting point is 00:19:00 No, I'll know that. Yeah. Redacted. Redacted. The Barner Well strikes a yen, dude. All right, Jackie. Anything else? I don't think I'm going to end up touching this thing from a
Starting point is 00:19:11 from a parley standpoint but I think there is there is a shooting from the hip guy in me that field this feels like a play I would make Mitch five minutes before kickoff if you tease this bad boy up to RAM plus nine and a half and then you tease that over under down to 39 and a half
Starting point is 00:19:28 do a seven-pointer on this thing kind of like those numbers I can't hit on not at all I know it feels square, Mitch. The seven point teaser is a little square, but... A little, but I mean, I can't see... I don't see a world. As someone who's on the Seattle side,
Starting point is 00:19:46 I do not see a world where the Rams get, like, boat raced. I just don't think... I guess I said the same thing last week about San Francisco, but, like, there were so many more glaring issues and I was really backing the coaching and Brock Purdy. Same. I got my solid blinders wrong on the head. I had solid goggles.
Starting point is 00:20:04 This is a different thing in the 49ers. This is a Rams team that has of like three weeks ago. Everyone was absolutely sure was winning the Super Bowl. I mean, we both had them in our Super Bowl. Yeah. When they got down in Carolina, I was like, oh, God, there goes my pick. Yeah, right. When Caleb threw that touchdown, there goes my pick.
Starting point is 00:20:22 But hey, they're alive. We still got life. But here's, I will say, the one thing that I, you can't bet on this. Maybe if your crazy book has it, Cindy Rex, some sort of, of special teams explosion debacle. We know we've heard all year. Rams special teams, dog shit. Ram's special teams, garbage.
Starting point is 00:20:44 Seattle special teams, Rashid, awesome. I don't know. I don't know what, Mitch, but that could rear its ugly head at some point. It does feel like a mismatch, huh? It does. We're going through the PFF rankings
Starting point is 00:20:58 the other day we got our PFF subscription. Don't know what a lot of it means. don't know what goes into all that stuff. I see a lot of numbers and factors and grades, but it's like we're in the 90s for Seattle and we're in the low 70s for L.A. I know the thicker kicker is nice. They do. The thicker kicker, man, he's great,
Starting point is 00:21:19 but we've seen Shaheed change games all too quickly since he came over from New Orleans. He changed that game before it even started last weekend. Game over. Kick, kick return up. We're already starting in a hole. Good on not that. their Bradfordy play ketchup. I love that as a little lotto.
Starting point is 00:21:36 Seattle Special Teams touchdown. I guess that's the best play we can probably give based on what actually exists on a book. Yeah. I was going to say, I know you can't put in a blocked punt bet or something. Block punt are like 50 plus yards on return. Yes. Something,
Starting point is 00:21:51 just keep an eye out for that, folks. Maybe you're right, sprinkle a little bit on a special teams TV if you can get it. All right, Jack. Let's get into our best bets of conference championship weekend, including six plays that we are staking our reputation on. All right, just to recap where we're at, Mitch, three and one, I had one void.
Starting point is 00:22:14 Ty Johnson had been ruled out wildcard weekend. Jack, you are three and two. We're basically tied if you count the Ty Johnson thing as a loss. All right, so I'm still up in the reputation, Tom. We're still all good. We got three this week. Do you want to give me yours first? We got Hunter Henry over 44 receiving yards
Starting point is 00:22:33 in this one. A little bit quiet last week. Only had one catch for five yards. That was a weird game. Weather, slop, you name it. Turnovers are plenty. I think Hunter Henry, over 44, I think on the road in Mile High. Drake's going to be looking for all his security blankets. I think it's going to be a Hunter Henry four to five catches.
Starting point is 00:22:57 I'm thinking somewhere in the 60 to 70 yard range. A little bit more. I think this will look a little bit more like that charger. game as compared to the Houston game. Chargers game, three catches, 64 yards, and a tutty. I think we'll be somewhere in that range. Just look for Drake to ride his guy, I think. Yeah, and I think this is, like, we talked about this earlier. I think this is a better situation for Drake May than a lot of people are letting on here. I love that. Same logic as Stefan Diggs. I think they're time to throw. They're going to try to cut that for Drake. They're going to
Starting point is 00:23:28 try to get the ball out of his hands as quick as possible, and who do you look to your slot guy and your tight end. Amen. And so I think we see a lot of volume for Hunter Henry too. I'll just piggy back off that for my next reputation play. I mentioned it earlier. Drake May over one and a half passing touchdowns. He didn't do it against LA, but last week against a much better Texans defense than the Broncos, in my opinion, he still had three passing touchdowns despite a really ugly day with all the turnovers. I think he's going to get his. I think they're going to keep attacking them through the air. and like I don't have a guy that I want to bet as an anytime touchdown because we've mentioned this in the past, but they're a really hard team to pin down the Patriots.
Starting point is 00:24:07 You know, we have a lot of different weapons that cycle in and out, and it's hard to identify a guy like in the end zone. But I do think we see two. I don't think Hunter Henry is a bad pick for that. No, I'm with you. And I do think it is, it's an old adage. We keep coming back to the long illustrious history of the lineup. But there are a lot of guys on the Patriots where it just takes one.
Starting point is 00:24:27 It just takes one. And they set these lines. Look at a guy like Austin Hooper this week. He's at 11 plus receiving yards. That's an it just takes one if I've ever seen one. I'm not disgusting enough of a person to put my reputation on an 11 plus yards line. But that is juicy. It is a, it is.
Starting point is 00:24:45 And it just takes one though, isn't it? Yeah, absolutely. Give me your second pick. My second pick of the reputation picks, baby. I'm going to have to go, Mitch. This is another one that's a little sweaty, and it's a little bit disgusting Mitch. But Cooper Cup over 31 receiving yards against his old team. Revenge game.
Starting point is 00:25:10 In Seattle, I think he's getting worked in the offense a little bit more. I know it's been a bit of a quiet year for Cooper Cup, by Cooper Cup standards, that is. Last week, I think he kind of had a little bit of a coming out party, if you will, but not that he needs one. but you saw five catches, 60 yards, average in 12 yards at carry, had a nice long 21-yarder. I think 31 is a doable number, and I think it's going to take everybody getting that ball spread around, and he knows how to sit down and beat this L.A. defense. I love it. I'm going to give, before I give my pick that I have not mentioned on this episode,
Starting point is 00:25:47 my nuke pick at the end, I will give another pick that I talked about earlier, Pukunakua over 92 and a half yards. Nuke them. Yeah, I think this is just a fantastic spot for Puka. He's done it before. I think he does it again. And I think that this Rams team is going to have to be dropping back a lot. Agreed. I think we're going to see Matthew Stafford on some throw it till your arm falls off type vibes. Absolutely. Doesn't it feel that way? 100%. I think even if they're leading or tied late in the game, I think that Shaw McVeigh is going to be trusting Matthew Stafford versus trying to run it with Kyron Williams and Blake Corum late.
Starting point is 00:26:21 Agreed. And of course, if he's trusting Matthew Stafford, Matthew Stafford's trusting Puka, can you not just in your mind's eyes see that Stafford no look past to Puka to seal the game? Oh, my. Or to try to get them in field goal range at the end. We will be so high up in the trust tree, bro. It'll just be full trust. The Rams are so predictably unpredictable.
Starting point is 00:26:44 Yes. I love them. That is a great way to put it. They really are. Give me more final reputation play of the week. Oh, man, Mitch, I, can I get a 1B and a 1A?
Starting point is 00:26:57 Sure. Oh, yeah, I think I'm going to go back with that Seattle teaser, bro. I love this. Okay, so it's, the full teaser is the... I love that.
Starting point is 00:27:06 Oh, my gosh. I love this. Tees them up to plus 9.5. Tease that over under down to, if you got it at 46 or 1⁄2 right now, you're going to end up at 39 and a half. I just, I love it.
Starting point is 00:27:16 I don't see this thing going under that number, and I don't see L.A. in boat raised in, a double-digit loss under the belt. I just, I don't see it. I love that. I know given a teaser, a seven-point teaser feels weak,
Starting point is 00:27:29 but my other reputation play, which would have been, it would have been, if we're not going teaser, Mitch, I like this first half under 20 and a half in that Denver, New England game. Oh, I know we talked under earlier, Mitch, but I just think rookie, or not rookie, but backup quarterback,
Starting point is 00:27:48 slow to get into the offense, Patriots on the road at Mile High. I know where the road warriors ain't no this year on the road, still think it's going to be a little bit of a slow start. We saw it in the last two Patriots playoff games. I just think 20 feels a little high. All right, Jack, I'm going to press you here. You got to pick one of these.
Starting point is 00:28:06 You got to press me. I'm going to press you to pick one here. Teaser, teaser, teaser, teaser. The official pick on that is teasing seven points, Rams plus nine and a half and the over 39.5. I love that. I will bet my life on that pick, Mitch. Yeah, I know.
Starting point is 00:28:21 I feel the same way. All right, let me get into my final pick. Let me go. Let's go, baby. This line is so sneaky because I feel like this postseason has been all Remandre Stevenson. Yes. He has been the man. The beast. The 1A in that two-headed backfield, the beast.
Starting point is 00:28:42 But I think Trevionn Henderson goes over nine and a half carries in this game. I've seen it at eight and a half. If you can get it at eight and a half, run like you just robbed the bank. I absolutely love this. He's been going over this all over the place. I mean, last game, of course, with Ramonra down. We've got 12 carries. But he's been murdering this line like every week.
Starting point is 00:29:04 And I feel like it's this low because of how dominant Romandre has been. But if you're somebody who believes that the Patriots are going to be leading in this game and leading late, they're going to be looking in their backs. And they're going to be running the ball. I also would not be shocked if, like, we've talked a lot about Drake May touchdowns in Drake made passing yards. Like, they're going to also get the running game involved because they don't want Drake dropping back a million times. And that way they can set up the play action and get some of those easier plays for him.
Starting point is 00:29:33 So book it. Give me Trevion over nine and a half. And you look at it. I love that play. I might stake my reputation on your reputation and tail you on that thing. Look at last week. James Cook put up 118 on these guys. I know they're the vaunted Denver Broncos defense.
Starting point is 00:29:48 But you saw a lot of that coming in early downs. early downs they struggled in those first and second downs getting it third and short. That's when you get third and short in the Josh McDaniels offense, that's money, baby. Money time. I like that pick a lot. I mean, you look at 12 and 9 so far. Eight and a half, oh my God, I hope I can get it at that. I know.
Starting point is 00:30:08 I'm going to be watching it all weekend. I have it at 9.5 already. If it drops to 8.5, I'm eating that thing up all day long. Well, thank you, everyone for watching.
