another episode of Living the Red Life. Today we're going to talk about all the ways you can
use AI to grow your business, how you can replace the need for 10 or 20 different staff members,
and you can do it all in a matter
of a few clicks with AI. I just hosted an amazing live event for my members on how to build an
entire sales process and funnel. It was a two-part training with AI. And literally, within two
one-hour trainings, I showed them exactly how to build out their entire lead generation process.
And then in the second training, I showed them exactly how to build out their entire sales page. And within an hour, they were able to achieve both of these
things, which, and I said to them, I'm like, guys, you don't understand the power of this, the world
you're living in. This would have literally took like, you know, five years ago or even two years
ago, a copywriter, days to create, they would have charged you thousands of dollars. And now in two
hours, you've done everything, even if you're not very good at copywriting, like it was so basic,
anyone could follow it. And we did it on Zoom. So it spurred me to do this episode today on
how to do that, right? Those two things I'll talk to you about. And then also how to use AI across
many other parts of your business. Okay. I've done a broader training a few months ago if you want to listen back to that podcast as well. But AI is just getting
better and better. Like, I don't know if you saw a month or so ago, they released a new AI video
render of like how good AI video is going to be. And probably within the next year, it's going to
disrupt the entire video industry.
It's kind of crazy.
I just came back from the Oscars and all the celebrities there were talking about the writers strike and, you know, them.
And that was caused because they're scared of how big AI is getting and that they'll
be replaced with an AI version of themselves.
So it's like this world is changing.
OK, and if you can adapt and get on top of this and start using this, you can get miles ahead, right?
I have a massive team, dozens of employees,
but if I could go back 10 years,
then I could have built my businesses way faster
when I didn't have the cashflow and the means
and the money to hire all these employees.
Most of you listening today
probably have less than 10 or 15 staff, full-time staff.
So you're in that sweet spot
where AI can give you a massive advantage as a small business owner. So let's dive in, right?
I'm going to break this down into a few key areas and most of this will revolve around how to use
ChatGPT to keep it simple. We have an entire AI course where we teach like everything with AI,
all the different videos, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And you can go to rudiesaievent.com if you want to register for that and go through the full training. It's a free
event to go through, and we take you through how to do it across all departments. But today,
especially as it's in podcast format, we'll keep it simple around the basics you need to have your
business running and how to do pretty much all of that with Chat GPT. Okay. So firstly, chat GPT,
you probably all know what it is. If you don't just go register, it's free. And that's kind of
the main system everyone's using or software to use AI. Right. And the key out the gate is getting
the prompts right and getting the messaging right. And one thing people don't realize when it comes
to using chat GPT that I teach, okay, and the way I've worked with it best is
literally talk to it like a copywriter, okay? If you go into it with that in mind,
you'll be way more successful. Now, there are a bunch of prompts out there and ways to get better
output from it, but that's like the 80-20, right? Like the 80-20 is go and talk to it like a
copywriter, give it feedback.
And then if you get really advanced, then yes, you want to dive into all this prompts and there's a lot to do there. And one of my staff that uses AI has spent over 100 hours building all the prompts
out. So that's probably a bit beyond today, but sign up, it's free, speak to it like a copywriter,
great place to start. Now let's look at how can we use it to build our business.
Well, I break down marketing and business building and sales into a few simple categories,
right?
And if you can understand these simple categories, it's pretty easy to get started.
So what I teach in a lot of my AI trainings is business can be broken down into five stages.
The first stage is awareness, right?
So you want to use AI to get more awareness on your brand, to get more attention on your brand, okay? So how do
we get more attention and awareness on our brand? Well, social media is free and it's a great way to
do that. You know, my social media accounts hit over a million people every single month for free,
okay? And then on top of that, you have paid ads, right? So you can use AI,
you can use ChatGPT to create all your social content, to do daily posts. It's literally,
the possibilities are endless for how you can use AI to create social content. And I think a lot of
people don't post on social media for three reasons. Number one, it takes a lot of time.
Number two, they don't know what to post. And number three, when they do put the time, energy, and effort in,

content quicker than ever with AI. Even if you're not like a social media master, you're able to
just ask AI what to do, right? You just tell it your industry, you tell it maybe similar people
to you, you tell it, you know, different competitors and their types of best
content, and then you take all of that content and those headlines, and then you just put it in AI,
and you say, hey, can you give me some ideas for my content? And voila, you'll get 20 different
headline ideas. Pick your top three or four favorites, and then ask it to create some
content around that. Now you can create some emails, you can create a video script.
So voila, all of a sudden,
you've now got all these social posts,
these emails, these video scripts, everything, okay?
For social content.
So I recommend you all use AI and ChatGPT
to build out a social plan to write your content
and post two or three times a day on all the platforms
because it's free to do that.
It's gonna get you free attention and awareness.
And now you can pretty much do all the content you need,
maybe in like 30 minutes. Whereas before, if you're doing it by hand, it would take you probably three hours, right? So that's the first stage, awareness. Second stage, right? Second stage of,
you know, if you look at a buyer's journey or how to build a business.
So the second stage stage after you've got
more awareness and attention on your brand is getting intention, right? So you're going to
reach, say like me, I reach a million people a month, but I don't have a million buyers a month,
right? And I don't even get a million emails a month. So my job as the CEO is to take all this
attention and get them to take an action, a micro action, right? I call it intention. So that can be
downloading an ebook, downloading a
PDF, opting in, doing some form of a quiz, attending a free live event, subscribing to my YouTube
channel or the podcast like this. So they're all micro intent actions that your users are going to
take. And this is very powerful because when someone moves from that first phase to the second
phase, they're now going to become part of your ecosystem, right? If they subscribe to your YouTube, for example,
they're going to see your content every week. If they're on your email list, you're going to email
them every day. So whatever, you know, you're doing right now, one big goal is to create mass
attention. Like if you look at a funnel, right? Like that's the top piece, right? Or a pyramid,
right? If you reverse it upside down, the bottom longest, biggest part of the pyramid is the attention phase, okay? And then we move
up a phase. It's now the next phase. So it's still pretty big, right? The second phase is
the intention phase, okay? And then you want to create content here in the intention phase
where it's easy to access. It's clear, it's to the point, it can
be consumed in less than 10 minutes if it's like a download, a cheat sheet, a quiz, a pdf.
It doesn't cost money and it's very easy for someone to say, oh sure, I'll try it, I'll give
you my phone number, I'll give you my email. Now the good news, and I showed all my members this
last week, is you can literally create, cheat sheets lead magnets downloads worksheets
frameworks recipe guides workout plans whatever it is in probably five minutes right you can
literally make the content in like five minutes you can even have it make the ebook cover right
in like another 30 seconds so there's no reason now and you can have it make the emails the
headline the sub headline so there's no reason now that you you can have it make the emails, the headline, the sub-headline.
So there's no reason now that you don't create a new lead magnet, tripwire, download, blah,
blah, blah, every single week.
Why would you want to do that? Well, because if you do one in, say, today, a lot of your audience, say you have that
million impressions or reach that I have, a lot of those aren't going to be attracted
to that first thing.
But if you do one every week over 52 weeks of the year, I guarantee every person pretty much in that group is going to be
attracted to a few of those and at some point maybe opt in. So now you've got a much bigger
chance and opportunity to start collecting and driving leads, okay? So imagine that as the second
part of the pyramid if we're working up, right, the biggest part of the bottom, attention, second part of the pyramid, right, is intention, getting a micro commitment, okay?
So go on there, create downloads, and again, use ChatGPT and make sure it links back to your
higher level products. Because remember, you want to move people up a pyramid, so you want to do it
in an order that makes sense, right? Say you don't want to create something that's like the 20 health,
the 20 healthiest gluten-free recipes if you don't sell a program that's like around gluten-free,
because now everyone opting in is like, okay, I want gluten-free recipes. So you should be
selling something afterwards that links to gluten, right? Like a gluten-free program or weight loss
program or supplement, I don't know, right? So you've-free program or weight loss program or supplement,
I don't know, right? So you've got to make sure there's congruency all the way through this,
okay? And obviously the same with the content, right? If you're putting out social content,
then the free downloads should link to the free content that people are consuming. And then the
paid product should link to that. And then the higher ticket product after should also link to
that. So they should all connect, right? So first two part of the pyramid is done. Next part, I call this
number C, I call this letter C, third part, you can remember this as cash money, right? We all
love cash or conversion, right? So this is where you're actually having a buying commitment now,
very important middle stage, okay? If we break this down into five stages, number three is right in the middle. This is very, very important. And again, it's a much
smaller part of the pyramid. The biggest two parts are below us now, right? Because only a small
percent, maybe 5% of those first two stages are going to move up into the conversion or cash phase
where they're handing over their cash to you. Now, even though it's a
small percent, it might not sound attractive. That small percent is very, very powerful. Buyers are
10 times stronger than non-buyers. So again, even though you have 5%, those 5% are very powerful,
right? Because a buying commitment is 10 times stronger than a non-buying commitment. So those
leads are going to be worth a lot more. To give you an
example, in my ecosystem, a lead is worth like $20, right? A free, someone that took a micro
commitment in that second phase. A buyer is worth $400. So in my ecosystem for my main business,
it's worth 20x, right? A buyer is worth 20 times more than a lead. So even though only 5% move through,
it's worth 20 times more. Okay. So how do you use AI to make this phase better or to get more
in this phase or to get more cash or conversions? Well, I told my members just yesterday how to
build an entire sales funnel in an hour, right? And you can go on ChatGPT and literally build
the entire process in an hour, okay? You're going to work first on the hook and the offer. You're
then going to ask it to build out you a headline. You're then going to ask it for a sub headline.
You're then going to go on and ask it to build an intro story section that tells about the brand,
the product, the service, how it started. You're
then going to call out the avatar, who is this for, and the results that they're going to get.
Okay, so the next two sections are who is this for, and then the section after that is what is
the outcome and the benefits of that. You're then going to add in some testimonials. You're then
going to discuss what is included, right? You're going to break down
what's included. We call that an offer stack. You're then going to go into the price. You're
then going to talk about a guarantee or some form of a warranty, if applicable. You're then going to
go into an FAQ, right? And then you're going to add more social proof and testimonials. So that's
literally the structure and framework I use for a very simple yet very effective sales
page that I've used for the last 10 years. I've built thousands of them, several of them have made
millions and millions of dollars, okay? And you can literally, I know it sounds crazy,
and obviously my training is way more in depth where I'm screen sharing and showing this,
but for everyone listening, you can literally just go rewind this podcast and go step by step and tell ChatGPT what you sell and your product and your avatar.
And then you can literally go step by step and ask it like a copywriter.
Okay, please help me flush out my offer.
Great, now you've picked it, right?
Work with it a little, give it feedback.
Okay, now create a headline for this offer.
Now create a sub-headline.
Now create an intro story to captivate the reader. Okay, great. Now write out a section on who this is for. Okay,
great. Now write a section on the benefits the users or buyers will get when they go through
this. You literally that simple. I'm not like tricking you guys. Okay. I'm trying to get this
super simple. So go work through that and you'll be shocked in an hour, probably less, 30 minutes, everything you get, okay? You're going to copy all of that and it
will be about 10 pages into a Google Doc, clean it up, improve it, optimize the fonts, make the
headlines big, section it out, bold keywords, all that jazz, right? And then just literally go on
Fiverr or Upwork, pay a designer $100 to build it in ClickFunnels,
go high level Shopify, okay?
Voila, right?
You've now used AI to create all your social content.
You've used AI to create all your lead magnets, your cheat sheets.
And you've now used it to create your sales funnel.
Now, remember, I teach my members in this C phase, there's only two ways people buy.
They either read something, which is what we've just created, or they listen to something, okay? Listening is either a sales rep or a video,
okay? So you can create off the back of when this sales page is done, you can say, okay, great,
now make me some Facebook ads. Okay, now make me a 60-second video script that I can record
to sell this product, right? And if you want to get really advanced,

we actually show you how to create an AI version of you where you can just take that script,
plug it in the AI and voila.
Now you've got the video ad
and you didn't even have to record it.
Crazy, right?
So now you've got your video script,
you've got your ads, you've got
your landing page. Guess what? You also need emails because remember on the phase before you
started collecting a bunch of emails from all those cheap cheat sheets and lead magnets. So
now you're going to say, hey, can you write me five emails to sell and pitch this product?
Boom. Now you've got your five emails. You're set. Okay. The next two phases, the final two phases that I'll summarize because most of the
first three phases is what will help most businesses get off the ground is retention
and ascension, okay? So retention is getting more people to stay in the ecosystem of yours, right?
So you can use AI to create upsells, cross-sells, more products, a subscription, follow-up emails
to keep them engaged, all of those things, a Facebook group, a community, all of those things
will retain your clients, okay? And then the final phase, ascension, is where you're going to sell
them more stuff, right? So you can create high-ticket offers, new products, a membership site,
live events, all of those different things that you can use on the
back end to now actually start making more money per customer. And I always teach the secret of
billion dollar brands is lifetime value. How much they make per customer that comes in. Remember,
I told you the average customer is worth $400 for me, but an elite is only worth $20. And I always use the example of an iPhone, okay? If you took an
iPhone, Apple will make $10,000, $20,000, $30,000, $40,000 from an iPhone customer, even though they
only bought $1,000 iPhone to start. And many people bought an iPod many years ago, right? I
bought an iPod for a couple of hundred dollars many years ago, and I've spent over a hundred
grand at Apple now. So it has a great lifetime value. That's because it ascends the customer. It makes you buy an iPhone, then an
iWatch, then a Mac, and then an iPad, and then a new Mac, and then a new phone every year, and then
a subscription, and then AppleCare, and then the Vision Pros. Before you know it, you have an office
full of red Macs like I do, and you've've spent over 100 grand, okay? That is the secret of billion dollar brands. And you can be using AI to do this too, right? To
create new landing pages, new product ideas, to troubleshoot, to brainstorm new cross-sells and
upsells. So AI can actually serve you in these last two phases, not only to create the content,
but to also help you with the ideas, just like if
I was coaching you, right? It's probably not going to be as good as me coaching you, but it's also
not going to charge you $5,000 for an hour coaching session, okay? So sit with it and then build your
initial products, your landers, your funnels, and then say, okay, what can I cross sell them? What
other products and services could I make? And then you can now just go and build the sales page out,
go on Upwork or Fiverr, pay $50, build it out, boom, it's done, right? If you can do this every week and launch 50 products
over a year, five of them are going to take off and you're going to be successful. The problem
with most people listening and probably yourself, okay, if you're honest, is you spend three months
launching one product and then it doesn't work and you don't know how to scale it and your copy
sucks and your landing page doesn't work and your ads don't work and they're not profitable because of all the things
I discussed the hook the offer the copy the strategy and simply because you're not testing
enough even the best in the world people like me maybe four or five out of ten products we launch
work so if you imagine you're not as maybe experienced as I am right you're probably
looking at like two or one out of ten.
So the quicker you can get used to testing and creating, using AI, like I just mentioned, probably will equal more success faster.
