It's one thing to have grit and resilient, but you have to combine it with day in and day out consistency.
Big wins don't happen overnight.
Howard do you speak to your tribe, your village, your followers, if you say.
I'm pretty raw and real, telling real live stories, both the good and the bad.
I talk to my audience about how they can turn their pain into...
My name's Rudy Moore, host of Living the Red Life podcast, and I'm here to change the way you see.
your life in your earpiece every single week. If you're ready to start living the red life,
ditch the blue pill, take the red pill, join me in Wonderland and change your life. Welcome back to
another episode of the Living Your Legacy podcast, the Red Life edition. For inside success,
I am Reguittierrez. Joining me today is Melissa C. Butterworth? God, what an epic name. We're
literally moments away from filming your women in power episode. Welcome to the show. Thank you.
You look amazing. Thank you. It's fantastic.
to be here. I actually realized those are studs.
Like those are like those, that's like very hot topic of you.
Thank you.
Hell yeah.
Thank you.
I'm so into this.
Yeah, yeah.
For sure.
I'm so into this.
Melissa, uh,
well,
brings it in Miami.
You know,
I actually live here.
Really?
Where?
Yeah, I do.
I have a home in North Miami Beach.
Nice.
I have a home in West Palm Beach.
Oh, very cool.
Just,
just hanging out here with you today.
Oh, cool.
We're going to be kicking it in West Palm in a couple of weeks.
We're going to be filming Serena Williams's episode.
So that's happening December 11th, exclusive.
Wonderful. Don't tell Rudy I said that out loud. But it's happening. I love Serena. I grew up playing tennis
competitively myself. Hell yeah. Awesome. She's incredible. Yeah, very cool. Well, there's Serena's over here,
but this is all about you, Melissa. Again, you live out here in Florida. You know what it's like.
You know what the energy is happening out here. We've got the Bezos. We've got all these
monks, skunks, and billionaires moving out to Miami. There's an energy here. And it's clearly
here. And we're thriving in it. Do you want to talk about that a little bit, expand what
like to be a Floridian in 2026?
It's so incredible.
I know.
I mean, it's nuts.
It is incredible.
It seems like everybody from California and New York and just other parts of the country are
coming to Florida.
Yeah, they've figured it out.
We've got the beaches.
We've got, you know, the arts.
We've got incredible shopping.
We've got major international airports.
The people are all diversifications.
And we've got phenomenal restaurants.
Yes, ma'am.
And not to mention, we've just, our.
Our state has got it going on.
Let's face it.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
There's this grit that I was born and raised in Miami, literally right across the street
where Elion Gonzalez was.
I went to Miami Senior High.
I did the whole Miami experience, 80-90s kid.
And here I am living the red life and being among folks like yourselves and like ascending
and helping my folks progress and understand.
Like, there is more to life than just Miami than Florida.
You know, traveling out to the West Coast.
We spoke about a monk that's also one of your mentors.
his own podcast.
You know, and returning from that San Francisco experience for 10 years and thriving
that energy and coming back to Miami, it's almost like there's so much that we have, so much
work we ought to do out here.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
And it's cool to like be thought leaders in this reality and go, dude, we can all ascend together
and we can do it in style and very Miami like or very West Palm Beach like.
It is.
Oh, absolutely.
It is.
I mean, if you could see what Palm Beach is like now.
Oh, dude.
I mean, it is incredible.
I wonder why.
Hmm. It's just one thought. I like to call him Grandpa.
Like, because I grew up with a grandfather very much that mindset. And it was just like, it's like a door closed. We'll break the window open and break in and thrive. Let's talk about how that is essentially your North Star. Actually, let's talk about your North Star. Expand. Like, what wakes, what gets you out of bed every morning?
You know, I have to say that it's knowing what your purpose is. You know, you know, you know,
I wrote a book called Clues, and it's really all about helping women find their God-given purpose.
Oh, yeah.
And I think when we find out what our purpose is, what our why is, what our passion is,
you know, I'm up at 4 a.m., 4.30 a.m., and I get the majority of my work done by 9 a.m.
Because I just love what I do.
I nap at 9, I wake up at 1, and then I do like three hours of work.
Go back to sleep, and then up at 5.
It's very bizarre.
I'm like, this is my rhythm.
I'm going to just go for it.
And then I just set alarms.
I'm like, these are bizarre times that mean nothing to me.
Like, because I've just, like, just recently, you can even ask Rudy,
just the transition and the transformation on just host these podcasts and listening to folks
like you.
And like, there's something very divine.
And once you, you, it's not buying into it, but understanding that faith-driven
entrepreneurs are very much a thing.
And once you lead into that and you, you say it live on camera constantly, there's that
consistency.
Talk about how important there is grit and then there's consistency.
before you even dare think that you're going from self-employed to entrepreneur.
That is a really, really great point.
I was talking about that the other day.
You know, it's one thing to have grit and resilience,
but you have to combine it with day in and day-out consistency.
Big wins, as you know, big wins don't happen overnight.
They don't.
And, you know, it's let's just say you want to be.
be a top professional athlete, right? You start small. Get up in the morning earlier than you would
normally get up. Like I said, I'm up to 4.30 of the morning, 5 a.m. And just start with a 10-minute wall.
Yep. Next day, 20 minutes. Next day, 30 minutes. It's all about consistency. And it's the same way
in entrepreneurship. I've had my company for 22 years. Wow. And we just hit the $2.4 billion
mark. Right on. And so, yeah, it is, it's pretty badass. Yeah, yeah. And I have to tell you that it's day in
and day out consistency.
It's waking up early.
It's doing the podcast.
It's doing the, you know, things that you don't always necessarily want to do.
Yeah.
That's the key.
And it's crazy because it's like, how silly to be in 2026 and be like, I have to wake up
into a podcast.
Oh, poor you.
Oh, wow.
Like, it's like we live in a reality where it's like on my Uber to work, I wrote three
songs using my chat GPT for music.
And I'm like, we're living in a reality where everything has been so like,
gate kept where it's like, no, this is mine. Now with AI, it's kind of released it to the masses
where everyone can now be an influencer or celebrity. It's up to us to really guide these new voices
and be like, you can thrive and make money and then do your four hour a week, and then you could still
live life and in assent. Like, how do you speak to your tribe, your village, your followers,
if you say? Yeah, you mean about how to find a balance? As in like when you speak to your folks
that follow you, your community, how do you, how do you?
you address them. Like, are you talking business first? Are you talking energy? What is, how do you
communicate? You know, I'm pretty raw and real. Right on. And I take it all the way back to my farm
days. Cool. Yeah, I take it all the way back to my farm days and the things that I learned when I was
really, really young. Oh yeah, dude. That I apply now. Kind of dumb it down and keep it simple. You know,
and I think people like authenticity. And so, you know, I'm known as Melby, the Warrior for Women.
Right on. And, you know, I just keep it real. And I just keep it real.
and I'm all about like telling real live stories, both the good and the back.
Because I don't think people just need to see the good.
For sure.
Right?
So I have a lot of content that describes a really hard times as well because I'm normal.
Just because you see me that, you know, I've got this massive success story.
It doesn't mean that I haven't had incredible trials and tribulations.
But the bottom thing, the bottom line for me is that at the end of the day, I talk to
my audience about how they can turn their pain into their purpose. Oh yeah. It's all about taking
what's been painful in your life and turning that into your purpose. Or do you talk about your
shadow self and kind of figuring out that version inside someone and helping that person be
themselves? Like, absolutely. Sorry, that question was bizarre, but yeah. No, it's not bizarre at all.
Yeah. Yeah. That's not bizarre at all. I mean, it's, there's actually a whole study about
shadowing and your shadow self, which obviously you know.
Oh, very much so.
You've done the word? Yeah, my grandma did most of the word for me.
She raised me in a certain way that makes a lot more sense now.
When I speak to folks like you, they're like, well, my grandma, there's a white witch
from Cuba, and she can read your cards, and she can read your divine energy at the moment you
walked into the room.
And she raised me since I was four.
I grew up with ghosts and frequencies and shadow ghost, and seeing the shadows speak to me
and understanding, that's funny.
and then understanding the difference
between a room full of energy
beyond us and a room without it.
That's pretty incredible.
You know, I allude to it in my book Clues.
Nice.
Where's your book?
Throw it over here.
I've got a phenomenal book.
Get out of here.
Get out of here.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
We've got a phenomenal book, clues.
Wow, be it.
Thank you.
That's awesome.
And I never come out
and say the clues is higher frequency.
Right on.
It's God.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I let the reader figure out
myself. That's awesome.
What clues is. And you know, I'll never forget Steve Jobs saying that it's impossible to connect
the dots moving forward. You can kind of look back. But I'm going to challenge that. And I challenge
that in my book, Clues, because if you can get to a subconscious and conscious level where you start
recognizing the people, the places, the voices that you're here, the shadow self,
you start recognizing it, then you can actually start connecting it. Then you can actually start connecting.
some of those thoughts moving forward. Oh, for sure, for sure. It's pretty cool. For sure. Yeah, it's
interesting how folks are just now understanding the spiritual reality or the different
frequencies and they're tapping into it. I've had guests here that are mapping out
the DMT reality where they've intravenously figured out, we can take the 15-minute
DMT experience into an hour or two, just intravenously. And they're going to start mapping it,
and they're going to start sending people to this island. And it's quite the healing process.
It's prayer times 10,000. Do you feel like we're
just, like, we're not supposed to be doing this, but we should be doing this.
Like, 30, 40, 50 years ago, folks like us would be called crazy.
Now, it's, it's, it's very common that folks are aligned with this sort of philosophy.
Yeah, and I think everybody has their own philosophy, whether it's, you know, for me,
it's God.
Absolutely.
Because he was the creator of the universe.
So for me, it's God.
For other people, it might be, you know, intuition or it might be energy or, you know, whatever
it is that they call it.
But I think that this country needs to.
to kind of get back to those core basics.
Totally.
Because we've lost touch with reality.
And at least for me, you know, I've made it to the $2.4 billion mark without having
AI.
Sure.
And I made it to that mark without having all the social media.
Amazing.
And how did I do it?
It's God.
Yeah.
And I give 100% credit to God for that.
That's amazing.
Yeah.
Leading with faith, do you feel, and I apologize, we may not even use it.
this because I'm just curious. As a Christian, I was saved that nine. You see social media. You see how
we imprint ourselves on these devices. Don't you still think it's a little diabolical how this works?
It's just like, it says that in the Bible, what we're doing is just not correct. This is not
life. And we're doing it to these devices. And like, the mark of the devil is literally this device.
This is the mark of the devil. This is what we do all day. This is what we've become. Don't you think
the bad guys have won long ago? I'm like, it's quite sad.
isn't it? I don't know. I mean, I'm always the kind of person that, like, thinks incredibly
positively. Good for you. Yeah. And so I look at everything, everything a lot differently. Like,
you know, you're going to hear in my episode about some tragic accidents that I went through as a young
child. And I think it really was going all the way back to the very beginning of my life,
where I heard that whisper from God. Wow. During some pretty traumatic times.
And, you know, I always look at things as positively as I can.
So why the rest of the world is just, you know, freaking out about like the latest gossip or, you know, what's going on on social media or what they're reading in the newspapers.
I'm out there creating my own life.
Isn't that awesome?
Yeah.
Well, that's why I kind of just use AI to, because I created this AI alter.
I'm like, well, this is the creature, alter ego that I've created to thrive in the social media.
And I haven't published in seven years.
I'm about to in 2020.
and I'm already mentally preparing myself to jump back into this noise that I was doing very well 10 years ago.
But listening to folks like you and coming from an authentic experience, I'm like, well,
the way I keep myself authentic, I have this device called The Remarkable, which is something I write in.
And I can see how my day went, if I had a stressful day or a positive day, by just the temperament of the way I write.
Right.
And like that to me is like, that's me connecting and actually feeling the whole human experience,
because I can see how my day was just based on my energy, how I wrote.
Oh, it's fantastic.
Versus, the, da, da, da, the, the, publish.
You were so involved.
I mean, you really are.
You're an old spirit.
Thank you.
You've done the work.
Yeah.
I can see it.
I can tell.
Thank you.
I applaud you for that.
That's great.
Go grandma.
I think your grandma has something to do with that.
Oh, yeah.
She's standing right here.
So what are we going to learn about you in your episode?
Like, give me like the arc, the beginning, middle, and end in 90 seconds.
Sure. So you're going to learn how Melissa Conley Butterworth has turned her pain into purpose.
Great name. Thank you. Thank you. This is Butterworth. Yeah. It's just like if you don't get it right when you hear it, I'm like, move on.
Exactly. Exactly. And you're also going to learn, not only have I turned it into my purpose, but I have built a $2.4 billion empire by helping other people achieve their legacies.
That's amazing. Isn't that badass?
That's amazing.
Corey, curious, why don't you just round up?
2.5.
Like, you don't round up.
You need to mark a little more.
2.5.
It actually had three weeks of it would be 2.6.
Well, there you go.
Oh, hell yeah.
Too shay.
I love that.
I love that.
You challenged me and you won.
That's right.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Gosh, let's go right into it.
How can people learn more about you,
buy your books, and just be obsessed with you?
Do you have a website?
Do you have a dot com?
Absolutely.
So I am at www.
Advanced Strategic Partners
With an S.com
Also, I have a podcast called
The End Game, which is on YouTube and Spotify.
Hell yeah.
As well as Apple.
And then in addition,
Junie T is a company that I have invested in
with Jay Shetty.
So you can go check us out
at any of the Costco's targets,
Irons, and now Whole Foods.
So I'm kind of all over the place.
And my three books are all.
all on Amazon, the endgame, clues, and then the end game for hospital executives. Wow, I am in for
retreat. This is going to be quite the interview. Thank you so much, Madame Butterworth. I hope
that you enjoyed our podcast here at The Red Life. And for, yes, for Inside Success, actually, let's do it
this way. This is Melissa C. Butterworth, and I am Ray V. Gutierrez. I just made up my middle name,
and we are Inside Success.
