Well, it's March Madness.
We know sometimes it can be highs and highs and lows of lows,
but the ACC is what we're sure of.
And starting out four and one is certainly something to hang our hats high about.
But it was the comments from Greg Sanky, the SEC Commissioner.
It was the losses from several of their programs.
And, you know, it's being the best conference of the Power Five right now that has us on pretty of highs of highs.
We'll talk about why the ACC should never be doubted in mid-examines.
basketball in March on today's episode of Locked on ACC.
You are Locked on ACC, your daily podcast on the Atlantic Coast Conference, part of the
Locked on Podcast Network, your team every day.
What's going on, everybody?
Welcome to today's edition of Lockedown ACCC.
I'm your host, Keenis Cooper, joined by Kenton Gibbs of Locked on Wolfpack.
Each it every day, you find us wherever you listen to podcasts.
Make sure you download, subscribe to the pod from anywhere, but especially our YouTube page.
We are nine people away from 2017.
subscribers. I know it's annoying. I know you're tired of be saying it, but 2K would make my life
organically to from the ground up to where we started to where we are now. I would just be so,
so excited if you guys spread the word and try and get in on this community action.
So we've got a lot to unpack on today's show with Kenton and we're talking through March
Madness and, you know, his team is doing the damn thing. My team is doing all right. A lot of our
ECC schools are doing great. Virginia didn't get that memo.
But there isn't something sweeter about doing well in spite of all the odds against your conference
and other conferences that put stakes in the ground that there's so much better doing badly.
Kenton, how are you feeling?
You know, I'm going to tell you right now, to say I feel anything other than spectacular
would be the biggest lie on this side of Mississippi about this here NCAA tournament.
not some other.
But again, with what we got going on as a conference compared to everybody else, I'm phenomenal.
I'm wonderful because, you know, of the Power 5, we'd be in second place because the Pac-12 is currently I defeated.
But since they won't exist next year, of the Power 4, guess who's on top right now?
Take a while.
It's crazy, but it's not anyone who watch basketball this season and as much as we can be,
kicking and screaming for Wake Forest and Pitt to be in this conversation and certainly
stinks that they're not Virginia.
Like I said, didn't get quite the memo that we were playing.
I don't know, grown man basketball, whatever you want to call it.
But I am truly just happy that we're all still pretty much dancing.
Yeah, Virginia said the best offense is a good defense and it is not, in fact,
the best offense.
The best offense is, in fact, good offense.
So, yeah.
Tony Bennett, I don't know what we got going on there.
but if we could, I wish I could raise my hands a little higher so I could, you know, fully show you all that we need to get this thing moving for.
But Tony, get it rolling, get it forward.
We need to get the ball in the basket, brother.
That's a must.
But everybody else, you know, and I will say, I will say, my bracket is still in the top percentile because only three games wrong so far.
How's your brackets doing, Candace?
I did not make a bracket.
I'm kind of over brackets.
You know, I don't know something about it.
I just like enjoying it at this point and just watching it for what it is.
And, you know, maybe one of these days I'll get in on the betting action.
I'm working on the courage to be able to part with such, you know, high wages and things,
but not quite there yet either.
You know, I ain't said nothing about betting.
I'm not going to lie to you.
I'm a guy to go to the casino, lose that $5 and be tight.
So I'm not about to sit up here and pretend like I'm a better.
But funny story, we made a bracket challenge for Locked on Wolfpack.
And, you know, Grayson said, whoever this ESPN 6-7-1 guy is, they're doing pretty good here.
And I said, oh, man, 99% correct.
Whose bracket is that?
And then I logged into the thing and it was like, this is your bracket.
And I'm like, oh, okay, well, I guess that.
Maybe you put some money down.
You could have been rich or than you're going to be here in these coming weeks.
But I will say that when we talk about March Madness in the start of it, all of our men's teams looked fairly good.
Women's teams as well.
we'll touch on that at the end.
But for Tony Bennett, a lot of people are saying a lot of people are confident for his job,
not really getting with the times.
It's time to adjust that offense.
He, you know, of course, has this offense that it's a little more slow pace, but you're banking on really great shooters.
He hasn't had that as of late.
You don't have the superstars, the cachet that you've once had.
Is it time to adjust thinking and maybe elevate that offensive game?
I think that he's stuck with a terrible conundrum, terrible place to be able.
at because he can either go get one and duns who he doesn't know if they will have the buy-in to his
defensive system nor the ability to defend or yeah generally just a buy-in to want to defend at that
level with that team and you know play that style of offense that may inhibit their numbers or
may slow down what they could be otherwise so you run into you know do I go out and get those
guys who I know for a fact, this player could put the ball to basket, but they may not buy
him. That's the question that he has to answer. And that's to cast 22 of it all because
it's one of those moments where it's like, if you only can get one of the other, which one
you're going to pick, Tom? Yeah, I also think that in today's game, you look at the AAU circuits,
like everyone wants to be seven Curry and wants to be Mr. Ball. They all think that they can
shoot from half court and, you know, want to be high octane, high offense. And that's not
necessarily what we see or what his program is built on. A lot of people want to play defense.
You see it in the NBA. You can see these 125-50-point games. You know, that's not really
the level and lane that which people are going in terms of hard-nosed defense. So is he not
adjusting with the time necessarily? And will the game get left pass him by? You know,
we talk about Behan. We talk about some of the greats coach Hamilton. Maybe Tony Bennett is just,
he's right there knocking on that door of maybe it's time to try something else.
Well, he's young enough to where he should be able to adjust in advance if he's the coach that I believe he is.
However, it is a very real possibility that he ends up being a dinosaur in the relic of the new game of college basketball.
If he can't update that offense and just in general recruit more talented offensive players.
Recruit more firepower offensively because, again, they're going to have a situation where if you're coming to UVA,
you're expected to stay for a few years and fully getting in that system,
get good things done in that system.
Good, fine, got it.
With that being said, you still need to make something shake on the offensive end
or else we're going to see what we saw,
which was a team that just flatly looked like they didn't belong at times.
Yeah, 100%.
So let's talk about the good things happening for the ACC here, North Carolina,
and NC State picking up wins on Thursday.
Both teams looking good.
I think that NC State probably more of the surprise because no one expected them to upset as number 60, Texas Tech.
But North Carolina handled Wagner fairly well.
And I just think overall, those two teams on Thursday handled business, looked good doing it.
And we're a good start to our NCAA kickoff.
Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, NC State and UNC both did what they had to do.
And, you know, one obviously a heavy favorite, one as a slight underdog.
and now NC State has a chance before to advance to its first Sweet 16 in, I believe, nearly a decade with a win over the 14th seeded Oakland Bears, which, by the way, congratulations for finding out about Oakland, everybody.
They are in Michigan.
They're called the Oakland Bears because they're located in Oakland County in Michigan.
Rochester Hills, I believe, is the exact city.
But, you know, I'll tell you, nine times I'll tell you.
Nine times out of ten, if somebody says, hey, you have the opportunity to advance to the Sweet 16, you just have to be an undersized to a team.
You'll take that bet.
Now, does that mean that NC State can snooze and breakdance their way to a win?
Absolutely not.
That's a team that shoots the ball very well, and they crash the glass extremely effectively as a team for a team that's undersized.
So they need to get it done.
But on the other side, Michigan State, UNC, an old rivalry that only happens around tournament,
John generally renewed from years and years and years ago.
Roy Williams may be gone, but Tom Izzo is still looking to write a new chapter with old
Hubey.
This is going to be a really good game.
You know, Izzo is one of those guys in Michigan State Coach teams.
They always get up for March.
They're always at their best in March.
And so it'll be very interesting to see how this one-nine game plays out.
Wisely said, and I do think that there are some great matchups coming up that will touch
on a little more thoroughly.
towards the end of the show, but Duke and Clemson as well, holding their own, beating both Vermont
and New Mexico.
Clemson, not necessarily a surprise.
They've been a strong team.
Duke having an ugly win, but a good win at the end of the day.
Surviving and advancing is what it really matters.
Just as Kentucky, just as some other big-name teams, Wisconsin, who went home for you.
Does it matter how it looks as long as it gets done?
Does it look shaky for a team like Duke to sort of.
struggle maybe a little bit with Vermont.
Well, I'll say it like this, okay?
Close only counts in horseshoes and guinez.
I mean, the reality is when you're talking college basketball,
when you're talking to any sport that's based on the point system,
you know, if I golf the greatest round of golf in my life
and I'm playing against Prime Tiger Woods and he beats me by one stroke,
did he win the game or no?
You know what I mean?
Like at the end of the day, it really doesn't matter.
And I will take it a step further and even say this.
I'll go as far as to say, when's the last time we saw a champion that didn't have one or two games where you're like, hmm, that was close.
If one shot goes differently, one call goes differently, one thing works out differently, you know, we're looking at a completely different situation.
So, you know, Duke's struggling with Vermont a little bit.
That's not something that I would say, hey, this is the end all, be all.
And, you know, we need to be prepared for them to not make the sweet 16.
Yeah, 100%.
Clemson, though, I think, looked really strong.
New Mexico was a hot team that, you know, people were very high on.
But ultimately, Clemson, people were very much counting them out.
I think PJ Hall has certainly shown himself to be worthy of better conversations,
and they're showing it here on the hardwood.
Oh, absolutely.
PJ Hall can absolutely get down in the paint.
I'll tell you what, I know that he was missing his brother in arms,
being Middlebrooks in that paint, the way he was playing against Texas Tech Air.
Huh?
PJ Hall from Clemson, Middlebrooks are from NC State.
Yeah, Ben Middlebrooks transferred over from Clemson.
He was at Clemson last year.
Got you.
That's what I meant in terms.
He was missing his running.
Because Middlebrooks and DJ Burns have been the duo to talk about.
So I was just like, wait, what?
Yeah, yeah.
He used to be PJ Hall's running, you know.
He's probably looking out the window seeing he used to be my girl right now because he's, you know,
a career high in this game.
What a time.
But very seriously.
Clemson looks good.
They're firing on all cylinders.
And, you know, color me shocked.
The ACC is outperforming expectations once again.
Oh, I can't believe it.
They told me the conference was down.
Well, there is one sort of thing that I would like to bring up in terms of just how we're discussing the SEC,
how we're discussing a potential, you know, Sankey feeling like the SEC deserves more bids or whatever.
he's willing to do to make that happen.
But first, I want to talk about something that doesn't necessarily
to pay to me, but

guaranteed. All right, we've got to talk through what will be exciting games, as Kenton alluded to.
But I did want to bring up the fact that Sanky, Greg Sanky, the commissioner for the SEC, did make a few comments around, you know, his teams needing more bids.
They're obviously not doing well. But in the world with which people just kind of do their own thing.
And until they actually officially secede the NCAA, not possible. But could you see a world?
We're in SEC, a Big Ten combined forces and maybe have their own multi-million dollar tournament and play their best schools and sort of do their own thing.
Like what is stopping people like primetime Amazon or, you know, a insert your favorite new Apple TV sort of mini tournament for 50 million?
Like what do you think the chances of that happening potentially are?
Oh, they're extremely high.
In terms of a regular season tournament, they're extremely high.
The fact of the matter is, though, regardless of how much you think these other teams don't matter, you've got to play the games.
You've got to step on the hardwood, lace them up, and get it done, which the SEC has not done at any level whatsoever so far to an embarrassing degree.
And if I was Jim Phillips, I would be, hmm, that's real unfortunate, isn't it, Greg?
Gregory, can I call you Gregory?
Your mom and name is.
We need him to get a Twitter.
We need him to get a Twitter account, say him start firing it off.
Yeah, yeah, you need to start.
Or even the ACC handle start firing off a little more.
Well, they're much too professional.
That's why you and I can never hold those positions.
That's why they wouldn't hire us because the minute that they went one and five,
I would hit them with that.
LMA, oh.
Looking funny in the light, huh?
Who needs less bids now?
Elime.
Oh.
Right.
Because, you know, again, I know that everybody likes, I know that football is a very different beast.
I understand that and I get that.
But I think in every sport, when you try to predict based off of, well, who has the most stars, who has the most this, who has the most that?
You can get close.
You will never have 100% of the picture, period.
Yeah.
That's just the way it shakes out.
That's just the way it works out because there are other factors that go into it.
I talked about Oakland and Kentucky.
And I said that that's a game to watch out for, not just because Oakland was underseeded,
but also because I didn't trust Coach Cowell's coaching.
And that when you talk about what March Madness is about,
it's about having really, really good guard play and everybody step up and start their role.
And I knew that defensively Kentucky was going to struggle despite the fact that they have a bunch of guys
whose names are going to be called on draft night in the upcoming year or so.
But, you know, let's just.
And I think that, you know, Kentucky is a great example as well because all the money and casha that goes into Kentucky basketball only to not make it out of the first round, right?
You got people over here giving threats saying they're going to go harder about Calipari than January 6th.
And you also just got like literally a guy tweeted that. Yes. Yes, people are insane.
But, you know, with all that's coming into college athletics now and sports betting, I can only imagine how many people are wagering money on these sort of situations.
probably fill away. Of course, he said, I didn't mean it. I'm not really here to threaten him, yada, yada, yada. But still, what kind of insane tweet and get you, like, why does sports make you do something that insane? But say all that's say, there's a lot of money being invested to a lot of these programs. You say you can have money as much money as you want at the end of the day, you got to play the game. You got to like some up. You got to do what you got to do. And there's nothing more special in March, in the season of March than someone who has nothing to lose. Golki, who out of Oakland University had nothing to lose,
it all on the line and upset a team like Kentucky,
he's going to be able to tell, you know,
all his coworkers at the water cooler,
you know, about his amazing summer,
or amazing spring, rather, right?
Versus these other guys who are going to hear their name called.
And there's, on top of that,
you've got the Big 12 who everybody,
when I say the ACC and Big 12 need to merge,
everybody says, oh, you're a sign of how desperate the ACC is.
And I wish that I could just go up to each one of them.
And, you know,
I like to get people with,
So I want to touch them on the shoulder.
Candace, if you could touch the people on the shoulder from because I can't do it today.
I'm going to touch you on the shoulder and I'm going to let you know, hey, friend, I know that
y'all think that, hey, y'all are stable and y'all are the good basketball conference.
Y'all would be 500 in the tournament right now.
If it wasn't for a terrible call against Sanford, y'all would be 500.
Yeah.
You would be.
So.
I think 10 lost last night, Wisconsin to James Madison, you know, it's just like it's really.
interesting Big Ten that you can have the same conversation as the Big 12 is having.
Yeah.
And it's, again, it's just one of those moments where, you know, you look up and you realize
you have to line up and play the games.
And somehow, whenever we line up and play the games, regardless of what the metrics say,
the ACC seem to come on on top in a lot of those games.
I know Coach Capel, who, you know, not too much on him on this show, is furious.
I know he's got to be fuming.
I know he probably.
As he should be.
on the trail just sitting there getting madder and matter,
but trying to show probably some of his upcoming recruits,
just how much nonsense it can be around the ACC.
But to your point, hopefully we'll get to a place where Jim Phillips can,
you know, better advocate for us.
But this week's March Madness bracket highlight is brought to you by our friends at Nissan.
Each week, we're picking one team that stands out,
a team that has pushed a further than the rest.
Just like any of the all-new 2024 Nissan SUVs,
These guys were able to take it to the next level.
The Oakland Golden Grizzlies are obviously this week's Nissan Rogue.
The team absolutely surprised us all with their powerful performance in the first round
upset win against Kentucky Wildcats,
giving them their biggest win in program history.
They say win life, go Rogue, and that's exactly what the Golden Grizzlies have done here.
Take the Nissan Road, Nissan Pathfinder, or Nissan Armada,
and go find your next big adventure.
Shop Nissan.
say.com today.
Oakland plays NC State, two teams that are very much Cinderella.
And I think that it's giving, I don't know,
as giving NC State, might as well make the run.
If you're going to do it, you're going to be out here,
giving coach Keith his first turning win,
having given him his first ACC championship,
it's more suited that you might as well go this week 16.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah, yeah.
You know, again, that Oakland team,
they don't have anybody for DJ Burns.
However, who doesn't anybody for DJ Burns?
I'm trying to wonder.
You know, but.
Maybe that's if they get to that far.
The biggest thing about stopping Oakland is, of course, they have Townsend, who's
their do-everything guy, but around Townsend, he's able to do everything for them because
they have so many shooters.
And Townsend of himself, in his own right, is a phenomenal shooter.
He is a combo three-four, you know, condo wing, kind of big.
depending on what you need them to do,
he can do a little bit of everything.
So somebody is going to need to play good ball
and they're going to need to box that young man out
because he attacks the boards.
It's like, it's hard to describe how good he is
at the game of college basketball
because it's almost like you're combining
a, you know, just in ACC terms
or UNC terms to help you out, Kansas.
Cormac Ryan's shooting ability
with the rebounding,
of the, what's the young man that just tried for that for Sanford?
Harrison Ingram.
Harrison Ingram.
It's almost like you combine those two with a little bit of a handle in there as well.
So you've got to stop him.
Obviously, Goki, who put up the 10-3s and company are going to be striper from deep.
You know he ain't going to shoot 10-3s today.
But you just know that because.
Well, he's going to shoot 10-3s.
I don't know if you're going to make 10.
Right.
True.
The stats show he's only taken, I want to say, eight two-point field goals all year,
And he's taking over 300 shots.
So you're going to shoot him.
They're going to defend that three well.
Yeah.
And that's going to be the big thing there, right?
Can you defend there and can your beings take advantage?
Everybody's talking about Modiyar and how he's doing what he's doing during Ramadan.
I don't care if he did it during Ramadan, I mean, Christmas, Hanukkah.
Don't matter.
The boy is ball.
Okay.
He is playing out of his mind right now.
Ben Middlebrooks with a career high.
That front.
is going to have to dominate this thing again.
And I'll tell you what, if they can get a win while, you know,
letting Jay and Taylor recover and get his one leg straight,
Casey Morseille doing a lot of defendant DJ Horn, same thing,
that could be a dangerous team in the Sweet 16.
I completely agree.
I think they also have just the hutsba of being confident,
and now they see the wins in front of them and see how far that they've come this season.
Might as well keep dancing, right?
I think DJ Burns has become a really fun.
fun character for a lot of us who have watched him and don't want this party to necessarily
in the same vein. We know that, you know, it's another super senior. Armando Bekeye is playing
for what could be always his last game as a Tar Hill. You know, he loves this place
of death. He would do anything for it. But Michigan State is playing with a lot of hunger,
a lot of drive. They probably have that bad taste in the mouth of when they got blasted
against North Carolina to win the NCAA championship. But, you know, games ahead of them. We
have Wojig's daddy on the other side from Michigan State, Pax and Wojik, who skims NIL, all the
things. How much do you give credence to North Carolina's ability to just keep them on a track
meet and ultimately get this W? North Carolina is the better team in this game. Buy a lot.
Man for man, talent, talent, they're a better team by a lot. There's only two ways that North
Carolina loses this game. If the players are woefully underprepared and do not take this
game seriously or if
Hubert refuses to make any
adjustments from tip off
to final buzzer. That's
the only way they lose this game.
With all the respect, I have a ton.
Anybody who knows me knows how much respect I have
for Tom. As he is a
living legend, every Big Ten
record there is for coaching, he has
period. There isn't a single one
outside of, I believe, most national
championships that he doesn't have. So
with that in mind, he's a legend.
But again, at some point in time,
it comes down to the horses in the stable.
And UNC's got a bunch of thoroughbreds over there,
and I don't think they can keep up.
I completely agree.
Then on Sunday we'll have James Madison face off against Duke.
They'll be at 515 on CBS,
and Clemson and Baylor face off at 610 on TNT.
I think that for Duke, you know, you got your feet wet.
You played with Vermont.
You can't play with your food with James Madison.
Jerry McCain had a great start.
I think that Tyreys Proctor had some clutch shots.
Kyle Philopasic was kind of meh, but James Madison, them boys are hungry and ready,
and they would love nothing more than take out a team like Duke.
You know what's funny, James Madison's team name is the Dukes.
Duke losing to the Dukes would be hilarious.
That would be very much so nobody can beat us but ourselves type beat.
But moving forward from there, very seriously, I think it's good that Philpowski has some struggles
against that Vermont team that was undersigned because James Madison very much so has
going to see some of the same problems. They're going to have size and athletic and deficits
too, too, dude, that are very visible, right? But so you know it's not about who's the biggest
dog in the fighter, who's the quick, you have to go out there ready to compete. You have to go out
there, show up with the right temperament and mindset, because that dude team did not look like
they had the right temperament of mindset against Vermont. They got popped in the mouth a little bit.
Luckily, they were able to take that best punch, get up and handle what they need to handle. But
you play with the Dukes if you want to, and that'll be a long trip back to the 9-19.
Extremely long trip back to 9-19.
Those are our men's games.
We know that you guys are locked and loaded, so we want to hear how you feel about them,
how you feel about the ACC performing better than most,
and make sure that you give us some feedback towards who do you think is potentially
going to take it all for the men's side.
Now, switching gears quickly and talking about the women's tournament, we know that we've had
quite the stack of number of earths.
stack of members who were doing well. Thursday we had, sorry, Friday, we had North Carolina
beat Michigan State, so hopefully that happens. But Louisville lost in Middle Tennessee State,
you know, having, you know, some of your best girls go down, certainly never helped your
situation. Duke was able to beat Richmond and Virginia Tech handled Marshall while Alabama
beat Florida State. Solid first games for your ACC women. Not really too much surprise there,
Saturday you'll see Notre Dame take on Kent State.
NC State will take on Chattanooga and Syracuse will face off against Arizona.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's going to be interested to see Westmore take on the team from his old
stopping grounds in Chattanooga.
And, you know, this is a very interesting slate of games because we talk about the ACC
in terms of the women and how elite they are.
And it just seems like there's just a snake bitterness around a lot of teams in this
conference is so unfortunate, you know, to see a Louisville team that already, let's just be
honest, right, Haley-Benzh and their breakup, a lot like Sam Hartman going to Notre Dame,
everybody got worse from it. Everybody got a little bit worse from that situation. No disrespect
to Sam Hartman, but, you know, it just would have been better if you would have stayed where you
were at in both of these situations. And then to see that they had multiple stars going out on here,
It's just, you really hate to see that.
But for the rest of the games for the day,
you're looking at the champion and the runner-up
in terms of the conference championship,
conference tournament, rather, going at this on today.
And I expect both teams to come out with wins.
Those are, you know, both of those teams are, there's a very,
I'll say this, the women's tournament is often much more chalk than the men's is.
And for a reason, the discrepancy between the number,
the top teams and middle of the pack teams and women's basketball, very different from the
discrepancy between top of middle of the pack team and men's basketball.
So I think that both of these teams should be moving on to the round of 32.
Yeah, as well as Syracuse.
I agree.
Duke will face off against Ohio State on Sunday, North Carolina will face off against South Carolina,
and then Baylor will face off against Virginia Tech.
To me, South Carolina, North Carolina, I almost beat them once.
Not impossible, but they're going to have to play very unselfish basketball.
And it looks to us be having a great start to her NCAA tournament run.
She's saying similar in having a very Herculean effort.
And that one, I think Duke is always unpredictable.
Ohio State's beatable, but a very good Ohio State team.
And then Virginia Tech without, you know, Elizabeth Kittley is sort of just riding this wave of how good can we be.
We know it can be pretty dang good, but a Baylor team is certainly going to test them.
Yeah, for sure. And I want to say this about North Carolina, right? I made this joke last time they pulled off an upset. So I'm going to say it again. Daisy Kelly has never seen a contested mid-range jumper that she didn't love. I'll tell you what. She loves taking them and she's going to take a bunch of them. Please, Deja, be unselfish. Find your teammates, okay? South Carolina is going to game plan on. Please, find your teammates. So, you know, all in all, I think there's a very good slate of games.
I think these are going to be some very entertaining games.
You know, if you're saying that the women's game is boring,
you're making it clear to us that you're not watching because these are going to be
some phenomenal matchups, both today and tomorrow.
Yeah, absolutely.
And I think that ultimately, right, it comes down to just want to,
that we know this tournament is sometimes the ball goes in and it's just like those
shots that are unbelievable, but it's just that team's time is that person's magical run.
And so all of those storylines, of course, we'll have for you as we recap here.
on Sunday and then get you ready for what will be a great week of games.
And I know before we get out of here, Kenton, I know that you've had quite the week,
but certainly if you wanted to say anything to the people, you know,
it's been an interesting one, but, you know, glad to see you still here being my partner
in this thing.
Yeah, for sure.
Thank you all for all to support.
You know, I'm a little shaking up, obviously, as y'all can see I'm not quite as
as expressive as I normally am.
I'm not fully backed to me and myself yet, but that will come with time.
Thank you all for your words of encouragement.
The community that we formed here truly is like a family and, you know, a way that you all have reached in and to check in on me and all that.
Candace and I are never the story.
The story is about these young men and women.
The story is about these coaches.
The story is about these universities and what they're doing.
But it's nice to know that, you know, even people who made sure to stay before they said they were well, which is that.
they disagree with most of what I say.
Still wish me well.
It means the world to me.
So thank you all so very much for them.
No doubt about it.
All right, guys, come back next time.
We'll have a little more March Madness to get through,
but we hope to see you.
We hope to hear your comments.
And again, we're almost 2,000 subs.
So do what you got to do.
Candace Cooper and Kenton Gives.
Until next.
