Locked On Broncos - Daily Podcast On The Denver Broncos - EARLY ROLE: Denver Broncos Rookie RB Jonah Coleman Already Showing UNIQUE Skillset

Episode Date: June 11, 2026

Denver Broncos rookie running back Jonah Coleman could have an impact in the offensive screen game based on things we've seen from rookie minicamp and Broncos OTAs. As Coleman digests more of the Bron...cos offense, he could take on the role Tyler Badie had last year.   Cody Roark and Sayre Bedinger break that down plus discuss Justin Joly and Dallen Bentley getting more reps and opportunities after Caleb Lohner's injury will sideline him until training camp and why Tyler Onyedim flying under the radar isn't necessarily a bad thing when it comes to his role inside of the Broncos defense.   Cody Roark is a credentialed beat reporter for Mile High Sports and covers the Broncos daily in person. Sayre Bedinger is the site expert for Predominantly Orange. Both bring Broncos Country the most in-depth and objective coverage of the Denver Broncos.   WANT MORE DAILY DENVER BRONCOS CONTENT? Starting point is 00:00:00 Denver Broncos rookie running back, Jonah Coleman. We expect him to have a big impact, but there's one area on the Broncos offense he might be underrated in. You are locked on Broncos. Your daily Denver Broncos podcast. Part of the Locked on podcast network, your team every day. What's up Broncos country? Cody or Sarah Bedinger here for another episode, Lock on Broncos. As we take a look at the rookies and their progress as we get access to today's OTA practice, we're excited about that.
Starting point is 00:00:32 But we'll give you an update on Tyler O'Nettam. where he's at in his development plus insight and two other undrafted guys and later draft picks like Miles Scott will go through as well and talk about Justin Jolie, Dallin Bentley, getting more reps with Caleb Loner's injury impacting him here in OTAs. We're going to kick things off by talking about the one area where Jonah Coleman might have an underrated impact this upcoming season based on what we've seen so far, at least in OTA. Sarah, I'm excited about this because Jonah is the one guy. look, he wasn't even the first guy drafted by this Broncos team.
Starting point is 00:01:06 And yet he seems to be the one rookie that everybody is talking about the most, myself included. And it's almost kind of overshadowing guys like Tyler O'Neum. But with Jonah Coleman, it seems like maybe out of everybody besides Oñemian, he could have a larger role here for this Broncos team. And there's one key area that I'm excited to kind of break down things that I've seen at OTA practice. Well, I'm excited to hear what it is as well, Cody, because you had this in the script that we put together before the show started.
Starting point is 00:01:34 And I didn't ask. I want to hear from you what you feel like is that one area because I know why everybody's talking about Jonah Coleman, right? We all understand it's because he's going to get the ball. And he's the highest drafted rookie of this Broncos class who's going to get the ball. And he feels like somebody who I know Jalen Waddle's been pitched as sort of like the missing piece, but doesn't it also kind of feel like that insurance policy, at running back also was going to be the miss.
Starting point is 00:02:03 I mean, this is why a lot of fans wanted the team to sign two free agent running backs, including myself. Like we're talking about, hey, if you sign J.K. Dobbins back, you might as well go get Tyler Al J.Ljir or somebody like that to really provide yourself with some insurance. And we kind of talked through the idea of whoever is that primary backup ball carrier is going to be one of the biggest additions of this off season. And that's where I feel like Jonah Coleman can really provide. value, at least in my eyes, is last year when J.K. Dobbins went down with injury, the Broncos
Starting point is 00:02:36 running game went just complete. I mean, it was not existent. Let's just call it what it is. And that wasn't necessarily RJ Harvey's fault is kind of more so the fault of commitment to the run, teams stacking up the box and forcing the Broncos to throw against them, which they did. And they did a lot more than anybody else last season. But having that balance in the offense, it's not just about J.K. Dobbins coming back. It's also about having somebody like Jonah Coleman who can come in there and provide relief when the Broncos need it. Yeah, and I think one of those things that you and I've talked about when Jonah was drafted
Starting point is 00:03:09 specifically is okay, what is the vision, whose role might he overtake if Denver is drafting him, obviously with where they got him at. And I think it's the Tyler Badegh role, as you and I have talked about. But here's the one area where I feel like he could be underrated in, things that I've seen so far going back to rookie minicamp and going back to last week's first OTA practice. We'll see what it's like here today when we take the field once again to watch these guys. It's the screen game. It is the screen game here for Jonah Coleman because I've seen in two straight practices, the Broncos getting him the ball in the screen game. And I mean, right now,
Starting point is 00:03:42 of course, it's hard to gauge because there's no pads, there's no physical contact. But how I'm watching it operationally is how is the offensive line doing in terms of selling, letting the pressure come up field? Is Jonah not giving it away right away? Because sometimes guys will key in on the running back and say, hey, I know it's a screen, not only because it's too easy for the defensive line if they're getting upfield like that, but also how this guy is working his way out of the backfield. Jonah does a great job so far of not really selling that he's going to be running, you know, a screen player or that's going to be a design there. But one thing I am seeing is when the quarterback is getting him the ball, you're seeing him catch
Starting point is 00:04:17 it. You're seeing him plant that foot and you're seeing him find where he's got to go and get north-south. I think one of the very underrated aspects of his game at Washington was as a pass catcher out of the backfield. Now we're not saying that his usage was anything like RJ Harvey's that, hey, they're going to design him on wheel routes or anything like that. But no, in the short to intermediate, you get him the ball. They like his size. They like his frame. And now you can use that if you can run through contact and get positive yards. That's all you're aiming for, folks. I think the idea, like ideally you would love to score on every play that you touch the
Starting point is 00:04:48 ball or that you design up as a coach. But the reality is you want to sustain drives. You want to keep things going. You want to wear down defense. You want to milk as much time. off the clock as you can. And then ultimately, you want to convert that into points. It gives you the best formula of the best chance of winning. Well, at the screen game so far might be where we see Jonah Coleman, because that's really where Tyler Badey was more so featured was in the screen game last year. So this could be another sign of that underrated aspect of his game, transitioning to him, maybe taking that third down, running back roll.
Starting point is 00:05:18 Well, and to really amplify that, I mean, the numbers speak for themselves, right? I mean, 12.4 yards after the catch per reception, which was number one, in this class. That was Jonah Coleman. 71% of his yards came off contact. That was also number one in the class. And on 123 career targets, I'm reading off some stats from a tweet from Warren Sharp from before the draft, by the way, on 123 career targets, just one drop. So we're talking about a guy who creates yards after contact, who doesn't drop the ball, and who was arguably the biggest, I guess, threat in terms of big plays in the passing game of any back in this class. Now, Jeremiah Love might have something to say about that. Obviously,
Starting point is 00:06:00 the volume is a bit different for everybody. But I think Jonah Coleman is that type of versatile back who we already know, okay, going into this draft, everybody's talking about looking for who's the best pass protector because that is such an important factor for rookie running backs coming in. Jonah Coleman was one of the best past protecting backs in this class. So we already know he brings that element to the table on third downs to be able to replace bidet like you mentioned, but also the impact in the passing game has to be there. The ability to run on third down and four has to be there, right? Or third down and three because if you're just telegraphing that you're throwing the ball
Starting point is 00:06:37 every time a guy's on the field, no matter the situation, if it's third and 11 or if it's third and three, man, you're giving away to the defense. This is what they're doing. So just drop into coverage. You don't have to worry about them handing this guy the ball, but now that threat exists with Jonah Coleman on the field because 71, percent of his yards coming after contact. I mean, this is a guy who is going to be able to bully through defenders and he's
Starting point is 00:07:01 going to be able to create something out of nothing, whether it's the run game or the past game. I think he's going to be that type of threat for the Broncos. So I don't want to start anything, Cody, but I mean, competition for that overall backup spot is going to be interesting because I could see Jonah becoming one of the more trusted weapons on this team. Yeah, I agree with you. And look, there's other guys in the mix, Tyler Biday. Jalil Miloflin, I think you and I are both safe in our assumption and saying that J.K. RJ, Jonah,
Starting point is 00:07:30 these three guys are roster locks here for the 53, barring anything unforeseen at this point. But competition behind those guys is going to be there. And part of that competition is also going to involve Jonah in that third down role. But I think right now he's going to be the prime favorite for that role specifically. And we're going to have our first opportunity to talk to Davis Webb, the web slinger here at Broncos OTAs on Thursday. So maybe we'll get a little bit of an idea as to maybe how he'll you. the running backs this upcoming season. But Brockless Country coming up next.
Starting point is 00:07:59 The injury to Caleb Loner obviously was a blow to his opportunities here in OTAs in minicamp. He'll be back for training camp. But it has been the perfect opportunity to get guys like Justin Jolie and Dallin Bentley more involved with reps on the field. Week two of Denver Broncos OTAs will provide some more opportunities for Justin Jolie and Dallin Bentley to get more reps within the offense. And we can't wait to hear what Davis Webb feels is the vision for some of these guys.
Starting point is 00:09:35 Could be important pieces to the offense in 2026 Broncos country. That supercast.com or check out the link in the show notes as well. Cody, I can't wait to hear from Davis Webb. And just to kind of find out, obviously, a lot of, there's a lot of bigger questions than the rookie tight ends. Let's just be honest about it. But I think that they do factor in this year because this was, I know Cortland
Starting point is 00:10:21 Sutton took issue with this, but I would disagree with court. I know that they're his guys, they're his boys and stuff in the locker room, but the tight end position at best was poorly utilized last year in Denver. And at worst, has bad personnel, right? So, I mean, what we're talking about is figuring out what's the root cause here. Is it just poor usage or is it bad personnel? And how can these rookies impact either one of those questions? Justin Jolie, Dallin Bentley, they're going to be getting plenty of reps out there. there, especially, I mean, it's only one guy, but Caleb Loner, not out there on the practice field. It's a great opportunity for these young players to really prove that they belong on
Starting point is 00:10:59 this field. Yeah, and we've got to see so far, you know, in rookie mini camp, those guys getting reps, but I even say in the first OTA practice, you know, Dallin Bentley getting reps opposite of Adam Troutman, when the Brockcote came out in 12 personnel, you know, when Evan Ingram's off the field, you're seeing Justin Jolie come in to play that kind of F-type move around, tight end role that we see Evan playing. Now, he didn't have the volume or the targets that Evan had. obviously in last week's OTA practice that we saw. We'll see if that's the case here today. But no, you want to get a little bit more of an extended look at these guys.
Starting point is 00:11:27 And more importantly, I think just getting more reps. It's one thing I like about what Sean Payton does in the off season and even through training camp. It doesn't matter if it's first team O, second team all, third team O. There's a lot of people that are like, oh, this guy's working with the first team. It's like, no, the Broncos rotate everybody in from a skill player standpoint. They rotate as many skill guys in as possible just so they can get more reps. And they want to see how does this guy work in this personnel grouping alongside
Starting point is 00:11:50 this player or when this player's off the field and we put him in, how does he respond when he's got to go against Nick Benito, Jonathan Cooper, the Broncos pass rush, or even at wide receiver, when you factor in some of the other younger guys that we'll talk about here in a little bit, putting them aside, how do they play against Jayquan, how they play against PS2? Like they want to get an evaluation because they can see certain things there. Now, ultimately, on field game production matters. That's going to tell you a lot more about a player. Some guys can be great at practice, but when the lights come on during a game, then you
Starting point is 00:12:16 might see certain guys shut down. I mean, the Broncos are looking for guys who not only practice that way, but also play the same way as well. Denver's got a lot of guys that do that. But for Jolie and for Bentley, it is an opportunity for them to not only learn more of this offense and digest it, but now you're getting the actual on-field reps that's going to help you get more comfortable with it. What does Sean Payton always say?
Starting point is 00:12:35 Confidence is bred from demonstrated ability. So now you're putting them in this situation, not only where you're challenging them, their knowledge, their alignment, their assignment, more importantly, their execution, but you're seeing how much they can handle this early on in the. process. That's where Denver's at with their installation. So I'm excited to see a lot more of these guys here going forward. Well, and part of seeing how much they can handle and correct me if I'm wrong on this, Cody, but I feel like Sean's philosophy and probably a lot of coaches, honestly, around the NFL, if not all of them, they like to rotate these guys in with the
Starting point is 00:13:04 starters to kind of just see what they look like with that group around them and get those reps on the field and practice and find out, hey, how does he flow when we put him in there with, and they do this with undrafted guys. They don't just do it with drafted. players. They do this with everybody giving reps to players who are showing stuff in practice. And so I don't know if that happens as early as OTAs, but you've got to climb up the depth chart somehow and you've got to find ways to as a coaching staff evaluate what these players do look like, like you said, going up against the best defenders on the team or how do they work with, you know, the starters in the offense. And so I think that we talked about this at the draft. It's not like we're trying to make
Starting point is 00:13:45 mountains out of molehills when it comes to day three. draft picks and we're not sitting here trying to overhype some of these late round draft selections just because they play for the Broncos. But it felt like every selection because of the Jalen Wattled trade was made with a different level of intention, right? Because what are these two guys bring to the table that the Broncos offense has struggled so badly with the last couple of years? They don't drop passes.
Starting point is 00:14:10 I mean, they've got some of the best hands out of any players at their position in this class. and these guys do really well at the catch point after the catch. They've got lots of athleticism. They've got the ability to win contested catch situations. So to me, I look at what these guys bring to the table in terms of skill set as an overall missing thing. Once again, to keep on theme with what this, I guess, overall draft class, including Jalen Waddle, really is for the Broncos, is kind of being what was missing from last year's team. That's what it feels like the Broncos went and identified.
Starting point is 00:14:45 from last year. You could look at any rookie in this class, even if I just throw Cage Casey's name in as an example, what was missing from the Broncos roster last year? It was an actual backup left guard. They had to throw Alex Paltesky and Matt Parr into the mix there, guys who don't play that position. So they went and got a guy who does that. And at tight end, they needed past catching weapons. So what did they do? They're like, I'll not only take one, but I'll take a second one later in the draft. and you get these guys in who can actually provide what the team was missing last season. And Jolie's got big strong hands. Bentley, very underrated athletically, even though he's an inline tight end.
Starting point is 00:15:23 I think that's just the Broncos looking at to say, hey, you know what? We like this. I mean, clearly they like what Adam Troutman's role is for them, even if he's not going to be heavily featured as a target, 23 total targets last season for him. But maybe you have a guy that can grow into Troutman's role. And maybe Dallin Bentley might be the guy that's going to be. can eventually take over maybe a year, two years from now for where Troutman is at. The Broncos like these developmental guys.
Starting point is 00:15:48 And Bentley is more polished right now than Caleb Loner is or was coming out of the NFL draft, more proven production at the college level. Justin Jolie, you know, very much in line here to potentially replace Evan Ingram after this season if the Broncos don't find a way to re-sign or extend Evan at some point. And I think so much of that is contingent upon how Evan performs this upcoming season. So much that I think is going to be factored in the utilization, but also, you know, maybe this is Denver saying like, you know, hey, we're going to get whatever we can out of Evan this year. And then, Jolie, you're the guy next year. You're going to play this year, but you're not going to get as many reps or as many opportunities as Evan is unless there's an injury.
Starting point is 00:16:25 So Denver, I think they have a really good succession plan. I think at this position here going forward. And I'm curious to see how the overall usage of the tight ends, as you mentioned earlier, the personnel groupings, how it might change now that Davis Webb is calling plays. It's one of the greatest mysteries here of the offseason outside of what is the run game going to, look like under Davis Webb? What is the flow and the sequencing of the play calling going to look like? It's Sean Payton's offense, but it's Davis Webb calling it. So what kind of sprinkles, modern day sprinkles might Davis throw into the mix here. And I'm curious to see what that's going to look like here at the tight end position. But with I said, Broncos country coming up next, we're going to dive deep into Tyler Ognettum. He's been one of the unsung, quiet guys here
Starting point is 00:17:04 throughout rookie minicamp and OTAs. But a lot of people are forgetting. He was the Broncos top draft pick in this year's NFL draft. What are we seeing for him? We'll go through that and some other rookie update here on today's episode of the show. Tyler O'Neatum was the top pick for the Debra Broncos in this year's NFL draft, but he's the one guy they think not a lot of people are talking as much about compared to some other rookies like the Justin Jolie's, the Jonah Coleman's that we've been talking about here on the show here. Broncos Country, thanks so much for Rockwood with us, making us your first listen, however
Starting point is 00:17:34 you choose to do so in the Lockdown Podcast Network, your team every day plus the number one sports podcast network in the country. That's all thanks to all of you out there in Broncos Country. I appreciate you so much here. Let's talk about Tyler O'Neum. Now, Sarah, obviously, rookie minicamp, OTAs, it's always hard to evaluate what the defensive line looks like because there is no physical contact.
Starting point is 00:17:54 You're not necessarily running the stunts that we've seen, Vance Joseph and Jamar Cain dial up during the regular season to help the Broncos become the NFL leader in Saxon back-to-back seasons. But I'll say just looking at Tyler O'Nettam, who is wearing number 98, by the way, from a size standpoint, at times, he looks he looks a lot like jfm like sometimes i forget i'm like man jfm there he is out there because he's he wears the same fitted cap and he's got the same jersey number like there's a lot of distinct
Starting point is 00:18:23 similarities when i'm just looking at number 98 that i sometimes forget a jfm's no longer here that's tyler own yet him who by the way is still participating he has yet to sign his rookie deal just yet there's a hang up and waiting to see what kind of guaranteed money some of these third round quarterbacks have gotten, but he is participating under an injury protection agreement. So it is good to see that he is out there here, especially during the voluntary portion. It would be easy for him, Sarah. I think if you were looking at it from a business standpoint, say, ah, you know, he hasn't signed his deal yet, so he's not going to be there.
Starting point is 00:18:54 He might be the one exception. I think there are several guys around the league that have not reported for their OTAs or that portion of it until they've had their deal signed. But on yet him, he wants to get to work. Well, it's good, too, because he has a legitimate chance to play. maybe be a starter by the time the season is over. I think there's a real, that's one of the reasons why, yeah, his storyline right now is getting underrated because John Franklin Myers was a starter for this team.
Starting point is 00:19:20 And there was nobody else other than Inoma Uwazerike last year who even played remotely close to as, you know, similar snaps, right? So Oneedam has a chance to come in as the team's top pick this year and really be that guy. Now, what we want to see here is a situation that's the opposite. of remember when the Broncos let Malik Jackson walk in free agency and they went and drafted his replacement the next office and with Adam Gautzus just didn't work out and it wasn't a good replacement succession plan. You've got to have plans for guys to ease their way in. And I think the reason why Ognettam is getting underrated a little bit, Cody, is because Savion Jones didn't
Starting point is 00:19:59 play hardly at all last year. I think people are looking at Savion's situation and they're saying, well, O'Nietam might just be the next, you know, version of that, right? Who comes in and He's a third round pick, and he's playing behind guys who are more experienced. And so we're just not going to see him. I don't think that's the case. I think we're going to see a lot of Tyler-owned yet him. I think he's going to play at least 40%, maybe a little hovering around. You can give or take a few percent.
Starting point is 00:20:25 I think he's going to play a lot. I think he's going to be, like I said, a starter by the time the season is over. Him and Savion Jones, I think, are going to be eating up the snaps at that defensive end position opposite Zach Allen. And I'm excited for that. not because I don't want to see Uwazurike out there, but I think Uwasarike can be utilized in a number of other different ways rather than just playing defensive end. So I think what the Broncos have here is an option of getting bigger units onto the field
Starting point is 00:20:52 than they've had in the past. They don't have many guys over 300 pounds. They don't have that much. That's been a weakness, right, against the Buffalo Bills in the last two years in the playoffs is holding up at the point of attack. I'm not saying John Franklin Myers was the reason for that, but I think if you get a little bit bigger at those positions, you get a little bit bigger up front.
Starting point is 00:21:11 Maybe you can be more stout against the run in the playoffs. That could be an underrated thing to watch as well. But I can't wait to hear about Oneedem's progression through the off-season program because I do think he's a big part of the team's plans in 2026. Yeah, I agree. And I think you know that perfectly, I do think collectively we're going to see that combination of Savian and obviously O'Neum rotating it because here's the thing.
Starting point is 00:21:33 It's like, Zach Allen, primarily he's not going to come off the field much, but when he does, you need to have somebody step in there. And I think that's where the depth here at this position comes in. And of course, there's other guys working in like Jordan Jackson, who the Broncos have liked him as a developmental player for the last handful of years. But for Oneedem specifically and for Saviom, they've invested premium capital to go and get those guys to have them as part of their roster. And I think just last year with JFM being a solidified starter and being one of your better impact players, it was just hard for Savion to be a game day active, considering where Denver was at on their defensive line.
Starting point is 00:22:06 and the role that I would say Inyo Ma'uazurike, he certainly had last season. He was probably one of the bigger surprises last year with how he was used in the frequency. I mean, not necessarily a high pressure player, but there were times he came up big, including that one pressure against Jordan Love where he kind of hit him as he threw it
Starting point is 00:22:22 and Passert Tarr intercepted that pass and Tented for Christian Watson. That changed the tide of the entire game. So now Denver, I think collectively, you're going to see DJ Jones, Malcolm Roach, and Malcolm even hinted at the home run derby recently with Colorado Rockies. He mentioned that he might even have a bigger role this season.
Starting point is 00:22:39 I don't know what that's going to look like. I don't have a vision for that right now, but that's something that maybe we will ask, Fanch Joseph here today when we go to practice. But Denver's defensive line is something that they view as a strength. What does Sean and George Payton say collectively over the course of the off season that any time they have a chance to upgrade the trenches offensively, defensively, they're always going to look to do that because they feel like that's the important
Starting point is 00:23:01 foundation for a successful NFL team. Certainly, you look at teams that won the Super Bowl in the last. last handful of years, Philadelphia Eagles two years ago, dominated the trenches offensively, defensively. You look at last year's team of Seattle. They dominated the trenches both offensively and defensively as well. That matters. And the Broncos, they believe they have those pieces.
Starting point is 00:23:20 Now it's just about getting some of the newer faces and some of the newer roles more defined to bring them along. Yeah. And I can't wait to see how these guys do come along quickly because the young players are going to be on both sides of the ball counted on a lot for this team. And that's just when you're trying to win a Super Bowl, there's inherent risk with anybody that you bring on to the team, especially when it's new guys,
Starting point is 00:23:43 but when it's rookies coming in, you're asking a lot of these players to be impact guys right away. And so I feel like with the defensive line, you have now created an opportunity for more guys to maybe not necessarily all of them can match JFM's production, you know, identical. But I think they can come in. and I think they can provide some sparks. Like, I want to see more Uwazerike playing over the center or the guard and using his size to his advantage, right?
Starting point is 00:24:14 I want to see the quickness of Savian Jones and Tyler O'Nehedom. And I love the fact that Oneedem played at Texas A&M last year in a very pro-style defense where there's a lot of guys getting drafted high by a lot of NFL teams over the last handful of years out of that Texas A&M defensive front. players are transferring to Texas A&M to go play there for a year or two and really try to enhance their NFL stock. NFL teams are seeing something from what they're doing at that program. And we know that the Broncos have had multiple years of evaluation on this guy, dating back to when they scouted Uazerike because he was a, Oneedem, the transfer from Iowa State back in the day.
Starting point is 00:24:54 So they know this guy. They've known what he can do for a really long time. And I think that's part of what gives me peace of mind, knowing that this guy's part of the John Franklin Myers replacement plan is knowing how deep the Broncos scouting notes go when it comes to every player that they draft. It's like, it's like there's lore in that scouting department for everybody that comes in, in the draft, because they've done so much digging on these players over the years. And so I really like what he brings to the table. I do think he's the most underrated rookie on the team. And I feel like
Starting point is 00:25:27 he could make, I know Jonah Coleman probably going to get the ball more, obviously. but Justin Jolie going to get the ball, but Oneedam, man, he's going to make plays that I think can really impact whether or not this defense takes their next step in terms of, you know, ascending in the NFL ranks overall. Yeah, I'm excited to see it. And certainly when the pads come on, it'll be a lot easier for us to evaluate, maybe the progress or what we're seeing from these guys. Specifically, let's go to Miles Scott here real quick. Just an update on him. I've liked what I've seen from him so far, Sarah, going back to rookie minicamp and OTAs last week. You can just see he's a smart player.
Starting point is 00:26:03 He understands. I think naturally his transition from wide receiver to safety, he kind of has a little bit of a cheat sheet as to what opposing offenses like to do because he knows the rhyme and the reason behind, hey, if a receiver splits, if you got two guys to one side of the field and their splits are like this, more than likely you can read, hey, there's going to be a vertical route. There's going to be an in-breaking route or there's going to be an over-the-top outside route. And it allows him, I think, to just play and react within the confines of the defense here that Ben's Joseph's certainly operates. And I'm so curious as well, maybe how the new eyes of Doug Belk and Robert
Starting point is 00:26:36 Livingston maybe influenced maybe what the defensive back rotation is going to look like, what spots are up for grabs essentially on this roster at safety, certainly at corner behind your premier guys. There's a lot of new faces and new evaluations I think could help this Broncos team go for it. So I'm excited for Miles Scott. And we're going to get a little bit more of a look at our undrafted guys as well. We'll see what Kobe Katz can do, Joseph Manjacket, wide receiver, and a handful of other guys. And on top of that, Palm Haneing, Amari Harvey, Brent Austin, Broncos undrafted, rookie free agent corners, getting some reps and getting the mix over the last couple of weeks as well.
Starting point is 00:27:10 We'll see that continuation here today. I'm going to take my little handy-dandy notebook out to practice. I'm going to write down every detail, every play from seven on seven, from team period. And then we'll have a complete recap here on lockdown Broncos for all of you every day. So we appreciate you so much for rock with us. That'll wrap up today's episode, show tomorrow's episode. you get a deep dive as to what happened during OTAs here today,
Starting point is 00:27:32 our reaction and so much more. Tomorrow's episode of the show.
