Starting point is 00:00:56 We've got a lot to break down here on today's final game preview against the Jacksonville Jaguars. We'll go through and tell you why the Broncos are getting healthy at just the right time ahead of Sunday's Game Plus by Evan Ingram, Nick Benito are our key players to watch against Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars. On top of that, if the Broncos want to keep the West Street going, they got to keep bow rolling here. We'll break it all down on today's episode show brought to you by our friends over there at Game Time.
Starting point is 00:01:21 Download the Game Time at today. Use promo code locked on NFL for $20 off your first purchase. Sare, we're just a few days away from kickoff here. And obviously, we know this is a big game between two AFC playoff teams at this point. And this is a potential preview of maybe another matchup that these two teams could eventually run into each other again come the postseason. And I think the important thing here going into week 16, the Broncos, they're pretty healthy and they're getting guys back at the right time. They absolutely are. And that starts with wide receiver Pat Bryant, right, who missed last week's game due to a hamstring injury.
Starting point is 00:01:57 This is going to be a big game for him against the Jaguars, his hometown team, right? We'll talk more about that, though, later on today's episode of the show. But yeah, there's a lot of different guys popping up as full participants on the injury report that maybe necessarily we weren't all expecting, especially RJ Harvey with the ribs injury. So Ben Powers was limited for the first day of practice this week, Cody. But I think as of what we knew last week, maybe he is going to trend towards playing this week. We'll see what happens with Ben Powers. But our pal Carine Reed, getting back just the time, right, with Justinod going down with an injury.
Starting point is 00:02:31 So a lot of different guys getting healthy, like you mentioned, at the exact, right time. The Broncos injury report is longer than we're used to seeing even at this time of year. However, a lot of full next to the participation for these guys in terms of their practice role this week. Yeah, and that's what you want to see, right? I mean, ultimately, the Broncos, if there's a guy dealing with any kind of like ding or bang, whatever it may be, it's they have to be listed on the injury report. That's part of the NFL's mandated rules here. So while the list is a little bit lengthy, The fact that nearly every single one of them minus one or two guys was a full participant, that's a good sign too.
Starting point is 00:03:09 And just some other names that did pop up there that we have to highlight. Obviously, offensive tackle Mike McGlinchy last week, we know it was designated as a shoulder. When I was watching him on Sunday do his pregame workout with Bo Lowry, the training staff, and Zach Streif watching him, he was pointing to his upper neck kind of like right above his shoulder. And then so this week, his designation was neck. but full participation, obviously on Wednesday, Thursday. Those are things that you like to see. Luke Wattenberg did pop up with an ankle injury, but was a full participant.
Starting point is 00:03:40 So nothing to really be worried about there. I think Ben Powers is trending towards playing here this week. It's something we're going to have to continue to monitor as maybe things unfold in Denver obviously unleashes their final injury report and game statuses following today's practice here. I think that's going to be very important to monitor. But you're right. I mean, let's talk about Pat Bryant here after you missed. all of last week with a hamstring injury back into the fold this week.
Starting point is 00:04:05 It's interesting because, look, Broncos country is always asking me on my social media feeds about, hey, what about Elijah more? When's he going to play? And I understand the excitement about Elijah here. But as long as Denver is healthy and they got guys, even Marvin Mims on the injury report this week with the biceps injury. Marvin's been a full participant. So for me, I look at how the injury report has unfolded and where Denver's at with not only Cortland Sutton, Troy Franklin's coming off of a big game.
Starting point is 00:04:31 Marvin's healthy. Pat Bryant is healthy. You got a little Jordan Humphrey. It's probably not going to happen unless he's a practice squad to game day elevation. And even in that situation, because they have so many wide receivers already in the rotation, it's unlikely that we see Elijah Moore play anytime soon. So I wanted to point that out. I think Corrinene Reed, though, that one's definitely important here to kind of highlight because right now,
Starting point is 00:04:54 before he, you know, his 21 day window is now open with Sternab, probably going to be out this week. I would anticipate that's going to be it. Maybe he lands on IR. We'll have to wait and see. But for Corriney Reed to come off of I-R, that just adds depth to the linebacker position. Because right now the Broncos active roster,
Starting point is 00:05:09 Sir Alex Singleton, Dre Greenlaw, and Jordan Turner, who's on the active roster. And you know, you do have Lavelle Bailey on the practice squad, but it's a little thin right there at linebacker, and there's no sign of Drew Sanders returning anytime soon. He's been on the side field, and the more and more is that we get deeper into the season. I don't think he's going to play this year.
Starting point is 00:05:27 Yeah, and that's a shame, isn't it? I mean, that's maybe a different topic for a different day because obviously there's a game with playoff implications, division stakes, all those sorts of things. But I think everybody would love to have been able to see him play here in his third NFL season going into next year will be his contract year. It's going to now be a massive year for Drew Sanders. I'm sure you and I will get a chance to talk about that over the course of the offseason.
Starting point is 00:05:51 But for Karen A Reid, maybe getting a chance to come back this week, play a little special teams, him and Jordan Turner. I mean, it's funny, you and I talk about this. I think that the issue a lot of times when we get at the start of the season, people are always wondering, hey, why do we spend so much time talking about practice squad guys? Why do we spend so much time talking about guys who we're never going to see on the field? Well, this is the reason why we talk about guys like Jordan Turner. This is the reason why we talk about guys like Karen A. Reid early in the years,
Starting point is 00:06:19 because you're going to see these. I mean, typically when the practice squad that you start off with, you are going to see those guys play throughout the course. of a season. That's because you have those three free elevations. You have injuries that force guys into action. It's a huge opportunity for not only those young guys, but then I would also say, Cody, for players like Alex Singleton and now Dre Greenlaw, Greenlaw coming off as season high and percentage of snaps played, man, the uptick is going to continue here against Jacksonville. So not only we're seeing maybe some attrition on special teams, but now here defensively, you're asking
Starting point is 00:06:56 even more out of both Singleton and Greenlaw because Sternad was still rotating a little bit. Yeah, and part of me is wondering if Denver finds himself in a situation. And maybe this is how Brandon Jones injury kind of impacts things defensively for them. If you need a guy who can drop down and play kind of that dime backer. Look, you have flexibility with Jada Baron. He's done that a few times. Like Denver's been in the nickel package at times this season with Singleton on the field. And the linebacker next to him is essentially barren, right?
Starting point is 00:07:24 They just remove Sternad and they put him out there. in that situation. You have that. J.O. Skinner with his size, I think, could also play in that role across the middle of the field as well with that athleticism that he certainly has. So I'll be very curious to see how creative maybe Denver gets in the adjustment here that, hey, like, what happens if you need to pull a player off the field? Or if a guy gets banged up, has to come out for a tiny bit. Are you going to put in an undrafted guy, you know, to essentially play alongside, you know, whoever's starting at the other linebacker spot? So I think that Denver and Vance Joseph do a good job of planning for these potential contingency situations here.
Starting point is 00:07:58 I see it throughout the week. And so I'm very, very curious to see maybe what the plan is here going forward. Maybe another thing to monitor and highlight here, too, is, you know, the running back position. Yes, you know, RJ Harvey, full participation with the ribs. But for me, it was Sean Payton acknowledging early on in the week that, hey, I got to find a way to get Jalil McLaughlin more touches. He said he came out of that game against the Packers thinking, hey, got to get him more touches. This could be the week, especially against the NFL's number one run defense. Absolutely. I mean, that's got to be the case, right? And you want to have the ability to keep a defense like this on its heels.
Starting point is 00:08:31 You can't allow them to just wipe away one phase of your offense, right? I mean, as much as we talk about and we talked on the crossover Thursday episode with Tony Wiggins, these quarterbacks, probably going to need to put on the Superman cape a little bit in this game. You need to have balance in a game like this. As we've seen the last couple of games for the Broncos, when you can lean on that running game, even if it is six yards on first down, or, seven yards on first down, not necessarily every single time you run the ball, but in those drives where, hey, you're trying to come back or you're trying to extend your lead a little bit, to be able to get ahead of the sticks to that degree on the early downs. It sets you up for so much more offensively. It opens up so many different things for you. So you've got to maintain that balance. And with RJ Harvey dealing with the ribs injury, even as a full participant, I think you do need to see a certain number of touches for all those different guys out of the backfield,
Starting point is 00:09:26 unless, you know, Harvey is just going absolutely crazy with all of his touches. And you're like, hey, we can't not give him the ball. It's going to be a game where you're just like against the Packers. You're going to need all your different playmakers to be stepping up. Well, and certainly the Broncos are going to rely on everybody against the NFL's top run defense. Certainly, you need contributions in other areas to open that up. We'll tell you why Evan Ingram, Nick Benito and RJ Harvey are our players to watch on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars here on today's episode of the show.
Starting point is 00:09:55 Today's episode of the show is brought to you about friends over there at the Game Time App. The World Cup is coming back to North America for the first time since 1994. Cody, let's talk about our players to watch in this game because this is a matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars where I feel like there's a lot of intangible storylines here. We've talked. talked a little bit this week about the Evan Ingram revenge game angle, but I also find it funny that we can go back to the NFL draft where the Jaguars were quite upset about the Broncos stealing a couple of day two picks right out from underneath them.
Starting point is 00:13:33 I want to start with you, your players to watch in this game against Jacksonville, where are you starting with? Yeah, I think first off, I'm going to go with the low-hanging fruit here. I'm going to go with the Joker. I'm going to go with Evan Ingram just because I think that there is going to be a concerted effort this week from Sean Payton to get him. involved a little bit more in the game plan. And look, once again, I think one thing to monitor is that the opponent that Denver's playing this week, they have a very good defensive line. And they do have
Starting point is 00:13:58 some very good pass rushers, but it's not to the magnitude, so to speak, of a Micah Parsons or a Max Crosby that Denver has to focus on this one guy because this guy can wreck your entire game plan. There's going to be chances for Evan to get some one-on-one matchups or to be able to get the ball in space. And I think one thing we've seen over the course of time, even if Evan hasn't been heavily featured. There's been times in games where he's making a big play or last week against the Packers. He makes an incredible one-handed snag where he and Bo Knicks are kind of playing backyard football and he gets them just close enough to get, you know, close to a first down. They end up going for it on fourth down. They get it. That's the stuff that you like to see here. It's just
Starting point is 00:14:36 an extra effort stuff. And Evan, I think across the middle of the field this week, that's going to be what you want to see. You know, I think Devin Lloyd is going to key in, especially on passing situations when Evan's in. That matchup right there is going to, I think, be fun to watch. So for me, Evan, the ties that bind against his former team that cut him, he's got some bad feelings towards them. And there's no better way to go in. And I'd say get a little bit of revenge than go off against the former team there. And this is something I know Sean Peyton is certainly paying attention to. So for me, the low hanging fruit is going to be Evan Ingram on the offensive side of the ball. When you talk about the offense on your side,
Starting point is 00:15:10 who do you have is your player to watch? Well, I've got R.J. Harvey. I mean, this is a guy who, I mean, he went out with the ribs injury against the Packers. And I kind of assumed early this week, based on the fact the Broncos claimed a running back off waivers, I'm thinking to myself, man, I wonder if RJ is not going to play this week, right? I mean, the Broncos are bringing in immediate reinforcements. And typically when you see a team do something like that, that kind of puts the writing on the wall. But RJ, full participant at practice, I'm expecting him to play quite a bit, obviously, Cody.
Starting point is 00:15:41 And what we're seeing here and the common theme between our first two picks here, is that Joker category, right? I mean, Sean Peyton talked about it with Evan Ingram. Evan Ingram talked about it himself as being, you know, recruited as the Joker for this team. But RJ Harvey is one of those guys that Sean Peyton has said, we know, we haven't given him his Joker wings yet. And I think we've seen that evolve over the course of the season
Starting point is 00:16:01 where RJ's becoming more of a featured runner by necessity, right, with J.K. Dobbins going down. But also he's been great as a past catcher. And I think him being so good as a past catcher, Cody, I think that really helped set up that little Jordan Humphrey touchdown that you broke down for the All Access Club on the All 22 because when RJ was sprinting out into the flat, we've seen that play a number of times this season. The Broncos hitting it for a touchdown. The Packers were wise to it. They sprinted to cover RJ and that left that tight window throw for Lil Jordan Humphrey.
Starting point is 00:16:33 So RJ is not only doing things himself in the passing game, but he's opening things up for others in the passing game. That's going to be critical in a game like this where you're going up against a tough run defense. a team that's been excellent, in fact, against the run this season. You have to be dynamic at the running back spot. And RJ Harvey, this is going to be a huge game for him to step up against a team that wanted badly to draft him. Very ticked. Tony Bisselli has a pretty hefty quote out there from when the Broncos did draft R.J. Harvey. So go Google that one, Broncos fans, because I can't say it on the air here.
Starting point is 00:17:06 But you know what, Tony Besselli, the Jaguars, they were ticked about the Broncos getting R.J. Harvey. and I know that Sean Payton has that one filed away. Yeah, 100%. And here's what I love about Harvey's usage inside the office. Not only as a runner and the pass catcher is, he's a great diagnoser essentially for what the defense is going to do. Because as you've seen, the Broncos will fast motion him out, right? Just to see, is the linebacker going with him?
Starting point is 00:17:31 Are they in man or are they in zone? And then they'll bring him right back next to Bow, Nitchell. They'll bring him on the other side. So it's like, all right, he is the piece that we're going to move around a little bit to see, okay, are they in manner? Are they in zone? Because defenses do a really good job of disguising. But when you cheat a player who has the skill set that Harvey does to the outside where it's like, I have to climb underneath. If I'm a linebacker, I have to climb underneath potential traffic to get to this guy.
Starting point is 00:17:54 You can force them to panic and kind of reveal their hand a little bit earlier. So I love how the Broncos are using RJ in that regard. Defensively, Sarah, I'm going to go with Nick Benito here this week. Nick is obviously on a little bit of a tear. There's three games left in the season. You know, he really wants to get to the point where he can maybe tie or break Vaughn's team record of sacks. Now, obviously, he's got a little bit of ways to go.
Starting point is 00:18:15 He's at 12 and a half, which means he's going to have to get six in the final three games, which certainly, hey, you get two in this game, two in the next, two in the next. Okay, it's doable. You get three in a game. Okay, it's there. Like, there's a possibility there. Trevor Lawrence is elusive, though, in the sense. You've got to be very careful with how you play against Trevor.
Starting point is 00:18:35 But I think that the Broncos will have a good pass rush formula here. This could be a big game for Nick Benito, as he's. looking to climb the ladder a little bit. Absolutely. And I think it has to be a big game from him because we need him to be on point for the secondary to be able to play aggressive against these wide receivers. So the Jacksonville Jaguars, I've got Drey Greenlaw as my player to watch in this game. Cody, he continues to be a player that I focused on here in the second half of the season, of course, because we didn't see him in the first half of the season, really, right?
Starting point is 00:19:05 And, you know, I'm excited for him because he played, I thought, outstanding against the Packers. the coverage rep against Josh Jacobs, where Jacobs caught the touchdown pass. I don't think you can play it much better if you're Drake Greenlaw, and I think he's clearly up to speed. You know, when it comes to the defense, when it comes to being able to play all the snaps, if need be, and now you're getting a matchup against Travis E.T.N. Where you're going up against a guy who's being not just utilized perfectly, but executing pretty perfectly as a receiver out of the backfield.
Starting point is 00:19:38 So I think this is going to be a huge test for both Alex Singleton. and Dre Greenlaw against the Jaguars in the way they use Travis E.T.N. as a receiver. So I think if Dre makes some plays in this game, Cody, man, this could be one of those games for the Broncos where you shut that down, you shut the opportunity for Travis ETN out of the backfield down. You can really control the pace of this game. Yeah, he's a big reason why they have sustained success. And look, they have a lot of pieces on the offensive side of the ball that certainly make a difference for them.
Starting point is 00:20:08 And blowing him down is probably going to be one of the. the bigger keys to maybe limiting the explosiveness of that offense. So it's going to be fun. It's going to be best on best. This is a potential playoff preview between two teams inside of the AFC. These are our players to watch Broncos Country. Make sure you share with us today who your players are that you have your eyes on here in Sunday's game. But on top of that Broncos country, we're going to talk about how Denver can win this game on Sunday.
Starting point is 00:20:32 And one of the biggest keys is to keep bow rolling. Can he do that against the Jaguars? We'll break it down here on today's episode of the show. Today's episode of show is brought to you about friends over there at prize picks. And this holiday season is one of the best times for sports because you got bowl games going on, big basketball matchups, plus you have playoff pushes. If you're a Broncos fan, you don't have to worry about that because they're already in the playoffs. But around the league, it's all happening at once.
Starting point is 00:20:56 And while we're all making choices every day, one of the most fun places to make the right call, it's over there at prize picks because prize picks there are the easiest way to get in on daily fantasy. Just pick more or less on at least two player projections. lock in your lineup and you're in the game. It's simple, fast, and available in 45 states, including California, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. Prize picks, they've also added an extra layer of excitement to the holiday sports schedule where creating a lineup takes less than one minute and the app makes the whole process smooth and intuitive. Plus, they have an early payout feature, which is a great bonus.
Starting point is 00:21:28 When your lineup starts strong, you may get the option to cash out early. Download the Price Bix app today and use code locked on NFL to get $50 in lineups after you play your first five dollar lineup. That's code locked on NFL to get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup. Prize picks, it's good to be right. The Deverebraccos are looking to win their 12th straight game on Sunday as they take on the Jacksonville Jaguars. And in order to do that, they're going to need Bo Nix to keep rolling the way that he has been coming out of the bike. We'll tell you exactly what that's going to look like and other keys to victory here on today's episode of show. Real quick, I want to say thank you once again, the everydayers for tuning in
Starting point is 00:22:06 making us your first listen, however you choose to do so. Thank you so much. We appreciate you here as the holiday season approaches. Sarah, keeping Bo Nicks rolling, I don't think is this crazy idea, right? Bo has been on fire. It obviously won the NFL's FedEx, Aaron Ground Player of the week, one of the two award winners for that. And obviously, it matched a $2,000 donation to a charity of his choice food bank of the Rockies, which is also a very, very exciting thing. But for Bo, coming out of the by week, we've just seen this different level of clicking
Starting point is 00:22:38 for him, right? We talk about more passing yards per game for him. His completion percentage has skyrocketed up. His touchdown to interception ratio has been very, very good. And once again, he's got a chance to join elite category. We didn't even get to talk about this last week, but obviously the win against the Packers on Sunday, Sarah, what that did for Bow Nix, that gave him 22 career wins in his first two seasons. There's three games left on the season.
Starting point is 00:23:03 He is a chance to take that top spot if the Broncos can win their final three games, Russell Wilson obviously holds that record there with 24 wins in his first two seasons. That's the top spot when you look at NFL history. Dak Prescott, Ben Rothdesperger, and I'm trying to remember who the other player was. They all had 22. Essentially, Bow Nix has now tied them for that. A win on Sunday against Jacksonville puts him at 23rd, which moves him to second place all time. And then if they win another game, then that moves him and ties him with Russell Wilson with 24.
Starting point is 00:23:36 They win these next three games. it puts him at 25 and all of a sudden the history books there are for Bo necks so bow's been on fire he's been a big reason the Broncos have been having success coming out of the by week he is i think very very important for the Broncos winning on Sunday he 100% is I mean we want to see balance in the offense there's no question about it you and i talked about coming out of the buy we need to see the Broncos put together their running game you know a tone for the loss of jk. Dobbins things like that but it really is about bow nbo nix playing at his best. And when Bo Nix plays the way that he did against the Packers, against the Raiders,
Starting point is 00:24:13 and I know that folks want to say that, well, the Raiders was underwhelming. It wasn't. It just wasn't. It's the same guy. It's the same guy executing different stuff in two different weeks. That's, that's the thing that I'm getting so frustrated about, Cody, is that people are seeing, you know, you're taking what the defense gives you against the Raiders, and then you're hitting all these shot plays against the Packers, and people are acting as though, well, Bo showed something that he hasn't shown before. And that's simply not the case. He's making the correct reads. He's getting to the right plays pre-snap based on the coverage. You know, when you're coming to the line of scrimmage with multiple plays and you're recognizing coverage with those motion out, like you said,
Starting point is 00:24:50 for the running back, you recognize, hey, is this man coverage? Is this zone coverage? Bo is checking to the right plays consistently. And he's getting to the right reads consistently. Even his worst throw against the Packers was the correct read. And it's that deep shot to Marvin Mims that we've all been waiting to see. And I think that the Broncos are going to start hitting some more of those. So Bo Nix has been outstanding whether you're asking him to, you know, what people want to call dink and dunk down the field or if you want to ask him to hit those shot plays, if you want to ask him to hit tight window throws, this is what we've been saying for two years
Starting point is 00:25:25 straight on this show is what this guy does. So it's about time that I guess the national folks learn ball and understand that he is playing well and playing at a high level and shouldn't be replaced by Jared. Stidham at this point. So it's just funny these narratives. But yeah, I mean, rant aside, you're right, Cody. Keep Bo Nicks rolling. That's absolutely critical in this game.
Starting point is 00:25:46 My key to victory, because I liked yours so much, I only had one addition that I wanted to make, which was keep the turnover party going, because you picked off two passes in the second half against the Packers. I'm going to continue to beat this drum until I have to get a new drumhead, until we need to go get some new sticks because I busted the sticks on the drum. that's what we need to do is keep this turnover party going. The Jaguars, they're not perfect in this regard.
Starting point is 00:26:11 I know the Broncos aren't either, but the Jaguars, as hot as they've been offensively, they've had some stretches of time this year where Trevor Lawrence will take a lot of sacks. He will put the ball in harm's way. And this might be a game, Cody, where you're facing an elusive quarterback who is ready to run. I think Trevor might get a little loose with the ball back there.
Starting point is 00:26:28 Maybe this is a game where we start to see those strip sacks for that Broncos defensive front. I think that's a perfect key to victory here, because you said it weeks ago. It's not if, it's when the floodgates open up in terms of the Broncos just going on this run of creating takeaways. And look, I think around this time where playoff stakes are high, seating is high, winning the division, everything is within grasp here. These are the things are going to help you secure those things sooner rather than later. Look, if you win out, great, that's going to secure it.
Starting point is 00:26:58 But you also want to win. And you hope some other teams around the NFL kind of take care of business and help you out there. But the main thing you can focus on is winning. By doing that against this Jaguar's offense that is explosive, take away the football, eliminate some of the opportunities that they have to move downfield. I think that's a perfect game. And mine kind of ties into you, like from the defensive standpoint, I listed mine simply as, you know, make it rain on Sunshine's Day, essentially, right?
Starting point is 00:27:23 You know, Sunshine, you know, remember the Titans reference there, Trevor Lawrence here. Make it rough for him in terms of what he's able to do. Take away some of his top options. And look, they got a multitude. to guys, whether it's Tim Patrick, whether it's Brian Thomas, whether it's Jacobi Myers, which has been such a seamless fit and insertion into their offense. Sean Payton was talking about it earlier this week saying, you know, hey, we were getting ready to face the Raiders for the first time.
Starting point is 00:27:49 And we're like, ah, we got to face this guy. And then he gets traded days before that Thursday night game. And they're like, ha, we don't have to face him. And he's like, ah, we got to face him later on in the season. Just, he's a very athletic playmaker that can make that. So, you know, I think that pass rush is going to be very important. And so for Sunshine, make it a rainy day for him here at Mile High. It's funny you bring that up too because I posted something after the Broncos Packers game.
Starting point is 00:28:13 There's that quote from, remember the Titans when they do, when everybody's realizing like that Sunshine can play, the assistant coach goes up to Denzel Washington. He's like, we got ourselves a football player. You know what I'm saying? And that's what I was saying about Bo Nix after that Packers game is everybody's out there being like, they got themselves a football player. But I love it. I think, yeah, you want to make sure that you make Trevor Lawrence's life miserable when you're the Denver Broncos defense.
Starting point is 00:28:38 And we saw in the second half. I know that this is the other funny thing is everybody wants to discredit what this defense was able to do in the second half in terms of execution in terms of making adjustments after those first five possessions or so where you gave up points on every possession. Then the Broncos defense made adjustments. I know that Zach Tom went out for the Packers, but you still got four other guys on that offensive line that are blocking. And you still got a quarterback that had receivers running wide open. So it's not just that the offensive tackle went down. It's not just that Christian Watson went down.
Starting point is 00:29:11 It's that the coverage on the back end. Execution was better. Jordan Love was holding onto the ball longer because nobody was coming open on the back end. So you have to continue that dominance here. Let's get a first half from the Broncos defense that is mirroring of the second half of the Packers game and keep that momentum going, obviously, for all four quarters. but I want to see them start this game with that kind of teeth defensively
Starting point is 00:29:35 with that just absolute the 50 is the end zone you ain't getting past the 50 you ain't getting the first down like that's what I want to see this because they're capable of doing that Cody I know that seems like an unfair expectation we've seen it we've seen it multiple times
Starting point is 00:29:49 so I agree with you I think that's going to be very important I think for the flow of this game and once again I think it's going to be just an electric atmosphere or one like i i don't know if i can explain it for the fans that have not been able to go to a game this season empower is electrifying in the sense this year more than it ever has been in you know in the years i've been covering this team every third down sir i've got a water bottle in the press box and it's sitting next to me and it's baking like the water it's like Jurassic park when the terex is coming up right but it's causing you think there's an earthquake happening it is one of the
Starting point is 00:30:25 most exciting things there because it is so loud, so raucous. And I was talking to players, I was talking to Devin Key in the locker room this week. And he said, honestly, he says, I can't believe how loud it really gets. He says, I've played here for a couple of years. He said, this year seems like it is louder. So Broncos country's showing out and they're showing up every single week. This is a playoff game atmosphere, playoff game field to it. And I imagine it's going to be electrifying. It's going to be hard for Trevor Lawrence and then sometimes maybe get the play call in or to hear it. So hopefully some delay of game penalties aren't. So we're some false starts because of how loud it is at Empowerfield. But with that said, Broncos country, make sure you let us know what
