10 years of the Locked-on Podcast Network emerging and now dominating the sports podcasting
industry, which means 10 years of lockdown Broncos.
We're going to go through our top 10 moments in the last 10 years.
You are Locked-on Broncos, your daily Denver Broncos podcast.
Part of the Locked-on Podcast Network, your team every day.
What's up, Broncos Country?
Happy Tuesday.
Cody Rourke, Sarah Bedinger here at today's episode.
The show is brought to you by our friends over there at Fandu,
the biggest stage of world soccer. It's here.
Let there be goals on Fandu.
Visit Fandu.com to get started now as we celebrate 10 years of the locked on podcast network,
which means 10 years of locked on Broncos.
We're going to go through the top 10 moments in team history,
including when Sarah and I first came together.
It was a really exciting moment that happened with your Denver Broncos.
And of course, Bo Nix, the era of Boe beginning,
that might be the best thing to happen in the last 10 years.
We'll go through the top 10 moments.
And we want you to share yours with us here as well on today's episode.
Sarah, number one, the Bonnix era for this Broncos team where they're going right now and more importantly, combining the Bonix era with that monumental win against the Buffalo Bills in the playoffs in the division around led by yours truly.
So many moments from 2024, Cody, that we can point back to.
I mean, you and I in the pre-draft process, just covering the team going after a quarterback again.
It brings with it a certain level of like anxiety, wondering if that that is going to be the guy.
for the team if they're actually going to be able to find somebody.
And remember the Broncos having the 12th pick.
And we go through all these mock draft scenarios.
And we try to figure out, well, can they trade back and still get Bo Nix?
And you and I talked about it all throughout that off season, how good of a fit Bo Nix was.
And then Sean Payton ends up drafting him.
We had a whole celebratory podcast, you know, after that draft pick was made and just felt
like the whole rest of that draft kind of fell into place.
And we celebrated that as well.
but that 2024 season, there was really something about it because although not everybody was united on whether or not Bo Nix was going to be a franchise QB,
it seemed like that year was the first year that truly galvanized the fan base since 2015 when the team was, you know, competitive and winning.
And that 2024 season was really special, a lot of big wins, a lot of huge moments and Bo Nix's arrival point, just like you mentioned.
Yeah, and to kind of cap it off because I didn't want to limit this.
didn't want to put this as like, well, number one, number two, because I felt like collectively
over the last 10 years, there's been some moments. There weren't a lot from, I'd say, 2016,
2017, 2018, 2019, 2020. I don't think we've highlighted anything from there because those were probably
some of the darker times in Broncos country. But the Bo Knicks franchise quarterback era beginning
and ultimately them beating Josh out on the Buffalo Bills in the playoffs, really kind of cementing,
hey, we're going to the AFC championship game. Little did we know it would also be one of the more
heartbreaking moments in Broncos country history because
Bo went down with the injury.
But Bo led that game winning drive,
his throw to Marvin Williams to give them the lead with just a minute and 50
seconds left.
That was everything.
That has been the peak moment in Broncos country in the last 10 years.
Nothing beats it.
Unfortunately, on the other side of it was the injury,
but we don't want to overshadow the top moments with that.
But just imagine where we were at, like just being in the stadium,
sir, at that moment, seeing Broncos'
country erupt when the clock hit double zeros.
And Bo doing his post game interview and saying like, wow, the Broncos, they just beat the Buffalo Bills and Josh Allen.
Josh Allen, the bills, they were supposed to be the team of destiny in 2025.
Bo Nixon, that team had something to say about it.
And we've really felt like, hey, the Super Bowl is within reach with this team.
And it all starts with Bo.
Yeah, it really does.
And I think that's that you and I should someday, if we have time to do this, Cody, just
a whole bonus episode of the show on like, hey, this is what it would have sounded like after
that game of Bo Nix had never got her. We had to delete our script that night. Like, we were like,
wait, is this real? Like, is this from the real Ian Rappaport account? Is this from the real
Adam Schaefter account or is this fake stuff, you know, being thrown out there? It was,
it was a surreal moment, just complete euphoria for the fan base followed by complete devastation,
just utter sadness, ultimately. And that comes across. Like, we're with the fans in these
moments. That's part of the cool reason. I love that we're doing this, recapping some of these top
10 moments because we're with the fan base through it all. Like, we are part of that story. And I get,
I love that we get to do that. And so this has been such a fun era, like, unlike anything that I've
really ever experienced before as a Broncos fan. Amen. And I think the best is yet to come over the
next 10 years. The Broncos best 10 years are ahead of them. And hopefully, hopefully a Super Bowl in
between in the next 10 years. We'll go through all that here.
Let's go to a moment number two here.
I would say the higher in the trade for Broncos head coach, Sean Payton,
because really after that Nathaniel Hackett era,
it was like, this is the worst it's ever been.
This is borderline close to as bad as Josh McDaniels,
and there's no hope.
Like there was no sign of light at the end of the tunnel.
And then the trade for Sean Peyton happened.
And of course,
2023 had its moments.
But knowing what we know now,
collectively getting here to 2026,
Sean Payton off the hills of a five-year contract extension,
and the Broncos having, what is it, in the last two years,
24 wins in the last two seasons.
Broncos football's back.
And Sean Payton is a huge reason because of that.
Well, remember the discussions at the time, too,
were, is Sean going to choose the Broncos over even a team like the Cardinals,
who, you know, they had their quarterback,
and they weren't coming off of nearly as embarrassing of a year, right?
I mean, those were real discussions that were being happy.
of whether or not Sean would choose the Broncos over a team like Arizona.
And, you know, he wouldn't want to coach in the AFC West because of Patrick Mahomes and
Andy Reid, which he did just recently joke about after getting his extension as well.
I thought that was kind of a funny little Easter egg.
But yeah, that whole topic of discussion, that offseason.
I mean, that was such a fun coaching carousel to cover with the Jim Harbaugh stuff.
And, you know, owners going to Ann Arbor to visit Jim.
And DeMico Ryan's becoming a potential finalist.
and having to trade for Sean and what kind of wrinkles that threw into that whole discussion.
I mean, it's kind of a dream come true from our perspective, being able to cover it because it's so intriguing.
It's so drama-filled.
But Sean Payton, yeah, he came in at the worst point in recent Broncos history, and he's turned this thing around in dramatic
fashion.
And it's restored a lot of hope, I'd say, in the eyes of the fan base.
I mean, now Denver, you know, they're about to have a new team facility.
They're going to build a new stadium here in the next five to six years.
There's a lot to be excited about since Sean has come aboard here.
Let's get to number three here, Sarah.
And this one was a good one.
And even though it was during an interesting time in that 2023 season,
the Bronco was finally snapping the 16 game losing streak that they had against the Can State Chiefs.
I've got that as number three because that was also a dark cloud.
You know, everyone in Chiefs fans prior, they didn't have a lot to hang their hat on,
you know, especially after Denver won Super Bowl 50 and they dominated the West,
but then they went on a run and then Patrick Mahomes came along.
And then all of a sudden, the Broncos were a little brother until they said,
we're tired of being a little brother.
We're going to punch you in the mouth.
And they finally did it.
They finally beat Mahomes and the Chiefs in 2020,
snapping that streak.
Was this the best moment of the Russell Wilson era in Den?
I think probably in my eyes, like probably unquestionably the best moment of the Russell Wilson era.
I know that you could say, well, that's not an easy or not a difficult bar to
but ultimately, I do think that was such an important moment for the whole team.
And the Broncos were, frankly, they were making some noise for the potential playoffs at that
point. I mean, they turned it around after a loss earlier that season to Kansas City.
Remember that Thursday night game, I think it was.
And it was a low scoring game.
And like the defense was really playing well against the Chiefs.
And they even did that during the Fangio era.
They even did that at times, you know, prior.
Like I just feel like, man, that was.
was such a turning point moment in terms of feeling like, okay, yeah, actually we can fight back
with Big Brother here and the Chiefs don't own the Broncos anymore. And that was, I think that game,
Cody was the moment that I think we realized, maybe even the game before that in a loss, that,
hey, like the Denver defense kind of makes Mahomes look human. Like, if you look at his numbers stacked
up against other even AFC West teams, the Broncos have always played him well. Even when they've
gotten blown out in some games, they've played Mahomes well.
So I think that it's one of those things that, man, that was such a great moment.
And we all got to enjoy that.
Even though Russell didn't work out, that was his best moment, in my opinion, in orange and blue.
I agree.
And I feel like a lot of people in Broncos Country would agree.
I feel like maybe the one there at three.
I think some fans will be like, ah, I don't know if that's three.
But I think certainly for us covering the team, that was a top peak moment in the last 10 years of us covering here at Lockdown.
But Broncos Country coming up next, we're going to get to four, five, and six,
including the Broncos going on a huge run last season.
It really kind of changed the standard and really set the expectation.
This is a Super Bowl contending team.
We'll go through that here on today's episode of the show.

the link in the show notes Cody let's keep breaking down these top 10 moments you mentioned it
before the break but we really have a whole season of memories from last year to talk I have so many
thoughts from last season. I have so many core memories as a fan with this podcast. Let's talk about it.
We're starting at number four, right? This is where we're at number four on the list.
Yeah, remember last season, Denver didn't get off to a hot star like week one. They went against Tennessee,
but then they lose two straight games. They lose to the Colts where the defense just, they were
struggling on first down. Then they lose to the charters where late, they couldn't get off the field
on third down defensively, and they couldn't unfortunately convert on third down offensively, and they
still had a chance to win that game until Herbert made a crazy throw. And I remember really going
through like, man, one and two, even our post game show or kind of reflected that immediate
momentcy there after everything that had transpired. We're like, man, what's going to happen?
The schedule is going to get tougher. And at that time, I don't think Joe Burrow got hurt at that
moment yet. And then that was the next game. All, you got to play the Cincinnati Bengals.
Then you got to go on the road and play Philadelphia. Well, from that point, after starting off
one and two, number four, the Broncos win 11 straight games in 20.
2025 and that really helped set up their 14 and three record ultimately helped them win, not only the
AFC West, but the number one seed last season.
But that 11 straight game win streak, that was a special moment that we haven't seen in quite some time.
I think the last biggest win streak, I think it was in the, wasn't that in the 1998 season or it was
something along the lines.
The last time Denver went on a run and won that many games.
Yeah, maybe it was either 98, 2012 had a long winning streak as well after starting one and
three, I believe it was.
But yeah, I mean, that winning streak was so much fun.
And you mentioned it started off with that Bengals game.
There's so many games from last year that are just etched into my brain as core memories.
The Eagles game was an absolute blast.
The New York Giants game, which I know we're going to talk about.
But the couple that really stand out to me, Cody, in terms of the show, I love.
We talked about it on the show.
I had a really bad streak going of being at Disney World and the Broncos playing games and
like losing every time I would go.
They were 0 and 4, I believe it was going into my last Disney World trip.
And then I was like, okay, like I'm risking it all here.
They play two games in a span of four days while I'm there.
And they beat the Raiders.
They beat the Texans in a four day span or I think it was the other way around.
But I still remember Cody watching the victory against the Houston Texans.
I'm walking around like Disney Springs.
I saw Michael Bandy muff the punt, and I'm like, gosh, dang it.
I'm supposed to be having fun here at Disney.
You know what I'm talking about?
And then I'm in line checking out at one of the stores there with my family.
And Cortland Sutton catches a touchdown.
I'm like, yes, you know, everybody in line is like, what the heck is wrong with this guy?
But we got back to the resort.
And I remember watching, Will, let's kick the game winning field goal.
I mean, it was just a blast.
Go up to the room.
You and I do our thing.
I mean, it was just so much fun.
So, yeah, that winning streak last year really was a special one for this fan.
Well, now you get to test it once again.
I mean, obviously Disneyland, Disney World is the thing as Sarah does every year.
So now maybe it's the inverse where now it's like when you go, the Broncos are going to win regardless.
Maybe we've switched the juju around on that here.
And that kind of goes into number five, right?
Because that 11 game win streak, as I said, ultimately helped them win the AFC West.
And that's exactly what comes in at number five.
For the first time since 2015, the Denver Broncos, they took control of the division,
winning it after the Houston Texans beat the Los Angeles Chargers
down toward the end stretch of the season.
Denver was all of a sudden,
AFC West champs.
And really it was nice because there wasn't,
we know Kansas City dominated it for so long since Denver won Super Bowl 50.
They Denver won it that year.
And then it was just Kansas City Sense.
It's nice that like the chargers and the Raiders have kind of been
little brother.
They haven't even sniffed the division.
They haven't been in and wanted, you know,
Bo Nicks as well.
I also think it just kind of goes into what we talked about.
Number one, the Bo Nicks era.
Bo Nixon's first two seasons has the Broncos already winning the AFC West one year.
And now that's kind of like the expectation here going forward.
That was huge because that right there solidified a lot here for this team.
And going in that final week of the regular season was, hey, win and now you clinched the number one seed.
Yeah, I mean, that was so special.
I mean, and to think about, I think Bo Nix is tied with Russell Wilson for the most regular season wins for a quarterback in the first two years of their career in NFL history.
and just to think about the fact that that happened and winning the division last year
with the biggest dead cap hit in NFL history for an individual player,
like for the Broncos to be able to do that to win the division while surpassing expectations,
while being in a division with, you know,
every quarterback that played against the Broncos was supposed to be better than them,
better than their quarterback.
Like, that's what people be saying out here in the streets, right?
Is that the Broncos had the worst quarterback room ever.
So I just think it's so satisfying, right?
And like you said, to have our time as kind of like the, you know,
the little brother that's getting beat up on for a while,
but then to jump right back up and to take it back,
to take that division back and to feel like it's sustainable.
Like that's what made that moment, I think, so special to me.
I'm with you.
It was a long time coming.
And I know, but that was also it as well.
It's like, hey, Broncos players as well,
we're not just satisfied with winning the AFCWS.
We don't know.
We want to get the one.
They go and they clinch it.
They take care of business, even though they get the first round by, but then they go and they beat the Buffalo Bills.
I mean, it's just all kind of culminated into.
This has been the 2025 was the bright spot in the last 10 years of what had been previously nine years of darkness.
You know, no ayahuasca retreat, but nine years of darkness here for the Denver Broncos.
Thank goodness Aaron Rogers never went up in Denver, by the way.
I think when we look at that in hindsight here.
Number six, this one, we're going to go back to 2023 because I also felt like,
It was a monumental win, and it really kind of jumpstarted some things, and ultimately led to the demise of Russell Wilson.
But that Monday Night Football win against the Buffalo Bills, I felt like going on the road there, Denver just getting off to the hot start that they did.
Russ kind of orchestrated in that comeback, defense getting some stops, forcing turnovers on Josh Allen.
Unfortunately, they couldn't stop James Cook in that game, but then Javante Williams coming up big.
I just think that win on the road, the Will-lust drama of missing it.
And then I was up, oh, there's 12 men on the field, and now you get a redo, and now you get to kick the game winning field goal.
That game right there was in, I'd say a roller coaster of every emotion you could possibly feel.
But that was a big win.
I think more importantly in that game, Cortland Sutton's crazy catch that he had on fourth down.
I think that wasn't at that time that was like next gen stats, lowest percentage of being completed throw.
I can't remember the exact phrasing that they used, but it was like the throw that had the lowest percentage of being made in terms of what they were able to do.
And Russell still talks about that throw.
Sean Payton still talks about that game in terms of what Jayquan Macmillan brought to the table.
I mean, just an absolutely incredible game.
The theatrics of that game.
I'll remember and I have to mention this.
Our friend Peter Bukowski locked on Packers, sometimes we'll reel us in for locked on NFL after games.
And he texted us during that game and was like, hey, could I get one of you guys after this Bill's game?
And I was like, depending on how this game ends, you could get me, you know, because
If Will Lutz had not made that kick, you know, which like you said, he missed it in the initial stage.
I was like, I don't want to talk to anybody.
Like it wasn't long before that.
The Broncos had been beaten 70 to 20, right?
And so that was a tough year.
Like it felt like, man, Russell, is it going to work out?
Is it not?
Are the Broncos going to have to move on?
Like what locations of that?
So that Buffalo win felt like the first big statement of the Sean Payton era to show like this is why you trade.
for a head coach like that because this is the type of atmosphere.
The streak going into Buffalo at that time was crazy, Cody.
I don't remember how many years it was since Denver had won in Buffalo,
but it was a long time.
And Sean, he's been the streak ender.
I mean, you got to give him credit.
Yeah, no, he certainly did.
And look, there's a lot of other streaks that we've talked about as well,
including the Broncos becoming comeback kids.
When we come up, we're going to go through seven through 10 here in our top 10 moments
for this Denver Broncos team in the last.
10 years.

The number one sports podcast network in the country plus the where you know,
it's your team every single day.
Sarah, let's continue on here.
I kind of teased it here beforehand, but your 2025 featured a lot of big moments here.
I think specifically we learned this Broncos team last year that kind of became the cardiac
kids, the comeback kids.
And I would say the best moment in terms of a comeback scenario, there was a few games.
But I think a pivotal one was the Broncos big.
test early on the regular season, week five, and 19.4th quarter helped the Denver Broncos
come back and beat the defending Super Bowl champion, the Philadelphia Eagles. That comeback was very
exciting. And it also started to give us maybe an indication as to, hey, this defense,
and they can play against anybody. This offense, wow, resiliency. We saw Bo Nix really kind of
put the team on his back in that situation alongside J.K. Dobbins and Evan Ingram,
guys stepping up. That was a great moment. That comes into number seven.
really, really good stuff.
I mean, you want to talk about proving that you belong.
That's where you do it, right?
In an opportunity where everybody says, hey, you can't do this.
You're not going to do this when we go through our schedule predictions before the season.
And we're talking about, well, you can kind of sharpie that one in as a loss.
You know, they're not going to win every game, right?
I mean, I know I'm always 17 until we ain't when the schedule comes out.
But when you're talking about making like predictions before the year, you're like,
hey, this is one where that's just,
that's just a tough ask, you know?
I mean, just frankly speaking.
And it's coming off of a Monday night game, right?
So you felt like, okay, if any,
that's one that you could kind of say,
you could justify predicting a loss.
But man, for them to go in and do that,
it was,
that was awesome.
I mean, to come back from,
I think they scored three points in the first half or something like that.
And then, you know,
it just felt like it was over.
And the second half started,
the big play from Barkley.
Yeah,
that was that was one of those games Cody that was one of them ones where you just kind of felt like man
this team really does belong like they may not get it perfect every single time but they find a way
and that that was kind of the beginning of them finding away that was kind of i'd say their model last year
find a way any way that you can find a way 19 points in the fourth quarter against that defense too
a vig Fangio led defense that had some absolute studs and dogs on it a team that completely dismantled
the Chiefs previously in the Super Bowl.
I think a lot of people are like,
oh, man, like Denver's not going to stand a chance.
And when they were down, it was almost a goose egg at one point.
And all of a sudden, now you go out and you rattle off this comeback.
I just remember when Jalen hurts through that last pass, deep down to D. Smith and A.J. Brown,
and then you just see whofonga and the Broncos knocking it away.
It's like, oh, cardiac kids, right?
That was the first moment.
But it wouldn't be the last moment because number eight, Broncos were just getting absolutely dominated at home.
by the New York Giants, just a few weeks after the whole entire fact, by the way.
And then they go through and they score 33 points, Sarah, 33 points in the fourth.
We're talking about the Philly game where you score 19 in the fourth.
Well, guess what?
They're like, you know, we're going to score 33 in the fourth in this game.
The Broncos epic comeback against the New York Giants.
That was, I would say, in terms of just being in a stadium in a press box covering game
besides the Buffalo Bills playoff when the Denver had.
This was one of those moments where I was already writing my game story.
We had the script.
It was negative.
It was like the Broncos, they lost this game because we're in the fourth quarter.
It's like they're not coming back.
And then certainly they get within striking distance.
And then all of a sudden, Boonex takes it off the left side.
Garibals leading the way.
And he scores and they take the lead.
And we're like, oh my gosh, everything just changed completely.
That was one of the top moments in the last 10 years.
I know this doesn't have the same implications as every other game.
But I feel like this is probably the coolest game I've ever seen.
like for the Broncos, like to score 33 in the fourth quarter,
I always joke around that that game is proof that Bo Nix can score 16 touchdowns in a game
if you really wanted to, Cody.
I mean, because he had four in the fourth quarter.
So if you can score four in a fourth,
you can score four in every quarter now.
But I think all kidding aside, like I had, I'm with you.
I had like over 750 words of a post that I scrapped happily.
Like I happily scrapped at the end of that game.
I was like, perfect.
I don't have to say any of that.
stuff anymore. And I don't even remember what negative stuff I had written at this point.
But remember one of the funny details about that game is that the Broncos came all the way back
to take the lead in the fourth quarter. And then the officials tried to then give it right back
to the New York Giants with a stupid penalty call that still triggers me to this day on Riley Moss.
I mean, one of his 85 pass interference penalties last season that he was called for.
This one in particular was totally bogus. And then Jackson Dart runs it in.
from two yards out.
But then Bo Nix just with the ice in his veins, man.
He comes right back down the other way.
That was such a fun game.
Such a cool game.
I, man, I love that so much and just enjoying it after the fact as well.
It was pure just like, you just felt, man, nothing can touch me right now because I'm on
cloud nine.
Man, it was almost kind of like the Knicks come back against the Spurs being down 29 points
in that game.
I mean, like, I also, your frustration too, about that point is like they did all of
this just to lose like that because of this bogus call.
Like that was, it was sickening.
And then Bo to Marvin, Bo to court, Will Lutz, just pandemonium.
That was such a great moment.
I'm with you.
Well, you know, there weren't a lot of great moments.
I'd say like 2022, not a single great moment.
That was a dark, dark year.
That was very much armpit-esque like the Josh McDaniel era in the mile high city.
But let's go back to 2021 at number nine, the Broncos going on the road.
right after all of the, you know, trading away Von Miller and beating the Dallas Cowboys.
That was one of those games.
Tim Patrick coming up big.
Javante Williams having a big game.
Like it almost kind of restored like, wait a minute, like the Broncos can still compete even without Von Miller.
All right.
Like that was a big win for them on the road.
Yeah.
And Teddy Bridgewater was still playing at a, I mean, that was maybe the best game Teddy played for the Denver Broncos.
But he was playing at a level at that point that had people believing like, all right,
they might mess around and make the playoffs.
And it was that game against Cincinnati that derailed it that season.
But yeah, that Dallas game, I don't know,
the Broncos kind of have the Cowboys number for however long at this point.
I mean, even when they were terrible back in like 2018,
I'm pretty sure they boat raced the Cowboys out of Denver.
So really, really great game.
The Tim Patrick Legacy game, obviously that was Pat Sertan's rookie season.
Baron Browning, if I remember right,
and Jonathan Cooper had amazing games against Dallas.
Caden Stearns at the interception off Dak Prescott.
So, yeah, that was a really fun moment.
That was.
And that now leads us to number 10 here, Broncos Country.
I would say my debut, Sarah and I's debut together.
It came in the preseason, but it came against Minnesota Vikings.
And in that game, we got to see our first look at the Broncos' first round pick,
Pat Sertan, pick six in that game, KJ Hamler going off in that game as well as a downfield threat.
I would say our debut together, Sarah, is my number 10 moment just because I think the show has gotten so much better.
Like, I don't think people realize before you, I was doing a 30-minute show by myself every day.
You know how hard that is folks to do?
And so now it's like, wow, instead of just hearing myself talk, now I actually get a talk and get a different perspective from Sarah.
And we get to share an opinion.
Like, to me, that was the moment that everything changed for lockdown for the better was working with you, my man.
Well, no, I really appreciate that.
And I feel the same way.
I mean, I'll never forget getting the message from you asking if I wanted to do this.
And I was like, well, I better ask my wife, you know, because that's the smart thing to do.
But I knew right when you message me like, this is such a no brainer because like I've always, it's always been a dream of mind to be able to cover the Broncos any way that I possibly can.
Like and, you know, doing that remotely, I know Cody's boots on the ground.
So that gives us a unique perspective from different vantage points, right?
I'm kind of in the seats with the fans and Cody's up in the press box and he's doing his thing there.
And we kind of bring those two different perspectives.
And I love it so much, man.
It's been such a blessing and privilege for me.
And I think, you know what, like honorable mention moment, the Dolphins 70 to 20 game.
Like looking back on it now, Cody, I remember writing, I had a little whiteboard next to me.
It was, I was just writing while we were recording the show.
And I think I wrote on there like, this is not fun or something like that.
Like I was not because of the podcast, but because like, man, like we're talking about the Broncos getting beat 70 to 20.
And it was like, it was just one of those things where you kind of just had to eat humble pie and you had to be like, shoot, like my team's really not that good.
And this is part of the job is like covering the highs and lows.
So it wasn't the funnest moment of our time covering the team.
But I think an important one of it's one of our most viewed episodes ever was after that game.
Everybody's looking for answers.
I think it's important to know that, hey, when people are looking for a perspective on the Broncos,
it's really a privilege for Cody and I that that you all listeners come to us in a moment like that,
especially.
So that was really meaningful to me to see the response to that because obviously everybody's angry.
They want to, you know, they want to rage comment or whatever it is.
But to come to us in a moment like that and to not just be like, all right, I'm done with the Broncos.
I thought, I think that's a really cool moment for me as well.
I agree.
And look, Broncos country, we pride ourselves on being able to do this every day from what you, for what Sarah said, he gets the perspective from the fan base, being a diehard fan.
I bring it from the press box, being a former fan when I was a kid growing up, I grew up a Broncos fan.
But now it's like, I want to be able to bring things from an objective standpoint to you.
And I feel like there are some.
Voices out there in this media world that do podcasts.
I don't think anybody is as unique as what Sarah and I bring to the table.
