Coming off of a big win against the Philadelphia Eagles, the Denver Broncos face a lot of pressure this week,
not to fall into a trap game against the New York Jets.
You are locked on Broncos, your daily Denver Broncos podcast, part of the Locked on Podcast Network,
your team every day.
What's up, Broncos country?
Welcome into another episode with Lockdown Broncos, your daily Denver Broncos podcast, part of the Lockdown Podcast Network.
You know it's your team every day.
Can the Broncos avoid the trap game this week against the New York Jets?
It's one of the bigger questions that we have here.
I'm Cody Roark, Broncos reporter from Mile High Sports.
Join, as always by Sarah Bedinger, site expert over there at predominantly orange.com.
Thank you so much to everyone in Broncos country.
All the everydayers out there.
Thanks for tuning in making us your first listen, however you choose to do so.
If you're not yet everydayer, become one, it's simple, it's easy here.
On today's show, we got a lot to break down.
We're going to get into a little bit of a tail of the tape, an early scouting report.
The Broncos match up against New York Jets.
We'll talk about how the Broncos' offense cannot be the Jets.
streak ender this week. We'll also go through how the Broncos need to find a way to contain
Brees Hall and Justin Fields with their dynamic ability. And they'll go through while the defense
needs to create more takeaways. The Broncos defense is playing at a high level, but they haven't
got a lot of takeaways. How can they do that against the Jets? We'll dive into all of that here on
today's show, which is brought to you by our friends over there at Fandu. Right now, new customers
can bet just $5. And if your bet wins, you'll get $300 in bonus bets to use all throughout the
app. Sarah, my friend, I always love looking at the tail of the tape when we get the weekly
release here. You get to see how these two teams stack up categorically,
offensively, defensively here. Let's start off here with the Broncos offense
against this New York Jets defense. I think when you look at this Jets team that is
winless, obviously there's areas that this Broncos offense can attack, certainly
strength on weakness, but Jets defense is a little bit better than the team's record might
indicate. Yeah, that's what people say, right, is that you are what your record says you are.
but this early in the season, I think it's a little bit of a misleading thing, you know,
where the Jets are 0 and 5 to start this season.
Obviously, you know, they've struggled, but they gave the Pittsburgh Steelers all they
could handle back in week one.
They put up a lot of points a couple of times so far this season.
They've obviously had their backup in there for a couple of games.
So you really have to look at the details of the why behind the what, right?
The what says their own five.
They're the worst team in football.
But the why says maybe there's some more to the story.
And I think with the Jets, the one thing that you talked about, Cody, saying the Broncos, they don't want to be a streak ender against the Jets.
The number one thing that you don't want to do against this Jets team is be the first team to turn the ball over against them, right?
I mean, that's one of the biggest storylines going into this week is that the Jets have yet to force a turnover on defense, which is pretty shocking, considering the personnel they have on that side of the ball.
I mean, it's been a bit understandable, right?
that maybe the Jets are 0 and 5 because they're breaking in a new quarterback.
You've got a new coaching staff, new scheme on both sides of the ball, essentially.
But the talent on that defense, if nothing else, you would think, hey, they could be forcing
a number of turnovers with the personnel that they have.
That's a bit, maybe one of the most shocking stats through the first five weeks of this season
is that the Jets have yet to force a turnover.
So the Broncos, they don't want to be the first.
Yeah, no, you don't want to be the first here.
I think the Broncos have done a really good job for the most part of protecting the football.
I don't think we've seen fumbles from them necessarily.
Obviously, you know, he talked about the most takeaway.
I mean, the giveaways of Broncos have had have just been interceptions this season, though.
Bo did not throw one against the Philadelphia Eagles, which is a great sign here.
But, you know, you're right.
I mean, you look at that defense.
They have talented guys all the way across the board.
You know, you got Sauce Gardner.
We know how grabby he can get in terms of, you know, the past catching game.
I'm looking forward to the matchup between he and Cortland Sutton.
You have two guys coming off the edge.
Will McDonald and obviously Jermaine Johnson, who's questionable for this game.
But I think the assumption is he's going to play.
If Jamie and Sherwood at linebacker,
Quincy Williams on the defensive line, this is a very talented team.
Though we do know that this Jets defense will be without Michael Carter.
They're starting nickel corner.
So a lot of moving pieces here, but this is still a talented defense.
You got to be smart here.
But this is why I think, you know, I made the reference earlier,
the Bronco strength right now on offense against the Jets defense's biggest
weakness and it's running the football right get the the Broncos the run game has gotten going i mean sarah if
if you look at the stats the broncos they're averaging 140.6 yards per game on the ground which is good
right now for fourth in the NFL the fourth best rushing offense right now in the NFL which is wild
considering where we were at just a few weeks ago talking about this team but the last two weeks
they've gotten it going against this jet's defense that's allowing 140.4 yards per game on the ground i
I mean, to put it into perspective, the Cincinnati Bengals were allowing 119 yards per game on the ground to opposing rushers on that, you know, going into that Monday night football matchup.
The Eagles defensively were allowing 113 yards per ground before Denver went into that matchup against the Eagles on this past Sunday.
And now you're facing a defense that is susceptible to giving up some of these big plays and chunk yardage.
This kind of plays into the strengths of the Broncos offense this week saying, hey, let's lean into the run game.
Though, as we talked about earlier with Ben Powers being injured,
how will Denver adjust?
I think this is going to be a dynamic part to look at this matchup here early on.
Well, and I think that's one way that you really amplify the strengths of whoever is going to be taking over Ben Power's spot, right?
As you get the run game going early.
A lot of times you hear these offensive linemen who are doing broadcast nowadays.
You'll hear them talk about how, man, it just builds your confidence so much when you're imposing your will on the ground early on.
And that helps everything else in terms of past protection, in terms of just the flow of the game.
in terms of your overall feel.
So I feel like the Broncos, Cody,
they've got to come out swinging in terms of running the football heavily.
Give us a heavy dose of J.K. Dobbins, R.J. Harvey early in this game.
And impose your will.
Build up the confidence for Matt Pairt or Alex Palski or whoever it is that's going to be
starting at that left guard spot.
Run behind those guys and give them some confidence.
Get them out, pull and do some play action.
That's the type of stuff that I think we can expect to see from this Denver
offense early on because not only do you want to get off to a fast start offensively,
you want to make sure that you are the one that's kind of dictating physicality at the line
of scrimmage in this game. The Broncos struggled with this Jets defense last year, right?
So obviously they need to go out there and they need to have a different philosophy this
season, run the ball effectively early on and make them pay for whatever type of overaggressiveness
they're going to have trying to get their first win of the season.
One of the bigger keys, too, is not getting friends zoned in.
in the end zone here for the Broncos. And we talk about red zone offense. Denver's been good this
year tied for 10th right now. 66.7% of the time that they're in the red zone,
they come away with points here against a Jets defense that's allowing teams to score on 60% of the
red zone possessions. But this also goes into the fact, I think the Broncos offense, this could
be a game where if they get the run game going, Sarah, and then the play action game opens up. This
is a chance for this Broncos offense to score a lot of points here. I mean, we know Denver right now coming
into it. They're averaging 23.4, which is 18th. Right now. They're 18th scoring offense in the
NFL, but they're going against one of the worst defenses right now in the NFL this season with the Jets,
allowing teams to score 31.4 points per game, which is 31st right now in the NFL. I don't even
know who at the top of my head who the 32nd ranked point scoring defense is this up, you know,
this season. Maybe it's Baltimore. Is it Dallas or is it Baltimore? Yeah. Let's take a look.
I'll pull it up while you continue. But I think that's going to be something that you have.
to monitor.
This is a defense that I just think they get worn down so much.
You know, you talk about an offense there in, and obviously New York that punts the football
quite a bit.
They settle for a lot of field goals.
They don't have a lot of consistency or effectiveness.
So, you know, for the defense, I think you go look at this Jets team and say they're on
the field entirely too much.
Can the Broncos dominate the time of possession, get down in the red zone and obviously
score points?
Those are going to be the biggest factors here.
And I think the run game is going to be the biggest key to the Broncos.
Broncos unlocking this type of success against the Jets defense here on Sunday.
Early morning game, too, by the way, folks, don't forget to set your alarms.
Get your coffee pot to auto brew.
It's going to be an early game.
It is going to be.
And you're right, Cody.
It was, it is the Baltimore Ravens.
So far the season.
Obviously, they allowed, I don't know, 100 points to the Texans this past weekend.
So, yeah, they dropped to 32nd with the Cowboys.
They beat the Jets and the Cowboys.
Yomte Williams.
They kind of provided a bit of a blueprint for how the Broncos can dictate this game because
ultimately what we have seen from the Jets is a susceptibility to some of these big plays.
And I think that we saw George Pickens do it this past weekend.
We've seen a number of others like Aaron Rogers and the Steelers did a ton of it against this Jets defense.
They've been susceptible to the big plays as well.
They have been pretty stingy though on third downs, Cody.
I did want to point that out.
They've been fairly stingy on third downs.
They have the 11th best third down defense rate in the NFL so far this season.
So the Broncos are going to have to be good on those early downs to get into favorable situations.
And if you do get into the red zone against the Jets, they are 16th in the NFL, allowing 60% of red zone opportunities to turn into touchdown.
So kind of an interesting little nugget there for a defense that's obviously trying to force takeaways,
obviously trying to get off the field as often as they possibly can.
We saw the Broncos.
They punted seven times against the Eagles.
So the Jets are going to try to use that to their advantage, be aggressive.
get the Broncos into third and long situations and see if they can't create some of those takeaways.
Well, you mentioned the Jets defense in the ranking on third down.
I mean, the Broncos are also bottom 10 right now in the NFL on third down conversion percentage,
24th, only converting 37.3% of their third down series.
Now, obviously, that could be skewed a little bit because of that Chargers game a few weeks ago.
And obviously, this past week against the Philadelphia Eagles, so the numbers don't suggest it.
But can the Broncos continue to find efficiency on these early downs here against this Jets defense?
that will give them some favorable situations on third down, third and short.
That's the key here going for.
Maybe some back shoulder throws from Bone Nix to Cortland Sutton against Soss Gardner.
We'll have to see what the Broncos offense brings to the table against this JST team.
But Broncos country coming up next, we're going to tell you why the Broncos defense,
they have to contain Breece Hall and Justin Fields if they want to win,
and they have to ramp up the pressure.
We'll dive deeper to that here on today's episode of the show.
Today's episode with Lockdown Broncos is brought to you by our friends over there at Fandu,
America's number one sports book.
And Fandu is the place to be for the NFL season, especially with some of these games that are starting off early on Sunday morning, like the Broncos and the New York Jets, where the Broncos, they are currently seven point favorites right now over the Jets.

The Denver Broncos defense up to this point has not been able to figure out Breeze Hall
throughout the course of his NFL career. Breece Hall has kind of dominated the Denver Broncos.
And he's been very good leading the jets in yards from scrimmage once again this season.
So how did the Broncos figure him out?
we're going to tell you all about it on today's episode,
Locked on Broncos.
And once again, Broncos Country,
just want to say thank you so much to every single one of you.
That makes us your first listen of the day every single day.
Cody and I can't help,
but notice obviously you guys have almost got us to 20K on YouTube,
which is a huge milestone for us.
So we're really excited about that.
If you haven't already done so,
hit subscribe over there on YouTube,
help us to get over 20K,
a big time milestone for the show here upcoming.
But Cody, a big time milestone for this Denver Broncos
defense would be kind of putting a little bit of a stop here to Brees Hall.
The Jets running back.
Obviously, somebody who, I mean, his status for being on the Jets this season was a bit in
question.
I know he's in a contract year.
He's once again averaging over five yards per carry.
But I think when you go throughout the course of his career, what's really fascinating
to me, you look at his numbers against Denver.
He has 18 rushing attempts, or excuse me, 36 rushing attempts against the Broncos for
253 yards. That's seven yards per carry, two rushing touchdowns, and then he has five catches for 31
yards against Denver. But where he's really dominated the Broncos is on the ground, over seven
yards of carry for his career. Yeah. And look, I'd say the one anomaly was last year,
the Broncos found a way to stop Breece Hall. I mean, in that game, you know, torrential downpour
where they wanted to run at the Broncos defense, he had four, I think four yards on 10 total
carry attempts. He couldn't get anything going. And I remember they were trying to toy a
little bit with like the idea of rotating Brees and Brayland Allen.
Obviously, Braylon Allen's not going to play in this game.
He suffered an injury that landed him on injured reserve.
So the idea for this offense is going to be to kind of ride the rock here with
Brees Hall and the Broncos, they got a little bit of a blueprint last year.
Remember the goal line stand too that the Broncos had against him, you know,
in that torrential downpour there, the remnants of obviously, I think the tropical storm
of the hurricane.
But now you get an opportunity to go do that in another country.
So I think that this is going to be a fun matchup here for Denver.
You don't have to worry about the weather or the dynamics here.
But I think the Broncos defense, based on what we've seen from them in terms of the run game,
I think you have to watch out for them slowing down the run.
But the number one thing you have to account for, Sarah, because he is also effective out of the backfield.
We've seen teams capitalize on it so far against Denver.
That wheel route.
The Broncos have to figure out how to stop that wheel route and avoid getting those linebackers
isolated in some of those unfavorable one-on-one matchups.
That's going to be, I think, a big key to continue.
retaining Breece Hall this week.
Right, because Sequin Barkley had a touchdown on a play like that against the Philadelphia
Eagles. Obviously, Jonathan Taylor had a touchdown like that. And we were complaining like,
why is nobody covering Jonathan Taylor every time he sneaks out of the backfield there?
Nobody seems to be able to cover these guys when the Broncos are playing in these situations.
And so it really scares you a little bit with a guy like Bruce Hall who has that explosive
vertical speed, he can get upfield in a hurry. So the Broncos do have to figure that out, Cody.
I don't know what the answer necessarily is.
I don't think it's Alex Singleton, to be honest with you.
But I think because he's been on the wrong end of these plays, unfortunately.
And so I think that that's just the reality of the situation is that now you're going to be looking at,
okay, when Singleton is on the field and the jets are seeing man coverage,
they're going to be deliberately trying to get the ball out to Brees Hall.
So you have to have a plan for helping him out.
And you have to have a plan for if you're sneaking him out of the backfield and you're trying to help Singleton,
Man, the Broncos can't get caught with their pants down on the other side of the field or deep down field.
So it's a tough situation for this defense because they have been susceptible of this season to giving up big plays.
We saw that third and 17 last week.
So, yeah, they've got to figure out how to stop Breece Hall.
And you know the thing with having Dre Greenlaw, this is where not having him hurt, Sarah,
is that the Broncos, they could have a guy like that who could cover these running backs,
but you can't change your defensive scheme by bringing a safety down because you have to worry about the other receiver.
tight ends here with the schematics that Vance Joseph runs defensively,
you have to kind of live with right now that teams are going to try to pick on your running
backs with these types of plays.
And I think once Dre returns, which he is eligible to return next week against,
I believe the Giants, that's going to be an interesting development to watch.
But they're going to try to get Alex Singleton in those one-on-ones.
You know, maybe a fix could be, could the Broncos go a little more heavy dime?
And can they maybe put Jaude Barron as those guys?
If you're going to isolate one of those matchups on a third down situation,
maybe even a second down passing situation.
He didn't have Jade cover a running back.
I would like that.
I think that could be a fun role here.
But right now it's just hard to make that happen.
Yeah,
and I would love to see Jade playing a little bit more just in general since we're on that point.
Because I think going into last week's game,
he was only playing about 26% of the defensive snaps.
And then you go ahead and you make a big play like he did against the Philadelphia Eagles.
And that's somebody who he can be physical when he's out there as well.
I mean, Jade is not a linebacker.
We understand that.
And there's other guys that are big physical defensive backs on this roster who aren't linebackers,
but they can play big physical roles when the running game for the opposing team is trying to get out to the perimeter.
So these are guys who can really be an asset to the Broncos.
And I wouldn't be shocked, Cody, if Jadet plays a much bigger role this week than we've even seen against the Eagles
and any previous game because of that play that he made against Philadelphia.
I think when Dre returns, you're going to see this defense live a little bit more in the dime package.
And I like that because my goodness, between J-MAC, J.MAC, J.D. Reilly, Pat, Hufanga, Brandon Jones, when you can get these guys all on the field. And then you have an athletic linebacker like Dre, who can be a sideline to sideline guy for you. Then all of a sudden it changes everything for how you play certain situations. So the hope is that we get to see that this year. But, you know, as we've said, like with the Dre's situation, you know, you never want to get your hopes up in this situation. When he comes back, okay, great. We want to see him be able to play. And obviously, can,
insistently stay on the field. If that's the case, the dime package is going to be very,
very deadly here for this Broncos team. I think another thing, too, Sarah, we've really had to
see the Broncos get after Justin Fields. You know, sometimes he has a propensity to hold on to
the football a little bit and maybe even scramble out of bounds behind the sticks. And that can lead
to obviously an on paper sack. But the Broncos coming into this game, lead the NFL in
Sacks with 21. Nick Benito has seven of those 21, which is crazy, incredible, the streak and
the pace that he's on.
You're going to get Nick Benito working against, obviously,
Armand Membauer, first round pick at offensive tackle.
I'm excited to see this match.
Because this is also what a Jets offense set has been sacked 16 times so far through
the course of five games.
Yeah, you're allowing three sacks per game roughly at this point.
So the Broncos have to take advantage.
That's an area that they've obviously been great this season is getting after the
quarterback.
And Vance Joseph, he's finding creative ways to do it, whether he's sending four guys,
whether he's blitzing defensive backs, whether he's blitzing linebackers.
The Broncos are getting home one way or the other.
And you never know when reinforcements are going to come, Cody,
because obviously Malcolm Roach did return to practice on Wednesday as well.
So, I mean, it's going to be just waves for Justin Fields to have to deal with.
And it's up to the Broncos to not allow any breakdowns behind that pass rush.
They've got to find ways to close the deal at the quarterback and even create some takeaways.
I know we're going to be talking about the important.
of that coming up here. Well, I mean, you teased it perfectly. The Broncos defense, they have been
smothering. They've been suffocating, but they haven't found a way to get the football consistently
enough. And if they can do that, this defense, they're going to ascend to another level.
We'll tell you how the Broncos defense can create more takeaways here on today's episode of the show.

The Broncos defense hasn't generated a lot of takeaways so far through the first five weeks of the season.
Can they find a way to do that against a Jets team that is susceptible?
to giving up the football, and this can only snowball into the Broncos defense, producing even more down the stretch.
Thank you once again, all the everydayers out there in Broncos country.
Thanks for tuning in making us your first listen.
We appreciate you, as always, Sarah.
It's crazy to think about what we've seen from this Broncos defense.
Really, their roughest game came against the Indianapolis Colts.
Aside from that, they've been pretty dang good all season long here.
And the performance that they had against the Philadelphia Eagles, really after that third quarter play that they gave up to Seqon Barkley,
We saw them lock in.
We know that this defense can do that.
They can generate the pressures, the quarterback hits, the sacks.
But the one thing they got to get more of here is takeaways.
They haven't been able to do that just yet.
Right.
In three of the first five games that the Broncos defense has played this season,
they have zero turnovers force, no takeaways, right?
And that's not a great deal.
Obviously, you got a couple of turnovers against the Titans back in week one.
You got a couple of turnovers against the Los Angeles Chargers in week three.
That is it.
The Broncos have not forced a turnover since week three.
So you got a little bit of a battle of, I guess, opposing forces going on here, right?
The jets are frustrated because they haven't turned, they haven't forced any takeaways all season, right?
And the Denver Broncos, they've been expecting at least one per game with the personnel that you have defensively,
the ability to get to the quarterback more than any other team in the NFL with the investments that you've made in the defensive backfield.
I mean, we know the Broncos have gotten close a number of times, right?
I mean, Tala Noah Hufanga nearly had the play where he almost created a pick six against the Philadelphia Eagles.
And I think it's bubbling beneath the surface, right?
It really is for this Denver Broncos team.
They're getting to the QB.
They've got to start popping that ball out.
They've also got defensive backs that can make plays in man coverage to be able to pick the ball off.
I just think that it's percolating for this team, Cody.
I really feel like a big game of turnovers is bound to happen.
why not against the Jets, right?
They're losing a lot of fumbles.
They're not throwing a ton of picks this year.
Maybe this is the game where the Jets and Justin Fields,
they start throwing a couple of picks for this Denver Broncos defense to take advantage of that pass rush.
That certainly would be nice.
You know, I think in this game coming into it, if we said,
hey, can the Broncos find a way to get a couple of strip sacks and maybe one or two interceptions
to say, yeah, let's take it.
I'm with you too.
And so much of it is teams are trying to implement the quick passing game here.
There's obviously going to be situations as we've seen where,
opposing offense is going to try to dial up some of those longer shot plays or the longer play
action stuff that's trying to develop here. But that's where Denver's got to get these takeaways.
We haven't seen a lot of chances for guys to be able to make plays on the football in terms of
the air, right? The only one came against the charges you mentioned. It's that tip passed by Riley
Moss to Brandon Jones. We love a good tip drill. But can we see some more interceptions here?
And I don't even say, too, I think Justin Fields here, we're trying to get some of these
matchups against the linebackers this week. Will he throw the middle of the field here?
This is where I think you have an opportunity to try to make some plays.
They have to do it.
I mean, Sarah, this trend of not getting takeaways outside of like, you know, forcing a fumble,
it's got to change.
Like you have to come up with picks.
We thought, I know we did like an early projection in the season that the Broncos are going to,
you know, I think be at least a top five defense in takeaways.
We have yet to see that.
And the one guy who forced the fumble against the chargers back in week three on special
teams, Jonah Ellis, he hasn't practiced so far this week.
He missed Wednesday's practice.
he was on the side field.
So we'll see where things are at as this team tries to maneuver some injuries on offense and on defense.
But man, the biggest key is you take away the football, you amplify your chances of winning.
And the Broncos have to do that.
They have to put themselves in a position to do that a lot more.
And look, I'd say there's times where teams are going forward on fourth down.
Denver's getting stops.
That essentially counts as a takeaway, but it's a turnover on downs.
We're talking about, hey, first down, you try to throw a ball across the middle field.
It gets picked.
We need more of that.
Yeah, we do.
I think just in general, it's being more aggressive on the ball and making sure that you are actually creating these opportunities for takeaways.
I mean, sometimes it feels like ball gets punched out.
That's kind of just luck of the draw because we know guys are punching at the ball all the time.
So whether or not that happens, like that's just kind of up for grabs essentially.
It's not even a coin flip chance.
But when you're reading a quarterback's eyes and you're jumping routes, when you're using your advantage of film study, you're seeing trends.
now that five weeks have gone by, you've got a lot of tape out there.
You've got to now start making aggressive plays on the ball, especially in coverage for the
Denver Broncos.
It has to happen this week against the Jets, Cody.
And I think that it can.
I think this is an opportunity because it's not like Justin Fields has poor ball security
when it comes to throwing interceptions or anything, but he will throw on occasion.
He'll have games where he'll throw up multiple interceptions.
And yes, he likes to run and take sacks as opposed to putting the ball in harm's way.
So the Broncos do have to do their part to make him make those mistakes, whether that's disguising coverage, whether that's bringing extra rushers and forcing him to have a quick internal clock, whatever it may be, just be ready to take advantage of him making those quick snap throws and make the plays on the ball.
Like, Riley Moss needs the bounce back of an interception.
Pat Sertan doesn't have one yet this year, right?
So you got to get one for your best guys and Talano Hufanga.
Man, he was so close to creating an interception for a touch.
down against Jalen Hertz, go make that play this time around.
And so that's what we want to see.
To get to the next level, how impressive is it, too, Cody, that the Broncos, they haven't
been forcing a ton of turnovers.
And yet the offense has still been able to do pretty well without the, remember last
year, the excuse was, well, the defense keeps creating you short fields and you're getting
all these extra turnovers throughout the course of these games.
And that's not realistic going forward.
Hey, the offense is still creating and being opportunistic, despite the fact that the defense is
not forcing turnovers.
and I would argue, man, the inability to force turnovers cost you the Colts game.
It costs you the charges game late.
Obviously, you forced a couple against the chargers,
but you needed a strip sack late in that game against L.A.
You needed a strip sack against Daniel Jones to hold on to your fourth quarter lead.
This defense desperately needs to figure out a way to make these big plays happen.
Yeah, and with the different types of dynamic coverages that they're running,
I mean, there's time, Sarah, where they're playing cover three to one side.
They're keeping their corners deeper than the deepest man.
they're bringing a safety over the top, but they're playing man on the back side, right?
Depends on if you have a single receiver or they're playing cover two on the other side.
So when you're getting these different zone looks and the Broncos do a great job with disguising it,
you know, defenses are trying to like react to what the offense is doing,
but the offense is trying to recognize quickly.
Okay, hey, they're in zone.
Where's the soft spot here?
I think the Broncos disguising their coverage is the way that they have.
I am genuinely surprised they don't have more takeaways, more interceptions,
because how they play it is certainly confusing.
If I'm playing quarterback, I'm thinking like what the heck is happening here.
So Denver hasn't had those chances.
I think Sunday's game here could very well change that here for this Broncos football team.
Find a way to get the football.
That's going to be the key here.
