Locked On Penguins - Daily Podcast On The Pittsburgh Penguins - Will the Penguins manage Kris Letang's minutes more next season?

Episode Date: April 24, 2025

Our season in review series for the Pittsburgh Penguins continues on Thursday with Kris Letang and Hunter and Patrick have quite a few thoughts on his season. They discuss how it didn't go according t...o plan for Letang and how his skating continues to go downhill as he has gotten older. They also discuss how he probably can't handle top pairing responsibilities for next season and how they will need to bring in more help for him if they trade Erik Karlsson since he can't run the offense from the backend as well. After that, they discuss how Wheeling and WBS face elimination in their playoff series and why some players need to answer the call later this week. Finally, they discuss Tanner Howe's injury and why it's a super tough blow since he has been playing great in the WHL this year.Support Us By Supporting Our Sponsors!Monarch MoneyTake control of your finances with Monarch Money. Starting point is 00:00:00 Today on Locked-on Penguins, we look back at the season that was for Chris LaTang, however ugly it may have been. Both the Wilkesbury Scranton Penguins and the Wheeling Nailers are now facing elimination, and we got some not-so-great injury news regarding one of the penguins more highly touted prospects. We'll get all into all of that and more right after this. You're Locked-on Penguins, your daily podcast on the Pittsburgh Penguins, part of the Locked On Podcast Network, your team every day. Welcome in to another edition of the Locked on Penguins podcast. I'm one of your host, Patrick Damp.

Starting point is 00:01:14 Plus, if you follow us on YouTube, go ahead and hit that notification button. That way, you can be among the first to know when we drop our daily Monday through Friday episodes. So we go to our third season in review of the off season so far. and we've already done two of the three penguins captains. So we might as well do the third here on Thursday. And that is, of course, defenseman Chris LaTang. And this is going to be a very difficult one for us to do
Starting point is 00:01:49 because the two of us have not exactly been shy about the fact that we are big fans of Chris Latang, the way he has played the majority of his career, and the value he has. brought to the penguin's defensive core for the better part of 20 years. But this was not a season for the highlight reel for Chris Latang. 74 games, 9 goals, 21 assists for only 30 points. It's pretty low when it comes to his career output.
Starting point is 00:02:22 He did not do that poorly last year. He had 51 points and 10 goals, 41 assists. So about twice as many assists last year, you look at his overall point totals. It's the first time since 2009, 2010, when he was still really getting his footing under him as an regular NHL defenseman that he's had 30 points or less. You look back at some of his other seasons. He really has been pretty consistent staying between the 40 and 60-ish point mark, depending upon. the season. And this year was a pretty dramatic drop-off, but putting the numbers to the side, I think one of the biggest problems for Chris LaTang this season. And we are going to find out
Starting point is 00:03:15 going into next season if this is in fact Father Time finally catching up with him or if this was just an off year. But the legs do not appear to be there the way they once were. You look back at the majority of Chris LaTang's career. And there were times where I don't want to make this a one-to-one comparison because it's not, where he was in a similar class as Eric Carlson, where he would take risks, he would pinch, he would jump up into the play. But because he had such marvelous foot speed, such fluid skating, even if it was a bad pinch, even if it was a bad time for him to step up into the play.
Starting point is 00:04:01 He was usually able to make up for it with his speed. This year was not the case at all. He really seemed to be about a step slower, his decision making. While I want to make sure I add this caveat to it, he made a lot of bad decisions on the ice this year, but the decisions he made have to be adjusted. because the decisions he was making were from a time when he still had that foot speed. You looked at what he did and you thought, okay, he did that in the past and he used to be able to make up for it. Now he can't make those kind of decisions because the foot speed's not there.
Starting point is 00:04:45 So going into next season, if I'm Chris LaTang, which I'm clearly not, but going into next season, there needs to be an adjustment in his game, should the foot speed not return? Because very similar to the player we spoke about yesterday and of Gennie Malkin, there were still plenty of flashes where he looks like he can be a very valuable defenseman. Is he going to be a top pairing defenseman? It's doubtful.
Starting point is 00:05:15 But is he still going to be a very good, very impactful second or third defenseman? Absolutely. He just has to make those adjustments. You took the words right out of my mouth. And I apologize, everyone. My voice is very hoarse today. My allergies are really bad, especially this week now that the weather is going to be warmer, pawns out there.
Starting point is 00:05:33 So I apologize to everyone about my voice. But the biggest thing that really stood out to me this season was his skating. For the longest time, his bread and butter has been the way he's been able to skate, the way that he's been able to get back, even though he's been burned at times throughout his career, he's able to get back, lift the stick out of someone coming in on, for example, a breakaway, and he's been able to really shut down that play. He was also not as good along the boards and one-on-one battles. His overall game, it felt like deteriorated this season,
Starting point is 00:06:06 and a big part of that was because of his skating. I'll get into the grade in a little bit, but his offense, which we all know, he's been known for that as well throughout his career. It also went off a cliff. I know a lot of people really harp on Eric Carlson, and I totally understand at least part of it just because he hasn't lived up to some expectations.
Starting point is 00:06:26 I think that's very valid. But Chris Lettang was worse than Eric Carlson was this year. Some people aren't ready for that conversation, Pat, but he was. They were playing them pretty even in terms of first, second pairing. They kind of looked at it at two first pairings, but Chris Latang can't play on the top pairing anymore, man. He just really can't. And I hate saying that because Latang has been one of my favorite players throughout his
Starting point is 00:06:51 entire Penguins career. I have defended him from a lot of very unfair criticism. Even when he was in the prime years of his career, there were so many people coming at other fans like, oh, this guy's stange, you're not going to win with him, you can just trade him now. He goes out there and still has marvelous seasons, especially 2016.
Starting point is 00:07:09 I still feel like that's one of, by far, one of his best seasons of his career. I still feel like when it's all said and done, he is probably going to go to the Hockey Hall of Fame. People can debate that whatever they want. He's going to get in, and I think it's going to be deserved. in my opinion. But with where he is right now, he has to be lower in the lineup, whether that's
Starting point is 00:07:30 the second or the third pairing. You cannot be giving him 20 to 25 minutes a night. That's not where he is as a player anymore. And you know what? That's totally fine. If you want to give him 14, 16 minutes a night, maybe 17 if you want, I think that's okay. But asking him to play 23 to 25 minutes a night, almost half the game at this juncture with where his skating is, it's just too much. Like, you look at the underlying for this year with Latang. 74 games, when he was on ice, the Penguins only got 49% of the shot attempts, 51 goals 4 to 62 goals against, 46% expected goals 4 rate, 47% scoring chances for rate.
Starting point is 00:08:12 He was below water in scoring chances, high danger chances, expected goal shot attempts. it's not normal when you see him below water like that usually he is well above 50% because he has been the penguin's best defenseman usually throughout his career but you can't have him on the top pairing next season at this rate i really do i think this kind of gives us a bit of a full circle moment for the last two episodes where the the idea of load management has to kind of take hold here with the Penguins organization a little bit. And that doesn't, in Chris LaTang in the defense's case, doesn't mean sitting them down for a couple of games here and there. But they are really going to have to find a way Kyle Dubas, that is, to rebuild this defensive core.
Starting point is 00:09:03 Because if you're able to take Chris LaTang down to 19, 20 minutes a night, you're probably going to get a better Chris Luton. tang but that also means that you're going to have to have some defense by committee you're going to have to have a first pair a second pair and a third pair that you trust in just about every situation whether it's an offensive situation a defensive zone situation playing with a lead playing to get back into the game so like i i agree to a certain extent i don't think that he is the top pairing defenseman that he once was, especially when it comes to the minutes he would eat. Because we remember there were times when he would play 25, 26, 27 minutes a night and be no worse for where. Those days are long gone. So now it's to the point where Kyle Dubus and the management
Starting point is 00:10:04 are really going to have to pull some rabbits out of the hat here to get a defensive core that you have no problem elevating your second pair. You have no problem putting your third pairing out there. It doesn't mean that your fifth and sixth defensemen should be playing 17 to 18 minutes a night, but you do have to make it so you can shave a few minutes off of Chris Latang. Because I do think all things considered, very similar to what we said about Malkin, you've got to decrease the workload a little bit here because there is still a good defense. defenseman there. He showed it in several flashes this year. He had his moments where you watched his game and went,
Starting point is 00:10:47 all right, that's the Chris LaTang that we know. That's the Chris LaTang that we're used to. But because of age, because of wear and tear, and everything else he's gone through in his career, it's not the same guy who can eat 25 minutes a night. You're going to have to find a way to balance his workload better. Obviously, the last thing we got to finish with, we do know that we covered it on the show very quickly. He did have heart surgery to close a small hole in his heart, which doctors do believe was the cause of the two strokes that Chris La Tang has had throughout his professional hockey playing career. He's expected to make a full recovery. Obviously, that's going to be huge, not just for him the hockey player, but for him the human being, because that risk obviously did not go away because of the small hole in his hearts.
Starting point is 00:11:38 Now that that has been taken care of, especially with the team out of the playoff picture and out of the playoffs, he finally had some time to step away from the team, get that procedure done, and get it taken care of. So speedy recovery to him. But last thing I'll say before we had to break here, we all know that his conditioning and workouts are the stuff of legend. So that is why I'm willing to give him a little bit more of a wide berth on this because I think he's well aware of how this season went. All you got to do is look at the top line numbers. They are not very good for him. It's going to be a motivated guy to come back.
Starting point is 00:12:20 And you listen to the way he talks. You listen to the way his teammates talk about him. He's a very motivated guy. This isn't a guy who is just cash in a paycheck and waiting for his career to come to a close. He wants to continue to compete. So very curious to see how he responds next season. Same. And I hope he goes out there and kicks absolute ass next season
Starting point is 00:12:41 because I'm always going to be a fan of Crystal Tang. I'll give him a lower grade to this year, probably around a D just because his game can believe he fell off on the top pairing. But I'm not sitting here and saying like, oh, my God, he's been, you know, pathetic his whole career or anything. He is going to go to the Hall of Fame. And for good reason, he has carried offense from the back end so many times. his career. You know, you look at the 2016 team, Pat, there was a real case for him to win
Starting point is 00:13:06 the Kahn-Smith that year. He honestly, if you want to argue that he should have won it, more power to you. Like, I think he had a better case than Sid, if I'm being able to be honest with you. I think he and Phil Kessel had better cases than said. I'm not going to take that one away from Sid because he won it, but I think Letang was a better overall player throughout those playoffs. I would agree with you. Some people forget that, man. He was on a different planet in that 2016 cup run. His game in San Jose game six, he was the best player on the ice. It was not even close. And again, I know he's a lot older now. I know his game is not close to where it was at that point, but I will still always fondly remember Chris LaTang for everything he's helped accomplish throughout
Starting point is 00:13:48 his tenure here with the three Stanley Cups and everything. I'm still going to keep watching the end of his career with a smile on my face, even though again, we all know how rough this year was. I gave him a D, but I hope that he bounces back, gets his minutes lowered a little bit, but still play as well. That's my hope for him. But asking him to carry all the offense next season, Pat, especially if you trade Eric Carlson, it's probably a bit much. So they're going to have to bring in a defense or two to really help it because he can't carry the offense from the back end. He just can't at this point.
Starting point is 00:14:17 Nope, 100% on that. I would give him maybe a C minus because I do think there is something to be said for an extreme lack of depth on the blue line this year. and he was probably saddled with a little more that he can handle, but you still have to answer for the struggles that you had throughout the season. But that is going to do it for our opening segment. When we come back, dark, dark times down on the farm, as now both the baby penguins and the wheeling nailers are staring down elimination in their first round series.
Starting point is 00:14:51 We will get into that when we come back. But first we've got to tell you about today's first sponsor, and that is Fandul. The NBA playoffs are here, and Fandle is giving new customers an incredible way to get in on the action. Right now, when you join Fandall and place your first $5 bet, you'll be $250 in bonus bets if your bet wins.
Starting point is 00:15:11 Fandall makes betting so easy, whether it's picking your favorite team or players or diving into player props, whether it's three-pointers, steals, assists, or whatever. Fandals has so many ways to bet your favorite player props. Plus, after the game tips off, you can combine live prop bets into a same game parlay for a chance to win big. So don't miss out.
Starting point is 00:15:30 Head to FanDuel.com and claim your $250 in bonus bets today. All right, welcome back. It's the Thursday edition of Locked-on Penguins. I'm Patrick Damp joined alongside Hunter Hodes. And, oh boy, we were really hoping for some long playoff runs in the HL and the ECHO. And while they very well could still happen, the odds are ever not in the favor of the baby penguins. Let's start with them, Hunter, an absolute rough one last night against the Lehigh Valley. Embarrassing is the word. I was watching that game. It looked like some of those guys
Starting point is 00:16:11 didn't want to be out there, honestly. And there is a bulletin material quote here. This comes from Alex Bump of Lehigh Valley. And he said, Wilkesbury's defensemen didn't want to play the hard game. Like I said, they don't like to defend soft defenders, in my opinion. I want them to hang up that quote in the locker room going to Lehigh Valley for game two and I want to look at that for a minute before going out on my ice because when a opposing player says that about you after you just got embarrassed at your home ring in game one if that doesn't put the the fire into you then what will man and to add insult to injury to that quote Alex bump is not some guy who has spent a career in the
Starting point is 00:16:56 HL, he's not a grizzled vet who has been riding the bus for years. Last night was Alex Bumps professional hockey playoff debut. That was his first game in professional hockey postseason play. The Penguins give up five straight to go down five to nothing. They get two garbage time goals late in the game, but this was not really much of a contest, like you said. The penguins had their chances. They had a couple of moments here and there,
Starting point is 00:17:32 but pretty much from the drop of the puck until about the 7, 8 minute mark of the third period, it was all Lehigh all the time. And there's also the other thing that we have to add, this will be a good transition a little bit into wheeling and some things that will also transition into our, final segment. Sergei Mershoff is returning to the American Hockey League because apparently there was an injury
Starting point is 00:18:00 to Yoel Blumquist. So this is really right now for both teams the worst case scenario, all things considered. Now, before we get too negative, one thing to keep in mind here with the baby penguin series, this is a best of three. So while they are facing. elimination when they play on Friday night, another win or one win, and you're right back in this and it's a winner take all best of three. So this isn't like they've got to climb out of a massive hole. They just have to bounce back on Friday. And the thing that I will say is it's
Starting point is 00:18:42 both, it's the double-edged sword of a best of three series. It's a coin flip at best. You have one off night and it completely derails you, but it's also, you have the ultimate chance to come right back. And if you look at the way the game goes last night and you look at what Wilkes Bear has done throughout this season, there have not been many nights where they know show like this. This is not a pattern for the baby penguins. This was a blip on the radar screen, hopefully, because they could go out and do the same thing on Friday night. But when you take the past as a little bit of prologue, they have been a team that has bounced back most of this year. They have a bad game.
Starting point is 00:19:28 They rattle off a couple wins. They put together a couple good efforts. So I look at this team in the collection of talent that they have. And there's a good opportunity for them to bounce back on Friday. 100%. It really does think, though, that Yo, I Blumquist is a big banged up right now because also Pat, Philip Larson is also hurt. So it looks like the two goalies.
Starting point is 00:19:49 It's going to be Moroshov and Tiller her. Godier. So one of those two gets to start. If I were Wilkesbury, and obviously I am not Kirk McDonald, I am not the head coach of the baby penguins, but if I were, I would probably go to Marischov. Why not? Yeah, I know. Wheeling is down 3-0 right now. You look at his numbers. They're not pretty, but again, they're not getting any offense from anyone, really, right now in this series. But I would still throw Murashav out there and see what he can do behind this defensive group and these boards. Yeah, I know. Rucker McGorority is not there either, but I think you're going to hopefully see a fired up team on Friday. I mean, Tristan Brose was also
Starting point is 00:20:30 really blunt after the game. He called it effing embarrassing. Not allowed to say that word on the show, because, of course, we're right around PG-PG-13, but he said it was effing embarrassing. And by the way, Pat, if no one is following Tony and Drogatus, you are doing it wrong. He is one of the top AHA reporters out there, especially for the baby penguins. He is my opinion, the best by far. You need to be following it because he does tremendous work. He's been getting these quotes throughout the season for the baby penguins. He's been talking to head coach Kirk McDonald.
Starting point is 00:21:02 He is an awesome reporter. And he was the one that got up a quote last night from Tristan Rose saying that it was effing embarrassing with the way that they played. So I think you're going to see him fired up. I want to see the league coiff have a nice balance back game. And if they start Muroshov, I want to see him answer the call a little bit as well. But for Willie, man, they're down three nothing right now. And again, they just can't get any offense, no matter if it's on the road or now at home.
Starting point is 00:21:27 Even in a good environment, the fans were fired up for that game, but they just can't break through Norfolk's defense. Like, they just can't get any offense going. I mean, here is probably the biggest, biggest storyline outside of obviously the roster moves and it being now a 3-0-de-de-de-deficit for the nailers. They're now down 3-0-0, as I said, losing. 5 to 1 last night to the admirals. But this is the stat of the series. The Norfolk goaltender, Thomas Millick, has faced 98 shots, and he has stopped 97 of them. In three games, the nailers have been outscored 13 to 1.
Starting point is 00:22:14 And as much as you could place some blame on the goaltending, because 4-4 and 5, especially, in the postseason is not very acceptable. At the same time, when your run support is one goal across three games, eventually some of that blame has to be placed upon the skaters. So this is when we talk worst case scenarios, this is worst case scenario for Wheeling. They are down three to nothing. They have to reverse sweep an opponent that they have only been able to muster a single
Starting point is 00:22:51 goal in in three games. And the good news is the rest of the series is in Wheeling. So however many more games this goes, they don't have to travel. But realistically, I mean, this is going to be now without Sergey Murashav and even tougher climb for the nailers. It really has to be a one, a total one game at a time proposition. The next one obviously will be Friday night in Wheeling. at 7-10.
Starting point is 00:23:22 If they win that one, game six will be, or game five, excuse me, will be on Saturday. And then it's going to be a very tough one because then if they win that one, game six, Monday, April 28th, and then game seven would be April 29th on Tuesday. So it's not only the fact that they've got to reverse sweep this team. they have to do it in very, very short order. Buddy, I'm telling you right now, I don't want to see both these foreign teams go out in the first round of the playoffs. I would just really stay,
Starting point is 00:23:58 not just for the development of these players, but also for content purposes. I want to see these two teams keep going. And I want to see some of these young guys really answer the call, especially when they're facing elimination in these games. And that I think is a good place to leave it. The last thing that I will add on this is, obviously I think Wilkes-Bair has,
Starting point is 00:24:17 just statistically the better shot because it's one, maybe two more games. And if you win them both, you move on. As for the nailers, four straight against a team that you've only been able to muster a single goal against, much more monumental of a lift. But I will say this, I want to see how all of these teams respond in the next game. And then if there's another game after those, because if they don't come out victorious, If, say, Wooks Bear wins tomorrow and they force game three and they play well in both games, that's something I can live with to a certain extent.
Starting point is 00:24:56 Because it means they pulled themselves up. They just came out on the wrong end of it. Wheeling, on the other hand, I'm very, very skeptical they can pull off the reverse sweep. But you win a game or two, you battle back, your offense starts to wake up, you start to make it a series and you think, all right, these guys responded well, maybe a little bit late, but they responded well to adversity. And that is part of developing as a professional. So we will see what happens with both of those teams.
Starting point is 00:25:28 Obviously, we're going to keep our eyes on these upcoming games, especially now that both teams find themselves in a do or die situation. But that is going to do it for our middle segment when we come back, some not great injury news from the penguins in one of their better prospects that they're keeping an eye on this summer. But we'll talk about that when we return right after this. But we got to tell you about today's last sponsor, and that is Monarch Money. If you've ever checked your bank account and wondered, where did all my money go? And whether it's between dining out, online shopping, or entertainment, it's very easy to lose track.
Starting point is 00:26:05 That is where Monarch Money comes in, your personal CFO, giving you full visibility and control. over your finances. Monarch money, it's not just a budgeting app. It's a complete financial command center. You can track all your accounts, investments, and spending all in one place,
Starting point is 00:26:20 so you stop managing your money and start building wealth. That all in one convenience, that's the money line for you, no pun intended. Instead of juggling multiple apps like your banking account app, your credit card app,
Starting point is 00:26:33 your investment apps, it's all right there in Monarch money, so you can do all of that, keep track of it, and even set, some long-term goals. So take control of your finances with Monarch money. Use code locked on NHL at Monarchmoney.com for 50% off your first year.
Starting point is 00:26:49 That's Monarchmoney.com code locked on NHL for half off your first year. All right. We're back here on the Thursday edition of Locked on Penguins. I'm Patrick Damp alongside Hunter Hodes. And we're going to go kind of short and sweet with this final segment because there's not a whole ton to dive into. We also want to make sure Hunter can give his voice a little bit of rest. He's been gutten through this.
Starting point is 00:27:16 And that's what you do this time of year. It's playoff season. You got to play through the bumps and the bruises. And Hunter Hodes is no exception. But tough announcement today from the Penguins that one of their prospects, Tanner Howe, has undergone successful ACL reconstruction, reconstruction surgery. Dubus and the team made that announcement today. He had the operation here in Pittsburgh.
Starting point is 00:27:40 And the recovery time, this is a real tough one. It is nine months. So he will not be back in any sort of full capacity until nearly, if not into 2026. So the 19-year-old been someone that they've had their eye on. He's been very good with both the Calgary Hitman and the Regina Pats in the WHL. Penguins took him second overall in the second round, excuse me, 44th overall combined those two on the little fact sheet I got in front of me on my notes. But second round pick, 44th overall, 2024 draft.
Starting point is 00:28:21 They signed him last July, played in the IHF World Junior Championships with Team Canada. Tough blow for a kid that really started to come into his own this past year. Tanner Howell was playing tremendous this year for the Calgary Hitman and the WHL man. 12 goals, 39 points, and 37 games during the regular season and in the playoffs. He was even better over a point per game. Two goals, nine points and six games. You know who he plays with, by the way? Ben Kindle, who is going to be eligible for the 2025 NHL draft,
Starting point is 00:28:53 and he is number 10 on my list for Penguins targets in the first round. The top four is very straightforward. You know, Misa, Schaefer, Martone Higgins for me. But I'm a bit higher on Ben Kindle than some of my. others and he and Tanner Howell were a ton of fun to watch this year. I'll dive more into my Penguin specific list a little bit later on as we get closer to the draft, but I do really like seeing those two have some chemistry. But Tanner Howell, he plays like a rat.
Starting point is 00:29:19 He's really good in front of the net, has a good release. His playmaking was also really good this year, and he was electric in the playoffs. So this is really going to stay too bad because he's not going to be able to participate in development camp and training camp. That's the really unfortunate part. Like you say nine months, it's not going to be back until January, man. Just a really unfortunate injury because I liked his camp this past year. Obviously, he wasn't ready and that was totally fine.
Starting point is 00:29:46 But it just really stinks that he had this injury come up because he had a really great season, the WHL. And again, really love watching him play with Ben Kendall, who I do hope the Penguins draft at some point this summer. That would be a nice little pickup for them. And I don't want to go full hacky stand-up comedian on this, but I'm going to have to because this has been a pretty dark episode of Locked-on Penguins, not a lot of hope to take out of this one. But the one thing to keep in mind is that how is 19 years old? And I haven't really dug into the demographics of the audience that we have.
Starting point is 00:30:27 but if you remember being 19, you were indestructible. Just nothing got in your way. You could have the roughest night of your life and wake up at 6 a.m. No worse for where. So getting knee construction reconstruction surgery is never a good thing, but he's 19 years old. There is a lot of runway there on a professional hockey career. You hate to see it happen this early,
Starting point is 00:30:52 but you know that there's a good chance, especially in this day age with the way things have developed, where sports medicine and recovery and training have developed to, he can recover from this pretty well. And you just have to hope that doesn't lose a step and doesn't lose that fire, because that is the biggest thing you and I have been a fan of, is that he is a fearless hockey player.
Starting point is 00:31:20 And for a lot of the good that the penguins have done over the past 12 or so months, they would be wise to get a couple of those ratty players who just stay in your kitchen all game long. And Tanner Howe, if he develops the right way, he fits that bill to a T. 100%. And there's some other players that also fit that bill in this draft.
Starting point is 00:31:45 Again, Ben Kindle, he's a lot of fun. I love Victor Eklund. I have him fifth on my Penglin specific draft board. As is just small T's right around there. Victor Eklund for someone being so small, he's got an edge to him. Like he can give it to some bigger players and it's a lot of fun to watch in the Swedish league. But okay, I'm getting ahead of myself. I'll save that for an episode down the line.
Starting point is 00:32:05 We've got, we'll have draft coverage coming up in the lead up to it. So we're not going to burn it all here. But that is going to do it for this edition of Locked on Penguins. Thank you as always for tuning in. Hunter and I will be back with a brand new episode for you on Friday, getting you set for the two games, once again, the do-or-die games for the baby penguins and the Wokesbury Scranton. And hopefully with Mr. Marshall.
Starting point is 00:32:29 And hopefully with Jesse Marshall, we will talk to him later on, hopefully get him on for the show, as well as continue our season and review depending upon what we want to talk about with Mr. Marshall. But for Hunter Hodes, I'm Patrick Dam. Thank you, as always for tuning in. We will be back on Friday.
