Locked On Titans - Daily Podcast On The Tennessee Titans - Sean McDermott WORTH THE RISK for Tennessee Titans & Matt Nagy vs. Robert Saleh Tale of the Tape
Episode Date: January 19, 2026The Tennessee Titans could have gotten incredibly lucky as the Buffalo Bills fired head coach Sean McDermott on Monday. McDermott would be a homerun hire for the Titans and could save them from the fl...oundering position they are currently in. The Titans would be taking a major risk by going after McDermott, but it is a worthy risk to take. Especially because their other two options are Robert Saleh and Matt Nagy. Neither is as proven of a coach as McDermott, but both have pros and cons as potential fits. The reality is though, Saleh has way more going for him and would be a much better selection. Mike McCarthy is the forgotten man here and a lot of Titans fans are wondering why. Answering that question is probably as simple as the Titans don't see McCarthy as as good of a fit as Nagy and Saleh, even if that is hard to believe. With all of the news swirling, odds are the Titans will have a new coach by Tuesday evening into Wednesday morning. The Tennessee Titans need to go all in for Sean McDermott.
But I don't think they will.
And I'll tell you why on today's edition of Locked on Titans.
You are Locked on Titans, your daily Tennessee Titans podcast, part of the Locked on
Podcast Network, your team every day.
Welcome to the Locked on Titans podcast.
I am your host, Tyler Rowland Titans fans on today's show.
I'm going to tell you why Sean.
McDermott is absolutely worth the risk for the Titans they need to go all in on him but sadly
I don't think they will and the reason for that is I think that the Titans head coaching job is a two-horse race
between Matt Nagy and Robert Sala I'm gonna go over the pros and cons of both and tell you why it's a slam dunk for
Robert Sala in my eyes and a lot of people are wondering where the heck is Mike McCarthy in all of this
and I'm gonna talk about the sad reality that looks like the Titans simply don't want Mike McCormack
Before we dive into all of it, do want to thank you for making Locked on Titans,

Tune in Monday through Friday.
Couldn't do it without you guys.
If you aren't an everydayer, you have to be one.
I think the Titans are going to have a head coach within the next 24 to 36 hours.
I'm going to be here to break down all.
the news with you guys, talk about potential coaching staffs, what it means for the roster.
So much to discuss in a critical all season for the Tennessee Titans.
Make sure you're as up to date, as informed, and as entertained as a Tennessee Titans fan could possibly be,
stay locked in with the Locked on Titans podcast.
But with that being said, the Tennessee Titans need to go all in for Sean McDermott
after he was fired by the Buffalo Bills on Monday morning.
He has absolutely worked the risk no matter what it means with losing.
other candidates, things like that.
Sean McDermott would have been my number two candidate
behind John Harbaugh if all the candidates were open last week.
Sean McDermott is an excellent football coach
with a history of success in the league.
Right now, Sean McDermott, after nine years in Buffalo,
has a 662 winning percentage.
That's a better winning percentage than John Harbaugh.
That's a better winning percentage than Mike McCarthy.
148 wins to 98 losses.
7 straight years.
Sean McDermott has led his team to 10 plus wins.
6 division titles in 9 seasons.
He's 8 in the playoffs, so not a winning record in the playoffs,
but that's a lot of playoff wins, that's a lot of playoff success.
He's had 5, 5.
Top 10 past defenses.
Three of those times, he's been the number one past defense
in the NFL and he's had six top 10 total defensive performance as well.
He is a very, very good defensive mind.
Quite frankly, a defensive genius at the end of the day.
Not only that, but we talk about the connections
to Mike Borgonzi to the Andy Reed tree.
Well, guess who else is an Andy Reed acolyte?
Sean McDermott.
Sean McDermott spent 2001 to 2010 in Philadelphia with Andy Reed.
So there's a connection there as well.
And the big thing for me is, Sean McDermott is a leader.
Sean McDermott is a guy whose players respected them.
He never lost the locker room.
He never had all these big problems with big personalities, acting out.
He had Stefan Diggs on his team,
who is one of maybe the most morally bankrupt players in the entire NFL,
and he kept him in line enough for them to have a ton of success.
Not only is he a great leader of men,
which is what the Tennessee Titans desperately need,
a professional football coach with a winning record, playoff success,
defensive brilliance. Not only that,
but unlike a lot of other defensive-minded head coaches,
this is a guy who has had great success with finding offensive coordinators.
He found Brian Dable, who got an opportunity to be a head coach for the New York Giants.
He found Joe Brady, who's going to get an opportunity to be a head coach in the NFL.
He may be promoted to take over in Buffalo.
Joe Brady will be a head coach in the NFL.
So this is a defensive-minded head coach that has had real success with finding offensive coordinators.
And they had a problem with Ken Dorsey for a little while as the offensive coordinator.
But unlike other defensive-minded head coaches,
who the Tennessee Titans fan base may be acquainted with,
he moved off Ken Dorsey as soon as he needed to.
Like as soon as he knew that it was a problem,
he was willing to move away, go to Joe Brady,
and it was absolutely an upgrade.
So there really is no downside.
here to Sean McDermott, except there are some people that criticize his game management.
You know, but at the end of the day, if you ask pretty much any fan of any team in the NFL,
they're going to tell you, oh, our head coach doesn't know how to manage the game.
Sean McVe, Kyle Shanahan, Andy Reed, they get criticized for not knowing how to manage the football
game properly.
So I was talking to my guy from Locked on Colts
Zach earlier today
and he was basically saying like
there is no fan base in the NFL
that thinks that their coach manages the game well
so you have to keep that in mind here
and in my opinion
what Buffalo did is absolutely insane
Brandon Bean their general manager
has done an awful job
he just went on a John Robinson level 3 year run
in the draft
Buffalo's roster was absolutely terrible
and yet
and yet
Sean McDermott was able to get a number one past defense out of them and obviously Josh Allen on the offensive side with the good
offensive coordinators that
Sean McDermott hired were able to propel this team to again
seven straight years of 10 plus wins
51 years old so whereas John Harbaal and Mike McCarthy are in their 60s
we have a guy with a better winning percentage who is 51 years old
I mean out of this world
slam dunk, no doubt, home run higher for the Tennessee Titans
if they were able to do it.
But here's the problem.
Here's the issue.
Here's the question.
If you're the Tennessee Titans,
if you're the Tennessee Titans right now
and John Harbaal just left you at the altar
and Kevin Stefansky just left you at the altar
and Jeff Halfley is about to leave you at the altar
and not even come to your meeting and sign with the Dolphins,
probably by the time you hear this,
Jeff Halfley will be the head coach of the Miami Dolphins.
If you just got suckered three times in a row,
are you going to take the risk of losing a guy who you like
to go after Sean McDermott?
Are you going to risk losing out on Robert Sala or Matt Nagy
to go after Sean McDermott when you just got left at the altar?
Sean McDermott might not even be interested.
Now, I think that the Tennessee Titans absolutely must call Sean McDermott's agent
and have him tell you that Sean McDermott is not interested.
Make Sean McDermott's agent tell you, no, we don't want to come to Tennessee, don't worry about us.
If you hear that, then fine.
You move forward and you go to your two-horse race that not a lot of people are excited about.
But until you are told explicitly,
Sean McDermott is not interested in your team.
He is absolutely worth the risk.
because the reality here is Sean McDermott is far superior
as a head coaching candidate to Matt Nagy and Robert Sala
and I like Robert Sala.
Robert Sala has been in my top five coaching candidates the entire time.
I like Robert Sala
but I am not going to be deranged enough
to think that he's on the same level as Sean McDermott.
So to me, Sean McDermott is 100% worth the risk
If you miss out on Robert Sala, you're not going to miss out on Matt Nagy.
The Titans can always go back to Matt Nagy.
So would I risk losing on Robert Sala to go after Sean McDermott?
Yes.
You have to take that risk.
You absolutely must take that risk.
But here's the thing again, I don't think the Titans are.
I think Mike Borganzi is scared.
I think Mike Borganzi just got worked by the NFL coaching cycle.
I mentioned the three examples already.
And now Mike McCarthy is getting an interview with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
So if you're Mike Borganzi, you're like, uh, uh, I don't really want Matt Nagy.
I kind of want Robert Salah, but I'd love to inquire on Sean McDermott.
What do I do? What do I do?
I'm sorry, guys.
Maybe it's my pessimism talking.
But at the end of the day, I do not believe that Mike Borganzi is going to take that risk,
even if I think that he should.
McDermott is so much better than Nagy or Sala
that it is 100% worth the risk to go get him.
But I do not believe that Mike Morgonzi
after getting absolutely suckered three times in a row by agents
is going to do that.
Especially when Matt Nagy
had his finalist interview on Monday morning,
Monday afternoon,
and Robert Sala is flying into Tennessee
to have his finalist interview on Monday afternoon
into Monday night.
He's just not going to take that risk
with those guys being in the building on Monday.
So I think that Matt Nagy
or Robert Sala will be your next Tennessee Titans head coach
and I think that we're going to hear about it
within the next 24 to 36 hours.
But now what we got to do is examine those two candidates
and I got to tell you, when you compare,
there is no comparison.
Do want to let you know that today's episode is brought to you

And let's continue today's edition of the Locked on Titans podcast again.
I think Sean McDermott is absolutely worth the risk for the Tennessee Titans, but it's a risk.
I don't think the Tennessee Titans are going to take.
And the reason for that is,
I think that the Tennessee Titans are going to be stuck on the two candidates
that they interviewed as finalists on Monday.
Matt Nagy and Robert Sala.
And now it is time to do a tale of the tape.
What are the pros?
What are the cons of both of these candidates?
And again, I think when you look at the comparison,
there is no comparison.
Stone cold, Robert Sala is a much better option for the Titans
than Matt Nagy.
And let's go over why.
Let's look at the positives for both of these guys.
Let's look at, I will try to do the positives for Matt Nagy.
I'm going to try to do my best here.
Matt Nagy does have a winning record in his career.
He's 34 and 31.
Historically speaking, the data does suggest
that if you have a losing record in your first attempt as a head coach,
you're more than likely going to have a losing record the next time.
The data also suggests if you have a winning record,
you'll probably continue to have a winning record,
or at least it gives you a chance.
Now, there are obvious examples that break that pattern,
like, for example, Bill Belichick,
who had a losing record in Cleveland now.
Is Matt Nagy or is Robert Sala going to be Bill Belichick?
Probably not.
But just saying, Matt Nagy did have a winning record in Chicago,
and historically speaking,
that gives him a better chance of having a winning record
at his next opportunity.
Matt Nagy is an offensive coach.
And pairing an offensive coach with Cam Ward is my preferred option.
Now, do I want it to be Matt Nagy?
I feel like it's the Matrix.
Not like this.
Not like this.
But he is an offensive coach.
So, a coach with previous head coaching experience,
a winning record with an offensive slant.
Okay, he does have the connection to Mike Borganzi.
They are not only former coach,
They are good friends. I've said this on the show, but Matt Nagy helped Mike Borgonzi prepare for his interview for the Titans general manager job.
So that isn't just a co-worker. That's somebody who you trust. Not only that, but
people who defend Matt Nagy point out that he had Mitch Trubisky and Justin Fields as his quarterbacks.
Now, I would frame that as he had two first round talents at quarterback and couldn't
turn either of them into a starter.
But the counter to that would be, well, no one else turned them into a starter either.
So maybe they just aren't good players and Matt Nagy tried his best.
You could say that.
You could also say on the quarterback realm that Matt Nagy has been a part of Patrick Mahomes' development.
So that is the positives with Matt Nagy.
I am trying my best trying to choke down the puke that is in my throat right now, even saying this.
but that is the positive slant for Matt Nagy.
All right.
The problem is the downsides with Matt Nagy.
Leadership.
I posted so many things on Twitter,
and I am going to bring them to the podcast
if he is in fact hired by the Titans.
But there are so many examples,
whether it be former players talking publicly,
like an Alan Robinson, like a Nick Fools,
other players who played for the Bears during Matt Nagy's time,
who said, he's a people pleaser.
He tried too hard.
He also was way too rude
and put down Mitch Trubisky.
He lost the locker room.
I have had media from Chicago.
Seena in written form, I have talked to media in Chicago
who have confirmed for me he lost the locker room.
People stopped respecting him in the locker room
by the end of his tenure.
He let play calling duties get ripped away from him multiple times,
which also is a respecting.
And we talk about, hey, I want the Titans to hire an offensive coach
because if you hire a defensive coach, then you've got to cycle through
offensive coordinators all the time.
And then we're just in the same problem that we had with Mike Vrable.
Well, we're going to get an offensive coach in Matt Nagy,
who has already said he is not going to call plays if he is hired as a head coach.
He's going to be a CEO-style head coach.
So if Matt Nagy isn't going to call plays, then you just got to cycle through.
offensive coordinators anyway.
It's the worst of both worlds.
Not the best.
The worst of both worlds.
You're going to have an offensive-minded head coach
who doesn't call plays.
And what if you have an offensive coordinator
who calls the plays who's so good
that he gets ripped away anyway?
And then even though you have an offensive coach,
you still have to replace the offensive coordinator
and play caller all the time ruining Cam Ward's development.
Also, as I've continued to point out,
Now, Matt Nagy's winning record is buoyed by a 12 and 4 first year where Vic Fongio's defense was number one in the NFL, led the NFL with 36 turnovers.
Matt Nagy's offense was only 21st in yards and ninth in scoring.
How does that happen?
Because the defense was getting turnovers and giving the offense short fields and the defense was scoring points themselves.
So the points scored that everybody points to for Matt Nagy.
in that year isn't even as good as people try to make it seem.
It's a farce.
It's a scam.
Matt Nagy gets all this credit for a winning record
and for that first year where he went 12 and 4,
but when you look at it, the defense carried him.
And that was Vic Fangio's defense.
Who's one of the best defensive coordinators in NFL history.
It's such a scam.
It's such a scam.
But anyway, not only that,
but have you guys ever gone to your parents' house?
You know when you go visit your parents
Oh, take these leftovers
Oh, I have this thing in the house
Take this. Oh, would you want this little basket
That I made? Would you want it's just trash?
Your parents are just trying to give you
Their trash but because they're boomers
They don't believe in waste
Your parents are boomers who don't want to throw anything away
Because their parents were raised during wartime
Where you had to ration everything
And being wasteful was considered
An affront to your country
So your parents were taught
Do not waste anything, even if you don't want it, give it away, re-gift it, never waste anything.
So your parents always try to give their trash to you.
And I always tell my dad, dad, that's just going to end up in my trash can instead of your trash can.
It can go in your trash can.
I'm not taking it.
Well, that's what the chiefs are doing to us with Matt Nagy.
They did not renew his contract.
They have already hired Eric B. Enemy back as their offensive.
coordinator. Matt Nagy is trash to the Kansas City Chiefs and rather than putting it in the dumpster,
they want to send us home with it. Oh, oh, take our Matt Nagy. Take our Matt Nagy. Yeah, we already
replaced it. You have it. You take it. It, like, the Chiefs don't even want him back in any
capacity. They let his contract expire. So you're telling me that we are going to hire a guy as a head
coach who wasn't even wanted back by his original team instead of hiring a guy like Robert
Sala who is a defensive coordinator and wanted to be retained by his team.
Typically teams will hire coordinators, either offensive or defensive coordinators
because they're so good at their job that they get a promotion.
And that's why they leave.
We're hiring a guy who got fired as a coordinator.
So that along with it being a buddy hire by Mike Borgonzi, which taints the process.
I'm sorry, but the cons absolutely outweigh the pros for Matt Nagy.
Now with Robert Sala, I think it's the total opposite.
What are the pros for Robert Sala?
He is a defensive genius.
I'm going to continue to say this stat to you guys.
In the last 17 games of Robert Sala as the head coach of the Jets,
they were number one on defense in EPA per play.
The best defense in the NFL.
Look at what he did on defense this year with San Francisco
with no Nick Bosa, no Fred Warner,
all the injuries that they had.
They literally had no linebackers at the end of the season.
And Robert Sala had these boys with no pass rush,
the least amount of sacks,
the lowest pressure rate had that defense bawling.
That's a defensive genius.
Robert Sala is far in a way, a better schematic mind
than Matt Nagy is on offense.
And Sala is a leader.
I talked with a really good media member in New York on Monday morning.
I had a private conversation,
and they said, guys never stopped playing for him.
The players loved him.
Remember how Mike Vrable got the absolute best
out of the guys lower on the roster?
That's what Robert Sala did in New York.
He got the absolute best out of the entire roster.
because guys buy into his message.
They believe in him.
He is a true leader in a locker room
and a leader of men that people respect.
So you're a schematic genius
and you're a leader.
What else could you want?
How could that person not be a better hire
than Matt Nagy who is neither of those?
Not only that, but the connections
that Robert Sala has on offense
make me less worried
about him being a defensive-minded head coach.
He can get Mike LaFleur.
He can get Clay Kubiak.
He can get Adam Stenevich.
He can get a Luke Getzzi.
Like there are so many options
that he could get Bobby Slowick
who made C.J. Straub look a lot better
than he's looked in the last couple of years.
The connections that Robert Sala has,
Mike McDaniel.
I don't think that that's realistic.
But hey, it just shows all of the great offensive connections
Robert Sala has
that eliminate some of the consequences.
concern about him being defense. And let's keep it a buck. He worked for the
freaking Jets. What head coaches had success with the Jets? Rex Ryan? You know? Like, it's the Jets.
And Joe Douglas, their general manager at the time, was absolutely terrible. Terrible.
So how can I hold a losing record against Robert Sala when he was with the Jets?
That's how I felt about Kevin Stapansky and the Browns. It's the freaking Browns.
And he went to the playoffs twice.
So the other pro that I want to mention is division familiarity with Robert Sala.
He hates Liam Cohen.
They are enemies.
And I want desperately to have the big, muscled, big-bodied, Mr. Clean, bald guy
shove Liam Cohen into a locker twice a year.
Screw the Jaguars.
I hate the Jaguars.
I would love for the Titans head coach to be able to bully the Jacksonville Jaguars head coach.
That matters to me.
That moves me.
And Robert Sala
coached for the Houston Texans for a while.
He has familiarity with this division.
Now, there are cons to Robert Sala.
There are.
He has a losing record as a coach.
And like I said before,
historically speaking,
if you have a losing record
in your first job,
you're probably going to have a losing record in your second.
There are examples to break that,
but there are more examples to push
that home. He had trouble hiring good offensive coordinators. He had Mike Lafleur at first,
who they had to fire. Then he was forced to have Nathaniel Hackett with Aaron Rogers, but that
didn't go well. He had Todd Downing and Keith Carter on his offensive staff. That's a concern.
It absolutely is. And the same conversation I had with a media member from New York said that
he is a very conservative game manager. He tried to get the 20 points and we're going to
And part of that is because he has so much faith in his defense that he thinks that he doesn't have to be very aggressive
because if he could just play conservative on offense and rely on the defense, he's going to win.
That's not going to work in the NFL.
So he's a very conservative game manager.
And he's so stubborn.
We talked about this when the Titans played the 49ers.
He's so stubborn with his four-man fronts that the run defense falls off a cliff and he doesn't do anything about it.
but the past defense is excellent.
You know, he basically says,
yeah, you're going to be able to run the ball,
but you're not going to be able to throw it.
And eventually, that can get you into trouble
because if teams can bludgeon you on the ground game,
it makes throwing the ball easier.
So, that's the tail of the tape between the two,
and if me going through the tail of the tape of those two guys
didn't make it clear to you
that Robert Saleh is the far better option,
then I don't know what possibly could.
at this point you're just licking the boot
of the Tennessee Titans organization
and nothing that anybody says
is going to shake you from just blindly following
whatever the Titans do and saying they get a good job
because when you go through the tail of the tape
between these two guys
again when you compare
there is no comparison
stone cold Sala
knocks out naggy nightmare
all day long
but with that being said a lot of you guys are like
where's Mike McCarthy in all this
And I think there's a brutal reality
that we all need to accept that
the Titans probably like Matt Nagy and Robert Sala
better than they like Mike McCarthy.
Do want to let you guys know that today's episode is brought to you

Titans fans, let's continue today's edition of the Locked-on Titans podcast.
We talked about why the Titans need to take the risk on Sean McDougar.
Why they probably won't why it's basically between Matt Nagy and Robert Sala and
We get news right now literally going live
Jeff Hathley was hired by the Miami Dolphins I freaking told you guys I've told you guys for days that that was happening and again
The Titans got used once again
He had an interview with the Titans on Tuesday and he never got there just like John Harbaugh with the Giants just like Kevin Stapansky with the Falcons and that drives home
my point even further
that the Titans are not going
to take the risk on Sean McDermott
after being beat to the altar three straight
times by other teams. Whether we think they
should or not, they're not going to
because Mike Morgonzi is going to be scared.
Point blank, period.
So, there you go.
Jeff Happily to the Dolphins. Listen to Uncle
Todd. All right, I told you guys.
Harbaugh to the Giants. Stefansky
to the Falcons. Halfley
to the Dolphins. I, like,
I've been telling you, if you
Some of you guys just hate me so much.
You just don't want to listen.
I'm trying to tell you.
But regardless, here's another thing
that maybe you just need to sit down and listen
to Uncle Ty about.
The Mike McCarthy situation
has a lot of Tennessee Titans fans
losing their minds.
Where is Mike McCarthy?
Why isn't he a finalist?
Why didn't he this and that?
Guys, you need to accept a reality.
The Tennessee Titans like Matt Nagy
and Robert Sala better than they like Mike McCarthy.
And it's not a shock.
Do you remember early in the process?
There were multiple reports that the Tennessee Titans cared more about youth than people thought.
They don't want a 63-year-old head coach, a 62-year-old head coach.
They want a younger coach who can grow with a younger team.
That is a reality that Titans fans cannot seem to accept.
Now, I like Mike McCarthy more than I like Robert Saller or Matt Nagy.
period.
I don't like Mike McCarthy more than I like Sean McDermott.
I like Sean McDermott more than Mike McCarthy,
but I like Mike McCarthy a lot.
So I'm not saying this because I don't like Mike McCarthy.
I really like Mike McCarthy as an option.
But it doesn't seem like the Titans do.
And let me just say,
this drama,
this, you know,
this pissing match in the local media
that's happened over the last few days
with whether Mike McCarthy...
Guys, it came out
Adam Schefter reported that the Titans met with Mike McCarthy in December in Wisconsin.
They flew to Wisconsin and had a sit down meeting with Mike McCarthy.
And some of you people out there are saying,
that doesn't count as an interview.
That's a meeting.
I mean, how naive are you?
I got to tell you, if I tell you,
the Titans flew to Wisconsin and sat down with Mike McCarthy for multiple hours,
And you tell me, oh, that's a meeting, not an interview.
Then you're a dope.
You're naive.
Like, do you have to get water on your head to realize it's raining?
You know, like, do you have to get wet to realize you're in the pool?
You know, you can look at the trees.
The leaves start to turn.
You could smell the rain in the air.
Do you have zero critical thinking skills?
Do you have zero deductive reasoning skills?
Do you have zero logical ability?
The Tennessee Titans did their first interview with Mike McCarthy in December,
and they didn't want the NFL to know about it.
And credit to Austin Stanley from A to Z Sports,
who reported over the weekend,
this is the Titan's second meeting with Mike McCarthy, not their first.
And then Paul Kajarski reported,
this is the Tennessee Titans first interview with Mike,
he's just doing the team of favor and trying to protect them from getting in trouble.
They already had their first interview.
interview with Mike McCarthy and it's all semantics of, oh, that wasn't an interview,
it's not an official interview. It's a mean, no, you got lied to by Kaharski.
And he was doing the team a favor so that they could save face and not make it obvious
that they skirted around NFL rules. The Titans cheated the rules.
And they don't want anybody to know it. So they sent a beat reporter out there to report
that it wasn't their first and it's all just wordy crap.
Mike McCarthy had a second interview with the Tennessee Titans over the weekend.
He was a finalist.
They went out to dinner.
He was at the facility the entire next day.
That's a finalist interview.
They met with him in December.
That was his first interview.
They just don't want you to know it.
And if you need the Tennessee Titans to come out and say,
yes, we did cheat the rules.
Yes, we did meet with Mike McCarthy in December.
If that's what you need to believe it,
then you're a fool.
And you're going to get fooled a lot.
in your life because you're not able to connect the dots. You're not able to read between the lines.
And I feel sorry for you. And it's no wonder that the world has gone to crap the way that it has
because people have no ability to think for themselves and see through the media bullcrap.
Period. So that's where we're at with Mike McCarthy. Do I think that Mike McCarthy is out of the picture
entirely? No. I hope not. Because again, he's my top realistic candidate right now.
actually met with the Titans.
But we all need to
accept a reality here
where the Titans probably like
Matt Nagy better than Mike McCarthy.
As crazy as that is to say.
And Mike McDaniel,
get that out of your head.
Mike McDaniel ain't coming to Tennessee.
So right now it's Matt Nagy,
Robert Sala,
Mike McCarthy, and that's the order
I would put them in in terms of who I think
actually gets higher.
It's sad to see.
say, but that's where we're at. And I think within the next 24 hours,
by Wednesday morning, I would say,
you'll have a new Tennessee Titans head coach and all we can do is hope that it's Robert
Sala and not Matt Nagy. But with that being said, that's going to do it for me today,
folks, as always, I am your host, Tyler Rowland, and this was Locked on Titans.
