Locked On Titans - Daily Podcast On The Tennessee Titans - Tennessee Titans OFFENSIVE LINE Needs Answers, Best Fits at Guard & Developmental Tackles Projects

Episode Date: April 14, 2025

The Tennessee Titans have solidified their offensive line for 2025, but depth will always be required because a look into the near future quickly reveals the need on the line will be significant again... very soon. Kevin Zietler is 35 and Lloyd Cushenberry is coming off a torn achilles. This means that offensive line may not seem like a priority, but you shouldn't be surprised if a young talent on the offensive line is added early on Day 2. It would be more likely to come on the interior where the Titans have met with a few options that could make sense at pick #35 or in a trade down. If the Titans go tackle, the odds are it would be later in the draft and would result in a prospect that will need some development behind JC Latham and Dan Moore. GET SUBSCRIBED for year round Tennessee Titans film content!! Subscribe to the TicTacTitans Film Channel:https://www.youtube.com/@TicTacTitans TicTacTitans Merchandise: https://dixons-dream.square.site/shop/tictactitans-gear/C3AAPNWXSXA6SBYG3USV2I7R?page=1&limit=30&sort_by=category_order&sort_order=asc Follow Tyler on Twitter @TicTacTitans Follow the show on Facebook @LockedOnTitansPod Subscribe to the Locked On Titans YouTube channel:https://www.youtube.com/c/LockedOnTitans/videos Support Us By Supporting Our Sponsors!Amazon Fire TV Stick 4kDid you know your Fire TV is also an Xbox? Starting point is 00:00:00 The Tennessee Titans offensive line may be set, but don't be shocked if they go O-line early in the NFL draft. I'll tell you the best prospects on today's edition of Locked on Titans. You are Locked on Titans, your daily Tennessee Titans podcast, part of the Locked on Podcast Network, your daily Tennessee Titans podcast, part of the Locked On Podcast Network, your team every day. On today's show, it is time to get into the trenches and talk about the offensive line. Like I said, I think the Tennessee Titans are going to go offensive line earlier than maybe some people are thinking. We're going to talk about the top interior offensive line options. Going to talk about some developmental offensive tackle options for the Titans late in the draft. Before we get into it, do want to thank you for making the locked on Titans
Starting point is 00:01:09 podcast your first listen each and every day. Remember Monday through Friday, Tennessee Titans content all year round, always for free. Make sure that you get subscribed. Starting point is 00:01:25 Couldn't do it without you guys. If you aren't an every dayer, you need to be one. The draft is less than two weeks away. We are in the middle of the 2025 Locked on Titans NFL Draft Preview Series. I've gone over the quarterbacks, the running backs, the wide receivers, the tight ends. And now it's time to get into the offensive line on tomorrow's show. I'm going to move into the defensive side of the ball. We're gonna talk about the edge rushers all day tomorrow, all three segments, all on the edge. Then we'll get
Starting point is 00:01:52 into interior defensive line, linebacker, and the secondary later in the week. But with that being said, we do got to talk about the Tennessee Titans offensive line in general. So yes, you have Dan Moore on a big time contract at left tackle. You have Peter Skoronsky at left guard. You have Lloyd Cushionberry who should be ready for training camp. Coming back at center. You now have Kevin Zeitler, the 35 year old experience guy at right guard. And then you have JC Latham, former first round pick from last year,
Starting point is 00:02:22 now being moved to right tackle. I think the Tennessee Titans starting offensive line is 100% set. That is what their starting group should be. But there are some realities we have to take into account here. Number one, injuries happen. If an injury happened to any of those players, the Titans would still be in a pretty bad spot. Maybe not at guard with a guy like Blake Hans in the building.
Starting point is 00:02:45 Corey Levin could probably hold it down at center, but any of the offensive tackles the Titans have outside of the top two are a disaster to have out there. Also, Blake Hans sounds good in theory, but it's not like he is a certified great offensive lineman. Also, Kevin Zeitler is 35 years old. He's not gonna be the the long-term answer for the Tennessee Titans at guard. Maybe not even an answer for next season at guard. And then Lloyd Cushingberry is going to be 28 this year and he's coming off an Achilles tear. Will he ever be the
Starting point is 00:03:17 same? It's hard to tell. So right now, when you look at the Titans offensive line, no, it doesn't seem like it's a very big need. But again, my breaks analogy, you don't change your breaks once they go out completely. You do it before. And that's how you should look at building an NFL roster. You don't add an interior offensive lineman who can be a starter when you absolutely need one because what if one isn't available to you in the draft? You do these things a year in advance, and then you're ready for the biggest questions that your roster has. And that's why I think the Titans could go
Starting point is 00:03:48 offensive line as early as pick number 35. I think a guard could be an option for the Titans there. Now, what names would be options? Well, look, you have the top names in the NFL draft at guard. I think Will Campbell out of LSU is going to be a guard. He's very similar to Peter Skowronski. Maybe a team tries him at offensive tackle, but I think he's a guard. So I have him as the top guard in the draft. Then you have a guy like Kelvin Banks out of Texas who he was a tackle, but a lot of people think he's a guard. If he's a guard, I'd have him as my number two guard. But then when you move forward from there, I think the next guy in line, in my opinion, is Donovan Jackson out of Ohio state. That is the best interior offensive lineman that I think could realistically
Starting point is 00:04:37 be available for the Titans. The Titans brought Donovan Jackson in on a visit. So clearly the Tennessee Titans are interested Jackson out of Ohio state, six foot three, 317 pounds. He is a versatile day one starter in the NFL, a great frame. He's got 36 inch arms. So massive length, incredibly productive at Ohio state. He was a guard for most of his time.
Starting point is 00:05:02 And then in his final season at Ohio state, he had to change out to left tackle when Josh Simmons, who we'll talk about in a second got hurt. And he struggled early on, especially against Abdul Carter, but in the college football playoff, Donovan Jackson was absolutely incredible at left tackle. Now I think he's going to be a guard at the NFL level, but that sort of versatility absolutely crucial for the NFL level, but that sort of versatility. Absolutely crucial for the Tennessee Titans, especially if you draft Donovan Jackson at 35 and you bring them in year one where he doesn't have a clear starting spot. Well, he could be your primary backup for either of your tackle spots.
Starting point is 00:05:39 He could be a primary backup for either of your guard spots. And then next year when Kevin Zeitler ultimately moves on, you have a starting right guard ready to go right away. Who's a good player. And another reality, will the Titans want to pay Peter Skowronski? Is he ever going to ascend to that all pro level at guard? If he doesn't, he just stays as a solid starting guard. I don't think you pay Peter Skowronski.
Starting point is 00:06:04 And then you have a guy like Donovan Jackson as well. So that, that would be a pick for the future. Another guy, Tyler Booker, Tyler Booker out of Alabama, six foot, four, 326 pounds. Donovan Jackson is a versatile day one starter. Tyler Booker is not versatile, but he is a road grading power gap scheme day one starter in the NFL, six foot four, 326 pounds. Great frame, incredible anchor. He has such strong pop in his hands.
Starting point is 00:06:35 We talk about punch power and the pop when you hit a defender, great pop in his hands for Tyler Booker, great coaching at Alabama. So he's great against stunts. He is a road grading drive blocker and think about what the Titans do in the run game, a lot of duo with double teams at the line of scrimmage, a lot of down blocks with their power scheme where you down block and bring a puller from the backside, all of that stuff. Tyler Booker is going to be awesome at, so he is going to be a fit.
Starting point is 00:07:04 The problem is Terrible testing numbers at the combine not a good athlete does not have good range Cannot hit guys on the move not going to be good in any of the zone blocking stuff that the Tennessee Titans like to do in their versatile run game Tyler Booker is a a Booker is a, a tight casted road grading run blocker for a gap in power scheme. The Titans do that stuff, but they're versatile. Would he be a fit? I don't know. The testing is not good.
Starting point is 00:07:33 A lot of people are, are very torn on a guy like Tyler Booker. The next guy is a guy like gray Zabel North Dakota state, six foot six, 312 pounds, a guy who really impressed people at the senior bowl this year. I think he could play center. He could play guard. A guy who played tackle in college, but he's a center or guard at the NFL level. He's going to be a day one starter. Like right away. He's going to be ready to go. He's going to be a day one starter. He has great anchor for an interior offensive line prospect, really smart and good against stunts can get to the second level and get on guys great as
Starting point is 00:08:14 a reach blocker in a zone scheme where you have a blocker on your inside shoulder. And you got to get your head around that blocker. That's a reach block. He has a mean streak. He's good with his hands and striking defenders gray zable is going to be another guy in a long line of low level college football interior offensive lineman who impressed during the process and then get drafted high on like that that's there are plenty of guys who have done that recently and that's going to be the case here.
Starting point is 00:08:45 So Grey's Apple, I don't think is as good of a fit for the Titans, but definitely could be an option there at 35. The last few guys I want to mention here are other guys who I think are center prospects who could go pretty early Jared Wilson from Georgia and then Marcus and bow out of Purdue both of those guys. I think you're gonna be centers at the NFL level maybe um, Bo Plays a little bit of guard But I don't think that either of them present the value that the Titans are looking for with where they're going to be picked early in the second round so Jared Wilson and and Bo are center prospects that I don't think present as much value
Starting point is 00:09:26 as a guard prospect would for the Titans. So I think they deserve to be mentioned in this conversation. I just don't think they're as good a fit for the Tennessee Titans. But if the Titans don't go with interior offensive line at pick number 35, I think there are some excellent options later on day two, who make a ton of sense and are great fit. I'm going to go over my favorite section of offensive lineman in
Starting point is 00:09:50 the entire NFL draft right now. First, do want to let you guys know that today's episode is brought to you by Monarch Money. Let's continue today's edition of the locked on Titans podcast, continuing our NFL draft preview series. Again, we've done the entire offense after today's show with quarterback, running back, wide receiver, tight end and offensive line tomorrow.
Starting point is 00:11:36 We're going to look at edge rushers and we'll get into the rest of the defense later on in the week. But again, this is my favorite group. Of offensive line prospects in the entire draft, offensive tackle center guard, doesn't matter what position this next group of five names is the group that I hope the Tennessee Titans get an offensive lineman out of. This would be my primary goal for the Titans on the offensive line is to get one of these guys. And I think that you could have any of these players that I'm about to name.
Starting point is 00:12:09 You could have them for 75 and lower pick 75 and lower. I don't think any of these guys go higher than pick 75. Number one on my list and potentially my favorite offensive lineman in the entire draft is Wyatt Millam, Wyatt Milam, West Virginia, six foot six, 313 pounds. He's a run blocker. He's going to come in right away and be a great run blocker. That and that is a skill that we're going to use right away. Now, this is another guy with some tackle experience, but he's going to be a guard at the next level.
Starting point is 00:12:58 Great size. Six foot six, three thirteen. Again, the Tennessee Titans want big offensive lineman. Alright, so when you're a guard, six foot six, three twelve or three thirteen, excellent size for Wyatt Mill. Also mean. He has a mean streak. When he played against Abdul Carter, he was an offensive tackle. He's going to be a guard. He was great against Abdul Carter, he was an offensive tackle. He's gonna be a guard. He was great against Abdul Carter great
Starting point is 00:13:28 He's good in zone blocking stuff He drives people when he blocks him plays with great hand technique He can use independent hand punches and pass protection great on combo blocks and getting up to the second level Look, he's a guy who's gonna be a guard. He's got 32-inch arms. The length is not great. He's not great with speed rushers around his edge. He doesn't have great range in the pocket to, you know, his slide. But that's why he's moving inside.
Starting point is 00:13:59 All of the big issues with Wyatt are gonna be slightly negated by moving inside to guard. So he's probably going to be a low end starter, but he's going to be a starter who I think can happen on day one at minimum year two. He can start and he's going to be a guy who's going to be able to move people off the ball and run blocking. I think he's a perfect fit for what the Tennessee Titans are looking for. I also got to mention Jonah Savinia out of Arizona.
Starting point is 00:14:28 If there is an offensive line prospect in this draft class that I am lower on than consensus, it's Jonah Savinia. Look, he's six foot four, 325 pounds out of Arizona. So he's thick. He's sturdy. He's got good length for an interior player, strong hands, good anchor. He's got some range to him. He punches well.
Starting point is 00:14:47 All of that stuff is absolutely true. And I think that he is a low ceiling starter. I think he can be a starter. He's not going to be a great player, but he could be a low end starter. But he's got bad feet. Terrible against stunts, awful against stunts. Awful against stunts. Doesn't sustain his blocks. And here's my big issue with Jonas Avine. He doesn't play with the mean streak and the competitiveness that I want to see.
Starting point is 00:15:18 Just not a guy in my opinion who who is gritty and tough and physical and like who is gritty and tough and physical and like, I just don't see it. I don't see it. I'm out on Jonas Savanay. I don't think he's a good fit for the Titans anyway, but I'm out no matter what. It's a player I'm not high on. But getting back to guys who I do like, wanted to mention Savanay. He deserves to be in this conversation right here, but I'm just not a fan. Tate Ratledge, guard out of Georgia. like wanted to mention Savanaya. He deserves to be in this conversation right here, but I'm just not a fan.
Starting point is 00:15:51 Tate Ratledge guard out of Georgia, six foot six, 312 pounds. So same size as Wyatt. He is a ready to play run blocker. All right. Great power. He's got a ton of experience during his time at Georgia. He's great against stunts, super aware, very intelligent player, good anchor for a guard. Look, he's just got short arms and his hands aren't great with his punch. He can lose his balance. He doesn't have great feet. He's not a very good athlete, but he's powerful. He's smart and I think if you take him at 103, for example, fourth round for Tate Ratledge,
Starting point is 00:16:28 I think it'd make a ton of sense. And you get a guy who could start right away for you as a low end starter, but by year two will be your starter. And if you can get a starting interior offensive lineman in the mid rounds, that's exactly how you build a good football team. A non-premium position that you find a starter with a day three pick. That's what the Titans have to hope for with this group of guys. The next guy I want to mention staying in the SEC is Miles Frazier.
Starting point is 00:16:59 Miles Frazier, another big body guard, 6 foot five, 318 pounds. This guy, instead of being a great run blocker like Millam and Ratledge, Frazier is much more of an experienced pass blocker. He's very strong. He's got a ton of experience at LSU. He's an explosive guy. He explodes off the ball. Another guy who can work with independent hands, which is very important. Great against stunts. He can sustain his blocks. He just doesn't have great range. He doesn't have great anchor ability because he can get a little high. If you can get that pad level a little bit lower, that would improve his anchor ability. He doesn't have to worry about the range problem as much at the NFL because he's going to be on the interior. I like Miles Frazier out of LSU and staying at LSU. Emory Jones. Emory Jones is a guy who I think the Titans could have on
Starting point is 00:17:49 the fifth or sixth round. Six, five, three 15 checks the box for size. He is a development power guard. In my opinion, he has great size, great length, plays with great power. He's got, he shows, how do I say this? He shows that he has the ability to improve his technique on tape. Like he's a guy who's trying. You know what I mean? He's violent. He plays with that violence and that mean streak that you want.
Starting point is 00:18:17 Explodes off the line. He's an explosive athlete. His size, length and athleticism combination is going to be the reason he gets drafted higher than what his tape would tell you, his size, length, and athleticism combination is going to be the reason he gets drafted higher than what his tape would tell you. But look, doesn't have the range, doesn't have great feet. He just doesn't play with consistency. There are penalties in there. He's a guy with great tools that needs to be molded and needs some development.
Starting point is 00:18:40 He's a young player as well. So Emory Jones is a guy who if the Titans took a chance on him in the fifth or sixth round, I would be very, very happy. And the last guy in this range of guards is Jalen Rivers, who played offensive tackle at Miami, six foot five, 319 check the boxes. He's going to be a power guard though. He's a guy who Miami did a ton of gap scheme runs, which is where you have pullers and down blocks instead of the zone run stuff that we saw with Derek Henry and Arthur Smith during that time.
Starting point is 00:19:13 But Rivers has a great thick frame, good length, the versatility played multiple positions in college has good pop and power in his hands. He just can't deal with speed. He gets blown past, doesn't have good range in the pocket, is not going to be able to athletically mirror anybody because he just isn't a very good athlete. Probably not a guy who's going to be able to play in a zone scheme. And remember the Titans are versatile. They run zone and gap. So he's probably gap only, not good at the second level. And he missed half a season with an injury at Miami. Is that a problem?
Starting point is 00:19:46 I don't know. But again, played with Cam Ward. So there's connective tissue there. Going to be a power guard that can play gap scheme runs, which the Tennessee Titans do some of. So I think Jaylen Rivers and Emory Jones sixth round options for the Titans would make sense. Jake Majors out of Texas, Seth McLaughlin out of Ohio state clay web out of Jacksonville state and Willie Lampkin out of North Carolina are guys that are
Starting point is 00:20:12 center only prospects that I think are interesting for the Titans on day three, six, that they dropped to the seventh. Just get a guy to come in and compete with Corey Levin, Jake majors, low upside, never going to be a high end player, but he's just a football guy. Loves football, tough, physical, smart, doesn't have great athletic traits. Seth Smith Glocklin actually has better athletic traits. He's quick, plays with good technique, incredible football character, good hands as well, but there's injury issues.
Starting point is 00:20:46 Clay Webb is a former big time recruit at a high school who went to Alabama. I think her Georgia and kind of flunked out of there. Wasn't ready, couldn't compete. And then went to Jacksonville state and has really improved his stock. I think he's a day, like a day three, seventh round pick, maybe in an undrafted free agent, but a guy super athletic with a good pedigree. Maybe they take a chance. And then Willie Lampkin, North Carolina, he's five foot 10, 279 pounds. Look, he's tenacious, but he's tiny. And I don't care if he's tough as a $2 stake, like Aaron Brewer was, I don't want small offensive linemen
Starting point is 00:21:26 ever again. And I don't think the Titans do either. So Willie Lampkin, you're out of the club. But with that being said, what about offensive tackle? I don't think the Titans will be as interested in taking offensive tackle early after signing Dan Moore, but there are definitely some development options that make a ton of sense. Starting point is 00:23:08 Titans fans. Let's cap off today's edition of the locked on Titans podcast, doing our NFL draft preview series talking about the offensive line today. I've gone over interior offensive line in our first two segments. That's where I think the Tennessee Titans will actually take somebody if they take someone earlier than we expect, but offensive tackle is still something the Tennessee Titans could look at in this draft even after signing Dan Moore. But before we get into those prospects that I think make sense, do want to thank you again for making Locked on Titans your first listen each and every day,
Starting point is 00:23:39 Monday through Friday, Tennessee Titans content all year round, always for free. Make sure you get subscribed. Stay subscribed to your team every day, but Will Campbell could be an offensive tackle for somebody Maybe he goes to the Patriots the Jags somewhere in there and they give him a shot at offensive tackle Armand Membo I've heard him called Membo Membu all different kinds of things. It's like every time I think I know the pronunciation, I see it differently, but I think it's Armand Mambo. That's what's in the beast from Dane Bruegler.
Starting point is 00:24:09 So that's what I'm going with. Josh Simmons from Ohio state probably go mid first round blue is patellar tendon midway through the season. That's why Donovan Jackson moved out to left tackle. But if the medicals check out, I think he's going to go at minimum to the Texans 25 Josh Connerly from Oregon. I think he's a guy who will go first round or late first round. Kelvin banks.
Starting point is 00:24:38 You could play him at tackle. Those are all guys who I think are going to be out of range for the Titans to consider, okay, I don't think those be out of range for the Titans to consider. Okay. I don't think those guys make any sense for the Titans. However, some day two and three tackles who could make sense for the Titans. You have Ariante Ursary out of Minnesota, six foot six, 331 pounds, 33 and a half inch arms, 81 and a half inch wingspan. He is an athletic guy who is a better run blocker right now. He's massive. He's a good athlete. He operates good in space, whether it be second level or being out on an island.
Starting point is 00:25:23 Good pop in his hands. And again, he's a good run blocker. He's not as good of a pass ball. Doesn't do well with speed. Gets beat inside because he oversets due to the speed. Does not have great range. So he just doesn't have great feet. Also, Eriante Ersurri is a guy who I just don't think plays with great finish.
Starting point is 00:25:47 If you listen to the Tice guys on the, uh, on, uh, football 301, I think it's what it's called, but it's Nate Tice and his dad, uh, Mike Tice, who was a coach in the NFL player in the NFL. He said Ariante Ursary is a, uh, built like Tarzan play like Jane type player. He just doesn't play with the tenacity and the finish. He's just not as good as a guy with his physicality and physical size and gifts should be the next guy who I really like for the Titans. Now we go from 35 down to like the fifties. I think Ursary will be a top 50 pick.
Starting point is 00:26:25 I don't think any of these guys will go top 50. Anthony Belt, six foot six NC state, 336 pounds, 34 and five eighth inch arms, 84 and one eighth inch wingspan. Check, check, check, check, check for the Titans. Great size, great weight, great length. He is a monster, road grading offensive tackle. Great size, really strong, good in duo, which is double team at the line of scrimmage from two different places.
Starting point is 00:26:57 It's a run play called duo. Great anchor, strong, powerful punch, great grip. He can grip on the guys and move them. He doesn't have great feet. He can get knocked off balance. He's not going to be good in zone runs. He had some penalty issues, but he's a monster road grader and I think he would make sense for the Titans. He's not much of a developmental piece though.
Starting point is 00:27:20 That's the, I think Belton is a guy who's more ready to play right away. And I don't know if that's what the Titans are going to be looking for, which is why I think the Titans may go down the board a little further. But the next guy is Charles Grant, who I think could go 80 to 100. Charles Grant out of William and Mary has had a visit with the Tennessee Titans. So clearly they are interested in players in this range, including Grant. Six foot four, 311 pounds, 34 7 8 inch arms, 82 1 1 2 inch wingspan. He is a developing athletic tackle. 311 pounds, 6'4". He doesn't really check
Starting point is 00:27:57 those boxes for the Titans, but you know 35 inch arms, 82 inch wingspan that does check some boxes. So maybe they develop they put a little bit more weight on them about another 20 pounds of muscle That would maybe make some sense He's got great feet Charles Grant has great feet. He plays with a mean streak as well, which is huge great length Like I talked about He's gonna get movement as a run blocker as well, which for a guy his size But the problem is he's getting movement and he's doing those things at william and mary the competition level is awful Okay, he's very light his anchor will not work at the nfl level. He got some penalties as well He's a huge development project
Starting point is 00:28:41 But again the titans visited with him. If you could get Charles Grant at one Oh three and develop him to take over for Dan Moore in two years, that would be the move for the Titans. Now Ozzy, Tropia, another guy for Pilo Boston college, six, eight, three, 19, 33 and a half inch arms, 82 and a quarter wingspan. He is a guy who can develop into an average starter is what I would say. He's great with his hands. He has independent hand usage so he can use his right and his left hand at different times, which is not as common as you would think.
Starting point is 00:29:20 A lot of guys need to do both hands, Patty cake style, but being able to use both your hands independently. That's huge. Okay, that's huge He's a smooth mover smart player good technique The problem with osnie trapezo is he's got short arms for a guy his height six eight But only 33 and a half inch arms. That's weird Going to get beat with speed Doesn't drive people in run blocking not good at the second level. So he's really got to be perfect with this technique To be the player that you need him to be okay
Starting point is 00:29:54 Cam Williams out of Texas a guy who I've always been very interested in because he looks like a fit for the Titans six foot five 334 pounds He looks like a fit for the Titans. Six foot five, 334 pounds, 85 inch wingspan. What a monster. He is massive. He has great length. He has a great plan with his hands to punch. And when to use his hands.
Starting point is 00:30:17 He's agile for a guy his size. He actually has some good movement skills for a guy his size. But he doesn't have a ton of experience. Only one year of experience in college. He was terrible against the best teams that he faced like Georgia and Ohio state. He leans. He's a, he's a waste leaner. A lot of big guys are cause they want to get their hands on you.
Starting point is 00:30:38 Going to get killed with speed. He's had penalties, but I think round five, round six, pick one 20, pick one 41, pick one 67, taking a guy like cam Williams, who's only 21 years old and developing him to take over for Dan Moore. I think that makes a ton of sense. Now is he athletic enough to play left tackle? Would they move JC Latham back to left tackle and put cam Williams at right? That's where things get complicated and some injury stuff.
Starting point is 00:31:07 Titans did meet with Kim Williams at the combine though. So again, something to pay attention to quickly here, more guys who I like. Day three, day, day three tackles at this point, chase Lunt out of you, you call him. He's an athletic development tackle. Good movement skills as a former tight end. He's got experience, but he's thin. Is he going to anchor?
Starting point is 00:31:28 He's terrible against stunts. He plays high as a former tight end. Just doesn't have the mental aspects of playing offensive line. Logan Brown out of Kansas, 6'6", 311 pounds, 84 and a half inch wingspan. Another guy who needs to add size, add weight, but he's super athletic. He'd probably be good in a zone scheme. I don't think that's a good fit for the Titans. Holland Pierce out of Rutgers reminds me a lot of Dwan Jones from Ohio state.
Starting point is 00:31:59 Six foot eight, 340 pounds, 88 inch wingspan, 36 inch arms. He is a development prospect, but he is a monster. The length, the frame, decent lateral ability for a guy that size, good punch power. He's got good football character with a guy who's that much of a development guy, like Holland Pierce is. For him to have good football character and be dedicated to his improvement.
Starting point is 00:32:27 That's huge. Not going to be great. Would change your direction. He's six foot eight, 340 pounds. He's not going to change very much. Honestly, his anchor is not because he's not strong enough. He just so tall that sometimes guys can get through him and he has trouble kind of driving guys in the run game again, because he's so tall, but the Browns took the Juan Jones when they had Bill Callahan.
Starting point is 00:32:50 So maybe that's something that they would be interested in. Uh, Jalen Travis out of Iowa state, big monster guy, six, seven, three 40 Carson Vincent, another, uh, guy who you could develop with good athleticism out of Alabama A&M, 6'7", 3'14", and then Miles Hinton out of Michigan, could be a swing tackle option for the Titans, 6'6", 3'25", 34-1⁄8", like those check the boxes. So Chase Lunt, Cam Williams, Holland, Pierce, Jalen, Travis, Carson, Vincent, miles Hinton. That's like late sixth round, seventh round, maybe late fifth round, but guys like Ariante, Ursery, Anthony Belton, Charles Grant,
Starting point is 00:33:35 Ozzie, Trapio. Those are all guys that I think make a ton of sense for the Titans. If they go with offensive tackle, maybe a trade back late third round, fourth round, fifth round. Those are those options. So that's the offensive line prospects. We went over 30 plus 40 plus offensive line prospects. I know I have my favorites and I went over those, but I know it seems like the Titans are settled on our line, but don't be surprised if they go offensive line a little bit earlier than expected. But that's going to do it for me today, folks. As always, I am your host Tyler Rowland and this was Locked on Titans.
