Locked On Titans - Daily Podcast On The Tennessee Titans - Tennessee Titans PERFECT PRESEASON Includes MAJOR TEST in Joint Practices Against NFL's TOP TEAMS
Episode Date: June 22, 2026The Tennessee Titans will be back on the football field before you know it and when they are they will be facing some difficult challenges in preparation for the season. Training camp and preseason ga...mes do a lot of the work, but joint practices have become more important in recent years and the Titans will be partaking in three of them. The best part is all three teams were playoff teams from last season meaning they will be a great measuring stick for the team. First, the San Francisco 49ers host the Titans as Robert Saleh goes back to his old stomping grounds. The 49ers have a clinically precise offense that will be a great test for how good the defense is right away. Next, the Titans face the Seattle Seahawks at home and after winning a Super Bowl, you don't have to search long for why this is quite the test for a team coming off three wins. Finally, the Chicago Bears come to town in the final week of the preseason and Caleb Williams playmaking will make this a unique test for the defense, but the Bears middle-of-the-road defense also presents a chance for Cam Ward to get the offensive momentum going. The Tennessee Titans joint practice schedule is now official.
And while it's a brutal stretch of opponents, it's the perfect way to get ready for the regular season.
I'll explain why on today's edition of Locked on Titans.
You are Locked on Titans, your daily Tennessee Titans podcast, part of the Locked On Podcast network,
your team every day.
Welcome to the Locked on Titans podcast.
I am your host, Tyler Roland Titans fans.
Today's edition of the Locked on Titans podcast is brought to you by Fandall.
The biggest stage in world soccer is here. Let there be goals on Fandle, visit Fandle.com to get started on today's show.
We are going to look at the Tennessee Titans joint practice schedule.
Yes, it's the same opponents as the preseason, but joint practices are often more important and more influential on the Titan starters than the preseason games actually are.
and I think collectively and individually, this stretch of opponents for the Titans is the perfect way to get ready for the regular season.
The Bears are a great finish for the Titans.
I think obviously the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks are going to be a good measuring test for the Titans there in the middle.
But starting with the San Francisco 49ers, I think, is a perfect start.
And speaking of a perfect start, that's exactly where I want to begin.
week one of the preseason against the San Francisco 49ers.
The game is going to be on the 13th, but the Titans are going to have a joint practice on the road on the 11th.
And again, joint practices can often be much more important for the coaching staff,
getting the starters ready, the competition level, all that,
because the starters are going to be more involved and there's going to be more control for the coaches.
So they feel like there's less risk of injury.
Whereas in a preseason game, teams often don't play their
starters for large amounts of time because they're worried about injury risk in a game that
doesn't matter where they don't have as much control over the flow, over the stamina, over the
periods that they're in, we're going to rep third down, we're going to do a two-minute drill,
we're going to do red zone now, we're going to do individual.
There's much more control in the joint practices.
So again, those often are more influential in terms of depth chart battles, getting the
starters ready for the season, seeing where your team is at talent-wise against other teams.
So for that reason, joint practices are really, really important.
And against San Francisco in the very first one,
I think having the relationship with Robert Sala coming from San Francisco
makes it again an ideal start to the preseason schedule
and to that joint practice schedule for the Titans
because the coaches are going to have a level of mutual respect.
They're going to understand each other.
They're going to understand what they want out of practice.
They're going to understand what their goals are,
how they operate the level of physicality that they think is appropriate,
how quick the pace and the tempo of the practice needs to be to get the work done that they want to get done.
There's just going to be a lot of agreement and the same pageity is what I'll call.
You know what I mean?
Like Robert Sala and Kyle Shanahan are going to be on the same page about so many things
because they've already ironed out these things collectively during their time together as coaches.
So I think that's going to make it a smooth practice.
I think the work is going to be efficient.
It's going to be effective.
So what the Titans do against the 49ers, not only because the 49ers are,
good team, which is obviously a factor.
But all of these teams were playoff teams in the NFC last year.
So again, collectively, this is a great schedule in terms of the talent level that the
Titans are going to see.
But San Francisco obviously been one of the best teams in the NFL the last few years.
Good practice habits.
I am a little bit worried about the injuries over there, that electrical substation.
Who knows what's going on.
Can we get the Scooby-Doo crew over there in the mystery machine to check out what's going on with
San Francisco 49ers before the Titans show up?
But nonetheless, I think the mutual respect and understanding between the coaching staffs
is going to create a good environment to get worked on
and against the team as good as San Francisco,
we're going to get a good understanding of where the Tennessee Titans are early on in this journey.
Like, how good can the Titans be?
They go to San Francisco and get absolutely rolled by the 49ers.
They get beat bad in that joint practice.
And then maybe they don't perform well when the starters are out there for minimal time
during the actual preseason game.
we're going to be like, oh, maybe this team, you know, isn't going to hit that ceiling,
isn't going to be on the high end.
Look, I don't expect them to be better than the 49ers,
but if they're going to be the team, we want them to be this year and win seven,
eight games like that, like they need to be competitive, right?
Like at least be competitive.
That's what we want.
We want competitive football this year.
I think San Francisco is going to be a difficult opponent to go against,
but at the same time, they do present some opportunities that the Titans could
compete, and I think particularly on the offensive side of the ball.
Like San Francisco's defense is good.
And if they're fully healthy, that's obviously going to be a factor when you're
talking about the 49ers. But when they're fully healthy, they present some issues.
Like Nick Bosa, obviously going to tear up the tackle he goes against.
But if he gets some snaps against J.C. Latham, it could be a good opportunity to see
if J.C. Latham can hold his ground.
I'm not going to call it exactly the same defense, but there's probably going to be some
familiarity. So maybe Robert
Salah could get Cam Ward and the offense
properly prepared. They have some good talent
on the defensive line. Again, like we just talked about
when Nick Bosa, they traded for Osa, Diggi Zua,
who's a very good player. Mikel Williams
in year two coming back from injury. Could
he be something Alfred Collins
is a good interior player, kind of like in the
Tabandre sweat mold. Fred Warner
are a good player, and I think him versus Cam over
the middle is going to be very interesting. But
in the secondary,
you know, they have good
players. Jaya Brown and Malik Mastof.
safety. Diomador, Lenore is a very good corner, at least was in Robert Salas system,
did a good job. But I think the system helps cornerbacks, though, which is going to be important
for the Titans long term. But I think the Titans' offense can have some success here.
And if the Tennessee Titans' offense comes out in that first joint practice, in that first
matchup against a very good NFC team and one of the best teams in the NFL, they played them last year.
So there's some familiarity there, at least in terms of player tendencies and where you can get guys,
If the Titans' offense comes out and has a very good showing against San Francisco
in the two sessions that they're involved in, I think that could be a very good moment to be like,
okay, maybe this offense has taken steps forward.
Like maybe we can expect more from this offense this year.
Because for me personally, I'm going to believe in the defense more than I believe in the offense
until I'm proven wrong.
Like that's where I'm going to be at going into the season, basically no matter what happens.
But on the other side, even better tester for this Titans defense.
Because if the Tennessee Titans defense is going to be good,
if the Tennessee Titans defense is going to be great, like it could be
San Francisco's offense is quite the test, right?
Kyle Shanahan, maybe the best offensive mind in the entire NFL,
definitely up there in the conversation, the top three for certain.
They have great wide receivers, even without Brandon Ayuk.
I'd love the signing of Mike Evans.
Christian Kirk is a solid veteran.
You have Ricky Pierce,
all an overdrafted first rounder.
Deson Stribling seemed overdrafted
as the first pick in the second round,
but everybody's been hyping him
at San Francisco 49ers,
practices and sessions and stuff like that.
So that right there is going to be
quite the test for the secondary with that group.
Brock Purdy is a playmaker.
He'll run around.
The offensive line for San Francisco is really good.
I mean, Trent Williams,
one of the better offensive linemen
of the generation.
right, Dominic Poonie has been a very good player since he was drafted,
although he had a little bit of a down year last year compared to his rookie year.
Colton McKivitts, good right tackle.
They have some good players.
Jake Brandl is not bad, but I think Jake Brandl, you know, Connor Colby,
like there are some opportunities to get some guys with the Titans' defensive line.
And here's the thing, if the Titans defensive line is going to be as good
as we expected to be,
and Jeffrey Simmons is at his press conference talking about
the defensive line is what this team is built on.
And quite frankly, a Robert Sala football team,
that should have been the expectation
that the D line is going to be the foundation
of which the team is built on.
And they hope they get a quarterback in place.
And that's the model.
Great defensive line,
great quarterback,
we're going to win a ton of game.
So that's the Robert Sala model right there.
This defensive line is going to be that level of
defensive line, they need to win their fair share of stuff against San Francisco 49ers
offensive line because it's a good offensive line.
But I don't think it's like Prime Eagles offensive line.
You know, it's not as good as Denver's offensive line.
I wouldn't say like there are offensive lines out there in the NFL I would rather have
than San Francisco's, although it's good.
I'm just saying the Titans, it should be good v good, great v.
great even.
And the Titans defensive line should win.
And again, a test for the secondary.
and we haven't even talked about Christian McCaffrey.
So that tells you all you need to know
with Shanahan, the weapons, the O-line, the quarterback,
and then you add CMC, one of the most dynamic playmakers in NFL history.
It's a test.
If this Titans defense is going to be the quality that,
quite frankly, I think the offense needs it to be early on
as they adjust and get used to things and get their feet wet,
the Titans defense is what a,
if the Titans go to the playoffs this year
the Titans win nine games
if the Titans win eight games
seven game
it's going to be because
the Titans defense was really
really good and then the offense eventually caught up
at least that's how I see it
that's my opinion of this team
so San Francisco with
again a good
but not great defense
with some really great players on it though
to test the Titans in particular ways
to get them ready
an offense that's absolutely dynamic
to really test.
how good this Titans defense is and the mutual respect between the coaches.
I think this sets up for an ideal start to the Tennessee Titans practice,
joint practice and preseason schedule.
So I'm very happy with this matchup from a talent level of familiarity standpoint.
It's perfect for the Titans to get things going.
And then they come home the next week and they see the defending Super Bowl champions,
which do I need to explain to you why that's going to be such a test?

Today's edition of the Locked on Titans podcast.
Again, the Tennessee Titans joint practice schedule is now official.
We have the dates.
We understand when they're going to be in relation to the preseason matchup.
We knew the preseason opponents already, yes.
But the joint practice is again, more important in my opinion to the development of the actual team
than the preseason games themselves.
And we talked about San Francisco being an ideal start for the Titans to this schedule.
But Seattle comes next.
Now, before we dive into the Seahawks,
do want to thank you for making Locked on Titans,

I got a fun episode World Cup related.
And then Friday, I'm going to be doing some of your mailbag questions.
We kick off summer break here on the Lockdown Titans podcast.
But Seattle Seahawks, August 21st is the date of the joint practice with August 23rd being the preseason game.
Again, that's going to be a Sunday night football matchup.
NBC is going to be warming up their Sunday night football production in that game.
Preseason matchup.
for them as well, but is the Super Bowl champs.
I mean, going to be quite the test.
Now, the Seahawks have lost some players.
It's funny, I do Locked on NFL, if you didn't know for the Locked On Network.
Monday through Friday, I do Locked on NFL in the mornings, the AM show.
And I had a clip.
I use some clips from other Locked On shows from Locked on Seahawks.
And my guy, Corbyn Smith is saying, you know,
the Seahawks didn't really lose that many players.
He was like, they only lost about five players.
It's not that much for a new normal Super Bowl champion,
made a point about Baltimore losing a bunch of people a while ago
or whatever team it was.
The Eagles have lost some people.
You know, there are teams that lose a ton of talent
after they win a Super Bowl.
You're 100% right about that.
But I think Seattle has lost some critical pieces.
I mean, you lose the Super Bowl MVP, Kenneth Walker,
Zach Charbonnet, he's probably not going to be participating in those.
Maybe he comes back early and he's good to go.
Judarian Price seems like a very talented player, but he's also a rookie.
And outside of that, I don't really love anybody in their backfield from George Halani to
Emmanuel Wilson, Kenny McIntosh, Valish Jones.
Like, that's all just another guy land to me.
You lose Tarek Wollin.
You lose a couple of safeties.
I just think there are some losses here.
Now, are these losses, William Maffe?
Are these losses going to keep Seattle from being a good team this year?
no, absolutely not.
They're going to be a better team than the Titans.
Let's not kid ourselves here for a single second
unless they have like some horrifying injuries
at the worst spots or something like that.
And the Titans ball out.
It's possible.
It's the NFL.
But barring catastrophe,
the Seahawks are going to be a better football team than the Titans.
So going from San Francisco and seeing where they're at with San Francisco,
like let's just, you know, let's just pretend for a moment
that the Titans perform very well against San Francisco.
Maybe they don't win, but like it's tied.
You know, like, oh, Titans played very well.
They look like two teams on similar level.
That's the narrative coming out of San Francisco.
Well, Seattle would be a great way to prove it.
You know, you're playing pig.
You've got to prove it at the end.
That's a great way to prove it.
I mean, think about what they bring to the table.
They have a really good offensive line with Charles Cross,
who is absolutely phenomenal at left tackle.
Abraham Lucas has been up and down throughout his career,
but solid when healthy.
Anthony Bradford, Gray's able,
has turned into an excellent player.
I just think that the offensive line's really good
to challenge the defensive line.
It's not like impossible to beat, though.
I think Jeffrey Simmons, John Franklin Myers,
Jermaine Johnson,
Keldrick Fault could have something to say about it,
but it's still a pretty good group.
It's still a pretty good group.
I mean, they won the Super Bowl last year.
Let's not kid ourselves.
And then Jackson Smith and Jigpa.
And here's the thing.
And I'm going to turn this into another episode eventually.
Maybe somebody who asked me about it for a mailbag.
I actually had somebody ask me about the outside corners already
in the Locked on Titans every day or group chat.
So I'll work that into the mailbag.
But there's a quote from Robert Sala
about Alante Taylor being a part-time slot.
And I think it's being, it's not nefarious.
It's not like, oh, it's sensationalized.
But I think some people are taking it out of context.
And I think they're making it more than what it is.
I don't think Alante Taylor is going to play much slot at all this year.
I don't think, oh, he's a part-time slot.
Like, he's actually going to play a significant amount of slots in the snap,
or a significant amount of snaps in the slot, slots in the snap, snaps in the slot.
I don't think that that's true.
I think that was just Robert Salab just keeping options open.
Like if there's injuries and things happen, maybe.
But I think Alante Taylor,
and Robert Sala earlier in the offseason
saying
he's going to play outside.
He's going to play outside.
And then the defensive back coaching staffers,
there's multiple,
talking about how technique is different
on the outside.
I don't think Alante Taylor
is a part-time slot
in the way that it's being presented by some.
Again, I don't think it's like
nefarious or sensationalized
journalism or anything.
I just think it's a misread.
I just think it's a misread of the comments,
looking too deep into it,
which I do all the time.
So again, I'm not trying to, you know,
be weird or anything.
I just, I don't agree with it.
I think that Marcus Harris
is going to be the guy in the slot.
And I think that's what it is.
And I think Alante Taylor and Cordell Flot
are going to stay on the outside.
And I don't think we're going to see Taylor
on the inside unless it's absolutely necessary.
And that, to me, wouldn't qualify us part-time.
but I guess it's all semantics, isn't it?
We would have to get down to the nitty-gritty
of snap counts in the slot by the end of the season
to say what's this and what's that.
But that's just my take on it.
I think he's going to be an outside corner
when he's healthy and out on the field.
He's going to be on the outside.
So Marcus Harris against Jackson Smith and Jigbin the slot.
And again, Rashid Shaheed against Cordell Flot,
Cooper Cup against Alante Taylor.
Those are fun matchup.
but that will be quite the challenge
for Marcus Harris in the slot
going against the reigning offensive player of the year.
So if, just if the Titans don't add
anybody in the slot
to really compete with Marcus Harris
going forward,
by the time that we get to this matchup against the Seahawks,
that will be the,
were they right or wrong,
to not go get a Kenny Moore?
Were they right or wrong to not put Alante Taylor in the slot more often?
Were they right or wrong to not draft a cornerback
and get one of those hybrid guys that were,
there were a bunch of them in the draft, like trading stoops.
You know what I mean?
A guy like that.
There were a bunch of guys like that in the draft.
So they passed on them for Marcus Harris.
That's going to be an interesting week for Marcus Harris.
It's a prove-it week.
On the other side of it,
Cam played pretty well against Seattle last year.
While their defense is obviously elite, elite, again, KAM had some success last year.
His weapons are better, better coaching.
I think Seattle's defensive talent, it's still incredible.
Okay, let's not over-exaggerate what I'm saying,
but the defensive talent might be just a tick less than it was last year.
Defensive performance can be very fickle from year to year.
They're going to be a great defense still,
but will they be as elite as they were last year,
now that people have film on what they're doing with
Nikki Memorial and all of that.
Those are questions for Seattle.
I don't have Seattle as the favorite to win the Super Bowl this year.
So I think they will be a little bit worse this year,
even though they're still a very good team.
So with that, maybe the offense can do something.
But I definitely think the Titans defense should have more success
against the Seahawks offense with the new offensive coordinator
and no Kenny Walker.
than the Titans' offense against the defense.
That's how I kind of see it again.
I want to see the Titans' offense
against the Seahawks
against the 49ers defense
because I think the Titans' offense
could win that battle.
I want to see the Titans defense
against the Seahawks offense
because I think the Titans could win that battle.
So I'm measuring the offense.
I'm clocking the offense a little more in week one,
clocking the defense a little more in week two,
but nonetheless, two incredibly difficult matchups.
It's just the 49ers offense is freaking elite
and the Seahawks defense is freaking elite.
So that's kind of how I'm looking at it.
But I think one last thing,
the O line and the run game against Seattle.
San Francisco's defensive line has talent, yes.
But new defensive scheme, injuries, who knows,
Seattle's defensive front,
just won them a Super Bowl.
It is deep, it is talented, it is awesome.
So let's see how the Tennessee Titans' offensive line does,
whose starters are at that point,
because the starters in week two of the preseason,
those need to be the starters that you plan to go into the season with.
So is it Slater? Is it Volson at right guard?
Maybe Carmona jumps in somehow.
Either way, that'll be like,
how worried should we be about the O-line?
In the run game, Seattle's run defense,
So curious to see how Brian Dables' run game does
because remember kids, Brian Dables' rushing offenses
have been better than his passing offenses
throughout his offensive coordinator career.
So keep that in mind.
But with that being said, again, the Titans finished with the Chicago Bears.
And I think they are a perfect way to end it
because honestly, they're a little bit easier than these other two teams.

Titans fans, let's cap off today's edition of the Locked on Titans podcast.
Again, we're looking at the Titans joint practice schedule following their preseason schedule,
talking about each individual opponent, why they present a good challenge to the Titans,
but ultimately why overall, all of the opponents are just a perfect start and a perfect way to get
ready for the regular season.
Before I continue with the Chicago Bears, though, do want to thank you for making Locked on Titan

Now, with that being said,
I think the Bears are a perfect way to end
because they're just not as good of a consistent football team
as the 49ers and as the Seattle Seahawks, in my opinion.
That's my opinion of those football teams.
I think I just trust that the 49ers and the Seahawks
are going to be buttoned up good football teams
with good habits that are going to play tough,
do well. The bears, in my opinion, are a little volatile.
They can be up and down. They had a first year head coach.
Caleb Williams, up and down at times. Big time plays. Big mistakes. Not unlike our
quarterback, if we're being honest. I think Caleb Williams year two for Cam Ward,
you know, 60% completion, some mistakes, some wild turnovers, but some incredible play, some
brilliant playmaking, some plays only a handful of guys in the NFL can make.
I think, like, what the Bears did last year is what the Titans are hoping to do this year.
That's like the best possible outcome.
But with that, there's volatility.
He's a gunslinger.
And you look at the Bears roster and the defense,
it's okay.
You know, it's all right.
I like Dennis Allen as a defensive coordinator.
I think very smart,
much better as a defensive coordinator than a head coach.
That's for certain.
But the talent level,
am I enamored?
I wanted the Bears to go out and get like a Max Crosby or something.
Maybe they still do because Montes Sweat is good,
but he's not that elite dominant pass rusher they would hope
and he could beat.
And Grady Jared is a little past this prong.
Gervon Dexter, good player, but
it's not Jeffrey Simmons or something.
Quinn and Williams, Leonard Williams,
Dexter Lawrence, he's not that level.
Austin Booker has never really taken that leap.
Dioa Dangbo coming off the Achilles,
will he ever be the player people thought he could be?
Their pass rush isn't that great.
And if the Titans' offensive line is able to win a matchup,
I think the Titans' offense can dice up that secondary.
They add Kobe Bryant, they add Dylan Theoneman,
the first rounder.
Tyreeke Stevenson,
moves back in at cornerback.
Jalen Johnson, good player,
Kyler Gordon, good player or was,
has dealt with injuries and things like that.
I just don't know that their secondary
Devin Bush is susceptible in past coverage.
T.J. Edwards is okay.
I just don't think the talent level
on the Bears defense is good enough to like
be scared, be worried.
I think coming off playing Seattle's defense and then playing Chicago's defense,
August 27th for the joint practice and then August 29th for the game at home, final preseason game.
I think the Titans' offense should kind of cook the Bears' defense.
Am I wrong in that?
I mean, let me know.
Tell me in the comments.
Hit me up on social media.
Am I wrong to think that Cam Warden the Titans offense coming off playing San Francisco and Seattle
should cook the bear's defense.
Playing against San Francisco and then Seattle's defense,
especially Seattle.
I mean, it's like Goku training in the thousand percent gravity.
You know what I mean?
When you go back to regular gravity after that,
you're going to be swinging.
That's why people wear weights on their bats
when they're getting ready in the on-dex circle
so that when you swing the bat, it feels lighter.
Playing the bear's defense is going to feel awfully light.
after playing San Francisco and then Seattle's defense.
You know what I mean?
So I just, I'm going to have high expectations there.
And then again, on the other side of the ball,
the Bears' offense can absolutely cook.
No doubt about it.
It's going to be a much more difficult matchup for the Titans' defense.
But isn't the Titans defense supposed to be better than the Titans' offense?
So if the Titans defense can slow down that
and the Titans' offense should be better than the Bears' defense,
I don't see why the Titans couldn't win that interaction in joint practice.
right? Like at some point
we have to have expectations.
I can just be, oh, they're all going to beat us.
We're playing on. No, man.
Let's win something.
I want them to be competitive this year.
They should be able to get something on somebody.
You know, I'm leaving here with something.
All right.
So I think the Titans offense should be able to take it to the Bears defense.
They're going to be trained.
They're going to be ready.
I think their D-line is beatable.
I think their O-line is beatable.
Garrett Bradbury, Logan Jones,
I like Logan Jones as a development center,
younger guy, come in, small, not younger guy,
but smaller guy is what I mean.
Experience, he can come in,
but Jeffrey Simmons and John Franklin Myers
should abuse Logan Jones right now.
Garrett Bradbury is a small guy too.
Joe Thune is awesome.
Jonah Jackson is good.
They have good guards.
All right.
Braxton Jones, not bad at left tackle.
Darnel, right, not bad at right tackle.
That is not a bad at right tackle.
is not a bad offensive line.
It's not bad.
But it's getable if the Titans
defensive line is as good as it's supposed to be.
That's what it comes down to.
Like, none of these offensive lines
are bad offensive lines.
None of them.
But I think
they're susceptible to this
D line if the D line is who we think it is.
Now, I'm going to be very curious
during this week,
the weapons for the bears.
I still like Rome
Madunzei a lot. I think he can be a number one
wide receiver. Luther Burden
Explosive. We'll see how Kevin Winston does this year,
but based on what Femmy's doing right now,
it's hard to argue that the Titan shouldn't
have just stuck there and took Luther
Burden or Nicky Monwary.
It's hard to make that argument right now
as things stand. Let's see it play out, but let's be real.
Colston Loveland,
very good player, obviously Swift, in the backfield
can be dynamic if he's not elite
or anything, but it's a good offense.
Caleb Williams massive playmaker.
So this is going to be a test for the Titans defense,
but particularly in that secondary
because of the way that Caleb Williams stresses the secondary,
the outside corners.
And then particularly over the middle of the field,
Cedric Gray, will Anthony Hill be in the starting lineup by then?
Kevin Winston, Marcus Harris.
They're going to terrorize the middle of the field with those weapons.
will the Titans
young players in the middle of the field
where Robert Sala
Robert Sala wants his cornerbacks on the outside
to just eliminate the outside
don't worry about going across the field
don't worry about coming up short
just make sure that you eliminate
anything on the sideline
and we're going to press them into the middle of the field
we're going to compress the field
we're going to make the field smaller
because you're not getting anything on the outsides
we're taking that away
and we're going to make it
It's simple on our cornerbacks to take away the sidelines and the outside and the perimeter.
You're going to have to work within the hash marks.
Good luck.
And we're going to pack four defenders, five defenders,
in that area, and try to take away your windows.
That's what we're doing.
So those middle of the field defenders better be able to do the job that they're being asked to do,
even if the outside cornerbacks are worth the money that the Titans pay.
and this Bears weapons group
will test them
and since it's the final
matchup
before we go into the regular season
again I think the Bears are a good team
like I like the Bears this year
so I'm not trying to hate on the bears
I'm just saying
I don't think they're as good as San Francisco
and I don't think they're as good as Seattle
and that makes it
a deep breath
and then the Titans play the Jets after that
it's a perfect way
perfect way to warm up
for the season. But with that being said, again, the season
down the calendar quite a bit, it's summertime.
What are the Titans summer goals?
I'm going to talk about each individual player
and what they should be working on on tomorrow's show.
Make sure that you check it out.
That's going to do it for me today, though, folks.
As always, I am your host, Tyler Rowland,
and this was Locked on Titans.
