Locked On Titans - Daily Podcast On The Tennessee Titans - Tennessee Titans SHOULD NOT Trade for Terry McLaurin, BRING BACK CLOWNEY & Roster Now or Never

Episode Date: June 8, 2025

The Tennessee Titans should not trade for Terry McLaurin despite the all-pro wide receiver being unhappy with his contract situation with the Washington Commanders. McLaurin is a good player, but at h...is age and where the Titans are as a team, the pairing doesn't make much sense. However, a player like Kyle Pitts makes sense and like McLaurin, Trey Hendrickson also doesn't fit. In free agency though, the Titans could stand to add some veterans and a reunion with Jadeveon Clowney could be exactly what the defense needs. Finally, there are some players who have been somewhat forgotten and it is now or never if they want to make themselves a role on the real roster. Subscribe to the TicTacTitans Film Channel:https://www.youtube.com/@TicTacTitans TicTacTitans Merchandise: https://dixons-dream.square.site/shop/tictactitans-gear/C3AAPNWXSXA6SBYG3USV2I7R?page=1&limit=30&sort_by=category_order&sort_order=asc Follow Tyler on Twitter @TicTacTitans Follow the show on Facebook @LockedOnTitansPod Subscribe to the Locked On Titans YouTube channel:https://www.youtube.com/c/LockedOnTitans/videos Support Us By Supporting Our Sponsors!GametimeDownload the Gametime app, create an account, and use code LOCKEDONNFLfor $20 off your first purchase. Starting point is 00:00:00 The Tennessee Titans still need help at wide receiver, but they should not trade for Terry McLaurin. I'll explain why on today's edition of Locked on Titan. You are Locked on Titans, your daily Tennessee Titans podcast, part of the Locked on Podcast Network, your team every day. Welcome to the Locked On Podcast Network. Your team, every day. Welcome to the Locked On Titans podcast. I am your host, Tyler Rollins, Titans fans. On today's show, we're going to talk about some trade targets
Starting point is 00:00:34 for the Titans and why I don't think they should look at Terry McClure. And also, we'll look at some potential free agent additions. And I'll tell you why I think a reunion with Jadevi and Clowney may be a smart move then we'll finish off with some guys who don't get as much hype as others roster bubble guys who it's now or never for before we dive into all of it though do want to thank you for making locked on Titans your first listen each and every day remember Monday through Friday Tennessee Titans content all year round always for free Make sure that you get subscribed, stay subscribed.
Starting point is 00:01:06 It's your team every day. Speaking of every day, shout out to my every dayers out there tuning in Monday through Friday. Couldn't do it without you guys. If you aren't an every dayer, you need to be one. It's mandatory mini camp week. We're gonna go over some moves the Tennessee Titans can make to add to the roster today,
Starting point is 00:01:22 but tomorrow we're gonna take a look at what we wanna see from Cam Ward at Mandatory Minicamp. The roster battle is that we need to pay attention to, and I'll tell you why Big Jeff needs to be in attendance. Three straight days open to the media. Mandatory Minicamp this week, you aren't gonna wanna miss a single episode. So again, make sure you get subscribed, stay subscribed.
Starting point is 00:01:43 It's your team every day. With that being said, and we're on the road to 20,000 subscribers on YouTube. Help out the channel. A lot of you watching are not subscribed. Let's get to 20,000 before the season. Let's go folks, tighten up. With that being said though, we got to talk about Terry McClure because over the weekend, we got the big report from Jordan Schultz. He's going to hold out mandatory mini camp. He wants a new deal and he should want a new deal right now. Terry McClure is a lame duck player. You could say this isn't the final year of his contract. There's a void
Starting point is 00:02:16 year next year, but either way he needs to get new money. He needs to get it. Now he was second team all pro last year had a fantastic season 13 touchdown cashes from Jaden Daniels. So listen, I know that I'm coming out and saying, I do not want the Titans to trade for Terry McClearn, and a lot of you are going to immediately say, wait a minute, you just said he was second team all-pro. He had 13 touchdowns. He was awesome for Jaden Daniels last year. Why wouldn't we want that to pair with Cam Ward? But here's the reality.
Starting point is 00:02:45 It's a reality that I always come back to. So when I say I do not want the Tennessee Titans to trade for Terry McLaurin, the factors involved here are number one, his age. Terry McLaurin is going to turn 30 years old in September. Calvin Ridley is already a 30-year-old wide receiver to trade what would be necessary to get Terry McLaurin and then follow that up with a big time contract
Starting point is 00:03:10 for Terry McLaurin, Calvin Ridley already has a pretty big time contract for a 30-year-old wide receiver. You can't turn around, trade valuable draft capital away when this is supposed to be a draft and develop franchise. The titans have continued to tell us draft and develop, draft and be a draft and develop franchise, the Titans have continued to tell us draft and develop, draft and develop, draft and develop. This would be the opposite of that. You're giving up picks and a big contract for a player who's 30. Terry McLaurin is a very good
Starting point is 00:03:37 player and look, Buckeye Bias, baby, I'll always love Terry McLaurin, but there's no way that this is a good idea for the Tennessee Titans. There has to be a modicum of patience involved with this team at this point. We can't microwave this thing. We can't flip this thing overnight. That is not the proper way to build a sustainable contender around Cam Ward. Yeah, it might be fun this year. It might be good this year, but the team was 3-14. You get an all-out win-now move for Terry McCormick for what? 7-10? 8-9? How much can that possibly improve the team? Now, the team may improve a little bit on its own, but is Terry McCormick going to be
Starting point is 00:04:21 worth three or four wins on his own? I'm sorry, there is no wide receiver outside of maybe Jamar Chase and Justin Jefferson and AJ Brown, who I would have that conversation about. And again, but let's consider that. Where does Terry McClure rank here? Because to me, Terry McClure is closer to Calvin Ridley than he is Jamar Chase or Justin Jefferson. You have Chase, you have Jefferson, you have AJ Brown, you have C.D. Lamb, Tyreek Hill, Amon Ross St. Brown, Pooka Nakua, D.K. Metcalf. Malik Neighbors and Brian Thomas Jr., I think, are better than Terry McLaurin already. And they're rookies. They're only gonna get better.
Starting point is 00:04:57 Nico Collins is better. I'd probably go long-term Terry McLaurin over Mike Evans, but if I had one game to win or one season and that's all that mattered, it's fantasy draft time. I'm probably taking Mike Evans over Terry McClellan. T Higgins, Davante Smith, Jalen Waddle, Drake London, Calvin Ridley. You know, I think Terry McClellan is better than a lot of those guys. He's probably somewhere between 10 to 15, 10 to 17.
Starting point is 00:05:26 But I think Calvin Ridley is probably somewhere from 15 to 22. So we're going to have two of those guys giving up two big time contracts and multiple picks. It just does not make any sense to me. I'm not saying Tara McClearn isn't a good player, but you take his age into account, this team's timeline, the fact you'd have to give up picks and a big con, I mean, DK Metcalf just got 33 million dollars per year. Terry McClure went over a thousand yards had 13 touchdowns and was second team all-pro.
Starting point is 00:05:53 He's gonna want probably 30 million dollars a year. No way. No way. I'm sorry it doesn't make any sense. If you're playing Madden and you don't care about the long-term ramifications and you know the the timeline of the players doesn't matter and you could just spam you know adding points to each player to make them awesome and the titans are going to the Super Bowl in year one then sure great move let's do it I'm in but that is not reality. Now you want to talk reality I think two players that are more likely to be available seriously because I don't think Terry McLaurin ultimately is going to get traded. I don't think that's realistic. I think the commanders would be foolish to do something like that in their situation.
Starting point is 00:06:38 But Kyle Pitts and Trey Hendrickson are both guys that are available and I know a lot of you guys talked about Trey Hendrickson and I talked about it on my mailbag I got multiple questions on Friday about Trey Hendrickson but Hendrickson falls into the same pit as Terry McLaurin for me. Excellent player, great player, but he's 31 in December. You're gonna trade day two picks and give Trey Hendrickson 40 million dollars a year to mirror Max Crosby and Miles Garrett? You're gonna do that? With where the Titans are right now coming on 3 and 14? I'm sorry, it just doesn't make sense. If Trey Henderson was available as a free agent and the Titans were like, screw it, let's do it,
Starting point is 00:07:14 I would at least be receptive, but a trade? Now, with Kyle Pitts, that's the one where I will say, all right, all right, I'll entertain it, because as I said last week on the mailbag, I don't want the Titans to trade for Kyle Pitts unless the price is right. If you did a swap, let's say the Titans give up a sixth round pick in Chicka Conkwo
Starting point is 00:07:34 for Kyle Pitts and a seventh, I'd do that. Chicka Conkwo and a seventh for Kyle Pitts, I'd do that. I think Kyle Pitts and Chicka Conkwo are pretty similar players, especially over the last two years. They've been pretty similar, but Kyle Pitts does represent higher upside. I think with Kyle Pitts' length and his height, that makes him a cleaner fit. Think about Mike Gasecki in Cincinnati right now. Kyle Pitts could play a similar role like that, and Chigga Conquo isn't quite tall enough and long enough to be that matchup nightmare
Starting point is 00:08:06 in red zone short yardage situations isolate him out by himself. Kyle Pitts could be a big wide and tight everybody wants wide receiver help for the Titans. We're talking about Terry McLauren. Kyle Pitts could essentially be that big wide receiver that we need and then you have him, you have Gunnar Helm and Josh Wiley, who can all kind of do similar things. Pitts, maybe not as physical as Helm could end up being. But I think that could make sense for the Titans. So if the price is right, Kyle Pitts is only $10 million. Kyle Pitts is going to be 25 in October. Think about the difference. 30 for Terry McLaurin, 31 for Trey Hendrickson.
Starting point is 00:08:41 Kyle Pitts is going to be 25 in October. A late round swap with Chicka Conquo. That makes sense to me. So I would be a yes on Kyle Pitts if the price is low, but a no on Hendrickson and definitely a no on Terry McLaurin. Again, not because they're not good players, but they don't make sense for the Tennessee Titans. Now let's talk about free agents. Do want to let you know that today's episode is brought to you by Monarch Money. Do you ever check your bank account and wonder, where did all my money go? Titans fans, let's continue today's edition of the Locked on Titans podcast. We talked about some trade targets the Tennessee Titans could look at. I don't think Terry McQuarran or Trey Hendrickson make sense, but Kyle Pitts could be an option.
Starting point is 00:10:32 Now I want to talk about some remaining free agents that are out there that the Tennessee Titans could bring in. Remember, mandatory mini camp is this week. It's going to be Tuesday through Thursday, open to the media every single day. We're going to be recapping every single practice here on the show. Make sure that you get subscribed. Stay subscribed. Tomorrow, I'm gonna preview mandatory minicamp for you guys, talk Cam Ward, roster battles, Jeffrey Simmons, all of that.
Starting point is 00:10:57 Do want to thank you again for making Locked on Titan your first listen. Again, on YouTube, we're going to 20,000 subscribers. If you watch on YouTube,'re going to 20,000 subscribers if you watch on YouTube check out the podcast version if you listen to the podcast you can always check out the YouTube version either way why don't you guys just do both at the same time and support the boy I would appreciate it but with that being said looking at some free agents so obviously wide receiver we started talking about wide receiver everyone's gonna want more help at wide receiver have as many weapons as possible.
Starting point is 00:11:27 But I'll be honest with you. I look at what's available at wide receiver right now. And I would just rather get a look at the young guys. You know what I mean? Keenan Allen, Amari Cooper, Gabe Davis, DJ Chark. I mean, why? You know, I would rather see Ella Kyloman or Chim Dike or Xavier Restrepo or even Bryce Oliver, Colton Dow, Jaquan Jackson, Van Jefferson. You know, what are we doing
Starting point is 00:12:06 at this point? What are we doing? You know, I don't think that any of these old wide receivers that we're talking about here that could be available or that are available, I just don't, you know, get Nelson Aguilar, Tyler Boyd still out there, Odell Beckham, he sounds like he's shutting it down, Chris Conley, Jameson Crowder, you know, Anthony Schwartz, I guess. Take a chance on a, you know, a guy who's still maybe got some speed. You know, I just don't think that any of the wide receivers that are going to be available are going to make any sense for the titans. So let's just knock that out of the way. You could add any of these older guys. Honestly, if they had to pick any of them, I'd probably pick Gabe Davis because I think he has the most left in the tank
Starting point is 00:12:50 and he's still getting about 11 million dollars from the Jaguars this year. So we'd probably take a veteran minimum contract. Sure, maybe you want to get Gabe Davis because you want a big physical outside receiver. I've talked about how the Titans don't have a clean one outside of Io Manor. Van Jefferson could maybe do that But I don't know if that's his natural fit. Traylon Burks, can you count on him? No, so if you wanted to get a second guy in there who you know can fill that physical X-Roll on the boundary Gabe Davis could probably do that, but Let's just play Io Manor instead, you know, like any rep that you would give to Gabe Davis, just give to Elec Iomantor. You know, I'm even okay with Van Jefferson getting those reps.
Starting point is 00:13:29 That's fine. That's fine. But on the edge, I think the Titans could stand to make an addition. Now look, I know that this is going to sound crazy. I know that this is going to sound crazy. I know. But as we go through some of these options, Matt Judon, Zedarius Smith, Von Miller, Preston Smith, DeMarcus Walker still out there,
Starting point is 00:13:59 Yannick Ngocwe, he's been trying for a while now. But there is one name name and I know that Tennessee Titans fans are going to, you know, they're going to have a hard time hearing it, but bring back Judeavian Clowney, bring back the clown show. Look, I know that it went terribly wrong in Tennessee in 2020. He played eight games. It was a disaster. I honestly think that the defense was better and he was solid when he was on the field. He just wasn't what we were hoping and that made people disappointed and then you add the injuries, the disappointment of the season and the loss to Baltimore at the end, all that. I get it. But since that moment, he played 14 games, 12 games, 17 games, 14 games. Okay, so been on the field a lot more. The expectations have gone down, which means the money has gone way down.
Starting point is 00:14:51 All right. And I'll remind you that in 2023, Jadavia and Clowney had a career renaissance and had nine and a half sacks, again, played in all 17 games. Who did he play for that season? The Baltimore Ravens, who was a defensive coach on the 2023 Baltimore Ravens, Donard Wilson. So you pair a Judeavian crownee on a small veteran minimum incentive-latum deal. You pay him,
Starting point is 00:15:20 and you bring him back and you put him with Donard Wilson. And you see if you could just get, cause let's be honest, Lorenzo Carter is not a threat in any way. Just an early down edge setter at best. Draymont Jones, I think Draymont Jones is more of an interior rusher on passing downs than he has anybody in base defense or early down run defense. So I don't think that really helps you much. You don't know what you're going to get out of Femi. I'm excited about Femi, but again, that's a development project. This guy started playing edge, like with like six games left in the college season, eight games left in the college season last year, it's going to take
Starting point is 00:15:59 Femi some time, no matter how exciting his personality is. Okay. And then after that, you have Arden Key, Allie Gay, Jalen Harrell, I mean, I'm just saying one more veteran edge rusher to come in who has upside, but will be cheap, and we get the redemption tour. How sick would it be if Jadieve and Clowny came back,
Starting point is 00:16:27 totally redeemed his Titans experience, had seven sacks as a Deniko La Autry level, you know, rotational rusher, had some big hits in the backfield, and the Titans had a good season. Like that would just be great. I'm all for that kind of story. So I know it sounds crazy, but I'd like more help on the edge,
Starting point is 00:16:49 and Zedaria Smith sounds good, but I'm out on Von Miller, I'm out on Shaquille Barrett, Preston Smith, like, Shaquille Barrett might have retired, honestly. Genavian Clowney makes the most sense if the Titans are going to bring in a veteran edge. Now, at linebacker, I want to see these young guys, but if they totally disappoint in mandatory minicamp, these young linebackers that we've talked about, CJ Mosley, strong veteran, similar systems and approaches on defense to what the Titans have wanted to do. Remember, Darnard Wilson was with the Jets. 2020, 2021, somewhere in there. So I think CJ Mosley could make some sense if he's healthy,
Starting point is 00:17:32 if the Titans just look at these young linebackers and say, it's not good enough. It's just not good enough. And mandatory mini camp could be that moment because the gap between mandatory mini camp and training camp is where the team could probably make a lot of changes based on what they've seen in these first month of OTA practices. Hey, this guy isn't doing it. That guy isn't doing it. And we're going to talk about some of those guys
Starting point is 00:17:56 who could not be here for training camp if they don't show something. At cornerback, it all depends on how Legerrius-Need's health is going. I think a guy like Kendall Fuller, Rasul Douglas, how is Rasul Douglas not on the team? Did I miss it? Like I kept trying to Google like, did Rasul Douglas not sign somewhere? If Legerrius-Need is not gonna be ready for training camp,
Starting point is 00:18:22 if he's not gonna be healthy enough to be ready, then bring in another veteran outside corner in Rasul Douglas because you can't have JBJ and Roger McCreary as your two outside corners. We can talk about Gabe Judy Lawley and I'm going to in just a moment, but if Gabe Judy Lawley who has not to this point in his career took it a step forward. I'm bringing in Rizal Douglas, Mike Hinton, Hilton is up now. He's been more of a slot in his career. So that might make things difficult, but Hey, that's a good, talented player. It's still available. And then a Sanchez Samuel Jr.
Starting point is 00:19:00 If he is healthy, still only 25, could make some sense there as well. Give him a shot, especially, you know, if Snead's health isn't there. On the interior defensive line, I don't like the group outside of the top three. Taven Bryan, Raekwon Davis, there's not a lot of good interior defensive linemen. It's hard to find guys who are that big and who are actually worth a dang. You're not finding that too often now. So it'd probably be tough for the Titans until we start to see some cut down, some waiver claims, stuff like that as we get into July. But with that in mind, we've talked about who could be a trade option for the
Starting point is 00:19:33 Titans. We've talked about who could be a free agent option for the Titans. Who on the team could be guys that get moved off the roster to get some of these guys on. Titans fans, let's cap off today's edition of the locked on Titans podcast. We talked about some trade candidates and why I really wouldn't be looking at the two top options that could be traded right now. Talked about some free agents and I really do think a reunion with Jadavia and Clowney would make sense. But now I want to talk about some guys on the roster that we haven't talked about quite enough.
Starting point is 00:20:24 And I think they're guys who, like I said, they could be off this roster. They could be off this team if they don't show something in mandatory minicamp. The Titans could look to get a veteran to take their spot or get a different young guy that they want to take a look at, which is an entirely a possibility with how much movement we might see before training camp actually kicks off. But before we get into it, do want to thank you again for making Locked On Titans your first listen. For your second listen, check out Locked On NFL Scouting. As training camp
Starting point is 00:20:53 gets closer, moves continue to be made. Host Kyle Krabs and Joe Marino will make you the most informed NFL fan this off season. Find Locked On NFL scouting on YouTube or wherever you get your podcast. But I got to start on offense with wide receiver in Colton Dow and Jaquan Jackson. So Colton Dow two years ago, seventh round pick Jaquan Jackson last year, sixth round pick. They feel like they've been totally forgotten. Bryce Oliver has jumped ahead of them in people's minds, and the three rookies, Xavier Restrepo, Chim D.K., and Alec Ayo-Manner,
Starting point is 00:21:31 have also jumped over those guys in the minds of Tennessee Titans fans. Now, we don't know what the coaches are thinking, we don't know what the depth chart truly looks like in their minds, anything like that, but just from a pure conversation standpoint, you know, not much hype for Colton Dow at all, not much hype for Jaquan Jackson. Now, Jaquan Jackson had a terrible season last year in totality, you know, had some opportunities at wide receiver,
Starting point is 00:21:56 but not a ton, really failed, and his opportunity as the punt returner, I think that he is really in trouble to make this roster. Colton Dow, however, though, we've seen Colton Dow make some plays in some of these videos at camp. We've heard some reports that Colton Dow has been, you know, getting a lot of run and getting opportunities to not only play, but to play with people who might actually play.
Starting point is 00:22:19 And I think part of that is, again, the Titans lack of X wide receiver options. Colton Dow remember is six foot one six foot two two hundred pound guy he was expected to be a good player on special teams was expected to add a physical element and a size element to the Titans wide receiver group had a devastating injury trying to come back from it now you see the sleeve on his leg where he had the really bad knee injury so you could tell which one it is when he's out there practicing. But my thing is Colton Dow and Jaquan Jackson are at risk of being forgotten
Starting point is 00:22:52 forever and ultimately moved away. You know, like they are forgotten children from previous regimes, previous times looking for different things, previous GMs who aren't around anymore. So I think if you're looking at guys who are on the roster bubble and it's now or never, like they got to prove that they deserve to be around or they're going to get moved away for younger guys who fit more what this organization is looking for now. And it's Colton Dow and it's Shaquan Jackson. Like they got to step up now or they are going to get passed immediately by new guys.
Starting point is 00:23:26 Again, new guys that were actually picked, not just draft picks, but undrafted free agents and waiver claim players, other guys who were actually hand selected by the new general manager in the new regime. Makes it tough when you're a guy from the previous regime and you haven't really worked out or shown anything. So Colton Dow, Jaquan Jackson, it tight ends the same thing for Thomas O'Doukoye and David Martin Robinson.
Starting point is 00:23:51 Look, I'm high on David Martin Robinson. I think he has a chance to make this roster. I'm gonna be hyping him up throughout the summer. I think he can really give the Titans a backup to Chicka Conkwo with a little bit more size. But if DMR and Thomas O'Doukoye don't step up this year after being kept on the roster last year by Rancar Thon, they could be gone easily. Thomas O'Doukoye, I don't think should be on the roster. I don't think he should have a chance. I think he's more of a good story than a good player.
Starting point is 00:24:21 DMR, I think, can turn into something, but if neither of those guys show something, they get passed up by Gunnar Helm. Like, you could say Josh Wiley too. Honestly, you could say Josh Wiley now or never. Maybe like a guy like DMR passes Josh Wiley. You know what I mean? Like, that is not out of the realm of possibility here, that DMR could pass up a guy like Josh Wiley and that Wiley's skill set is too repetitive because of a guy like Gunnar Helm. So I would say Thomas O'DeKoye, David Martin Robinson, and Josh Wiley. Like it's now or never to prove that you deserve to be around because if not, by the middle of training camp, by the time pre-season games roll around these guys could not be here. Okay.
Starting point is 00:25:07 At offensive tackle. I feel this way about three guys, Jalen Duncan, John Adjuku, Andrew Rupsich. Like they're never going to turn into starting quality players. They're always going to be guys who are barely rosterable. It is time to move on. That's why I'm higher on the free agent guys that the Titans brought in, like Ali Udo and Sam Mustapha, uh, Brandon Jamie's like the Titans brought in those veteran guys because these three guys right here, it's time to move on and find other young guys to develop. Like I'm done with Andrew Rupsich. It's time to develop Jackson Slater. You see what I mean? Like what are we doing here? You know, I don't want to deal with Jalen Duncan, John Juku anymore. Let's go with Brandon Crenshaw Dixon
Starting point is 00:25:49 from Florida and see if he can develop into a swing tackle, which these guys have never been able to do. Like, it's, and then on defense, Jalen Harrell Edge. Ali Gaye seemed to play better than him last year. Now you add Femi Oladejo. Titans make multiple additions and free agency may make another. Like, Jalen Harrell is just getting pushed down. And I thought, you know, he had good moments last year in the preseason, but he wasn't good in the real games. And maybe he takes a step up. And listen, he's a seventh-round pick.
Starting point is 00:26:21 He was never expected to be more than, you know, an end of the roster, special teams contributor who could maybe be an early down rotation guy against the run that spells some of the, but he's not even good enough to do that. I'm based on last year's tape. So need to see a big jump from Jaylen Harrell or he could just be cut, moved on. Let's get another young guy in here. Who's an undrafted free agent this year, who we actually wanted. It wasn't drafted by Ryan Carthon. Otis Reese got
Starting point is 00:26:49 injured and left the last OTA open to the media, battling with Cedric Gray and James Williams. We heard from Frank Bush, Titans linebacker coach, last week that James Williams and Cedric Gray are getting rotational reps with the ones. Otis Reese cannot afford to fall back in line. He's a year older than those guys. I mean, in terms of experience in the NFL, like he's been in the NFL a year longer than both those guys. It's time to step up, Otis Reese.
Starting point is 00:27:16 If you really want to be a linebacker for the Titans, then you better prove it right now. Mandatory mini camp, I'm leagues above these guys, I'm locked in, I know what I'm doing, this and that. But if not, I can see Otis Reese getting passed up by Curtis Jacobs and Anthony Ogiery and stuff like that, like new guys. So Otis Reese was a Mike Vrabel guy.
Starting point is 00:27:40 Would not be shocked if the Titans move away from him at some point during the summer. Maybe not before training camp, but if he's getting passed up by the two young guys in that roster battle that we'll talk about tomorrow, then what are we doing here? You know? And then Gabe Judy Lawley. Gabe Judy Lawley's been getting first team reps with Ligeria Snead out. He has been given an opportunity to prove that he can be the, you know, second backup outside corner. Him and Darryl Baker battling and competing. It's time for Gabe Judy Lawley to take a step up.
Starting point is 00:28:14 Six foot one, out of Tennessee, long arm, boundary guy. Now or never. Because the Titans brought in like nine undrafted free agent cornerbacks. And if Gabe Judy Lawley isn't showing it and he gets passed up by any of those guys, Jermari Harris, for example, out of Iowa, then it's over. His time with the Titans needs to be over and it's time to move on. So with that being said, again, on tomorrow's show, we're going to talk about expectations for Cam Ward. We're going to talk about the big, biggest roster battles, like starting position battles. We need to pay attention to for mandatory mini camp. And I'll tell you why Jeffrey Simmons must be at mandatory mini camp. He absolutely must. No excuses. But with that being said, that is going to do it for me today,
Starting point is 00:29:00 folks. Mandatory mini camp week. Get locked in, baby in baby as always I am your host Tyler Rowland and this was locked on tight
