It's draft day football fans and that means it's time for my official 2025 NFL mock draft on today's bonus edition of Locked on Titans.
You are Locked on Titans, your daily Tennessee Titans podcast, part of the Locked on Podcast Network, your team every day.
Welcome to the Locked On Titans podcast.
I am your host Tyler Roland, Titans fans
and NFL fans as well.
It is draft day.
And if you've been in every day or here with me
for some years now, you would know that every single year
on draft day, I release my official mock draft for the year.
I've been doing mock drafts since before I even was doing this podcast.
I've always really loved the NFL draft.
I've loved mocking the draft myself.
I like to use the scoring system that they use over.
I believe it's the huddle report system where they grade mock draft people.
It's three points for an exact match.
One point for getting somebody in the first round.
So I followed that model and I've had some really, really successful years, top 25, top 30 years,
beating some of the best in the business as well. So I take it serious. I listen to everything.
I am trying to predict what I think will happen. And again, I grade myself on this stuff, So it'd be excited to see how I do, but we're going to dive into today's mock draft.
Again, a bonus episode for you guys.
So hopefully you do enjoy it.
Hopefully all of you enjoy the NFL draft.
I'm going to have a ton of content.
As soon as the Titans pick Cam Ward,
I'm going to have film content on Tic Tac Titans.
I'm going to have obviously my podcast content here
on the Locked on Titans feed.
So can't wait.
So excited Christmas day and let's dive into it.
The number one overall pick the Tennessee Titans are going to take Cam Ward
quarterback out of Miami.
Ward may not be the bonafide number one overall pick.
Some past quarterbacks have been, but his electric playmaking ability combined
with his multifaceted arm talent and football character make him an easy
selection for a Titans team
Desperate for not only a franchise quarterback, but for a new identity number two
The Cleveland Browns take Travis Hunter wide receiver and cornerback out of Colorado
Hunter is a generational prospect in the Browns may one day look like lucky winners
After missing out on the top pick and a chance at Ward. Hunter will major in receiver using his
high level ball skills and athleticism to juice up the Browns offense. The New York Giants select
Abdul Carter, edge rusher at a Penn State at pick number three. I think the Giants take some trade
calls here, but Carter is too good of a player to pass up. The Giants have two edge rushers
and Brian Burns and Kavon Thibodeau,
but the latter is on the final year of his contract and has disappointed after
being selected in the top five himself.
Carter thinks he can be Lawrence Taylor 2.0 and I'm not inclined to argue with him.
At number four, the New England Patriots select Will Campbell,
offensive tackle out at LSU.
The Patriots desperately need a left tackle and Campbell has been one of the
best offensive tackles in college football in the nation's hardest
conference for three years.
Seems easy enough.
Mike Fable is rumored to have been the driving force of the Titans taking
Peter Skoronsky, a former elite college tackle in his final draft in Nashville.
Campbell was a better version.
I will say though, I would prefer Armand Membo here.
At pick number five, we have our first trade.
The Chicago bears trade up from number 10 to number five to take Ashton
Gentey running back out of Boise state.
Boom.
Our first big trade.
The bears have a better roster than their 2024 record, and with Ben Johnson is the new head coach.
They feel like they should be a lot better right now with good answers at quarterback receiver,
offensive tackle edge and secondary.
They can get aggressive and go up and get a finishing piece.
Gentian Deandre Swift can replicate the dynamic duo Johnson had in Detroit.
Bears give up a collection of day two picks this year and
next year to move up but don't have to give up a first round pick.
The Las Vegas Raiders at pick number six select Armand Membo,
the offensive tackle out of Missouri.
I think the Raiders reported interest in Genti is oversold.
New general manager John Spytek comes from Tampa Bay where they sport one of
the best offensive lines in the NFL.
Geno Smith is no spring chicken.
So keeping him upright and healthy will be the key.
Membo can play right tackle right away and DJ Glaze can kick inside the guard.
If Colton Miller, the starting left tackle leaves due to a contract
dispute after the year, Membo can potentially switch over to left at number seven.
The New York Jets select Mason Graham, interior defensive lineman out of Michigan.
I'm not as high on Graham as the NFL seems to be, but he will still go high.
And Aaron Glenn wants to build a physical unit on his side of the football.
The Jets pair Graham with a big body guy like Quinn and Williams,
and they might have the best interior duo
in the NFL on day one.
The Jets are a tough read,
feel like they could go with Tyler Warren at tight end,
but Glenn Leans defense.
The Carolina Panthers at pick number eight take
Walter Nolan, the interior defensive lineman
out of Ole Miss.
Now I admit, I am fully being swayed here by the recent
scuttlebutt. All right. Nolan isn't a guy I think should be going this high.
He has prototypical size for the interior and is a physical run defender
that needs some refinement as a pass rusher. So I see the potential,
but Carolina has Derek Brown on the roster and I think an edge like
Jaylen Walker or Mikell Williams would make more sense here.
Again, I'm not going to, I have been fully swayed by some recent noise about Walter Nolan.
I don't really buy it, but you got to take some shots in this business.
Uh, number nine, the new Orleans saints take Calvin Banks,
offensive tackle out of Texas.
Banks is a guy who some say needs to kick inside the guard
due to only having 33 and a half inch arms,
but Banks has an elite wingspan
that is the longest in the entire class.
It's like 84 and a half inches or 88 and a half inches.
Something crazy.
He has enough length is the point.
The Saints had Ryan Ramchak who retired
and they declined Trevor Penning's fifth year option.
Last year's first round pick,
Talisa Fugaga was a natural right tackle in college.
So this allows Banks or Fugaga to play inside in year one
before kicking out or both of them to play tackle
while the Saints kick out Penning from the starting group.
Out pick number 10.
Again, the Jacksonville Jaguars traded down with the Chicago Bears.
So the Jaguars sit at number 10 and they take Tyler Warren, the tight end out of Penn State.
What a great move for Jacksonville and new general manager, James Gladstone.
The Jaguars let Evan Ingram go this off season.
And while they're hyping up Brenton Strange, I think the Jags won a dynamic offensive weapon here after having a better roster than their record indicates.
Hope Trevor Lawrence with a do it all piece that is just a step
below Brock powers as a prospect.
That's the top 10.
I'm going to get into the next 10 picks more drama ahead.
It's my 20, 2025 mock draft official.
Can't wait to dive into the rest of it with you guys.

Football fans and Tennessee Titans fans, let's continue my 2025 official mock draft here. We did the top 10 as a reminder. We had Cam Ward to the Titans, Travis Hunter to the
Browns, Abdul Carter to the Giants, Will Campbell to the Patriots, Ashton Genti to the Chicago Bears in a trade-up, Armand Membo to the Raiders, Mason
Graham to the Jets, Walter Nolan to the Panthers, Kelvin Banks to the Saints, and Tyler Warren to
the Jacksonville Jaguars. At pick number 10, at pick number 11, the San Francisco 49ers select
Michael Williams, edge out of Georgia. Williams is a big physical edge who dealt with some injuries during college.
The NFL teams love him.
His size, motor and potential are too alluring for the league.
Can he stay healthy?
Can he get more technical as a rusher and leverage his physical gifts?
San Francisco needs to get better in the trenches and Williams can be a great pairing to go with Nick Bosa.
At number 12, the Dallas Cowboys select Matthew Golden,
wide receiver out of Texas.
This is way too high for Golden for me, who is my wide receiver
four in the class, but some in the league see him as wide receiver one.
And all it takes is one team.
Dallas definitely needs some more pop on the offense outside of CD Lam.
And Golden has great speed, although I don't think he plays his time speed on the field,
he runs tremendous routes, makes great adjustments on the ball, and
he would add some excitement to a franchise that is depressingly boring right now.
Number 13, the Miami Dolphins select Jaday Baron,
the defensive back out of Texas.
Baron is a guy I'm a little lower on than the national consensus.
I think Baron is a really good prospect worthy of a first, but this is a bit too high for me.
Regardless, it seems most consider him the top corner and he has a do it all weapon that
could play safety or in the slot with physicality and ball skills. The Dolphins are likely trading
Jaylen Ramsey. So here's a replacement at 14, the Indianapolis Colts select Jaylen Walker
linebacker out of Georgia. The Colts have seen their linebacker position progressively decay over the last few seasons
with Quiddie Pay just doing okay and Dayo Adengbo gone as a free agent.
The Colts could use a defensive weapon who can do both.
Lou Anarumo was hired as the new defensive coordinator and this would make him a happy guy.
At pick number 15.
The Atlanta Falcons select Mike Green, the edge rusher out of Marshall.
I think Mike Green would have went five picks higher if not for some off-field allegations
that have some teams taking him off their board completely.
Raheem Morris is a strong locker room leader and he's a perfect coach to get the
best out of Green who has tremendous talent and explosiveness.
Crazy stat from locked on Matt Williamson.
The Falcons have the fewest sacks in the NFL over the past five years,
10 years and 20 years.
At pick 16, the Arizona Cardinals select Will Johnson,
cornerback Michigan.
Johnson has some medical concerns that could limit the longevity of his career,
but that is a long-term problem and the Cardinals need defensive help.
Now Johnson was considered a top 10 lot coming into the year and he fits
perfectly with the zone heavy scheme that Jonathan Gannon runs Johnson's
length and physicality make him a great pick at pick number 17.
The Cincinnati Bengals select Derek Harmon,
interior defensive lineman out of Oregon.
Harmon is a powerful interior rusher with an excellent motor.
Cincinnati needs a star interior rusher to fortify the middle of their poorest
defense. Harmon has some medical concerns that gave me pause here.
And with Jahad Campbell still on the board, I was sweating,
but Campbell has medicals too.
So I will always favor a trench spot.
Pick number 18, the Seattle Seahawks select Gray Zabel,
the interior offensive lineman out of North Dakota State.
The Seahawks interior looks God awful right now.
And Sam Darnan is gonna fall apart
if he is dealing with constant pressure all season. Satella Luamiya and Anthony Bradford are
set to start at guard right now and if you're asking yourself who like Snoop Dogg,
so am I. Zabel is unknown but he follows a long line of smaller
school interior guys who impress and turn into studs. Zabel could play his college position of tackle in a pinch as well.
At pick number 19, we have another trade, the Green Bay Packers trade up with the Tampa Bay
Buccaneers and select Teteroa McMillan, wide receiver out of Arizona. McMillan is my top
receiver outside of Travis Hunter and his slide is something that wouldn't happen if I were running teams.
But I obviously am not in questions about McMillan's love for
football teams concern.
Look, if TMAC were a quarterback, I would be worried, but he isn't.
Green Bay has a great culture and we'll get the best out of him.
This isn't a typical Packers move.
But with TMAC dropping, they use a few of their
eight picks to move up four spots and get in front of Denver who would have wanted McMillan as well,
in my opinion. Pick number 20, we have another trade. The New York Giants trade up from pick
number 34 to pick number 20 with the Denver Broncos and select Chadeur Sanders quarterback, Colorado.
John Larr has made it clear the one goal
the Giants brass has this all season is to find a future quarterback.
And no one has done more work or spent more time with Sanders than the G-Men.
Sanders is a big personality.
But hey, baby, it's New York.
Getting Abdul Carter and your quarterback of the future while also having some solid
building blocks already on the team will feel nice.
Also the Giants can trade Dibbido to restock some of the picks they send to jump in front
of the Steelers and get their guy.
At pick number 21, we have another trade!
The Los Angeles Rams trade up to pick number 21 with the Pittsburgh Steelers
and select Colston Loveland, tight end out of Michigan.
Okay, I'm officially off the rails.
The odds of three straight trades is very low, but it makes too much sense.
The Rams have been sniffing around trade up possibilities and all the buzzes.
They want an offensive playmaker with the number of young defensive contributors they already have.
So, some say Loveland could go in the top 10 and ahead of Warren, but Warren is a better blocker and I think that gives him a big edge.
Some medical with Loveland knocks him down here as well.
That's three straight trades. Now we're going to get into the last
few picks of my mock draft and quarterbacks are going to start coming off the board here
with a few other trades as well. Today's bonus edition of Locked on Titans is brought to

Terms and conditions do apply. Titans fans, let's cap off my official 2025 mock draft. We've gone through 21 picks so
far, had some trades, a lot of good players still on the board and more trades to come.
But we have so far, just to recap quickly for you, Cam Ward, number one of the
Tennessee Titans, Travis Hunter, number two to the Cleveland Browns, Abdul
Carter, number three to the New York Giants, Will Campbell, number four to the
New England Patriots, trade up Chicago Bears, Ashton Genti at pick number five,
pick number six, Armand Benmo to the Las Vegas Raiders, pick number seven,
Mason Graham to the New York Jets, pick number eight, Carolina Panthers, Walter Nolan, pick number seven, Mason Graham in the New York Jets pick number eight, Carolina Panthers, Walter Nolan pick number nine,
Kelvin Banks to the New Orleans Saints pick number 10, the Jacksonville Jaguars
take Tyler Warren pick 11 San Francisco takes Mike L Williams pick 12 Dallas
Cowboys, Matthew Golden pick 13 Miami Dolphins, John A Baron pick 14
Indianapolis Colts, Jalen Walker pick 15, Atlanta Falcons, Mike Green pick 16,
Arizona Cardinals, Will Johnson pick 17, Cincinnati Bengals, Derrick Harmon pick 18, Seattle Seahawks, Gray Zebel pick 19, trade Green Bay Packers, Teterow
McMillan pick 20, trade New York Giants, Chidder Sanders pick 21, trade Los
Angeles Rams, Colston Loveland at pick number 22, the Los Angeles Chargers
select Kenneth Grant, interior defensive lineman out of Michigan.
The Chargers would have jumped to take Loveland in my opinion, but they miss out
and Jim Harbaugh goes back to the Wolverine well.
Look, I don't think it's just bias.
Grant is fantastic.
Some people think he could go top 15, but he is a run stuffing interior guy,
no sackle. For those players to have a first round value, Top 15, but he is a run stuffing interior guy, nose tackle.
For those players to have a first round value, they have to develop into great pass rushers too.
Can Grant? We will see. The Chargers also lost Puna Ford and Free Agency,
and we're vocally upset about it. They care about this spot.
Pick number 23, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after trading down from 19 with the Green Bay Packers.
Pick Jahad Campbell, linebacker out of Alabama.
Campbell has been flagged by some teams due to general wear and tear Alabama
players are known to have and a little more reports suggest he will be healthy
for camp though.
Todd Bulls blitzes more than anyone else in the league and Campbell is a dynamic
rusher as a linebacker with Levante David hitting the home stretch of his
career or probably passed it.
Campbell takes his role.
The trade down minimizes the risk as well.
Pick number 24, the Kansas City Chiefs trade up with the Minnesota Vikings and
select Josh Simmons, offensive tackle Ohio State.
Kansas City lost the Super Bowl largely because they could not stop the Eagles
pass rush.
The erosion of the Chiefs tackle play must be corrected
if they hope to hoist a Lombardi again.
Simmons would have been a top 10 pick
if the draft was held at Halloween,
but after a major knee injury, a stock has fallen.
I don't think the Chiefs will care.
It is hard to be as good as the Chiefs
and get blue chip talents.
They can afford to be aggressive here and go get a guy
who they can also afford to be patient with.
Getting in front of Houston is important. The Chiefs send the extra high third they got from the
Ligeria Sneed Trade to move up. At pick number 25, the Houston Texans select Ameca Egbuco wide
receiver Ohio State. The Texans would have loved to go offensive line here and maybe they offer
Josh Connerly out of Oregon or Donovan Jackson out of
Ohio State, but pairing CJ Stroud back up with his college teammate makes too much sense. Agbuka
went for over a thousand yards when he played with Stroud. Tankdale can't stay healthy and had a major
injury late in the year. Stephon Diggs left after one year, wasting a second rounder. They need more
weapons to get Stroud back on track. Pick number 26,
the Pittsburgh Steelers after trading down with the Los Angeles Rams, select Jalen Milro,
quarterback, Alabama. The Steelers didn't have a pick until 83 and they also had Mason Rudolph
as the starting quarterback. I think we wake up in a week and they added another top 100 pick
think we wake up in a week and they added another top 100 pick with the trade down,
got their future quarterback with Milrow who had the most upside of any quarterback in the class and will have Aaron Rodgers as a starter who can help mentor Milrow.
What a win for Pittsburgh.
Pick number 27, the Baltimore Raven select Shemar Stewart,
edge rusher, Texas A&M.
Stewart is the definition of a freak athlete He destroyed the combine, but the tape is far less impressive Stewart is unrefined and lacks technique
He can't utilize his physical gifts very similar to another project edge the Ravens took early and a doff a away
Coincidentally away is set to be a free agent after the season.
Kyle Van Noy is in his mid-30s and David Ajaabo has not panned out.
Pick number 28, the Detroit Lions select Donovan Ezoraku edge out of Boston College. Ezoraku
is a speed rusher with great bend who has incredibly, who was incredibly productive
in college.
The lions love ball players who have good, uh, who have been good for a while. Aiden Hutchinson could be their power guy and easy can be the speed
element, a perfect combo for a team that has to avoid what happened last season
when they were unable to get pressure without blitzing. At pick number 29,
the Washington commander select Omari on Hampton running back North Carolina.
Brian Robinson is a questionable fit in the cliff Kingsbury offense.
Hampton can run with power,
but has the quickness to run the shotgun based offense better than Robinson who
fits more in an under center system.
Hampton could be the lead back with Jane Daniels for years to come at pick number
30, the Buffalo bill select traderey Amos, cornerback Ole Miss.
Buffalo needs help in the secondary and Amos gives them a long,
versatile corner that has press ability.
Taryn Johnson and Christian Benford are great corners, but
one more really rounds out the group because the Trinavius White reunion is
nostalgic, but White can't be
a starter anymore on this level of team.
I pick number 31, the Minnesota Vikings.
After trading back with the Kansas City Chiefs from 24 to 31, select Malachi Starks safety
out of Georgia.
The Vikings have a screaming need at defensive back with Harrison Smith nearing the end and
Cannebina moving on. Safety is a massive need at defensive back with Harrison Smith nearing the end and can't bind them moving
on. Safety is a massive need. Having a player like Starks with great instincts and the ability
to make plays on the ball from the free safety position allows Smith to age gracefully closer
to the line of scrimmage. The Vikings have a great defensive line and will create chaos with their
blitzes under Brian Flores. Having a safety in the back who can take advantage
and get the ball is crucial.
At pick number 32, the Philadelphia Eagles select
James Pierce Edge out of Tennessee.
Pierce is talented enough to go top 10,
but word is he is practically uncoachable
and was a nightmare to deal with during his time
at Tennessee.
However, Pierce really took strides in key areas in 2024 showing
he can take coaching and improve at the end of the day Philly
is going to take supremely talented players who fall for these
reasons because they have the culture and locker room leadership
to handle it.
They do it again here and a bonus pick for you guys.
The Denver Broncos didn't get to make a pick because they traded back with the Giants to pick number 34.
At pick number 33, I think that we could see the Cleveland Browns take Jackson Dart at quarterback or Tyler Schuck at quarterback.
We could see the New Orleans Saints make a move up.
But at pick number 34, I think the Denver Broncos take Trayvon Henderson
running back Ohio state.
Boom, big shocker here, but I think Henderson is the Alvin Kamara of the Broncos offense
for Sean Payton.
Omarion Hampton is considered the consensus RB2, but I have Henderson there behind Gentie.
Dropping back, collecting extra picks and still getting a dynamic weapon
and your primary target all along makes Peyton look like a genius again. That's my 2025 official
mock draft again I'm going to be grading it you get one point for having a player in the first
round you get three bonus points if you connect a player to a team perfectly so that's how you
grade your mock drafts.
Hope you guys make a mock draft to play along with me.
Very excited for tonight.
Can't wait again.
So much content for you guys.
Hope you enjoy this bonus episode.
