What's up everybody welcome to the love life podcast with me Matthew Hussey you know that
occasionally I do interviews on this show we don't do them every week or even every month
but occasionally I will have someone come by the show and talk to us about something that either compliments what we're doing or is different and unique.
The person that I am bringing you today is someone whose podcast I appeared on when I was out there talking about my own book, Love Life.
And she was such a lovely human being and someone who I know Audrey and I have been excited to go and spend time with personally when we get the chance.
She also goes between one of our favorite places in the world, Kauai.
So we really want to go and meet her out in Kauai.
But her name is Kimberly Snyder. She is a three times New York Times bestselling author, holistic wellness expert
and nutritionist, international speaker and meditation teacher. She has authored six previous
adult books before the one that we are going to talk about today. And she is also the founder of
Saluna, a holistic lifestyle brand and the host of the top rated Feel Good podcast, which covers all aspects of holistic wellness.
She has worked with all sorts of magnificent people like Drew Barrymore, Reese Witherspoon and Channing Tatum.
Channing Tatum, that's a good one.
And she's here today to talk about her new book, The Hidden Power of the Five Parts.
Empower your thoughts, balance your emotion and unlock vibrant health and abundance.
Kimberly, hello.
What an intro, Matthew.
It is so wonderful to be here with you today.
I so enjoyed our chat.
So very much looking forward to chatting again. Yeah, I did too. And you know, I think many people
in my audience will be the audience that you might expect for your book. But I think that I am not the typical audience personally, because I, anytime,
anytime I start hearing ideas about the heart and it's framed in a way where, um,
there's a kind of, Hmm, how do I say there's a, almost like a like a we're we're digging into a different way of talking about the heart.
I am the person who immediately runs away because it, you know, probably partly because I've spent most of my life in my head and it's not, you know, connecting to my heart. And I want to
talk about what you mean by that today is not something that I have, I don't think been very
good at in my life. It's not that I wouldn't describe myself as an emotional person. I
describe myself as an intensely emotional person and a very sensitive person. But I think that I've spent
most of my life in my head and not connecting to my heart. So I feel almost selfishly there's a,
like, this is going to be an interesting education for me today. And I'm going to learn a lot by
listening to your solutions to that. But maybe you can kind of start by talking about
when you say the hidden power of the five hearts what does the five hearts relate to what do you
mean by that yes so thank you so much matthew and it's true not just you but most of us spend a lot
of time in our heads just deciding what to eat or what to do or overthinking. Did this person mean this? So we
live in this different sort of reality up in our heads. So first of all, when we're talking about
the heart, I'm not talking about the sentimental or just the romantic heart, but this very practical
intelligence, which we could all learn to awaken and turn on within ourselves. So when I was
writing my last book,
Matthew called You Are More Than You Think You Are, I came across some incredible research around
the heart and it made me pause and I said, whoa. And then I started to take a deep dive. And just
like my other books, I was more than ever, I wanted to share this information that started to
really transform my life. So when we're talking
about the heart, Matthew, not this idea of the heart, but first of all, the physical and energetic
center, this power center, which turns out to be another brain. There's 40,000 neurons in the heart.
The heart sends more messages to the brain than vice versa. So why does this matter? Why it matters
is when we find ourselves overthinking, playing out the same patterns, attracting the same relationships, we can
actually start to create through these tools and teachings that I share in the book, what's called
coherence. So coherence means this syncing up from your heart upward, changing your thoughts
and perceptions in your nervous system. So you start to feel more centered in flow, clear, intuitive, you start to give off a different energy, which is measurable,
which we'll talk about in a moment. And it really starts to change your life.
I've been working in wellness now for over a decade, Matthew, I've, you know, as a nutritionist,
as a meditation teacher, lifestyle, yoga, sleep, non-toxic products, you name it.
But when I started learning about this heart work, which, non-toxic products, you name it. But when I started
learning about this hard work, which is the center of our being, it changed everything in my life in
the past two, three years. I would say my relationship with my husband got about 90%
better. The bickering, the separation we would feel at times because there was so much love,
but the communication would feel off or we feel so hard sometimes.
My energy went up about 70%, especially at the end of the day.
I have two young kids running around.
There's so much, there's so many ways in which we drain our energy through these emotional
ups and downs, which actually aren't of the heart.
They're of the mind.
They're of the ego.
So when we're talking about heart intelligence, we're talking about turning on this power in your heart, which can happen in as little as
three to 10 seconds throughout the day in these tools. And it starts to change your reality.
So this hidden power is this ability to be more magnetic, to actually create what you want,
healthier relationships, more emotional resilience and intelligence, greater health,
greater hormonal balance all of this is
measured in science greater gut health and the five hearts are five different realities
that we can experience depending on our heart brain communication so how almost like take me
straight to the front lines of how you influence that connection. Okay. Okay. So let's talk. Yeah. Let's talk about
what the five hearts are first and then how we do it. Okay. So from Hawaii, where you and I love so
much, Matthew, we talk about, I was coming across this research. This is really still plays. And
then I came across this book that's about the Vedic teacher. So I didn't make up these five heart stages.
They've been written about in the oldest texts in the world known as the Vedas.
These five stages of the human heart, which it's laid out, we all go through to awaken.
It starts with the dark heart, which is where the heart and brain aren't talking.
Again, then the science started to line up with these stages into the propelled heart
where we feel more action oriented. I need to do this. I need to create more. I need people to like me. I need to
be married and have two kids by the time I'm 33. All the plans, all the ideas, right? Outward
focused into the steady heart where we start to steady in ourselves, the devoted heart where we
start to turn on our intuition and really elevate love, compassion, these heart-based qualities.
And then the clear heart, which scientifically corresponds to heart-brain harmony. So this is
a state of flow, a start of oneness. So we all kind of gravitate towards these different heart
stage in a day, in a moment, but we tend to inhabit one stage primarily in a period. So for example,
I can say I've spent most of my life in the
propelled heart, perfectionist achievements. I could look back at my relationships and say,
oh, I picked someone that seemed to fit into the plan. We knew the same people,
we went to the same events, but there wasn't this deep connection. And then I can look back when I
was in dark moments. So dark heart moments don't mean bad. It just means we can't see. The heart
and brain aren't talking. So there can be a lot of fear. So I chose relationships that felt really safe
because I have all these abandonment issues, which I'm still healing now from childhood.
So people that I felt wouldn't abandon me. But in those periods, there was the safe person that I
also didn't love that much because they were nice, but I didn't want them to leave me.
So as we learn these tools and we can go through some specific ones here in just
a moment Matthew what happens is we start to awaken this power energetically
spiritually scientifically so this is where the energetic teachings that have
been around for millennia right the Babylonians the Egyptians the Greeks all
world religions have talked about this gateway
of the heart into this modern science,
which is showing, hey, you get pregnant, you go in there.
The heartbeat comes before the brain is formed.
So there's a different type of intelligence
through these 40,000 neurons,
which are activating great change,
physical change, vitality, health, clarity,
all these things that we're looking for.
And what we can also talk about this heart field, which allows you to attract more love
and things that you want from the center right here.
So can you name me those five hearts again?
Yes.
So again, this blew me away, Matthew, because I could see myself.
I think we could all see ourselves in these moments. So I was learning the science and then I was learning the spiritual
teachings and I was like, wait a second, they line up. So the dark heart, not dark as in evil,
but dark, like, you know, you're stumbling across a dark room, heart and brain aren't talking.
So these are the times where we feel confusion, low energy. We don't know what our purpose is.
It feels so hard. Can't get off the couch. I'm
just smoking weed or drinking all day or watching Netflix all night. Lethargy, just this sadness,
depression. How would that manifest in someone's love life by just kind of randomly, you know,
picking whoever's in front of you or hooking up even though it doesn't satisfy you or, you know,
just giving into destructive behaviors in your love life. Settling saying, this is probably the
best I'm going to get, you know, saying, or maybe I don't really deserve love. I guess, you know,
maybe I'm this or I'm that, or I'm too old. So people aren't going to want me giving away,
like you said, the hookups, like giving
your body in times when you don't really feel connected to that person.
Fear, scarcity, settling, that kind of thing.
Yeah. Or in my case, like I said, if I, you know, I had this abandonment because my mom went back
to work when I was two weeks old, it was being in my head and being like, well, I'll pick this
person. He loves me a lot. He's nice. I kind
of love him, but I'm going to choose this person because I know they're not going to abandon me.
Got it. Okay. So that's the dark heart where they're not talking.
They're not talking. So again, through these practices, which we can run through in a moment,
Matthew, start to create this greater coherence. So you get the heart and brain to talk again,
even if you feel really lost or like, I'm so confused, I'm in such a stuck low place. You can start to activate this connection
at any time. So then you start to feel more energy as you move into what's called the propelled heart,
which is where we see a lot of society, a lot of social media, right? We start to find our worth
externally. Oh, I have a lot of followers on TikTok. People like me.
You know, oh, this fits into my plan.
This person looks good for me to be with.
You know, my family will approve.
My followers will like this person.
You know, rigid plans.
You know, I'm supposed to make this X amount, this salary, or have these amounts of kids by a certain time.
Very externally oriented.
So there's more energy, but then we're subject to never feeling
content never feeling peaceful always on right the burnout the anxiety the doing constantly so in
relationships matthew what this looks like again is this person looks like the good person for me
to be with or i have to be in a relationship i have to always be seeking
for me to feel fulfilled yeah okay got it how the i have to always be seeking for me to be fulfilled
how is that different from the from the dark heart i understand the uh difference in i'm finding worth
externally but i suppose you those two are linked right right? If I'm always seeking, I'm always looking for worth outside.
Yeah, there's more energy in the propelled heart, right?
This is where we get really into biohacking or self-help programs.
We're constantly trying to follow people that are going to show us how to eat or lose the
weight or be better or do this or do that.
There's this concept almost on the hamster wheel where the dark heart is sort of resigned to you know maybe
i have no purpose just a lot less energy you know i'm just on the propelled heart there's a sense of
ambition yes being directed in a lot of the wrong ways thinking that the solution is going to be
that when i get a person that looks like this or validates me and i'm going to be good okay so
that's the propelled heart what was the next one so the next one is the steady heart matthew and
i'm laughing because i can really put myself in these situations so the steady heart is there's
a big shift up in coherence which means again there's that syncing up between your heart and
your brain we can measure this with science we did a research study on some of these techniques actually. Um, and what it feels
like is I become more of the anchor to myself, right? So, um, I'll read you this quote really
quick, quick from Swami Sri Yukteswar who laid out these Vedas. He says that the core essentials of
life are sat, existence, cheat, consciousness, and nanda, bliss. Here's the thing,
Matthew. These three are the real necessities of the human heart and have nothing to do with
anything outside of his self. So this is a very different energy that we're projecting out. I
remember when we talked about your love life book, sometimes we get into that desperate,
you know, my biological clock is ticking.
I have to find someone.
I better go on 20 dates this weekend.
This sort of frenetic energy into, wait, I know that I have value.
I have worth.
I don't have to be running so much.
I can sit back.
And instead of trying to push and pull, I start to magnetize in, which we'll talk about
in a minute.
There's science to how we magnetize in. which we'll talk about in a minute, but there's science
to how we magnetize in. And I've had incredible personal experiences with this. So we start to
grow in energy and vitality. We start to, as I mentioned, I have about 70% more energy,
which is incredible research, how two minutes of irritation or feeling that frenetic,
I need to day-to-day, Two minutes puts into motion 1,500 different
biochemical processes that ultimately drain our energy. So think about how much we're aging
ourselves, our gut health, everything is depleting when we're in that propelled heart state. That's
why we experience burnout, bloating, you know, just so many different physical symptoms. So
steadiness means we start to be the anchor to ourselves. And so, as I said,
the heart changes our perceptions, but guess what, Matthew? It changes how people perceive you
because your field changes. Then the fourth stage is the devoted heart. And this is where
we have very different goals in life. It's not just about the rat race. It's not just about the outcomes. We become more devoted to these qualities, enjoying our life, lightness, compassion,
love, like really love and peace. And our intuition turns on. But here's the crazy thing
is because it's a high state of coherence and heart awakening, things tend to work out better
in the material world. So I'll tell you
the story in a moment where I ran into Deepak Chopra. We created this whole book together
when I was in this deeper heart state, right? You have more emotional intelligence, so you have
better outcomes in your workplace. There's less chaos. As I mentioned, there's 90% less drama in
my relationship with my husband. I feel a lot more so connected to my children. So it makes life
practically work better. Relationships have less drama. So that's the devoted heart. And what was
the final one? So the final heart is called the clear heart. This is stage five. This is
scientifically speaking heart brain harmony. So this means we're out of that thinking that you described that so many of us fall into. You're not, you know, the Tao, De Ching or
Eckhart Tolle would talk about not thinking. I would say, how do you do that? What does
that mean? It sounds nice, but how do we actually live that? So what it really feels like in
your body is a state of flow where you're moving from this more intuitive place, moment
to moment without all the thinking. What it feels like is you're moving from this more intuitive place moment to moment without all the thinking what it
feels like is you're stepping into a different field of synchronicities and this isn't like
some lofty stage only Buddha can get here Matthew as I mentioned we all experience these clear heart
moments like you're washing the dishes and suddenly you're not thinking you're sort of
there or you look into your partner's eyes or your child or your dog's eyes you look at a sunset so what we want to do through these practices in the hidden power of the five
hearts is to train ourselves up in coherence through these very simple practices some are
under a minute in daily life so that we keep coming back to this higher resonance changes
our perceptions our thoughts and our energy and our health so what are those how do we do this how do
we switch how do we make progress from one heart to another along this kind of continuum towards
a clear heart okay so do you want to do a one minute practice yeah okay so first I'll show you
a little bit of the science behind it if you guys guys are watching this, or this is on page 29 of the book, I'll describe it. This is your HRV pattern when you're feeling anger.
Okay. This, look at these beautiful smooth waves, Nathalie, see that? That's appreciation.
So this is where the physiological, the psychological becomes the physiological.
When we're starting to tap into these more coherent emotions,
we start to change our heart rate, our breath, our HRV patterns, the thoughts that we're thinking,
the relationships we attract. So let's do a one minute practice. This is an abbreviated practice
of the heart aligned meditation study, which we did with the HeartMath Institute. And what we
found in one month, all we did was give people these tracks, Matthew, under eight minutes. In one month, people experienced a 29%
increase on average in coherence. Just practicing this four times a week, eight minutes, four times
a week. Again, coherence means that clarity, this attractive quality, helping you attract that love,
which we'll talk about in a moment, helping you
attract more health opportunities. So let's experience it. So we're not just talking about
it, right? The hard work is really embodying it. And that's different than other things,
which are more disassociative. Okay. So let's just close our eyes unless you guys are driving,
anyone driving, don't close your eyes, but you could still gain some of the benefit even with your eyes opened. But if you
can close your eyes. Now straightaway, Matthew, we're going to shift our awareness and our
attention to our hearts. So you may intuitively feel to place your hand on your heart. You don't
have to, but place your attention. And here's the amazing part.
Research published in the American Journal of Cardiology shows that this alone, shifting
your attention to your heart, this alone changes your nervous system.
Okay, so there's so much science and energetic backing to all of this.
So imagining now that your heart is like a giant lung keeping your awareness on your
heart,
we're going to take some deep breaths in and out. So in this abbreviated practice,
we're not going to do the full coherence breath practice in the book. So don't worry about
counting. Just take some deep breaths. Again, imagine you're breathing in and out of your heart.
And now keeping your full attention on your heart, parent, whatever it is, just feel appreciation focusing on your heart, which is a mix of
gratitude, awe, approval.
And once you have that person or thing that helps you recall appreciation,
drop the visualization and just focus on feeling appreciation in your heart.
And we'll sustain this for just a few moments. And if you dropped out of it, just bring back that person or that thing that helps you recall
this energy.
Just stay here for one more moment, feeling that out of your heart. And then taking a moment to thank your amazing, wise heart. You can gently float your eyes open.
It's experiential, isn't it?
Very calming.
So over time, what happens is you build this coherence capacity. What that means over time, Matthew, it's like you go to the gym and you work things out.
This is, we hear the term neuroplasticity sometimes when it applies to the brain, but
because the brain is, the heart is a brain with 40,000 neurons, you're rewiring.
So what does this mean that reactivity that
overthinking stored in the amygdala oh this happened this person says something i go like this
i do this the the traffic hits i go like this instead when we come down to this deeper place
it's like zooming out that expansion that finding solutions that unity that seeing through to that
person instead of taking issue with the many things, that we could take issue with other people.
Finding peace in our day, lighter thoughts.
This grows and grows and grows.
And so for me, Matthew, again, I've been working in wellness for so long.
I've been doing all these different things.
When I started to turn on this heart's power, my moment to
moment existence changed so much. My family life, my work life, my just feeling lighter
and out of my head. It's so priceless that for me, I just want to say to everyone, oh
my gosh, this hidden power really is right here. And I also want to show this because again, this is where I feel like
the science is great to back up what all the ancients were talking about and what we can
experience each of us. So this is on 45 of the book. See this Taurus field of the heart.
Basically what's amazing, Matthew, we're talking about the heart. We are all emitting a field outside of ourselves, whether we realize it or not.
It extends eight to 10 times away from the body and it's a hundred times stronger than
the field of the brain.
Everything is energy.
Everything is electromagnetic frequencies.
So not just like, oh yeah, energy in a, you know, kind of a woo-woo sense, but actually
measured by magnetometers, which measure magnetic fields.
So guess what? This field is strengthened when we become more coherent, just like we did in
the meditation. It's more harmonious. It's strong, which literally means a scientific way to become
more magnetic. So we attract in those beautiful, loving, healthy relationships, those opportunities
at work.
And I'll give you an amazing personal example in a minute, Matthew.
Even if we say we want the healthy love, what we say energetically, energy doesn't lie.
So that's why I could see it myself, why I fell into patterns of attracting that same
guy over and over again, chaos, drama, or repelling the love that we want. People can register the
energy. They perceive your energy. So the amazing thing is we can change the field around us
moment to moment by these tools and practices. So how do you see this in terms of, you know, the concept of follow your heart always, I feel that I have watched a lot of people get in a lot of trouble by doing that.
Because in dating, especially follow your heart is often used as a justification to keep chasing someone who is not investing, who is going to continue to hurt
you, but you feel really strongly about them. You feel, you know, your heart says, or whatever
we're calling our heart says, I'm really, you know, I've never felt this way before.
And if we were to listen to our head our head may
rationalize this is a bad situation or it's gonna this person's never gonna commit or this person's
gonna keep treating you badly but our heart may say or at least again what people call their heart
will say keep going because you've never felt like this before. So how do you reconcile this idea?
So I address this right in the front of the book, Matthew, because this is a very common
thing we hear.
I fell on my heart and this guy totally screwed me over.
This happened.
What people are calling their heart is the unbridled ego mind.
These erratic emotions, the fear, I need this, the clinging, the old patterns,
like we talked about, the jealousy, the envy, going social media, the desperation, I need
someone, something. The heart intelligence, as we experience a tiny snippet of in our meditation,
feels very calm. You use that word, Matthew. There's a calmness. Coherence is like looking
to the bottom of a still lake
where your intuition your true intuition starts to turn on it's different like that those erratic
emotions are like you know the mud gets kicked up so you don't really see clearly back to the dark
heart so as we start to really turn on our heart's intelligence we transcend those erratic emotions
or we get back faster when we're in
them. And we start to follow this different type of wisdom, which again, a lot of what we thought
was the heart wasn't. And again, in my life, oh, this person seems great on paper. You know,
he proposed to me, we go to the same Hollywood events, like all this stuff. There was no like
real deep fulfillment. But when I got coherent
in my steady heart, guess what? I went to this dinner party in Venice, Matthew, and I see this
guy who's completely tattooed from the neck down, a gold grill in his teeth, huge meat smoker,
CrossFit, like just completely different type of person. And my heart was so calm. I said,
you know, I don't know what it is, but I'm really drawn to talking to this person. We then went on
a beach walk the next morning. We then got engaged and married and our love deepens. We've had to
work on our relationship, but I wouldn't have picked that person when i was in the other heart stages
so a lot of listening to that because i i think you know
just recently that we just got back from africa and one of the things I really got back to enjoying in Africa was just reading. I love reading.
And day after day, I was reading this book called the, in the shadow of the sun,
a book by a journalist who'd spent 40 years traveling different parts of Africa.
And I loved it. And, and I just, it wasn't a new realization. It was just a realization I've had many, many times in my life, which is that I just always,
oh, I never regret time I spend reading.
Got back home and I, I said, I just want to, I really am excited to read.
And I ordered a whole bunch of fiction because I don't read a lot of fiction.
And, you know, a couple of days later, Audrey said to me, you know, I really think you need to get better at listening to yourself.
I said, what do you mean?
Well, like, what made you say that?
I said, you're probably right.
But what made you say that?
And she said, well, you know, just like when you said that you said you're probably right but what made you say that and she said well you know just
like when you said that you really feel drawn to reading right now like i think that's really
important you know that's there's something in that maybe you're in this real learning stage and
you're there's something about the idea of consuming these books that is just really speaks to you on a deeper level.
And you should trust that because she was like,
you're,
you know,
she said when,
when you have an inch,
when you have a feeling about something,
she said,
I back that all day long because your sense of intuition is really,
really good.
And,
and she, I, I tried to take that on board, but I also, you know, I'm like,
practically I'm like, yeah, but I barely have any time to read and I'm trying to do all of the
other things and I'm, you know, the general life and blah, blah, blah. But the reason I'm saying
it is because she may well be right that I don't listen to myself enough, or I don't listen to myself enough or I don't listen to those feelings enough.
But practically speaking, how do you advise people to listen to themselves more and how
to know which parts of themselves to listen to? Because I don't think historically I've, I think I'm
getting a little bit better at it, but I, my little bit better is not that great, but
I think I'm, I have never been that in touch with myself in that way.
So you, what do you tell people about how to get in touch, how to really start to listen to those feelings more practically? sometimes we're drawn to what we're healing in ourselves. So I can say for myself coming into wellness
because I was so anxious, I had acne, I had bloating,
I was recovering from eating disorders, low self-esteem.
I was trying to figure out how to feel better.
So that became my career path.
And I look at you, Matthew, and you always say,
I'm not connected to my heart.
It's I don't feel my feelings.
And your incredible career is around this very thing in many ways, this connection,
this relationships, like you've gone deep into it.
So it's like, anyways, I just thought that was really interesting.
We can all sort of reflect in our lives.
It's like this unfolding.
We keep going deeper and deeper into ourselves.
So we live in a society that's very heady.
It's very linear.
We can consume all the books.
We can go on social media all day and get a million different ideas about a million different diets to follow, what to eat, what to do, our morning routine, what biohacking
devices we need, right?
And it becomes this propelled heart confusion.
I need to keep buying.
I need to keep doing.
But deep inside of ourselves
is this incredible wisdom through which we want to filter everything, right? And the
other brain, by the way, is the gut. So there's a practice in the propelled heart where we
somatically align the heart and the gut, and we start to moment to moment be more intuitively
connected to our bodies, our path, what we should be eating. There's also embodiment
section with helpful foods in the book. But you as an individual, what is the best moment to moment decision? And I can say for myself,
it used to be, the book has teachings and tools. At first, just reading the teachings, like that
quote I read you earlier from Swami Shri Kishore, starts to open us up to a different perspective.
And then the tools, we start to experience
it. So at first we're like in the heart, sometimes we do the meditation, but then we're in this
other way. And then there's this crossing over that I can say from personal experience,
Matthew, from me, very propelled heart, very achievement oriented, perfectionist, needed
to be number one in my class to, wow, this feels so light and easeful to be more in the devoted heart. There's this part
about keeping your heart activated. We keep turning to the power of the heart. Three seconds
here, 10 seconds here, the practices are within the middle of life, right? So instead of thinking
about, well, what am I supposed to do here? We start to embody more of this heart-based living where we start to filter our decisions
our thoughts our words what we eat what we say and not date or what we say on a social you know
dating app or whatever it is through this deeper place of authentic expression and that's when
we're the most attractive that's when we really um shine we create the best results the highest
creativity um we're the most magnetic
is from this deeper non-thinking place which again used to feel so um sort of ambiguous but through
the science and these tools there is a way to keep really opening that up in measurable ways
through the heart coherence before we before we finish what if i'm on if i'm on a date and i'm trying to do that what does that look like
okay so what it looks like is so number one it's important to read through all the heart stages so
you understand where you might be in a moment and so you can come back faster and faster that's
number one is really important number two is before you go on the date one of the most important
things that you want to do is you want to get into a higher state of coherence.
So some of the tools, the steady in life practice and the third heart stage you do in a minute.
So I would do it sitting in my car.
I did it before we got on this podcast, before I go and do a talk, whatever, whatever you
go and you sit, you shift your awareness to your heart you do those those
coherence breaths and you shift your state because energy doesn't lie so now when you're in the date
instead of like in your head and like did i say the right thing like my hair look okay like these
externals which actually register to other people as chaotic or dramatic whatever whatever it is, we come, we show who we are. We come to this really
coherent place and it will create the best outcomes, more magnetic.
