One of the questions I get asked most by women is what to do when a man they've just started seeing gets too sexually suggestive too quickly via text. This happens all the time and there are a few different ways that you can respond. It all depends on the kind of message that you want to send. Today, we're going to talk about flirtatious text messages,

and not in the generic boring way, but in the sense of actually going through a couple of examples. So get your phones ready. Find the person that you're most attracted to in your phone. And we're going to send off a couple of texts. Why not? If you're if you're listening to this show and you're not taking action, then what's the point? So when we're using texts, we all know that flirtation usually comes from a specific context. In other words, when we're actually talking to someone, there are very unique and quirky situations that allow us

to flirt, which are very difficult to give as examples for other people because it's related to that one person in that particular context. But there are some generic kind of flirty texts that we can send. And I'm going to give you three of them right now. So the first one, I really, I'm a big fan of this one. You say to someone, I keep thinking of you and it's annoying me. The great thing about that is you're expressing that you like someone and at the same time expressing that you're kind of annoyed that you like them as much as you do and you kind of don't want to. It's one thing to say, I keep thinking about you, which is really sweet, by the way, and it's a lovely thing to say. But to say, and it's annoying me, is a way of breaking rapport at the same time as sending that nice, sweet message, which creates this interesting dynamic that makes someone want to actually come after you the next one is you're cute and everything but nothing could compare to this

and then you send a picture of something else so it could be like it could be you send a picture of a puppy it doesn't matter whatever is the next cute thing you come across take a picture of that thing and then text the person you're attracted to and of course what you're really doing is this is misdirection you're able to say that the purpose of the text is to show them something cute but in doing so you've also expressed the fact that you think they're cute um this one is a little more racy so i wouldn't suggest sending this within the first couple of days of meeting someone but if there's someone you're kind of in the early stages of seeing this is good to send when it's just a little on that early side and it feels a little naughty to send it but you do anyway you say i had a dream last

night um uh rather i had a dream about you last night When they send a text back and they say, well, what happened? You send a text back and you say, can't say. Winky face. In this moment, of course, you've created, this is like a really more on the nose way of creating sexual tension, but it's great because it's all implied. It's all in someone's head. You know, as soon as you put the idea of something in someone's

head or even the germ of an idea they can't help but think about that thing so of course you're talking about something sexual they don't know whether you're talking about a kiss or that you had crazy wild sex in the dream so now their imagination runs wild and you haven't had to say anything to that effect that's the beauty of message. It does all the work for you in creating sexual tension, but don't do it too soon. You don't want to do this the night after you meet someone, but you also don't, this isn't a text that comes at the start of a relationship because probably you're already there by that point anyway. So it would seem kind of redundant. This is sent at a point where it's kind of naughty to send it. So those are the three. I have more
