Marketing Secrets with Russell Brunson - We Killed Funnel Hacking Live… But Something Big Is Rising From The Ashes! - #Success - Ep. 134
Episode Date: June 29, 2026A year and a half ago, I walked off the Funnel Hacking Live stage, took my shoes off, and left them there — the wrestler’s way of saying a career is over. FHL 10 was “The Last Dance,” and I me...ant it. We shut it down, and I honestly didn’t know if it’d be a year, five years, or forever before we ever did anything like it again. Well, I’ve got news: it’s coming back — once. This September we’re doing a one-time-only encore called Funnel Hacking Live AI! In this episode I take you all the way down memory lane — every FHL from that terrifying first room in Vegas back in 2015 to the last dance — tell you the real reasons we ended it, and explain why AI is the one thing that pulled me back to do this one final time. Key Highlights: ◼️Why I ended Funnel Hacking Live — not because it failed, but because it succeeded… plus the parts nobody talks about (an eleven-presentation marathon, a budget that ballooned past $6 million, and needing space to build what’s next) ◼️The full ten-year timeline — from 600 people and a Ferrari giveaway in Vegas (2015) to the first Two Comma Club award in Dallas, the week-before-Covid Orlando event, and Tony Robbins going seven hours straight ◼️Why AI changed the math — when one person can do the work of ten (or fifty), the old playbook just celebrates the past while the new one gets written somewhere else… so we decided to write it ourselves ◼️What “FHL AI” actually is — a smaller, more intimate one-time encore in a ~2,200-seat Vegas theater (the floor’s already sold out), built around funnels that run themselves and AI systems that scale while you sleep ◼️A first look at “the next phase” — the bigger, different thing I’ve been quietly building behind the scenes, and why I’m choosing this stage to reveal it Here’s the truth: we took our shoes off to figure out what was coming, not to quit. The world that created Funnel Hacking Live doesn’t really exist anymore — AI rewrote it in eighteen months — and the question every entrepreneur has to answer now is whether they’re going to keep celebrating the old playbook or help write the new one. This is the room where that gets written, one time only. So here’s the real question: a decade from now, when you look back on this season, do you want to say you watched it happen… or that you were in the room? ◼️FUNNEL HACKING LIVE AI: After ending FHL for good, Russell is bringing it back for one night only this September — a smaller, more intimate encore in a Las Vegas theater, built entirely around using AI to create funnels that run themselves and scale while you sleep. The floor is already sold out. → https://www.FunnelHackingLive.com ◼️If you’ve got a product, offer, service… or idea… I’ll show you how to sell it (the RIGHT way) Register for my next event → https://sellingonline.com/podcast ◼️Still don’t have a funnel? Do you have a funnel, but it's not converting?
The problem 99.9% of the time is that your funnel is good, but you suck at selling.
If you want to learn how to sell so your funnels will actually convert, then get a ticket to my next selling online event by going to sellingonline.com slash podcast.
That's selling online.com slash podcast.
This is the Russell Brunson show.
Hey, what's up everybody? It's Russell.
And we are right now at Lake Powell about to start a crazy family trip and wanted to make it a quick video before we headed out of here.
It's been a crazy little, the last little bit we've done eight days of events the last two weeks.
And then we drove from there down to Lake Pal to come surf for a week and get a vacation and get ready for some cool things are happening.
The cool things you probably, you may or may not have heard, actually, I keep thinking everyone's heard and then everyone here's like, wait, what?
So you probably heard last year.
A year and a half ago, we did the very last ever funnel hacking live, FHL 10, the last dance.
And we decided to close down from Hiking Live for a while.
for a while.
And we didn't know if it was going to be for a year,
for five years, for a decade.
But we did close it down.
We may have also heard that we are doing a new event,
a one-time-only encore event this September called Funnel Hive AI,
FHL AI.
So before I told you, tell you about that,
I actually wanted to,
serve the house, people are all having fun up here.
I wanted to actually show you the clip from,
from FHL where we talked about FHL, what it is,
what's happening, what the plans are.
And I'll come back and I'll tell you now
kind of what's happening now that a year later,
we have a plan and it's exciting.
So that said, we'll show you guys a really quick clip
from the last ever funnel hacking live.
I'll be right back.
Well, that's surreal.
That may be the last time I walk out of the smoke.
Ooh, Mike, take it out, I'll get it, take the last moment.
All right, so funnel hacking live 10,
the last dance, funnel hacking live, number,
10 dot dot dot what's the dot dot dot dot I told my team that on day number one
talking about like even my team's like so this is actually the last one I'm
like we're not selling tickets the next one but I was like this call this
funnel hacking live 10 dot dot dot dot I have some ideas I have some plans
some are half baked some are full baked but they're all really really
exciting a lot of times as you guys know with faith you don't really know
the path, you just know the destination. I know where I'm going, I know where our
team's going, I know where we're going, I have absolute clarity on that. The path
between here and there is a lot of fog and some smoke and so I'm taking steps
into faith as we're going, which is why some of this stuff will be more and more
clear over time. All I know is the first steps and the second steps and we're kind of
about that far and then I'm waiting for God to lead me and guide me and all the rest
of the things. I'm going to share with you guys what I do know and it'll be
fun and I'm excited. So Funnel Hiking Live, the last
Dance, what is next? By the way, I've enjoyed the last four days. This has been so great.
I might just run the session for like six hours. I don't want to get off stage and leave
you guys. Tony's gonna hog all the time and like I want to hang out with you more. Anyway, it'll be good.
Don't be late for Tony. We start two. Do not be late. It's gonna be amazing. Okay.
So that was not what I was gonna show. Okay. I want to take you guys down on a path down
memory lane a little bit. How many guys we walked in you saw the big huge timeline across
wall of like all the different funnel hacking lives over the last 10 years.
Okay?
When I walked in I saw that, I was just like, I stood there for like 10 minutes.
It's like, oh my gosh, looking at each picture and like remembering the things.
Trying to remember back about how I felt in the moment, right?
Very first phone hacking live was here in Las Vegas, 2015 and it was something where it's
like we weren't planning on doing an event, we weren't an event company.
Todd and I just wanted to launch a software company.
Like that was the plan.
We're going to launch software company.
And then all of you guys, you funnel hackers, you all started meeting up.
up and doing things on your own.
There are funnel hacker meetups happening all around the world,
all around the country.
People were meeting up and hanging out.
And I don't know, part of me is like, I want to hang out with all these people.
They seem really cool.
And so after seeing these little pop-up meetings happening all over the country,
we should do something.
Let's like make a formal one.
And so this was going to be one and only time meetup and called the Funnel Hacking Live
2015.
We sold tickets to it.
And the first year we had about 600 people showed up.
It was right after I launched my book.
the dot com secrets book and I had won a Ferrari in an affiliate contest for network marketing
company a couple years earlier and I was like I'm going to give away my Ferrari to somebody who
sells most copies of the dot com secret book because I just wanted to sell a whole bunch of books
because my ego wanted to sell books right and so that was the price we ever sold most books
would get this Ferrari and so we're going to do it at the live event now and leave you guys ever
tried to bring cars into a casino and drive them in it's not as easy as you think we took forever
to find a place to allow us to do it
So we figured it out.
We brought in, and Jeff Walker and won the car.
So we had a chance to, like, give it to him.
But we had a Ferrari on this side of the stage right here where people could see the Ferrari.
And then at this event is where we also launched the dream car contest.
You guys know about the dream car contest?
Yeah?
So when affiliates get elite, we get 100 people signed for ClickFunnels, we cover the car payment of your dream car.
Your dream car could be a Tesla.
It could be a Corvette.
It could be a minivan, whatever it is.
And so we also brought in a Corvette to show the dream car.
And we launched the Dream Car contest at their event.
That was the very first Funnel Hiking Live.
It was amazing.
I was scared that nobody was going to show up and luckily we got there and it was jam packed
and it was the very first time.
And I remember if you've ever watched the Funnel Hockey Live documentary, it's kind of cool
because afterwards there's a little scene where Dan who was filming asked the question like,
what do you think is going to be like in the future?
We're like, can you imagine in 10 years from now if this was the industry event and people like
all around the world came to it and we were talking about that.
And that kind of sparked the thing.
And so we decided the next year to do round two.
Okay, so round two is Funnel Hockey Live San Diego.
This was the very first event where we had Marcus Limonis and Sean Stevenson.
Our first two paid speakers came and spoke along with others in the ClickFunnels community.
And it was insane.
Then Funnel Hockey Live 3, we decided to go to Dallas.
And this is where we introduced the two Comic Club Award for the very first time.
And this is where I think, at least for me, I think this mission became so tangible.
Before it was like, yeah, build funnels, have success.
And then when we introduced the two comic club award, it was like, this is the thing.
And it gave people like something to focus their attention on as they were moving forward, right?
And it made this tangible.
I saw this like tangible shift after this funnel hiking life where click funnels, the user base,
started growing rapidly.
It was so much fun.
I think we had, I think it was 600 first event, 1,200, 1,300, and after the two comic club awards,
that's when things started taking off.
2018, it was Orlando.
This is where we had, I think, 3,500 people here.
This is, yeah, this is the event where we, I think this is the event where we released the operation
that we're going to railroad documentary.
This is we launched the first two comic club X coaching program.
This is the one where it's like the event where everything just hit perfectly and it was insane in Orlando.
Then from there went to Nashville.
Nashville's we started giving the two comic club X award.
People started growing past a million dollars that are going to $2 million,
start adding more awards, more things.
We were Nashville 2019 and 2020.
So many good memories.
So many fun things.
So that was our Nashville years.
After that, we went back to Orlando, 2020.
And this, if you guys, how many guys were at 2020?
You guys there?
This was literally like a week before the COVID lockdowns happened.
It was crazy.
In fact, I remember Todd,
just as if you had a chance to hang out Todd,
he is literally the smartest person
I think I've ever met in my entire life.
And so like three months prior to this,
Todd's telling him that this virus out of China
and it's going to change the world.
He's telling me everything.
I'm like, you're crazy, you're crazy.
And so we get here at the event, and everyone's line for Togamacup Awards.
And he's like, make everyone do hand sanitizer.
And I'm like, why?
Like, that's the weirdest thing.
And he made us all.
So everyone's getting hand sanitizer.
People are coming up like to shake hands.
Like their hands are soaking wet.
And they're shaking our hands.
And everyone's kind of annoyed.
Like, why are we at us hand sanitizing?
Is that scared of germs?
Literally do we know that Todd had like been watching this whole thing like coming across the world.
And then like a week later, we all get home.
And then it's like the whole world shuts down.
And it was crazy.
And obviously, you all went through that.
And I think one of the coolest things is those who experienced Funnelic Life 2021.
Like, it gave us such a solid foundation to handle, like, what came afterwards.
Like, Tony's presentation, that one was on the best ones I think I've ever seen.
And it prepared us for this storm that was coming.
And then all of a sudden, like, two or three weeks later, it hit.
And there's just such a special one.
After that, 2022, no events happened.
Like, it took us 18 months.
All events were shut down, obviously.
And finally we decided we got to do another funnel hacking live.
We set the day.
We put it out there.
And I was scared.
Like, what if people won't show up?
What if, like, it was a scary thing, right?
It was crazy.
If you hasn't know, the week, we basically,
traffic and conversion was the week right before funnel hacking live.
Then we were here.
They had pre-sold 3,000 seats.
We had pre-sold like 3,000 seats.
And we were also going to do virtual.
And the week before, TNC was in San Diego.
And my team went out.
I was home working on slides and presentations.
And my team showed me footage at the event.
It was crazy.
Like, in San Diego, hardly anybody showed.
The room was set for 3,000 seats, and there was like 50 people in the room.
We have video footage of it, and I started freaking out.
I'm like, oh, no, nobody's going to come.
Like, they had sold 3,000 seats.
50 people showed up.
Like, we are in big, big trouble.
And if we don't, just see us, if you don't know how events work, you got to book the room,
but then you have a food and beverage men.
Like, I got to spend, I think this event was like a million or a million and half.
I had to spend on food, which is, not that I had.
That's why I wanted to feed you guys at all these things.
But we had to, like, it's like, there's the food and beverage.
you have to spend money, there's a room block.
Just so you guys know running events.
Like, we're guaranteeing the hotel that there's going to be X amount of seats that are sold.
And if you guys stay at other hotel and we don't sell the room block, we have to pay the difference.
I had a friend go bankrupt because of that where people stay different hotels and his room block fee.
He was like, he had promised them like 500 rooms times four nights.
So it ends up being, what's that, 2,000 rooms that he had to pay for and ended up bankrupting him.
So it's like all these things that were like, if 50 people show up, you'd be.
really, really bad. And so that week, we're stressing out. We get to the event. We're getting
things set up. You have room set for 3,000 people. I'm like, what if no one shows?
No one shows up? And the opening day, we open the doors. And it is insane. You funnel hackers are
crazy. Everyone ran in. Everyone's like fighting for these things. And the entire room was blocked out.
No budging. No room anywhere. It was crazy. Like you guys showed up in the middle of it all.
And if you remember that event, Tony spoke. And it was the first time Tony had spoken in
in front of a live audience in like 18 months.
And so Tony had a three hour block.
And about three hours in, he comes down.
He's got everyone jumping and doing the Tony thing.
He comes down, he's like, hey, brother, you cool if I go a little longer?
I was like, hey, you're Tony Robbins.
You can do whatever you want.
And so Tony ended up going.
I think he went for six or seven hours that day.
He just kept going and going and going.
He was just like, I love people.
I don't want to ever leave.
It was crazy.
And the funniest thing is Tony kind of went off on a little rant about a little vaccine
and some crazy rules.
And someone in the audience, one of you guys, filmed the whole thing, send it to TMZ, and the next day, we made it on TMZ.
Probably not in a positive thing, but we made it on TMZ.
Fun Hockey Live, I'll see on TMZ when Tony was, anyway.
So it was awesome.
That was 22, and after that we're like, all right, we're back, baby.
It's he going.
2023, back to Orlando.
That's last year, Andy Grammer came, did a concert, which was crazy.
This event was so much fun.
After that, we decided we wanted to move FHO for this time of season.
So we did a mini one six months ago.
FHL International.
It was streaming from Eric Warwick studio here in Las Vegas.
That was six months ago.
And that brings us now to today.
So that's what's been happening last decade to catch you guys all up on the fun and the games.
And it's, I can't even tell you what an honor it's been to be here with you guys and serve you guys.
And it's been the time of life.
So then the next question is why?
Why is this the last final Hockey Live?
Dot, dot, dot.
It's interesting.
I remember when I was growing up, I remember Armand Moore,
and he had the seminar at the time.
It's called the Big Seminar.
And I went to it, and I remember he ran it for about a decade,
and then he ended it.
I remember thinking, why would you end the event?
That is the event that you're like,
that's the dumbest thing ever, and he ended Big Seminar.
In that time, Yonik Silver stepped him.
He launched what was called the Underground event, which was amazing.
So Underground was happening after a decade.
He shut that down.
And I was like, you guys are morons.
Why would you ever shut it down?
you have the event. Like it's crazy. TNC. Same thing. TN.C. ran for about a decade before they
close it down this year. Grant Cardone, he's on his tent and he's closed. It's kind of a weird
thing where everyone's like, and people would be asked like, why. And there's a couple
reasons why. Number one, I'm tired. Funnel Hocking Live is not, this is my 11th presentation
in the last four days. You guys know that? Between Dan Kennedy, the other ones like, it's been,
it's been amazing. It's a lot of work on me and our team. Typically what happened, FunnLanke
line and we go back home. We have about six weeks. They're like, oh. And then we're like back
to funnel hockey line. It's a 10 month plus process to get 5,000 people in the room. It's not
small. The cost to run an event like this, every year get bigger and bigger. Miles, if you guys
have that at miles yet, he kind of runs the budget. And I don't think he knows how to run a budget
because it keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger. I remember the one year is a million dollars.
I'm like, and then next year it was like three and a half million. And then this year I think
I said that I'm like, yeah, $6 million budget.
He's like, oh, that's what you think it was.
I'm like, is it more than that?
He's like, ah, what does that mean?
He wouldn't tell me.
So, yeah, I mean, it's over $6 million for the production,
not counting how much money we spend ads to get you guys to actually come to this event.
It is a full 10-month-long process.
Now, you guys may or may not know this.
This isn't our only business running an event.
We also have the software company who may have heard it called ClickFunnels.
That is a lot of things.
Plus, I have a coaching program we run.
Plus, we have about a million.
There's a lot of things happening.
And for me, I was just like, I need a little bit of a break.
Yeah.
So that leads to question number two is, will you ever bring it back?
That's a good question.
And the answer is, I don't know.
So I keep doing the dot, dot, dot.
It was interesting.
There's so much value in us having an industry event.
and I love it. I love getting together.
But I have a vision for something,
and it looks kind of like this, but it looks different.
It's interesting, when we first launched Funnel Hacking Live,
what we did and how we structures was very unique.
It was very different.
Over the last decade, a lot of people,
mostly you guys are like seeing what we're doing
and funnel hacking it, and other events
are looking more and more similar to this,
which is great, we still trump them all,
but they're looking more and more similar.
And I have a vision I'm working on
of something that's gonna be different,
that's gonna be better,
but I need more space to,
to create what it is.
And so it's tough because the Funnel Hiking Live,
people are expecting something.
And so, like, when we do this,
we sell tickets to next year's Funnel Hacking Live.
And there's always this thing.
It's like, we can grow it bigger,
but there's the kind of confines
of what you're expecting in an event.
And I want to create something that you're not going to expect.
I want to create the next thing when you show up,
that it's way different.
So I'm working on that, but I need space.
I need a year, year and a half, two years,
to figure out exactly what that looks like.
And I don't know exactly what it looks like.
One thought, though,
I was backstage with Prince-C.A.
earlier yesterday. This is the cool, this is insane. So we're talking and he's like,
photo like guy's my favorite event. It's so beautiful out here. And then he's like,
I've spoken to tons of places around the world. Like, he's naming a bunch of stuff. He says,
Madison Square Garden. I'm like, who's an event was at Madison Square Garden?
He hasn't been to Madison Square Garden before? I'd never been there before, but one of my
favorite weekends of my entire life happened this year. Um, uh, I took Ellie and Aden,
two of my kids, um, when Mike Tyson was fighting Jake Paul. I was like, you have to go to
that like right Mike Tyson's fighting Jake Paul you can't not go to that so I was like hey you
guys want to go like yeah so we book flights we fly out there to the jit to the Mike Tyson
Jake Paul fight we're hanging out having a great time and about halfway through the event we
started joking right you know tomorrow John Jones is fighting in New York in Madison Square
Garden and it was kind of like ah it's funny and like we should go like oh yeah it'd be funny
and if I kept going on and going on I was like wouldn't that be cool if we could like go to New
York and see John Jones like see Tyson and John Jones both fight in the same weekend this would be
one of the coolest things ever.
One of the part of the story I left out is earlier that day,
before the Tyson fight,
we're in Dallas, right?
We're by where JFK was shot.
And I'm a little bit of a conspiracy guy,
and I love the JFK one.
It's my favorite of all time, right?
And so, of course, I got to indoctrine my kids.
Like, we've got to go see where JFK was shot.
And so, and it's funny because my kids make fun of me a lot.
Like, every time we play games,
if you guys to play the game, things,
we all write down different things,
and you try to guess what it is.
So you guys loved things.
Anyway, my kids always write down trying to act like they're me.
It's always like some JFK conspiracy.
So every time they bring it out, it's like, you know, what's the name of your favorite dog?
JFK conspiracy.
Like they always mess up with me.
Like, anyway, so they know I love JFK.
So I'm right there with them in Dallas.
I'm like, we're going to go to see the whole thing.
So we go down there.
And the first half of the experience, you go to where you shot, you go up into the actual,
the book, the repository.
You go up there.
And then they have their version of the story, which is like, it was a lone gunman.
this is how it works, how he shot.
And you're like, this seems kind of fishy, right?
Right?
We're like, huh.
So we're trying to look at the thing and do the angles and stuff.
Like, that's crazy that one guy could have just done this all by himself.
Yet that is the thing that we have been told from the Warren committee.
We could go, oh, yes.
How many guys about to spend the next hour on JFK conspiracies?
Because I'm totally in on that if you guys want.
Really?
We should cancel Tony and go deep into JFK.
It would be amazing.
Anyway, so then you get done with that.
Then you go down to the grassy knoll.
And that's where the smart people are at.
with the grassy knoll and they're all down there like no no no no that's not what happened this is what happened
and literally sitting there is the author's written like six books on the jakes conspiracy he was in
both of the movies that oliver stone did the first one and second one he's like he's like i was the doctor
and the first one and my hands were in the other one here i'm like your hands were in the document that is the
coolest thing ever and then um and my kids like dad you're such a nerd and i'm freaking out i'm like
getting the guy i'm like i'll buy all your books he's like all of them like every one of them
if you'll sign him so he's signing my books i have a stack of like encyclopedia of jay i'm this is the
greatest day in my life, right? We're having so much fun. So my kids, we had experienced that.
Then we're the Tyson fight. We're talking about, you know, potentially going to John Jones.
I'm like, oh, this is kind of crazy. And we're getting closer and closer to the Tyson
fight is getting later and later. And later it gets more your judgment, gets cloudy and impaired.
And finally, I was like, let's just look to see what it look like. So start looking
at Madison Square Garden. I'm like, is it sold out? I'm like, oh, there are some spots still
left. And I said, we have to fly in New York tonight and like trying to figure the whole things out.
And then finally, I was like, I asked Siri. I'm like, hey, Siri, what's the airport closest to
Madison Square Garden. He doesn't what it is?
JFK Airport. I was like,
it's a sign. We're going.
So we booked the flights.
Call my assistant, give me hotels. I'm on
Madison Square, I'm booking. I'm booking the seats
and everything. And my kids are like freaking out.
We're like, ah! And then I messaged Cloud. I'm like, oh,
hey, Cloud, I kind of did a thing.
I'm so sorry, and she messes back. Did you get in a fight?
I was like,
and Mike Tyson? Yes, but no, no.
So I tell her, so we change our flights. We didn't fly into New York.
We get down there in Madison Square Garden.
watch the John Jones fight.
It's one of the most amazing experiences with my kids.
We're sitting there and like,
we're right next to where the fighters are all walking out.
So like, they're walking out.
We're like, there's the fighter.
We're right here taking selfies like,
and then like 15 minutes into it.
All of a sudden, like the thing pops up, boom.
And all of a sudden we see Donald Trump, Elon Musk,
Kelsey, like all those guys walking right past us.
We're like, this is the most insane.
Anyway, the whole weekend was insane.
So watch the whole John Jones fight,
and that's in Madison Square Garden.
There's a really long story.
to say that Madison Square Garden's awesome.
Okay, I've only been there once.
It was the best spirits ever.
That little squirrel's running,
and I'm just like chasing it.
Anyway,
what was my purpose of the story?
Okay, coming back.
So, oh yeah, so Prince Diai tells me,
he's like, yeah, I opened for an event
at Madison Square Gardens.
I'm like, I'm like,
who had an event at Madison Square Garden?
That's insane.
And then he's like, oh, I opened for you two
and for Bruno Mars.
I was like, what?
You open for you.
What world do we live in?
Where Princey is opening for you, too, and Brun, anyway.
And I also had this vision.
I was like, can you imagine if Funnel Hiking Live was in Madison Square Garden someday?
Wouldn't that be crazy?
Anyway, that's as far as I've gotten so far.
There's the vision.
I don't know.
But I need some space to create something like that, but that's what I want.
I want something like this, but something different.
And so I need some space.
So we're going to figure that out.
And so this dot, dot, dot, I'm not sure what that looks like or when.
Give me some time.
But there will be a time when we need to get in together like this.
All right.
There's the announcement.
That's kind of what was happening.
I guess it's in context.
But what happened afterwards, again, nobody was expecting.
Like, AI, people were kind of dabbling to AI when that whole announcement happened.
And then the last year and a half has been insane.
Definitely for me, probably for you as well.
And so because of that, we decided to do a one time only on core event,
because it's changing so much.
And people who were there were just like,
what's the next step?
No, it's the next phase.
Like, what do we got to do?
And so we thought we'd do a one-time-only encore
called FHLAI.
In fact, if you go to funnel hacking live.com,
you get your tickets.
There's some good news.
Good news is FHL's happening one last time.
Bad news is this one's different.
In the past, we get about 5,000 people to show up.
We sell out every single year.
And this year, it's much smaller.
It's going to be more intimate.
I didn't want to have the stress and anxiety
of trying to sell 5,000 tickets to an event.
And so we're doing it in Las Vegas.
in a, what's called like a theater,
and it's much smaller, and it only holds about 2,200 people, I think.
And the tickets are already way more than halfway sold out.
The floor is all sold out, half the first section is sold out,
and all the way up.
So if you don't have your tickets yet,
I'd recommend coming and getting them,
go to funnelhacking live.com and get your tickets.
Remember sure you get some really cool stuff,
and then I'll be back at the end to kind of wrap this up,
so check this out.
We killed Funnel Hacking Live.
Not because it failed, but because it's
There's one last thing I wanted to do.
In wrestling, there's their tradition.
When you, when you,
when you end your career,
what a wrestler do is they'll take their shoes off
and leave them on the side of the mat.
Todd has abducted us and he's taking us
on a trip down memory lane.
So how many years ago with it now?
2015?
10, 11 years?
So 11 years ago, wow.
We had this crazy idea like, what if?
Like, what if we invite all of these people,
we called themselves funnel hackers,
who were all using click funnels,
and we invite him to Las Vegas to hang out with us.
And I was really scared,
because the last time I did an event,
we sold a lot of tickets and nobody showed up.
I was like, I'm never gonna do an event again.
And somehow Todd twisted.
Yeah, I'm sure it was me that twisted your arm.
Yeah, absolutely.
I'm like, you know what I wanna do is go get on stage.
Celebrity ballroom, shall we see?
No way.
For 10 years, over 30,000 entrepreneurs walked through these doors, and over 3,500 people stepped on stage with one there two common club in the world.
We just all appreciate your support.
Through the ups and the downs and the dark times and the light, I wouldn't trade it for anything.
We watched as strangers became partners, as friends became founders, ordinary people building extraordinary businesses.
For over a decade, Funnel Hacking Live felt like the center of the entrepreneurial world.
Now you guys, it's your chance to go out and change the world.
Thank you so much.
We love you and thank you for being here at Funnel Hacking Live 10, The Last Dance.
The place that we shared was here at Funnel Hacking Live.
Not for everybody, not for the world before, our people, the ones who are willing to come and be part of this.
And today, a new warning suggesting that the market may still be underestimating the scale of the upheaval ahead.
It could spike unemployment to 10 to 20%.
Some of the most well-known figures involved
in the artificial intelligence called for a moratorium
until we better understand where we're going.
The world has changed and it is changing faster and faster every day.
It's not slowing down, it's accelerating.
Artificial intelligence is now unrecognizable
from what existed even six months ago.
The world that created FHL no longer exists.
75% of their tasks already covered by AI.
We built this in an age when funnels were just becoming available and tangible for people to build on their own.
It was an age of split tests, of funnel hacking, of reverse engineering things.
You think about this when we first launched funnels.
It was like you'd have a development team of 10, and then ClickFunnels got down to one person.
And it was happening now, the same thing, the 10 people you have been running your business.
You can do the same thing with just one.
I have engineers who say, I don't write any code anymore.
So if we kept each the same playbook the same way, we'd be celebrating in the past, while the new playbook is being written somewhere else.
but we wanted to write that playbook.
There's so much value in us having an industry event,
and I love it.
I love getting together,
but I have a vision for something,
and it looks kind of like this, but it looks different.
I'm working on that, but I need space.
I need a year, year and a half, two years,
to figure out exactly what that looks like.
We took our shoes off and left them on the stage.
It wasn't to quit.
It was to figure out what was happening
to prepare for it, for ourselves,
and for our community.
We didn't know if that was going to be a year, five years.
you know. Established players have to adapt or die. I do think generally we ship features fast,
but it's just the world has changed in the sense that like it's nothing's fast enough. Like
it has to be literally 10x what we are doing right now in velocity. So if that's point A and
B, the transition from A to B should also be the fastest, like that should be industry leading
experience on our platform. Everything we do, we focus on one thing.
which was mastering AI.
But then something unexpected happened.
People couldn't stop talking about funnel hacking live.
They were talking about a gap in the market.
They missed the community.
They missed the networking, the aspect of learning and transformation
that they had with funnel hacking live.
It gave us the ability once a year to come back
and show people what we were doing
because you can't share these things in e-books and on forums.
I'm spending all my time on AI now.
Like literally 80% of my time.
It's the only way to see.
stay ahead. The speed that I can get stuff done, it is insane. I'm doing the work of 50 people
by myself. It's not even fair. Everyone else is screwed, except for us, and those who follow us.
Everyone that utilizes funnels, they're all trying to figure it out right now. They're using the
latest tools. They're trying to figure out the stuff, but it's almost impossible to keep up
without someone beside you, without someone helping you, and without coming together as a community,
to learn from each other. That's when we knew we had to bring back in the funnelbacker.
This is the room where you're going to learn how to build funnels that run themselves.
Where you'll discover AI systems that scale your business while you sleep.
And where you're going to be part of a community of the people that are building the future of selling online.
Not as a reunion and not as nostalgia, but is something entirely new.
If I didn't come to Funnel Hocking Live, I don't think I would have found my purpose so soon.
I have no other words than life changing.
It kind of just breaks my brain.
I experienced a new way of looking at the world.
It's the cutting edge.
It's a world of dreamers together.
The best value is that one-on-one connections that you make while you're here.
As I'm walking down the hall, I'm seeing people actually swap notes.
Bounce your ideas, bounce your projects, balance your plans past each other.
The energy was absolutely electric.
The crowd was on fire.
I am a summer hot guy.
We can't wait to see you here in September of 2026.
That's this year.
That's this year.
It's happening.
Are you ready for this?
Oh, I'm ready.
Let's do it.
All right, everyone, there you go. Funnel Hacking Live.
This is, like I said, this is not something that's happening new.
This is a one-time, on-core event to get you guys up to speed with what's happening with funnels AI, all sorts of stuff.
It's just going to be insane.
And then also tell you guys, and we're using this platform to launch the next phase.
And I haven't talked much about this publicly yet, but we've been working towards something really exciting that is here.
It's happening.
If you've been in my high ticket programs,
you know, little bit about, you have some glimpses.
But I think the next wave, the next phase
of what we're doing and what you can plug into
is gonna be happening.
And it's all rolling out, launching very, very soon.
And if you think, if you thought the last decade with us was crazy,
that click funnels was insane.
Just wait till you see what's happening next.
And all that will be revealed at Funnel Hiking Live AI.
So come hang out, again, one time only on core event
to get you guys caught up to AI,
you guys making a crap ton of money at AI.
and then also to show you guys the future plans of where we're going.
So thanks so much, guys. Appreciate you.
We'll see you at funnelhacking live.com.
