Starting point is 00:01:56 We do. All lined up. And, you know, Tanner, right away the first thing I'm noticing is it's fall. The weather's changing. PSLs, finally. PSLs, finally. PSL time, baby. But also, we have both can officially say it's slipper weather, Tanner. Yes, it is slipper weather.
Starting point is 00:02:14 We actually have. We have the same slippers on, actually, just different shades. I believe these are the same Minnetonka moccasins. But it's that time of year, man. I think we've featured slippers on underrated or overrated before. I think we have, too. Minnetonka gets my seal of approval, though. You know, it's fairly inexpensive.
Starting point is 00:02:33 I wouldn't say cheap, because I don't necessarily think of them as cheap. No. But they're fairly inexpensive and decent quality, I would say. This model that we're wearing right here is my go-to. I probably had, this is probably my third pair of the same. Because can get them in a mall for like 30 exactly yes yep um so yeah if anyone needs our official moccasin recommendation that's the one i'm sure there's nicer ones out there but ah it starts to get too expensive yeah for the price uh the price to performance ratio yeah it's in a pretty sweet spot it is in sweet spot. You hit the point of diminishing returns in a hurry on a pair of slippers. Right. Also in the sweet spot are,
Starting point is 00:03:07 are, uh, massonomic sweatshirts that we sell. We sell one lift crew neck. It's not the color that I'm wearing. It's actually a, a Heather steel gray, and then that's a crew neck. And then we sell two hoodies. The bench heavy comes in a blue hoodie and the, what do we call it, the eagle or the camo eagle? Yeah. I mean, you'll look at the website. You'll know what we're talking about. It's a camo sweatshirt with our eagle logo. One of my more favorite logos probably actually.
Starting point is 00:03:40 My wife and I both wear it regularly to the point where we almost sometimes have to see who has it on when we're getting ready to leave the house and one of us has to go change. Actually, I saw in your... I was golfing in it last weekend. Well, was everyone that you were with wearing that sweatshirt? Is what I wondered because like at different times, or were you guys all sharing the same
Starting point is 00:03:59 sweatshirt? Well, there was some sharing going on and I think... And then someone else... We should talk about what they did this week. But at different times, we were passing the sweatshirt around because we were cold, and then I believe my wife picked us up, and she had it on too. So, yeah, there was just a lot of camo-mastodonics sweatshirts going on. Never a bad thing.
Starting point is 00:04:17 No, no, never a bad thing. And the reason I had to wear a sweatshirt was, like I was thinking about this, this probably is a somewhat unique thing to probably the Midwest, is that some friends and I, we participated in a youth wrestling fundraiser. And the fundraiser. Where you get out there and kind of wrestle with the kids a little bit. Yeah, you just wrestle with kids, you know, get some guys. They need some good positive role models in their life.
Starting point is 00:04:40 So we're going to get some guys in here to wrestle these kids around. All right, get down in the start position. Here we go no but actually we so it was a three a three event um tournament here event one you go to a trap range and shoot 50 clay pigeons event two is golfing golf nine holes best ball event three you bowl two games so it's a real day it's a long game that's a test of attrition for me where by the end of it i because just nine holes of golf alone and i'm like well that's enough of that yeah like yep and then you add in you know this time of year in south dakota the weather can be less than cooperative but uh luckily enough uh you know we started the day
Starting point is 00:05:21 start with shooting because you know people haven't had the alcohol intake then. So get that one out of the way. 50 clay pigeons. This was the first time I shot a gun since last year I did this. And the first time I shot a gun before that was probably like three years before that. So last year I just showed up. Have you ever shot clay pigeons? Yes, yes.
Starting point is 00:05:40 It's actually pretty fun to do. Yes, it is fun. Whatever your hot take is on guns for anyone listening, shooting clay pigeons is actually kind of fun to do. It is fun. For those of you who don't know, a clay pigeon is a little orange disc. Yeah, I mean, is it clay? Is it ceramic? I'm not sure actually what it is made out of.
Starting point is 00:05:55 I mean, if you dropped it, it would break. Yes, yes. And you shoot with a shotgun, a scatter gun, usually a 12-gauge. And it's just basically target basically target practice but i mean it is a sport too like people do there are competitions actually for it actually you know what's really fun i don't know if you've ever done this is sporting clays and that is you know in trap shooting you're standing in your your concrete path and it's they're coming out of uh the the house or yeah the house there you go um in sporting clays it's more like golf where you go to
Starting point is 00:06:25 holes it's not you don't go to holes but you go to the different uh it's in out it's in a huge acreage and each each one is a different hole and they're coming from like behind trees oh so it's a lot more yeah and like you read the sign and it tells you like uh one comes from here two comes from there and three comes from here okay and like you read the sign and it tells you like uh one comes from here two comes from there and three comes from here okay and like so you go up to the window and like that's that i say hole because it reminds me of golf yeah and then you get in your golf cart and go to the next uh yeah see yeah it's really fun i'm so out of like just it's pretty expensive oh i would have meant i mean it's hunting yeah it's not cheap in general and it's also time consuming but um so yeah we did this shot 50 clays so the year before i just showed up not shooting a gun
Starting point is 00:07:11 in like four years probably and i shot i believe 41 41 out of 50 and i was like i'm just a freaking natural at this man wasn't even i didn't even have a gun my buddy just showed up with a gun for me and they're like shoot this and i'm like i could be like a champ at this i'm just natural you know thinking like so like going into this year i'm like well i shot a gun a year ago i'm gonna get close to 50 this year it's going to happen and uh that was not the case at all i shot a 31 this year so my performance went down quite a bit and i think that just shows that you went into over a conf i went in too confident uh but it was still it was still fun and then yeah you follow that up with some golf and uh um you are looking at the uh youth tournament wrestling long drive champion right here um
Starting point is 00:07:56 i was my very first hole the day no one else even touched me so i did win the prize well did you start on hole one we actually actually started on hole nine. I was going to say hole one is a par three. I started on hole nine, and I put the long drive out, and no one else even got close. So I guess it's the champion here. So it's that Masonomics effect on it. Hashtag. And then you get done on golfing.
Starting point is 00:08:20 You follow that up with some bowling. At that point, people have been golfing for, you know, four plus hours. Also known as drinking. Also known as drinking, yes. And so it turned into kind of a long day. And then we also had a lot of rebel rousing. A lot of rebel rousing. It was also one of our buddy's birthdays.
Starting point is 00:08:37 So that means like, oh, there's more to celebrate. So, yeah, I was a little tired on Sunday, you could say. But overall, it was a good day. And if anyone's looking for, you know, I need to figure out a wild way to spend a Saturday, it's not a bad suggestion. You know, get some buddies together, shoot some stuff, golf and bowl.
Starting point is 00:08:54 Chances are you don't have a friend that's good at all three. So you might beat them in one or the other, you know? Right. That's a good point. Yeah. Unless you're with that prick that's just really good at all of them.
Starting point is 00:09:03 And there's always one or two of those guys out there somewhere. They just know their stuff. Yeah. Unless you're with that prick that's just really good at all of them. And there's always one or two of those guys out there somewhere. They just know their stuff. Yeah. Tanner, I do have to report back to you on something, though. I did consume the VT rice. Oh, yes. Oh, good.
Starting point is 00:09:16 I'm glad you brought that up. I've been over here and awaiting your official review. I made it almost 24 hours. This will be our third episode where we went in pretty detail on bt rice made it almost 24 hours before i had to see what it was all about it was staring at me and uh i was pretty impressed so you did my uh all my talk about it like skew your opinion do you think um well i mean you had it hyped up pretty good but also i was kind of expecting just a nice blend of white rice which also like i mean you had it hyped up pretty good but also i was kind of expecting just
Starting point is 00:09:45 a nice blend of white rice which also like i mean we're talking white rice here we're not talking like some like a rich risotto you know we're not talking about exotics i'm just thinking like a pretty solid decent rice and at the same time it was made in the microwave so my expectations are never going to be that high it's a microwave um but you know i was for a dollar was for $1.50. One, the amount, it's a lot of food. Yeah. To me, it's way more food than one of those Uncle Ben's ones. And for microwaved rice,
Starting point is 00:10:14 I think it's just a lot more like regular rice than Uncle Ben's is. Yeah, I was happy with it. I would definitely, if I was in Walmart and saw it, I would definitely buy some. Yeah. I would do that. At the very least, just to keep on deck in case you're ever in that pinch
Starting point is 00:10:28 right and that is the perfect thing is what it's for you're ever in a pinch you don't have rice or something else ready throw one of those in if you have any meat at all okay it'll be you basically got a meal ready to go that is exactly right that's with any kind of meat and it's like a meal maybe cheese yeah and then you're set just maybe maybe a little sauce of some kind if you need something to lubricate the whole thing may go down but yeah so i would uh i would also recommend the vt rice for everyone that's wondering they're not a paid sponsor of the podcast but they should be they should be they should be uh we have one more thing we have to discuss here all right i hope it's good oh it's i know it's official because tommy's even
Starting point is 00:11:10 taking off his headphones to i gotta not put this thing so far away before you reach in there pull that's when you like pull an ab like uh extend an ab muscle or something under your rib cage you're're like, ah, can't move. Yeah. My life is falling apart. All right, Tanner time for everyone's. Wow.
Starting point is 00:11:30 One of everyone's top five favorite segments. What's in that can? We might have more than five segments today. So we're going to have to start saying like top. We'll say it's in the top 10. Yeah. So here we go. I better not read it.
Starting point is 00:11:40 Here we go. I don't want to get sprayed today. So I'm going to back off a little bit. Ooh, sounded fresh. I don't want to get sprayed today, so I'm going to back off a little bit. Ooh. That sounded fresh. I've never had this before, so I don't know what we're in for. First guesses. First flavor notes you're picking up here.
Starting point is 00:12:07 Beer? Mm-hmm. Well, first flavor notes you're picking up here. Beer. Correct so far. I don't know. I don't know what it is, but I think it's pretty good. Like, I kind of like it. Like, would you say it's a light beer or not? I don't know. It kind of tastes like if I was to see it in a glass, it tastes like it could be darker in color.
Starting point is 00:12:28 Okay. That is a somewhat accurate guess. It has a little bit of a... It's not bitter. There's just a little something at the end there. Yeah, it has like a... I guess I would just call it darker flavor to it but i don't know well you're ready to see what we're rocking yeah yeah
Starting point is 00:12:49 today we are rocking these shells october fest oh you know tis the season tanner see i wouldn't have guessed that it was uh octobery yeah i don't know what the what is the flavor when something's called october because you know a little extra herbs and spices at the end i don't know what the what is the flavor when something's called october because you know a little extra herbs and spices at the end i don't know it kind of has just a slightly darker taste but yeah i don't consider like do you ever drink sam adams october fest or any of those i've had it before like they're they're all just i mean they're slightly darker yeah but it's it's not even it's not even like a bitter darker no i think the ibu still stay pretty low yeah but it just has a little more roasty flavor maybe someone probably has a way better way of explaining that i'm not going
Starting point is 00:13:31 to look it up but i like it though yeah 5.8 so it's not exactly uh not exactly a light beer either in that respect uh do you got a thought on number of jd power and associates awards well in this case jd power associates i am jdp and a jdp and a okay speaking of that before i get to this part have you seen the commercial they now actually literally have a commercial where they talk about their jd like they don't even talk about any cars. They just talk about just their JD power and associate awards. They just talk about just the awards. They don't mention the cars.
Starting point is 00:14:11 They're not trying to be funny. No, they have like a room full or it says something about how they win their JD power associates awards. Like we have like, it's, it's, they ask people,
Starting point is 00:14:21 what did they ask? Car buyers. Like this is just how like zoned out i get instantly when i see the words jd power associates like like my let it go brain dead but they just get a room full of people and they're like these are all the people that love chevy and we've won these many like they don't say like check out the new silverado or anything it's just we've won more jd power associates than anyone else they're just really hammering the J.D. Power & Associates awards. Can't go light enough on that because everyone knows it's the pinnacle,
Starting point is 00:14:50 the pinnacle of achievement. They should start memeing themselves, I think. They're well on their way to getting there. They're setting themselves up beautifully for it if they want to. I think more Fortune 500 companies need to like. Just start embracing the wackiness of their corporate culture like uh i shouldn't even say wackiness the sadness of their corporate culture slim gym isn't you know quite to that echelon but if they're doing it oh well this is how nor yeah and we've talked at
Starting point is 00:15:17 length about slim gym and how great we think they're uh how great we think their instagram pages but this is how most people would run a slim gym instagram or or a slim gym advertising marketing campaign of any kind all right they're gonna sit with people like okay we know it's not really exactly quality meat here but if we just tell people you know kind of like mcdonald's and these other companies we just tell people it's meat enough they'll kind of just be like whatever this is just how meat is and we'll just keep saying like now with more just how meat is and we'll just keep saying like now with more real meat than ever and to say you know in the past we didn't really we didn't take it you know we didn't we weren't serious enough about it but we're gonna we've
Starting point is 00:15:53 really upped it with 20 more real meat now we're at like 24 real meat right and but no they don't feel like we're not even gonna address not gonna talk about we're just gonna make it into an entertaining thing and now that we've entertained you you're gonna want to be part of this joke yeah and that is it it's like we've tapped an internet culture and you're either in on the joke or you're not and if you're in on the joke you're gonna either one talk about us or buy our internet meat sticks yep and that's the perfect way to do it you know it is um so yeah now if Chevy wants to really, really take that to the next level and develop some weird rogue Instagram account where it's like Chevy's JD Power & Associates trophy closet
Starting point is 00:16:33 and it's just all the trophies that they won and they just do pictures of the trophies they won from 1965 and saying how many years they go back, there might be something there. That's what I would do. I mean, they could pay us a lot of money. We'll do it for them. Actually, as far as they're concerned, it's probably not much money at all.
Starting point is 00:16:54 To us, it's a lot of money. As far as Chevy's concerned, they could pay us almost nothing. We'll do that for them. Probably safe to say it would sell at least one car for them or at least get people talking. It would get people talking. It would get people talking. and what more can you ask them for people to be talking there's something to be said about people talking let's give them something to talk about how about jd powell yeah just like that just like that so what what's your number? So back to the original question here, the rating, Tanner.
Starting point is 00:17:27 I think with this, have I been given three and a halves or threes all the time? Because I'm leaning towards a three and a half again here, but I don't want to give a three and a half every. I think last week I gave a three. Yeah, either one. I don't even remember what I had last week. I'm also going to go with a three and a half again. Last week I was a two and a half on that IPA.
Starting point is 00:17:54 This week I like this better than that one. But I still don't love it, so I'm going to go a three. Three? Yeah. But I do like it. So a three. And what about the can art? We don't have to give a rating to the can Yeah. But I do like it. So a three. And what about the can art? We don't have to give a rating to the can art,
Starting point is 00:18:07 but how do you feel about the can art? I liked it. I like the blue. The colors all work. It's kind of got this old-timey factory fall thing going on. Yeah, I liked what they were doing there. I liked what they had going on there. New Ulm, Minnesota.
Starting point is 00:18:23 You know, all about those regional beverages around here that's true uh and you know this oktoberfest beer reminds me about the next thing we're going to talk about did you see uh dave tate's post on instagram about massonomics yes that's a perfect transition i i absolutely seamless transition flawless transition um this is back a couple weeks now yeah we had this on our notes for a couple weeks and kind of forgot to get to it but it's just noteworthy that yeah it's definitely something you have to talk about um I mean we should probably read we probably want to get those verbatim we don't want to we don't want to
Starting point is 00:18:58 put words into Dave's mouth here that's true um or other things into dave's mouth exactly unless he's into that sort of thing then who are we to deny him exactly um but you you know i think i i posted it too that uh dave dm'd us about this first so it was uh it was one of the herb strong memes that we made the herb strong memes that we made the post was oh it was it was uh uh christian bale yeah why could i not find it on his page it's there on under are you on his under the bar page yeah it's there oh here we go okay um yeah okay so yes the the meme was it was if you you have to see the movie american psychoo to even get. And have you seen? Oh, yeah, I've seen it multiple times.
Starting point is 00:19:48 Very good movie. Yeah, we'll talk about that even, too. But so the guy in American, Christian Bale in American Psycho is this guy who is, I mean, he is totally a psycho. And he's just so obsessed with himself. Like, he's totally neurotic and a psycho the business card scene is probably the most and that is probably the one of the most iconic scenes yeah is the i mean on top of some of the murder scenes too but um he at one point in the movie he goes through his you know he's in the shower and he's going through his it's a voiceover of him going through
Starting point is 00:20:19 his meticulous morning routine of first i apply three ounces of this oil to my face after letting it sit for 30 seconds i then proceed to and he goes on and on and on talking like very very very detailed about his routine and this is kind of how the whole movie goes almost but the the meme is it's the scene of him getting ready talking about what he does and it says herb strong sponsored lifters talking about recovery methods like going just so in depth to like well i use the the extra potent oil to yeah here let's see what you just a little bit i don't know if you want to play the whole thing i use a water activated gel cleanser then a honey almond body scrub and on the face
Starting point is 00:21:07 an exfoliating gel scrub and facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine that last line really got me that like it's that's reminds me of them like while i prepare the rest of my routine it's like how much fucking cbd oil stuff are you doing and the whole thing is just so ridiculous and uh uh dave tate so did he did he dm yeah so he dm'd and said this was a direct quote can i repost that herb strong post you made it's the first ig post that's ever made me laugh out loud for real and then he did repost it and he said basically the same thing this is the first
Starting point is 00:21:59 ig post to ever make me laugh out loud for real great work and he was being sincere like that's what he meant that it's the first time he's ever laughed out loud from and i was like ah what a badge of honor for us i also like that the uh the caption is also i want to get a blood transfusion with pure cbd oil uh so that is really funny and also shocking when i saw this i'm like the number of memes that don't exist from american psycho is mind-blowing because it's a movie that are just full of just crazy imagery and so many things that you could apply really well so there's an untapped market there without a doubt there is for sure but yeah i was happy to see that um see that go over so well with so many people and i think a lot of people are like oh damn i'm not the only weirdo that likes this
Starting point is 00:22:51 movie yeah yeah like a lot of people like oh because a lot of people that just commented oh i love this movie because it is it is a bit of a cult classic and i mean it's popular it's by no means like people don't know it but but it's also not a movie that if you get 10 people on the street that nine of them have seen. It's not Avengers Endgame where everyone's like, oh yeah, we went to that together. It is kind of,
Starting point is 00:23:10 and you're not going to watch it with your kids either. So takeaways from this, if you haven't seen the post, go look at it. But first, your homework is to watch American Psycho. Right.
Starting point is 00:23:21 Then you'll get the media. And then when it's done, think, what the hell did I just watch yep uh what are we at here Tanner what are we at here do we have time for a quick best Instagram slash YouTube comment of the week as long as we're talking about Instagram stuff yes uh this was actually very current from a post today it was from a meme we made on uh it's Alan Iverson's rant from back in probably 2001 or whenever it was where he's talking about practice.
Starting point is 00:23:50 Where he says practice like 50 times in this press conference. I actually, until watching that, forgot how many times he actually said practice. He says it a lot. I thought the video restarted. Does he really say it that many times?
Starting point is 00:24:06 He just keeps saying, we talking about practice. But anyways, the meme, it says, my friends, this is what my friends are saying, your squat depth has been questionable in training. And then it's me explaining how it will be there on meet day because he goes into this rant about how practice isn't important. Doesn't really matter. Right, and he'll be there for game day. But there's a lot of people that took it seriously,
Starting point is 00:24:32 that we're advocates of squatting high. Oh, that we're trying to say squatting high actually doesn't matter. Right, right, because it will be there on the committee. Okay, I thought you were saying people felt personally attacked by people felt like uh well we were trying to justify right right right right uh and this this was my particular favorite he said well this is fucking retarded how are you supposed to hit depth with a heavier weight on meat day than you practicing wrong with lighter weights well and the obvious answer there is that the heavier weight pushes you down deeper it does push you down farther so it's clearly never well
Starting point is 00:25:10 and like the most obvious part is it will just be there meat day you have to know that it'll be there and the even more most completely obvious part is that it's clearly a meme which means it's a joke so right and that that was my response. My response was, welcome to the joke. Yep. Did they have anything to say to that? They did not. They may have even deleted it. Ah, they got me again.
Starting point is 00:25:32 They may have even deleted it. I don't know. They probably did. Oftentimes that's what happens, I've noticed. You've got to screenshot and document them just to know we got them. Right. They got got. They got got.
Starting point is 00:25:43 Tanner, we're getting a little ways in the podcast here we should probably run through a few more ads quick it's our favorite time of the this is you guys can just sit back and listen to us make some money here so uh i feel richer already just get uh get comfortable boys and girls here we go Today's show is brought to you by Lifting Large. Woo, cha-ching, baby. Tommy, what do you think about a brand new, never before heard, never before played segment, game segment? What?
Starting point is 00:30:12 It's like Christmas time over here. I think we come out with a new segment every episode at this point. We've got to keep it fresh around here. Who knows if this will be returning or not, but we'll try it out here today and we'll see how it goes. So this is the trial run or the pilot version. I have no idea what you're going to hit me with here, Tanner. So this is uncharted territory. I think I would say maybe in the 1960s on television, maybe the 70s or maybe the 80s.
Starting point is 00:30:40 I'm not sure when it was. There was a show, a game show called Name That Tune. Are you familiar with Name That Tune at all? I would just assume you're naming the tune. You're naming the tune. That was actually a game show though? Yeah, Name That Tune. And the way it was played on there,
Starting point is 00:30:55 there was two people going against each other. And I think the host would give them a little bit of background on what this piece of music was going to be. And then they would essentially bid back and forth of how many notes they could name that tune in. So you would go first and you would say, I think I can name that tune in seven notes. And then the next person can either say... And they might say like it's a pop song from this era or something. Yes, yes.
Starting point is 00:31:22 And then the next person can either say, they have the choice of either saying, I don't think you can, you name that tune, or bidding lower than them and saying, I think I can name it in five notes. So it's not just two people sitting with the fastest buzzer finger. No, no. Okay, so that does make it a little more of a game. Yeah, they go back and forth.
Starting point is 00:31:38 And at some point in time, the number gets down there fairly low. And the other person says ah prove it dude because like that's going to be really hard to name that in three notes you know so we don't have that luxury of having multiple people here so we're going to do it a little bit differently but what the name of our game is is name that lifter so and there are not notes associated associated with these lifters but what we're going to associate with them is sponsors in their Instagram bio. So we will have a list of sponsors in their Instagram bio, and I am going to start the list not in the order that the lifters have them in their bio. in the order that the lifters have them in the bio i'm going to choose the ones that i think are the most obscure generic almost the most unrevealing first to the to the most obvious yeah yeah yeah
Starting point is 00:32:32 so like the first one is probably going to be hard for you to guess right like but by the last ones if you haven't gotten it yet um so i don't really know that you can throw out a guess okay yeah okay so do i even get like do i get the pre-qualifying criteria of like... I don't want to give you too much information on the person. Okay, so is it just literally you're going to give me just... We'll just see how many... Okay, so I don't know if it's man, woman, but they are all power lifters? At least as far as today is concerned.
Starting point is 00:32:57 Okay, that does narrow it down a little because there's a lot of... I know Bradley Martin's not on the table. Right. I know Eddie Hall's not on the table. It gives me a little bit. Yeah, so you don't have to call out a number first because it doesn't really matter. But on this first one, if you had to guess, just with no other information, how many Instagram bio-listed sponsors is it going to take for you to guess this first powerlifter?
Starting point is 00:33:21 And if you cannot get it in sponsor alone, I do have other bio information that's even more specific that we could go to guess this first power lifter and if you cannot get it in sponsor alone i do have other bio information that's even more specific that we could go to at this so this this first lifter has a total of five five sponsors five sponsors probably about industry average yeah um yes i have noticed that just from today looking a little bit there seems that seems to be common okay five and if you can't get in those five then there's more of their instagram bio you know a lot of times they lift their list their numbers and stuff that we can get in yep but that would be we would do that last because that might be too much to give away that gets pretty identified yeah yeah because i have i have a large chunks of
Starting point is 00:34:00 the open powerlifting database saved into my brain right all right so do you have a guess if you we've got five sponsors here do you think you'd be able to get it with just the sponsors how about that we have to go to the next i don't i don't know i i want to think i could but also i feel like the sponsor list isn't that diverse right so that's where i think i'm going to run into like can should i even guess some of the sponsors i think we're going to hear before we get too far into this no okay we'll cover most of them i think i'm gonna i think if i you gave me 10 guesses i should i think if you gave me five guesses i would guess 80 of the sponsors yeah yes yes you would okay okay but there are a few key sponsors yes the list. Yes, there are some key identifiers. Okay. So our first edition of Name That Lifter, sponsor number one, MB Slingshot. Tommy, can you name that lifter?
Starting point is 00:34:55 Well, that actually is a somewhat identifiable one because now I know that they don't wear SPD. And that SPD, that narrows it down maybe halfway. I could just start naming names, but I feel like that's not the point of this game. No, no. Right. All right. No, I cannot name that lifter yet. Okay.
Starting point is 00:35:15 Second sponsor. Sponsor two. Herbstrong. I knew you were going to say that because that doesn't help at all. So far, you have two sponsors mb slingshot and herb strong tommy can you name that lifter you know you gave me the first one and i'm like okay i actually think i got a chance here uh but i did say i was gonna put these in order so we're gonna get a little bit better as we go here well i feel like you could have said
Starting point is 00:35:40 herb strong first i would have been like yeah okay obviously um again i could name names but it's going to be a total like it's no with no accuracy so and there should maybe be a rule that i only get three guesses here so okay otherwise i could just name names so that probably should be so you get three guesses yeah yes that's a good idea we're learning otherwise we're learning how to conduct your own game yeah otherwise i could because you want to be able to guess it in as few sponsors as possible but you don't want to just We're learning how to conduct our own gaming. Otherwise, I could just run through the list. Because you want to be able to guess it in as few sponsors as possible, but you don't want to just start. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:09 That way you won't. I could probably right now name actually probably 10 people that are probably associated with Herbstrong and who I would assume Slingshot to. Right. Throughout each individual lifter, you only get three guesses. That's a good point. So you cannot name it with two. We'll go to number three.
Starting point is 00:36:26 Line one nutrition. Line one nutrition. If I knew what that was, that'd probably be a really good identifier. I don't think I've... Have you heard of line one nutrition before this game? I know. Line one nutrition.
Starting point is 00:36:45 Never heard of that. Never heard of that. So in three sponsors, you have not. I'm admittedly not a supplement guy, but I've never heard of that. Number four. Now we're going to start to get. Yeah, we're getting down into the danger zone here. Number four.
Starting point is 00:36:57 JB Boss. That narrows it down a little bit more. Okay. And now you have to think of collectively. Here's my first guess. K woolham correct you named that lifter in four sponsors i'm pretty good yeah the line one really sent me for a trip the fifth sponsor which would have been a i think you would have known for sure caffeine kilos kilo cartel. Yes, yes, yes. Yep. And then the last detail would have been 300 squat, 215 bench, 431 deadlift, 946 kilogram total in sleeves. Oh.
Starting point is 00:37:31 No. Yeah, kilogram. Kilos. Gotcha. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Okay.
Starting point is 00:37:36 So we've got another one. Do you want to play another one? Yeah. Let's do one more. I kind of like that. Okay. So this is lifter number two on today's name that lifter game we've got a total of four or five sponsors on this one the fifth would be a pretty dead giveaway so
Starting point is 00:37:55 we'll see if we make the fifth sponsor massonomics uh no that's a good idea for the future okay sponsor number one good idea for the future okay sponsor number one performax labs performax labs i'm assuming that's a supplement company and i i've not heard of that i'm just thinking again is this like a name i just glanced over but perform it that is not ringing a bell at all no um sponsor number is that part of supplement real or fake is that mixed in with this too there's this it's a segment exception a segment within two seconds deep no i failed the first test it was in fact a fake supplement but we're actually in a nap right now so we have to bump you to wake you up from the first segment to get into the second segment uh sponsor to buffalo beard company buffalo beard company so we have performax labs
Starting point is 00:38:56 and buffalo beard company the key to buffalo beard company would be what is owned by luigi yeah and also that it would be a giveaway that the lifter has a beard. Can grow a beard. Yeah. Now are they male or female? Okay, so I'm assuming they're male. I'm assuming it's not. How do you say Luigi's last name?
Starting point is 00:39:15 Luigi Faggiani. Okay. I'm assuming it's not him. It's not him, yeah. I won't count that as a guess. No, no. Okay. All right.
Starting point is 00:39:22 Yeah, I'm still not sure. Okay, we'll go to the third uh Iron Rebel Iron Rebel does like sleeves apparel yeah and I think yeah yes they do that stuff wraps things like that yep I know for a long and I know this isn't I know this isn't who it is but i know for a long time you would see larry wheels and a lot of iron rebel stuff but he does not have a beard so he'd be a terrible athlete to have sponsoring your beard oil right um i i have a i have two rough ideas in my head and i think i will get it after this next sponsor I'm not going to throw it out just yet
Starting point is 00:40:06 I don't know how helpful this next one will be or not maybe misleading I don't know the fourth sponsor depth before dishonor I don't know who they sponsor maybe you want to take one of your guesses well this is making me second guess one of my actually no this is making me second guess both of my guesses i don't think i don't think they sponsor either of the guys i was thinking of you might be wrong i don't know
Starting point is 00:40:36 that i felt like that was a little bit that was a little bit of a misleading one because i didn't wasn't aware of it either trying to think i thought they had a picture of a guy this week. And I was surprised that they sponsored him. Because I had never seen this picture before. But now I cannot remember who the hell it was a picture of. I better take number five here, Tanner. Okay. And I'm going to, in lieu of the fifth sponsor,
Starting point is 00:41:05 I'm going to go with one of the lines in the bio because the fifth sponsor is too much of a giveaway. Okay. So I'm going to save that for the sixth if we need to do it. The fifth line in his bio, super heavyweight, 2,430, raw with wraps. 24-30, raw with wraps. When he had a beard, I just assumed he was a super heavyweight also so
Starting point is 00:41:28 that part kind of goes together yeah okay beard 2430 total wraps raw with wraps i'm blanking hard okay you know who my first guess was we're going to be initially when you said buffalo beard co yep I was thinking Steve Johnson, but I don't know if he's on them. I think he has a beard oil sponsor, I feel like. He might be with them. He might be with them, but I'm... That's not right.
Starting point is 00:41:55 It's not right, but that's a good guess. It's not Josh Morris. I know that because he doesn't have a beard, but he's... Can you write around 2430 total as well? Yeah, I think he's probably right there. 2400-ish. I'll tell you another thing. It's not quads like Rob.
Starting point is 00:42:08 Nope. And these are not guesses. I'm saying these are not... This is not who it is. It's not quads like Rob. Not Steve Johnson. Not Josh Morris. I'm totally missing someone.
Starting point is 00:42:21 And I'm going to feel really, really dumb because I cannot think of who they are. It's not... It's not jp price nope nope that would be in the ballpark though too tanner i'm kind of doing the billy madison thing are you going to the mall it's not jp price right iron rebel is now owned by um andy huang is one of the owners of oh uh yes okay uh yeah um uh yeah broadcast my name my head won't work um and the last sponsor is filthy power gym brandon allen god my brain couldn't work there yes uh i did see i think they had a post of him earlier in the week and i did not know that he was on the team yep yep that is who i was thinking of that was the one okay
Starting point is 00:43:09 this is a bonus one they don't necessarily have sponsors listed in their bio so i'm just going to read the first line of the bio and you you see if you can tell me who it is off the first line of the bio okay on a mission to get a barbell in every woman's hands. Okay, so I'm guessing this isn't a man. Could be. It seems weird if it was, maybe, though. It's a weird mission for a man. Seems a little too dominant to be coming out of a female audience that way. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:40 It's a woman. Make squats? Correct. Got it on one line. I thought maybe you could get that one in on that one too. So that was our first time playing Name That Lifter. I like that. I like that.
Starting point is 00:43:56 That's a fun one. Kayla, Brandon, and Meg Squats all made an appearance. Thinking about that. It'd be interesting to know if anyone listening got those quicker than me. Yeah, yeah. I bet I'm like Brandon Allenon allen i think someone definitely did it's brandon sorry couldn't think of it uh what do you think of that game everyone listening let us know what you think of that game what it sounds like to just hear me trying to think out loud for sponsored lines yeah i wish there was a way that we could do it at the beginning where you have to
Starting point is 00:44:28 say like i think i could name that lifter in four sponsors but like if there was just completely arbitrary of like yeah that is a fun game to play it's kind of like the uh it's kind of like uh guess who you know right right we did have a good meme about that. Yeah. We already talked about that. Thank you. But what I was thinking about how we feature people in our segments here, feature lifters, you know, we had Jen Thompson on Who Weighs More. She went up against Lil Wayne. Lil Wayne.
Starting point is 00:44:59 Yep. Jen listened to the episode and got back and said, I would totally kick little Wayne's ass. I'm not arguing with that. So she did go through and listen to that. Awesome. Yeah. I'd like to hear that.
Starting point is 00:45:14 What's our timeline like? Do we have time for Who Weighs More? Or do we need to do underrated, overrated? Just need more time, Taylor. Yeah, I know. Just need more time. We're about 45 minutes deep at the moment so what do you think um yeah we got time for everything we've got time for
Starting point is 00:45:31 everything all right let's do who weighs more than because we do have a who weighs more segment on tap here and i do like doing these so it'd be a shame almost not i mean if you if you put the time in to find someone yeah we got it exactly okay we're gonna jump right, we're going to jump right into our Who Weighs More segment then, as long as we're talking about it. Number one, who weighs more, Rob Philippus, quads like Rob, or the late Chris Farley? Chris Farley was a hefty dude. Quads like Rob is definitely dense,
Starting point is 00:46:03 but in my brain, Chris Farley was a hefty dude quads like rob is definitely dense but in my brain chris farley was a hefty boy uh i i really think chris farley weighed more than quads like rob so chris farley what they all what i saw multiple places was 298 really and that is maybe questionable like that's part of why this was almost a trick one because it seems like Chris Farley, but they said he was 5'8". Oh, really? Quads like Rob, is he 5'9"? Yeah, he's probably in that same ballpark.
Starting point is 00:46:34 But Chris Farley, they said 298, and I suppose different points in his life is different weights. In my brain, Chris Farley is 330 at least. Yeah, yes. So that is a little bit questionable. But the – and I found it in several places that they say 298. So that's what I went with.
Starting point is 00:46:52 And Rob, he competed at Boss of Bosses here at 335. So we've got quads like Rob. I also didn't know quads like Rob was 335. He normally lifts in like 308, but he didn't cut for this last one, I guess. So I would have probably been wrong no matter what. But yeah, even if you give Chris Farley another 25 more pounds, Rob would have had him beat. Chris Farley, though, very nimble on his feet for a 300 pound man. That's true.
Starting point is 00:47:17 No doubt about that. That is true. OK, number two. Who weighs more? Cece Ingram or your average dishwasher? All right. Is there actually stats for what an average dishwasher weighs? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:35 Oh, just wait. When you say dishwasher, you're talking about a machine dishwasher? Yes, yes. Not the person. Like your average busboy dishwashing. I'm like, wow, that's really weird that they collect data on these people working in these positions. Not the average housewife. 50s, 1950s jokes.
Starting point is 00:47:59 All right. CC. Oh, yes, the machine. The machine. I believe CC is like 165 or whatever that weight class is, I think, right in there. 160-something.
Starting point is 00:48:10 But a dishwasher. I've never had the privilege of installing or removing a dishwasher, so I'm not coming from a... I've done it a couple times. I know I've heard you talk about it. I'm not coming from a point of experience here. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:48:23 It's a big metal box with shit in it, so maybe weighs more maybe the dishwasher weighs more than cc let me say dishwasher that is not right really cc uh lifts in that 181 181 okay so she weighs i got her at 182 the average dishwasher 175 okay so i was if she was in the right weight class or the weight class that i thought in my head, right. Right. He would have had her pegged wrong by 15 pounds about. That's right.
Starting point is 00:48:50 Wow. So CC outweighs the average dishwasher machine, the dishwasher machine, not human beings that wash dishes. That's good to know for the fact book. Yes. You never know when that's going to come up. I'm going to try it at a party sometime.
Starting point is 00:49:09 Okay. Number three, the final one for today on who weighs more kevin oak or aaron rogers the quarterback for the green bay packers kevin oak i think this last time at the tribute meet i don't think he cut so i think he lifted in 242 i believe which means that he's probably somewhere that i don't think he cut, so I think he lifted in 242, I believe, which means that he's probably somewhere. I don't think he's coming in way under. Aaron Rodgers is probably fairly tall. I don't know how tall he is. Yeah, most QBs are at least six feet tall. And to be like, I mean, people might want to say
Starting point is 00:49:42 he's probably not an athlete or something, but if you're playing professional sports and you're a quarterback, you're probably at least six feet tall, and you're probably somewhat athletic. So 210, 220 on you wouldn't look heavy at all. But that gets the real question, though, of how much does he actually weigh? Because I think we're going to be pretty close here. It's probably going to be Kevin Oak weighs like 235,
Starting point is 00:50:03 and Aaron Rodgers is like 228, and it's a gap of like seven pounds I still think Kevin Oak probably weighs more definitely has way more muscle and way more lean muscle mass and he's way more jacked but I think Kevin Oak weighs more you are right in this last one and you're very good on your Kevin Oak at 237 for the tribute meet and Aaronaron rogers listed at 225 25 yeah i think he's probably about six two or something yeah yeah he's got to be so it's it'd be almost weird if he was lighter than that right so you did redeem totally redeem yourself on that final one for all the marvels yes you came back all the prizes came back from from from that embarrassment of taking so long to guest Brandon Allen.
Starting point is 00:50:45 Yes. Do we want to recap last week's overrated or underrated? We probably should pretty quick. We can do that before we jump into this week's. Best Buy. And I guess for people that don't know, what we do is we review the topics that we had on last week's overrated or underrated. We put those on our Instagram story and let the people vote and see how their vote compares to what Tommy said. Tommy, what did you say about Best Buy last week?
Starting point is 00:51:10 I said it was underrated because, you know, not many places you can go and actually see physical shit anymore before you buy it. The dog's zoning in on a fly there. Oh, I thought maybe he's going to eat my foot. No, I think he's been chasing a fly around. But the people said Overrated. he's licking his lips he's getting so i thought he was gonna oh it's on your shin is that's what's going on no all right people said best buy was overrated 66 percent see everyone wants that online convenience yep number two was uh dad hats and you said i said underrated the people agreed slightly 55% underrated.
Starting point is 00:51:46 That's a pretty close one though. Yeah. But they did side underrated. I actually would not have guessed that it would turn out that close and in that way. I was kind of surprised by that. Not that I dislike dad hats but just that people just want more diversity in their hats these days. I guess so. Cooking shows
Starting point is 00:52:01 I know you said overrated. I did in fact say overrated. The people said 58% overrated, so they agreed with you. And they're right. 58% of them are. The last one, Skittles. When I checked this, I said Skittles are overrated. They're candy. And they're one of the most popular candies in the world,
Starting point is 00:52:21 or in the United States, for sure. Do you know what they said? The people when I checked, they said they were underrated. Yeah. Yeah. 54% underrated. I was surprised by that one that that's see to me.
Starting point is 00:52:33 Skittles just don't get a lot of hate. In fact, they get a lot of love and praise. It's kind of why I thought they were overrated. And you know what? At least a couple of people DM to me about the Skittles. I had no idea about this. Maybe,
Starting point is 00:52:44 maybe, you know, the green, do you know about the Skittles. I had no idea about this. Maybe you know. The green... Do you know about the green Skittle? Yeah, it's actually not... Is it apple? It used to be lime. And they switched it to apple and people are upset about it. Like how long ago are we
Starting point is 00:52:58 talking here? I'm not sure. I don't know the line of demarcation of when they decided it's going to be apple. I think Ryan told me that at one point and I was like, I honestly don't know what any of the flavors are. To me, it's green, red, yellow, and whatever the hell. Orange? Green, red, yellow, orange, and purple.
Starting point is 00:53:17 What flavor is purple? Grape? Yeah. But it's purple. It's not grape. It's purple. And like red. What is red?
Starting point is 00:53:25 Is it strawberry? Raspberry? Fruit punch? I don't, we talk about this in the gym. Like when you have pre-workout and it's red, what flavor is it? Any of those? Probably fruit punch. Maybe raspberry.
Starting point is 00:53:36 Maybe berry of some kind. But it's red. Like you just know it tastes red, you know? But people are upset that they're apple now instead of lime. Do you actually eat Skittles one by one? Oh, if I was too, I probably would, but I don't eat very much. See, Ryan showed up at my house this weekend with Skittles, and I eat Skittles, I put like six in my hand at a time,
Starting point is 00:53:58 and I eat all six at once. Yeah, I don't really do that, but I don't eat very much candy. So usually if I eat candy, I do it like. That was the first time I had Skittles in a long time. And that's how I eat them. That's how I will continue to eat them. I'm not all about these Skittles elitists. Knowing their flavors.
Starting point is 00:54:15 Underrated, though, the people said. Tasting them. Something to think about. It is. When I'm planning my Skittles run. Yeah. Okay. So that was last week's overrated and underratedrated but now we should probably hop into this week's the more important the topic at hand
Starting point is 00:54:31 let's do it we've got some good ones there's four more uh exciting topics to get to what do you what do you think on the rules maybe do we need just a really quick recap okay we can recap the rules quick uh for those of you that haven't been around long enough um the rules are kind of their own thing we don't always read them but we probably already always should so today i'll cover some of the basics of the rules overrated or underrated consists of lightning round questions asked by myself to tommy the questions come from a variety of topics including including, but not limited to, pop culture, current events, food, and technology. There are also lifting-related topics sprinkled in sparingly.
Starting point is 00:55:10 It's important to remember that the questions are, in fact, lightning round. That means they come out quick, but the answers are not necessarily. Tommy has his druthers when it comes to the length of his answers. And that's probably what's missing the most when I don't read the rules is saying the word druthers. Every time I get to it, I remember that druthers is probably what the whole issue is here. Yeah. We are here for the druthers. Right.
Starting point is 00:55:31 That's what we came for. That's what the people came for. But all that being said, there does have to be a final answer. This initial issue of overrated or underrated must be clearly resolved in the end. So topic number one, Tommy, with your druthers in hand, overrated or underrated, the Indiana Jones series. All right, I got a lot going through my mind right now, Tanner. It's bouncing a lot of different directions. Is it on Netflix or HBO right now?
Starting point is 00:55:56 Maybe both. It is on Netflix. I did see it pop up, and I thought, I have not seen these movies in a very long time. I should watch them again. But I didn't watch them again. The series. Now, we're talking about the original three.
Starting point is 00:56:11 I'm talking about the original three. You can include the rest or whatever. If there's one or two, whatever. I think the purists would say that that does not apply. I'm talking about the original three. That's really what I'm talking about. Raiders of the Lost Ark. And that probably is the the crown jewel of yeah um the last crusade i think is the third one with the holy grail
Starting point is 00:56:33 no isn't that raiders last ark temple of doom is temple of doom the third one that might be raiders of the lost ark is the first. It is? Okay. Yeah. And maybe then it's Temple of Doom. And then, or wait, what did you say? I said, oh, Temple of Doom might be third. I don't know. Yeah, it might be third. And then the Holy Grail one is. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:56:54 See, this is how long it's been since I watched it. I don't even know what order they go in. Yeah. It's pretty universally loved as a series. It stars Harrison Ford and Steven Spielberg, directs, and George Lucas is like something. Special effects or something, probably. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:57:15 I can't even remember. It's been so long. Yeah, I know. I think it's like Lucasfilms, is what that would be, whatever that means. Yeah, whatever Lucasfilms does. Put Star Wars stuff in there. See, I want to say overrated, but at the same time like i don't really hear people talk at least people that i talk to i never hear people bring up indiana jones like ever
Starting point is 00:57:34 like people always bring up comic book movies all the time yeah yeah but i don't it's been so long because i heard him be like oh i just love indiana indiana jones is such a good um i think i'm just gonna go underrated just because i don't hear about them really ever even though they are pretty highly rated uh pretty highly rated series yeah i think i go underrated actually i like indiana jones and i think i need to re-watch them now well i i i watched most of raiders of the lost ark I haven't watched the other ones again yet, but I always liked them. Like as a kid, I always liked Indiana Jones.
Starting point is 00:58:09 Yeah, I remember being a kid and my dad's like, oh, you guys should watch this. And I'm like, what's Indiana Jones? And then like, I think the one he started us on was Temple of Doom. Doesn't he rip the heart out of the guy's chest? Yeah, that's where he's like, Kalima. It's like, this is kind of intense.
Starting point is 00:58:24 What I noticed from the little bit of Raiders lost ark that i've watched so far is that the for being like 1982 or whatever it was the or 84 maybe this and like for it being a movie with action and like some effects and stuff it wasn't that i was expecting it to be like kind of hokey yeah and i suppose some of it is a little bit just but for what it does hold up pretty well i thought i mean i think so maybe someone would disagree but i kind of thought so that it wasn't that bad yeah probably i again i honestly couldn't tell you last time i saw the movie so i have like zero input to add to this but um besides underrated i don't really don't have anything to contribute to this, Tanner. So I should really put that on my list.
Starting point is 00:59:05 Okay. Topic number two, overrated or underrated? Pop sockets. I kind of made a funny face there. Yeah. It took you like a split second to be like pop sockets.
Starting point is 00:59:18 I think they're, they serve a perfect, I just think they're overrated. Like I didn't, I've had people that have them or I've held people's phones. I've never put one on my phone. Me either.
Starting point is 00:59:28 I've held people's phones that have it. I'm like, well, I guess like my two fingers can hook on it. I do see the benefit in that you can use it as like a kickstand and some of them, if you position it right,
Starting point is 00:59:39 you know, like if you want to watch movies or whatever on your phone, YouTube, you can position it just right and now you got this kickstand holding your phone up, but I just hate extra shit. Like I wish I didn't have to have or whatever on your phone, YouTube, you can position it just right, and now you've got this kickstand holding your phone up. But I just hate extra shit.
Starting point is 00:59:47 I wish I didn't have to have a case on my phone. That's so annoying that you have to have a case on it. Make it thicker. Yeah, if it's going to be thicker, let's just make the battery bigger and then just figure out a way to make it just slightly more durable so I don't have to worry about this thing in the first place. Right. But see, I don't like extra shit on my phone.
Starting point is 01:00:02 I'm saying popsockets are overrated. Overrated on the pop sockets. I do wish I invented them, though. Yeah. I'd be a very wealthy man here. I'd be like the guy that invented the pet rock. He made a million dollars. And he invented the pet rocks.
Starting point is 01:00:15 He has an unlimited supply of pet rocks. Overrated or underrated eye masks? Like sleeping eye masks? Yeah. I've never used one, so I don't have a lot to... It's kind of like the Indiana Jones thing. I don't have a lot of experience here. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:00:34 I think they're overrated. I guess maybe even the daylight, they'd be nice because you could block out the sun, but also how... I don't know. You shouldn't sleep in bright spots either. Uh, I think I'm asked or overrated,
Starting point is 01:00:49 overrated on the IMS. Finally, we said that. Yeah. I, I have, uh, one.
Starting point is 01:00:56 I don't wear it all the time. I wear it sometimes like at night. Yeah. It's just your room really bright. No, just that there's lights in the house or people doing, getting up and turning lights on and going to the bathroom. That is annoying. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:08 And then it doesn't affect me. But sometimes it annoys me on my head. So it just depends. That's what I think. I would get annoyed with this thing. I just feel like I'd get hot with it on my face. I have a nice silky one. Okay.
Starting point is 01:01:22 But it just depends. I like it there as an option. Sometimes it's an option that I want that. Sometimes it's like, ah, get that away from me. That's making it worse. So it all just depends. But it does keep all the light away if you're going to be around anything where there's going to be even just like, you know, we have like night lights and kids, you know, turning bathroom lights on and stuff like that. Maybe I need to put that as an option in the back pocket here in case it ever comes up.
Starting point is 01:01:45 For going somewhere, like for sleeping somewhere else, I really like bringing it with. Because I don't know what the lighting situation is going to be. Sometimes you go somewhere and it's not as dark as you'd like it. So they accidentally plug the strobe light in and you can't unplug it and you're trying to sleep. Exactly. But you said overrated. I'm saying overrated. Okay.
Starting point is 01:02:06 Last topic for the day. Overrated or underrated? Oh, yeah. Okay. You did Indiana. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:11 Pop sockets and eye mask. Yes. Probably now most importantly, overrated or underrated guy. Fury. The funny thing about guy fury is it was got his hair, his hair, the flames,
Starting point is 01:02:25 all that, is I think he was kind of one of those things for a while that it was really popular to make fun of him. People were kind of always bashing on him and doing all these things, but from what I can tell, he's just such a good guy that... No pun intended. Yeah, he's just a good guy
Starting point is 01:02:42 that people seem to just... He staying he's still around yeah and every time i see him like he just seems really happy uh people like him there's actually there is a uh there's a really funny instagram account where they make kind of like these bootleg tees and they made one uh t of it was like a tie-dye it was was a tie-dyed shirt, and it was Guy Fieri's head, but it was like in a pentagram, and it made him look like you were like worshiping this Guy Fieri devil. And this guy actually brought his shirt
Starting point is 01:03:12 to some appearance that Guy Fieri was at, and it's like, oh, is this gonna piss a guy off? This is gonna piss him off to see this? And he's like, oh, that's, and he's like, that's so awesome, and he took a picture with the guy holding the shirt and everything. That's cool. And I'm like, oh, okay, Guy Fieri doesn't take himself too seriously.
Starting point is 01:03:27 And he just made a living doing a show, having fun, just showing people doing their thing. So I'm going to say Guy Fieri's underrated. Yeah, I like that. You get on board with that? Yeah, I'm down with that. I think he's kind of a fun guy. He just seems like a guy that would be fun to hang out with, I'd say.
Starting point is 01:03:44 Yeah, and likes to just eat and chill and drink yeah yeah i mean if you can't get along with someone like that i think you're the problem there that's right so that wraps up our overrated underrated segment that even wraps up all our segments for the day wow yeah a full day of segments full day um let's see here i was just reaching over bending and grabbing some things oh i got what i wanted uh talking about our stuff what did we mention we mentioned our sweatshirts that we've got for sale but got a lot of other stuff our don't curl and me shirt should be restocked here really shortly yep just got all of our uh lift shirts yes our lift shirts are fully restocked uh both in the black lift and the blue lift shirt both every size extra small to 4xl is available right now so
Starting point is 01:04:32 no reason not to get one of those if you don't but if you're listening to this and you don't have a lift shirt do you really listen to this and do you even lift yeah nothing quite says you lift like a giant shirt a shirt that just says lift and giant letters on it yeah you got to get one of those and by the time this comes out i think the day that this comes out we are going to release some new stuff some special do we say on this no i don't want i don't want the surprise to be ruined but the well but you never know. There could be an issue.
Starting point is 01:05:06 Right. That's what I'm saying. If there's any issue with the final product, then we can't. Then it's botched. We'll just say we're building this up. We're not building this up for no reason. We have, we can say two T's. We got two new T designs.
Starting point is 01:05:18 Two new T-shirt designs dropping. That should be dropping the day that this podcast comes out on Monday. Some people are going to see it on Sunday, though. Oh, that's true. Sunday night. Yeah. And they're going to tell everyone. That's true.
Starting point is 01:05:30 Someone else might make the shirt try to sell us. Yeah, our whole release drop thing will be spoiled. It's ruined. It'll be foiled. Our plan has been foiled. All those haters out there will finally get to stick it to us on that. Yeah, we can't have that. But next week on the next episode, we should be able to talk all about it.
Starting point is 01:05:44 We will go at length. We will talk about it. that could just be the episode that might be the episode we will go on for quite a while um one modeling new shirts and then two discussing the uh the reason why everyone should have these shirts in their life how excited are you we will need to sell them to anyone because they sell themselves they do do sell themselves. But it's like a proud parent. Our child just won a prize that we determined that it won. So we have to let the world know what we did. That's right. I'm excited for it.
Starting point is 01:06:15 Yeah. We've said it once. We've said it a lot of times. If you're a fan of what we do, you're really going to like these. There's no doubt about that. It's been a while since we've had a drop this big too so yeah it's gonna be a big drop yeah two new designs we're gonna drop it all over the place two new designs dropping hard and also make sure to like us on youtube subscribe on there hit the bell i think that's a thing you can hit the bell
