Starting point is 00:00:00 They don't see that like, no, this is obviously a kid scam. They're holding her hand like, I'm standing with my wife. Well, I mean, yeah, he's going to have her in a cage for like what? She'll do eight years. She can actually get away with this. She can be like, he forced me to do it. No matter what he's going to say, the Matrix is closing in on him. Logan Paul, it's a little cult.
Starting point is 00:00:24 It's like, it's like, it is like a little YouTube little cult. Hey, this is back Cox, and I'm here with Amish. And we are going to be talking about some of the major scams that are taking place right now. Amish has a channel, which a YouTube channel, wherein he, what do you do, bro? Like, you do all kinds of stuff. You do. Yeah, it's called the drip. started it with uh started it with uh coffee zilla now he's like obviously just blowing up so it's
Starting point is 00:01:03 basically my channel now um we're at 40 000 subs i'd like to talk about i'm like trying to focus it and go into church like not church sorry sorry not church spiritual scams cult leaders that sort of thing nice as a hindu i don't want to attack the church brother i don't want to say say ill words on the church what church just churches in general churches in general the Christian community I mean oh okay you know I can't you know you guys can talk shit about
Starting point is 00:01:34 you know everyone can talk shit about their own people you know what I mean like I'm not here I'm not gonna say the Christians are doing it more every religion equal opportunity scammers all scamming yeah yeah yeah I've got some Christian I got some religious jokes but I don't think any of them go over well Like, I'm on the cusp of being, you know, canceled all the time.
Starting point is 00:01:57 Like, I'm, I managed to offend people all the time. So I really got to, and I feel like I'm very middle of the road. But anyway, so what's, what's going on? So what else? How you doing, baby? What's that? I mean, I'm good. Are we, where we are we going to do?
Starting point is 00:02:14 Which one do you want to do? First. Let's do this. I mean, we got to do this, Logan, the coffee zilla video. It dropped four hours ago. So I can share it on my end as well. Absolutely. Drop four hours ago.
Starting point is 00:02:26 This is, yeah. No, I mean, this is fun because I started my channel with this man. He's a good friend. And he's so righteous in this video. Like, I mean, it's crazy because it's like Logan Paul. You know, people, I feel like everyone's up to date on this scandal. I mean, my channel's obsessed with it. I feel like your channel, you've been talking about this quite a bit.
Starting point is 00:02:45 So I don't know if we need to do this too much of a setup. But I guess real quick, Logan Paul tried to pull a scam on his. I mean, I would call it a fucking children scam. That's what's so goddamn annoying about Logan Paul is that he does, it's like, you know, you stole from people who had mortgages. That's not bad. I remember you always used that excuse.
Starting point is 00:03:02 You're like, oh, that wasn't really stealing from anyone. I mean, it's just bank money that was sitting there and I just take it out early and I get the cut and it's, you know, no one's getting hurt. But with Logan Paul, it's kids scams, dude. It's like, this is like the second or third kid scam that he's done. It's like a little video game that it's basically like, It's, it's, it's an, it's, it's a legalized way to let kids gamble.
Starting point is 00:03:25 That's how I'm describing the Logan Paul, like how cryptos are or whatever, because people put out games like that. And if you look at it, it's got all the markings of a kids, kids game. But then the whole backing of it is like crypto coins and like all this shit. You know what I'm saying? He pitched it as, you know, it'll be a great way to introduce your kids to the blockchain. And this is going to be great. Like kids love playing this game.
Starting point is 00:03:48 Like he starts talking about how. what a sin of what game there was never there's no game nobody's playing your game because it didn't get developed and two you're pitching it to people to buy for their kids so yeah it's sleazy all the way around dude and my kid my nephew my nephew loves him and so many young guys do and like they they buy this crap like they go and harass their parents and just get the money like if if kids are rich enough it's when he says like hey it's great for your kids like in a good case scenario, someone will buy it with their kid and go through it with them. But a lot of times, it's just rich parents being like, yeah, here, go buy your coins. Right. Here, just take the
Starting point is 00:04:28 cut of card. I don't have time. And like they just, the kid goes and plays this game. And next thing, you know, you got a 12 year old gambling addict. What a piece of garbage. I can't believe I was watching the fucking flagrant two this week. And I love flagrant, but they're all just sitting around going like, I wonder what, I wonder, you know, I feel bad for Logan Paul. I guess he just made a mistake and he's confused and I guess he just made a mistake like they don't see that like no this is obviously a kid scam not only that like if you look at the chat between that that was leaked to to coffee zilla is that they were it was a pump and dump scheme like your your plan is to pump it up as high as possible and then dump it and walk away with the money and everybody's like oh well
Starting point is 00:05:08 he didn't make any money so you know it's not really a scam like what are you talking about if you rob the bank and then the guys you rob the bank with steal the money from you and you say hey i know you guys i ran in there with a gun and i robbed the place but i didn't make any money the cops don't go oh okay you're right well then you didn't commit a crime yeah yeah then they're like then you're an extra sucker then you really screwed up right right nobody cares if you commit fraud and don't end up making the money you still end up going to jail yeah yeah so okay so just to just to i guess get to get get the setup um it's basically like yeah Logan paul does that Coffeezilla, the internet to detective, a lot of people know him.
Starting point is 00:05:49 He's crossing two million subs now, so he's killing it right now. He basically did the call-out video, the first three-part call-out, like, documentary, research, all that shit. So initially, Logan Paul comes out with two videos swinging back at him being like, you're a coffeezilla is a scammer, and he's the bullshit artist, and he's bullshitting everyone. and he didn't know how to, you know, do the research or whatever. So then there was like two videos like that, one on his main channel, one on his thing. And then, and then like because the entire internet was on Stephen's team, like every, every major vlogger was like, you know, fuck you to Logan Paul. F you to Logan Paul. Sorry, I don't know if you allow swearing. But basically, so then Logan Paul comes out with two disc videos.
Starting point is 00:06:38 Right. And everyone insults him. The whole internet turns on. him then he calls Stephen says hey sorry I'll make it right I got to fix it whatever and then he puts up a video on another channel and then that's kind of where this picks up um so we can start this now unless you want to say you want to say if you know actually all of that stuff I did videos on on everything you just said so I did do some videos because I did watch the the video or the um yeah it's honestly it's hot right now and it should be way bigger news like I the things that people
Starting point is 00:07:10 are covering, like, they just don't get that they're, it's like boomers, right, that are in charge the media. They don't get that there's like a whole generation of kids, like things that when they were young would have been national news. Like someone scamming a bunch of kids. It would have been national news. But now, like, media is so fractured. YouTube is like this other world. Like people just don't know it really. They still think, even though nobody's watching real, like mainstream media or whatever, like the numbers aren't really there. There's still this bias of older people that like well that's the real news and like oh what are the what are the kids doing on youtube i i don't know it's this is like a like multi-million dollar scam and nobody's covering
Starting point is 00:07:48 it so no we're doing great carmas brother yeah i was just going to say it you know it reminds me of because so like look like the um you know the department of justice and the fbi and you know all the different agencies like you understand that like they're all run by like 60 year old men yeah so they they don't understand like hey fucking 10,000 people just lost hundreds and each one of them lost some of lost hundreds some of them lost thousands and thousands of dollars because of this little scam yeah and they're like oh it's it's a it's a what it's an nfti thing well i don't really know about that not really sure i yeah i'll test i'll ask jimmy to take a look at it and you know so they don't jump on it
Starting point is 00:08:30 because it's not it's not clear cut so you know i personally think that if i i already did a video on this where I think Logan Paul probably didn't talk about it for a year because he probably already, his attorney probably already reached out to the U.S. attorney and talked to him, probably went to the U.S. attorney. He said, listen, this is what's happening. He wants to make it right. He'll help you with an investigation because let's face it. What? Millions of dollars were people were scammed out of. Oh, millions and like, and like, and what's so bullshit about his last apology video, Logan Paul's, is that he basically said in the last last video, he basically said like, I'll put in $1.3 million of my own money to make this right. But the real money that
Starting point is 00:09:12 people have lost is closer to like $8 million. Right. So it's such bullshit. And he doesn't mention that. So his 12 year old fans, they're like, okay, see, Logan Paul, everything's done. He's a great guy. Leave him alone. He's a great guy. Like people, people think like that. Yeah. Because they're obsessed with them, you know? Well, because like you said, it's probably not their money that's lost. But there are some people that definitely lost money. I mean, you saw all the victims. Yeah, he shows a bunch more in this video too. Like one guy is 80,000. I love the, um, you know, I love the woman from Australia that lost $2,000, you know, that she didn't have to lose. I love the guy. I love when Logan Paul turns on the guy and says, oh, well, he's been,
Starting point is 00:09:55 he's allegedly been involved in several, um, in several rug pull pulls. Does that mean you didn't screw him over? Oh, wait, does that mean he deserves to be screwed over? It's so dumb. It was just such a pathetic apology video or explanation. But let's watch this one. I'm sorry. It is so funny, though, how he's just like,
Starting point is 00:10:16 he's like, oh, yeah, that same guy did a scam. The same guy who scammed everyone else and I hired him. Oh, yeah. Like, you hired him, dude. Like, what the fuck are you? Yeah, he's delusional, man.
Starting point is 00:10:31 It's crazy. Yeah, let's watch it. Here. Offside of, Joe. journalist's agenda, more like an internet criminal. Oops, wrong video. That was the first response. This is too much, dude.
Starting point is 00:10:44 I mean, these faces, at least write good jokes. Like, write it. Like, he tried to write it. Like, he's acting like he's doing some John Oliver report. Like, he's like, oh, I have a, I'm calling out a scam. Kavizua. And, like, he's doing this, like, he's one of those news reporters or something. Or like, he's a callout channel.
Starting point is 00:11:02 But even the jokes are sloppy, dude. What? It really shows. It is for 12-year-olds. Honestly, like his fan base is 12, and they're going to see the fat face and be like, yeah, yeah. See his face?
Starting point is 00:11:14 Look at it. Yeah, he's stupid. Yeah, I know. I've, uh, anyway, let's go. Let's, let's. More than internet criminal. Oops, wrong video. That was the first response.
Starting point is 00:11:27 He actually apologized in another response. It took a little mad. A little, a little, a little, annoying, man. I apologize. That is, that is not. wrong. This is wrong. Hold on, wait a second. That's not it either. Turns out it's actually on his
Starting point is 00:11:41 secondary channel. That's why I couldn't find it. It's entitled, Thank you, Coffeezilla. It's the third response from Logan Paul, and it's a pretty big change in Logan's attitude so far. So, let's see what he has to say to us. Coffee Zilla is not a criminal. Oh, that's a
Starting point is 00:11:57 relief. I thought Logan was going to hire me. But in all seriousness, this video does have some major admissions in it I want to go through. For one, Logan apologizes to me. I called him. I apologized. My initial response to his series was that of fire and ego. Not only that, Logan also pledges a $1.3 million refund plan for people who bought his
Starting point is 00:12:19 NFTs. I am personally committing a thousand to this, which is about $1.3 million. In addition to that, he also promises to finish Cryptozoot, which was left abandoned. And then step three. I mean, Cryptoos is both doing right. Obviously, finish and deliver the game. as outlined in the white paper. Now, I'll be honest, this is a big change in tone,
Starting point is 00:12:39 and honestly, a lot of this is good news. It's great that victims are going to get something back. Logan seems to acknowledge his continuous lapse in judgment. He's not suing me, which is also cool. And frankly, this new response is just way better than his last two. I think we can all acknowledge that, while also acknowledging that it's not really a perfect response either. There are still major problems here.
Starting point is 00:13:02 like for example many of the victims just have been ignored in this response a lot of yeah i mean i don't know if we need to watch the whole thing um i guess people can people can check it out but like it's a great video i mean it's it's so it's good jokes like it's it's tight it's it's hilarious um and it does it does call him back out for like like um you know some of the like like the guy is just in his heart unable i don't think he can make it right right like the game itself is scammy um the 1.3 million dollars that he's going to give back it does the actual amount that people lost is actually close to 7.7 million so it's it's so fake man it's like he's a scammer through and through i i guess yeah he's a scumbag i don't know
Starting point is 00:13:50 i don't know i mean it's weird because even on like i said there's other shows talking about and they're like i wonder how he's doing he must be like so sad and worried and whatever and it's like dude sad he's sad because he got caught yeah yeah basically um yeah i don't okay yeah yeah i don't see that at all i don't see him being uh upset or sad i mean he if he was sad or upset like what took him over a year to respond oh well like he definitely only responded because he got caught yeah and then there is that like but you know don't you find that this happens with everyone like like you know i was talking about this on my channel too and it's like it's like sometimes i just feel like i'm looking at someone who is it doesn't even have the awareness
Starting point is 00:14:37 like it's like trump like there's no the logic brain isn't working it's just all instincts so there's no like it's just all like yeah yeah like thinking about the next one step and not having the foresight to be like if i don't fucking fix this he's just gonna like stephen's just going to keep making videos on it you know what i mean like even this video just like that was a great intro it was a very fair intro but then the video is still a debunk video it's basically another 10 minutes of like here's why it's fake it's wrong um you know like in the game itself like to say like oh don't worry i'm going to make the game like don't it's it's inherently scammy you know what i mean like that's why i guess all the people
Starting point is 00:15:18 that wanted to work on it were basically quantum artists i guess too i don't what i don't get is the guy's worth a ton of money at this point yeah So one, why not just pay everybody back? Why not stop with these little scams that you're running on your, you know, on your viewers, you know, or your, you're, whatever you want to call them, fans or whatever. Like, why not stop using your platform to, you know, to run little scams on people that idolize you for some reason? I mean, is it just entitlement that he desert? You think he just feels like he deserves? No, no, it's excitement, dude.
Starting point is 00:15:57 It's fun. It's fun. I mean, dude, this is the same thing I was asking you. I mean, it's like, I remember I was asking you like, okay, so you're on the run from these cops. And it's like, so you don't turn yourself in. It's like, no, I can't turn myself in. I'm on the run. I got to finish the thing. And then it's like, okay, but wait, wait. But you, you ran away with the thing. He's like, no, yeah, because my boss told me to do the mortgages like that. It's like, you're just caught up in a game, I guess. Like for him, I think he's just caught up in it. He's trying to make it disappear. And then, yeah, once you get caught, then it then like it slowly starts to clear up your head but i think with him it's going to take
Starting point is 00:16:31 another round or two you know what i mean because his fans are still arguing with him and you know people can watch that in the video it's a great video like but there's so many examples of fans being like hey man so i watched your apology video but um the even even the money that he's giving out he's giving out 1.3 million but it's not even available to like half the people so there's a there's one guy's already messaging saying like hey man i lost 80 000 but the way that you're giving out the 1.3 million, I can't even access that. So, like, you know what I mean? And then he's just arguing back at them. Like, he doesn't, you know, it kind of reminds me of Trump, too. Like, they're just all instinct, no logic really, and just how do I win in this second? Not, no big
Starting point is 00:17:12 picture at all. It's just how do I win in this second? And then when I'm in the next situation, then I'll just make up a reality in that situation. Like, it doesn't, I guess they just don't think about it. What's the next one? I want to find that clip. What clip? I want to find the clip on flagrant. Flagrant. I can't believe they're talking about it. Like, this is ridiculous, man.
Starting point is 00:17:33 They were just like, I wonder why he, I wonder why he did it. Like, do you guys know what happened there? Like, oh my God, I can't find it. I don't know, I don't know where it is. I thought it was like right at the beginning, but I don't know if I can find it. But they were basically like defending him. I guess they're friends with him. They don't know.
Starting point is 00:17:49 They're just friends with Logan Paul. So they're defending it. I got to find out of lost any money either. Yeah, 100%. saying like they just don't know anything about it most people who don't know about it just kind of like yeah they're they're they kind of have that attitude where they're like okay well i don't know it's uh whatever and that makes it so annoying to call out scams man it's like the worst part of it is when you're trying to call i was just talking to marco actually we're talking about how like he wants to do
Starting point is 00:18:13 mLMs again and and we're we're just talking about how like it's so annoying to call it out and then people that are getting scammed are like why do you have a problem why don't you do what you're doing just leave them alone and it's like idiot you're getting scammed i'm trying to tell you to stop being scammed well i mean you're not at me the you know what's so funny is people i and i've seen people like why don't you mind your own business what are you talking about so someone so somebody somebody in the street or in the house next to me is screaming and hollering and getting raped i'm supposed to do nothing what if that was your sister what if that was your mother what if that was your wife and you were at home you were would you
Starting point is 00:18:48 want me to mind my own business yeah i know man people are then they'd come and they'd knock on you didn't you hear my wife screaming there were a bunch of guys in my house they were raping my way and you'd be like hey bro i just buy my own business i heard her but you know none of my business like come on man like you know people are idiots wow matt cox for the community hey you're like we got to fight for the community it's true you know you got to do you probably just call the cops but you know if you're a human being you got to do you know you should say something yeah i don't know i don't know i'm gonna i'm gonna do a podcast this week on on the drip with uh marco probably this week or next week And I want to talk to him about that because he's getting back into calling out MLMs.
Starting point is 00:19:28 And I think the reason he stopped in the first place, because he's like, he's like, you call them out. And then people are just like, eh, I don't see what the big deal is. You know, you just get a lot of those. You get like, like, well, maybe, maybe, you know, you're spending too much time on this. I don't think it's a big deal. Who's Marco? Marco, you don't know Marco, always Marco? No.
Starting point is 00:19:47 I don't know anybody, bro. I watch YouTube. I watch documentaries. you know are you doing like are you calling out fans and stuff i feel like that was your i mean yeah but if i can't be involved in him it's it's like going to a football game like i mean the 50 yard seats don't don't interest me i came to play you know this is it this is uh always marco great guy primerica like these are some huge videos he did oh three days ago he already dropped one god damn primerica oh shit MLM update this is it he's he's doing MLMs again he stopped
Starting point is 00:20:21 but like some of these like this one got 640,000 hits big video like went in undercover videotape them teaching the class like did a full call out of these basically pyramid schemes yeah and yeah dude it's so it is annoying because most people are like why do you care so what they're doing it they're doing a business it's cool you know i mean well the guy i saw his apology video who cares yeah most people are like that it's really annoying i don't know what to do Well, you must not have invested your life savings in it, then I suppose. Because then they'd be up at arm. Why isn't he in prison?
Starting point is 00:20:57 Yeah, everyone does that, eh? Everyone's like... And nobody gives it crap until it affects them. Well, not nobody, but a lot of people. Yes, I think. I save my meditation that all the, all the ego does all calculations. So it's like, when you're making money, you're like, it's righteous. But then as soon as you lose money, like, I'm being attacked.
Starting point is 00:21:17 I'm a victim. what about um what do you want to do now let's do theranos theranos i like it i like theranos this is up your alley i just did a bunch of elizabeth holmes paintings by the way oh you really you think she's sexy eh you like her well no i i'm yes but um no what i have a patreon and if you join the patreon like i have different tiers if you join the top tier, which is like, it's like $125 a month, then you get a different con man painting every single month.
Starting point is 00:21:56 Oh. I paint these little, their, um, they're modified screen prints where I paint them in and I screen them and then I, I, you know, do different things. So they're all different. You, you paint your heroes. You paint the heroes. Nice. That's nice.
Starting point is 00:22:10 I didn't know we were doing that. The people you look up to you. Now that I know, it's on the table. You got to do it, dude. You got it's like, it's like your most natural hobby. You're like, I just, I don't know what it is, but I love to just look at a con artist and just beautifully represent them. I think they're great, but I, I, listen, I, they're great.
Starting point is 00:22:30 They're great. I, I do the paintings. I send them off. People put them on their wall. People like them. Yeah, dude. He's been known to cure insecurity just with his laugh. His organ donation card lists his charisma. His smile is so contagious.
Starting point is 00:22:45 Vaccines have been created for. he is the most interesting man in the world i don't typically commit crime but when i do it's bank fraud stay greedy my friends support the channel join matthew cox's patreon yo i have a clip from a cult thing that i got to show you it's so funny dude it's this cult that does like energy healing i'll show it to you after the theranos thing but um so yeah so so you think this one's a real sexy, a real beauty probably, too, then. Yeah. Here we go. Yeah. Your dream baby girl.
Starting point is 00:23:24 She's a dream looking. She's not bad looking. She's a dream baby girl, dude. She's a beautiful baby. She actually got all, I think, I think she funded this company. Like the hard times of this company, she got the money to get through it by fucking this old Indian, dude. I swear to, I think that's what's going on behind the scenes. But let's watch this. this is the latest on it Elizabeth Holmes was sentenced today to 11 and a quarter years in prison
Starting point is 00:23:49 Look at her new idiot boyfriend holding her hand This is so pathetic I think that's her husband They have a kid together And they're about And she's pregnant again Look at this guy
Starting point is 00:24:00 There's no like The sinner The sinner never pays You know what I mean The sinner never She's gonna go to prison Maybe not for what she should go to prison For but she is going to go to prison
Starting point is 00:24:11 But what a genius strategy to be like okay lock down this beauty and get pregnant dude twice the first time she got pregnant she thought she was going to be she thought the trial was in like like four months to six months right and then she got pregnant and then they delayed it because of COVID so she had to get pregnant again think about it as two kids hoping for sympathy dude you're a sympathy child she got you know what this girl gets it done though you can't say she doesn't get it done like she did her she did her business she did a hard run to the business and then she's like okay still the family's done dude you know that's her mom yeah that's her mom or his mom his mom doesn't come like imagine your son gets this girl pregnant like what a nightmare dude and he's just such a he's such a good looking guy and so in love with her like look at him rich fucking rich dude rich parents and then he's like in some real estate shit too probably something like that
Starting point is 00:25:17 i think but just the way these idiots they hold he's holding her hand like i'm standing with my wife well i mean yeah he's gonna have her in a cage for like what about she'll do eight years she'll do seven or eight she'll do about eight years so he's going to have her in a cage for eight years he can do pretty much whatever he wants for the next eight years he's got her wrapped up and you can you know that's around on the side what she's going to do she didn't know yeah but he's not dude that's the thing you know what he's going to do he's going to be he's going to visit her every week and be like baby i love you and i'm going to get you out of there baby i love you so much like he's not getting out of it so anyway so let's continue it her punishment for four counts of criminal fraud in january a jury found her guilty of defrauding investors and there knows the blood testing started that she ran. The judge's decision
Starting point is 00:26:16 actually falls very close to what was recommended by a probation officer who worked up a independent report which recommended nine years in prison. Curly hair, baby, curls get girls. The government recommended 15 years in prison. So the judge was kind of between the two of them
Starting point is 00:26:35 and he was nowhere near what Elizabeth Holmes wanted, which was the maximum of 18 months. to the main arguments that we heard from the government. Man, she's such a shame. The maximum of 18 months? You mean the minimum of 18 months? I love how they just asked for like,
Starting point is 00:26:51 she's just like, Elizabeth Holmes was disappointed because she didn't get what she asked for, which was 18 months. Like, why would you get 18 months? I guess they do calculations with their lawyer. They're like, well, she's, you know what they did? I think they tried to pin it on the Indian guy too.
Starting point is 00:27:05 Yeah, she said he was, he had, he was manipulative, he was abusive he was that's so sad dude that poor guy just just to get pussy just yeah I mean he was also
Starting point is 00:27:22 for my understanding I've watched quite a few different documentaries on this he was pretty much a douchebag but you know that doesn't mean you should have to go to jail and I can't imagine that he was abusive she's like she was scared all the time
Starting point is 00:27:37 she was abused she was okay wait a second You got your own bodyguards, okay? You got your own bodyguards. You could lock this dude out of the office. You could call the police. Like, there's like you're, you know. No, we like people need to be afraid of you. She's the psycho, dude.
Starting point is 00:27:55 My family would be crazy. Elizabeth Holmes set about to lie and intentionally defraud people. She did this knowingly. The question the community has is, does this work? If you believe that it does, I'd like to hear you say that. I know it does. They also talked about how she. She had never shown much remorse or taken responsibility for her crime.
Starting point is 00:28:14 And in fact, claim that she herself was the victim. The defense and response really played up Elizabeth's character, her role as a mother. Ah! Oh, God. Why don't you believe in yourself? Like, what? Look at this guy, like, holding her hand, like, I love her, and we're going to fix it. A mother of a toddler and a pregnant woman who will soon have a sex.
Starting point is 00:28:39 and child. The defense submitted to the judge more than 140 letters from supporters of Elizabeth Holmes. Along with those letters, there were a number of pictures. And in particular, Billy Evans, who is Elizabeth Holmes' partner, submitted a four-page photo collage of their family. When Billy Evans submitted these photos, he did redact the face of his young child to protect his privacy. It was really in an effort to show her as someone who you'd want
Starting point is 00:29:12 as your neighbor or best friend or someone in your family. And it was quite a humanizing moment for Elizabeth. The judge did today issue a surrender date of April 27th of next year. So that means that on April 27th, that's her time to head to prison. This idiot is just in a fantasy world. Like what are you thinking? You're putting this like, Your Honor. I know she loves me.
Starting point is 00:29:39 I mean, just look at this. And he's showing her this photo collage. What the what is wrong with people? Crazy. Nice. I guess that's it. Her life was like scamming a bunch of people. And then her life became scamming this guy, basically.
Starting point is 00:29:56 So you do one and then you do the other. You can't stop, though. You just can't, like, once you're in the game, you're in the game. And that's it. I want to see Elizabeth Holmes boyfriend just real quick. It's just, really, this whole story is just, her saying she was oppressed. It's like, no, this is a story of men getting oppressed by her, dude. She's a psycho.
Starting point is 00:30:17 Hold on. Look at this guy. This. Yeah, he looks. He looks like an asshole and he looks like he only has sex with hookers. you know what i mean like if he's not married at this age like this like dude what second thorough nose trial felt like deja vu today with echoes of elizabeth holmes on the stand in that first trial today homes and current defendant there are no's chief operating officer
Starting point is 00:30:52 sunny balwani were again linked by honey baloney our business of tech reporters cop button to fix things up so yeah the guy by the way the guy that she's this holding her hand is her husband yeah yeah whatever husband boyfriend it's like he's just duped man two kids yeah i mean he put together the whole thing no of course of course husband i mean she's not going to settle for boyfriend no no no she's got to go into the court with a strong case so she's going to go husband a strong case and a and a uh a kid and a half two kids yeah kid and a half wow partner and boyfriend sunny balwani today with investors now on the stand testifying that both homes and balwani were actively involved in selling theranos
Starting point is 00:31:36 and the value of its blood testing machines. Ferranos investors were deceived on a vision level, but more importantly, on an operations level. And this is precisely where Sunny Balwani comes in. The Jerry hearing the message that Balwani, chief operations officer, was just as responsible for fraud at the company, once worth $9 billion, as homes.
Starting point is 00:32:02 Holmes on the phone with investors, Balwani in the lab, with machines. What it's going to show is that they were aligned, even though they had different functions within the company. Enough, the prosecution hopes to secure guilty verdicts against Balwani as well. The DeVos family representative testified on the stand. I just want to see if Sonny Balwani is going to go to court because this guy,
Starting point is 00:32:28 he needs to go up. I can tell you exactly what his defense needs to be. His defense needs to be, Your Honor, nobody's fucked me in 10 years. Look at me. Nobody's fucked me in 10 years. What am I going to do? She comes in. She wants to bang.
Starting point is 00:32:44 What am I going to do? That's got to be the angle. That's the only angle he has. She met him in, uh, was she in China or Japan? She was an exchange student in China or Japan. And anyway, she met him there. And then later he came to the United States and helped her run Theranos. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:05 Yeah, I have to run it. Oh, my God. You're like a child. What about SBF? We are all children of the Most High God. We're all children. But this case, see, we think it's about money and this net. It's about love, man.
Starting point is 00:33:24 This guy is, this guy's like, hey, man, if this, that's what he needs to go in and say. He needs to come back with like, I loved her. Your Honor, what could I do? I'm going crazy over here. now she's with this other guy, one and a half kids with this guy. Like, I'm,
Starting point is 00:33:39 I'll kill me. If he was calling her all the time and texting her and he's like still, I still love you. I'll wait for you. We could do our time. Baby, what happened? Maybe you're coming back?
Starting point is 00:33:52 You never, you're coming back for Christmas? Yeah, no, it's over, dude. Then you just send the, you send the Instagram page. You just go,
Starting point is 00:33:58 there it is, buddy. And we're done. Mm-hmm. All right. Come on. What is, I don't know, dude, I'm on your podcast.
Starting point is 00:34:07 What are you doing? You're looking at your phone and you're yawning. He's like, what are we doing? What are we doing here? Hey, I don't know, figure it out. I got a good clip, though. For SBF? No, I have a clip for this cult.
Starting point is 00:34:18 I mean, SBF, what do you want to talk about with SBF? Cult. What cult? I told you before the last clip that I have a cult thing that I wanted to show you. I don't know, what do you want to talk about with SBF? I mean, you know, you want to talk about SBF and his ugly girlfriend? sure what the fuck oh god right i mean it's your it's your show but i'll find a clip bro i'll get it for you don't worry about it sbf girlfriend let's see what we got let's see what we got sbf girl i mean
Starting point is 00:34:45 you know what i want to say she's she's really a very nice person i'm sure she's a nice person but the truth is i've seen her i've seen some of her interviews and she just doesn't seem like that nice of a person no i did caroline ellison you know what she needs to go into court and do the same. Today's question is, sorry. She, she has the same thing as like Blyani or whatever the fuck. What's her name? SBF girlfriend, wait. Oh yeah. She's got, look, you know what bothers me is the fact that all of these people, they're all living in like a house together and sleeping with each other and swapping and whatever. And it's like, my God, like this is an unattractive bunch yeah yeah yeah unfortunately they they took that whole
Starting point is 00:35:42 mental the concept of that the mental picture in my mind is you know that sounds like it would be kind of sexy until you see everybody's picture yeah and then you're like oh wow like you just ruin that whole what's the psychology of why caroline ell sorry um yo you know what you're describing is this is this is the real revenge of the nerds yeah these nerds these nerds got together like and well if nobody will have sex with us we'll have sex with each other and then steal the money then they have to have sex with us dude you know it what does it come down to in this life it's like it's people need to have sex it's too much like people need it too much that's what to come down to i mean this scam dude like think about she was a key player in this scam well okay
Starting point is 00:36:28 with with elizabeth holmes 100 you could say that her entire scam was bankrupt by first this Indian idiot who was obsessed with her in love because she was like 15 year old you understand that he wasn't bankrolling the whole thing he you know he had invested and helped her run the company but she borrowed like fucking 400 million dollars from various different investors so he yeah but no no he he he taught her he basically mentored her since she was 18 years old got her the contacts probably even if he didn't get her the contacts it's like it's like okay this really dangerous illegal stuff i want my honey baby to do it because you're my baby honey honey what's that he groomed her well that's what she's going to say i don't think so i think she's grooming
Starting point is 00:37:19 everyone she dude that that that her husband of hers right now the white guy the curly hair white guy he's groomed i mean that is the definition of grooming someone should say that some judge should be like don't fucking say groomed bitch you groomed both of these idiots and you made him do all the illegal shit in your business and you're making him take fucking instagram photos of you too and bring a four page report about how much you're in love with him i think the judge believed a part of what because they they wanted to give her 15 years and the judge actually gave her below what the u.s government had recommended so the judge bought into something that she had said well four years dropped like
Starting point is 00:38:01 Like, dude, 11 years on a white-collar crime is kind of impressive. I mean, usually the white man gets away. I mean, the white-collar crime gets away. I didn't. Not you. But I mean, the rich crimes. The rich crimes are usually like, okay, we'll send you to this resort. It's like a resort.
Starting point is 00:38:20 You can, like, look at what Epstein got. Epstein got to leave his prison every weekend. It's not a resort. And Epstein was a deal with a local, with a prosecutor that wasn't federal once the feds got involved he he was done oh dude like 10 years later i feel like when you get when you go high end enough on your crimes it's like well you know what happens it's like it's like let's just say like you're a king and your family just like kills a bunch of people whatever and then you lose in some war the new king is always always has this
Starting point is 00:38:56 mentality of like well it's it's it's the prince we can't kill the prince we'll let them live in some mansion somewhere. So it's almost like similar with all these like high, high end crimes where they're like, well, it's Mr. Epstein. So we can't, you know, you got to let him go out for the weekends.
Starting point is 00:39:11 I mean, we're not animals. You know, like, he got to. You can work at his house during the day. He has to come here and sleep, but only for the, but only during the week. Yeah. Because, you know, it's the weekend.
Starting point is 00:39:22 I understand. So, hey, so what, SBF? So let's, let's check this check out. This is a, um, This is his girlfriend, Caroline Ellison. So similar to Elizabeth Holmes, who got the Indian guy to do the dirty work, I feel like this is SBF's Bulwani, where it's like she's doing,
Starting point is 00:39:42 she was in charge of Alameda, and she's doing all the illegal activity, like he's convincing her. So now, until this day, he's like, well, actually Almeida was doing all that. Like every time they tell him like, hey, you're not supposed to do this. And this is like, oh, Almeida was doing that. It's like, yeah, who's Almeida? That's my girlfriend. It's like, it's a business that I got my girlfriend to start.
Starting point is 00:40:02 Fucking ridiculous. Let's watch this. At the peak of Mount Stupid, Caroline Ellison was the ex-girlfriend of Sam Bankman-Fried, was the former CEO of the now bankrupt Alameda Research, which is the trading arm of the also now bankrupt FTA. I don't need to, I feel like I don't need this guy's audio, but honestly, this girl, same thing, you know.
Starting point is 00:40:24 She could get away with it. What Balwani cannot do, because Belwani's a man in, you know, these sex, like, you know, no one's going to take a man's side on anything like this. Like if she goes, if, if what's her name goes into the court and says he abused me, they're going to have to say something. But she can actually get away with this. She can be like, he forced me to do it. And I just loved him so much.
Starting point is 00:40:46 And I just wasn't loving. I wasn't thinking, Your Honor, I'm sorry. And I think they'll be like, okay, Carolyn, okay, just you can go. Like, I think that's the move. And guarantee she's going to pull that. operating, so she's going to get some credit for the cooperation. She's going to end up with four or five years. You think she'll get four or five years?
Starting point is 00:41:06 I'm, that's a sucker, dude. If I was, if I, if I, if I look like that, I'd be like, I've never had a boyfriend. And he said he loved me. Oh my God. And I just had to do it. And that's how you get out. This is a guy who's never had a traffic ticket. Come on.
Starting point is 00:41:27 Yes, no, no, I don't, I don't do crimes, brother. don't do crimes. Yeah, no, it's other than this interview. Well, I mean, it's your channel, dude. I don't know what to tell you. Let's hear her. Let's hear her from Caroline.
Starting point is 00:41:43 You want to hear it? Let's go. I don't think he's letting her speak. Which resulted in hers? Let's go. Let's get another one. Let's do this one. Let's do Tucker Carlson.
Starting point is 00:41:50 Caroline Ellison just came out and admitted that she had no idea what she was doing. Watch this. Do you think that you have been able to pull this thing out? without your mathematics degree or it has been the pillar of your trading activity? Yeah, absolutely could pull it off without my math degree. Use very little math when you start out as like an intern and you, you know, do something and accidentally lose, you know, maybe $1,000 for your desk.
Starting point is 00:42:18 You're like, oh God, like everyone's going to hate me now. Like, this is terrible. And yeah, over time, you have to sort of, yeah, get comfortable. with larger and larger swings of money. Yeah, I'm trying to think of a good example of a trade where I've lost a ton of money.
Starting point is 00:42:43 I probably don't want to go into specifics too much with that. Well, she's, you know what? Actually, after hearing her talk and maybe it was that silly music in the back, she's kind of cute, but I mean, it was like a faraway shot. yeah distance is beauty's best friend trust me yeah yeah no the distance is helping and then her
Starting point is 00:43:04 and then her cutsy little like i don't know you know they just put me in charge of a company and i was in charge of it i don't know have you heard sam thankman freed talk no he well it's all like everything they're all the same and you know it's all like okay when i hear him talk I hear a lot of like, well, there's nothing I could do because they did because they were in charge of that. Like, it's all like pointing other people out. That's what I find with him. But what do you think about his talk?
Starting point is 00:43:36 I, there was one interview he was doing when he was, he talked about how he was sleeping on a bean bag, a bean bag in the office. Did you see that one? No. And, you know, he, I guess the cleaning crew came in and somebody said, oh big man big boss sleeping on a bean bag or something and he like said he goes and i snapped on the person it was like hey you know fuck you i could buy you over a hundred buy you a hundred times over you have any you know how much money i'm work like really one of those eh yeah he does this little
Starting point is 00:44:12 rant he's like i mean he goes you know people are stupid and it was like wow you know bro like like deep it's funny because you can't even come out and say look i fucked up i made a mistake here's what happen, try and come clean and say, look, how can I mitigate my, my, um, you know, my sentence. Instead, you're going to say it's all my girlfriend's fault. And I didn't really know and I don't feel I did anything wrong. And he's also saying right now, he went on and did another podcast, another interview he did a couple days ago where he said that he doesn't believe that the company's insolvent, that he was forced to.
Starting point is 00:44:53 appoint he was forced to step down and appoint the new CEO and that it's not his fault and he did the whole thing all over again his his his lawyer has to be screaming at this dude to just shut up yeah no 100% but it like okay this is this is what it was like interviewing you you know that Like, I was trying to tell you this, even when I was interviewing you on the drip, where I'm like, where I would ask you why you did things. And you're like, well, well, I had to because this happened. Well, I had to. I had to. Like, well, my boss told me. That's why I did it. And I'm like, no, but what? You mean the, the first fraud I ever committed. Yeah. My boss had given me the white out and told me to white out a 30 day late and send it in. And then when I was like, I said, well, that's fraud, right? And she goes, yeah. And I said, man, I could go to, I could get in trouble. I could get in trouble. I. I could get in trouble. I. I go to jail and she just look the most it'll happen is you'll lose your job if they find it but i don't think they're going to find it she says but you don't have to do it you don't want to she says that's fine yeah and but i did it of course i sent it in and it went through i never blamed anybody else for my fucking crimes my crimes my crimes i'm not saying oh my boss told me to do it
Starting point is 00:46:09 everything that was the first loan i did everything i ever did was my fault nobody ever said you got to do this or yeah this is man nobody ever told me i did everything on my own i'm not blame it anybody. This is what I did. Okay, cool. All right. Fair. I mean, yeah, that's... I'll go back and watch that interview again. I got to watch the interview again because I remember there are certain things I was telling. I was like, it was more like in the middle of it though. It was less like, I guess, yeah, the whole thing you do take credit. You're like, it's, but, but tell me this then as someone who's
Starting point is 00:46:37 gone through the whole process. Did you take credit? Like, did you not wind yourself up in a story until you got caught? Because that I feel like is what usually happens. No. I like, bro, I knew the whole time i was i'm not committing like a light fraud i'm i was was blatantly making fake people blatantly making documents blatantly creating completely um falsified loan packages and sending them in and blatantly taking the money it's not like i was changing i was subtly saying oh well you know the guy was out of work for three weeks but if i say he's out of work for three weeks then he won't get the loan. So what I'm going to say is that he was out of work for one week.
Starting point is 00:47:25 And I subtly just altered maybe an application, which is still fraud. Oh, everyone does that. Everyone does that. Definitely is no standard. I'm like, you know what? I don't even like the fact that he was out of work for a week or two. I'm going to go ahead and scrap all of his employment. I'm going to say he works for this company that I incorporated under a fake name with a fake phone number,
Starting point is 00:47:46 a fake website. And I'm going to verify his employment, say he worked there for five. years it makes $150,000 so he more than qualifies. Like straight fraud. Straight up fraud from the beginning. Absolutely. Right. And then while you're doing it, I guess you're just like, who cares?
Starting point is 00:48:01 Yeah, like it's just like whatever. I was good with it. I slept like a baby. Like I'm okay. Right. I'm okay with it. Like I'm not, you know, if you're saying that part, like absolutely, I have no problem with it.
Starting point is 00:48:11 I was perfect. Listen, I miss it. You do have another clip for you. I did want to show you. Like a cult, you're into cult. You're into cult. You're into cult. It's cult stuff.
Starting point is 00:48:17 cult leaders energy healing energy healing this is this is like this is a form of like energy um the balinese martial art that uses psychic energy
Starting point is 00:48:30 this is a it's called yellow bamboo bala yeah yeah a bunch of white guys in Bali can you believe it they just go there take one of the many bizarre
Starting point is 00:48:43 workshops featured in the three miles north of Molcom All right, let's see. What is this? More passion, more power. Look into the hands. Good. Good. Yes.
Starting point is 00:49:01 Good. What is happening? As soon as you see me move, everything you got in there, you push it out. We can do it. This is hilarious, dude. I can't believe I've never seen this. You ready? Yes, come here.
Starting point is 00:49:29 You stand here, and Magnus and Rebecca, you prepare her. What are we watching? This is a cult class, Balinese power. Is this the cult leader, this laying on the ground, obviously? Yeah, the cult leader. Yeah, dude. Why did the cult leader not stop himself? Because I get, he's going to blame her that you didn't have the energy to stop me.
Starting point is 00:50:12 Oh, my God. That's wild, eh? That's, I'm going to be covering that on my, on the drip. Actually, that's going to be our next, my next episode. What's wrong with people? I mean, you know, it's just the excitement, you know, like the cult leaders are the same as, they do blend into each other, the cult leaders. Like, you look at Logan Paul, it's a little culty.
Starting point is 00:50:37 It's like, it's like, it is like a little YouTube, little cult of like all these kids. And then he's like finding these ways to scam them. It's not official, like he has a location. they come to the location they're just like obsessed with him and then he's like okay kiddies uh here's a little game for you go tell your parents to give you the credit card and pay for the game or whatever you know what i'm saying so it's like it's it's different though i mean obviously it's different but they i feel like to be a good scammer like the big level scammers you have to have a lot of cult tactics you have to have a lot of human manipulation control mind control
Starting point is 00:51:08 ideas of controlling people manipulating people like you got to be on top of that shit what about What about Andrew Tate? Like, have you seen, have you, did you watch the Vice, device documentary on him? No, is it long? No, it's not that long. It's like an hour and change. Well, the one I want. I can pull it up if you tell me what, where to click.
Starting point is 00:51:33 Well, I have no idea. I'm just saying in general, it's funny because, so he has what's called Hustler University. Yeah. So. Like a pyramid scheme, I thought it was. I mean, I saw that. Well, I mean, whoever you bring in, you get a portion of whatever. Like, it's not a continuing pyramid.
Starting point is 00:51:51 Like, if I bring in 10 people, then I get a portion of, you know, their sign-up fee. Okay, just a referral program. That's actually, that's actually fair. Right. But he actually started an inner program where you could sign up and go to special events. And it's like $5,000 and he would have whatever, 50 or 100 people show up and they would go to Romania. And it was almost like a fight club scenario in Romania. Wow.
Starting point is 00:52:26 Hundreds of guys are showing up for these different clubs and paying $5,000 to for like a, I don't know if it's a weekend or if it's, you know, a week. But whatever. So let's say for a weekend course or a day long course or however long. Yeah. That's what they're doing. And he had this and it very much. if you watched the video very much felt like a cult like it was very cultish well that is like pick up artist the some of them charge that kind of crazy money for these just like these weekend
Starting point is 00:52:53 talking things but he i don't know he's not what does he teach at the class like what's the five thousand dollar class do you remember because i know his hustle university the classes are like nonsense they're just really shitty classes but that's 50 bucks a pop yeah 50 a uh was it 50 a month but oh 50 month yeah yeah yeah i I don't know what, like, I don't know exactly what he was teaching. Like, they don't get into all what he was teaching, but the fact that these guys paid $5,000 to show up. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:24 In Romania. Hundreds. Yeah, so sad that he went to Romania thinking like, oh, I like to be in a country that the government is corrupt, so I can be corrupt. Yeah, I mean, even if that's how you felt, don't say it. Yeah. Like, what you don't do is say it. Yeah, because then they're like,
Starting point is 00:53:43 Then they're like, fuck you. Oh, we're corrupt. Okay, fuck you. Yeah, we're corrupt. We got you. Yeah, watch how this looks out for you. What do you think with that, like that arrest of his, though? Do you think he's really guilty of anything?
Starting point is 00:53:53 Or do you think? Because a lot of people, I mean, his fans, of course, think that it's like some kind of a left-wing hit piece. Like, it's the left got together and just took a great man down. That's what a lot of people in the community are saying. What do you think? Well, my problem with, first of all, like, I don't agree with everything. that he says, but some of what he's saying, the message isn't that isn't bad, but his delivery is so horrible. He makes you want to disagree with him. Like if you told me,
Starting point is 00:54:28 hey, men and women have traditional roles and a man as a provider and you know, you should take care of your wife and you open their door and you pay for their things like, okay, that's fine. You know, you have certain roles, certain things that you do as a man and she has certain things that she does. Like if you want to, like, you know, the old, if you want a sandwich, then, you know, baby, get me a sandwich. The problem is, his delivery is, that's my woman. I own her. What are you doing? Like, bro, like, does he really think he, she's his property? He owns her. She can't do anything. She can't go anywhere. He's her, like, no. And he explains that where he explains, I don't think she's my property, but I think she's my woman and I have a responsibility. And, you know,
Starting point is 00:55:13 and that sort of that sort of a thing. But his delivery is so bad, you immediately think, oh, you're insane. That ruins the message for me. Even though I agree with a lot of it, I also think you just ruined it for me. But I think overall a lot of his message is the same kind of thing that Ben Shapiro says
Starting point is 00:55:34 or Jordan Peterson, you know. I think those guys like him. They're actually part of why he, succeeds maybe is like they they kind of get you know i hate the term like giving him cover but like yeah like patrick bad david loves him like like stand almost you could say patrick by david is standing by him as like hey man there's so they came after you brother like it's it's almost like that kind of attitude like oh they got your brother sorry but uh we'll listen we'll figure something out get a lawyer a lot of handle yeah exactly yeah but you know but here's the problem is it's like
Starting point is 00:56:10 well because they vouch for him right when you vouch for someone you do start to feel like, well, maybe it's a left-wing conspiracy because they all do that. They all used him as this like, you see, we need masculinity and he's teaching it to the man and whatever. And it's important to this and that. And then, you know, when it all falls in his face, you almost have to come back and be like, yeah, maybe it was too much. But nobody wants to do that. Everyone just wants to do the, yeah, I'm on his side. He's great. And then he goes bad. Yeah, they set him up. They set him up. I just think that he, He gave them so much rope to hang him with.
Starting point is 00:56:46 He talked so bad about just talking about Romania's corrupt. I also think he has a, you know, his whole thing is like, what are you talking about? I love women. I think you have a poor opinion of women. Yeah. I think that, you know, he's probably a rough guy. And I think, look, you know, like your sister doesn't talk to you. Like, where's his mother?
Starting point is 00:57:12 like all the women in his life don't seem to be around like i'm wondering about that but then again you've also got several ex-girlfriends who were saying hey this guy was decent to me you know he wasn't a bad guy like so and there's one or two women that are come out now that work that we're sleeping with him working for him eventually ended up parting ways and now i've come back and said oh he was abusive wait a second you dated him you were sleeping with him you worked for him for six months or a year two years like why did you stay well i was making really good money okay stop like a lot of their credibility is is shot with some of the things that they've said yeah but it's that pimping dude you can't that's why you get it is it is pimps right like if the girl's like 20 and you're
Starting point is 00:58:00 having sex with her and you're like come and be a cam girl like the problem with the business is that it's technically legal like his his business of running like a rework for for only fans models Because it's basically what he did He had like a we work for only fans models But it's more than a we work It was like we have the full staff We do the typing Dude the stuff that he was talking about
Starting point is 00:58:20 The Nelk show He was talking about how like Men would send Would fall in love with the Ukrainian girl The girl would be like Okay I need to get my visa and my papers But I love you baby I love you please So then the guy would send like $5,000 10,000
Starting point is 00:58:33 Then the girl's not even writing any of this This is Andrew Tate just writes She has no clue And then Andrew Tate writes like baby I love you but the visa office is saying that it's going to take another two weeks it's so corrupt here baby I love you so it just it just keeps extending
Starting point is 00:58:50 and then if the guy gets mad then once they got his $10,000 they look for ways to get him mad so they say little comments from the girl they're like I don't know if I'm in the mood today and then the guy's like bitch you're not in the mood I just gave $10,000 for goddamn visa you've got damn like you know what I mean
Starting point is 00:59:05 and then the girl's like okay well I don't feel comfortable now so your money gone and then he would think that six months later you could reactivate those those would be on a list of like losers that like fell off but we can go back and get them it'll come back so you know here's here's what's funny yeah about that whole situation is like then arrest him for that it's not well it's illegal to lie to someone to extract money oh true true that specifically is yeah that's illegal i i mean i was just more saying that like like it's like okay you can make a lot of money you know this is a problem with our culture right now is that people
Starting point is 00:59:45 just think about like well i'm making money so everything's okay if you make money so like you're a pimp you're like ruining these girls lives like you don't hear about them and you're like getting them to do this stuff where i agree but that's not being an asshole isn't illegal it's not so me talking to some girl and saying hey can you drive down from georgia to meet me because i love you and we've been talking for a few weeks and I'm a great guy and look at me with a picture of my cars and you can come stay here and oh my gosh and so this person flies in or drives in and they come and then you say look here's what we're going to do you're going to be my girlfriend and I'm going to put you up here and you're going to do web you're going to be a web cam girl
Starting point is 01:00:29 I mean you're going to be a cam girl and we're going to sleep together and by the way I also sleep with these other two girls too but it's okay it'll work out and then some of the girls go you and they leave. Okay. That's not illegal. Is it, is he an asshole? Absolutely he's an asshole for that. Yeah. I agree. You're an asshole. You're a piece of garbage. But other than that, that's not illegal. Yeah. I don't know if he did anything illegal then. I don't know. I guess it could just be that stuff. Like maybe they took the clip from the Nelk boys because he does, I saw a couple of clips that were like he just ratted himself out. Like he basically talked shit about just in his talk, shit, but everything's exaggerated language, so he's going to rely on that. I know what they're saying.
Starting point is 01:01:11 What they're saying is that he's getting girls to come in. Some are Romanian girls, some are girls from other countries to come in. He's forcing them to be like webcam girls. He said at one of the girls said she was raped, forcibly raped. He's keeping them there and they're and they're working for him and he's taking the money. Like they're saying that it's human trafficking. is not human trafficking because they're saying, look, he had them go from one country to another country or move them so that they could do sexual activity. Okay, yes, but lying to you to get you to come here isn't illegal. Yeah. Okay. Now, once you're here, he explains the situation and then he gets them to work. And if they agree to work, like the idea that, oh, well, they're young, wait a second.
Starting point is 01:02:05 So you're telling me that this girl, she's 22 years. old and she's young she can drink she can drive she can buy real estate she can file her own taxes she can sign a contract a war abortion she can fight in the army she can get a handgun she can buy she can buy cigarettes guess what she's an adult so don't say oh she's young stop stop he's that's bullshit now if he's forcing people to do things well then that's wrong The other thing is, will these girls... It is highly coercive, though. It's very coercive, but sorry, go ahead.
Starting point is 01:02:42 Oh, absolutely. No, he's extremely coercive. And listen, an intimidating. If you're a 120-pound girl... Yeah, like, it's scary, dude. You can't... You're, like, scared of him, kind of. Like, he...
Starting point is 01:02:52 Even as a guy, he just seems like someone who could just pop you and be like, I'm a fighter, dude. What are you going to do? You know, like, if you're there, and even there's, like, clips of them with their cousins and shit like that, like, they just harassed. Like, they force their cousins to go on vacation. with them and then they'll just harass them they'll just send like a waiter and be like go upstairs and tell bobby that uh to get his ass down here and if he doesn't we're gonna just bang his door
Starting point is 01:03:15 or whatever and here's 50 bucks like go harass my cousin tell him he's to come down here and start drinking or whatever you know what i mean like there and i hear you that makes you an asshole yeah and if bobby is hanging out and staying in the house or staying here and working with me like obviously his wife i'm sorry his sister and his mother they don't deal with him yeah they don't have anything to do with them which is that's so that's that's that's what my issue is is like if you're a woman and you see the behavior and you stick around then six months later when he doesn't pay some girl 10,000 dollars that he owes her that doesn't mean that she gets to go to the police station and now say hey this guy raped me six months ago you were hung out for six months like why didn't
Starting point is 01:04:00 you do it then you know was it rape if you hung out for the next six months you came and went as you pleased now you're screaming rape so maybe he did rape her and she stuck around because he was she was making good money yeah there is like a lot of stockholm syndrome too like their emotions are different than us they get fucked it there it's like it's it's traumatic it's like it's traumatic and intense i guess i don't know i mean i know some guys some guys are just like nope too bad it's your fault or whatever but and i hear you but then again Stockholm syndrome never been used in the court of law
Starting point is 01:04:34 in the United States successfully never no no it's like we're mixing moral and like legal arguments now I think on other issues he did cross the line legally listen I think he's a prick yeah but but my problem is is when people say
Starting point is 01:04:48 oh this person's an asshole he should go to jail forever then it's like shut up like you don't know what you're talking about sending someone to prison yeah you can't send that but I think they got shit on him I think he admitted to enough stuff that they have enough stuff that's like legit like that whole thing on the knelt boys if they can just i don't even think they need to corroborate it with text maybe they just yeah they need to go through the tech come through the text messages and be like yeah you lied to this guy yeah the problem is
Starting point is 01:05:15 you know what is romanian law say like are they going like they listen they had enough to arrest them they had enough to hold him so it will be interesting to see what happened but no matter what he's going to say the matrix is closing in on him yeah uh you know, they're after me because I'm telling the truth, because I'm empowering men. And they're going to do that whole thing. I know, you know, thanks, Tate. Yeah. What a, yeah, no, it's, it's actually not empowering men, though.
Starting point is 01:05:46 It's actually very, uh, it's very counterproductive. Like, guys do think like that, though. It's seductive to us to think that like, oh, yeah, I'll, I'll act like that. And then all these doors will open for me. But like, do you want to be a pimp? I mean, he's a pimp. it's not good like it it's like a joke that guys do is like a joke like yeah pimped someone or like it'll be fine like you can joke about it that or like just say like
Starting point is 01:06:11 oh i'm a pimp like i if you get late a lot but then somebody who just blinded i mean honestly like there's some stuff i absolutely agree with like one of the things he says is like look like my girlfriend doesn't pay for dinner you know what i'm saying like he says like i'm not letting my girl pay for a meal. I get that. Like I pay for all our meals. Like I pay for the rent. I pay for electric. I pay for that. She's got a job. But I feel like that's my responsibility. But the other thing is, is that my girlfriend also makes dinner every night. You know? And these are just like natural roles that just kind of evolve. We didn't sit down and have a conversation about it. We didn't say, hey let's write up our rolls it's just naturally there's no rules there's no rules like even
Starting point is 01:06:58 whatever anything we say is natural like there's nothing natural that we do in life today like very few of like like if it's raining outside we're not wet if it's like hot or cold like we just adjust the temperature uh you know if there's no food like you you get whatever food from around the world you want so i don't know if natural like i think i think it's time to evolve i don't i don't want i i mean i don't want to be in that situation where there's i've had that situation where girls are around and they're submissive and they'll just do whatever and I'm just after a while I'm like you're saying you're saying you're using the word submissive I'm saying my girlfriend naturally started because that's what felt right to her she started making dinner even when I said
Starting point is 01:07:39 hey I'll make dinner or hey let's go out or she's like no no I want to make dinner I want to make yeah yeah yeah no a lot of girls are like that I feel like it's the same thing with me saying no no I'll pay even when we go out we go to if we go to out back and we get the we order our meals And she pulls out her credit card. I'm like, come on. What are you doing? Like, I've been paying for our dinner for two years now. You pull, no, no, I got it.
Starting point is 01:08:01 I'm like, come on, stop, stop, stop. You know, to me, that's what, that's part. That's what I'm here. Listen, this was so funny. We went to the grocery store one time. We went grocery shopping. We get up to the self-checkout thing. And she's, I'm pulling out the groceries and she's putting them in the grocery thing and
Starting point is 01:08:21 in the bags and check. ringing him up, boom, boom, boom, boom, and I'm standing there. I'm trying to kind of help, and she just stopped, stop, stop. And I said, well, I want to help. And she looked at me, she is, as soon as I was, we were done, it just as I, I go, well, I want to help. What do you want me to do? And she has nothing. She said, you know what your role is.
Starting point is 01:08:39 And the thing said, boom, $185. And she goes, what the fuck? Oh, yeah, yeah. That's your role. Pull out your fucking credit card. Like, that's why you're here. Hey, bitch. I just laugh.
Starting point is 01:08:54 We both start laughing and I swiped my credit card and I paid for our groceries. Yeah. Because you're like, I want to help. I want to help. No, pay for this. Right. That's what's natural in our relationship. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:09:07 So to me, when he says all that, those types of things, I agree. But the difference is he's also when he's talking about, you know, women being property and a possession and that sort of thing. Like, that's like, okay, I disagree. Yeah. I disagree that. I open my girlfriend's door because. I feel like that's what I'm supposed to do and I want to take care of her
Starting point is 01:09:26 and I want to protect her and I want to make sure that there are certain things that you do because, you know, like taking out the garbage and bringing in the garbage, like, that's what I do.
Starting point is 01:09:34 If something needs to be fixed or made, like, that's what I do. A lot of these guys take chivalry is like, now you are my property. You are my property. Yeah, no, that's... I own you.
Starting point is 01:09:43 It's like, then why are you doing it? It's like this weird, like, like, okay, so then why are you doing it? So then why did you do it? So then you're a hypocrite. Like, some guys are like that. Honestly, that's probably why his sister doesn't talk to him because sister's probably just like you're
Starting point is 01:09:55 fucking obnoxious to be around like can you imagine him at thanksgiving like any little thing comes up and he goes yeah because the women have cucked our society and it's like you got to listen to this for an hour and as the the sister like i can't do that with my sisters they'd be like dude just shut up like uh yeah yeah that wouldn't work out no you can't so that's probably why his sister doesn't i mean and also he's you know looks sounds like a dirtbag sounds like a legit dirtbag like, yeah, all these conservatives just hard defended him. I wonder what they're, I wonder if any of them are coming out with. Yeah, I guess some of them are coming out with like, you know, like he, you know, he crossed
Starting point is 01:10:31 the line or whatever. Patrick Bed David feels like he's just like the Matrix. Sorry, bro, Matrix. Gotcha. Hey, so what, what happens if three months, if he gets out on Bond, yeah, goes to trial, wins, or it's just the whole thing collapses? Like, then I wonder what's going to happen. Honestly, I think that's what's going to happen.
Starting point is 01:10:52 I don't know if there's a strong enough case against him. But they seized his money. So I don't know how he's going to pay any lawyers. They seized a bunch of his money too. So I don't know. Because the case is not, I mean, I think you're right about the thing, the actual crime. It's like, I think everything he did was legal. And like Trump, because look at how Trump, like, all these Democrats are always like,
Starting point is 01:11:14 how does he get away with it? Like, we're going to get him this time. And it's like, no, he's good at crime. He's good at it. You idiots don't know how to do crime. He knows. I don't know about any crime. Right up to the line and he does it.
Starting point is 01:11:26 No, I'm talking about Trump though. I'm saying Trump is like good at it. And they think they, there's like four times now. We're like we're going to get him this time. And it's like, no, he knows how to break. He knows what the law is better than you. And he knows how to go right to the line. So if the FBI is investigating you and they appoint a special counsel and they never indict
Starting point is 01:11:45 you, guess what? You didn't commit a crime. Not because you're good at. it but because you just didn't maybe you came close maybe you skated the law yeah that's what i mean he didn't he doesn't he hasn't broken the law like he's just a scumbag and he knows how to do things that are unethical but he knows the law well enough to be like didn't cross the line so fuck you like he's that's that's kind of with him and i think that could end up happening with with tate where he's just like what law did i break you know like at the end of oh so i was mean to her
Starting point is 01:12:17 I don't know like or or even like the audio that came out like the audio was pretty bad he he basically said something like I think he used the word rape in it oh yeah yeah he definitely So that could be bad. If that girl wants to repress charges, I think that could be a case. Like, there could be some cases like that, but what's that? I said, that's very possible. If that comes out and she corroborates that that was her and that was a conversation, then that's going to be a bad conversation. But here's the other problem with that.
Starting point is 01:12:45 The other problem is you say all these things, you have all this stuff. And then you find out that was a year and a half ago. She worked for me for another nine months. She had her own apartment. she came and went as she pleased we continued to live together we'll continue to sleep together like then it becomes like yeah you got some videotape but honestly and had that or had that audio tape come out and you gone straight to the police station but you stuck around for nine months they don't count that they don't count that as like he was in a don't they do this thing now
Starting point is 01:13:19 where it's like he was in a position of power over you so you felt obligated to go or you had to go or he put you in a situation where you couldn't get out. I don't know what Romania does, but if you don't live on the house and you have a phone. Yeah. And you have communication and you never call the police. Yeah, it might end up being a bunch of cases like that. Because I don't think Romania has the social justice laws that America has really America doesn't even have those laws.
Starting point is 01:13:46 Like America's trying. Like there's a bunch of people in America trying. But I don't think Romania has the social justice level of America to be like, You know, well, yeah, yeah, you're right. I mean, if she kept going back, then I don't know if they'll catch them on it. So who knows? Yeah, who knows what they have on them? I mean, it hasn't come out yet.
Starting point is 01:14:03 I'm sure they're just doing their due diligence. We'll come out soon and we'll know for sure. But let me ask you this before, I got to go soon. But what's that? What kills me is that they, like you said, they started seizing vehicles and bank accounts. It's like, hey, I haven't been convicted of anything yet. Yeah, weird, eh? But then that's the Romania that you wanted.
Starting point is 01:14:23 It's like, I go there because it's a country. that's corrupt so i could take part of the corruption yeah but you could also get screwed by the corruption too yeah it could go bad for yeah that's that's that's so dumb yeah no no they because yeah like it's it is weird that in in america you can't do that so quick i feel like i feel like here things well you at the very least you have a you know they they they kind of have to they can freeze the accounts yeah i don't know about seizing all your stuff they'll seize all your stuff if like if it's straight drug you know proceeds or it's it's a very clear violation but the other problem is is that many legitimate businesses did he have these these multiple girls didn't make all of his money
Starting point is 01:15:01 for him so it's like if i bought these Lamborghinis and this bugatti and i bought my house with my legitimate money from my casino or my restaurant or my other businesses that are legit why are you seizing all my stuff yeah you got three or four cam girls that said i was mean to them and possibly this one girl who says i raped her okay fine fine, but how did that rate? Did I video it? Did I sell it? Did I make a million dollars on the rate? Great, you can seize a million dollars.
Starting point is 01:15:32 But you don't get to seize all my bank accounts and all my vehicles. Yeah, yeah. Romania rules, man. Romagna. That's what he screwed himself. That's right. That could be the name of the book. Should have stayed in England, idiot. Should have stayed in England.
Starting point is 01:15:44 Because England, the cops probably would take six months to go through this. If he was in England, it would be like, oh, I have a court date in March. Like, this is a different. between, like, he's in jail for 30-day. He couldn't even get out on the 30-day bail. If he was in England and he talks so much shit, he's like, I don't want to live in England because England, there's corruption,
Starting point is 01:16:03 but it's so high that I can't participate. I want to be in Romania where I can do corruption. Dude, if you're in England, you would have a trial date in, like, May. Because the court system's so slow here, too. Like, everything's so slow, dude. The courts don't just, they're not just like, okay, come in tomorrow for these kinds of crimes.
Starting point is 01:16:20 A lot of them are like financial stuff. It's like, yeah, we have a court date in six months. and you have to pay some fine or whatever you know you know what's funny is like in canada and a lot of these countries like they'll come and arrest you like they're so civil they'll arrest you let you bond out immediately and then they'll put you on like an ankle monitor and let you basically stay at home for a year or two while you're working out the deal and then they say okay well it's a non-violent like there are some countries they're like oh it's a non-violent you know it's a non-violent So we're going to let you do a third of your time in jail and we're going to let you do the rest of your time at home in your living room on an ankle monitor.
Starting point is 01:17:00 So it's like, okay, so and then they give you good time and all these other things. So you end up, you end up getting a five years and you do eight months and then you go straight home and you're on an ankle monitor and you're like, are you telling me this guy you got five years in the United States, I would have probably got 15 years. I would have done 13 on the 15 in a prison. So because this guy did it in Canada, he's home in eight or nine months. Yeah, that's wild, man. Like, it's insane. And what's so funny is that we have such a high recidivism rate
Starting point is 01:17:35 compared to all these other countries. Like locking up all these people in jail in the United States isn't helping. No, no. No, recidivism is high, like, because it doesn't address the underlying issue. The underlying issue is like, I think income inequality, stuff like that. I don't know how you feel about all that stuff, but I feel like that's the real issue.
Starting point is 01:17:53 What's that? A lot of it's education. Yeah, I mean, I would count that as inequality. I mean, dude, there's people that don't have good schools in America, probably because of Biden. He, like, I think he was part of some program that kept it. He actually did back in the day, he passed a lot of regressive laws like this. But I think he's one of the reasons why they segregated schools. Like, he's for school segregation and stuff like that.
Starting point is 01:18:16 like so that poor people go to school in poor neighborhoods, rich people can go to school in rich neighborhoods. They're not, they don't mix so that a higher tax bracket neighborhood will get an amazing school, amazing education. And then if you're in a poor neighborhood, it's just like an underfunded school. Your teachers can't,
Starting point is 01:18:30 you know what I mean? Do stuff. So yeah, I don't know. I mean, that's, that's a big issue with America. And then the jail itself is so abusive that it traumatizes you
Starting point is 01:18:38 into just keeping on being a criminal. That's another, they call that like us the revolving door of the prison itself. So once you get into the prison, like just to survive, you have to be a criminal. like you have to go like you like some of them are like you're you're 20 you go in for trafficking and then it's like oh now I got to beat the shit out of five guys or I'm going to get killed so it's like now you're more of a criminal and I'm in a gang now so to survive so when I get out they're going to just have work for me to do like it's yeah no that's that's too bad there's no there's no it's not it's not justice it's like trying to punish people and I think that's the problem in Europe they have these systems that are just like loving kindness they're like you did a bad thing, but you'll be educated. It's not like I'm mad at you. It's like we're not, I can't let
Starting point is 01:19:23 you keep doing that. That's it. Watch your Netflix. You know what I mean? Just go watch your Netflix, get a degree, do whatever you got to do, but I can't let you outside. That's what that's what it should be. It shouldn't be like, well, most European countries, not all of Europe, but a lot of European countries, you know, like Sweden, Denmark, Norway. They feel like to Belgium, a lot of those countries, they basically feel like, hey, if you're committing crime, it's because we as a society have failed you. Correct. So we're going to, we're going to arrest you. We're going to arrest you. We're going to give you a sentence. And we're going to educate you and help educate you and put you in a decent environment, a safe environment, so that you can kind of be reeducated
Starting point is 01:20:06 so you can get out and be a productive member of society. That's, more or less how they feel, which I think is a great philosophy. I don't know if it would work in the United States, but they should do something. But you and I aren't going to figure it out. Well, I mean, but that's why we have the discussions. It actually helps. It goes on to the ether and it raises the vibration. So don't even worry about that.
Starting point is 01:20:26 But, you, I got to run, man. Great chatting, dude. All right. I appreciate it. Yeah. People can check me out on the drip podcast. We're just crossing 40K subs. So, yeah, I really appreciate this, man.

So I appreciate you watching. putting up with this and suffering through it. So yeah, I feel, I don't feel I can ask for you to subscribe or hit the bell. But listen, at least don't not subscribe. I'll try and respond if you want to insult me or something keep in mind if you use any curse words sometimes for some reason people will some people will say cuss words and it will leave them
Starting point is 01:21:45 and sometimes people put cuss words and the algorithm for some reason will be like will tell me that the comments unavailable so if you want to cuss me out just throw in like a little some little other thing in there you know like a bleep or something with a so all right i appreciate it also i have patreon you can thank me, although I can't imagine you would thank me for this video. But if you wanted to, you could. I don't know. If you did thank me, I'd probably have better content in the future. That's a thought. So I appreciate it. And yeah, also, I got a bunch of books. I don't know what I'm saying. I'll see you. See you.
