So it says these groups, no single one of these groups were supposed to know the whole story. Each group was to know only parts that the MJ12 allowed them to know. MJ12 also operates through the various civilian intelligence and investigative groups. The CIA and the FBI are manipulated by MJ12 to carry out their purposes. The NSA was created in the first place to protect the secret of the recovered flying discs and eventually got complete control over all communication intelligence. This control allows the NSA to monitor any individual through mail telephone, Telex's telegrams, and now through online computers monitoring private personal communication

as they desire. Now, that's what they have there. Now, I don't know if you're aware of it, but NSA was created two weeks after Roswell. For the purpose, of not telling the public about anything regarding Roswell or anything in the future. Yeah, it was... Okay, I did not know that. There's a project called Plato. Plato is a project responsible for diplomatic relations with aliens. This project secured a formal treaty, illegal under the U.S. Constitution, with the aliens.

The terms were that the aliens would give us... us our government technology and would not interfere in our history. In return, our government agreed to keep their presence on Earth a secret, not to interfere in any way with their actions and to allow them to abduct humans and animals. The aliens agreed to furnish MJ12 with a list of abductees in a periodic basis for governmental control of their experiments with the abductees. and from what I understand it all got out of control they never did that

and they've been abducting people like crazy and the matter of fact it's so bad that they're aware I'm sure there are millions of people that disappear you know over a year around the world and from what I understand also

they're taken to other planets as slaves which is a horrific you know just even the thought of that is horrific. There's no running away at that point. Yeah. Where's where you're going to go?

So it was the MJ 12, a commission of 12 people to interact and decide the decisions between human and alien interaction left to these 12 people. The pact, the Eisenhower Treaty, allows for human mind experiments, alien, uh you know genetic testing and cold storage of human beings humanoids breeding humans and aliens together that they're doing what's called a hybrid program were you aware of that or no i mean i've heard that from other podcasts and you mentioned it before that was now if i had told you that in prison you would have said you in john bosni i would have said Yeah, that didn't do all that great.

Blue Book Report number 13 also mentioned that the documents stated that many military government personnel and civilians have been terminated, murdered without due process of law when they had attempted to reveal the secret. That's why folks like yourself don't believe in it because they suppress it for so many years. Plan B, should the information become public or should the aliens take over? This plan called for a public announcement. that a terrorist group had entered the U.S. with an atomic bomb. It will be announced that the terrorists planned to detonate the weapon in a major city. Marshal law would be declared, and all persons within plants would be activated by the aliens.

That person, in this specific case, would be rounded up by Magic, M-A-J-I-C, along with all dissidents, and would be placed into concentration camps. The press, the radio, and TV would be nationalizing control, anyone attempting to really, as this would be arrested or killed. According to Phil Schneider, he said that the alien agenda is the same thing as the New World Order.

It's called the Yellow Book and it allows you to see any part of history at any time. Alien bases exist in the four-corner areas of Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. Six bases were described in 1972, all on Indian reservations, and all in the four-corner area. The base near Dulce was one of them, also bases in California, Nevada, Texas, Florida, Maine, Georgia, and Alaska.

Enki decided to take the bipedal humanoids that were here. and combine them with the genes of the Ananaki. And that's how they created humans on the planet. Okay. But at first, it wasn't working. You know, some, you know, became retarded, and then they weren't functional.

Their arms were too long. They weren't, they couldn't reproduce, things like that. So they had to experiment several times before they got it right. You got to break a few eggs. And according to Divine Encounters, which is my book here, all of this that I'm telling you is in 12 Planet by Zachari Asitian. And this one also is by Zachary Sitchin. He says that Adam was really one of what they called the black-headed people, which was in Africa. So if you read the book of Adam, he did not like the Garden of Eden. It was basically a concentration camp, and he was trying to commit suicide. He didn't like it there at all.

But anyway, the dums were created in this country because they know that Nibroo's back on its way. And the destruction that will occur because of the gravitational forces that it brings with it are going to be really bad. That's why they're creating all these underground bases so they can put all the elites down there. All the people that know somebody who knows somebody who knows somebody can be down there and the rest of us are, you know, could be screwed.

But when Niburu comes, they know it's coming because it comes every 3,600 years. It does an elliptical orbit around the sun and it goes back into the atmosphere. But when it comes, that's one of the reasons that Noah's Ark and the whole flood thing occurred because of the gravitational forces and everything that occurred. So when that happens, it's going to be a mess. It's going to be a wreck.

this is florida so we don't go for that here so what happened did um desantis had some i ns guys chase them down or some ice guys or what? No, they just apparently, I don't know, the police were everywhere if you saw the pictures. And everything was quieted and hushed after that.

We don't know what happened. We don't know where they went, how they got out, then they go to another portal. Everything was hushed up. So nobody knows anything about anything. And they're trying to keep it that way. but you heard about it i mean i heard about i saw some some uh video that was taken from a distance

they were talking about him walking like they were down walking down the street and they showed yeah video but it was also 150 200 feet away at least so can't see much correct um okay what else is going on nothing well there was that other one in Vegas and there's that other one in the 90s in virginia brazil if you're not heard of you're not heard about that that was real interesting yeah you told me about that the girl saw the things they thought it was they thought they were like um devils or something and then the cops show up and they grab them and bring them to uh yeah well the cops actually the cops found another one it was a secondary alien from the spaceship that was walking around town and they grabbed them and they took him

through a hospital and um doctor didn't want anything to do with it you didn't know what it was it didn't want anything to do with it and they took him somewhere else or something happened but the guy who actually grabbed the alien died within 30 days so the alien had something on him that made him very very sick so they got a documentary on it if you're interested in watching it it's very interesting um what i was going to say i watched a joe rogan where he was talking about like in Africa, there was a school where an aircraft hovered over it or landed in like a soccer field or something. And all the kids drew pictures of the aliens when they were being investigated.

They drew pictures of it. They were all identical. What happened with what's that? Yeah, there were about 30 children or so that they interviewed. John Mack was one of them. John Mack was a Harvard psychologist who wrote a book called Abduction. and he interviewed all the kids and he's you know he basically came away with the fact they're they're not full of shit they know they you know they saw what they saw and um even to this day

they're grown-ups now all the kids have grown up now and um they all say the same thing that stories have not changed from that day and basically what happened was a UFO landed just on the other side of their school area.
