Yvonne threw scalding tea on him while he was napping naked.
She gave me my best parts of my life and my worst parts of my life at the same time.
He suffered second and third degree burns.
And it appeared she had intentionally targeted his genitals.
I knew I fucked up.
I knew this wasn't going to get fixed.
I had to go to a hospital and I had to go now.
I get in my truck.
She has the fucking keys.
I can't leave.
I'm in the street.
Naked.
Help.
Help.
Help.
How did you end up dating Yvonne?
well or something else coming
oh yeah it was something in between okay yeah
okay so I know I've known
I known and
funny thing is is my pet name
for her was poison because
she used to go her name was Yvonne but she
used to like to be called Ivy
so I used to call her poison so everybody
thought her real name we'd be in the gym lift
the weights I'd be like get it poison
and they go is that her real name
you know but no I knew her
her brother was a friend of mine
that I ran
with, you know, I knew him from high school and from the street and all that.
Me and him hung out.
And he had three sisters.
So, um, me, I would hang out and go to the house.
He had one of his sisters, which was not Yvonne, um, started hitting on me.
And I says, no, sorry, can't do it.
She's why.
She's just because you're, because my, uh, your brother's my boy.
I can't, can't do it.
So one day he comes to me and goes, I need to see you outside, man.
I said, what's up?
he says it's okay and i go what he goes you can uh he says uh my sister wants you dude and
it's all right so i called him from that day was mr green light because as soon as he said it was
okay i i went there and we went there so now this is the crazy part all right so
evan's sister is one of my kids mothers is one of my kids right is one of my kids mother okay right
so yeah so yes i was with two sisters a very south florida thing yeah it was two sisters right two
sisters and but it was many years apart right and yvonne was married to a friend of mine at
that point when i had the baby with her so i had three of my kids with with one with my first
girl and then i had uh my last one with um with evan's sister okay
how long that relationship worked um that was on and off for like five years it was like a really weird
thing uh we you know she would tell me she loved me and then it was it was really odd i said so what are we
this is crazy and i says so what are we milly her name was milly and she says to me she goes well you're
not my boyfriend you're not my husband i go so what am i she goes you're my lover that's what you are
and i go okay but here we had a kid together like i said i was successful i had a job i already had
my own house. I worked for publics. I was good. I went by her house. We didn't live together.
She still lived at her place. I'd go by there and see her and the kid every day. And it was
all good until one day I went there. She walked at a fence. She says, listen. I said, what? She
just don't come around here no more. And then she just turned her back on me and walked away.
I mean, just that quick. Never an argument. Nothing. Just turned it back and left. And then I was like,
what? So I went home. I told my mother. My mother was a very strong woman. My mother's
tells me she was she told you not to go around there no more i go yeah she goes give that bitch what
she said don't go around there no more right i says okay so she didn't press me for child support
she could have she didn't um and um i i didn't run her down i just let it be and guess what for like
20 years matt i did not go there right i waited until the kid was 21 years old um she had told him
that somebody else was his dad she gave he had somebody else his name she never knew it so then
when he became like 21 years old i found him on facebook and i contact him and i go yay man what's up
his name is josh i say hey man what's up he goes yeah go call me he goes you know who i am he goes
yeah he goes i heard your name before weren't you my mommy's boyfriend i said i think it's a little
uh think it's a little bit more than that and he was like really so i told him he goes you got to be
shit in me he was a grown man he was able to accept it at that point so within a day or so
apparently he must have went ahead and said something to his mom because after that um she sent me
the nastiest email in the world you son of a bitch blah blah bum because basically what happened
was is um she got exposed i was going to say you're you're a liar and now you've been exposed
like how can you be upset about that you have to know that was a possibility that's the way of the
world today, my friend, this is how everybody likes to do things. You know, nobody wants to be exposed.
Nobody wants to be accountable. Right. So no, there's no accountability. Everybody wants nothing,
nothing. So I says to her, I said, okay. So I said, whatever, I just blew it off. I said,
listen, the kid's 21 years old. He's a man. Let him make his own decisions. So me and him
hung out for a little bit. Um, this and that on and off. We didn't have a great relationship.
I said, listen, you don't have to call me dad because I wasn't your dad. I said, you can call me Andy.
you know that's my name um this and that so and then we left it at that and we were good we talked
back and forth for a while and um and at that point i was married i had a wife that i was married to
for 23 years um she is a um she is a deputy sheriff in palm beach county okay um i was married to her
Italian lady
long time. We were successful.
We had properties together. We both
had good careers. So she
and at
that point I wasn't living the gym life.
I wasn't into any of that.
And what happened was I woke
up one day Matt and I got tired. My whole
body hurt. My elbows hurt.
I was getting cortisone put in my elbows
and my shoulders. That was hurt.
And I didn't work for anybody at that point.
I was working. How old were you?
Um, at that point, I was like, like in my 40s.
And then, um, so I went seeing my regular primary doctor, primary doctor's like,
oh, yeah, here, take these and he's giving me Vicodin.
I couldn't sleep unless I took Vicodin.
Right.
So I was like, what?
And that's not me.
I don't do any recreational drugs.
So I said, okay, I don't even drink.
So what, what year was this back in early 2000?
This was like 2000.
um say maybe like 2010 okay right i was going to say but i was going to say yeah because
that's basically when there's the pill mills were going nuts like yeah yeah yeah yeah oh no yeah
yeah but i never seen that my primary was just giving me a prescription for for viking and and i would
take one i'd sit on the couch and this is when mtv still had on um jackass and i would sit there
and watch jackass till i passed out but then i could sleep all night my body didn't hurt i could
roll over. I was all good. I didn't lock. I said I would refer to myself that I would like lock up like
the tin man. And so then after that I went, I went to a doctor and I was talking to a guy one time
and I had never stepped foot in the gym. And the guy says to me one day, he goes, have you had your
hormones checked? And I go, what? I go, no, man, everything's good. I took an insult. I thought I was,
you know, talking about my junk. And I was like, no, no, no, we're good, man. But then I went. He goes,
here, go to this clinic.
I went to this clinic down in Boynton.
The guy checked my blood, pulled it back, Kelsbergis, come on in the office and
had like a, you know, like a doc that would come in there, check my blood.
It was, man, you got low testosterone.
Yeah.
Really?
I was going to say, yeah, I was going to say, you know, you're in your 40s.
I mean, you know, it drops down to.
Yeah.
For some people, it drops down to fucking virtually.
I had nothing on that.
I'll never forget.
It was 238.
That's low.
That's below like the, isn't it?
Yeah.
40, 350 is the low end?
I don't know.
but it was 238.
And I go, really?
So I thought it was hocus pocus.
And there was no insurance coverage on it.
He goes, look, you got to come out of pocket and pay for this.
And I go, okay, how much was it?
And I think it was, I think it would end up being like $100 a week or something, you know,
because the way it worked out was like $400 bucks a month.
So I said, okay.
So next thing I know, I get the, everything worked out.
The next thing I know, he sends me.
in the mail
from central drugs
where they film pumping iron
which was right across the street
from where they filmed pumping iron
in Venice Beach California
so I get
I get a bottle
I get a bottle of testosterone
and I get a bottle of
Decker Derebolin
okay and I got this
got a script from the doctor
I'm scared to death
because here I got to give this shot to myself
and here I wasn't going to ask my kids
to help me or ask my wife to help me.
I'm in there. Oh, man, you've been nerved up.
I finally, I finally did it.
And I took two shots a week.
And it was on.
It was two, four. I took a total of six shots.
So I took three weeks worth.
So I call back the doc and I go, when am I going to start to feel better?
He goes, how many did you take?
He goes, oh, it's coming.
A week later, dude, I had no joint pain, no nothing.
I had energy.
I was walking around
my body started changing
and I didn't go
and I didn't go on this
to go to the gym
right so then my kids had
gym memberships
so my son Matt
and Andy
they had we
they were going to the gym
at LA Fitness I said I'll go with you
so I went over and I didn't tell them I was taking
nothing I didn't know
I only took it just because I wanted to feel
better I didn't want to take it to end up
on stage or end up getting contracts or nothing.
So I went in there, so I went to the gym, but it was real good.
It was okay.
So then I liked it.
I kept going and going and going and going.
I went back to the doctor.
I said, yeah, I liked the meds, blah, blah, blah, blah.
I didn't have a issue paying it because it was worth every dime and more because I felt better.
So then I said, oh, okay, cool.
So I started taking.
He goes, you know, the guy goes, you know, we can tweak this a little bit if we need to.
So once the more I got deeper into the darker side of the,
of this so then i was okay so we took it the more i took the better i felt yeah yeah so
you sleep better oh god everything was better your recovery time working out oh my god dude like you
start seeing gains yes i was yeah oh my god and uh yeah i was like yeah but then it
i didn't tell my wife anything remember and i had and i was still sleeping with my wife
so my wife is starting to see me uh i was more aggressive to
towards her because I, you know, I wanted her ass more and so forth.
And she, she was your libido, right. Yeah, she was, she was not receptive to that at all.
All right. All right. So, uh, became an issue. And then I went and I went and got a trainer.
Um, Anthony Rackenelli, the best guy in the world. The only trainer I've ever used. Um, he, um,
I went and got him. I went with him five days a week.
I woke up every morning at 4.30 in the morning,
went and worked out him for an hour and a half every day.
I was back in my house, took a shower and back in my bed by 7.15 every morning.
And, dude, so I was eating.
I was able to do the diet.
I was able to do, I didn't have an issue taking the meds.
I didn't have an issue doing the work.
And he was like, okay.
So I did that for two years with him.
my wife couldn't stand it because here I was paying the guy like a thousand bucks a month
and now my body's changing and people are saying stuff they're oh my god you know look at
your husband yeah and so then it put me back in on the market that you know I had you know
and she's concerned yes she's getting concerned he's getting looks people are talking about
right he's he's attractive he's going to right he's going to out you know
know, whatever, you know, out-excell me as far as marketability.
We're no longer in the same category.
Yeah, exactly.
And, you know, and she didn't want to get with the program.
And I was like, listen, so she went as even so far as before she went to the sheriff's office,
she had went to, went and got a job at L.A. Fitness as the-to-keep an eye on you?
Yes, man.
Dude, it was the weirdest thing, man.
dude even before she got the job there I would come on the floor and I would go there
say me you and Kobe were there we'd be on the floor she'd want to come right on the
floor in front of everybody and want to give me a kiss and I'm like listen we're working
do your thing you man go ahead do what you go do what you're doing we're over here
and what we're doing you're not doing so right so and I knew what she was doing and I
didn't like it it kind of twisted my horns a little bit
And then I would see her go and posture herself and position herself to keep an eye on me in the gym.
Number one, if I was going to do anything, it wasn't going to be in front of her.
But, you know, she couldn't get that.
Yeah, I've actually had that discussion with a chick one time that was getting insane.
And I actually said, let me explain something.
If I'm going to do something, I will do it.
I will have an alibi.
I will document where I, where you, I'm supposed.
supposed to be, I will completely cover myself, and you will never be able to figure it out.
So stop worrying about it.
Right.
Like, you know what I'm saying?
She was obsessed on it.
Right.
And by doing that, they don't realize that you start being blamed for it.
You start feeling like- Might as well do it.
Fuck, I'm already here.
Might as well.
I'm having these arguments, you know, multiple times a week over nothing.
Oh, no.
She went even so far as to take me to my primary doctor, which was not the hormone doctor,
where I was receiving my meds from I call it meds
I wasn't receiving my meds from my primary
because my primary oh well you're you're within limits
yeah you're where you're supposed to be yeah
and it sucks living at 238 testosterone level
so she has so she brings me back right
she brings me back and we go and we have
a guy has closed the store and she sits down
with me and she goes so when can he stop taking this stuff
and the guy goes well if he takes it
you know he can stop taking it but he's going to go back to an old man and I looked right
out of my wife and I said listen I love you but I'm not going to stop taking this because
I'm not going to regress back into an old man that can't walk again it's not happening sorry
so you know and then as my libido got higher and trust me my wife was sexy now and we she had
no kids I mean everything was where it was supposed to be she had it going on and we had a lot
and, you know, I had a lot of investments.
You know, I had, you know, a couple homes, property, cars, this, that, and all this, so.
And I told her, I says, you know, can you get with the program?
And she says, no.
And I go, listen, you have seniority, honey.
I love you.
And I look at her straight and I said, listen, you have seniority.
I says, if you can't get with the program, I'll find somebody that will.
and I didn't want to get like street with her like that you know that's like you know what they say what you won't do 10 other bitches will you know what I mean there's 10 other bitches that'll do what you know you're backed into a corner right yeah but then dude so I'm like yo you know I wasn't happy like that but I loved my wife I tried to work it out no you know this and that so then I says okay so um I didn't go out there and just you know blatantly in front of her you know
start smashing other stuff so um my kid's mother my daughter told my kids uh told their mother
oh you should see dad man dad's looking great and he goes and she goes yeah is he she goes yeah
and uh so next thing i know she calls me up she's married she goes oh i haven't seen you in a long
time let's say so okay so the right so that that relationship was over you moved out you got a
No.
Did you move out?
No.
No, I stayed there.
No, I stayed.
But she's saying.
No, she said she didn't want to get with the program, but we didn't talk about divorce at that moment.
Okay, but your son said you should see dad.
She sees you every day.
No.
No.
No, no, no, no, no.
Okay.
My kid's mother, Matt.
Okay.
Right.
That I hadn't been within a million years.
Oh, okay.
Not Yvonne's sister.
but my three kids mom had three with one and then the one son with you by right no i missed a step
right i got you yeah yeah i got you it is it is it's crazy but anyway yeah so she said something to me
i met up with her she oh yeah you know oh man she said why don't you let me test drive that
i'm like you test driven it before you got three kids out of me so so let her test drive it
But not before I went effortlessly to try to get my wife to, you know, to work with me.
Right.
And she wouldn't.
So, so, so me and her were hooking up here and there, you know, a couple times a week.
And then she would go home to her husband.
I go home to my wife.
I wasn't, you know, I wasn't happy there because here my wife basically told me, no, you know, basically without saying it, go fuck yourself.
No, I'm not.
Right.
So, and, um, I got a question, what is, what do you mean to get with the program?
Like, she needs to get in shape or let you sleep around?
What is, what is?
No.
Or she needs to start sleeping with him on a more regular basis.
Right.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
20 years and just, you know, the interest wanes and she's not, you know, she's not the same,
it's not living the same caliber of life.
She's not.
Right.
Yeah.
No, no, no, no.
She had it going on.
She had a banging body.
I mean, she was on point.
as far as that.
But she's just that
want to have sex
three times a week,
four times a week.
She wants to have sex what?
Fuck,
I wanted sex three times a day.
Fuck,
fucking four times a week.
That's insane.
No,
it's not.
Wait till you get,
wait to,
well,
no,
it's not.
Well,
anyway,
no,
it's kind of on your wife's side now.
Yeah,
you know,
you know,
you know,
it's crazy.
You know,
what's crazy is,
is that,
um,
you know,
that saying,
and you hear chicks
will always,
uh,
knock on dudes.
oh he had the right equipment but he couldn't use it right that was basically what my wife had my wife
my wife had a banging ass body uh bang you know but she just didn't have the drive to go with
the equipment she was rocking you follow me you know here she had a here she was a mcclaren you know
her body was a mcclaren but you know she was a pinto right you know driving a pinto no bro
you know it just didn't work that way and me i i don't this is not an act how i'm talking
You know, I talked this way to everybody.
Right.
And I look at everybody in the eye and I basically told her, you know.
You know, and it is what it was.
So I end up getting with my kids' mom.
And my three kids' mom.
And then me and her hung out for a little bit.
She would go home.
Then it got complicated.
Her husband got involved and this and that.
The next thing I know, banging on the door.
Okay.
I'm in my house
and next thing I know
there's a deputy outside
he's listen I got to
he's Andrew
I got to serve you with papers
he goes I need all your guns
all your ammo
I got to give you this
restraining order
and I go
who's putting a restraining order
here
here her husband
my kids mom
that she was fucking on her husband
right
she's cheating on her husband
I'm cheating on my wife
and she basically
told him he went somehow and manipulated paperwork
and he put on there that he was scared of me.
I had to stand up, so I had to go to Brower County.
They lived in Broward.
I lived in Palm Beach.
I had to go to Broward County,
go and stand in front of a judge
and go in there and go,
I haven't seen this guy in 10 years.
And they asked the guy, Mr. Martinez,
is that true?
goes yeah they grant no violence i've never put my hands on him he's never put his hands on
nothing no threats no okay so i had to stand up in court i had a lawyer and a lawyer stayed quiet
just like you say some shitty lawyers yeah they just sit there and collect their check a stand up and
i go hello excuse me i said judge just for the record i want to let you know i was having sex with
this man's uh wife not him i didn't want to think that there was some shit going on between me and
dude. Because that's the way it sounded. You know, I was like, what? There's two dudes in there.
He's saying he's scared of me. I'm going, for what? And then he said, well, I ain't seen him in 10
years. It didn't make any sense. So it was something didn't swing right there because the guy
end up getting a full-blown for life restraining order against me. And I never touched
a guy. I banged the dude's wife. That was it. Okay. And they took
your guns? Oh, no. I didn't give it to
them, no. I told them I didn't
have any. Okay. You know what I mean? But no,
but they had an order on the paperwork, Matthew.
It said that I needed to give my guns and all
ammo. Took my CCW and everything
from me. So you can't have a
concealed weapons permit now? No.
And all I did was bang this guy's wife. I didn't bang him.
And I never banged him up with my hands.
Right. So no.
That doesn't make sense at all.
I know. You better look into that. I know.
well this this was 2015 okay well you said for life yeah they took it away for life yeah they took it away
your concealed weapons yeah for a life well yeah yeah they said that they they gave him a lifetime
lifetime restraining order against right yeah and i go what yeah i mean it didn't make any sense
whatsoever and that's one when i stood up i go excuse me you know it didn't make any sense so i don't
know if the guy had some juice in the court system so if you wanted to
go buy a gun right now could you i believe so yeah okay well i don't need any i have you know but
like i said you know i don't know but they did take my i gave my ccw that day here you go take
and he didn't walk away with no ammo or no guns okay well which was insane but anyway after that
i have not seen that woman since uh 2015 so after that i was like all right whatever um i just went on
with my life.
I was still back in the gym,
lifting weights,
hanging out,
doing my thing.
I was working.
Yeah,
I was working at the post office
that time.
And then I,
Facebook,
the chick,
Yvonne,
poison,
she always would post
pictures of her on there
on the thing.
And I always comment.
She almost had like a fan club.
But she was a runner.
She was not a weight lifter.
Okay.
she was a runner and she just she went ahead and had these implants put in and then the first thing
she does is put up a profile picture her standing to the side like this with these giant hooters right
so so i said oh somebody's done some work right so i commented this and that blah blah blah so i went
back and forth with her we talked every once in a while on the phone because i considered her
my sister-in-law because she was basically my son's aunt yeah
So I was like, all right.
So me and her went back and forth one time.
So one time she calls me up, she was, that's when all the chicks were doing that HCG diet.
Were you out there?
I was locked up.
Yeah, they were doing this HCG diet.
It's like a pregnancy hormone.
Yeah, like guys will do it now to clean up off.
They're doing a cycle.
If they're doing anabolic cycle, they'll use HCG in it.
You know, if you're a younger cat, it supposedly puts your levels back.
And if you want to have a baby, it supposedly makes your sperm count high, this and that.
But whatever.
So she calls me up.
She was, do you know anywhere I can get like HCG?
And I go, yeah, I got some.
I didn't use it.
And I go, yeah, I got it.
I said, listen, I'm not.
She goes, all right.
Well, you says, you're way up there.
I go, yeah.
As I'll tell you what, I haven't seen you a million years.
I said, I'll bring it down.
I'll bring it down to you.
I says, but I said, I'm not going to charge you for it.
I says, can you make me something to eat?
And she goes, yeah.
She didn't have no husband.
She lived in a house with her daughter, which was like, I think 19 years old, 19, 20 years old, something like that.
Her name was Alexa.
And I says, okay, I go down.
I bring her down the stuff.
I'm walking her house.
She's there with a wife beat her on in panties.
So, I mean, so she knows I'm not, she's not scared of me, but here she's in panties and a wife
be her, no bra, kitty's poking, I'm like, all right, whatever, but I didn't, I didn't look at her
like that, right?
I didn't look at her like that.
So next thing I know, so she makes me dinner, I eat, and I show her how to, to mix the HCG
and this, and I said, okay, no problem.
So, I don't know, it was, um,
it was that same day, right?
I'm down there bringing this girl, this HCG, completely harmless.
All of a sudden, boom, boom, boom, I thought I'm getting rated by the SWAT team.
Here, it was my wife.
My wife didn't follow me there.
My wife had bought a GPS, planted it on my truck.
okay I had no idea I had no idea I didn't know that my wife was so obsessed with me
on this level right so then I'm just down there giving this chick I'm not down there
fucking this girl right so I answered a door and I'm sitting there is she answered what are
you doing I said down here I said she needed something and uh you know I'm getting some food and I'll be
home. And I says, and so then my wife causes a scene down there. So I said, Yvonne, thanks for the
dinner. And I said, and I left. I left her there. So I left my wife there talking shit to,
uh, to, you know, to poison ivy. And I'm like, all right. So I get home and poison calls me after,
after she left. I left before I left her there. I was like, goodbye. I'm embarrassed. This bullshit.
shit. So then
I still haven't figured out there
there's a GPS on my truck yet. So
I don't know, it was maybe a week or so later. Me and the
chick are still laughing about this shit, how this woman
banged on the door. So then I said to her, I says, all right.
So when she asked me, she was, hey, listen, you have any more of that
HCG? I says, yeah, sure do. Because every kid that every
test thing they sent me, they sent me.
HG with it. So I say, here you go. So I give her the H.E.G. Dude, as soon as I passed Griffin Road
and the Turnpike, my wife would call me and go, where are you? I says, I'm down going,
I'm heading down south. Okay. She'd hang up with me and call the chick. So she knew once I passed a
certain spot that I was heading over to that girl's house. And at this point, I wasn't fucking her.
right so then i'm there i'm like oh wow this is great so next thing i know i'm calling so then
i still haven't figured out there's a GPS on the truck yet i figure she had something on my phone
so i'm i went and had my phone looked at to make sure somebody didn't have like some tracking device
still couldn't figure out that it was on my truck right and it was i found it one day was a long
time ago later but i found it so then i'm down there and she comes again
and Rosie's
Rosie showed up there twice
pounded on the door
and but Rosie's not a deputy
at this point so this is how she didn't lose
her job over this.
So then I says
I says no I'm not fucking her man
I said stop what are you doing?
And then you know it wasn't a secret
that she knew that her sister was my son's mother
right so it wasn't it wasn't a big secret
well anyway
so
she calls me up one day and she goes hey she was me and you've been friends a long time right and i go
yeah and she goes um she was your wife's chasing you for some reason she says i'm very curious
and she's calling me on a video call right are you still living with your wife yeah okay so yeah yeah
i'm still at my house yeah i mean we haven't even talked divorce yet okay we haven't even talked
divorce shit um you know and then she says to me we're talking a video so she so she so she so i'm on a
video and she goes do you mind if i test drive that and she points at my cock okay and i'm like well i says
yeah well i guess so she says uh you know i says yeah i says yeah no problem she was she was sexy
um if she was anything like her sister i was like fuck this is going to be great so i was
I was, you know, I was given an opportunity that I couldn't pass up, okay?
I would have been an ass.
I would have been a stupid ass if I did.
And I couldn't have lived with myself.
So I go over, she's got these big tits, you know, blah, blah, blah, this and that.
Not my thing at that time because that's not what I was.
That's not where I was, you know, into big titty chicks.
So anyway, she says to me, oh, yeah, so she's, oh, fuck.
And she goes, so you use what?
I said, I told her what I used and used testosterone, and she said, oh, okay.
She was, God damn.
She, I've been looking for a motherfucker like you all my life, right?
And so I says, okay.
So I said, all right.
So I went back to my house.
So that was like in 2016.
And she says to me, well, she knew my situation with my wife.
So no, my wife comes back there one day, bangs on the door at this time.
I've already fucking the chick, right?
So my wife bangs on her door.
Boom, boom, boom.
Next thing you know,
she goes, that's your wife?
I said, she was, I'm letting her in.
And she goes, she asked me if you're fucking me.
If we're fucking, I'm going to tell her, yeah.
I says, go ahead.
I'm sitting there eating.
I'm sitting there in my shorts eating,
eating rice and beans and some ground turkey.
And then she says to me, she says,
she comes in.
So my wife has her phone out like this.
and she's videotaping inside the girl's house.
Oh, my gosh.
So the chick tells her, yo, turn that fucking video off.
And my wife goes, look at him.
He's here with his new bitch.
You know, and she's in this house, right?
And I go, oh, fuck, here we go.
And I see this chick getting wound up.
And I go, yo, I said, Rosie, you need to stop.
I say, is this Puerto Rican bitch will beat your ass.
I said, stop.
I'm still eating, man.
Next thing I know, them two motherfuckers are full-blood.
swing and bar room braw in boop beep out i mean what so the chick obviously had had my old lady
by the hair tossed her on the fucking ground and mounted her ass it was fucking proceeding the
driller so i pulled the one off got the other one this and that i threw i got my wife i
escort her out of the house put her in her truck i said go to fuck home i said this bitch is
gonna kill you go home so anyway she went
she went home
I spent the night
I went home the following day
and you can see
how your wife would be upset right
like I mean
what did I stay there?
Yeah
no I don't understand that part
you're not the only person
that said that to me
oh you should have went with your wife
I would listen if my wife was doing
what she needed to do
I wouldn't have been over there
with the chick anyway
you follow me?
At this point you kind of have to divorce the wife
right like yeah
although listen
And although I've known guys where their wife, like they've been married 25, 30 years and they get to a point where the guy ends up, you know, the wife is just not really interested, you know, romantically with the husband anymore.
But she doesn't want to get a divorce.
And she thinks, oh, well, you should just deal with it.
And the guys are like, no, on, they start seeing somebody.
The wife finds out, but the wife's like, I don't want a divorce.
They're like, well, I'm not going to stop seeing this shit.
Yeah.
And they're like, okay, we'll just try and be respectful.
and you know like don't lie to me about it and and and I know I know guys that they've had a girlfriend for five years and it's so normal to them that the wife will call the girlfriend to say listen I've left two messages for Jimmy he's not responding is he with you and they're like yeah he is we're here on a boat he doesn't get reception here's and give him the phone my dad did that that's my my dad did that I just see my mother I remember when
I was young, my mother used to send me to go into the club, to go get my dad where he was with
his girlfriend. You know what I mean? But then again, and this is going to backtrack a little bit,
but then, you know, my biological father was a pimp, a real pimp. Right. And he had girls working
for him and this and that. And I had no idea. He used to tell me on my bicycle when I was little.
he says hey go on the corner over there and go tell me what nice lady's standing over there and what
she's wearing i said okay come back and he would throw me some quarters to go play pinball i didn't know
it so then we would get in a car later on and he'd pull up to the nice lady and i was on the corner
and she'd hand him a bunch of money i had no idea he didn't tell me nothing he didn't go oh yeah
by the way son i'm a pimp right he didn't know that so later on in life my mother told me that my
mother knew it my mother knew it and was accepted my mother knew that my father had girlfriends but and the
way my dad explained it to me was was when he got older your son he said we're never going to talk
about your mom he says but there are certain things why he said there's certain things you do
with other women that you don't bring into your house and I go all right he goes that's all you need to
know he says one day you'll figure it out I said okay Bob and that was
was it? Just like he had told me that there was women that would obsess on men. And I was looking
at what? You know, he told me this when I was young. Everything my old man told me this goes from
my biological father and my stepfather came true. There's nobody told me that they were
nobody told me that this was going to happen. Right, right. You know, I've, you know, I've had,
you know, friends that have been shot, they've been stabbed and run over, you know, this and that,
but not on this level of violence. But.
yeah so so you go back home the next morning you stay the night you go back home yeah and i'm like
you know listen i mean our life i says me and you are done i you know so then she wants to debate it
again oh you let that girl beat my ass i said no well you came over there you came in the house
and you know i said number one you shouldn't have done that right and you know and listen
our relationship is over i said remember i came to you and i told you this no
Nobody wants to be accountable for that I went there and I told you, hey, look, this is the
problem.
You know, can we try to fix this?
Well, no, she was, no.
To me, the, hey, I don't want to romantically be involved with you anymore, deal with
it is really the same as, hey, I want to have a girlfriend deal with it.
No, no, no, I didn't want that part.
Right.
No, I, no, if my wife would have got with the program and would have been.
No, but that's what I'm saying.
Right.
You're saying, she's saying, I don't want to be romantically involved and you have to deal with it.
Well, then, okay, then, then for your response is, well, then I'm going to have a girlfriend or I'm going to sleep around.
Now you have to deal with it.
Like, I didn't, you know, you're basically, you gave me an ultimatum.
Right.
That I had to deal with it.
So if you're saying I have to deal with this.
That's how I deal with it.
You have to deal with this.
And that's not.
No, no, I want everything.
She's saying, no, I want it.
my way and there is no caveat right you just deal with it i i have a saying you say wanted it
one way i said she wanted it both ways she can't have things both ways yeah so you know i get it
like you know you're you're it's a shitty situation but what's the result the result is you
you have to go either you both have to deal with the this situation or you have to part ways right
like i don't know that anybody's you know i don't know that anybody's at fault there i'd like to say
she's she's at fault um but i came to her i think i did the right thing by coming to her you know what
i mean and just like yo you know it's too bad that biologically were you know you're kind of
you know design that at some point you know you you kind of you're your yeah your libido's
change and and you know there's it's it's a shitty biological situation but you can push through that
and you can you know and there and there's medication like just like if you became diabetic oh i don't want
to take that that's how i tried to give her i tried to give her i was like yo i tried to give her like
vitamin b12 i says look let me give you you know inject because i had you know i had injectables
at the house i'm like let me give you some v12 you know you know give you more energy you know i didn't
drink a couple glasses of wine what's the problem you know what i'm saying like yeah but no dude you know
I mean, it was, it was, it was, it was, it was, it was, it was a endless, it was just something that wasn't going to get fixed, you know, right?
You felt like you gave me, it was like the Titanic.
It was already sunk and fuck, I couldn't get it back out of where it was, you know, and that was it.
So, so what, so what happens?
Do you go back home?
You say, yeah, no, I told, well, you know, that was that.
And I go, look, you know, she's, well, you're going to keep fucking that girl.
I says, well, I guess I am now, yeah.
Said it's out of the bag now.
I said, I wasn't trying to, you know, you know, hurt you or nothing.
So then the chick would call me up and was like, you know, she was liking it.
You know, she, you know, she was getting, you know, she was getting what she wanted.
And she liked it.
And so she called me up.
She was, hey, listen, I got room for you in my bed tonight.
So fuck, you know, here, this is what I want here.
This was what was missing out of my life with my wife.
so this chick basically just fucking you know you know fit that to the fucking tea so i was back
there and uh and it was all good and um so then one time i go come on let's go out of town
and so me and her we rolled up to uh went to universal studios for like three days so while
i'm up there she goes hey listen i'm gonna present you uh with uh with something i'm thinking she goes
you can be full-time or part-time?
What do you want to be?
And I'm like,
she goes, well, full-time, you're, you know,
you live in the house with me here and, um,
this and that.
And, you know, she was a hustler.
She, you know, she did what she did in the street and, uh,
what is that?
What is that?
What, um, like I,
she had, um,
she had like an at home like daycare thing like, a, like, a,
like an illegal daycare service she had a ton of kids yeah yeah she probably and it was down there
and it was all Hispanics so everybody was looking for a deal yeah so they rolled in and they would
bring kids and she would watch kids and you know she probably did good she probably made you know i don't
know 1500 a week cash right and and then like i like me and you talked about i told you over the phone
She had said she had hurt her back at Humana.
She worked at Humana for years as a count rep or something.
She said she fell and hurt her back.
And for some way, somehow, some lawyer got her.
She's permanently partially disabled.
So she got a check from Social Security, right?
Yes.
For like $2,500.
Get the fuck out of here.
No, fucking way.
No, $2,500.
Right.
It's a chunk.
I know.
$2,500.
Because, you know, I worked as a workman's comp adjuster for like nothing, like six months
one time.
And, and, you know, so during that time, like, there were people that they would get that.
Like, it was a mind.
Like, they could still work, but they were permanently, partially disabled.
And they would get a check for 600, you know, 1100.
But that's a huge check.
Yeah, she got like 25.
Jeez.
I called it 20.
It was like in the 24.
And there people retired.
Don't get that.
Yeah, because she got that money.
right and but she wasn't allowed to have a job but then they gave her like percocets right
but she doesn't really need because she's not really hurt her right right selling those
selling the perks on the side right yeah and you know and then this was before she started
you know lifting lifting weights in the in the gym so i says to her um so it's it is this is
i mean it's deadlift in 315 and getting perkinset's
for a bad back i'm sorry i'm sorry to like no no yeah this motherfucker she had it going on i told you
she was the goat man and she was the fucking greatest of all time no lie i i'll give it to her she had
the hustle game down fucking pointless you know but then again um so yeah so she gives me presents me
with full time and i'm like all right full time you stay here me in the house and this and that
and i'm like okay and she says part time well i you know you you you come
you know, spend the night, this and that.
She said, but I'm still going to go out.
And I'm like, well, she wasn't fucking nobody else.
It was your only fucking me.
Right.
But you never know.
Yeah, yeah, you never know.
And I was like, okay.
But then I had it always in the back of my mind.
I says, if this chick has got her own home, you don't need to take her to no hotel.
She had her own home.
And this is the shit that came up afterwards that when I did.
got in my real mind after all this shit happened i started putting pieces of the puzzle together
it didn't add up from jump street so i'm like if you got all this going on you're you're making
money you you got this you got that why don't you have anybody you know that's just like they say
if there's a guy and he's like in his 30s and he doesn't have any kids uh two things that happens
he's either gay he's been in prison right you know what i mean that's what they that's what's
the stereotype is, but anyway, so I couldn't figure out she had two kids. She had one,
she was married to my friend, you know, and that kid was like 30-some years old. And then she
had one from a boyfriend that was, you know, and then she always talked bad about the boyfriend.
Oh, yeah, that guy was a stalker. He was this. He was that. And then this guy old is,
this guy that. Oh, okay. So, you know, it just, the puzzle pieces didn't add up.
And then I questioned this one time.
And you know about,
did you ever have an ankle monitor on?
Yes.
Okay.
Briefly.
You know how big that thing is?
Yeah.
It's not tiny.
No.
She tried to convince me.
It's not an Apple GPS.
She tried to convince me and tried to convince me this and actually argue with me about
this.
Yeah, well, I had this guy and, you know, he, he never told me this.
And he always had socks on.
And I go, really?
And she goes, yeah.
Yeah, he was a, he was a child.
But I found him on that plenty of fish or got fish or whatever that stupid shit was.
Yeah.
Found the guy on there.
He had a profile that wasn't his.
You know, and then she met up with him.
And it was too late.
He came and told her because the guy had to be home by a certain time at night and this and that and all this other shit.
I was like, oh, yeah.
I mean, and I didn't piece it together.
and she she had herself convinced and then tried to convince me that there's no way that she saw
that cigarette box wrapped around this guy's ankle and I just I just couldn't I couldn't I had a
hard time believe in that and just it was I mean it was it was it was just insane on on how everything
rolled you know like I said between selling the percocets getting this dating these guys off of
this website and it just it went it was just crazy i couldn't i couldn't but like i said i didn't
get it all together and i still think now when it's quiet about some of the shit that she said
it just didn't match yeah but like i said she had it going on she had the the daycare she had
selling her percocets for a thousand a month she probably had i don't know she probably had
almost five grand a month coming in uh on you know just on
the slide, which was good. I told her that I would just pay for her car. And her car wasn't much.
A car was like $580. I paid $580 a month. Here she cooked all the food, did this. I bought
food because she wasn't on the diet at that time. And so basically I just, so I got way ahead
of myself. I said, okay, I'm going to come full time.
Right.
So I stayed there full time, but I still owned my house in Loxahatchie.
I had a million dollar house.
I still have it.
I still have the home.
So a million dollar house in Loxahatchie, I told my wife, come on, let's get a divorce.
I go get a lawyer, blah, blah, blah.
I'm living down there in Hialea with, with poison.
And I love the poison.
Poison.
Poison.
People made, yeah, poison with poison.
venosa as you say in Spanish so so she says so I go and get a lawyer this and that the wife starts
to fight me here we don't have any kids we don't have all we have is property dogs and horses
and I'm like okay so she starts fighting me over it well anyway it took over two years and 20 grand
and attorney's fees to get divorced right I understand yeah yeah but like I said but
there was nothing, but she just made it hard.
She's angry, she's bitter, she's pissed off.
You know, well, it is.
Yeah, but don't be mad.
Yeah, yeah, but don't be mad.
So, but then again, now here I have my life with poison.
And I'm living in her house, and she had one daughter that lived there with us, Alexa.
And I'm like, Alexa basically just did whatever she wanted.
her she didn't seek approval from her she didn't say nothing to her mother next thing you know
you'd wake up in the morning and i walk out to the kitchen like here and there's some dudes standing
and i go who are you oh yeah well i i'm with alexa here she brings some dude to come live in a house
don't even ask her mom just insane right just you know but anyway so i had to explain to her
daughter she's got to go so i explained to her daughter i says listen me understand something
uh your mom don't need me and i don't need your mom i'm not a homeless guy i don't need to live here
i have my own house and it's a lot better than this i'm here for your mom well they didn't like that
because it my mother used to tell me when my mother was lied that i was a master of upsetting people's
apple carts i'll master at it because i had this ability to see through bullshit and when
somebody was scamming me or not or somebody was getting over and i can't stand a freeload motherfucker i can't
that bro it just fucking no no oh yeah so here me and poison go to the walmart i spent
three hundred twenty three dollars buying food for the house now her her daughter lives in the
house with us right but her daughters we pass her daughter in the walmart as i'm spending
320 and the daughter's just got all her own shit there and i'm like um so alexa don't buy nothing in
the house tea oh no i told her that i'll take care of all the food i go what yeah so she made the girl
accountable for nothing right so at this point the girl made like 60 grand a year the girl didn't
save a quarter nothing the girl didn't pay no rent nothing the girl had a leased car didn't have a
business to write it off on insurance through the friggin roof because you know leases are i mean just
everything was wrong so wouldn't take the trash out wouldn't do nothing here i'm not looking to
be somebody's dad dude i already got my own kids and my own kids were fucking bad enough you know right
but yeah so eventually uh Alexa left Alexa went to go live someplace else where i don't know um
so me i'm i'm still going to the gym and poison still running and still doing the
care thing so i get i go to go to gym she's why i want to go to the gym and i go you do i said okay
it's not like running she goes to the gym bum bum bum wow i like this bum bum then she goes and gets
a spanish trainer down there a columbian chick and the columbian chick hey uh you know take this and
and gives her anavar you know what anavar is yeah yeah gives her anavar she she and and and writes her a diet
she follows it to the tea boom boom boom next thing you know she's looking in the mirror seeing
seeing all her curves everything going she's looking at me then next thing i know oh well
next thing i know she's on the internet ordering injectable testosterone okay for a female yeah
That's a bad.
Well,
oh,
yeah.
So,
so,
so she's,
uh,
so,
so she was scared to give herself.
So I gave her,
I gave her that.
Then,
then she would read more about it.
And then she was on Instagram,
looking at these other fitness.
She wasn't in the fitness models.
She was in the female bodybuilders.
So anyway,
so then,
uh,
she bought ecopoise,
bolderone.
So then she starts mixing the test,
starts tack,
stack,
we'll say she stacks the test with the with the EQ which is bolderone um which is
anabolic and well she starts just explode in growth i mean in strength and she had great
worth work ethic even though her back was supposedly she was crippled then next thing i know
she comes home with two kits of growth hormone right expensive right boom boom but real stuff real
stuff. She traded her perks for it. Somebody, somebody was dying that they were given the HGH to it. People get
HCG and HGH mixed up. Human growth hormone people. So she starts taking the HGH. Boom, boom, boom. Every day,
bam, bomb, four I use a day, which is the same thing that me or you would use.
What are you saying? She's, where she's, she's stomach. She's injecting it in the fat in her stomach.
Yes. Okay. Not our ass.
No. No, no, that's not inner muscular. That's subcutaneous.
Okay. So she starts injecting that, the test and the EQ, she was putting that in her ass.
And so, I mean, she was strong. She could do the work. She lived a life. I mean, she was very, very good at it.
Got a lot of attention. But she was also very jealous. And then people, like, I hate to say,
but I've got to be straight up like her both her daughters were fat everybody around her circle
were not people that were conditioned they were fat or out of shape okay they ate whatever they
partied they drank they did this they did this this chick got so crazy she drank kettle one vodka
because it had no carbs in it this is how right how straight line she was when it came to doing it
she did it right so um remember she was a runner she put on muscles she changed everything put
abs she's still running uh no okay no she did cardio at the gym on this on the steper or on the
or on the treadmill but no she no she was using dumbbells and straight bar and this and that
and um we're in the gym and it's all good so one day her daughter who happens to be fat calls all
The whole family calls us over to her house in Carl Springs.
Her name is Erica.
And she says to me, she says, she gets out.
She got a G-string, she has a thong bikini, a black thong bikini.
Because she could do it.
She got out over there and goes in a pool.
People are looking at her.
She gets out.
She goes in the house.
Next thing I know, I see her tears coming out of her eyes.
She's looking at her phone.
Here her daughter sent her a message, Mommy, please put your clothes on.
on so and then in the Hispanic thing is oh you're supposed to respect the house it had nothing to
do with respect in a house it had to do that everybody else was out of shape and was embarrassed
there and and and she was the minority not the majority i have this saying there's there could be
10 idiots you could have 10 idiots in the room and one genius who's going to win the 10 idiots because
you're outnumbered yeah so that's what happened
And she says, let's go.
I got her in a car and let go.
I go, why do you do this?
She insisted on wanting to be around people that would tell her, oh, look at you.
You look like a man.
Oh, look at your muscle.
You know, your voices deep, what happened, this, that, and everything else.
It seemed that like she had this crazy issue with wanting to make everybody around her comfortable
and successful but then again she would fuck herself over by doing that right like i i never forget
i was in bed one night right and it was during tax season and i hear her on the computer going yeah yeah
yeah like cheering herself on like boosting herself like yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah so here she did her
son-in-law's taxes so it's Erica's um husbands taxes you know their tax and they made
between them they made 200 grand so they're not doing too bad for people in their 30s no in their
early 30s right right so they're doing really good so she gets the guy back like 14k
comes over that was on a Wednesday she gets the guy back 14k the guy comes knocks on his mother-in-law's door
puts his hand out because they were on the same cell and wants to be paid for the cell phone
that he that they're on the same plan so he wants his $60 so she comes and gets $60 off the
drawer and gives it to Dennis I'm like why'd you give him that money she was well that's
That's the deal I had worked out. I go, deal. I see, you just got the guy back 14K.
You watch his kids, your grandkids, for nothing. Right.
He, the guy flat. You're doing his taxes for nothing. Right. You get the guy back 14K. And this is Matt, this is where I don't understand. She did not have a diagnosis. And I have asked my psychiatrist this. If she would have a diagnosis, I could understand this.
type of thinking but she didn't she i come to find out it's it's called a thing of it's called
denial and then there's another thing it's called projection not perception projection is how
you put things how you want to see them right so anyway uh yeah the guy flat out told me one time
he goes he goes you know anne he goes you know if she didn't watch my kids for nothing

And so I went back and I told her
and I go, do you know
this guy just basically throws it in your face
here you're driving a piece of shit
Dodge Charger.
This guy's making 200K
a year.
Okay.
He's getting his kids watch for free
and the guy flat out
throws it in your face
that he can't drive that
Denali.
Right.
Yeah, if you're not doing this for free, bro, that kicked me dead into nuts.
I was like, God, you know, she didn't want to hear it.
She did not want to hear it.
It's just like one day, this is going to really trip you out.
One day I walk in the house, walk in a house, I look on the wall, TV's gone.
Yeah, Matt, TV's gone.
What does that mean?
The TV was gone off the wall, just a cable took it or what?
She gave it away.
Well, my grandkids needed a TV, the same ones that their parents made 200K, and we're getting everything else for free.
Right.
She gave them the fucking TV off the wall.
I go, what?
Right.
And I don't know.
And I would ask her, I says, why do you kiss these people's ass?
Right.
And I could never get a straight answer.
So one day she tells me, I need them.
You don't.
They don't bring any value in this house.
And I explained to her that they take everything away from you.
Right.
And nobody's going to stop, if you keep giving it, nobody's going to tell you to, oh, guess what, I don't want it.
Right.
Right.
They're going to keep taking it.
But that's the way she.
Nobody's looking out for you, but you.
Right.
But she didn't get that point.
She didn't get that.
And I was like, what?
I mean, what is you don't understand about this?
So how long did y'all, I mean, you know, you dated for?
From 16 to 2020, but I'd known her for 40, since I was 15 years old.
Okay.
So I knew her, and I knew, you know, I knew her.
I knew her, I knew her brother or sister, her mom or dad.
Right.
I was in a hospital when her mother died.
And, you know, I mean, I'm like, yes, I mean, I, it was really, really,
really weird on all again this is the best one so remember she has this Dodge
charger right so I go out walk outside the house one day I'm looking at it that has
independent rear suspension so the the tires are or are cambered in like this
and I'm like looking at the car I look underneath the car the whole
underneath the car mat is covered with concrete like and I
go, okay. I go, Yvonne, what did you run over? She was, I didn't run over anything. I go,
well, I didn't do it. I go, who drove the car? She was, Alexa. Alexa, what did you hit with the car?
Oh, I didn't hit anything. I go, so, so I throw my hands up and I go, so let's get this right.
Nobody knows nothing, but I'm stuck here going to have to fix the thing. So I got to pick, so I said,
what happened? The aliens came in the middle of night, picked it up, and then
dropped it back down. Well, so then I get with Yvonne later on. I said, Poison, you know she
smashed the car. Well, she says she didn't. I go, well, you didn't. Oh, yeah. She did not want to hear it.
The kid said, oh, I didn't smash it. So then I got with the girl's boyfriend. I go, his name is
Yondri. I said, Yandri. I said, what happened with the car? Well, we were drunk and Alexa ran over a
parking stump and it got wedged underneath the car underneath the you know it has like a
plastic shielding under there to keep the car from flying up in here at high speed that was all ripped
off he goes yeah man he was stuck under it we were driving sparks were coming out concrete it was
powder everywhere i go really i go go go tell evan that i said i go look i found out now that's not
what happened she said now she says she didn't do it that's okay so anyway i got stuck fixing a car
I fixed it.
Yeah, but I just, it was like weird shit like that.
Right.
So she's got some issues.
What, I mean, well, and first of all, after that conversation, why didn't you, at that point, you didn't think, look, something's not mentally right with this chick?
Yeah, but I was already in love, dude.
And, you know, I was already there.
I had already established myself there.
So, I mean, I'm not at fault for like when I first got there because I didn't know.
This madness had existed.
I was already there and was already established before all this crazy shit came out, like questions from like the guy with the cigarette thing, you know, with the, yeah, just weird shit.
It's the frog in the frying pan.
Right.
Yeah, exactly.
Little here, little there, not quite enough to.
Right.
And then she used to say, she's, and then her thing to get out of answer.
And then I would ask her, I told him, I says, how come you have, there's one story, but you have six different.
versions of it. She would have a saying, I don't remember, I forgot, and it doesn't matter.
And if somebody says that to you, run. Right. Because let me tell you something, I never expected
in any day, you know, I mean, she was my ride or die this chick, man, dude, and I never, ever,
ever, ever thought, no, no. No. No, like I said, she gave me my best parts of my life and my worst
parts of my life at the same time, you know, with, uh, you know, with the, with that, I mean,
it was great. It was great living waking up with the same person that did the same thing as you
every day. It wasn't, it was like there was no, you know, we got up every morning at 4.30.
Nobody, there was no fighting over who we ate what food, you know, who was going to eat
Burger King because we didn't eat me. She didn't eat it. I didn't eat it. So there was never any
garbage there. Right. But I think what happened Matt was is I think she was living a double
life because the oldest daughter, Erica, she would never let me talk to her. You're like, you know,
if there was an issue, oh, well, Erica, you know, I said, well, let me talk to Erica. We can work it out.
You know, I'm a car salesman. I will work out anything. We'll get it fixed. Right. But she would never let me do
that. And I thought that was like the weirdest thing. And in here, I'm established there and her daughter
sold her house and she wanted to come and live there in the spare bedroom while they found a
new house. And I was like, okay. So I couldn't say nothing. So the daughter told poison,
I wasn't there. She goes, tell Andy,
to go back to his house in Loxahatchie while I lived there.
The only, and Poison told her no.
That was the only thing that I know for sure that was spot on, told her no.
Right.
I mean, but that was crazy.
I mean, that would be, you know.
The fact that you've won, you would, even, even one, think to ask that.
And two, think that you were in a position that you could, you could get it, that your mother would give it, would do that.
Right.
So one, your mother's unstable.
that she would even consider and the fact that it even came to your mind says you're not all there either
really i mean that i mean really but nobody wanted to identify that how weird that was you know i was
able to identify it and i was like man oh man like she wouldn't say anything like her son-in-law would
take his dog out walk his dog on a leash and she wouldn't say nothing when the guy let the when
when the dog's when the guy let the dog piss on my fucking car on my tire i go out there and i got
tire i got piss run off my tire i'm like what so i said listen i finally told her i go look
because she didn't want me to say nothing because when i say something you hear it right
oh no let me handle it i'll talk to him i'm like you know he didn't i don't think she ever
wanted to hurt their feelings or ever check them you know in uh you know in you know in
or to make them feel like any kind of anything.
It was odd.
She didn't want, yeah, any animosity.
But it, but it was all right to, you know.
I was going to say.
Yeah.
She got over that with you.
Um, so, so what happened?
How do we get to the, the situation like that, like, what, what led up to the, um, the, I don't want to say, would you say attack?
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
What it was.
I'm going to say, I want to use the word of incident.
because no it's not it wasn't an incident but it was it was a attack yeah yeah it was
yeah i mean physically she didn't attack you but yeah what but yeah was okay but
so when i think of attack i think of someone punching you right yeah yeah yeah you're
yeah you're right i'm sorry go ahead so anyway no no so um you know i'm i'm at work
i'm at the post office uh it's may 3rd 20 20 which it was a sunday she calls me up she
she says hey listen uh radiators leaking in the charger and i says
to her okay she's why i already found it she's already went picked it up i go you did i go how much
you pay for it she was eighty six dollars i says this is the wrong much how do you know i says because
i know it's too cheap so i got to the house it was obviously the wrong one the car was there it was
cool i'm not gonna lie to you mad i was friggin tired i says okay i uh i go watch so i go look
so i pulled the radiator out of the car i gave it to her so
So she could match it up with the against, take it back.
She already had one.
It was in the box.
That was the wrong one.
I put the, I took the other one out.
I put it there.
I go, I'm going to go inside, take a shower.
I'm going to wake, wake me up when you get home.
She's, okay.
So she goes to advanced auto or somewhere and goes and gets the radiator.
I said, okay.
So I went and took a shower
I'm laying down
I'm on my back
I'm in the room
and time goes by
I'm not worried about it
I've got my hands cover
my dick and my balls like this
right
and cover like that
and she says
I hear her come in the house
she doesn't say anything
oh good she's let me sleep
so I'm just sleeping
and then next thing I know
she comes in the room
I got my eyes closed
I'm on my back
I'm on top of the comforter
she moves my hands
she sucks my dick to get it hard, right?
Right.
And I tell her in Spanish,
poque tu para mommy,
that means why'd you stop?
And she tells me,
she throws the water on,
she throws the water on me.
And before she throws the water on me,
she says,
this why.
And she threw the,
through the water on me.
Soon as it hit me,
I was on,
I was on my side of the bed.
It hit me.
The pain was instant.
I mean,
and insane.
I sprung up out of the bed
and she's looking.
She's like a cross where like you are.
And she has a Victoria's secret receipt.
And a gift card in her hand.
And she goes,
and who the fuck's this for?
I said,
for you,
you dumb bitch.
And then I'm looking at her.
And all of a sudden I feel something.
I look back.
And the whole right side of like from my back
to my back of my hand,
just the skin fell off rolled down just and landed and just fell on the ground just a sheet of
skin boom so i took off running took off running i go to the go to the the front door it had like a
regular the regular house door i opened it up i go to i'm naked i took off running i'm fucking i knew
i'm hurt i'm running for my life so you know i check so the next thing i know i go out
and then we had bars another set of bars
it was like a little foyer area
had another set of bars
I go to open it
bars were locked
she locked
right took the key out
that no double-sided
yeah yeah yeah yeah
yep
and I go open a fucking door
she goes you'll be all right pussy
I go call the ambulance
I said where's my phone she says
I smashed your phone
right
this is a Puerto Rican shit
yeah
And she's telling me, I smash your phone.
I says, all right.
I says, call.
I said, I need to go to hospital.
I says, open a fucking door.
She says, no, you'll be all right.
You'll be all right, pussy.
Go get in the bathtub, pussy.
That's what she told me.
And I got skin fucking just falling off of me.
I mean, falling off.
Both arms from here to here.
I got here, here, here.
My stomach, my dick, my balls, my ass, my back.
in the backs of my legs all the way down to my knees.
So just to clarify, because you move through this pretty quick.
Right.
She came home.
Right.
She then found the gift certificate in the receipt.
In my truck while she was getting the gift card in the receipt was sitting in the console of my Toyota truck.
Okay.
Right.
So when she took my Toyota to go get the new radiator and return the old one that she
bought that was wrong she found it was sitting right there in her mind yeah she concocted that
this means you're having it you're sleeping around you're you're having in a fair whatever you're
fucking some other chick right was there any reason for her to think like had you had you been
caught doing this in the past no no no there's nothing that could have led her other than seeing
Victoria Secrets card and a receipt
Right
And
But that's it
Like in her mind
On the way there or on the way back
She concocted this fucking mental
Yeah
But then this is the same chick
That could walk on Peanut Island
Down in Palm Beach there
She could walk on there
With a thong on right
And it was all right
Me I take my shirt off
Right
And she'd see somebody's
A female
pointing or saying something about me
and she always wore dark sunglasses
and she looked straight ahead
and she told me in Spanish
ponelese a commise laura
that means put that fucking shirt on
and put it on right fucking now
I was the only guy on peanut island
with a fucking shirt on
but I was just trying to
you know appease her
yes appease her
and I said so why you're so jealous
I'm not jealous I'm territorial
so remember those
words people that shit some that's yeah yeah unfortunately i've heard that okay the exact statement by
the right so yeah well fuck you still got all your skin you know yeah um okay so so bro you're you're
you're you're locked in a fucking house right right so yeah like misery so how do you what
and i'm hollering and i'm hollering and i'm in high
of Florida okay so wait so wait so hold on so once she concocted this in their mind she then had the
at least she then had the frame of mind to come all the way home boil water boil water yes
and come in go through the motions of blowing you and then throwing it on you yeah yeah yeah bro
I mean it was fucking insane dude and you know no violence in the past no no no no no
No, none at all.
All right, I'm sorry.
No, the chick was my life, dude.
I mean, for real, man, I'm just being straight with all of us here in the room.
She was my life.
She did, no, I told you straight up, she was the greatest.
And I can't take that from her.
I can't.
How do you get out of the house?
Bro.
Next to the thing.
How much pain are you in?
Dude, it was insane.
The pain, will you ever burn your fingertip?
Do that times a million.
Like, I've seen the, like, you just seeing the picture is, it's, you know, when you show Colby, he's like looking away.
Right.
So, yeah, it's horrendous.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
You're telling me.
So here I'm naked.
I finally got out.
I got out of the house, right?
I go to get in my truck.
I'm not thinking, man.
I'm in survival mood, right?
I knew I was fucked up.
I knew this wasn't going to get.
fixed. I had to go to a hospital and I had to go now. I smashed. Shall I smash my phone?
No. So I go get in. I get in my truck. Not thinking. I get in my truck. She has the fucking
keys. I can't leave. I'm in the street in Highalia, Florida. The houses are on top of each other.
Naked. Help. Help. Help. Not a motherfucker came to help me. Right. So I ran back in the house, right?
she goes i'll be right back i'm going to go get ice she she has the keys to my truck
she gets in my truck pickup truck leaves i go back in the house i look around she did not smash
my phone i found it i called 911 and i said look i just been burned my skin's falling off
get here now.
Then I called my buddy, who was a deputy in the Palm Beach.
And I said, hey, man, this bitch burn me, dude.
I don't know if I'm a liver, dies.
Whatever you do, don't go back in the house.
Yeah, yeah.
We got that phone.
We got that phone call, that 911.
Sorry.
Yeah.
He goes, don't.
He goes, don't go back in the house.
And I go, oh, I go, all right.
So I had put on my boots from work and my shorts.
I had no shirt on.
I got
so I call
the next thing I know
she's still gone
I did not go back
in the house
I'm leaning over
to Dodge Charger
outside and I go
they
and the 911
operator
so no no
don't go
nowhere
stay right where
you're at
I go
okay
so I stayed there
they go
where is she
I go I don't know
I didn't know
she was
where the fuck she was
so I'm gonna go
get ice
that told me
she was getting it
so
so next thing
I know Matt
I hear
we
we woo woo
we
I didn't call the police.
I called rescue.
Right.
And she hears, next thing you know, she comes around the corner, pulls up, I can see
10 bags of freaking ice back there.
The biggest bags you can get.
She goes, go get in the bathtub.
And I go, am I getting no bathtub?
So she hears the sirens.
She goes, you call those crackers?
And I says, yeah.
And she says, what's going to tell them crackers when they get here?
I says, I'm going to tell him you burn me.
She looks at me just like I'm looking at you.
She goes, no, the fuck you're not.
You're going to tell him you spilled that water on yourself.
I go, no poison.
I'm telling him, you fucking did it.
That rescue truck came around that fucking corner.
That bitch got in my truck.
I never saw her till 892 days later in court.
Okay.
So.
The rescue truck sees me.
right
it was a rescue truck
not a fire engine
it was a rescue truck
had big four doors on it
and the ambulance part
on the back
Matt I never even went
in the back
they looked at me
and they go
you're a fucking
trauma alert
yeah
they go how to fuck
are you still
stand it
I had no skin
you could see
my shit was gone
here my
you could still
I wasn't naked
I had shorts
on it
and I showed the guy
my dick
and my balls
and shit
and he was
oh fuck
next thing I know
he goes
bro how are you still
walk
and I said I don't know
So next thing I know, we go around the corner, we go to a school.
I hand him my insurance card and my driver's license.
He goes, I don't need your fucking insurance card.
I figured I'll be, you know, just like getting regular services.
I'm like I'm at the doctor's office because my mind is in straight survival mode.
Right.
Right.
It's not thinking.
So then he says to me, so they take me around the corner.
Next thing I know, I see some cops around this field at a school.
and here comes a trauma hawk helicopter rescue helicopter
sets down they put um um um um a towel over me push my head down i couldn't see
any and i walked to the trauma unit i mean to the trauma hawk some plastic thing over you
and what about all the dirt those things throw like are no no no i had i had like a like i want to say
it was white it was could have been plastic i was covered oh and i got on and i got on there and
they took it out and I was there I'd just be concerned about you know because listen
losing your skin like oh yeah the the the likelihood of infection that will kill you
yeah is overwhelmed like people are like oh you got like us it's not a sunburn bro like you can
get infected so easily and and there's germs everywhere right like what's keeping you alive is
your skin so it's your largest organ right so anyway so at that point I'm um so they I get
a trauma hawk
that was so weird
the guy had like a
like just like you see like in
top gun
the guy had the guy's got a
the pilot's got a full blown helmet on with a thing
and you can't see his face
and then he just went to do that thing took off
one yeah it's like a military helicopter
it's not it just no it went up and it's dead
quiet in there right it's dead silent
it's more quiet than where we're at now
and it just took a six minutes later i'm at i'm at the university you know university of
miami jackson memorial burn trauma unit dude when i got off of there bro i'm in there and they
bring me in this room there's three homicide detectives waiting for me um and um and doctors
and all this and i'm just i'm just laying there naked well i had my shorts on they
came they cut them off cut my boots off everything even though and uh and then like the guy asked
me going this was a trauma guy comes in he goes so what do you take and and i go what do you mean
what am i taking is you know exactly he says because this was may 3rd 2020 this was right
the Arnold classic which is in uh ohio was just before um just before um just before um
was in March.
And me and her were going out there.
And then COVID hit.
And then we rerouted our trip because we were training for this.
And, you know, I was much leaner.
I was in a different mindset.
And, you know, I had looked completely different.
So when I was laying there, the guy asked me what I used.
And I just told him what he talked about it.
You know what I'm talking about?
He could tell I was a bodybuilder and he says, any anabolic?
I said, no, just testosterone because once Arnold Classic, once that, we didn't do that,
I didn't do anything after that.
So I just would just maintain and just taking testosterone.
And then that was that.
And he was, he goes, okay, he is how much and I told him.
And then two days later, he came back in the room.
This is the detective?
No, the doctor.
The trauma doctor.
Trauma doctor.
Okay.
The burn doctor.
And he goes, I lost complete track of time and everything.
I didn't know what this happened at like 5.20 in the afternoon.
And I couldn't even tell you when I got there, when I did it, this and that, I couldn't tell you.
They give you something for the pain, for the, like, knock you out?
No.
I asked them while they were cleaning me up.
I was like, can you guys please?
can you can you knock me out to do this and they go no
you have to be awake i'm like
fuck why
yeah right so i'm gonna tell you this the crazy thing is
so i'm laying there right the so i they wanted me
my hand this hands burn right handed my hands burnt oh can you
write this i can't write shit man so they're there i'm naked right
i'm laying out on this table
and the lady comes with a body cam and that's how
they took a statement from me of what happened
because the doctor flat out told me a couple days later
because you know if you wouldn't have been jacked up on all that shit
he said you would have died of a heart attack
if you would have been a regular degler dude
and your heart rate was over 200 beats a minute
he said you would have an heart attack and die
he says but since you're an athlete he said that's why you're surprised
okay good so anyway I'm laying there in the
trauma unit right with this guy did
so every all the cops leave to go have a conference I'm laying there by
myself all the sudden and i'm not a religious person not one bit i'm laying there all the sudden i
said fuck i said god if you're gonna take me fucking take me if you're gonna fucking let me live let me live
but fucking do it do it now swear to god this roof if i'm bullshit this roof will fall on our
head bro the room got ice cold and i fucking just and it just all and when i knew i was powerless
I couldn't I couldn't I could not there was nothing I could do so I just had to let go and that was it
fucking was nothing you to do so I called my kids I called my job um I called the next girlfriend
that she was territorial y'all over um that work with me at the post office and I left her a message
I said hey listen this bitch fucking tried to murder me man I'm in a fucking trauma me
you're not burnt down.
I don't know if I'm going to live or die.
I says, but she's not caught.
So look out because this chick, a poison, always wanted Gloria, her name is Gloria Argueo,
sexy chick from the post office.
She tells me a Colombian chick.
And they didn't know each other, but they were jealous of each other for no reason.
Because, you know, I wasn't juggling both of them.
When I was with one, I was with one.
I don't want to want, but the other one had like this thing against the other one.
You know, one had more ass than the other one.
The other one had more tits.
Oh, it was like a woman thing.
So they were, right?
So I called her up and I left her a message.
Hey, listen, la teetona, she used to call it.
That means big tits in Spanish.
La Teton say camado on me.
That means the, I said, the big titty's burned me.
And I said, I'm a live or die.
But watch out.
I said, I don't know what's up.
Right.
Yeah, you don't know you're saying.
Yeah, I hear, she might go for her next.
You don't know.
Right, because she always wanted her address and I would never give it to her.
And then one time she was, well, I'm going to go to her to post office.
So you go to post office, postal inspector take your ass in jail.
No problem.
So, so that didn't happen.
So believe it or not, so here I think I'm doing the right thing by calling Ms. Arguello and telling her that, to watch out.
Right.
Know what Ms. Argue does?
Well, three days later, I'm there.
laying in there like a friggin' mummy, okay,
wrapped from head to toe, can't walk.
They do not give burn patients any inner venous drugs.
They started feeding me those frigging synthetic heroin, right?
I'm there next time.
I think I'm freaking hallucinating because I got three deputies come in.
Here, she called up.
They wanted to serve me with her.
restraining order. I'm in the trauma unit dying. Oh, well, she's scared of you. Scared
to me. Here. I can't even walk. Who's scared of you? Miss Argueo, the one I called her up that told her to
be to be careful. Yeah, that poison could possibly come for her next. Right. Yeah. So why are you being
served? No, because Miss Argueo said that she was scared of me. Right. That's what I'm saying.
I don't know. That's another one I don't get. Okay. Yeah.
All right. So the deputies show up. They serve you.
Right. They served me and I had to go to court. They gave me like a court date. It was like a month and a half out. Right. So I left the hospital in one. I was there one month. Right. So when I came home from the hospital, I had to go to the courthouse in Palm Beach.

now at walmart.ca teach on a walker and explained i i had no i didn't have no lawyer with me i'd
have a i'm a man i'm in pain i'm covered i'm just yeah so uh yeah ladies
said she was scared of me i go she couldn't figure out that i was looking out for her right and to this
day she still can't get it i don't know she's a she's a dyed blonde so i don't know if the chemicals
got to her brain but i don't know okay yeah so no but then getting back to uh yeah i mean on that
end here i'm taking took care of my kids i told my job of what happened and uh and i called this girl
so I'm like okay
so then I call my
ex-wife
so next thing you know
wait are the cops are looking for
poison yeah
for poison yes
they asked you like where would she go
yes
she was in the house
she was in the house
but they couldn't break the door in
to go get her okay
she parked my pickup truck
back out front left the keys in it
her car member didn't have a radiator
in it so she couldn't go nowhere
so she wasn't
going to drive my truck because they had a
blow on my truck, right?
So she left my truck there.
And so she just
hid out in the house for
like a couple days and then
came up with some crazy, you know,
some concocted story. I'll tell you about
that one.
So
I'm in there.
Yeah, so the detective
comes in a couple
days after I'm burned.
I'm laying in the
in the unit right and he goes hey man let me show you something he's i'm not trying to add insult
injury or nothing he goes he goes she came in he shows me her her state you know her written
her recorded and her video she came in there like nothing high heels on just pranced in there
yeah well me and him were arguing because um i had a porn me and him made a porno and
And he wanted it.
So he charged me and I threw a cup of coffee on,
a cup of tea, she told him.
And the guy's like, okay.
And remember, this guy was in the trauma unit waiting for me when I got.
And he sees that obviously did that.
Would you charge her naked?
No, no, that, no.
But she told him she took a cup of tea as big as your cup and did this.
this was gallons of water that did this so she uh yeah so so that was one thing she said
then she changed her story again oh he never touched me if you read if you read the statement it
says yeah okay oh one thing oh yeah that he i was arguing with him and he ran towards me and i
threw the thing on it but then oh he didn't do that yet she changed her story like three or four
different times but needless to say um
um so the guy comes into the trauma unit shows me that this and that and then shows me here
she bonded out on a 70 yeah she was charged she was arrested yeah they charge her ag battery
aggravated battery with bodily harm and disfigurement ag assault with bodily harm and disfigurement
my beef with that is is that and you know this if me or you would have done that to a female we would have
got no bond, just like I told the judge in court. I says, if I would have done this to her,
and I pointed to all the bailiffs in there, I said, I would have been in a cage there and each
and every one he used would have been beating my ass every day for doing this to a female. I said,
so this completely is a different rules for different fools type of case here. I said,
this is just completely. So here she's out on bond. Instead of coming and taking care of what she had
to do with me to get this worked out because if she would actually came and goes hey listen i lost
my fucking mind i fucked up you know i could have worked with you on it but not you know coming up
with this crazy uh with this crazy asinine fucking lies that didn't make any sense from jump street
and once again matt i had told her from any time i said anytime the police knock on the door
you don't talk to cops you don't have to so what the fuck does she do she do she
goes down and thought she was going to talk to the cops and talk herself out of this.
Right.
So I see the video.
The guy tells her, okay, he tells this story and he goes, she goes, that's it.
Yeah.
He tells her, stand up.
She goes, why?
She put your hands behind you about it.
She goes, why?
He's because you're going to jail.
He goes, why?
She actually went down with the whole living in denial.
Right.
Well, come to find out.
when she was out
she got out on bond
she went to her kids
she had to come up with some crazy
story to get people behind her
because she didn't want to look like a complete nut
and go listen I was jealous and I burned
this fucking guy's dick and balls
she didn't want to do that
she went ahead and just oh yeah
well he was trying to beat me up
because remember I told you she would never let me talk
to the one daughter
because I believe
she told them a separate she lived a separate life with them than she did with me and i think
in my mind that she told them that some way or told people that i was abusive towards her
because after she did this to me i had people and i have it in my phone sending me open up fake
instagram accounts and dm and me oh we're going to kill you motherfucker for what you did to her you're
a sadist you're this you're that you're abuser i said well you're going to have pie on your
fucking face here, my brother. I said, because when I walked out of the fucking trauma unit,
there was no cops there locking me up. Because if I would have done something, they would
hook me quick. Right. So the guy, so the cop shows me here, you know where Winwood is? It's down
in Miami. It's an art district. Right. Here, she bonds out of TGK. It's a jail down there off
by the Miami International Airport. She bonds out. She goes home, takes a bath, flat irons her hair,
goes out with her kids and is dancing and drinking
and puts it on Instagram and Snapchat and Facebook.
Then the next morning she puts on there,
yeah, I'm back to doing what I love.
And I have all this here.
So this is no hearsay.
I have all of this.
And thank God I saved it.
People go, oh, you shouldn't save shit like that.
You never know when you're going to need it.
Right.
So anyway, I needed it.
And I saved it here.
Oh, God, I did this on your time.
I feel so much relief.
I'm like, what?
because here she went ahead and just concocted this crazy story, man.
And the guy shows me, she's down there drinking and dancing.
He goes, so what do you think about this?
I signed those fucking papers.
Yeah.
I'm lucky I didn't hold my breath thinking that she was going to come and, you know,
and come and be accountable for what she did.
Still to this day, she's not accountable.
Even if she's sitting in the can, she wrote me some bullshit thing.
Oh, yeah, I'm sorry.
you're not yeah and like I said so then um so she went saw our kids came up with a story
came up with a story she came up with a story to tell them because remember and uh you know if
anybody's offended is they're millennials so and they were not street smart by any stretch
imagination her grandkids and her kids could not walk across the street they couldn't play outside
because they would run in the street and get killed because they didn't
They couldn't function.
They just didn't have being able to function like that.
But they hear they could go and make $200,000 on their, you know, on a job working for somebody but couldn't cross the street.
But that didn't count.
So she gets out.
She's on bond.
What happens during the, like what between her getting out and being sentenced?
Oh, yeah.
Well, what happened?
It was nothing but a party.
Okay.
How long before you're able to go back to work?
Me, believe it or not, I was out of work three months.
Okay.
After you got out, including the three months, including the month you were in.
So it still took 60 days, at least 60 days before you could even go back to work.
Right.
But like I said, I got out of, I got out of, I got out of hospital on a Friday, Monday.
I went back to the gym on a walker.
So what happened with the skin grafts?
Like, I mean, you've, like you, you know, you're not mentioning.
You're saying, oh, you know, I was burned.
Yeah, but they, you have, what would they do to you to put you back together?
It was second and third degree.
This, my elbow right here.
Right.
This was pigskin because I didn't have nothing on my back or my ass.
Which is where they pull it from.
Right, right.
Because you were laying down the water went, it spread, it went down and it burned your back.
She threw it from, like, where the wall is, this way.
So when she threw it this way, it hit, it hit here.
I was basically sitting in it.
So it was basically, that's why my ass and my back got burnt so bad.
Right.
Because I was sitting in it.
And then the water splash, that's why my left quad is burnt so bad because it hit, it hit here.
It hit here.
It came across and it was just like a tidal wave and it hit me, man.
dude, it fucking bird.
I was just going to say, there's a, I saw like a TikTok the other day where the,
this chick's like, I can get out of any headlock, any.
There's this guy, he's like six foot two.
She's a little tiny girl.
Have you seen that?
And the guy's like, he's like, what are you talking about?
She's like, I can get it.
She's within 10 seconds, I'm out of it, guarantee it.
And the guy's like, there's no way.
And she, you know, what are you going to do?
And she's like, trust me.
You will, I will get out of this.
Trust me.
And the guy's finally, he's like, okay, let's see.
he put you let me put you in the headlock absolutely i got one move it'll get me out like that
the guy's like all right we'll see he gets her in the headlock immediately he goes ah and screams
and lets her go and she had a lighter in her hand she just went and for a split second oh yeah
that that that flame hit and boom he fucking let go just like that and we imagine so i can imagine
the heat of over a boil of a of a a gallon of boiling water bro it was insane
insane. So, yeah, so the cops came. And, you know, at this point, like I said, you know, I'm not a person that gets, that's
embarrassing, humiliated. I sat there every day, dude, every day. And they fucking just painted me and
changed my dressings. I have a video of me with a glove on that they had an IV in my hand. And people
ask me what's that for
they wouldn't help me do shit in there
oh no
I had to get up every morning
they put a fucking IV with morphine in it
the lady sat like over there
and as I got in a shower
she would pump the fucking morphine in me
bro so it would take the fucking pain away
because remember my shit was fucking raw
raw bro
it was insane right oh they wouldn't
fucking come in there and fucking wash your ass
or nothing dude
fuck no and then you understand why right you understand they to a degree they have to get you moving
and up and oh yeah yeah yeah no I was good with that I was good with that I was good with that I was
good with that part bro but I'm just talking about it was this it was just insane yeah you're not
laying there being pamper they they're making you get up yeah man so dude and I and like you said
I'm like you said remember you said about infection I lived by myself in there in a adult
it was two doors to get into my room it was one door that they opened
And then it closed.
And then it was like another.
And then they opened it to come in again.
I live completely by myself there for a month, bro.
Yes, that reverse pressurization where it's basically it's,
your room's a little bit pumped more so that it pushes things out.
Yeah.
When they open the doors, they got the for the, and they're,
are they wrapped up and stuff?
Yeah, yeah, they were covered.
Yeah, they were covered.
They were like in Tyvex.
They're hugely concerned about infection.
Yeah.
And don't forget, it was May 3rd.
It was, they had no food.
in the hospital and at that point you know I eat massive amounts of food and they had
nothing there because of COVID right it wouldn't let nobody bring nothing in my ex
shows up there I'm out of it I next thing I know she's standing over me she's in her
uniform and she's I go hey what's going on and she goes oh I didn't expect her to
burn you I expect her to shoot you I say get the fuck up out of here I said get the fuck up
out of here and on that term
three weeks
three weeks to the
day she sold
her Glock pistol
and I envy and I'm looking straight at you
my man if I had to do it again
I'd rather be shot right
she would have gave me shot
motherfucker I'm burning you or I'm shooting you
fucking shoot me if you
God help you if it ever happens
get shot
take the bullets
fuck that because I think she would have shot
me once and maybe
it would have scared her
because the ears were ringing or something
you know because we were in a small room
and maybe
she wouldn't have fucking kept blast if she would
empty the 17 in me she would have killed me
but fuck there was a time I was like
if I laid back and I said man I wish this motherfucker
would have just killed me instead of burn me
because I was suffering and then
to add insult to injury then she's
out there partying
oh yeah six blocks away
from where Winwood is
Winwood walls when they took the video
They took video and they're dancing, bro.
They're drinking bottles, fucking eating.
She just got out on bond and I'm fucking over there dying.
So, you know, and everybody's, oh, man, you know, you should have gave her, gave her a break.
Fuck her.
No, yeah, no, give her a break my ass.
I was like, you know, the fuck, she knew what she had to do.
And the crazy part is about this whole thing is I knew she was going to, I knew she was going to go to prison.
right and i was like none of her supposedly loving family ever came to me once and i'm not a hard
guy to find them i'm in all the gyms down there in palm beach and brow county somebody could
have came to me hey man don't don't put my mom in prison what let's what can we do nobody came
to negotiate with me one bit because you want to know why bro she fucking went ahead and told him this
elaborate story.
She told people that she was going to be exonerated, that I was beating her and all this
other shit.
Fuck, though.
The only thing I beat her was with my cock.
I didn't fucking beat her with nothing else with my hands, bro.
And that was on her.
Right.
And that was on her.
Real quick, where did you go when you left?
You didn't go back to the house.
No, her house, no.
Okay.
I went back to my house in, in Laxatchie.
Oh, okay.
I was at my million-dollar house.
Okay.
Like I told, I wasn't.
homeless guy. I didn't need to be anywhere.
Wasn't like I was going to get cast to the street.
I went right back to my house.
Okay.
Sat in my chair.
How long?
How long did this play out before she was actually sentenced?
Three, over three years.
She just kept delaying it?
No, they kept, uh, um, well, sorry.
Let me go at this.
She basically, she, um, so she went and hired an,
attorney within a week within a week of her everybody all my friends thought because i remember
she got 2,500 bucks a month and she hustled a little dope she had um we had had a friend
ours that committed a crime and he uh and he sold his shit and he escaped the what do you call
the country he went to Brazil to go live
So she only owed $100K on a house at that time was worth $400K.
The mortgage payment was $1,048.
So it was easy to make, right?
Instead of her, but the whole thing is, is it backfired because she lied.
She'd have been better.
Everybody thought that she was going to sell the house to one of those cash buyers
and then take that money and just flee the country.
She didn't because she had to stay because she,
lied and told these people she had got together people uh from what i gather she paid the attorney she
had arthur jones what a fucking piece of shit he was and i told him so in court they didn't even
the fucking judge venzer didn't even tell me to be quiet i told me he was a fucking clown uh what an idiot
he helped he didn't help her he fucked her more he trusts me besides good the only thing
that came out positive there his pockets were lined with money well anyway he was in uh
and it hires this guy and and spends 120k.
And every time it was deposition time for me,
the guy's grandmother would die.
Okay.
That's a tough to do.
Oh, yeah, no.
I don't know how many grandmothers this guy had.
But every time when it came down to punch time,
oh, my grandmother died.
my Jesus fucking Christ
how many fucking grandmas you got
it was bullshit that's what he used
because there was nobody in the court
to tell him okay you know
they weren't going to challenge it
but that was the truth
his grandmother didn't fucking die
right guy must have fucking 10 grandmas
but whatever
so um
I'm in
so eventually he
uh
it gets down the deposition day for me
I talked
okay
so guys ask me
goes well well mr polo do you uh use steroids and i go i have yeah do you use them now and i go
no he goes so you don't use anything i said no i don't use i don't use i don't use anabolic
steroids and he goes oh have you and i go yeah so then he goes has miss vega and i go yeah
he goes really i go yeah in a depo right instead of the guy just keeping his mouth
Oh, shut, don't fucking answer no more.
The guy proceeds to ask me what meds the woman used?
I said, well, she used Anavar.
She used, uh, she used, uh, testinanthate.
She used HGH.
She used, um, Echpoise.
Uh, she used Tren.
Oh.
Instead of, I, she's blatantly lying to him, too.
Right.
Here she didn't even tell this guy to truth.
Right.
I don't think the guy to this day knew the truth.
Okay.
and uh and and and then then he's asking me about porn and sex toys and all this shit and i'm like
so and what i was thinking he was doing is is is she was trying to i call it blackmail me from a
distance she was like okay well i'll tell him about porn i don't give a fuck about porn right
i don't give a fuck about porn i'm fucking hell out of you well fuck i give a fuck i'm a fuck i'm a
fucking porn star i don't care i'm not embarrassed about that if anybody needs to be embarrassed is you
not me so she um and i was and i have no shame in my game as well you want to ask me about
steroids yeah i'll tell you all about them no problem yeah sure no problem um so she was trying to
like blackmail me you know i called it from a distance i'm like what she even went as far as
asking my she subpoenaed one of my uh friends who was a deputy who is a deputy who is a deputy
to sheriff's office, asked him, because he went to the gym with us, asked him about
steroids and this guy. And then the guy, then the guy proceeds to ask, how many other deputies
use steroids at the sheriff's office? Just shit like that trying to, like trying to get me to back
off. I'm going to make this uncomfortable for you and everybody that you know and ask really
pointed, you know, embarrassing questions. And hopefully they'll, everybody will pressure
you'd have been just make this go away bro right and i didn't right because like i said i have no
shame in my game right and um like me i could buy like i could like i had uh 2,600 naked pictures
of me from the from the trauma center i could walk around your neighborhood completely naked
and not think anything of it right i go into public say it has no problem i have no problem
um so she uh she didn't do anything to make her
any better I you know the more this guy talked the more he pissed me off and the more that if
I ever thought about going okay yeah I you know I'll go you know right no nobody ever ordered
a psychological evaluation for her um nothing they never went in they never went in that
direction at all um they asked me did she ever have no it just asked me just like pointless questions
and and and it went nowhere and it went absolutely nowhere so basically it wasted uh i knew the
outcome was going to be what it was going to be so then they came up with an idea one day well
how about if we because they want to know my medical bills my medical bills were like
585 585 k but the insurance covered some of it the trauma hawk bill was 46,000 bucks for the
to fly on a helicopter for six minutes um they asked me about that and I was like yeah they go
well how about if she gives you because they came at her with uh what's that a plea plea offer
they says how about five years in prison
she wanted first she came she says
I don't I want adjudication withheld
I don't want to be a convicted felon
I want to keep my gun rights
and but I want 10 years probation
and I'll go to anger management I'm like
what
so then I said you're out of your mind that ain't happening
well then they said I said forget I said don't come
so then they can't call prosecutor calls me one day
He goes, listen, she's going to come up with 500K.
She wants to know where you take 500K.
She doesn't go to prison, but she's on paper for 10 years.
But she would still be able to keep her benefits, her $2,500 a month.
She was still going to be able to get the free health insurance.
She was still going to be able to travel anywhere she wanted like she did.
When she's out on bond, she's going to.
France and here and party and you know and I'm like what you know shit that me and you
couldn't do she was allowed to do because she was a woman and and and I and I and I
says no they go what is a you don't want I go no because then they told me well you know you
can't double dip you probably know this if they would have made her pay restitution to
me in the criminal court in the civil court i was not able to turn around a sue so i got it
one way or the other so she was trying to be like o j and negotiate her way out of shit by paying
her way out you follow me yeah she's thinking if she pleads guilt even if she gets a sweetheart
deal she can still she's going to have to she's going to have to admit what she did and now
she's open for a civil so she's thinking to herself instead of him soon
suing me later, I'll make that a part of the criminal and get a sweetheart deal and close the
door on a civil action.
Right.
Okay.
So she's not doing it.
She's doing it, one, to stay out of jail and two to close that door.
Right.
But.
Ah.
Right.
No, I said, no, no, no.
Because, like I said, she drugged me through three years of, of, of unnecessary pain and suffering.
Yeah, pain and suffering,
sending porno videos over to her or her attorney
watching me fucking her
and sending the videos over to the prosecutor.
You know, and I'm like, what?
You know, that was unnecessary.
It had nothing to do with it.
You're just trying to, you know, flex on me.
You know, she was trying to flex.
If she was so fucking innocent,
want to go to trial.
You're innocent.
Oh, no, no.
She said she wanted to go to trial.
She wanted to go to trial.
So then when in, you know,
And I'm like, oh, yeah, oh, no, because she kept telling people she would, so basically, Matt, we used to have a saying, the show must go on.
She was putting on this show for as long and as possible as she could.
And like I said, she wouldn't have had to done it if she just would have been accountable.
Right.
I was just say, like, you're going to get, look, you're going to get a lot more with honey than vinegar.
You know what I'm saying?
Like if you showed up, like for me, to me, if you showed up and said, look, here's what was going on.
Here's what I thought.
I fucked up.
I really messed up.
I want to make this right.
Like if you really,
really were contrite and you really meant it.
Right.
You know,
then you're going to get a lot further than the go fuck yourself attitude with me.
And then me,
when I have that,
if it's fuck me,
it's fuck you too.
Oh,
absolutely.
You're with me or you're against me.
Right.
Just as like when you tried to give told that guy,
I was listening to one of your videos yesterday.
And the guy was like,
yeah,
you told the guy,
look, man,
you knew you were caught.
You were,
I'll just give you your fucking money back.
Yeah.
The guy's like, no, well, I don't want the money.
I want you to go to prison.
You're like, well, that's fucking stupid because you're going to lose.
You know what I mean?
You're never going to get your money.
No, yeah, you're really not, you know.
And supposedly, remember, the bank doesn't, they only want their money.
Not in that shit, you know.
I forget which video that was, but whatever it was, I was like, that's so stupid.
You get these people on the line and they give them a little bit of power and they just make shitty,
they, shitty negotiations.
I mean, really.
So I'm telling, you know.
but like I said
nobody ever came forward
like from her family
and try to even like
meet with me on the side and say
hey but there was a million of them
and I have the proof
a million of them came out of the woodwork
well I'm going to kill you motherfucker
this dad all these guys
street mentality
yeah no no yeah but the whole thing is
is that didn't help
her yeah
that didn't help her cause
in the end
it fucked her even deeper
you know what I mean
you know I don't know what she thought that I was going to
what crumble no
you know I wasn't fuck I was in it you know
like I said I'm not a half steper
I'm all the way in man fuck it
you know and
she just
um
um
just didn't handle the shit right
you know what I mean
you know you were talking about the embarrassment
uh being embarrassed like
like do you think you're going to send pictures in a porno and embarrass me like you just spent
30 days in in a fucking trauma unit naked like I've seen the pictures burn your shit burn
your thighs your your dick your balls your ass your whole thing like do you think you can
embarrass me now I've been walking around for 30 days having to have my wounds clean twice a day
or whatever it was and like you think you think like you're right so you think showing a
of me banging you is going to embarrass me?
Right.
Listen,
that's me at my best.
Right.
That's not embarrassing.
You know,
it's embarrassing.
You know what's crazy?
And then the whole thing is, right?
Remember I told you about my trainer, right?
So,
me and her used the same trainer.
And so she called the trainer up after she got out.
She was,
listen, I'm sorry,
I can't train with you no more.
But I'm going to tell you,
you know, this motherfucker was attacking me
and I threw a cup of tea on them, right?
So after I get out of their trauma unit, right?
I get out of the fucking trauma unit.
I go see my trainer, dude.
I'm down like 60 pounds.
I'm like, I'm like 204 right now.
I'm down to like one fucking 40.
I walk in a fucking gym, skinning bones, bro.
Skin and bones.
And my boy's like, come on, man, let's go.
Let me check you out, right?
He's man, take the clothes off.
I was my trainer, man.
A guy fucking knows me.
guy's been training me here so he looks at me he goes how big was that cup of tea no he goes
something ain't right here and i go why he goes he never told me nothing he goes why's your ass burnt
and i go he told she told him that i was walking and and she threw it on me like like this yeah
He goes, so he goes, so why isn't your face burned?
Yeah.
You know, why is you dick and your balls and your quads and your fucking arms?
This whole arm was completely burnt, man.
And my back and my ass.
He goes, why are those fucking burned, you know?
Like I told you, you know, this arm here was second.
This was third.
My left quad was third.
parts of my dick and balls were third my balls swelled up to be this big right i begged a surgeon i
says can you please take me god help me if i could have got a scalpel when i was in a trauma unit
and the mindset i was it was so uncomfortable dude i was laying there with two pillows holding my balls up
they swelled up and the guy goes oh it your body's protecting itself i go fuck i said can you take me the
fucking surgery and pop them.
Right.
Because I thought they, because they were full of water.
Right.
And I'm like, come on, dude.
Please, man.
And he was like, oh, no, I said, I can't.
So about that same time, I'm just, I'm going back into, I'm in the trauma unit.
I get up one night to go take a piss.
I told you, I live by myself.
So I'm wrapped from head to toe from here down to my knees.
The only thing is out is my dick and my balls, right?
So my dick is burned bad, right?
so but it's painted up
they got to paint it up with like antibiotics and shit
so then I go to piss
so I put both of my hands on a wall
to support me like this
I go to push
all of a sudden my dick swells up like this
because the hole
the dick hole sealed off with a scab
bro and then all of a sudden it just went like this
bang and then shot
dude it was like a like you see one of those pimple videos
that you see the people
dude the shit just shot out bro
fucking blood and piss
all over the fucking bathroom.
It was fucking bad, bro.
And I'm supposed to fucking forget that.
I see the look on your face, bro.
Yeah, and I'm supposed to fucking forget that.
And, you know what I mean?
Now you know why I see a psychiatrist every week.
You know what I mean?
But guess what?
This is therapy for me to talk about this.
I'm going to be so much better off after this interview, bro.
You have no idea.
Believe it or not.
This helps me.
at 892 days when I saw her in court and like I told you I could give you my
shrinks phone number and he'll tell you dude that day changed Andy's life when I saw
her and I looked over and she was completely unrecognizable and helpless and I told
them keep that fucking money put that bitch in fucking prison her life fucking just escaped
her but guess what it doesn't make me feel
it doesn't make me feel any better that she's in the can right now right it doesn't it doesn't do
anything i didn't get a fucking thrill out of it i didn't go have a party like her i'm dying i thought
about going to winwood walls and going yay too you know but fuck it i didn't you know it's just not me
so so when you get when you finally you do go and you're in court which time what do you mean what
no because we went for the sent are you no no no no no went the one time when they told me they go
you need for dad the prosecutor wrote up a deal because they thought that i could be bought for
fucking 500k right you know and and you know and 500k is life changing for some people yeah for
for me it's not i mean i've i've pissed 500k before just you know come on you know how to do it
just as well as i do you know what i mean the whole guy goes well i would have took that money and bought
a car i've already had fancy cars i've already had fucking fancy house i've already
vacation. I'm bored with that shit already.
So now,
um,
yeah,
they had a,
they come out,
the prosecutor goes,
okay,
well,
you know,
they have,
um,
what was it,
not trust fund.
What's that?
Escaro account.
Right.
They have a,
a check in there,
500K for you.
And I go,
well,
I don't want it.
They go,
you have to take it.
I go,
I ain't got to take a goddamn thing.
I went with that post office attitude
fucking that I have.
I'm ain't fucking taking a fucking thing.
I ain't got to take shit.
So I went in there.
Well, you're going to have to ask the judge.
I ain't got no fucking problem talking to a fucking judge.
That's when you see me.
I was in there and in shorts.
If you see that one video, you'll see me in there saying she had 890.
That was at 892 days.
I had never seen her.
I had never received any word from her.
She partied, this and that.
And one other thing, and this is what I find outrageous to.
I forgot this.
She had a $600,000 home.
She had a private lawyer.
She had like five or six line,
five or six online businesses going.
In some way, somehow,
the state of Florida says that she was indigent.
I'm going, what?
I go, how do fuck are you in the gym?
How's you come up with a half a million dollars?
Exactly.
Exactly.
But then again, right, when all this shit happened to me, right?
Even though I had health insurance, there was a thing,
is a thing in the state of Florida is called Victims' Crime Compensation Fund.
It's for people of violent crimes, whether it's, you know, money for this, that, oh,
bro, they sent me a letter to my house, oh yeah, we're going to be able to, you're going to be able
to get, you know, this, we're going to give you 25K for a catastrophic injury. We're going to
give you this. We're going to give you that. You don't have to pay any co-pays. You don't have to
pay this. Just take this paper with you to any of the, to any of your doctors, the dentist and all that
shit and and and they'll send us the bill and we'll pay them bro i took that fucking thing down there
to get lasers to get laser they fucking laughed at me dude at at the university i'm
me fucking laughed at me and it said it came from ashley moody the uh this not just uh not the state
attorney the attorney general of florida came from her office saying andrew polo was a victim of
you know and we're responsible blah blah blah blah blah isn't it
They fucking laughed at that shit.
I went down there to go get it.
They wanted $7,000 to fucking do laser surgery on this
and $7,000 more to take the keloids off of my leg.
They wouldn't do it.
So they wanted me, no, no, no.
Well, we want to guarantee.
I go, what fuck you mean?
It's right there.
And it said right on it, it is a violation of a state statute
that if they refuse services, they didn't give a fuck.
they can get a fuck one one bit uh went to the dentist because when they sent me home right
they sent me home with those those oxies right those fucking blue pills that i was scared to death
to take them so i wouldn't take them because i was scared of addiction i seen people
fucking dying off them i didn't know i don't have an addictive personality like that so the
first night i came home from the hospital i was scared to take him matt god is my witness and
I lived. I ate one. The pain was so bad. I ate 120 ibuprofen at one night for the pain.
I ate the whole friggin jar of ibuprofen. But so then go to the dentist because after they
gave you the oxies, you know, I grinded my teeth down and I wanted to get my teeth fixed, right?
I went there. The lady felt, yeah, soon as I had, oh, no, we can't do none with that.
She even called up there and they told, yeah, go ahead, do the services for Mr. Polo and we'll reimburse you.
They wouldn't fucking do it.
Never got any.
Any of the shit that the state of Florida told me they were going to give me, they didn't give me nothing.
But then I had received papers at my home that they gave her attorney $36,000.
They paid him three payments of $20,000.
12k apiece because she was indigent.
And I even asked a judge on someone, if you got the transcripts, I says, excuse me, judges,
I'd love to know how you are indigent when you own a $600,000 home and you have all
these online businesses, and I showed her every one of them, how are you indigent?
How do you have an attorney that you pay him $500 an hour and you're indigent?
Right.
I couldn't get an answer for it.
so okay so well so when you do end up in court yes and they make the offer hey you got
she's got 500,000 we're going to give her 10 years paper you speak in front of the court at that
time yeah I told the judge no right so what so what did the judge say like how did that
the judge says I says I don't want I says keep the money see because number one I didn't want I
wanted her to go to prison because of just of her actions for the last three years.
I wanted her to go to prison because of her asshole attorney.
I wanted, um, I wanted her to pay like I paid, right?
But without, she wanted luxuries and wanted to buy her way out.
I'm like, no, you ain't fucking nobody like that.
So she, you know, I just, I told the, I told the judge, it says, judge, I didn't, I didn't
mention anything about civil or, you know, double dipping. I didn't, I already knew, I knew eventually
that I was going to get her on the civil side, but I just didn't know when. Because, you know,
her house was covered by the homestead exemption and all that other shit was covered by that. So I
couldn't attach myself to it. So anyway, um, so I says, no, keep the fucking money and put her in
prison. I mean, her life fucking just escaped her right there. You can see it. So you can watch Kobe.
You can watch the video.
Right.
Take her freedom from her, just like mine was, I said.
So after, so where the judge threw out the plea?
Yeah.
Okay.
So the judge was like, yeah, I'm not going to accept that plea.
So then the judge asked her right there.
So are you ready to take the 60 months in prison?
She goes, no, I want to go to trial.
And you know what she looks at the, she looks at her attorney and looks back to
the judge, Judge Venser looks at him and goes, are you sure you want to do that?
and they go yes
I'm sitting back
I scared a group of
of law students that were there
the law students were next to me
and they go
what do you think about that Mr. Polo
that judge makes
a verbal out on her mic
what do you think about that
I said if she wants to say
get it how you live I said
that's the exact words
the kids next to me were shaking
because they saw me on the I was in there
what they were scared and i apologized to them when i left us i'm sorry i said i hope i don't uh hope my
you know the way i spoke i said this is my thing everything's not always like this so right
yeah i felt bad because the kids were shaking it was girls and they were just like you know
but then the funny thing is is she gets up and leaves court they have seven what happened with the
judge you said that i we had talked before you said the judge said something to her like you
realize if you go to oh yeah no no no that no that no that was
at the end.
Sorry, sorry.
That was at the end.
Okay.
Oh, yeah.
So I could, yeah.
So the day she had to go and get sentenced to, to, um, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, she's
standing there and the judge said something.
She tells the judge, I can't do this.
I'm not ready for this.
This is not fair.
So, and then her attorney standing right next to her, Matt, they have a, too huge,
huge boards of all my photographs.
I told you,
2,600 and like 7,000 pages
of written documents
about this.
And, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, her, her, her goofy
lawyer standing next to her, this guy and he goes, she goes, she goes, I want to go
to trial.
He goes, okay.
the judge goes
excuse me Mr. Jones
have you had a chance
you know who saved poison
was the judge
told poison
excuse me
have you
Mr. Jones
have you seen
the photographs of Mr. Polo's injuries
before you want to go ahead
and go to trial
they looked over
and they went back and forth
she came over
I'll take the plea agreement
she didn't want to do it right so then what they would never do with me they let her instead of
taking her in a custody like they would hook me and you right there clank clank right they let her go
home they let her walk out of the court that day they told her they were going to give her 15 years
and when she showed up they were going to give her the 30 months or whatever when she came back
so she came back that was at eight um it was like uh there was some days in between
it was like February so you're saying she got five years in prison 10 years on probation yes
okay right yeah so she's in uh yeah so so and still when when it came time for her to go to
prison that day in court they wouldn't let me they escorted me out of the
the building
I said what I said
bro the cops surrounded me
and escorted me out of the building
right like I was a criminal
yeah I didn't get to see her leave
the only time I got to see her leave was when she was on
what do you call when on channel 7
okay
and and and
and and that was that
and you know and and the funny thing is is
the puppet master, the main daughter that would always tell her what to do and all this other shit,
does she suck to prove her? Never came. Never once stood in court because the TV cameras would
pan over there and she didn't want to be seen. So apparently she knew there was a reason she didn't
want nobody, but the one daughter, Alexa, stood there with her, which, you know, hey, somebody
had to do it. But like I said, all these other people, like all.
the people that were going to kill me and um you know and all the shit that they were saying that that
never um nobody ever showed up and obviously nobody ever killed me but trust me i look every day
keep my eyes open so she so what a few months later she ends up going to prison she ends up
reporting right no no no she yes no she came back uh like a week later and then when she got to court
her attorney asked the judge again can we have another week because you know she's she's her tenants moving into the house and the judge goes absolutely not yeah i mean just crazy i mean shit like that that would never happen that would me or you and like i said we're not violent criminals but here this violent criminal just because she was a woman she was able to do whatever you know what i mean i just like it was beyond me and um you know crazy
right let me run this by you real quick and then we'll see what you think about this um my uh my i was
i was with uh me and poison were out one night right she had an iphone me poison and a guy that was
in the low with you in coleman we were out he just came home and he came down to visit me
and we're talking blah we're out eating at uh over in weston someone
somewhere down there at some fancy restaurant next thing you know her daughter alexa just
walks in the bar where the club we're in where we're eating here for i'm just trying to get your
opinion on this here she let her daughter uh GPS her phone her daughter knew where the mother
was all the time isn't that weird it's a little odd yeah isn't it
yeah yeah and so my boy that just came home and he was a successful criminal um you know he came
home to where people came home to nothing this guy came home to all his shit you know right they never
took it so he comes home to his junkyard he goes well i still got my hat or this i'm like
his junkyards and all this other shit so he says to me he says he goes so who called her
and i go because he still wasn't with the whole GPS thing he i go who called her he just nobody
I goes, she had GPS.
What the fuck is that?
And I told him.
So then, yeah, she comes in or comes in, sits at the table with us, orders a fillet, orders a martini,
uh, orders dessert and goes, all right, eats everything.
He goes, I got to go.
I thought that was the weirdest shit, man.
And that's the shit that I dealt with.
Right.
But like I said, who's supposed to pay?
You're supposed to pay.
Yeah, we did, obviously.
But he thought it was the weirdest thing because I was like, man, you know, I mean, I mean,
that it was like weird shit like that that still sticks in the back of my mind but she didn't see
anything wrong with that that was fucking what was nuts man didn't see anything wrong with that
oh oh yeah well yeah she's just playing on the phone i go what here your daughter's reckless if
anybody should be watching somebody it should be in it was almost like it was like role reversal
it was like in insane well i mean the cool thing she she her you know her daughter
now her daughter knows where she is all the time still so yeah but like i said but then again
they're not mad at them i think now they might be mad at the mom because i filed action
against her for civil shit right so you know she's in lull up here in um in uh what's that uh not
gainsville what's the other one um i don't know where lull's a state prison yeah lull prison yeah
It's not Gainesville?
No, it's not Gainesville.
It's the other one.
Ocala.
Ocala, yeah.
She's in Ocala and Lowell, in a medium.
Right.
My thing is this is, is I filed action on her for, you know, because her house went for sale.
So I just, boom, I jumped right on her house with the lawyer.
And because now she wanted to sell it.
Right.
It's not homesteaded.
Is it homesteaded?
She didn't live there.
no not anymore not anymore but she had home right she had yeah she's there in prison so but now
she went ahead and this is how crazy you think and i she had she didn't hire a lawyer i i thought
i said great i hope she'll hires that same asshole arthur jones from miami because he would
have just fucked it up anyway and took all her money so he um said uh she says that uh oh that i
since I said I didn't want the money in the criminal court that I can't but she's answering she gave her answer she did it on her own so apparently she's using a prison attorney jailhouse lawyer jailhouse lawyer but obviously they're not as good as the ones that you had you know what I mean that were real lawyers right that are in the can oh no apparently oh yeah oh no he gave up his clock started ticking on May 3rd 2020 when when you're
she injured me.
So, here, let me backtrack one second.
So one time, so after she burned me, right, I go, let me go after her homeowner's insurance.
I said, okay, one time, okay, one time we had a flood in the house, the water heater went bad.
Right.
But the house was all tiled up a couple walls.
We dried it out.
It was all good.
I went and I put a new hot water heater and blah, blah, blah.
She was, well, I'm going to call the insurance company.
I go, okay.
nothing ever got fixed
I put the thing in
it still needs
so we end up fixing it ourselves
she never told me
here she never had
homeowners insurance
on the house
the house wasn't paid for
she had that forced insurance
right from the mortgage company
but that only covers the mortgage
right it was right
it only covered the walls
and the roof
yeah nothing inside
nothing outside
that's why the mortgage
was only a thousand forty eight bucks
so I was like man this fucking great
thousand forty eight bucks
fucking great
100k she owed on the house house was worth 400 then it went up to six so so i go and get a lawyer
and i go let me sue the homeowners insurance so the guy writes her attorney arthur jones and goes yeah
well what do you show me what you got here she never even told her attorney she didn't have
homeowners insurance so guess what her attorney said her attorney goes well if he drops all the
charges against her will say that there was an accident inside the house because since this
was a criminal intentional act knowing homeowners insurance is going to cover it right yeah so you
murder me inside your place there's nothing going to happen i can't get your insurance going
because it's criminal right and it's intentional so i didn't know that but then yeah that's i mean
they went all kinds of directions trying to get this fucking defraud the insurance company
fucking porn, fucking steroids, talking shit about the cops, you know, this, that, everything else,
sending people sending me death threats.
I mean, nothing she did helped her.
And I don't think to this day, that that motherfucker even figured it out.
She didn't help herself.
She fucked herself.
I mean, I'm sure.
So are you, so you're going, so you are, so you are, you did file a civil action.
Yes, I did.
Okay.
So, all right.
So did you stop the sale of the house?
No, they're going to.
No, yes.
They're going to let the house sell.
They're going to let the house sell.
But the proceeds are not going to be distributed to, uh, they're held in escrow because
there's an action on the home.
Okay.
Yeah.
So there's, okay.
So you did tie up.
You did tie up.
You've got a, you've got a judgment or you've got at least a lien of some type on
the title.
Yes.
So the title insurance company or the, yeah, the title agent.
we'll be like, yeah, we can let it go through,
but we can't give you the money.
Right, that's exactly what's happening.
Perfect.
Right, that's what it's happening.
So now she's like, oh, well, he had his chance to get it and he didn't get it.
Yeah, yeah.
Your issue wasn't with the $500,000.
It was that she needs to go to jail.
Right, yeah.
I mean, because anyway, I mean, I mean, that's just like in any of us.
I mean, what do you think, man, dude, you know.
No, no, you attack me.
You got to go to prison.
You got to do some prison time.
You know, you got to go.
Yeah.
I mean, just like that thing, just like,
you know when you were talking about the other day
and I was talking about this
you know you you didn't hurt anybody
you didn't attack anybody you didn't carjack anybody
remember you said that yeah and you want to put me
in fucking prison for 26 fucking years
because I stole something with a fucking pen
yeah but here's the thing even me
if you said Matt we can give you
10 years paper
you be the same crime I still would have told you
I needed to go to jail
like my mind
my frame of mind
I can't imagine having even considered saying oh I shouldn't go to jail I did have to go to jail
so does it make sense like not 26 years no no no no no that was that was crazy people like
what do you think you do should have gone on them I always thought I should have probably got like 10
years and then I would have got Ardap I would have got time off like I probably would have been
out in six years halfway house like that would probably I still think I think that would have
been reasonable.
A lot of people would tell you, oh, that's still too much.
I get it.
But, you know, I had many, many opportunities to fix the situation that I caused.
You know, and just like her, she had many, many chances to try and correct this behavior.
Right.
No apology.
No, I fuck up.
No, sorry.
No, nothing.
And kept posted on Twitter.
Oh, I'm on vacation.
I'm taking care of my stuff.
I'm posting.
I got people threatening him.
I got people like I'm doing everything to make his life as miserable as fucking possible to try and
get him to just drop this or yeah well it didn't happen you know what I mean she had this one
clown on Instagram called busted motherfuckers that was the guy the guy took my fucking photograph
and put it on there saying that I'm a rapist that I'm this that I'm all kinds of fucking
all this fucking bullshit if I was fucking a quarter of the shit this motherfucker put on there
I'd be under the prison yeah you know what I mean and like I says if I was
doing this. Oh, yeah, that they were, you know, if I was doing this, they would have picked
me up, you know? Well, I mean, one, if the roles were reversed, you would have never got
bond. No. You would have, you would have definitely not getting prison time wouldn't have been an
option. I mean, the reverse would have been absolutely different, you know, if things had been
reversed. Like, it would. Oh, absolutely. 100%. So, you know, and then you wouldn't even have the
opportunity to say, oh, she was abusive, she was this. Like, you know, there's all these things
that, you know, that she's still able to play up and try and use, you know, not that any of her
is true, but they, that's not even an option for you. Nobody would even take you seriously if
you said that. For her, it's still an option. And the whole thing is, is this is, right? And thank
God, I thank God that I had all those videos that I saved and this and that because, oh, yeah,
her attorney's asking me oh well you know how strong are you this and that i says well you know
he said you know then he asked me something about he asked me about leg press squat
shoulder press uh standing uh standing curl he asked me all these questions and i told him
and then he goes well what does miss what does poison do and i told him i said oh you're asleep and
throw fucking boiling right and then no no but no he's asking me about
this dumb shit. So I gave me, he asked me a dumb question. He got a fucking dumb
answer. I said, listen. And I pulled up my phone because I was on a computer
doing a Zoom thing with him. I go, look, here's your client right here
fucking leg pressing 1180 pounds. He had no idea that video
existed. Right. So all he did was talk himself into more
deeper and deeper shit. Like I said, the only thing positive that came
out of that was he lined his pockets with cash.
And I told him that right in fucking court.
And I told him, flat out, you're a piece of shit for dragging me through this.
And in the end, you knew this was going to have.
I looked at him, Matt, and I looked at him.
I go, you could have went to 10 motherfucking lawyer school.
She didn't.
And I used the motherfucker in the court.
I said, you could have went to 10 motherfucking lawyer schools and not beat this fucking case.
And you knew it, motherfucker.
So fuck you, I told him just like that.
Yeah.
Oh, listen, being a lawyer, it's a license to steal.
It's a liar.
Lawyer, liar, same thing.
you know that's what they say i mean you know i don't i don't get it man yeah that's the part
that i don't get the shit was unnecessary didn't need to happen um i believe that she was pulled
between um a life of of you know i i i think her you know she lived maybe a double or triple life
you know one life with me and then then she told another version to somebody else and then
another version you know i used to tell her all time go be with your kids you know go hang out oh no no
no no so i don't know if she told them that i was fucking telling her that she couldn't i wanted
to go with her kids her kids didn't like me because simple because i pointed out fucking you know the
obvious hey listen you're taking all your shit you know i'm sitting there talking like me and you are
and all of a sudden the fucking the lights go out.
I go, what?
Here she didn't pay the fucking light bill.
So you're not paying the light bill.
You've got forced insurance on your fucking homeowners,
but you're watching people's kids for free.
You're paying fucking phone bills.
Right.
It doesn't, yeah.
Right.
And then I go, then I'm like, what?
But yet you can also still come up with half a million dollars in escrow.
Like, where'd that money come from?
Right.
And that wasn't even then, because I wasn't going to fucking take it.
I didn't even fucking, man, are you kidding me?
I'm not one of these motherfuckers.
Unless I have it in my hand, you know, uh-uh.
Because there, trust me, if I would have took that 500K from her,
there was something else attached to it, trust me.
And I wasn't going to do it.
And like I said, do I expect some kind of of payback that she's in the can?
oh yeah oh i expect it all the time people ask me all the time one of the postal inspectors
asked me at the job he goes how do you fucking feel he says to me do you walk around and paranoid
i said i don't work around paranoid i have this a diagnosis now it's called hypervigilance
i see things more than an average person would see them so i mean i i'm well aware of my
surroundings you know counter surveillance i you know i'm looking behind you know i'm looking but
I just, you know, just ask
and you know, I just...
When does she get out?
I don't know.
Would they give like four days a month
or eight days a month
good time in?
When does she go in?
She just went to prison
and she went February 14th.
Oh shit.
She's got at least three and a half years,
at least three years,
three years.
She probably might be in a halfway house
in three years.
Yeah.
But in the state of Florida,
you do 85%.
Okay.
So 85% and she can get,
uh,
probably get a year
halfway house but the halfway houses are pretty full so maybe six months halfway house so she's
probably going to be out in three years she got about three years so you're good for three years well
i'm not worried about it i'm not worried about it either way like i tell people i mean he can't get any
worse i mean you know i tell you you want to come fucking kill me now just make sure you fucking
shoot me you know right in the brain so you're so you're still the post office yeah yeah yeah
what am i fucking gonna go you know you're remarried yeah yeah
nice to a chinese cuban no really yeah okay she took care of me from cuba yes okay
you ever been no i've never been to cuba but i do know that there's i do know there's china down
yeah yeah she's one of them it's like in in um in jamaica they have a large population of
indians from india yeah in in uh you know and people people don't realize that they'll come over and
you'll see a guy who looks he's he's India like from he's for like looks like he's
from India what he calls Jamaican is what we call a coolie oh okay and you're
but it's so funny because then they start talking Jamaica and you're like God you
you look like a Patel yeah yeah Jamaican Patoa but um like I said man it's just
it just if if anything is going to be um learn from this video if there's
anything's going to learn don't ever think it can't happen to you
uh i knew her 40 years like my lawyer i mean like my uh my coach told me he goes i says
coach tony he says what i said i knew her 40 years he says andy you thought you fucking knew
her 40 years right you don't know man i mean when it came that motherfucker buddy when it when
when she was the best she was the best but when it came to fucking killing she was right there
so i mean you can't fucking tell bro i mean like man oh man dude
And like I said, she was, she's five years younger than me.
So, yeah, so she's 55 right now.
The, I don't know if we ever talked about this, but did you mention, I know you mentioned it to me, but that, the, the Victoria Secrets card was for Mother's Day.
Yeah.
No, I know we've said it was for her, but.
Yeah, for the following Sunday, which was made dead.
We ever really described that.
Because I know we were going back and forth, so I don't know if that's slid.
But, I mean, I know because we talked about it before.
Yeah, May 10th.
Yeah.
So, yeah, it's just.
I mean, crazy, dude.
I mean, like, you know.
And the first thing I did is when I walked out of the court because I didn't want to have bad energy,
I had a brand new Calvin Klein shirt, Calvin Klein pants and Calvin Klein shoes on.
I had brung other clothes with me.
I threw the fucking clothes away right there at the fucking courthouse, bro.
I swear to God
I look for a homeless guy
to give them to
I couldn't find anybody
I'd put them right in a
fucking garbage can
I didn't want that shit
in my truck
you know
it just
it'll never end
you know what I mean
like I ask
a psychiatrist
people like
oh why can't you just
forget about it
you can't
well I don't know
that she's gonna let you
forget about it either
like you said
when you get
get out
did you ever see that
did you ever see the TV series
Dirty John
no but I saw
yeah I just saw it
It just popped up.
Bro, you got to watch it.
Like, I mean, and this guy is just a such a psychopath.
And he could have had it.
He mentally, he couldn't do the right thing, right?
And it goes on.
And not just that, but he, he's super vengeful.
He's attacking and attacking.
It's like there were so many times where it's like, you could, you could cut your losses and walk away with the check.
Right.
And it wasn't enough.
Like, he just mentally, he was off.
Right.
And so I was just going to say, your, you know, poison was like, you know, she snapped one day.
And instead of just taking responsibility and saying I fucked up, like, it does seem like it's going to, she's going to, she's going to rest on the, it's not my fault.
Like I said, forever.
Bro, you know, and like I said, I mean, I don't, you know, I'm not, I'm not doing this to get no to rioter or nothing.
But like I said, it just brings fucking awareness to fucking can happen to anybody.
And like I said, and another thing too, you know, people, if you fucking do something,
fucking take it on a chin, I take it on a chin.
If I fuck up, hey, I fucked up, now what?
We'll fix it.
Right.
You know, I mean, fucking making up stories.
That doesn't mean, you got to, it's true.
They say, when you tell a lie, you got to cover it with another lie, it just compounds.
If she would have just came that night and say, hey, man, thank God I didn't hold my breath.
I swear to God, I laid there in the trauma unit, I said, she'll be here.
She'll be here.
Nah.
And God, I didn't hold my breath because I was completely convinced because she took care of me in every way.
Every way.
Now, I'm fucking, I'll give her, I'll give the motherfucker that.
When she was on point, she was on point until that day.
And like I said, I don't, I don't know, just fucking pow.
And like I said, if she could have explained herself, we never spoke again, never.
And I looked at her in court.
had plenty of chances to say, hey, please, if that motherfucker would have came to me and say,
hey, man, come on, you know, you know, I would have worked that I would her. I would have worked
that I would her. If her kids would have came to me and would say, hey, you know, what's it going to
take? You know, hey, there wasn't going to be any money. There wasn't money ain't going to fix that
shit. Can I get my fucking skin back and get my fucking scars? I know, man. You can't remove that
out of my brain. You know what I mean? But people don't get that part, you know, people are
motivated by money like me if i would have took that 500k from her and i would have went
and bought a mclaren with it every time i looked at that fucking mclaren i would have fucking hated
myself you hear me right so fucking that's why i didn't do it you know well which some people would

Shapes and sizes?
Yeah, man.
Sexes.

didn't get fixed, you know.
But, you know.
