I'm in the mystical shaking fast video. I'm trying to find things to do with this money. I got a policeman on actual pay. It says Kingpin, this is me,

Starting point is 00:00:15 was getting 30 keys a month from source J-G-184 months. I got a fight for my life. He said, I'm going to tell you this right here. You could be in for a fight. My uncle, like he's the first person I saw counting $250,000 like cash money like sitting there and I'm looking at him he's sitting there on like on my grandma couch he's smoking his blunt and um he's he's counting the money I hear I'm saying

Starting point is 00:00:39 all right that's that's a hundred that's 250 I'm like two 50 like and I'm at the time stealing candy and selling it in school how old are you I'm like 13 right probably like about about like 12 12 13 elementary I got I got the high on junior high while I was 14, but that was my, that was my lick. I'm watching him, and I'm seeing the plate with the coat under the, you know, under the couch, but then I also seeing the bricks of cooking sitting there too. And I'm like, hey, all this is going on at my grandma house. You know, and I'm saying this, but I still don't know exactly what it is.

Starting point is 00:01:24 Right. But I know he's making a lot of money. The time I'm playing sports, because I was really, good in sports and like, like I said, in elementary, and then junior high played football, played basketball, starting point guard. But you know, you know that you realize, like, powder is illegal. What he's doing is, do you realize it's kind of illegal or something's, something's not right? Like, this is not normal. The only reason is why I know it ain't right, because with he's smoking, I know what that is, because my mother and everybody's smoking, you know,

Starting point is 00:01:55 you know, he, you know, so as he's smoking it, I'm like, I know you're not supposed to be doing that, you ain't supposed to be doing it in grandma house right you know what I'm saying but far as the white stuff and the money and all that nah but I wanted to find out so as I'm playing sports at the same time I'm like no I need to see what he's doing but now I'm in junior high as I'm junior high you know because I had little dealings with smoke you know like in elementary going into going into junior high but now in junior high I'm going to cross cost to another neighborhood and now I'm seeing where he got on the couch, you know, where he got on the table. So I'm saying that and I'm like, okay, all right, the guys out here is breaking it down

Starting point is 00:02:39 what he got. That's all I'm saying at the time. So I'm like, all right, cool. I got to figure out how I can get some of that. So I can go take it across the street and start making that $250,000. So that was my whole mission right there was to figure out how to make $250,000 like, I'll go ahead. Okay.

Starting point is 00:02:59 How does that? Well, I mean, you're also still 13 years old. I'm assuming it's difficult to break into the industry at 13. I'm hoping. It's not. Well, well, not. And this is your uncle. So like I said, so first I was selling like, bud.

Starting point is 00:03:16 So I already knew the whole language in selling. Right. You know. So now all I had to do was try to figure that out. But before too long, like, so I got a brother. So I got, I got a stepbrother. So I got two sisters, Shane and Tunisia, and a stepbrother named Kenny. And a good guy, but he used to go hard.

Starting point is 00:03:40 He used to go real hard. Pause. And he, I used to steal my candy. Right? He used to steal the candy and I actually sell it. Like, I was just a master, you know, breaking it down right now. How many snickers I got? How many, you know what I'm saying?

Starting point is 00:03:54 That was just always my thing. But he was the one who was going to get it. So, you know, I always had to split it with him. So he ended up going into my other uncle closet and bringing me back some of his drugs. Right. And as I'm getting and I'm sinning it, I'm like, dang, all right. I had to find out what to do with it.

Starting point is 00:04:20 So I really didn't know. But I had a cousin that was down the street who I knew he did the same thing. I had a couple of cousins actually. but um it still wasn't looking like it was two different things so what he had on the table and what was the guys who was selling in the neighborhood theirs was hard and his was soft so he was selling powder and they were selling rocks yeah so you know so like I said I never get a chance to even see the whole thing until now right so I'm not knowing that that transfer into that until you know until I'm out there so now when I'm on the corner you see in the

Starting point is 00:04:58 guys and I end up learning the game from sitting there from my uncle that once that happened I end up trans you know so I'm on the corner every day learning how to do the game I got my guys and stuff you I grew up with it's probably like seven of us in the neighborhood and um we all running the cars I'm talking about calls pulling up we whoever the fastest yeah you're you're you're selling like you're You're a quarter drug dealer. You're just selling dine bags on the corner or whatever. Dine bags on the corner or whatever.

Starting point is 00:05:32 And I used to buy, once I couldn't get the drugs no more from my brother stealing it. And now I'm starting to try to find certain people to buy it from. Everybody on the corner got the same drugs. So it's whoever get there first. Right. You know what I mean? But until I had to learn how to say, because I was fast, but then it becomes a problem. Like, man, like, come on, we got to take turns.

Starting point is 00:05:53 You know what I mean? So we growing up, you know, you're like, no, we got to share now because you beating everybody to the sales. Right. So, you know, start conflict. So then I said, you know what? I got to figure out of the way how not to make everybody mad, but getting them things to come to me.

Starting point is 00:06:11 Let's go outside the hood and get work from somebody else, make sure it's a little better. Right. So I started going to another neighborhood called Lake Edwards. And it was these guys named Ernest, Ernest and Pimp. Like all them guys was like rocking too. So I end up hollering at them and bringing drugs out my neighborhood. Right.

Starting point is 00:06:43 And so what are you saying it's better? You're saying it's not cut? No, yeah. I mean, you know, because everybody cooked different. Right. So back then, you know, like I said, I'm getting two for 20. So all I do is want to just spend $20, make $40, come back, spend $20, make $40. But now as I'm getting, you know, getting bigger with the eight balls and the quarters and things like that,

Starting point is 00:07:02 now I'm getting it from these guys over here is different than over here. Because whoever these guys, like we all getting it from, they're starting to put more bake on it. And it ain't really that good because they know everybody got it. Yeah. We're all dealing with the same people. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? So now with me going over here, I'm coming back now. You have a better quality of product. So people want to come to you. Now it doesn't matter who makes it to the car first. It's they're like, they don't want, they want to talk to Tony. I got a smoker. Right. I got a straight smoke out.

Starting point is 00:07:33 Right. A straight smoker. Because like Virginia Beach is like, we didn't sell D. You know what I'm saying? We didn't sell that dog food. You know what I'm saying? It's like that's a portion thing, Northfolk thing. out here if you sell that D like you nah they come in but you got a smoker yeah everybody coming to you so now I'm sitting back so as I'm sitting back

Starting point is 00:07:55 everybody's still running to the cost like it was this lady called white lady hauncher used to call her right and she used to run she used to run through the field pulling her money in her hand

Starting point is 00:08:08 I'm talking about and she's like coming through I'm talking about and she got probably like $300 and she's running and we used to see her, you start running to her. So everybody ran to her to her. So, you know, I used to run to her, beat everybody and we actually meet, whatever.

Starting point is 00:08:22 But she used to deal with whoever gets to her first. And it was people with fake work or whoever who used to beat her. And she's going to buy it because she's scared because she wanted. So she's going, she even going, even though know that yours is fake, she's going to say, how about you give you 50 and let me spin it with, you know, with your friend. Let me spend the rest with your friend over there. She doesn't want to upset the guy.

Starting point is 00:08:42 She didn't want to. She didn't want to upset him and stuff because she, you know, but then there came with time you see people running to her now she's coming and she's running and she's running past them right now I'm sitting back chilling she's come running to me yeah you know what I'm saying because I got that smoke

Starting point is 00:08:57 yeah right so now now's becoming the time it's like because you know when you're growing up in a certain area right and and you're going to have that jealousy and envy and

Starting point is 00:09:12 you know all that right so it was the thing for me to, I had to get off the corner, right? It was a thing like, I was just one of the ones that's like, I got to try to figure out again how to get from where I am on this corner to get to riding, you know, so I can sell off my page or however it's going to be because I got tired of like all the jump outs. Like, I'm talking about I used to run so much to a point.

Starting point is 00:09:41 You know how I did. I don't know how you have been on the corner. I don't know. But from just hiding stuff and then going to fiend houses, like I did. All of that. I mean, I've talked to tons of these guys in prison. They're just talking about the cops are either showing up and grabbing a bunch of guys or the other drug dealers.

Starting point is 00:10:00 There are guys that, what do they call them? Not stick up, man. They call them or jump out. Jump out. It's just other guys in the neighborhood. All they do is rob drug dealers. And they just jump out with a gun and boom, get on the ground. give me your shit, give me your shit. And, you know, sometimes these guys, they get robbed so much that

Starting point is 00:10:18 they won't even give it up. They just try and run or they'll start arguing with them or they'll struggle for the gun. It's like, what are you talking about? They're like, nah, bro, you get robbed so much. You realize these guys may or may not shoot you. Maybe they'll shoot you, but it'll be in a leg. And, you know, like, it's a whole argument. Remember the guy, Stu? Stu was a jump out guy. Well, I don't think Stu had a car. I had a buddy named Stu. But she, I was, this just always killed me. Stu had been shot three times twice by himself because he'd run up and grab

Starting point is 00:10:47 and the guys would yank and he pulled the trigger he shoot himself once in the hand once in the and then it got the the third time he got shot was because he he said they'd see me coming they'd pull out their pieces and start shooting and they he got shot once in the leg but yeah it had happens you know so I know it's it's fucked up I mean I know it's it's not like

Starting point is 00:11:07 it's not a it's not a risk free job. There's no benefits. There's no benefits. It's wrong. There's no work in it's calm. There's no work in this calm. There's nothing of that.

Starting point is 00:11:18 But I had to, you know, but it was the thing of I just had to get off that corner. Yeah. End up getting off the corner, right? Now I'm riding. Jay Z end up changing my life. Okay. I'm just real. Jay Z, he like, hit a song that said, get off the corner?

Starting point is 00:11:36 Not even the song. Reasonable Doubt album. Like, Reasonable Doubt came out. I'm talking about it was like the Bible it was like the Bible I'm talking about he he like I remember saying the video

Starting point is 00:11:51 and he had the GS he had the GS 300 I had to go get it but I had to work my way up to it like I mean it's so crazy because I hate to ask you this bro what's the GS 300 do you know what if GS 300 it what is it

Starting point is 00:12:04 Alexis okay I don't know it's the same way when you ask me about the guy I don't even know the guy name I can't remember the guy name She has 300. Okay, got it. But it's so crazy that, like, and it's funny because we had a place called Hex in Military Circle, right? Military Circle Mall.

Starting point is 00:12:23 And me and my girlfriend at the time, who was actually my wife now, that's how long we've been together. We're in the mall, and I end up seeing Jay-Z. But now I'm seeing them, and I'm like, you know, I'm trying to be cool. You know what I'm saying? You're not a fanboy in it? Well, I ain't going to say trying to be because that's just me. You know what I'm saying? But, you know, so as I'm, you know, cool and I see him, I'm like, damn, that's Jay Z.

Starting point is 00:12:48 So I tell her, she don't, I'm like, yo, go get that guy autograph over there. She's like, you go get it. I'm like, go get it. I'm like, I ain't going to get it. You know what I'm saying? Like, to a point I didn't even like, like, I don't know if I spoke or not, you know what I'm saying. But it was like, this is back then. But when he had that GS and I seen that video and stuff and everything he's rounding about,

Starting point is 00:13:09 I'm talking about. I'm like, yo, that's me. That's me. So, like, I'm just a big J fan. You know what I'm saying? But, um, so I had to get off the corner. So I ended up getting the GS. And, um, and now I'm rolling.

Starting point is 00:13:28 Now you're just doing everything off a pager. I'm doing everything off a pager. But with me being good at sports and, um, messing with different girls and different schools, knowing the guys, them on, you know, the football team, the track teams and all that, they hustlers too. Right. So all of them was in different neighborhoods from, you know, down the beach, bird neck, like friendship and Atlantis and all that.

Starting point is 00:14:04 So I had a 757 to set up how I told you. The beach is like wide open. So it's like, I only know how many high schools at the time, or how many junior high at the high school at the time. But everybody know each other through sports and women and girls. So I end up getting cool with everybody from down the beach, guys them from like the green run area, guys them from Lake Airwoods. So now I'm going, guys I'm from Twin Canal, so I'm going to all these neighborhoods dealing

Starting point is 00:14:39 with all these guys. So it's making me come up faster. Right. Right. So that's when I'm getting into, all right, cool. I need to try to figure out how I can make more, how I can make more money getting those squares. That's still my whole mission.

Starting point is 00:14:56 But to take you back a little bit, I end up getting kicked out of high school. I was getting ready to start. I was getting ready to be the starting point guard. But why? So. Is it having to do with you're a drug dealer? No. No?

Starting point is 00:15:13 I thought you were going to say that found they caught me with drugs or something. No. So to take you back, remember the guys them out from Lake Er was where I say, I end up going to go get some drugs from, and bringing it to my neighborhood. So once I was able to go in that neighborhood and get some drugs, it became cool, right? But before then, it's been a big rival.

Starting point is 00:15:35 My whole life of me coming up in junior high, knowing that we were supposed to be fighting these guys, them from another neighborhood called Lake Edwards. They're from the Bayside area. Right. They're from Bayside Arms where, like, you know, where I grew up in, they're from the Bayside area. So we used to fight them all the time.

Starting point is 00:15:55 Go out there, fight them and, you know, you know, settle. It ended up becoming the time right before then that we all end up, before I end up going over there, meeting them guys. We used to, I'm talking about like, we're talking about 30,000. years, my older cousins them used to class with them. Generations used to always fight these guys. That's what it was. One day, I'm coming there in school. I got my jersey on, all that. And the guys from my neighborhood end up getting in the fight with the guys from Lake Edwards. Now, it's crazy because I end up forming not bond at the time, but I knew a lot of them guys

Starting point is 00:16:48 and I had a cousin over there and this and that. But still at the same time, once I seen my guys and them starting to fight, I had no choice but to jump in. It sound crazy now, right? And I would have still did it. But it sound crazy now because nowadays this generation, they're a little more smarter that you got people

Starting point is 00:17:12 who actually keep them away from that. But my mentality growing up is, I mean, we all grew up together like, others. So you can't, you can't do that. You know what I'm saying? You can't not fight. You know what I'm saying? It's just that I can't hit my cousin. You know what I'm saying? So I jumped in that fight. I jumped in that fight, you know, getting expelled. Um, end up going back to high school to graduate. Because my mom was like, hey, listen, like you work too hard. You got, you know, 11th grade, you're going to. So I said, all, mom, I'll go ahead and I'm going to go back. So I'm going to go back. So I'm going to go back. I end up going to Princeton High School and then transfer it to an alternative school.

Starting point is 00:17:52 Because once I did, go back to high school, by this time I'm counting $250,000. You know what I'm saying? It's like, I don't want to be here, but I had to do it for my mom. So I went to an alternate school called Richard Milburn, which where all the bad kids and all that stuff was. So I ended up graduating. Fast forward, the same guys who I fought, I end up dealing with. Right, because now I got to work. So, like, I was going down to, you know, the beach areas and the green run areas and all that.

Starting point is 00:18:21 Now I'm going over there. And I'm dealing with the generation right under me. A guy by the name of Jabari and Little Rail, they end up passing. I bet you know a lot of people. I bet you know a lot of people have passed. You know what I'm saying? Oh, man. You know, and, I mean, to the streets.

Starting point is 00:18:45 I told Colby this. I wrote a book about a serial killer. It's actually kind of a satire. But I had to research unsolved homicides. Listen, the amount of black guys being shot randomly just drive-by shootings. I mean, it surpasses white guys being shot by it's astronomical. I mean, we're talking about out of, it's like a 70. It's like out of 10, 70% of these guys are black guys, just being shot left and right,

Starting point is 00:19:20 just from, look, that are unsolved. Yeah. I mean, and I'm thinking, and look, let's face it, it's what, less than 15% of the population. And yet, and these are unsolved, and these are drive-bys, too, because you know they're probably gang-related. Yeah. Because I got a, my wife's brother, you know, he ended up, he got killed, like, early on, like, I'm talking about, I was probably like 13 and somebody had went in his house and shot him in the head. He was on the couch and they never solved that. And, you know, so like I know how

Starting point is 00:20:02 I sense this, you know, but it's so crazy because even with now, I end up hopping out the street like far as when it came to violence because it was a time period where I was. That's why you said you wanted to get off that you wanted to get off the corner you can't keep be doing that that's why you wanted to but it turned to also you know but right before then I was one of the ones who was wow with that pistol you know I mean like but I was always that you ever heard of a nice drug dealer no like like I mean like I'm a I was a nice kind of hearted drug dealer right like it sounds crazy it sounds like it don't mix but that's what I was you know I mean, it's like, I was soft, right?

Starting point is 00:20:46 But that came with, but people also want to deal with you more then, but then also people want to take advantage of you more. She take advantage of you more, too. So it's a, there's a hard line there. Very, you know, but I was raised women, you know what I mean? And then now, and I got three daughters. And what, like, so it's like my emotional, like, it's like, wow. But it goes all the way back to then.

Starting point is 00:21:07 What made me even hop out? I knew that, that life far as would. violence wasn't about me. I had shot this guy before, young, trying to come up. You know, this is like, as soon as I got off the corner, I'm like, with this other guy and just so happened, he's riding and he sees these dudes in them in his car, so he look over, and he's like, yo, that's such and such. I'm like, yeah, he's like, man, they got it.

Starting point is 00:21:40 I'm like, all right. You know what I mean? So I'm not even thinking about doing, you know, robbing this and that, but I keep my gun on me, you know, at the time. And also he said, I see him bustle-left and he's behind him. I'm like, what's going on? So he was like, yo, you had to get him now. I'm like, get him.

Starting point is 00:22:02 And this is the first time, the first time, that's what my first time robbing somebody. this is my first time robbing it with him. I already knew, you know, his work, you know what I'm saying? But now I'm getting caught in the, it's like I'm not even in the car with him. He's driving and I'm on the passenger side. He's like, yo, and he's falling. I'm like, what's going on? So as we pull in to where he was at, he grabs, he hop out and he grabbed the mask.

Starting point is 00:22:36 He comes back. He was like, come on. Throw me a mask too. I'm like, yo, this dude, you got a mask and everything. I actually talk about this in my book. Yeah. Because again, like I said, I got the book. I'm going to reissue the book.

Starting point is 00:22:48 You know what I mean? I'm going to put it out. So you're all going to link. I'm going to promote it, man. Right. So anyway. No, we're going to put the link in the description box. All right.

Starting point is 00:23:29 when I got kicked out of school, I had to fight. Right. My man ready to go. I got to go. But it's crazy because I'm, putting this mask on and the mask is like, the man's like too big.

Starting point is 00:23:43 Like, it's like crazy. Like, so I'm like nervous. I'm scared to death. I mean like, that's why I'm saying I know I'm not about that. I know I'm not about that. I'm talking about. And he goes and I'm following him and he catch the guys. When he catch the guys on behind him and he on, he on, he on

Starting point is 00:24:14 one of the dudes. And then I see the other guy and the other guy looking at me and he's looking at me. He's like, he's looking like, like, yo, I know this dude. Tony? I'm thinking he's saying that, right? And it's crazy. But I'm saying like, he can't know me. I got this mask on.

Starting point is 00:24:32 Like, there's no way possible that you can know me. And now he's walking towards me. Like, but it's like I blinked out. It's like I totally blinked out, man. So I couldn't even tell you from the time. of I'm seeing him looking at me and him coming towards me. Now I'm thinking, okay,

Starting point is 00:24:50 is he going to grab this gun? Is he going to? I didn't know what he was going to do. So I shot him. Right. And shooting the leg? Did you shoot him in the,

Starting point is 00:25:02 what, in the torso? At the time, I didn't know where I shot him. I know I just shot him. End up shooting him in the leg. Okay. But I shot him.

Starting point is 00:25:15 And as soon as I shot him, out of I'm like, oh my God. Straight, turned around, ran back to the car. Okay. He ran back to the car.

Starting point is 00:25:24 What did he do? He dropped. I ran to the car, right? What did he do? Who? Him, the guy you just shot. Did he drop? Did he run?

Starting point is 00:25:31 I don't know. I ran. Oh, okay. But I will tell you another reason why, right? I actually, I won't try to shoot him. I'm just being real. I wasn't trying to shoot him, right?

Starting point is 00:25:45 I was trying to give a, warning because my man who I was with had the other guy and was ready to take him in the crib. Right. Right. I knew once he got in that crib, I don't know what's going to happen in that crib. Right. After that, I don't know if he going to kill him,

Starting point is 00:26:04 I don't know what's going to go on. So my whole thing is I need to try to make a distraction. So we can get up out of there. That's all this on my mind. You know what I'm saying? It won't think of, oh, you're leaving them or whatever. I already know once you, so this is the thing. I can't just run.

Starting point is 00:26:19 Because if I just run, now it's like, oh, shoot me, you left me out there in the whole nine. I already know once I shoot, the only thing he can say is, man, you fuck that up. Yeah, yeah. Right? But as soon as you fire, everybody's got to go. You got to go. Because that's going to bring heat.

Starting point is 00:26:30 Everything gone. You know what I mean? But I'm sorry, I had to do that. But like I said, I'm a businessman. Right. I'm a businessman. Like, I'm going to play with my life. You know what I'm saying?

Starting point is 00:26:40 And that right there was not designed for me. Right. You know what I mean? So I was smart enough to say, man, I'm going to design this. Boom. Peave it. So end up running up out of there. Gone.

Starting point is 00:26:49 I get in the car. He comes. He hop in the car. Oh, no. We got somebody else with us. I forgot. All this stuff was coming back. It's so crazy.

Starting point is 00:26:56 We got another guy with us and he's driving. And my man told him he was in the back seat and told him to hop in the front seat. So now when we come out, we're in the car. My man don't even say nothing to me. You know what I'm saying? Because my whole thing is, I'm telling him, yo, dude was like, ready to take. the gun, I don't know what was going to go on. You know what I'm saying?

Starting point is 00:27:16 So he was like, all right, cool. End up taking me to my car. And I'm hopping in the car. Guess what I do? Take a while, guess what I do? Drive back to the scene? Yes. Because I'm a good-hearted criminal, but I'm soft.

Starting point is 00:27:32 You want to make sure he's okay? I want to make sure he's okay, man. Kill nothing, letting him die. I mean, that's just me. You know what I'm saying? So I goes back. Hop off the interstate. And I'm riding back.

Starting point is 00:27:42 So as I'm riding back past and I'm looking, they outside. No cops, nothing. No, there definitely couldn't have been no cops because you know why? Blu, blue, blue, bloom. Then they're shooting at me. Now, I'm ducking. I'm like, oh, shoot. I got one bullet hole.

Starting point is 00:28:00 It was on the bottom of my car. And now I'm like, shit. How did it know it's me? Yeah, yeah. I don't know. How did it's me? So now I'm like, ain't hiding out

Starting point is 00:28:13 you know what I mean because at the same time I'm still like no one thing about me though I'm gonna tell you straight up I'm going to protect myself right like like don't get that twisted

Starting point is 00:28:21 like it ain't no thing of you think you're just gonna just do anything to me like we ain't gonna do that you know what I'm saying but you know these guys are gunning for you now though but it's not me how do you know it's me

Starting point is 00:28:32 I got a bass on it's not me they know it's you they know it's me right I get a call I get a call from my guy who I told you about who watched your show Okay

Starting point is 00:28:46 The same guy who I told you I said yo I know some real guys Who actually watch your show You know what I'm saying I got a call from him And he said Hey yo bro He didn't use the word

Starting point is 00:28:56 Bro at the time People want to say him bro But he was like Yo You know that thing I was like yeah Everything cool with that I was like

Starting point is 00:29:05 Yeah He was like yeah Everything good So I was like, all right, cool. When I got a chance to really talk to my man, he was like, yeah, I told him, yo, just leave that alone. You know what I'm saying? I was like, all right. Me and the dude, like, I knew the dude.

Starting point is 00:29:23 Like, he's from my area, you know what I mean? And it was, it was, but it messed with me for a minute, you know what I'm saying? So I just didn't like crime. You know what I mean? Like, it was crazy. But this was so bad. That one was not my, that one was my first time with him. why I still went back on another one.

Starting point is 00:29:44 But this time, I'm just to, I'm just to drive him. Yeah, right? But this was the last time, this was the last time when I turned it around and said, ain't doing no more violence. I'm going to make sure I ain't doing no more violence, and I'm going to be the money getting this nigga. Can I say, nigga? I think so.

Starting point is 00:30:01 Like, I left it in on a couple episodes and it's never got demonetized, so, yeah. We used, yeah, yeah, you should be good. You're fine. Yeah. We'll see. You want to say that over? No, no, no. Yeah, keep going.

Starting point is 00:30:12 You're good. I'll probably leave this in. I probably leave this part me talking about. Yeah, yeah, you're good. That's what I'm going to make sure you say what I can't. But no, but I'm dead serious, though. So you're just chasing money from here on out. First of all, I don't see shooting people in that whole, the whole gang warfare thing.

Starting point is 00:30:29 That's not making anybody money. You know what I'm saying? That rivalries and anger and fighting amongst each other. Like, that's not. So that way made me say, hey. My next caper that I did that I actually put in the book was being able to talk about NASA. Hopefully they go, they want to read it, but I'm going to start talking about stuff reading the book probably on my channel. But what I ended up doing was I end up going back

Starting point is 00:30:54 the same guys I got into a fight with in high school and we was fighting for over years. I am going to get them too and we started making like crazy money together. Are these the two guys you told me? You started to tell a story about the two guys that passed. Yes. We went back to this story. Exactly. And them two guys was like, there was the guys out there in like the Lake Erwas way.

Starting point is 00:31:20 But there was like, say, a little younger than me. So now when I'm getting, when I end up coming on my own and I'm getting that work, now I'm going to go give it to them. And they supplying the whole Lake Edwards. You know what I'm saying? But now you're more of a middle man. you're not on the, you're not on the corner, you're not, now you're just a more, I guess, a lower level distributor, right? Because you're not getting it from the source.

Starting point is 00:31:45 You're getting from a source, right? Yeah, yeah. So like the cartel will bring it in and they'll have a cartel member typically that is the distributor. He then typically distributes the guys that distribute it to other guys. And so you're the second one. Yeah, I'm the second one. Yeah, I'm the second one at the time. but I got some

Starting point is 00:32:04 I got some plugs You know We didn't get into the whole thing Of my Uncle Renee thing Which I put into the book You know With the Panama situation Yeah anyway

Starting point is 00:32:15 But Because he ended up getting deported Right We're not What do we mean We're gonna No we don't get into that Okay

Starting point is 00:32:22 But what I'm saying But what I'm saying is Because that's how you really Back then Right Yeah But back then Back then

Starting point is 00:32:29 Back then He ended up getting deported Right So in the middle of that whole thing right there, I end up finding Connects. I'm talking about in the States. Right.

Starting point is 00:32:39 You know what I'm saying? Before I really start dealing with Panama. Okay. Because at this point, you're dealing with the Connects, but he's being deported or hasn't been deported yet? No, he got deported. Oh, he got deported. Yeah, he got deported.

Starting point is 00:32:50 Okay, back to it, because he's Panamanian. Because he's Panamanian. Okay. And the guys, and so now I got Connected. So before I started getting stuff from Panama and all that anyway, I got guys them who are in the States who actually got it

Starting point is 00:33:05 I was messing with this Galanese I'm still pronouncing it right he was from Guyana yeah okay and he was he was like that

Starting point is 00:33:17 and he was actually at the guys in them who I was dealing with Alec Gail was he used to be at a pay phone over there at a 7-Eleven out of Lake Airwis with an old Honda

Starting point is 00:33:29 Corps and I got introduced to him through a mutual friend. And as I'm dealing with him, now he got like, I'm talking about, he probably coming through with like 30 keys at a time. And so sometime I grab 10, sometimes I grab all of them.

Starting point is 00:33:47 So as I'm out there, I'm at least giving the other guys from out there way all the work. Well, a lot of the work. Now, out my area, certain guys who like my age, I'm giving them work but it's causing a wedge now

Starting point is 00:34:07 between other guys who are not getting work in my neighborhood and me dealing with the other guys from the neighborhood we used to fight because they're seeing them coming up right but the thing is everybody can't handle it you know what I mean I can't deal with everybody you know what I'm saying so

Starting point is 00:34:23 they got to deal with the certain guys the older guys and them who I'm giving it to you know what I mean but they get mad at it. because they're looking at it like they're the same age as them guys from our lake eras because they're little generation under me so they're mad you know what i'm saying but i'm but i'm actually dealing with him and then i'm also dealing with other guys and them in virginia who actually got it because you're gonna understand virginia they was that's what everybody was coming at you know

Starting point is 00:34:52 guys in them from new york and stuff like that everybody was bringing it there so even though they was coming we got some real like virginia boys really get that real real like virginia boys really get that real money I'm talking about like they just didn't never a lot of them didn't take the chance to go and get it their self so that was the difference from when I say I need to take a chance because I always want to get more so even though I started getting those keys like I seen uncle with right now I'm like nah I want to be just like them guys who I'm getting it from in the States now I want to go get it but now I'm trying to figure out I'm back in Panama Let me try to figure that out.

Starting point is 00:35:35 Okay. How does that end up? How does that transpire? So that transpire for me just... It's funny that you keep... You're dealing with people from like... Is it Angola, Uganda, wherever it was, and Panama, and you're not getting it from like the cartels in Mexico.

Starting point is 00:35:57 You know what I'm saying? Like these are alternative sources as opposed to which typically. basically everybody thinks of as a cartel. Yeah. Okay. See, my whole thing is this right here, right,

Starting point is 00:36:07 even from when I started dealing with the Mexicans and them, which, you know, I tell you about, I don't ask no questions. Right. You know what I'm saying? I don't care who you,

Starting point is 00:36:17 I don't care who you get, like, I don't care what group you. You're just trying to, you're just trying to monetize this situation. I'm just trying to shop. Right. You know what I mean?

Starting point is 00:36:26 I'm trying to shop for the best deal. And, but I'm also trying to establish a relationship. now you know I mean so you can just give me a front so I have to use my money you understand what I'm saying but far as um but far as Panama though you know just like I saying that was just on some um so it was tough getting drugs back yeah I was going to anyway how's he getting it right into the country stuff being hard getting back anyway right so I want to tell you this about

Starting point is 00:37:02 Panama and then we can go into some more interesting things, right? Because I really, because Panama is still a sensitive subject right in my life. Okay, right? You know what I'm saying? I'm just being real because nobody, in my family period, right, we so much far above the drugs and all that stuff. Yeah, yeah. That when I do talk about it, people still get sensitive and all that, you know what I mean?

Starting point is 00:37:30 So sometimes I got to watch really on what I say. Okay. And on top of that, even saying that is even though my uncle's not into no streets by far, like that's the last thing that's on this, you know, mine, you still got people who still still working, still in the streets and things like that, even though we're not, you know what I'm saying? But they feel like you're bringing by talking about you're bringing heat on them? Well, it could be.

Starting point is 00:38:00 I'm saying, but so that's why I only, that's what people don't understand, like, you know, because I get flaccons and say, hey, man, why are you talking about? Why are you talking about that? But people don't understand. I'm smart enough to know, I only talk about what I can't talk about. You know what I'm saying? But it's just sometimes within certain stuff, you can't go straight into detail because if you dig deeper, then you might got somebody who wants to go looking at certain things

Starting point is 00:38:25 that might end up finding something and offer something I just say it. You know what I'm saying? So that's why I make sure everything I do. do say and the reason why I take my time on saying certain stuff to make sure it don't get to that point right there. You know what I mean? Because like I said, even though I'm not hustling, you know what I mean? You do you understand what I'm saying? Like so, you know, and it's real sensitive. But I would say this right here, the thing how, how easy stuff is, right, to, even from getting stuff back from the country and things like that. So I always want to do better

Starting point is 00:38:57 ever since a kid, like I say, from stuttering and all that. And I sit back and I think and brainstorm of how to make things better. So when I first started going to Panama and how the transition wasn't going to getting stuff back. You're flying to Panama? Yeah, I fly to Panama. Okay, I used to fly.

Starting point is 00:39:18 And you're coming, you're walking through customs with this stuff or you're mailing it? I'm not going to no airport with no drugs. I used to see people, bro, they used to, I used to see people get caught and like, it's crazy. Because like, you had people used to come putting stuff into like the bottom of the shoes. I'm talking about the whole thing, you know,

Starting point is 00:39:35 all that old stuff like that. So I'm like a student of a game of like, crimes of looking at stuff, transporting all the things like that. Even though I wasn't the main transporter on, you know, through my life, it was one of my childhood friends who was just like, he was amazing. That's who was like bringing everything back. He's the one who was the goat for million disguises.

Starting point is 00:39:56 and um but me far as going out of the getting it sent i had i had a lot of different methods one of the ones you know i took one of them on john john michael johnny um but this is a no when i get to you that was just crazy but it's so it was so simple but stupid at the same time um that people ain't understand right so you can um i can't never tell the actual method of of how it is packaged or whatever, right? But it was one way through the mail that Kazam used to do all the way back in the day. And it was so simple, but you just had to take, it was to take a risk. You know, with anything, it was a risk to get caught or, you know, just not come.

Starting point is 00:40:47 But during a lot of times when you used to, you know, dealing with the mail, if it's in the mailbox, a person to sit on it forever. they ain't go come and touch it until even if you go to that mailbox and grab it, right? The police is not going to meet you at the same time and say, oh, got you.

Starting point is 00:41:07 Like, because they're not just going to be sitting back waiting and leaving somebody, you know what I'm saying? Because it could be weeks, it can be two weeks. So they want it in the house because they got a better chance of in the house putting whoever with their package. You know what I'm saying? So

Starting point is 00:41:23 yeah, anybody can mail something to any address. Yeah. But if you actually show up and they give it to you and you sign for it and it's your, clearly it's yours, you signed for it, you opened it, it's in the house. You know what it was. Exactly. So we'll send it to an abandoned house. Right.

Starting point is 00:41:39 Nobody lived there anything. I used to do that with credit cards when I steal an identity and I order credit cards. I mail it to an abandoned house. Exactly. So you can send, you can send like a half, a half or whatever. Right. except for smoke that's the only thing

Starting point is 00:41:59 you know but any kind of drug that you can shake up a break you know what I'm saying like a half a half a key so once you used to get to that box right wherever we used to find now I'll go

Starting point is 00:42:17 and I'll go sit on it I go sit on like how the police would and we're watching paying attention seeing who go to work seeing who you know seeing how everything move just have a police is going to do surveillance on you

Starting point is 00:42:31 I'm gonna do the same thing on my package now what I'm gonna start doing is I'm gonna start putting on jogging clothes all my jogging clothes and all that I'm going to run it so I'm gonna do that a couple of days and I'm just go run in the neighborhood

Starting point is 00:42:48 I'm talking I'm gonna do all of this for this package right here hopefully that they don't take it and go because you got a time period now before they try to return it and send it somewhere or whatever it's going to be if it's just sitting there I go run and I take it and I keep on running acting like them and I'm running and then I got the car park on my bag and it's running and I just go just a half a key and send that once a week and I'm talking about but you got to imagine one key one key

Starting point is 00:43:26 it's 2,500. Right. $2,500 to buy it? Yeah. What does that turn into? A kill of, I mean, it all depends on what it is because it was like the dog food was 10. So I can take the dog food, right? And if I got a half, since I got a half for five.

Starting point is 00:43:46 So I buy the whole set. I buy the whole thing. But then I, you know, like I say, you only can send half. So I break it up. It's in a half at a time. So I get it for 10. So now I got. from here i got it for five five thousand i can just sell that straight for 50 i just made

Starting point is 00:44:03 45 000 right just real quick you know what i'm saying so are you fronting this stuff or are you are you are they paying you oh it so whenever i got like dog food right that's not a beach thing so it was guys who would just straight buy it off me you know what i mean i just straight here but that because I can't break this down or whatever, so I just want it off and they ain't trying to front it. Like, I won't, because that's worth so much money that you're going to make that.

Starting point is 00:44:34 Guys who deal with that, they got people to buy, you know what I'm saying? So I used to sell that off like that. Now, when I used to do like the little hats and stuff, I call that my extras. You know what I'm saying? Right. Because, so it was times like,

Starting point is 00:44:49 if I get like 50 keys, if I get like 50 keys, I'm going to make sure I hold five. You know what I'm saying? So I hold that for extras because that's how my mind work. I'm always thinking of extras. Like I need something for just in case

Starting point is 00:45:05 or just my peoples. You know what I mean? Like people who don't want to deal with this person and that person who just want to deal straight with me. You know what I'm saying? But it depends. If I get front at work,

Starting point is 00:45:17 if I ever got fronted at work, I'm not fronting my work out. Okay. You know what I'm saying? now if I'm if I'm if I'm buying it now I front it out to my people's you know what I'm saying because like because I already paid for it like right you know what I'm saying if it goes bad it's only for you you don't still owe yeah I don't still owe 10 grand to this guy yeah yeah I'm out I'd rather I'd rather be out 10 grand than this other guy now I got to fucking pay this guy 10

Starting point is 00:45:47 grand yes yes yes but um but just like I said low so Now to get into like my case, though, it was, it all started once I got into that field with dealing with different people. My name ringing and this and that. I end up getting off the street because the guy by the name of Ferrell Williams. He, you know, he's a major producer in the Virginia area. The song Happy, you know, it's a happy. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah.

Starting point is 00:46:23 So he ended up having a group. having a rap group in Virginia and he ended up getting him signed and I ended up managing and how did you end up I mean that's a that's a how do you know that guy how do you even how do you go from

Starting point is 00:46:41 jailing drugs to managing like you bump into this guy you were friends with them or so so I end up meeting for real through another mutual friend and you know that the other friend took me to the studio okay one day to meet the other guys them the other rappers that he had and um he knew of me right you know funny story funny story with me and him

Starting point is 00:47:15 um when i was you know first coming up he had did a song with um teddy riley called rumpshaker and they did the video down the beach, down Virginia Beach or whatever. And he had the song out. No, but during that time, he ended up going to get a, what's the name of the car in excess? Acura NXS. Oh, the Accura and Access. Okay. Yeah.

Starting point is 00:47:42 So back then, during that time, that was a big deal. Yeah. And he was dealing with these guys and them from this car lot. I can't think of name of the car lot. And that's what he was getting all this cars from. And just so happened, I'm going to these same guys. and I'm trading there my cars to the Lexus, the Lexus 300, and Avalon, you know, getting different cars from these guys too.

Starting point is 00:48:04 Me not even knowing that them guys were like, into the streets, whatever, as well. They ain't a catch in the case and everything. But at this time, I had went and traded in one of my vehicles, and they didn't pay off a vehicle. Right? And so I'm going up there and I'm talking to the guy's name was Jimmy. And I'm like, yo, bro, what's up with my thing?

Starting point is 00:48:22 But this will happen. Ferrell was there. and he's talking to the guys, them about, I think he was just getting it in excess or whatever. So I'm going in there and he, like, don't got time for him and I'm trying to tell him, yo, you owe me like something's going on,

Starting point is 00:48:37 you got to take this off my credit. Yeah. So he's in the middle, you're in the middle of something, this and that. And at the time, Ferrell's such a big deal. So I goes to him and I'm grabbing them and I got him about a, you know,

Starting point is 00:48:48 right. So Farrell was the one that was like, yo, you need to chill. You know what I mean? I didn't even know he even knew my name. You know what I mean? And it's so crazy. but that was our first time ever really accounting each other.

Starting point is 00:48:59 I wanted to hear you still remember this. And it's crazy because he said, he ended up the one telling me, hey, yo, you don't want to do that with these dudes, man. He don't know that they're in the streets, but he knew that it was tied into something because there was, I forgot what their nationality was. But they was mobbed up.

Starting point is 00:49:17 You know what I mean? Right. But at the time, the worker, though, was this black guy. So I'm looking like, man, you know what I mean? I just want you to correct this. Yeah. But we end up having that. conversation then right on him telling me yo you don't want to do that man it's chill man

Starting point is 00:49:31 they'll get you right you know this and that and um doesn't sound like it doesn't sound like they're going to get it right but so fast forward moving forward will um when one of my partners end up taking me to the studio and he saw me you know what he remember is me used to be in that guy yeah you know who was on some rara stuff because he was also at the band he used to playing the band princess his aunt. Him and his partner Chad, you know, which is the Neptunes, was Neptunes. And at them football games, that stuff we used to fight.

Starting point is 00:50:04 Right. So he used to, like, witness certain stuff. Like, you know, I had the name to be fighting and doing all that stuff coming up, you know, in school. So he, that's the guy he knew. But now the guy who was in front of him now was a different guy. And so I end up becoming their manager based off of, not only that meeting but from coming around and hanging around whatever so I'm becoming the group that he signed I'm becoming their manager yeah so when I end up becoming their manager right

Starting point is 00:50:35 before I became in the industry right I got to take you back I end up um dealing with this this guy from New York but he was getting from this other guy from New York who is in Atlanta now right so he's coming and he's bringing me I bought like two keys I think from this guy the time because I just like want to see what it's about and I grabbed the two keys and just so just so happened when I got the two keys from a third party guy who turned me on to him that plug who he dealt with he ended up contacting me right through somebody else right so I end up calling him back to decide when I started dealing with him he couldn't fulfill how much I wanted because I'm like yo I get 10 out of time so he um he ended up turning me on

Starting point is 00:51:24 to this other guy who was in Atlanta who was from New York his name was J.B. All right. And it was said he was connected to BMF some kind of way, right? Never found that out, but that's why I want to get in contact with J.B. He got life in prison right now, right? But let me tell you. He shouldn't be that hard to track down then. Yeah, but I only know J.B.

Starting point is 00:51:47 But this is a crazy thing, though. Somebody going to end up seeing this and probably find J.B. Because he's the one of the pins. But this is a crazy thing, which is connected to my case. So, you know, like with conspiracy, you know, you got, you need two people. Right. Right. Like I said, I had two different connects that actually told on me.

Starting point is 00:52:08 So the guy, J.B., so did the guy in New York D, he couldn't fill all my order, so he turned me on to the guy JV. And now I'm dealing with J.B. I'm getting like, I'm probably about like 30 keys a month. Right. from from from from from jb um but now but i did with new york d for probably about a good month before he had to turn me on to j b right before i end up i told as soon as i signed the deal right i end up telling jb it's crazy because me and him i remember sitting in the car i should do with

Starting point is 00:52:48 them um because they turned me on from they first turned me on to the hondo cores with the stash box you know when it's with the stash box in the hanser and you know you know for the work you know the secret compartments compartment yeah yeah the guy was really on something but I remember sitting with jb and I'm telling him and him and the guy in the idea I said yo I'm about to start going on the road and start doing this management stuff I ain't be hustling no more but I say I tell jb I got a little cousin who I want to turn you on to so jb told me he said no just go ahead and get into new y'all d you know what I mean like he can be coming with the paper like that, this and that.

Starting point is 00:53:27 New York D. So I'm like, all right, cool. I turn my little cousin on to New York D. So now I'm on the road. I'm traveling the world with the music. And come to find that New York D gets busted. Fares pick New York D up. Fares pick up J.B.

Starting point is 00:53:46 Don't touch my little cousin. He's probably not, he won't that involve with the organization with them after I left. you know what i mean because he didn't he won't spend in the 10-20 key money you know i mean he probably you know getting whatever it was so they ain't really going really you know like put them in that situation right so we thought so now new york d's gone and j b gone but i'm not thinking about them i'm gone with the world i'm talking about i'm around people like um i remember when i first saw um Isaac Hayes, you know what I mean, from just being around, from just being around for real,

Starting point is 00:54:32 from seeing morale carry and it just everybody, being in videos with mystical. I'm in the mystical Shake It Fast video. You know, I'm, I'm trying to not thinking about that. So from 2002, when we got the deal to 2005, is when my investigation started. How does that start? But going back to New York D got picked up right before I signed in 2002, right? Right. There was a lot of people going to grand juries and all that way back then on me.

Starting point is 00:55:10 I don't know, I don't even know how, like I didn't know nothing about the fairs. Ain't know nothing about grand juries. Ain't anything about any of that stuff, right? I only know about state charges. Yeah. And so New York D and all of them gone. So from that time, they got him, but then they also got the local people trying to get out of jail.

Starting point is 00:55:34 I'm hearing about this because also I got policemen them on actual pay. So your name's coming up, but there's no investigation at this time. But there's no investigation. But they do know who you are. They do know who I am from me. You're on a board somewhere. I'm on a board somewhere, you know what I mean, from all the records and stuff that I was doing.

Starting point is 00:55:52 You know what I mean? And so that's gone. but the reason why it's stale because I'm traveling in the world. Right. So, you know, they're not seeing nothing. I'm not doing nothing. All they got is, all it got is New York D telling whatever it is. All the locals and stuff, they've been trying to do that, but it's not enough.

Starting point is 00:56:14 It's not enough because I don't deal with you. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like, 9-10, because I only deal with certain people I grew up with and all that. That's just what I come from. You know what I mean? So I don't deal with you. And so there's nothing going on.

Starting point is 00:56:29 You know what I mean? So to be rocking. Then when I'm into music, that's when I end up going on the road. Because I used to go on the road a lot, even though I wanted a road manager. I was their manager. I used to go on the road a lot to politics.

Starting point is 00:56:50 You know what I mean? Because I figure if I'm sitting at home, I can't make no money at home on the phone. I want to be out there because what I'm about to say with me being on the road. I'm going back to a little bit of talking about just the hustle of things, right? It's just like in any business, even dealing with the president.

Starting point is 00:57:09 You got to go out there and what? Shake hands and kiss babies. Yeah. You just have to. You know what I mean? So that's what I pride myself on being out there. You know what I mean? I can make more money, right?

Starting point is 00:57:21 So I'm on the road with them heavy. I also got the street mentality, but I ain't touching no drugs, not thinking about no drugs or any of that. And I'm meeting this guy, this guy named Lowe. And he talking to me about like, yo, man, I'm getting this work. I'm getting all this, this and that. And I'm like, y'all didn't know this dude. I'm like, see the police.

Starting point is 00:57:52 But for some reason, some odd reason, he gets in people ears and this and that. So people want to mess with him. So I'm like, all right, cool. So I'm letting him go ahead and rob. And so that's about five years, go ahead. But you're letting him what? I'm letting him go ahead and deal with my folks because you're not dealing with it, but you're... Yeah, I'm not even making no money off of it.

Starting point is 00:58:17 I'm not making nothing. I'm just letting them eat the ones who want to be in the street. Yeah. Right? But then there came of time when now he comes to me, right? And it's kind of like he set me up. He got 20 keys. Do you feel like that he's setting you up at the time?

Starting point is 00:58:33 So me and him got... Because you know him at this point. But let me tell you, so how man got close, because this is very important, right? Me and him got cool because he was telling me about how much, you know, drugs and this and that. So I'm figuring, all right, you got some money and whatever. And I know what he's doing far as getting to work to Virginia or whatever from Atlanta.

Starting point is 00:58:54 I tell him, him got cool. So he's like, yo, come on fly out here to Atlanta. Come on party. Come on, party. So I'm like, all right, cool. Atlanta. Me, him hanging out, you know, telling, going to clubs, partying.

Starting point is 00:59:08 And it's all bad. Yeah. So, so one day, one day he's taking me to the airport. So he told me, he said, yo, listen, I got to stop and go check this crib about, right? So we actually go, and it's a gated community, and they got three floors, right? So we go, he's talking to the lady, this and that.

Starting point is 00:59:32 And she like, it costs only like, it was like $2,100 a month. And so, so he's like, yeah, I want to get it. And this and that. So you can get it. I'm talking about, he says, send the paperwork, this and that, but he's talking big. Like, that's what he do. He talks so big.

Starting point is 00:59:48 You know what I mean? He'll talk you. He'll make you seem like he got money. You know what I'm saying? Like a lot of money. And like I said, man and me and him never, like, dealt directly. So he says, as he's going to take me to the airport, He said, yo, you know, you can have that downstairs room if you want it.

Starting point is 01:00:06 So I'm like, I'm like, damn, I can have a place that I can just run back and forth in this next to the stand at the hotels. I'm like, oh, he's like, yeah, you just split it. And like the top, the third floor was like the living room and then you can go on the roof. I'm talking about it was fly. End up getting it. We end up rocking for about, I say, two, three months. And one day he comes to me, he said, hey, I'm about to head out. I got to go out for a few

Starting point is 01:00:33 I'll only go on me going for a couple weeks He says I got 10 keys I got 20 keys I got 20 keys And um I try to see if people want to bow from me because I'm going to be gone for a while

Starting point is 01:00:47 So I'm saying like Dang And at the time now money is like So right then My like my bills alone is probably like 25,000 a month Right Just off of just taking care of people

Starting point is 01:00:59 Certain things and was over that 2,500 and the music game slowed up because we was going through like so for Red was going through a piss and match with a guy named, you know, headed a label named Barry Wise. So now stuff is like

Starting point is 01:01:18 at a standstill. There's no money being made in the music. So that's why now I'm hopping back in. Right. So now, so I tell the guy Mello, I said I said, listen, give me the 20 keys. I paid for 10 on.

Starting point is 01:01:36 And I hold on to the other 10. When you get back, I got the bread for you. So he's like, all right, man, cool. You can tell you he was kind of hesitant on doing it, but I'm like, all right. He always taught big, you know, this, this, and that. So he ended up getting to me. I'm talking about, like, a couple months past. And I finally get a, I get a show booked.

Starting point is 01:02:03 In New York, Spack Hall, Bayard Club Clubbed. And New York Cat come up to me. And he seen me on the stage. Like, I'm on the stage. I'm telling this. And I got my chains on and stuff. And he's looking at it. And I see this dude looking at me.

Starting point is 01:02:23 So I'm like, after the show, and they come up to me. He's like, yo, you jeezzy? I'm like, yeah. What's up? He's like, yo, word, son. Word. He's like, yo, the pipe wants you to call him. I'm like, let me call him, calling for what?

Starting point is 01:02:39 He was like, man, they said, you owe the Mexicans some money. I'm like, I want him for money. He's like, man, this calling. He's like, man, I don't know about him, honey. So fast forward, he gave me the number the next day, we end up going to do Clinton Sparks. And I end up calling him. So he told me, he said, listen.

Starting point is 01:03:00 I need you to come on come on over here because you need to explain what's going on with them 20 keys that doesn't sound like it's your problem at all it's not my problem

Starting point is 01:03:16 not at all so I said listen I said um oh you're between the keys what are you talking about and he was like yo you know you're on the um you know such and such this and that

Starting point is 01:03:26 but he won't try to give me too much but I'm thinking I'm like yo I'm like yo no I only he's like yo yo yo we're willing to even talk about right now just come out I say where it's here so he says phoenix yeah you know you get the info this and that boom I go fly out to phoenix why because I do owe for the 10 well I know you owe for the 10 but I mean why am I flying I mean I mean what about your buddy where's your buddy can you I don't know I can't getting in touch with him. I don't know where he is. I don't know anything. I don't know nothing. So that's why. You need to talk to my butt. What's his name again? His name is Lowe.

Starting point is 01:04:07 Lowe? Yeah. You need to talk to Lowe. No, but that's the thing. They don't want to talk to Lowe no more, but they don't talk to me. I don't want to go to Phoenix. That doesn't sound like it's going to end well. Yeah, but it's a thing. Phoenix is very close to Mexico. Okay. But, but then listen to this. It's going to end well. If I don't go, because now it seems like I do old twin and I'm hiding. Hmm. It's all bad. It's all bad. It's all bad. It's all bad. bad. It's all bad. All bad. So I go because I'm a businessman, man. I'm a businessman, right? And I'm going to tell you what my mind frame was at the time, right? My whole mind frame at the time was, even when I was flying over there and everything, they want their money. I ain't bringing the

Starting point is 01:04:50 money with me. Right. So if you want your money, I'm going to tell you I got the money at the house send somebody and get the money. If you want the money, you ain't going to kill me. I'm going to kill me. I'm going to get in. I'm going to say, hey, I got your money. Right. What are we doing? You know what I'm saying? So I'm already looking like, they ain't going to kill me.

Starting point is 01:05:07 That's the first thing because I just want to go now, explain to you exactly what happened, because you don't want to talk to me on the trauma about all this stuff, whatever. You want me in person for whatever reason. And I'm going to give you this money, and that's going to be it. We're going to be done. We don't need to discuss no more. That's on the case. Right.

Starting point is 01:05:25 They want the case. So I said, I end up, I remember going in the restaurant in Phoenix. In Phoenix. I'm talking to the guy, Pike, and I'm talking to the guy Johnny. And also remind you, like, I don't never use real names. Right. I mean, this is one thing I just don't do because even with guys who told on me and stuff like that, I don't be, I don't get in all that.

Starting point is 01:05:51 You know what I'm saying? Like, having a campaign to, but also know this right here, though. I don't condone and no, like, ratting shit and all that stuff. Like all that, telling and doing all that, I don't come from that, you know what I'm saying? But also, I'm not in that world no more that care about that. You know what I'm saying? Right. You know, I'm in this world that's, like, that don't even exist.

Starting point is 01:06:13 Like, you know what I mean? Like, nobody thinking about that kind of stuff. So I don't promote that, you know what I'm saying? You know, but the guy Mello, he was like, um, I was thinking he was dead. All right off top, I said, this guy's got to be dead, right? For me not to trust him.

Starting point is 01:06:37 Or he either lied to him and said he's giving the whole thing and he's backing away from it. But for some reason, they trust in him. So soon as I walk in there, first thing I said, hey, I got your money. Do, Mello, he gave me 20. I paid him for the 10. Like, exactly how you just said it,

Starting point is 01:06:58 Y'all need to highlight him. Yeah. But you can please come and get this money, man. Like, but let me ask y'all, where is Mello? Why haven't y'all hit him? And they said, they haven't talked to him. So I'm like, well, how do you feel good to call me? Right.

Starting point is 01:07:17 So they're like, well, we ain't worry about all that right now. We ain't worry about none of that. We want to know do you want to work. I said, what? They said, we don't know you want to work. I said, we're doing. They was like, yeah, we want to. go ahead and continue to send

Starting point is 01:07:33 stuff there, you know. So, so I say, well, I don't really, I'm just like, that was my first thing that I took even to hop back in the game. Yeah. So it was like, with the same people who you sold that too,

Starting point is 01:07:50 just give it to them, whatever's the net. So I'm like, all right, cool. But I'm still saying that to say when I get back, all y'all can get from me is that money I owe. Right. If y'all want me to give you any more money, think I'm paying for anything, I ain't ready for that yet. Sure shit, man.

Starting point is 01:08:07 I get a call. There's a guy with a white van out front. Tell me to open the garage. That's right there when I know that I did make the right decision far as to go out there to Phoenix. Because I'm like, yo, I ain't sure these dudes where I stay at. Like, that was the whole main thing of it all of the severity of who I felt that I was dealing with. And I knew that that one guy, Johnny, was somebody who was like a report. It's like, you know what I mean?

Starting point is 01:08:42 Like I said, I never asked him who he was with or whatever. But I know some of the guys who used to come down with the other guy, Pikes. It was Pice's just regular Pice's. But you never told them where you live, then you just get a phone call, says open the garage. Open the garage. They had my number. Here have my number. to move the garage because them guys didn't talk on the phone that that's one thing that's

Starting point is 01:09:09 one thing they didn't do they did not talk on the phone like I'm talking about limited like very limited you know what I'm saying and um so when I opened the garage and I and I got the crates so how to create so dealing with FedEx I know at the time dealing with FedEx um I know it these things that they take and they poke them in the boxes poke it in the box and pull it out to see if anything is on it. That's how a lot of times that they do thing. Yeah, if they suspect. And how I knew that they had some kind of connection or whatever because one of the crates,

Starting point is 01:09:53 like, it's crazy because, so you had a crate, they used to have it actually in like real crates. And then the box will be in the crate and like round like little hay stuff and this and that. the smoke would be like, you know, come blocked up. You know what I mean? And then sometime it'll be the keys on the side of it. Or sometime how they got it, it'd be in the middle of it. And that first thing came and it was like, it was probably like, I wanted to like 3,000 pounds.

Starting point is 01:10:30 Like 3,000 pounds and like 50 keys of coal. And I called, call a dude. up and I'm like, yo, yeah, everything, everything. So some guy that's left, he's like, hey, you remember the numbers? Because they told me the numbers when I was in Phoenix.

Starting point is 01:10:52 And I said, yeah, yeah, yeah. So he said, Merry Christmas. I beat it. I'll holl at you. Like, all right, cool. Now I'm shaking. I'm rocking. I'm rocking.

Starting point is 01:11:06 You know what I mean, right? At first I thought you meant nervous, but now I think you're just, now you're rolling in it, right? Now you're. Yeah, like I said that. I'm rolling. in it. Yeah, I'm actually rolling in it. And I'm trying to find, I'm trying to find things to do

Starting point is 01:11:23 with this money. I'm talking about I'm buying nightclubs. I'm buying, but even though before I had the, you know, coming up, I had like the, the first sign, I got the first, um, 745, then 05 and we're getting the S550. So now I'm like, I got a whole different kind of money. Because even with the music, that's still making great money. You know what I mean? I'll probably make, I'll make like $300,000 a year. Okay.

Starting point is 01:11:56 In the music. But now it's like, yo. So I said, man, I'm going by a nightclub. So I go buy a nightclub. I got buying trucks. It's like I'm just trying to find things to do. So I said, man, you know what? And I remember 08 came, 08 came, and it was a drought in 08.

Starting point is 01:12:23 And I had to move into Miami. Got a high-rise, Bentley Spur, you know, and, but there was a drought, you're saying. Exactly. The town, the town is dry. The town is dry. No. It means I had it. Huh?

Starting point is 01:12:42 It means I had it. What do you mean? You said a drought. I thought that means that there's no money coming in. foot down oh for everybody else's shit dries up but you're still getting your supply because i got this over there you didn't yeah i thought it was you i was like i don't understand you just bought a you just went to miami and bought a um did you say bentley or what how are you in a drought exactly everybody else is in a drought everybody else is in a drought got it i ain't in

Starting point is 01:13:07 no drought so but you broke motherfucker around here right no data didn't have to do the connect you know what i'm saying Like, I've been lucky to have him just fall in my lap. You know what I'm saying? But, so anyway, so this guy, we had something sweet, man. We had something sweet going. So he ended up sending me probably, like,

Starting point is 01:13:36 I don't know what number was or this smoke. And he tells, you know, so it was like a thousand pounds left of it. And this shit was like brown. It was like, like, burnt. But it spoke. Go ahead. So this is H.

Starting point is 01:13:54 Not. This is weed. Oh, you're saying smoke. Okay. Smoke. Okay. If I say H, I say dog food. Oh, okay.

Starting point is 01:14:04 I was confused. I got it, though. I got it. So when the crakes was coming, it was smoking there with keys. Yeah, yeah. That's right. That's why you distinguish between the pounds and the keys. Got it.

Starting point is 01:14:16 Sorry. Yeah. I'm slow. Go ahead. No, you're all right. You're all right. We can get you there. You can get me there.

Starting point is 01:14:20 Paul. So he says, so he says, so he says, um, so I tell him, I said, yo, this smoke, man, that I got, ain't anybody buying that. Nobody's buying that. So he's like, um, is it no good? It was the same thing. It was the same thing as the other smoke. It's just how he astrided with this right here. He says, man, how it is in Arizona or whatever, he says, when, when the sun change or some of direction, it burns the smoke. So it'd be the same smoke. It's just, it looks like that. So even when you do smoke it, it might be all right.

Starting point is 01:14:58 It still might even get you high. But it looks like that. It looks crazy. So I tell you, I said, I can't sell this. And, you know, drugs sell itself. Yeah. Right? So, and I ain't trying to do too much work.

Starting point is 01:15:11 I don't like heavy lifting. Yeah, yeah. You know what I'm saying? So I just got it in the cut. So he found that he said, yo, would this give me, and it was like $250 a pound. So he told me, man, it's going to be $150. I'm like, man, listen to me,

Starting point is 01:15:27 all that's going to do is just make me lose money because I know how that works. When you get people, you get people bad drugs or anything, they're going to come with an excuse. I don't care how you do it, you're not getting paid for. And they're not, and then you try to sell it to them and it's bad, now you've got another problem. So I don't want to deal with that problem.

Starting point is 01:15:45 So he's like, all right, all right. when he comes and he and he sees it and he like yeah what's that right there he's like I thought

Starting point is 01:15:57 everything was going I said no I still got that that thousand and this is probably like I want to say probably like a month and past you know what I mean

Starting point is 01:16:07 and he like why I still got it I said remember I told you I ain't messing with it so he's like all right cool so he takes it upon itself instead of getting a driver

Starting point is 01:16:16 or whatever this and that to go and take that up an hour and a half up the street to Richmond, he took it upon himself to hop in that truck. That was his problem. He did that to himself. And he got caught. He got caught with that smoke.

Starting point is 01:16:30 I don't know if he had anything else on him or not, and he had a gun on him. And he got caught. To just pull over on the highway, just interstate. Yep. Okay. And so now he's gone. I never told the remaining of this.

Starting point is 01:16:48 story that's why I speeded up through a lot of little stuff to get into a whole bunch of the meat and all that stuff and how this stuff works um well what happened to sorry what happened to um I have said low but uh mellow mellow I'm about to get to all okay they're saying we're getting to all that they're what I never got to all that it always stopped from dude telling them this net but but we already got one guy from New York D already in one situation and now disconnect is locked up. And so now I'm in Miami.

Starting point is 01:17:24 Like I say, I'm in Miami. I'm, he's probably gone now, probably about seven months. So New York D is gone. Quite gone. I ain't got no plug. I refuse to buy any work in the States

Starting point is 01:17:46 or from somebody in the States because now you're going to put a number on it. It's going to be, wanting to be talked about, oh man, this just came to me. And, you know what I mean? This is one thing, you know, you just can't do when you at a certain level. So I end up finding out that when I found out that Pipe got locked up, my cousin, she's a lawyer.

Starting point is 01:18:07 She came and booked me to paperwork and found the paperwork, and he was saying he was locked up and he was telling on these other guys from Richmond, from the guy that he was taking the smoke to. And he says, and it says, Um, under it, it got seven sealed indictments under it. That's not good. That could be bad. Especially since you're, you're, you're, in part of that trend.

Starting point is 01:18:30 You're, you were the place he picked it up. They had to mention where'd you pick it up. So now, now we're talking about, um, him is the second. He's, he basically didn't, didn't know than the coffin. Um, with him getting caught. I can't believe, believe he's talking at all. What about the code? Coat?

Starting point is 01:18:56 That's what, you know, so you know it's crazy. So when he gets caught and I see he's telling all these wrist from people and all that, the first thing I thought about, hold on, mellow is gone. You know, as far as I know, I'm thinking he's dead or whatever, like, never heard from him. So that's for that thing. Oh, man, he did. And now dude gone, I'm like, okay, so what Johnny? We're talking with Johnny with all this right here. And I get a call.

Starting point is 01:19:31 I get a call from Johnny. And it's crazy because, like I mentioned in the book, I talk about living in the book. I get a call from him. And it's like I haven't talked to him or seen him since the first meeting that I went to. So I'm still thinking that, you know, he's still the one behind it.

Starting point is 01:19:53 all that. But he's calling me, he's calling me to check my temperature, basically. I know, I know dude locked up. I'm pretty sure he knows dude locked up, right? Yeah. So he called me. He won't say nothing about being locked up with him. At the time I owed, I probably owe probably about, I want to say like $600,000.

Starting point is 01:20:19 I probably owe them, seven, six, like six of some change. And so I was already figuring I would go to call from anyway with that. But he was trying to talk to me on the phone. And that's the first time that I got more conversation out of any one of them on the phone that they don't talk on. So that already threw me like, see, I'm a funny guy. I'm going to tell you right now, I'm like so burnt out. I'm so funny. It's like, and what I mean by funny is, I'm a funny.

Starting point is 01:20:54 is I'm a funny acting dude sometime. When I feel like something is crazy with that, I'm like, hey, yo. So I'm already coming into a situation figuring that you want some bullshit. Yeah, you're kind of paranoid. You know what I mean? But I'm also thinking, like I said, he's going to call for that 600. But if he don't say nothing about that 600, I'm not going to say nothing about it. You know what I'm saying?

Starting point is 01:21:15 So he never missing the 600. So he's like, hey, hey, you know, what's going on me go? I'm like, there ain't nothing, man. I'm just chilling out. Oh, okay, okay. He won't say anything. And then he asked me, you know, you talk to him? I'm like, now he talked to him in a while.

Starting point is 01:21:37 Oh, he's like, oh, oh, okay, okay. Everything good? I'm like, everything cool. He's like, all right, all right. Call me, call me, this and that. I'm like, all right, I don't say nothing. He doesn't say nothing. My whole thing is, ain't any of going to hold you.

Starting point is 01:21:51 I'm trying to keep the money. I've already, I've already went through most of it. Went through that because like at this time, like I said, I'm still in Miami. I'm partying. I'm taking care of things back home. I'm still taking care of people. I'm still trying to, you know what I mean, living life. Do probably about a good month, two months after that, 2009 come up.

Starting point is 01:22:23 I'm sitting back. I'm in, I'm in Miami. I'm in, you know, like I said, I got the high rise. It's the first,

Starting point is 01:22:29 yeah, it just been built. Um, right there off, Biz Kane. Um, right by Dennis.,,,,,, I'm in,?

Starting point is 01:22:56 Who is day? Yeah. Man, it seemed like everybody out here. D, A, such and such, this and that. I'm like, whoa. But now, remind you, during the investigation at the end before what made me even get to Miami

Starting point is 01:23:18 and staying there for about two, three months straight before they came and got me, I'm at home, right? And I'm riding around with, Virginia and I'm starting to see people follow me. And so I'm saying like, oh, all right. So I'm trying to figure out what exactly going on. And so I spring into action.

Starting point is 01:23:43 I'm figuring that they come in to get me now, because like I said, I'm in Miami, I'm not hiding, but I'm still trying to figure out who is day, right? So now, to just take you back one second, it was a point of time when I was actually waiting on something. I'm going like a little father. A couple months before all of this, I'm out of Bayside High Football Game.

Starting point is 01:24:09 That's the high school that I went to. I got kicked out of. And it's this cop. He was a cop on the block. He was a beat cop, right? When I was on the corner, I was a corner boy. Yeah. And we used to name our policemen.

Starting point is 01:24:26 So you had Avery, Big Head, Shock Nose, De Littles, coffee break, Buffalo. Like, it was a couple, like, we named them to identify you who coming. Your shop knows coming. Your son's whoever pulling through. Because when they're pulling through, we know who can get out the car or who ain't.

Starting point is 01:24:48 So based off of what's name they call, we know how we got to move. And is this one cop. His name was Buffalo. I used to see him all the time. But Buffalo, he ain't getting out. And he actually used to be with this, used to be with his white lady. And I end up seeing him, fast forward. I end up seeing him at the Bayside game.

Starting point is 01:25:17 And he's sitting in back of him. And when I see him, I just know he's a cop. I ain't, don't even scared of nothing, right? This was the first time I knew somebody following. But before I got to that game, I'm riding. And I'm coming from my grandma house. And I'm riding. And I see this car following me.

Starting point is 01:25:35 I think he's following. I'm like, man, this car is following me. So I go through this neighborhood through Argoner. And I come around the block and I go down and I go down down that I know for a fact that you're not going to go down. Like, there's no reason for you to even go down this street that I'm about to go down. And I see them stop knowing they thinking the same thing.

Starting point is 01:25:53 Well, I can't go down that street. If I go down that street, he can know I'm following. So like a dead end? It's not a dead end, but you're just not going to, like, it's an off street. Yeah, you just wouldn't go down. You know what I'm saying? Nothing down.

Starting point is 01:26:05 There's just no three. through street kind of thing where it's like there's no. Yeah. So he sits there and whoever was driving it, sit there and when I come out and I peek, he's gone. So I'm like, I leave. So I'm like, maybe it's not. Because he would have came down there and I'm like, oh man, he's following me. Crazy to even think that.

Starting point is 01:26:22 But still, so I go to the game. So now I'm sitting there and I see the cop. So you see me. I look. He's like, hey, what's going on? Mr. Gonzalez? I'm like, hey, Buffalo. Hey, Buffalo, what's going on, man?

Starting point is 01:26:36 Like, ain't nothing. Like, man, he's doing good with the music, with the rap stuff. I was like, oh, yeah, thanks, man, thank you. He's like, man, you need to come holl at me. You need to come sit down and talk to me. I'm like, oh, all right, okay, okay. You know what I mean? I'm still looking at the gang.

Starting point is 01:26:54 Before I leave, he came, he gave me a card. I look at the car. You got the card, it says, D-E-A. is he now DEA? So he went from a beat cop to DEA. Okay, to DEA. So he's trying, that was he was trying to, that was an olive branch right there, bro.

Starting point is 01:27:14 He was trying to help you. I don't want no olive branch. I don't want none of that. I don't do that. I'm like, no. And I'm like, yo. Listen, though, I mean, it gets crazy. Well, yeah, he didn't try to stand it to me.

Starting point is 01:27:28 Better to be a witness than a defendant. I just can't, I just, ain't gonna lie. I don't agree with that then. Right. And I don't agree with it now, right? But now it makes more sense. Now it makes more. Your sentence?

Starting point is 01:27:48 It makes more sense, right? But I just can't agree with going into those and saying, oh man, I'd rather be a witness than that. Like, it's just my mind just, I didn't come from that. You know what I'm saying? I came, because the way I grew up, we all grew up so close and all that. It's like it said that you can't tell on your friends.

Starting point is 01:28:06 That's all that's like you can't. Who you're going to tell? Like I'm just with these people right here. I think the problem is as you get older, you start to realize all these people that you felt you would protect slowly or dead or they rat out everybody else that you know. And it's just not your turn yet. But eventually it will be.

Starting point is 01:28:26 And then when you, when they end up cooperating against you, you're going. I never I would have never done that I didn't do that but everybody else so the people you're protecting are ready to cut your throat

Starting point is 01:28:38 hold on but but here's where my here's where I'm different and my whole situation is different okay why why it's quick for somebody else to say is that how you're saying it's quick for somebody else to say that right but not knowing that

Starting point is 01:28:54 no that's not how we do ain't none of my friends and none of my friends is going to do that. They're going to protect me the same way. I'm going to protect them because that's what we came from. We don't do that on each other. I don't care. And so you, this might sound crazy. You'd been seeing guys get busted and not cooperate. Oh, no. I've seen people do that, but amongst us, no, we don't do that. Okay. So you had a core group of guys that were solid. Yeah, we don't, we don't do it. I'm getting a chill bump because we just don't, we just don't do that. Like, that's rare. We grew up seeing the old

Starting point is 01:29:28 dudes, do this and something something doing it. And be like, hey, yo, you know we did that? Like, I got, I'm talking about we literally ride past people like, oh, shoot, that, you know what I'm saying? Like, we just ain't, this is the way it was because I'm going to tell you why. Because everybody is family. Even though we grow up, like, you can imagine us. So when you got a town, right, that everybody grew up together, babies and stuff is being made. So everybody is connected to somehow, contently this and this and that.

Starting point is 01:29:57 So it's like you're going to tell on your brother. It's like you're going to tell on your cousin. It's like you're going to tell on, you know what I mean? So it's kind of hard. I think that situation's different. I wrote a story so about a guy in prison. And his name was Jamal, but the guys that busted him that got him fucked, they all cooperated against him. And I even talked about it.

Starting point is 01:30:18 I said, well, actually, because I met one of the guys, I think his name's Kelsey, who was involved in this. And these were really robbers. It was a group of robbers. They were bank robbers. They were stick up boys. They were robin' 7-Eleven. You know, whatever. They were, they were, it was a whole family.

Starting point is 01:30:36 And when he sat down and explained to me, the whole way it was, it was incestuous. I mean, it was insane how this guy's baby's mama is now also has babies with this guy and this guy's cousins with this guy and this guy's aunt is this guy's, you. And you start, and you're like, it was, it was insane how, how ingrained they were. And here was the thing about their philosophy. Because he was explained to me. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So so and so he went to jail for like eight years.

Starting point is 01:31:10 And I'm like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. You just told me robbed four banks. He did this. He'd been in a job before. How is, oh, well, he cooperated against this guy and this guy and this guy. And I'm like, I thought you said these guys don't cooperate. He goes, oh, no, no, no. They don't cooperate against their family.

Starting point is 01:31:24 He's like, you're fair game. Just like the guy Jamar, or Jamal that I wrote the story about. Jamal was a guy that they had helped them set up a bank robbery. They cooperated against him. None of them cooperated against anybody that they were connected with. They were either they were family or even loose family. Like I have a kid with this girl and her brother does robberies with me. And I did this robbery with him.

Starting point is 01:31:58 Okay, so what happened? Well, I can't, I can't, he wouldn't cooperate against him. Why? Because he's my baby's mama's brother. Yeah. And he's like, and I'm, and then it's like, okay, but you said he has cooperated. Oh yeah, yeah, he cooperated against this guy from this neighborhood that he barely knows. And it's like they, they, so what you're saying makes sense for these guys.

Starting point is 01:32:20 It was, it was insane. Because they cooperate against Jamal, the guy I wrote, I wrote a story about it. They cooperate against him. Yeah. But none of them. them cooperated against each other. Yeah. But now peep this, though.

Starting point is 01:32:29 Now, this is the crazy thing about it. And you probably wouldn't know, you probably wouldn't know to this. So now, um, so now I'm like, whoa, I end up going to go to, um, I end up going to get a room down, um, Miami Beach on South Beach from where I was staying. To kind of hide out or just to not be there? Okay. To hide out. Yeah, to hide out.

Starting point is 01:32:53 So I got all my stuff. in this one apartment. I'm talking about pradas, flat-string TVs, leather couches. I'm talking about it's so much money

Starting point is 01:33:04 into this that I got right now. You know what I'm saying? So I called my it was a guy in the music industry who I was cool with him,

Starting point is 01:33:12 he only nothing about nothing. You know what I mean? I called him. His name is Jay Wans. And I called him. I said, yo, Jay,

Starting point is 01:33:20 listen, I need you to go get everything out of the house for me. He's like, go, I said, yeah, go get everything on the house. I said, I don't care nothing about it.

Starting point is 01:33:28 You can just have it. I don't care nothing about it. If anybody I wanted to have it, it's him. You know what I'm saying? So he's like, all right, all right, cool. Call him. Get down the beach. Now I'm trying to call people trying to find out, you know,

Starting point is 01:33:41 what's going on, this and that. So they're telling me that they got my car on the, they got my wife car on the lift. They got my, I had one of my cars parked at an airport somewhere. the $550. And then when I landed in Miami, I hopped in Bentley. I end up trying to get stuff in order, this and that. Then at the time, too, I don't got no real money on me.

Starting point is 01:34:10 I probably had like, I think probably about like $1,500 cash on me. You know what I mean? Because how I had all my money set up is different cribs, right? So my uncles and them were, they used to lay copy. for a living that was the family business laying carpet so I used to roll back the carpet in all my houses and all like my grandma house my aunt house I roll all back the carpet because I know how to lay carpet too and I put the money ready under the pad and you know the certain way I had it and all that and I put

Starting point is 01:34:42 the carpet back so that way you just walking over money so I had I had all that put up save you got to go through a lot to even get that so I'm like hey I got money on the street so I'm trying to figure out man um I call my guy rolling. So it was this guy who, he used to get me all my cars. This is the 745, the S-550, the Bentley, and he used to work for this dealership, like, in a Zodic, sell exotic cars up in New York. I got turned on through my accountant by the name of Burke Pidale.

Starting point is 01:35:18 So as he used to get me the cars for lease term. At the end of the term, I paid, it was like a balloon payment. I pay a dollar. Yeah. You know what I mean? Something he had gone, he was smarter doing what you do. So I had got that Bentley from him. So I called him.

Starting point is 01:35:35 I said, yo, listen, I got the Bentley. When they say the people picking up everybody, I don't know if I'm indicted yet because I don't see nothing, but I'm pretty sure I am. Because once I start hearing that, they start picking up, you know, getting the call and everything. So I'm like, man. You know it's coming. I know it's coming.

Starting point is 01:35:53 So I called Roald. I said, yo, Roe, I need you to get rid of this Bentley, man. He was like, all right, cool. Where you are? I said, man, I'm in Miami, but I'm hot right now. He's like, what's going on with you? I said, man, don't even worry about all that. I said, man, I need some bread.

Starting point is 01:36:09 And then you come get this Bentley. You can just give me something for the car, whatever, this and that. He was like, all right, I got you. He ended up sending me $100,000, right? But people, how he sent it. He's sending it on a car hauler. on the same caller that business that I'm doing now, right? Right.

Starting point is 01:36:33 He had sent somebody because I was on the run. Like, is that in Miami? I'm hiding out. So I end up having to go meet the guy so he can put the Bentley on to the three car hauler, right? And then the guy ended up giving me the money. Cash. So now I'm saying, thinking, okay, then what can I go to? Can I get the Panama?

Starting point is 01:36:56 can I get to, you know, X, Y, Z. Like, I'm still trying to think, like, you're not, you're not going to, you don't want to deal with this at all. I don't want to deal with this at all. But then they say, oh, your indictment is going around in the whole city. Everybody reading your indictment is online. I'm like, yeah, yeah, call somebody, sent me a copy of it on my phone.

Starting point is 01:37:19 We got a Blackberry at a time. Right. I remember the Black, right, like the Blackberry. So I'm scrolling through and I'm looking at the, so with the case. is telling you certain people's statements and stuff. Right. But it's blacked out.

Starting point is 01:37:33 So I'm looking at it and I'm like, okay, this person goes to the zoo talking to the people. This person, this person, this person, I'm like, I'm trying to figure out this person saying this. I'm like, all this stuff don't ring a bell to me on who these people are, right? Because you would think is, because you're picking up everybody with me. So it ain't, damn, it ain't nobody on my case because everybody's with me. And so I'm looking and get down to the last one right here and it says

Starting point is 01:38:02 goes to Phoenix, Arizona to discuss $150,000 debt. Like what it said. So I'm like, oh, I know who that is. That's Pipe.

Starting point is 01:38:19 Can I read. That he been picked out? Yeah, he was already picked up. Okay. I'm talking about the one who had so Pipe was Johnny partner. Okay.

Starting point is 01:38:32 That's the one. Yeah, he was the other one that was there sitting there at the tape in the restaurant. Yeah, and that's the main one who I was dealing with. I don't know if he had been picked up prior to that. And like, because in indictment, somebody got picked up. They then brought the indictment. They then, you know, testifying in front of the jury and jury or whatever. Then they put together an indictment.

Starting point is 01:38:50 So I didn't know if you'd known he'd been picked up or if he was. No, so my cousin, so my cousin came to me and showed me that he was picked up. When I had the seven sealed indictments, remember, I had the seven-sill of indictment, I was like, oh, what is this right here? This will happen. When I get the call, they're picking up everybody. Them seven set indictments was me and my team. Okay.

Starting point is 01:39:09 You know what I'm saying? So I'm already knowing that he's gone, both of them gone. All right. So now when I'm reading it, because he's gone for like a year. Okay. You know what I mean? So now I'm reading it. I'm like, wow, this is like.

Starting point is 01:39:19 And then I see a statement from the New York D kid. But then I'm saying the names too. Because it shows certain names, but it just don't show certain names of their statements. It just showed certain names of showing that they locked up to

Starting point is 01:39:34 and just involved in your case. You know what I'm saying? And that's one thing I ain't really understand because then you might got somebody who's on there who I didn't even know. You know what I'm saying?

Starting point is 01:39:45 But they'll just do that. That's just how the feds do. They'll just put somebody with you who probably connected to somebody and they're just putting them up there. You know what I mean? So you can't even say

Starting point is 01:39:54 oh, how are you telling me like I don't even know that guy? You know what I mean? Because you get a lot of that. So end up what happened was um um um i end up seeing it and i'm like damn so i know who this is i'm like wow the two connects is telling on me it's crazy so now i'm trying to figure out um so so soon i get the call and say hey no so now they have got your mom they got evidence of your mom your wife your sister and your

Starting point is 01:40:28 hunt all of these you're all my people okay right have they indict and they don't they don't go grab them yet they're gonna use them to threaten they're gonna threaten you that's how they get me to say all right man I'm coming back I come to the stakes whatever right I'm like yo this please just don't touch them just don't touch them man you know what I'm saying and they like um so I call my lawyer so my cousin gets me a lawyer and the lawyer his name is Woody Woodward great guy out of Virginia Beach he used to represent like Michael Vic and all these kind of guys. What was his name? Woody Woodward.

Starting point is 01:41:02 Come on, man. You know Woody? No, I don't know him, but listen to his name, Woody Woodwork. That's his name. Woody Woodward. Woodward. Oh, okay, I thought it was Woodwork. I was like, are you serious?

Starting point is 01:41:13 Like, his parents have a sense of humor. Okay. So, the great guy. So he, I'm calling him. Because my cousin said, yo, call this lawyer right here. He can represent you. $50,000. honest. So you know me. I'm like,

Starting point is 01:41:29 all right, cool. I'm already thinking, okay, that's simply guilty. That's not to go to trial. Yeah, that's to be guilty. Exactly. Me, I'm green. I'm green at the time. In the state, they'll go to trial for 50. Yeah. So all I'm thinking is, all I'm thinking is, you know what? Ain't worry about it. You know what? I'm going to go

Starting point is 01:41:45 back. I ain't never really been in trouble before. I went to TDH back in the day, this and that. I'm going to get a bond. It's going to be all good. Yeah. I work my, I, I went to, so he called the police. I mean, he called the DEA in Miami, and they came out and met me.

Starting point is 01:42:07 He told me to get rid of my phone. He's like, yo, take your phone, get your phone, whatever, somewhere. You got money, do whatever, this, and that. So I worked it out, so somebody came and got all my stuff, my watches and all that stuff. It got rid of that. I called them, told them I'm going to be on such a block. get there, seize them, you know, they hop up on me. They hop out on me.

Starting point is 01:42:33 And they like, where are your phone? I don't, I don't got one. Well, how you call us? Do you hear this friend from you from here? I was like, man, I, you're like, all right. So then they're like, all right. So then they're looking for just what happened. One of my cousins was with me too.

Starting point is 01:42:51 He's on my case, too. The whole time he's thinking, oh, shoot, anybody saying my name? Like, he's thinking he's just good. They're coming to pick up my, uh, yeah, Uncle Tony here. Yeah. So soon I get in the car where they say, hey, what's such and such? I'm like, I don't know. So they already know, you know what I mean?

Starting point is 01:43:11 Because the flight log and all that, man, flew out there and all, like they know that we stayed together and all that stuff. So he ended up, um, so as I go into the federal place in Miami, they give me a Miami number right then and there, zero, zero four. A Virginia federal number is 0.083, I think it is. 083 and 084, 1 or 2 like that. 018. Yeah.

Starting point is 01:43:37 So now I'm checking in, and I got a Miami federal number. So I already got my number already because in the Fed. Yeah. So I get in there and the thing I know, I see my cousin. He come on in. They bring him in and they turn himself in whatever too. Turn herself in. Now I'm getting back to Virginia.

Starting point is 01:43:58 Virginia, right? So they're transferring me back to Virginia. It's the first time I'm going on an airplane and, you know, I go through Oklahoma going through the whole transit thing. So they finally get me back to Virginia and they take me to regional jail

Starting point is 01:44:14 called Suffolk. Suffolk Regional Jail. Suffolk Regional Jail. Suffolk is the home of people hopping on your case. Okay. Like, I don't, like, you understand. I'm green to all

Starting point is 01:44:29 of this stuff. So that people say, hey, man, don't talk too much about your case. Don't do this, don't do this, don't do that. And this and there. I'm like, why don't do that? And they're like, no, man, you got people in there who been in Suffolk jail. And that's what they do. They, they're jail inmates waiting to go up the road, but they don't never go up the road. And what they do is sit there and wait for all the federal inmates to come in. They put them in these blocks. And they got the state guys who sit back, get cool with you, overheard something, this and that, write the DA to hop on your case to get their state time down. State time down. Like, how do you, you,

Starting point is 01:44:59 how do you state time down like that's crazy crazy word in Miami there was there were guys that were getting just I mean decades knocked off their sentence just by jumping on guys case there were guys that were they'd find out anything about your case and they go from one case to another case to and it wasn't like hey I got one case okay I got 10 years knocked off and now I'll go to prison no no they go they be they would be a witness on multiple people's cases

Starting point is 01:45:30 and they just never end up leaving the jail. Yeah, it's crazy. So I get in there and the block they put me in, the first block they put me in, I remember it's so crazy because I got a bad memory, the worst. I smoked two hours.

Starting point is 01:45:48 I mean, the worst. But I remember the block that they actually put me in because that's crazy. They put me in block, they put me in the C block. C block was the you had the yellow that was violent but C block was the most like higher up

Starting point is 01:46:04 than different you know blocks or whatever getting C block first person I see New York D he's a C block so I walk in there and so to put me in this block

Starting point is 01:46:21 bottom line ain't even go hold that story up too tough I wrote myself out the block right because as soon as I get in there first thing he's started talking about, but I started hearing about, which I already knew, he's telling on me. Yeah. I said here, like, how can you put me in this block with this guy who's telling on me? And he ain't going to hold you.

Starting point is 01:46:38 He was a big stocky dude. You know what I mean? He was built stocking. And not saying I can't fight because I can fight, you know what I mean? But you got to understand, I'm coming in prison. I ain't ever been in trouble. Like, you know what I mean? I'm coming here.

Starting point is 01:46:51 I ain't trying to come straight into a fight. Right. Because I'm green. Like, my mind isn't on that right there. So they didn't have a separatise on you? They're doing this for a reason. They put me in there for a reason, right? So once I get in there and then he started kicking it with me.

Starting point is 01:47:06 Hey, man. So, yeah, I know you're not this game work, man, bro. I ain't mean nothing about that, man, you know, but they had me. So he's explaining to me and stuff. He's telling you, he's cooperating. Like, he's telling you he. But his name is on my stuff. Well, I know, but he didn't know that you know that necessarily.

Starting point is 01:47:21 He got to. Okay. He had, like, the word is out. Obviously, he did. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. So he says, you know, he telling this and that. And he says, yo, they got me justified against J.B. So I was like, yeah? So he's like, yeah, you should hop on that with me. Say, man, what? Man. That same night.

Starting point is 01:47:46 Roke myself. Came next day. Pack it up. Gonzales. Move me to a no whole block. I don't want nothing to do with you, dude. I don't want nothing to do with that. Boom. paper come out, newspaper come out in Virginia. I can't remember exact word for word, but I'm going to give you the sum of it. It says

Starting point is 01:48:09 Kingpin, this is me, was getting 30 keys a month from source J.B. That's what the meat of the thing said. So now people in Virginia are like, oh, who is J.B? Nobody knows

Starting point is 01:48:28 who J.B. is because it's so crazy, because now they're trying to figure out all different initials and stuff from who is J.B. And now they're saying, oh, he's telling. They're saying I'm telling because because it's saying

Starting point is 01:48:39 I'm getting 30 keys a month from J.B. So who was saying that? Who's saying who said that statement rate did? You know what I mean? So everybody looking at it like, dang, man, you're telling on your source, J.B? Right.

Starting point is 01:48:56 That sounds like J.B might be telling on you. Could be. But they don't know. Either way, they'll always jump to your snitching. Of course. This is our top. So there's, it's like a bunch of old fucking ladies. They love to gossip.

Starting point is 01:49:08 Exactly. So I'm seeing this and I'm, and I'm in prison looking at this. So now guys are looking like, oh, man, he's telling. You know what I'm saying? He's telling him, telling him. Knowing that I just seen the guy, New York D telling me he want me to hop on the case with J.B. I'm saying like, yo, this government is like, they set me. With the newspaper, they all in it together.

Starting point is 01:49:26 They're setting me up. You know what I mean? Because they thought I were going to go ahead and jump for that rate. But remind you, I'm still thinking, one, that I'm going to get a bond. And two, I don't need to do all of this stuff. Well, I ain't doing none of that. Moving forward. So I'm sitting there and I actually see how they'll call you out for lawyer visits and stuff.

Starting point is 01:49:48 So I get a call out for my lawyer visit and I go talk to my lawyer. So we're sitting there. So now he wanted to go over the case, whatever's in that. So he's like, all right, so, you know, basically what you want to do? and this and that, you know, I'm here for you, this and that. He don't talk about nothing

Starting point is 01:50:01 about no deal, none of that stuff like that. You don't talk about nothing about cooperation, none of that. He says, but if you want to go to trial, because they,

Starting point is 01:50:09 because, you know, I went to set a trial date. You know what I mean? And, but he tells me, he says, um, did they want to talk to you,

Starting point is 01:50:18 though? You know, do they want to talk to you? I said, talk to me about what? Because you already know off the top, I don't care what you try to do as far as,

Starting point is 01:50:27 I'm not telling. Like, you know what I mean? I don't got no room to tell. That's not even a consideration. A consideration. Right. You know what I'm saying? So what we were going to talk about to see what we're going to meet at? You know what I mean?

Starting point is 01:50:43 Get me 10 years, get me whatever. I signed whatever it is right now. You know what I mean? He said, oh, dang. Don't think about getting 10 years, man. He said, you're getting charged. You know, he said, you got CCE, 848. That's like, you got a RICO.

Starting point is 01:50:56 Like, you know, you already, like, already know for a fact. If I get to, you getting 30. I think it was not reading it, it was 30 to life. Now, you know how all that goes based off of your trouble and all this and all that. So I'm already like, okay, well, I'm going to be good. I don't got no record. It's still 30. Yeah, but I'm thinking, I'm just thinking I'm still going to get 10 years some kind of way

Starting point is 01:51:19 because I don't got no record. I don't know how you're going to look at it. But I'm thinking my levels, this is why I did my PSI on that. My levels is going to be down enough. but no he's like yeah do you know what make it go up you know in the newspaper it says 10 to 20 million dollar drug ring brother them drugs is piled on so that weight

Starting point is 01:51:37 takes your category up you know what I mean so them two guys right there I'm like yo well they're the kingpins he's nah brother they made you yeah you're the king the king pen even though you getting drugs from however it is they just made you a kingpin by the amount of drugs That's where they get that from.

Starting point is 01:51:57 I'm like, I'm like, damn. So I'm like, so if I go to trial, what lady do I have to stand on? I'm just being real. Like, what lady do I have a stand on? He says, man, I'm going to tell you the truth. Just like you said, this 50 is to go to trial. Then we got to do such, this and that. And he says, but I want to be prepared.

Starting point is 01:52:15 The only thing I figured that we can go in and do is try to chase the money and saying that you had enough money. And then we could try to figure it out that angle and the whole nine. I said, I'm like But he's like But the reason why I'm calling you down here though Is because

Starting point is 01:52:31 They still thinking about Adighting your family member So you don't have no kind of leverage at all To be talking nothing Unless you go here and you want to fight And listen I said with my mother and my aunt Is the only ones who really like hustle I said my sister and my wife

Starting point is 01:52:47 They don't know nothing about drugs Being around Joe's like Don't think my wife even did Or probably my sister was Count my money back in the day this and that. But they don't get into that. That doesn't matter.

Starting point is 01:52:58 Yeah, and I can't just fight just for them to. You're on a misconception that it's fair. Yeah. They're concerned about justice. That's not what they're concerned about. Exactly. They want to win. That's the key word.

Starting point is 01:53:09 They want to win, right? So now I'm sitting back and I said, so you mean to me, I got a fight for my life then? He says, yes, you got a fight for your life. And he said, and I'm going to tell you this right here. He said, you go in for a fight if you want to go to trial. I said, well, what do you recommend them doing? he said, he said, I'm going to tell you this right here. He says, they want something.

Starting point is 01:53:29 I said, well, what they won't? I said, because you know I ain't trying to tell them none of them. He said, I don't stop you right there. We already been down that line with them. We don't got to worry about that right there. He said, because they don't want nobody under you. He said, you can't do nothing for them going to get nobody under you. Then plus on top of that, everybody who's under me is locked up with me already.

Starting point is 01:53:50 They already cooperated, too. They're already cooperating against you. Like I said None of my friends All my people don't We don't do that Okay We don't do that

Starting point is 01:53:59 To a point I got word already back From certain code offending And all this saying Hey yo bro Whatever you want to do We down Like we ain't going

Starting point is 01:54:08 Like we ain't going Like I really have to say this My My sister Baby Dad He was in our situation And he got word to me

Starting point is 01:54:23 And said Hey bro whatever you want to do, I'm down because I can't cooperate against you and look and look your niece in the face. Right. You know what I mean? But it's still the other guys that you're saying your guys aren't, but that doesn't matter. It's the other guy that are they Mexican, right? The other two guys already gone.

Starting point is 01:54:44 But then also I got 46 other people ready to testify again. That's what I'm saying. And 20 of the 46 are on the street. 46. They got bond. No, the 20 of them never been locked up. They're on the streets just working. Okay.

Starting point is 01:54:59 It just is what it is. Then the other 26, off of the 46, is locked up, trying to work their time down and all that. They don't really mean nothing, but they just just add little stuff on. You know what I mean? That's why I ain't even tripping out that right there. These are the two that I'm even focused about.

Starting point is 01:55:13 But now I'm sitting here like, he's telling me I'm in a fight for my life what I want to do. So he says, so they want something. So he was like, man. And I know, you know, what you say you stand for in the whole nine, but they don't want that. So I said, I don't understand,

Starting point is 01:55:27 but what they want? So he says, on this right here, he got to pay the work out, and he said, this right here, this guy right here, because he asked me,

Starting point is 01:55:39 do I know any of these guys and all this and all this. So I'm telling them, and I'm like, yeah, this right here is such and such and this right here is such and I know this is here, this and that.

Starting point is 01:55:47 So he says, okay, so for that, you know, for that meeting that you went to Phoenix with, right? was that guy the only one at the meeting?

Starting point is 01:56:00 I said, no, he won't know no one at the meeting. And they says, well, you need to think about something because that's who they want. They want the other guy who was at that meeting. And I said, all right, well, how am I going to get them? Like, I don't, you know what I mean? The only thing I can tell you is,

Starting point is 01:56:21 the guy who just told on me, which is his man, he's the one who gave me the drugs. he's like yeah but he was at a meeting what part did he play in that I said I take it that he was the man he was like so that's what I'm saying so he told about this meeting right he didn't tell about his friends so they think but the government already know about it because my phone tapped in the whole nine so they're knowing everything you know what I'm saying they ain't letting him know that they even know they even know about Johnny right

Starting point is 01:56:55 they don't let him know that but they know about Johnny he only worry about giving me and my family out he gets 10 years pipe gets 10 years so some lawyers say listen so you know

Starting point is 01:57:08 you know this guy right here he got 10 years and whatever this and that and they said um so I said so how can I because I didn't physically deal with him but I did with him he was like no you just need just tell about the meeting you tell about the meeting

Starting point is 01:57:22 that's what you know what you got going for yourself I said, so if I tell about the meeting, I can, they won't bother my family and stuff. He said, no, I get them to give you immunity. I get them, you know, all the women, we get all them immunity. I said, okay. So that's all I got to do is just tell about initial meeting. Right. He said, yeah, that's all you need to do.

Starting point is 01:57:45 They already know who that guy is. They already probably got a whole fucking thing on that guy. They just want another nail in the coffin. So I said, I'm like, shit. I'm like, damn right. I'm in the fight for my life. So I look at it like this too. and at the time

Starting point is 01:57:58 what even they made my decision. People try to make, try to apply rules for something that's wrong. You can't have something that's all wrong and you say, you know what?

Starting point is 01:58:09 I'm going to put some right rules into a wrong situation. That just sounds crazy. So how do you pose to do that? You know what I'm saying? So then I sit back and says, all right, this guy think,

Starting point is 01:58:24 I'm going to let you do all of this and Naples the honor or code to say you know what we're gonna send everybody to prison

Starting point is 01:58:33 I'm gonna go to jail so you can get out after your 10 years and you can go back with Johnny and y'all gonna be just happily ever after selling

Starting point is 01:58:41 selling drugs again why I'm gonna be in there for a cold nah you ain't my homeboy you ain't my homeboy you ain't my homeboy and none of that

Starting point is 01:58:48 it's it's called war for a reason it's called a fight for your life for a reason right right so boom I'm telling me a cool

Starting point is 01:58:56 so they bring the agreement down. I came back then like probably about two weeks later this and that and he sit back and he write it all down to me this and that and saying yo you ain't promised nothing Melissa you ain't promised nothing

Starting point is 01:59:11 you ain't promise anything you know all you do is sign they're gonna put in the paperwork immunity as long as your mother don't go out there and sell a rock after you sign this paper or sell a coat

Starting point is 01:59:22 after you sign this paper she's gonna be good everybody's gonna be cool So I said, hold on I have a niece too who because I already knew like me and her had this thing

Starting point is 01:59:34 that I used to get a little money and I remember a couple of times she had did some transactions for me. Right. So I'm thinking I said I need her to be covered too to make sure nothing that would come back for her either.

Starting point is 01:59:46 Like, all right, cool. So I signed. Boom, newspaper come out. Newspaper will come out. I got to read it for you. Actually, I think I sent it to you. I think I sent it to you. Newspaperer come out.

Starting point is 02:00:06 Says, drug king pay Anthony Gonzalez-scrax in the usual deal with federal prosecutors Tuesday, and it changed for his guilty plea. Prosecutors promised not to charge four family members in the 10 million drug conspiracy that Gonzalez oversaw. Gonzalez, the former manager of the rap duo, who once owned the defunction of Virginia Beach Nightclub Encore Lounge, is also expected to get a deal that will spare him a prison life sentence. And I remember when I was signing, I said, so listen, I'm not going to get life. Right. But now remind you, guess who is the officer who is behind all of this to take me to sit down for this meeting that I'm supposed to have to tell about this?

Starting point is 02:00:49 The beat cop who's the DA. Right, right. He's the head of the whole case. Right. So now I sign the paper. So I'm like, all right. So he says, so my lawyer says, all right, so somebody's going to be contacting you. They're going to come and pull you out.

Starting point is 02:01:06 So I'm like, all right, cool. Newspaper hit. Oh, man, he's a rat. He's telling him. He's making a deal. Say he found him with this and that. He's telling him on the world. I'm like, yeah.

Starting point is 02:01:19 I'm like, what? I haven't even talked to nobody, said nothing to nobody. I just signed the paper. Right. Can't nobody see that. Can't nobody see any of that. the newspaper put that out already. So they feeding it to the newspaper.

Starting point is 02:01:35 Yeah, yeah. I was going to say, no, they had to give them that. They had to know anything. And they're doing that because now it's like, it's already out there. You might as well cooperate now. Right. That's just more reason to cooperate because why it's already out there.

Starting point is 02:01:48 That's going to follow you everywhere. Exactly. So people, so I said, all right, cool. So now I'm like, man, people are saying, I'm like, man, it's stuff crazy. because like I said, I'm sitting here like, yo, the first thing I ask the person is, who I tell him?

Starting point is 02:02:04 I don't know. I'm like, all right, cool, we don't matter. All right, bet. Boom. I get called out. Now, you have a right to, if the monsters come and get you, you have the right to say,

Starting point is 02:02:18 no, I ain't going. I don't want to go. You have the right to do that. You know, I already signed a deal. So now everything is like at an all time, high now, Because once you sign it, you sign in your life over. You're signing your life over.

Starting point is 02:02:30 I'm thinking, because I'm green, that I'm just signing to go and just talk about what we say we could talk about. Right. No, no, no. I get called out. Called out. This is that. I'm looking out in the glass.

Starting point is 02:02:49 I see my friend. D.A. He out there. He picking me up. Cuff me up, this and that. We get in the car and they take him to the federal building. I'm like, you don't understand. I'm feeling like, I don't feel bad.

Starting point is 02:03:08 That's the whole thing because I don't feel bad because I ain't a lie. I'm in my mind and we're still till this day, I'm not doing anything wrong. That's just that's how I feel because I'm like, this is war. You know what I'm saying? This is war in my life and I love me some of me. I'm saying again, I love me some of me. I do. Like, God I love me some of me.

Starting point is 02:03:26 You know what I'm saying? So I say, cool. So as we ride, he says, listen, just be truthful. Right? I said, yeah, I am gonna be truthful. Like, y'all already know. Like, I'm just, I'm just, son. And he says, no, I'm gonna tell you again, man.

Starting point is 02:03:42 When we get in there, just be truthful. I'm like, all right. Get in there, boom. They start talking about, yeah, man, to do how this is good stuff. I start telling the same story that I just told you about, yo, this guy set me up, you know, X, Y, Z, and the whole nine. And I went out there, this and that. Now, I'm gonna tell you how I am.

Starting point is 02:04:03 I don't even mention Mello name to them. Because I'm the kind of person that, like I said, I don't, I'm not going to bring up nobody else stuff if they don't know about it. You know what I'm saying? I'm going into this meeting. I'm going into this meeting not to snitch on nobody or something. But this tells exactly what I got to tell about them to do and the one of them getting me and anything else. I'm not thinking that's what we're going to do, but it's fair a game then once you sign. So get in there and tell them this and tell them that about the meeting.

Starting point is 02:04:29 So I'm thinking like it's over. And say, oh, hold on, Mr. Gov, we want to show you something else. Bring out a book. put the book on the table. I'm saying, I'm looking. And I'm like, and start showing me pictures. And I'm seeing any pictures.

Starting point is 02:04:44 I'm seeing people I know that was locked up. I'm seeing, don't put none of my co-defendants in the book. But they're putting people I grew up with, people I've seen. People I actually even deal with. People I don't know. Isn't that something looking? And they're like, yo, we just want you to just say one word

Starting point is 02:05:03 about each person at the person, the book, go past. I'm like, oh, shit, that's easy. You know what I'm saying? So, I see somebody and I'd be like, man, great guy, you know, you know what's the next one? Ain't a good lie. And I'm going to say this name because I don't know what they're doing now,

Starting point is 02:05:27 but I know back then I had a partner who, you know, started to, I never seen them physically used drugs, right? But he used to get money. used to get money and they had his picture in the book and this is my this is my like this is actually my wife

Starting point is 02:05:45 first cousin I've seen the book and I seen him and I ended up leaving him one of the connects too the galenese guy who I told you about I ain't gonna leave him

Starting point is 02:05:56 him when I hopped out the game and when they showed me the picture I said I was like man he used drugs like um's saying like why y'all even got him in the book he used drugs you know what i mean like y'all don't even need to even be showing nobody this picture you know what i'm saying but i'm also saying that to try to throw it off of him even though he

Starting point is 02:06:14 started using little drugs here and they don't know what he was actually doing but that was my way of two of trying to get him out the book like don't even show nobody else his picture because he's not even doing what he's doing you know what i mean so um now this is the back thing about this and how they even told me even before they even opened the book and they said this right here they said listen decide this work. We show you these pictures and we show you something and one of these guys

Starting point is 02:06:44 that told him, has already said something on you and we asked him you say you don't know him. You say you don't know him. That deal is off the table. Right? That's why the guy was so adamant, do not lie. Because they'll do any, they'll take any reason at all

Starting point is 02:07:00 to fuck you out of the deal. Yeah. So me knowing that, I still, had to take my chances on that alone by not saying they're one of these dudes did get caught overnight, they're one of these dudes you know what I mean? So I only want to say I lied

Starting point is 02:07:19 because I just didn't tell them what they wanted to hear, you know what I'm saying? And it was crazy because when we even got back in the car, you know, the officer said, he said, man, I know you lied. But I'm looking like, I ain't lie. Y'all want me to say something, one thing about the person. So that's why I even couldn't get in trouble because he knows everybody.

Starting point is 02:07:41 He knows everybody by name. He knows everybody's family. He was a cop for years out there. You know what I mean? So he knows. So he knows that Sets and Susser probably sold a little bit of the dog. Sonsu did this. You know what I'm saying?

Starting point is 02:07:50 But they were only doing that because they had nothing else. So I ain't getting in trouble for that. You know what I'm saying? So everything was on the up. So I get back. And I'm feeling good about it because I'm like, all right, cool. I'm going to get the life off me.

Starting point is 02:08:11 That's the only thing that I'm concerned about at the time is getting the life off me and then none of the women get locked up. That's just, that's what the deal was. Are you still thinking federal? I'm sorry, are you still thinking 10 years? Are you thinking, are you thinking, I'm like it? So when I asked him that,

Starting point is 02:08:29 and he says that with the deal, that I'm not going to get life, but he still got to stick with it. the guidelines right so when I finally got everything you know came back and all that um and it come back and it came back to um the certain numbers and the the bottom end was 384 months and that's the name of my book and that's the reason why i named the name my book that 384 months the sacrificial lamb that's the name of my book um so i figure when he says yo you should get the low end, you know what I mean, which is just 384 months.

Starting point is 02:09:13 So I'm like, all right, cool, because I'm also knowing that once they say it, I'm figuring, life is life, life, life. So I'd rather have a number. Did you come at to? I'm 32, 33 at the time? That's still like, I still figure out, you know what I mean? Have it for, I mean, it is what it is. You know what I mean?

Starting point is 02:09:31 I can breathe because I'm looking at it like, I'm not going to be looked at, just I'm thinking, I'm not going to be looked at as a snitch or a rat. Definitely not. I shouldn't be. That's what I'm thinking anyway. You know what I'm saying? But you know stuff just don't work that way. You know what I'm saying?

So when I even saw it, I'm like 384 months. And I'm looking up and it was like fall. Even though I remember seeing the numbers and saying, yeah, he gave you the low end and I saw all of that.

Starting point is 02:11:33 It still didn't hit me. He said 384 months. I'm still thinking, okay, three and that. 84 months. Yeah. 3.84, like, months. Like, months. I ain't thinking that I look back at my wife and she's like,

Starting point is 02:11:45 she's got to calculate it. She's like, I'm looking like, what? 32 years. And I remembering the judge when you get to me and I'm leaving out of it. I'm going back and everybody's, you know, it's like a club scene. People like, we love you, cheesy. Because people call me Jeasy. We love you, Jayzee.

Starting point is 02:12:09 I'm walking out. And I'm like. As soon as I turned the corner, Dish! Crying. I'm like, man. And that was the last time I seen my lawyer, going to the room and he's like,

Starting point is 02:12:26 how you feel? I'm like, man, like this is crazy. He's like, man, just some, you know, everything is good, man. Just, just be patient. It's what he said. You just be patient. I'm like, just be patient for what. What? Like, what the?

Starting point is 02:12:42 He's like, listen, just be patient. I'm like, I don't know what the hell that means. It means wait a year so you can't follow 2255 against me. So I'm like, so I'm like, dang. So now I'm thinking, okay, well, I'm going to be able to get back any kind of way. And they're like, you play it guilty. You sign guilty. You ain't getting no pill or none of that.

Starting point is 02:13:05 You know what I mean? So that would be the only way that would have to go, right? So I'm like, man. So now I'm trying to get my mind wrapped around this whole 32 years thing. Boom. One of my homeboys. So I end up staying in the county for 18 months. I'm feeling like y'all trying to put me on some Suffolk type, you know, from Suffolk, people

Starting point is 02:13:30 standing in there, right? So I'm like, wow, I'm here for 18 months. Yeah, usually within two weeks to a month, you're on your way to your destiny. The destination. Exactly. Boom. What year was this? 09.

Starting point is 02:13:47 Yeah, yeah, you should be gone. I was thinking maybe it's COVID, but no. Okay. Oh, nine. So I get a home board. He come back from court. He go to court. Because I end up going from Suffolk to Chesapeed.

Starting point is 02:14:01 I hadn't ready to get in the fight with some guys, right? And it's so crazy because this is the reason I'm ready to get in the fight, the same reason what I'm going into. They sent me over to Chesapeake. And so now I'm over there. And one of my homeboys, he goes to court. He come back. He says, hey, man, you know they picked up Big Daddy.

Starting point is 02:14:28 I said, they picked up Big Daddy. Like, yeah. I'm like, wow. That's crazy they're getting, they're schooling up all the big time. You know, because it's like, like, it was a couple of guys out there. Like, there was about three, four crews that was out there. Virginia who was getting it. You know what I mean? I wasn't the only one who was getting it. You know what I mean? I probably was the only one who was getting it for cheaper or from another,

Starting point is 02:14:51 you know what I'm saying? Like country or however this and that, but they was getting money. You know what I mean? And so the guy Big Daddy was one of them. He used to cook. That's what they called him Big Daddy. Paul's. So he had restaurants and stuff. So my guy says, yeah, they picked up Big Daddy, man, and his son and his wife. girlfriend or whatever. I was like, oh wow, they physically got her? They're like, yeah. I'm like, oh my God. I'm glad to take my wife and put her in, you know what I mean? Like, I'm like, yo, I said, well, I already know what he about to do. You know what I mean? It's the first thing I say. And he says, man, it's crazy because he said, you told on him. I said, me the fuck out. I said, man, it's crazy. Like, my man can tell. Like, this is real. This is real. This is real. I said,

Starting point is 02:15:36 told on him. I said, I said, I said, bro. He was like, he's like, I said, he was. I said, Like, man, he said, man, that's what I know, man. It's crazy because he was even saying that. He was like, I never did with this man. I said, well, he told you that? He said, bro, I saw your name on his paperwork. I said, man, get the hell up out of here. You couldn't have seen my name on the man paper because I did not deal with him.

Starting point is 02:16:01 And I'm not going to lie on nobody. Like, that just doesn't sound right. He's like, I'm just telling you. So I'm like, man, it's crazy. And you're sitting in the, you're sitting in the, you're not you're sitting in jail or whatever you're sitting in the holdover um so there's actually a term for what they're doing with you it's called is it um is it a it's like a guy there's something like putting someone on ice or it's a horse or something they call it a uh there's there's a term for

Starting point is 02:16:37 it where they have you here making everybody think he's way to We've got this guy. Fuck, there's a name for it. Anyway, but the- You can't talk about diesel therapy. No, not diesel. No, no. It's called like a waiting horse or a,

Starting point is 02:16:53 it's not like a man on, like you're on ice. That's like a dead man walking. I know what you're saying, but I don't know the name. Yeah, so it's like, it's like a resting horse or something. There's a term.

Starting point is 02:17:02 And they parade. Right. And it's really technically, it's technically illegal. You know what I'm saying? Like, like supposedly, it's illegal. They'll do this, and I've seen this done a bunch of time.

Starting point is 02:17:11 they'll bring you back to court even though they're not going to use you. Just so the person going to court knows they brought this guy back. He's in the county jail waiting to testify. And they'll tell him, Your Honor, we're waiting. We've got Mr. So-and-so is we brought him back from the BOP or from prison. He's in Hillsborough County waiting to testify. And these guys can find out, oh, he is there waiting. They did bring him back.

Starting point is 02:17:40 And they're like, Your Honor, I'll plead. Exactly. Do you see what I'm saying? They're using metal? Yes, no. That's what they're doing. That's why you never got sent away. That's why they know they're going to use you probably in multiple trials.

Starting point is 02:17:50 You probably don't even know. Yeah, but they can't use them because I never dealt with them. Doesn't matter. It's a bluff. Exactly. That's what I'm saying? You are smart. You are smart.

Starting point is 02:18:00 Even with me telling you that and that's what I'm getting at, you are already put it together before I even told you. But I'm sitting there at the time, confused. I'm like, why the hell I ain't going to the road yet? And now he comes back telling me I'm on somebody paperwork that I never even dealt with. that I never even deal with. And this guy, even though he knows I never dealt with him, he can't say anything.

Starting point is 02:18:16 That's not what he's thinking. He's thinking is this motherfucker's going to get on the stand and lie. And lie. Yeah. So I'm like, wow. So now it's going around town that, oh, I'm still in prison, like you said, and I'm on Big Daddy case because he's saying,

Starting point is 02:18:29 yo, this guy, this and that. And I'm like, wow. It's been in the newspaper. There's all kinds of shit. Man, I'm looking like, that's what I'm saying. That's why I'm like, man, my name. I'm like, man, this is crazy, right? It's horrible for you.

Starting point is 02:18:40 But the U.S. attorney is playing, he's playing chess. You know what I'm saying? Like he's been, he's moving the players around. It's horrible for you because it's fucked up because you're in a bad situation. But wait, wait, it gets worse. Two more the same, two more the same crew, two more different crews who was getting work around the town. Pick them up to put my name on their shit too. I'm like, yo.

Starting point is 02:19:12 I got to get in touch with Buffalo. I need to find out like, what the hell is going on, this and that. And I'm still in the county. I get in touch with them. Get in touch with them. I call them. I said, man, listen, man, you told me I was going to be all right. I was going to be cool.

Starting point is 02:19:39 This is all I had to do. That's all they wanted. This and that. And now, y'all making it look like I'm this other. person that I'm not as making me look bad. You know what I'm saying? I was like, I know you probably got no control of it. Just a net, I said, but, man, it's crazy, man.

Starting point is 02:19:54 I need to send me up the road or something, man, because it's making me look crazy. I said, and they put my name on people paperwork. That's not even just a net. So he's like, man, I check into it. You know, I see what's going on, man. And, you know, I just get back with you. I don't know that's in that.

Starting point is 02:20:14 I'm like, all right. Oh He'll be testifying in two days saying Your Honor, I spoke with him on the phone From the county jail night He's waiting right now to testify And all that you know what I'm saying? Like that's no

Starting point is 02:20:26 Boom I get sent out of the road Oh all right Right Damage's already done Yeah these guys are all pleading guilty Right But then in the mix of all that

Starting point is 02:20:39 Before I got sent out the road Um Another one of the crews They end up They end up coming in And I end up seeing them too, right? And I was a, you know, it won't know like beef or whatever, but you know, when guys them getting money, you know, shoot like Jay say, none of my friends speak. We're all trying

Starting point is 02:21:04 to win. But then again, maybe it's for the best though. This is on the Jay Z have for, um, on the evils. So with my name, what they saying, my name is up there, it don't got no statement that I said. It don't got anything. It just got my name just there, right? They knew. And they was like, man, that's crazy how they, what's calling this and that? Like, I got to talk to him to the lab. I was like, yeah, bro, I was like, man, bro, you know, I never, nothing. They were like, man, yeah, man, like, bro, man, we ain't tripping because we already know

Starting point is 02:21:34 that we didn't deal with you, you know what I mean? And they knew I won't even get on the stand and, but they also know the game of, they won't go on no trial, you know what I'm saying? Because if they did go to trial, they say it was a bluff game because they won't go brain me out when I'm getting on the stand and say, I never did well. You know what I mean? Like, my deal was with my deal. You know what I'm doing.

Starting point is 02:21:52 I see him at a club a couple times. Yeah, like, you know what I mean? I know he was driving a Jaguar. So then I, um, so then I end up going up the road. And, um, when I went up the road, where'd you go? So in transit, I go all the way up to, somewhere close by West Virginia. But my first spot was Gilmer. Okay.

Starting point is 02:22:23 FCI Gilmore, medium high. I'm talking about it was rocking, right? I get there and now I'm finding out that because I'm around real federal prisoners and all that stuff and I'm getting the real game and I'm finding out that like in the system they don't call rats and snitches and snitches. They call you hot.

Starting point is 02:22:49 Right. You know what I mean? You're not hot. You know what I'm saying? So now I remind you, Before when I was in transit, one of my, I know one of the guys I know from the town, he was in transit too. He was on his way to Big Sandy. So I'm like, yo, how you know how you're going?

Starting point is 02:23:09 He was like, because everybody finds out stuff through your number because they'd be in the laundry. Because so when they put the laundry up, but where they see a number and that's how to tell, you know, you got some homeboys coming, you know, with your actual number. So he from Virginia, he had the 083 number. So he's like, yo man, I heard you going to Big Sandy too. Somebody said that they got your laundry bag or whatever. And this will happen. The way I was going, he was saying, and then plus you on this with me, like on this same route. And so he's like, man, so we would get to Big Sandy.

Starting point is 02:23:46 Man, we got to check in because, you know, Big Sandy was the pen. Yeah. So I said, check in for what? So he says, man, you ain't ready to walk the yard? I said, bro, I didn't do nothing. So he's like, man, I'm telling you, man, everybody know you did something.

Starting point is 02:24:00 Like, what? They don't know, but you did something. He said, you got to show your paper when you go out there. I say, regardless of what they say, black and white don't lie. And just what happened, I never got the 5K1.

Starting point is 02:24:13 I never got a 5K1. Right. I never got no Rule 35. What is your pre-sentence? What does your PSR say? it says exactly what the newspaper would say that I can get for substantial, you know what I'm saying?

Starting point is 02:24:31 It didn't say I did it. It says I can. Yeah, yeah, you're eligible for substantial assistance. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? So my paperwork ain't saying nothing. So I say, yo, I'm going to show the mystery here and it's going to say 32 years. It ain't going to say I ducked life and it ain't going to tell all of that. I was like, this is what I'm going to show. So he was like, man, I don't know. That's going to fly. I'm saying like, yo, don't put me in the same category with you, my dude.

Starting point is 02:24:50 Like, you know what I'm saying? So I'm like, so he's like, man, all right. Boom, we get on the airplane, this and that. I'm like on the bus that time or not. They take me to Gilma. Right. So I'm like, sure, I did duck the pen. Right.

Starting point is 02:25:05 Right. But soon as I get on Gilma, riot. Right. Pisces fighting Sorinios. Big, biggest ride in, oh. When I get out there. 9, 10, 11. I think I got there 12, 2012.

Starting point is 02:25:22 Biggest ride. When I tell you, I'm on the yard, even though at the time, I'm seeing people pulling knives from the ground. I'm like, yo, man's crazy. Bottom line, they end up locking down the whole prison, took two blocks and put the syrinos in one, the prices in one, and took Tango blasts and sent them off the compound. So now the compound is locked down.

Starting point is 02:25:45 We're on lockdown for a minute. then finally they started to let us go out and then when they got to eat, we'll be locked down and they will let all them out. I'm sitting here like, yo, what the hell? I get myself into, right? And you just started.

Starting point is 02:26:01 And I just started and I got 32 years. I don't got nothing that's saying I'm going home in no time soon. My mind ain't on though, hey, I cooperated, I get a time cut. Yeah, I'm just waiting for them to file my rule 35. If I do get one, but I don't know I don't know anything about that.

Starting point is 02:26:19 My lawyer never tell me, hey, you could be getting a Rule 35, this and that. The only thing I'm going on is I got life off and I'm signing for the bottom of the guidelines. Yeah, which is 32 years. It's 32 years. Your lawyer did,

Starting point is 02:26:37 you're a real disservice, by the way. You know what I'm saying? Like, he didn't prepare you for anything. But he's just hoping to get you off his plate and move on to the next client. So this was the thing, though, because he ended up being, he ended up being my guy. Okay. He ended up being my guy.

Starting point is 02:26:54 So this was the thing. So now I'm moving five years, three years had passed at the time. And I'm like learning, learning the game of being in prison, seeing people come, seeing people go, seeing people pack out, seeing this, knowing that once you pack out, and you're like, yo, if you ain't, never seen a lot. I never seen the library, never seen my working on your case and you packing out. Oh, you're hot. You know what I'm saying? I walked past her now and then I probably heard somebody say, man, Andy hot. And I looked like, damn, this ain't you talking to me?

Starting point is 02:27:29 Because if you said that, now you got to prove that I'm hot. Can't about to prove none of that. You know what I mean? So it's like, you know what I mean? So they opened up a new spot in Berlin, New York upstate. So I go through NBC Brooklyn for a while, this and that. We go up there. I go open it up, me and know when an apartment.

Starting point is 02:27:50 In that bid right there, within about a year, they say, pack it up. Tell me pack it up. I'm like, pack it up. This five years later, I'm in five years. I'm like, how I'm going? Get on the plane, this and that. They don't tell me when I'm going. Marshal them don't tell you any of that.

Starting point is 02:28:11 So when I heard people saying, yeah, man, it told me I was going here. No, they didn't. Right? They told me, they know whatever, this and that. Then when I end up getting to, I think it was Oklahoma, I think that's when I found out, I was going to Phoenix. Right? There got Johnny.

Starting point is 02:28:31 But I don't know why. I just said, somebody said, yeah, you know, I think you're going to Phoenix. Yeah, yeah. I mean, Oklahoma for about three weeks, a month. I'm just there. All of a sudden. called me in the morning

Starting point is 02:28:46 I get on the plane they send me back to Berlin the hell so they're sending me back now I'm like yo I got to go back

Starting point is 02:28:59 on the compound I got to tell them something like they're gonna really look at it like yo we knew you was a rat you know what I mean I'm like yo nah because they think he they think he just went back to court

Starting point is 02:29:09 and went back to court to testify on somebody otherwise he would have been working on his case He'd be telling people like I got a 22 55, man, I'm going back for an evidentiary hearing. I'm going to fucking get my, because you're doing nothing. You're going to walk the track and play handball. And you already got a bad rap. So I'm like, yo, what just so happened?

Starting point is 02:29:29 It was these other guys who was Muslim. They was coming back, too, from somewhere. And they was on the compound too. So they end up working out of a story. And I'm listening to them. And they're like, yo, bro. We ain't going back out there. That's what they said.

Starting point is 02:29:50 They ain't going back out there. So they're going to tell the Muslims, them something or whatever, so they won't have to put them back out there and they end up getting shipped or whatever. So I'm like, well, damn, I'm like, well, I don't want to go back out there either, but I don't want to go because I'm not Muslim, even though I had practice one time. I took my shahada way before, you know what I mean? That was just some thing I was going through. Like I said, five years, I was roster, I was Muslim, I was Catholic, I was everything,

Starting point is 02:30:16 because I was trying to figure it out for them five years. I'm like, I'm like brain dead. It's like crazy. It's like, man, like, I'm going to go to 32 years. But one thing about it, I love me some me. And like I told you, so I ain't with myself. You know what I'm saying? That my first time, this is crazy.

Starting point is 02:30:31 My first time ever beat my meat, I turned 33 years old and I went to prison. My first time ever, ever pleasing my damn self, right? Okay. So I'm getting my mind right for that. You know what I'm saying? And I've been with my wife since I was 17. You know what I'm saying? All this stuff going through my head.

Starting point is 02:30:52 And I'm like, yo. And when I get back, would they tell me, hey, you can't go back out there anyway. I'm like, what? Like, yeah, you can't go back out there. And you got a time set up for a lawyer call. This is the cops called? This is the COPS. The guidance council.

Starting point is 02:31:15 The council of all the world, whatever. You know, when I end up getting back, So they come and see me and like, yo, we got to put you in the hole. I'm like, why you put me in the hole for? Because you got some stuff going on with your case, your lawyer wanting to talk to you. So the thing is,

Starting point is 02:31:28 they can't put me back out of there because if something worked in my case and my time change and my points, because I already don't got no points. Like my points is camp points. I just can't go anywhere because of the drug weight and all that.

Starting point is 02:31:40 You know what I mean? And you got too much time. And I got too much time. Once that change, and if I get in trouble, and somebody come and harm me or whatever, Yeah, yeah. Now I can sue them because I should have been in a fucking camp.

Starting point is 02:31:52 I should have been out of camp. So they wouldn't lock me, so they wouldn't put me back out there on the compound. On the compound. In the hole in the shoe. Put him in the shoe. So, you know, so I was hearing, oh, man, that dude checked in. I started hearing, I told on the Muslims. You know, man, you know how prison is, man.

Starting point is 02:32:07 Man, you know, I told on this dude. And I'm like, ew, that's crazy. Cool. End up talking to my lawyer. So he says this right here. He says, listen. He says, um, they had you going out there for, Johnny, right?

Starting point is 02:32:19 But he played guilty. But Johnny been played guilty, but they still had to, they already had it set up. So before he did plead guilty, to already send me out there to just broadcast, you know, how you say it, to just show me like, yo, if you go, we're going to have him up there. That's the, that's your nil in the coffin. You know what I'm saying? Me, you know what I'm saying? But I never made it out there.

Starting point is 02:32:40 But in the book, it's crazy because I just explained a little story with that or whatever. But, um, so he tells me, um, So he says, so they already agreed to give you a 50% cut. So I'm like, what? I'm like, I'm like, yeah, right? Yeah, 50%. So he's like, yeah. And he says, but I'm giving it back.

Starting point is 02:33:05 I'm shooting it back to him. I said, you're shooting it back to him. I'm like, well, what that mean? And he says, I forgot the name of it. It's a certain term for this too. He basically saying, I don't want what you offer me. He told the DA. I don't want what you're offering.

Starting point is 02:33:20 I want what you offering my client. Right? He said because even though he signed back then to help y'all out, right? I mean to say, to tell you about the meeting or whatever, he didn't sign up for the whole thing about

Starting point is 02:33:37 if dude go to trial and all this and all that. Even though I signed this, but I can get up there on the witch because I'm already got my sentence and all that. I don't have to even go and say, oh yeah, Johnny did this in the meeting or the meeting and the whole not. I don't got to do that now. I only agreed to tell you about the meeting.

Starting point is 02:33:53 I ain't go see. I'm going to get on standing and say about the meeting. I can go out there. I can do anything. But now, y'all parading me to that. So now my life is in jeopardy. Right. If he wouldn't have tapped out like he already had dead

Starting point is 02:34:05 and started cooperating already because he'd start cooperating. If he wouldn't have did that, now all right, cool. But y'all used me. So now if John wouldn't have did that, he could have had somebody come and do something to me in the prison, anything.

Starting point is 02:34:19 So he's saying I want more than. So you need more than 50%. My life is worth more than that. So he's told me, sit tight, and we're waiting for the lawyers and them to, Scala. So, all right, boom. I end up getting,

Starting point is 02:34:36 um, end up getting him to get the DA, the guy who used to be the cop. Yeah. But, um, Buffalo. and I wrote him a letter and I told him I told him in a letter

Starting point is 02:34:55 how he made me look you ain't do nothing you everything you say you're going to do you ain't protect me like that you made me look like something that I'm not yeah yeah you may look even worse worse why by the grace of God

Starting point is 02:35:09 my lawyer the name was Freeman one of the top judges he ended up retirement or going to senior judge. He ended up something higher, whatever. You're a lawyer? Not my lawyer, my father.

Starting point is 02:35:23 The judge. The judge. He ended up not being my case, not being the one to rule for my reduction. For my reduction. He wanted my judge no more. For what reason he moved on to a senior job.

Starting point is 02:35:40 Yeah, whatever. Whatever was. The appeals court or whatever. Yeah. So they had this lady, black lady. took his place over mine. The DEA, the DEA, who I told you about, childhood cop,

Starting point is 02:35:57 he cool with the lady. And he wrote a letter to him. And my judge, he, I mean, and my lawyer, he did his work, this and that. About three months later, I'm in the hole, and I get a letter. Oh, they didn't bring you back. They didn't have to bring. Sometimes they'll bring you back. Oh, for real?

Starting point is 02:36:21 Yeah, yeah. You know. And I opened up. letter. And the letter is said 75%. How long you've been locked up? I was locked up five years at the time. That's five? Because I was going to say, I have a lot of this that might have been another year going by.

Starting point is 02:36:37 Yeah, I want to say probably, my might have been another year, he can, you know, give a take. It takes months and months and months and you've been saying five years for, and then you're like three months, two months a month, well, it's six years now. Because I just remember, because I just remember, because I remember, because I have. I had by time when that letter came, and they sent me to Fort Dix, you only got a few years. I got out three and a half years later. I did one, like, probably like one and a half at Fort Dix

Starting point is 02:37:07 and then I got sent to the camp and did my other one and a half. And I went to, it took me to 10 years. And I was like, oh my God. So with me knowing I had three and a half left how my mind was, how I was walking like the walking there. That's how I felt I was walking around the whole prison, bumping in the stuff, like crazy. And it's like I woke up, like, yo, I got three and a half years left. So now my mind going into, I'm about to go back to society now.

Starting point is 02:37:49 So I didn't get a chance to really bid them first five years. You know what I mean? It took, it's like three and a half years I had to get my life right. Right. Before I. So it was like five years, six years of depression. Exactly. Three years of emotional stress, right?

Starting point is 02:38:09 Well, the three and a half years? No, the five years, but it was straight emotional stress. I'm going to say the last three years, I'd have felt like fucking. But this is the whole thing, though, moving forward. What got me, right, is it was a thing of even before then in Gilma, what I learned in Gilmore. It's like the Eminem effect, right? I don't go. I'm not trying to justify nothing because I can care less if you like me or want to deal with me or talk to me, you know, this and that.

Starting point is 02:38:41 But one thing about prison, what prison taught me is, you know, that when you go and showing your paperwork and you're showing this kind of stuff like that, you're showing people this so you can show them who you are. Right? So I just believed in, yo, I'm going to tell the truth. I'm going to tell the truth exactly who I am. Because this is who I am. See, it ain't no action and cut with me. You know what I'm saying? I don't got to put it on a different costume.

Starting point is 02:39:01 No, I am who I am all the way through the board. You know what I mean? That's why I feel like when a person say, oh, man, I don't feel like I can trust you or any kind of way because of that situation. Right. It's like, really? Are you sure that I'm that person that you want to trust because I'm the person that.

Starting point is 02:39:19 tells the truth. I'm the person that's honest that's going to be like, yo, this is who I am. Another person coming to another kind of way, that's not who it is. You know what I'm saying? So I'm like, I used to stand on it. I used to stand on exactly what I did. You know what I'm saying? Like, it is what it is. So like if somebody come and say, oh man, I heard this. Yeah. If you want to know the story, I can tell you the story, but exactly what you're asking me, did I, yeah. That did. Because now that stops to talk.

Starting point is 02:39:52 You know what I mean? I said it for you. You know what I'm saying? Like, if I said it for you, I had to learn how that don't bother me. Once I learned how to just say it for me, nothing you can say to discourage none of this. You can talk about the way I talk, the way I speak, the way I do anything. My mind is trained to I don't care. Right.

Starting point is 02:40:10 You know what I'm saying? The same way when I saw your interview with Vladdy, you said, man, I don't give a fuck by that gang's of shit. I felt that shit. I'm like, yo, dude is real. You know what I'm saying? Because you're real with yourself. You know what I mean? And you're successful right now.

Starting point is 02:40:20 You know what I'm saying? On the simple fact, don't care about your past or this and that. You're successful because what you have is supply and demand. You know what I'm saying? When people don't need you, then they can be easy to say, oh, man, you're this and even as a lie, it don't matter. They can call you whatever to call you because they don't need you. But when you have something that a person needs and wants, there's a whole different story. You know what I'm saying?

Starting point is 02:40:47 Right. But I, you know, so I just used them last three years so wisely into trying to create what I want to, what I'm doing now. But the back thing to that is, it's saying I got out so fast after that when I came home, my mind still ain't right. You know what I mean? Because I didn't, those first five years flew so past, you know, flew past me. and when your mind

Starting point is 02:41:16 ain't right you know what I mean I only had three years to try to get it to get the way I want to be you know what I mean for it's mentally

Starting point is 02:41:23 right but now coming home I feel like you only did three and a half years yeah right you know what I'm saying so um

Starting point is 02:41:31 me trying to create and to provide for my family and you know I was still dealing with a lot of mental stuff and it um and it got in a way

Starting point is 02:41:46 just, you know, me being who I wanted to be, you know. But now, a couple of years later, it's like my business is doing good. Man, I got three daughters who, you know, two, one just graduated college, North Carolina Central. The other one is a sophomore in Central this year. And then my oldest, she's a, she worked out of school guidance counselor. and when I left, man, they was like 3, 5, and 10. And I look at it like, all the stuff that the feds took from me and, you know, the homes.

Starting point is 02:42:24 I had like I say, Miami at a house in Atlanta, a house in Virginia. They took that. They took the Bentley, took the S-550. It took so much stuff. But one thing they didn't take, they didn't take my family. And that's who I'm still with. Like, you know, and it's just. amazing man you know what I'm saying so that's why I feel now um with what I started with the

Starting point is 02:42:47 trucking thing did you know you were going to do the trucking thing when you were locked up did you think that's what you were going to get out to like did you did you did you while you were in there did you think hey what can I do when I get out or did you think you were going to go back to drugs or did you think no no here's my plan well I knew what I didn't have a game plan well I knew I wasn't going back to drugs because see so my whole thing is this like I I say, the reason I say I love me some me, because dealing with drugs, conspiracy is two people, right? And I learned that in the drug game, you got to buy from somebody and you got to sell it to somebody. That's too many people for me.

Starting point is 02:43:28 Yeah. I can't win. You know what I'm saying? You don't know who getting caught overnight. You don't know who going to, you know what I mean? I can't trust people. You know what I mean? You could be a farmer.

Starting point is 02:43:36 You could go grow it and sell it. Then you'd eliminate conspiracy. Well, I don't be manufacturing. Yeah, listen, listen. So my whole thing is this right here, even when I even talk to people or tell somebody something. It's two ways to sell drugs, right? That's not, that you can't do. And that's not do it.

Starting point is 02:43:56 Or look beside you, right? Because nine time out of ten, that person besides you get you jammed up. Or you're just going to be selling to nobody. Because it's made for you not. for you not to win. You know what I'm saying? And then people take it on like, like, um, robbers and killers and people who do all this bad stuff.

Starting point is 02:44:21 When it comes to that, that's not part of the game. You know what I'm saying? So like a person can can break in your house, take your money, shoot somebody. Oh, man, that was a real nigga. He's crazy. You know what I'm saying? but the person can go and do a cooperation, cooperate to anything, and it's like, oh, man, no, man,

Starting point is 02:44:44 you can't do that. That's bad news. But the person who just robbed you and caused your money and stuff, that should be bad news. You know what I'm saying? So it ain't no rules to this thing. You know what I'm saying? Now, my whole thing is this right here.

Starting point is 02:44:59 I just don't get down with the whole simple fact of somebody bringing up bringing them other people in their cases, you know, bringing them in that they don't know nothing about. And you physically, if I would have really did what what people think I did, you know what I'm saying,

Starting point is 02:45:21 on how it's portrayed or whatever. You know what I'm saying? Like, that's like, you know, but like I said, to each his own, you know what I'm saying? Like, I don't judge nobody, especially now, because in that world,

Starting point is 02:45:33 you're supposed to not like snitches. You're supposed to not like somebody who thought about cooperating because you don't know if you can trust them or not or whatever, this and that, but this is the thing. I don't get mad if somebody in that drug world say, man, I ain't messing with him. Because it's like, why do I want to mess with you? You know what I'm saying?

Starting point is 02:45:51 Like, I'm going to put it just where right here. People get this messed up and misconstrue when it come to a person who snitched, right, and the stand-up guy, right? because the stand-up guy everybody said oh man he real he's standing up he this and that the whole time that stand-up guy

Starting point is 02:46:12 was in there anybody do nothing for the stand-up guy right nobody does anything for the stand-up guy right stand-up guy come home first thing I want to do is do a tweet oh man he's stand-up he did 30 years this and that might even come and give him a little bit of money

Starting point is 02:46:26 yeah man take this change stand-up dude you ain't teaching the stand-up dude nothing you ain't teaching you ain't you ain't glorifying the stand-up dude. You know what I mean? You're showing little teeny stuff, but you're not really going to educate the stand-up dude

Starting point is 02:46:40 so he won't go back to prison. Because the stand-up dude, he the ones who's supposed to make the snitch. Like, dang, man, I ain't going in there to go tell because you see how he's treating the stand-up dude?

Starting point is 02:46:55 I want to be the stand-up dude. You know what I'm saying? But there's no huge benefit to being a stand-up guy. There's no huge benefit from being a stand-up guy. Stand up, right? Well, the other thing is, you know, the whole O'Martan thing is that, you know, you're supposed to take care of the standup guy in prison, his family. Like there's all these things that you're supposed to do.

Starting point is 02:47:15 What really happens is the standup guy goes to prison. You immediately go and rob his apartment. People immediately are trying to hook up with his girl. People, like, they complete, then they start talking shit about him. It's like, what was the benefit for me to do 30 years where the guy that cooperates goes to jail for five or six years or 10 years or 15 whatever it is he's supposed to do 30 he does 15 he gets out he's he's immediately you know he back on he back on again can you know what he's going to do talk shit you're not going to do that most of the not not always there's always an exception but the

Starting point is 02:47:49 the but pretty much he can continue on it with his life yeah but real do you know what that's do you know what that um snitch does the ones who did cooperate in that drug game a lot of the times go right back to it. Yeah, because you know why? Because they figured they can just snitch again and get out. Yeah. And it's so crazy because once that snitch come out and he's willing to go take that chance because he knows that he's going to go tell again and get out.

Starting point is 02:48:15 So he knows how to go take that chance to go get that work. He's going to take all the chances in the world to go get the drugs and this and that because he knows if I can cope with this, I'm just going to tell. So now what that does is now I got it. Now you got the real street dudes and stuff like, man, shit, he ain't tell on me. and they're going straight and deal with the snitch dude knowing that you're already told one time. But it goes back to what I'm saying.

Starting point is 02:48:40 Supply and demand. As long as you got something that they want, that snitch stuff go out of the, it go out of the woodwork, but you got to have something that they won't. You got to be, like, just like I'm saying, like how many people want to ask you to come on your podcast, hit you and say, hey, man, I'm going to come on your podcast.

Starting point is 02:48:56 They ain't thinking about, they don't care about, it's like going into Walmart. don't know Walmart what he did in his past why do you care I'm going to Walmart to get what I need because they got the best deals supply and demand

Starting point is 02:49:11 yeah I don't think I don't think of have but maybe I only heard of one guy one guy that didn't that decided not to come on the compound because I cooperated one person out of everybody and he says that

Starting point is 02:49:25 and I never even talked to him he just I heard through somebody else that he was going to come on the podcast. He said, he said, he said, he said, I thought, Chris, I thought you said, okay, I'm sorry. I heard through, um, a mutual, uh, contact that he contacted me. He said, hey, man, you know this guy, um, fuck, I forget his name. Something red.

Starting point is 02:49:51 He's like an ex mobster. And he's like, you know this guy red? And I was like, no. He's like, yeah, yeah, you talk to him. And I was like, I don't think so. I said, I talked to a lot of people. I don't know. I'm bad with name.

Starting point is 02:50:01 And he goes, no, no, he was going to come on your show. And then he heard you cooperated and he wouldn't he did he decided he said he wasn't going to come on. I was like, no, I've never talked to like I've never talked to anybody that said that to me never. I said, no, I said what probably happened was he was, maybe he was going to come on or he was through somebody else. He was going to come on.

Starting point is 02:50:24 But I've never. I certainly didn't talk to him. And then he said, nah, then he said, nah, bro. Fuck it. I looked into you. Fuck that. I ain't do it. Okay.

Starting point is 02:50:29 Whatever. That's cool. like that didn't happen I said but I mean but it's very possible through somebody else that that's what happened or maybe he was thinking about it or maybe we exchanged some emails and he never told me that we just I talked to I talked to five people maybe two or three have come on and then you know you forgot to forget to text them and they don't want to bother you he's a bad businessman yeah I've made a bad decision he's a bad business man he's a stupid thing to do but that's he's the only one person I know of that actually said no I'm not going to go on that guy fucking podcast. He's a rat. Okay. No problem. You know, like that's it. Like that, like I promise you, I didn't, I'm not losing one ounce of sleep over.

Starting point is 02:51:10 I don't even know who you are. No, but that's, but that's how, that's how I am. I'm like, so it used to be a thing I say, like when you got to say, oh man, I care what, you know, I don't care what nobody says, you care what somebody says. Because, could you, to be able to speak that, that I mean, you thought about caring what

Starting point is 02:51:26 somebody said, you know what I mean? So, like, even with me just talking about it, I mean, but I don't give up flying what nobody thinking about nothing, right? No, I have a goal. I need to get this goal. That's what I need this. I'm going to do whatever I need to do

Starting point is 02:51:39 to get what I want out of life. But this is the thing, though. You are a real, you are real with yourself, man. You know what I'm saying? Like, for instance, I had, when all that stuff was going on, so when I came home, right?

Starting point is 02:51:52 So I came home, right? This is a funny story. So I came home, and I'm on Facebook, you know. And it's this guy who put some paperwork on Facebook, right? And it had my name on it. They had my name on it and a couple of other guys, right? And it was actually one of the cases, you got to tell you, they just threw my name on them.

Starting point is 02:52:22 You know what I mean? I know damn well, like I said, I never dealt with him. They didn't get from me and they ain't get from them. We got egos. You know what I'm saying? So the guy ended up telling me, so the guy put it up, and they got these names,

Starting point is 02:52:38 and then they got these other names, and it says how all us were supposed to be going to testify against this group of whatever. So I get a call from one of the guys' names who's on there. So he said, hey, man, you called me. Hey, man, do you see the paperwork that's going around on Facebook? I'm like, no, man, they got our names on it. I said, all right, cool.

Starting point is 02:53:04 He's like, man, you ain't going to do nothing? I'm saying, like, do nothing. I said, hold on. Dude, I'm not the poster boy for no rats, bro. Like, we ain't going to do that. You know what I'm saying? Like, I'm not like you. You know what I mean?

Starting point is 02:53:16 I said, but don't be calling me with that stuff, man. I ain't, I don't care about when nobody put out something because I know what I did and know what I didn't do. Like, boom. You know, me. I go straight to Facebook now. I'm going to try to see, you know, this and that. So he told me who did it.

Starting point is 02:53:30 So I go look at it. So I'm looking at it. And I'm seeing my name. One, they got my name spelled wrong. Right. Right. They got Tony Gonzalez. My name ain't Tony Gonzalez.

Starting point is 02:53:45 Right. My name is Anthony. So they got Tony Gonzalez and then they got Gonzalez wrong. Government don't make the mistakes like that. No, no. You know what I'm saying? So I'm already looking like... And all your paperwork that's listed as Anthony Gonzalez.

Starting point is 02:53:56 You know what I mean? So I'm like, okay, so this paperwork is fake. Yeah. All right, cool. So I'm looking down. I sent some other names I know. And I said, they got their names, some of their names, wrong too. All right.

Starting point is 02:54:06 So I called the dude. I went in his DM, hit him. Yo, call me. Because I actually, I don't know him, know him, know him, but I know of him. Right. And he kicked me and he says, and I hit him. I said, yo, bro, ain't telling you to take this down. Ain't telling you to take it down.

Starting point is 02:54:23 You don't got to take it down, bro. You can leave it up. I said, but I'm going to tell you this right here. I said, my name, I said, you got my name spelled wrong on there. That's not how he's spelled my name. I said, so, you know, so the paperwork is fake. So you got some fake paperwork up.

Starting point is 02:54:37 It's cool. You can lay it up. I'm not telling you, I'm not telling you to take it down. I says, but at the same time, some of the names that you even got on the paperwork on the other side, who you all trying to make it seem like guys and them going to go tell on them, you need to do your homework on some of them guys.

Starting point is 02:54:57 Because some of them guys are not right. right, some of them guys hot. You know what I mean? So, but I ain't called me, I had DM them all that. Yeah. He sent me the number, man, call me. I called him. He said, man, I took that John on down, bro.

Starting point is 02:55:11 He said, I found that, man, you're right, man. Some people called me and told me to put it out there, man, and this and that. He's like, man, I should have called you first, but he was like, but I wouldn't took it down. You know what I mean? So it was a reversed effect that I used for him to take it down. But I don't care if he did. Didn't take it down.

Starting point is 02:55:25 It looks wrong because my name's built wrong. So once I just go and say, hey, my. My name is what it is. But me and that dude, and I'm getting, you know, real cool, whatever. But I just say that, though, to say, you know, people, man, from the government to people, they'll just make you, you know what I mean? But a lot of people want your name to be attached to them some kind of way, especially if I was like this guy up here, and you got people down here, they want to make it seem like,

Starting point is 02:55:54 you know what I mean? You know, I'm telling them what it was getting from me, however it's going to be, to make this stuff look bigger. You know what I mean? But, yeah, I don't swear any of that no more, man. It's like, I just love life, bro. I just love life, man. And, you know, so...

Starting point is 02:56:09 But with my book, when I had put the book out, I put it out, and that game is just like a whole lot of other games. You got to pay to play. So, you know, how you get the bestsellers and all that kind of stuff like that? People don't tell you this. But you pay to get certain positions, to best sellers, number one, and all that stuff.

Starting point is 02:56:25 I got worked down to all the way to number. I think it was like 12, 20 or something like that because I paid this guy during COVID. And paid him the money, and the guy in Miami, he was supposed to be working it. I hope you heard this too. The guy in Miami, he was supposed to have been working it.

Starting point is 02:56:42 And it just so happened, the guy who I paid the money to, we got on the conversation because I seen it moving, but they weren't moving as fast as I wanted to. So I got on the conversation, and the guy said, yo, it takes time because we want to make it seem like straight impact. You got to work the money in there to bring it down.

Starting point is 02:56:58 So I'm like, all right, cool. So he told him to be patient. A week later, the guy who I paid the money to died. So I just left the book, stuff alone and all that. I was like, man, you know what? It's done. I don't even, you know what I mean? So I just lost focus and all that stuff.

Starting point is 02:57:15 And I started concentrating on my trucking company. You know what I mean? Which, like I'm saying, which now I teach people how to set your business up or whether you want me to just pay you to put a truck under my authority. You know what I mean? Did you know when you were getting out of prison? Did you know you were going to do the trucking thing? Okay, yeah.

Starting point is 02:57:31 So remember like I told you, my guy Rowley, he ended up bringing that money, sending that to come get my truck. I mean, come get my Bentley the time. And it came with a three car hauler. So I remember that, right, alone, just with that alone. So when I got to the camp, I met this white guy, right? Because now I can talk more to different races and stuff like that. You know, when I was in the high up,

Starting point is 02:57:56 prisons you got to stick with your own kind you can't do certain stuff you know how people play the polity gang so when I got to the camp now I'm like locked in so me and the guy talking and he was there for white collar crime whatever but he had some trucks and he was telling me how you can make just a lot's money in doing the truck and so I was telling I said yo I used to have trucks I had like I had two black before I got locked up I had like two um 18 wheelers or whatever and I didn't like that game then right um So I wanted to find another way in it. So he was telling me, you know, you can do it with the cars.

Starting point is 02:58:30 But he was telling me like with the nine car hauler, eight car hauler. He was like, man, if you can get somebody to get a driver, get you one of them, put a driver in that. Man, you can make so much money. You'll make the same kind of money that you're making when you was making on the street. So you ain't got to watch your back. So I'm like, yeah. So then I started thinking. I said, yo, I had a friend who had a three car hauler.

Starting point is 02:58:50 He was like, well, that makes money too. You know, you can do that without a CDL. And I was like, you can do it without a CDL. yeah he's like yeah because it's all based off of the weight and da-da-da-da I was like hmm so with me just talking to him and this and that so I had the concept of coming out doing that but I didn't have enough money you know at the time to jump straight and do exactly that so I started out with a box truck first so when I did the box truck um I worked for errands rental like I was humping I'm talking about so you bought a box truck I bought a box truck 10,000

Starting point is 02:59:21 Transmission go out. I was getting ready to slip. I put it in the auction, had $5,000 left to my name. Five grand. I took that five grand, went on one of those sites, and bought a three-car haul for $4,500, founded in Atlanta, end up getting my credit right

Starting point is 02:59:39 because I learned from the Africans then when I was in prison to get my credit right. So I took my name, I put it on under my wife's credit card. I took her credit card, and I started using it to fill up the tank of my box truck. So I'm putting in like $200 a day, paying it off, letting me build up, this and that.

Starting point is 02:59:56 My credit shots up to like $750. Just by being a cosigner, by being under her, she added me on to it. So it basically like authorized user. Authorized user, yeah. So now I'm doing that. Credit shoots up. I go and I finance my RAM 3,500. Take that.

Starting point is 03:00:16 Now I got my trailer. I got my RAM 3,500. All of a sudden, I'm moving. First year, $120,000. Second year, $3,000,000 some thousand. Now I got like five trucks and I'm rolling. But they're my trucks. Right.

Starting point is 03:00:38 I invested in them. So what happened was people started getting accidents and this and that. But my business name was under my wife's name because I'm like still on probation. Yeah. So I can't put the business in my name. So it was DNA hauling. under her name.

Starting point is 03:00:54 Accidents from drivers. I'm trying to hire people coming home, prisoners, this and that. They want to be home at night. So I'm trying to figure out a way to getting them home. And you know what I mean? Trying to make it work. But the money is like,

Starting point is 03:01:08 I'm making the money and you see it, but I'm not holding it. I'm not being able to get the majority of it to keep it because they're doing too much. So when I tried to go and get, change over to get some more insurance. One year my insurance dropped me. It was like,

Starting point is 03:01:25 yo, we ain't renewing you because too many accidents, too many this and that. So I'm like, oh my God. So what I did was now I'm off probation and get off probation. I end up setting my own company up, no days off transport. And I was able to far as central dispatch, you can still use I still use my same

Starting point is 03:01:43 MC number and DOT number. I just changed the name. Like I said, because it was under my wife. So now with me doing that, I end up finding out a way to make money based off of doing, I don't get too much, from doing, for finding a lane to do under 10 hours under your log, right? To be able to pick up money instead of trying to waste a day to having to stop, to having to sit. Right. Yeah, because most people don't know, a driver can only drive 10 hours or 11 hours a day. Exactly.

Starting point is 03:02:19 Yeah, there's like a limit. So the 11 come in at 2.30 minute lunch breaks so you can eat. So you hop off the clock. You know what I mean? But it's 10 hours. So I was going from, say, for instance, Virginia or Atlanta or whatever to Texas. So I have to stop, right? I'm going to give you the game real quick.

Starting point is 03:02:37 So I have to stop, right? So I have to stop. So when I stop, now I got to wait for the 10 hours. They ain't making no money. Yeah. Got to get up. Then I got to go to Texas. Stop.

Starting point is 03:02:48 Get some more cars. Wait 10 hours. come on back, stop. I'm doing a lot of stopping. Yeah. Right. So I said, oh, no. So I had to figure out a way to go 10 hours

Starting point is 03:03:00 and be able to collect in them 10 hours as soon as I drop, which is, it sounds crazy, but I make more money and going under the 10 hours than I'm going wasting gas and having to stop. You know what I'm saying? So that's why I had to figure out. But what I also figured out is I don't want to use my own vehicles. So I said, you know what, I just let people sign under my authority and you use your truck.

Starting point is 03:03:24 So that way, you're going to keep your truck better than you can keep my truck, right? Yeah. So that's what I mean. And also they have to cover their own insurance, right? No, it's still under my insurance because you're under my authority. Oh, okay. But where it comes in at, once you first start out, say if you go start out and you go in a truck and company, and you go in and get your insurance, your insurance is going to be sky high for a down payment.

Starting point is 03:03:43 And it might be high this period. I've been in the game for a minute. So now we're going on somebody else's. authority, if you would, like, say progressive or whatever, and you ain't got to put a down payment down. I can just add them on. I can tell them, man, this is give me $1,500, and you can sign on to my insurance. Otherwise, that, when they go get it, they got to pay $5,000.

Starting point is 03:04:06 Like, I got one kid, they caught him $5,000 on its own, right? He had to put $5,000 down is $2,500 a month. He's in Texas. So I just signed him up. He's ready to, he already got to prove for his trucks and all that. So I told him, I said, no, listen, I went and ran your quote, and it came back to, it was like $2,000 down and $1,300 a month that he can run under me now. So he's like, oh, man, but also what that consists of, now your truck make exactly what my truck will make. You know what I mean for my business, because if you first start out, you're not going to make much because who want to trust you on carrying that $80,000 vehicle, $100,000 vehicle, and you ain't even carrying nothing yet.

Starting point is 03:04:45 Right. So you got to get, you know what I mean? You got to get some sort of equity in the game. You know what I mean? So that what my business does. So that's how I end up doing it. So with the No CDL trucking, now it's more so me. So, once I got five trucks, $1,500 a month, each truck.

Starting point is 03:05:06 That's $7,500, I think, a month. But then I got my own one truck, right, that I actually got. And that's like that one truck is between $10,000 to $15,000 a month. You know, I don't drive that. You know what I mean? So I don't even drive no more, right? Per se, like the three cars and I don't do none of that. Because I'm old, I'm tired.

Starting point is 03:05:26 I got other things to do and this and that. So what I do do is, for instance, like right now, if I find something and see something that's 600, 600 miles or less, which is just like 10 hours to get to, I got a one car hauler, just one car. Like my family think I'm like, they be like, boy, you're crazy, but they understand it. this is where me being locked up

Starting point is 03:05:50 and me being a ex-drug dealer kick in that, right? For instance, my family right now is over, like I told you, they over at an Airbnb,

Starting point is 03:05:59 right? For my daughter, you know, she graduated. So they over there having a ball. I wasn't even coming. I was letting them

Starting point is 03:06:04 this party or whatever, right? So when I talked to you and you told me, you know, you had an opening and you down here in Tampa, you know what I'm saying?

Starting point is 03:06:11 And not LA because I told us in LA because I'm going to do LA. And he was like, yeah, you know, we can work it out. Come on here.

Starting point is 03:06:16 So I said to myself, okay, I'm coming. But do you know, I went and got a car and got my one car hauler. And I bought a car all the way up here from North Carolina, right? $800 with the car that I'm bringing up here. I got another car that I'm taking back. $800 bucks here, $800 back. I got another car that I'm taking back for, I think it was $700, $700. got it for because of some reason it's so my Miami with a lot of stuff is a lot of um coming up

Starting point is 03:06:53 out of it they try to low body you know what I mean this is how Miami is you know what I'm saying I was in logistics before I did this yeah yeah it's different maybe a little bit hard on cars but I know the loads coming into Florida would pay a lot and the loads coming out would be cheap yeah yeah but it's still seven hundred dollars yeah you know what I'm saying yeah so um in the end it's $1,500 for where you would have paid $100 or $200 for a flight here, you know, there and back. But that's the thing, right? I don't care where I'm going.

Starting point is 03:07:26 Anything under the ceiling of the miles, my wife can be like, hey, yo, we want to take a trip to sunset. How far is it? Oh, it's about eight hours. All right, cool. I meet y'all there. Y'all can fly like some of my daughters flew. Some of them like drove, this and that. I'm like, y'all do what y'all going to do.

Starting point is 03:07:38 I'm going to get this car because at the end of the day, what I used to do was we used to go on vacations and stuff. and I didn't do that, say we're just going to chill out. Now I spent money on that vacation. And lost money. Lost money, not even working, not doing none of that. And then at the same time, the bills don't even stop. So now when I finish the vacation, it's like, okay, this amount of money is gone.

Starting point is 03:07:58 At least I can make $1,000, $1,000,000, whatever. Let's put back in my pocket. I don't care how much money I got. I'm never too good to still work. You know what I mean? Like, you know what I mean? And you got to come here anyway. And I got to come here anyway.

Starting point is 03:08:10 So now I'm like, man, so everything that we're doing, it's been basically like, they're free. You know what I mean? We're on our way to, they actually got a yacht. And what's the name of the place? It's in St. Pete. It's in St. Pete. Yeah, and I was going to say, you said you got to be there at four?

Starting point is 03:08:26 Yeah, I got to be that four. It's hour drive. Yeah, our drive. I just looked it up. So I got to go meet them on the yacht. You know what I mean? My wife works for a yacht company, by the way. Oh, for real?

Starting point is 03:08:34 Yeah, yacht management company. Oh, wow. Wow. Wow. But, yes, so I'm not even, like, you know what I'm saying? Yeah, yeah. Everything is extras. You know what I mean?

Starting point is 03:08:43 I just believe in X, not spending your own money. That's like, that's the whole big thing, whether it is work, whatever it is, I'm not spending my own money. Like, if I don't got to spend my money, I don't want to spend my own money. That's just the game. You know what I mean? And if I do have to spend it on something, as somebody supposed to pay me back, I was told you got to get an agreement to let me

Starting point is 03:09:01 know that, you know, you're going to pay me back. You know what I mean? I just learned that from just being in the music industry and stuff. But, man, I'm on some, man, I'm on some enjoying life, man, and just, you know, I just want to just, um, teach people the game far as like, because I feel I fucked the street up. I really messed the street up, man, in Virginia.

Starting point is 03:09:20 You know what I mean? Like, I don't want to take credit and be like the, oh, man, I sold this tremendous drugs and all that. Like, I'm not about that. You know what I mean? Like, I look at it like, Virginia alone should be like, yo, man, the dude changed his life around.

Starting point is 03:09:36 He really, you know, you know what I'm saying? Like, he really trying to make a difference. Even from when it come to like the feds in Virginia or the Virginia Beach Police Department and things like that, you should look at it like, yo, y'all, I mean, even though all this stuff happened, look what y'all made now. You know what I'm saying?

Starting point is 03:09:52 Like, I'm doing everything. I got everything I got right now, honest. You know what I'm saying? Right. You don't have to worry about losing it. Everybody's going to come and take it from you. I mean, you can't take this. You know what I'm saying?

Starting point is 03:10:03 So I'm like, man, I'm just so blessed, bro. I'm just so blessed. So that's why I say, man, even with my, you know, with my channel that I'm ready to start. and just don't go ahead and release this book. I mean, the actually book is out. Probably after this interview, like when it dropped, I probably dropped the book to like $3 or something

Starting point is 03:10:18 or like $9.99 just to go ahead and get it out there because I'm doing another book as far as an entrepreneur book. And I already got the guide as far as the truck and stuff. But I don't do the entrepreneur book. And then I also want to do something different, like kind of like a loophole, like tell different loopholes on certain things

Starting point is 03:10:41 because there's a lot of stuff that people don't know that you can just easily do to make money that, you know, I'm not saying to teaching people's stuff that can make money, you know what I mean? And you'll feel good at even giving me some money

Starting point is 03:10:52 based off of saying, damn, I know I can make this because of based off of what he actually, you know, is capable of doing, you know what I mean? But like marketing is my thing, man. You know what I mean? Like I just believe in whatever it is,
