Starting point is 00:01:23 of the Hulu original series Furious on July 27th, only on Hulu on Disney Plus. My name is Peter Parker, But I'm also Spider-Man. This Thursday We're faced with a threat. That can be anyone.
Starting point is 00:01:38 The world may have forgotten Peter Parker. I'm just a neighbor, friendly neighbor. But he hasn't forgotten them. Sometimes Spider-Man has to do the hard thing. That's my responsibility. Talk to banner? I didn't know you could get that big.
Starting point is 00:01:53 Spider-Man, brand-new day in theaters Thursday. Obviously some sort of a scam going on, the cancer, the money, and I had no idea how deep it was. I've been in touch with the FBI the entire time. People for some reason believe that she was not a criminal until these charges came. Hey, you guys, typically we jump right into the story, but for this, you need a little bit of background information. So a few years ago, there was a woman known as the cupcake lady who went viral. In the video, she explains that she is a single divorced mother who's home alone making cupcakes and she's crying.
Starting point is 00:02:33 and it was a very sad video that immediately went viral. And people got behind her and they just, you know, their hearts poured out to her. And we then interviewed her supposed ex-husband, which wasn't her ex-husband at the time. And it turns out she is a career fraudster who has run numerous scams and was recently indicted on two counts of white. fire fraud. And we are interviewing her former friend and a defense, and she's also a defense attorney who's going to lay out the entire story for us and explain exactly what's going on with Elizabeth. We met back in May of 2022, and I had just gotten divorced. I got divorced and I had gone through a very public relationship with somebody that lived far away, who was also a TikToker, because I had
Starting point is 00:03:31 previously had a very large platform of a million followers. So I was very unwell. And I received a message one day from who I believed at the time was Elizabeth's mom, Trish. I have only recently learned, for this whole time, I've always thought it was her. And I just have recently learned that it was not Trish. It was actually Liz returning to be her. And I've, I swore I'd even asked her mom when I would meet her because I've met her whole family, everyone, even though they've all been killed 27 times. But her mom basically messages me and she's like, my daughter's going through a very, very similar period of her life that you are, you know, divorced and then your first post-divorce breakup. You know, I say that one always hurts, like whether you like them or not. I don't know why, but
Starting point is 00:04:10 she was like, and she's also moving into the apartment building across the street from you. She followed me on TikTok, allegedly. So I was like, you know what? Making friends is hard. Why not? I feel bad for the girl. It's like almost, it's her birthday week. She told me and she doesn't have a lot of friends. Again, I was like that. I was like that. I mean, so at the time, I thought it was her birthday, but in hindsight, now that I've gone back and done my research, as I've, like, tried to put all the pieces together, I have realized that it was a couple days before her birthday, which is not that important, but all these things every single year happen on her birthday, so it's kind of like a weird little twist. So I ended up with her that night,
Starting point is 00:04:44 and from the very minute I met her, it was just putting this story on me. So I'll just give you an example. We met about a bar over in Sparkman Wharf, and she had a phone, this blocked number is calling her nonstop. Nonstop. I'm like, dude, what is that? What's going on? Right. She's like, well, you know, I'm just got divorced.
Starting point is 00:05:04 I, you know, I'm the survivor of domestic violence and that's definitely my ex-husband, but I have a restraining order against him. I'm like, girl, let me pick up that phone. I was like, I'm a lawyer. Like, let me pick it up. This is not okay. She's like, no, it's fine. So from the very outset, it was just like ingrained in my brain that this woman was
Starting point is 00:05:20 had a story, right? Right. So, you know, the empathy and I'm a massive empath. So we became friends after that. We spent a couple of hours just talking that night. She told me about her kids. She told me about just where she was at. She was moving into Cora.
Starting point is 00:05:35 And then I introduced her to my sister, who's a couple years younger than me. And we became pretty quick friends because there was a lot of shifts in the world. It was like when Roe versus Wade got overturned. We did a couple of marches, like in downtown Tampa, and she helped us kind of plan those. We introduced her to our whole group of friends,
Starting point is 00:05:50 a lot of my friends in law school. And yeah, for one, I mean, I guess, for my benefit, she actually ended up meeting a guy named Barat shortly after that, and she started dating him, which he was a little bit older, and she just kind of was very focused on that. In hindsight, I think that obviously I can recognize why, but she was very much, not that she would isolate herself and him, but she did not really want to hang out with him if we were around. So I was like, you do you, it's all good. I was very much in my own social media world at the time, and it was all good. I didn't see her again from June of 2022 until Christmas
Starting point is 00:06:25 day. So it was months, but it's not like we didn't talk. We saw each other. I mean, we would communicate pretty often, but we just didn't see each other or hang out. Like, text friends. Yeah. It was kind of like whatever. Like our past just didn't kind of line up. At the time, though, she had already told me that she had already divorced that she had full custody of all her kids, all this stuff. So it was just like, I was like, whatever. Had she made, she didn't make the video yet, though. No. So this is two years before. Like, there's so much before it, which is even crazier. She and I actually stopped being friends for a period of time. So I had met all of our kids, though. I loved them all, like, truly, like, I had photos with them,
Starting point is 00:06:59 I had them all the time. So fast forward, Christmas, we see her out to dinner at meat market, and she just looked different. She looked, like, ill, like dark. She had died her hair dark. She had definitely gained a little bit of weight. And at the time, she told us that she was on depression medication. And I was like, oh, I was like, well, if you need a friend, like, I'm here. Like, I'm here for you, blah, blah, blah, blah. Fast forward a couple of days. I end up in my own little isolated event that put me in a position that made me even more vulnerable when I go back to the States, that she just totally like honed in on me. So when I got back, she and her boyfriend broke up, ironically, and we got really close.
Starting point is 00:07:39 So during the year of 2023 is when my sister, her and I hung out a lot. There was, so May of 2023 is when things got a little bit questionable. So there was nothing on the Internet about her because nothing had ever happened. She would never post that she was with me She was never somebody that was like Obviously using me Because I had I mean I had deleted my TikTok at that point in time As of February of 2023
Starting point is 00:08:03 But before that I had almost a million followers So she would tell me she's like I don't ever post that I'm at your house I just don't want ever you to ever think that I am using you for that And I was like I appreciate that But I don't really care if you want to use me That's fine. It doesn't bother me
Starting point is 00:08:16 So May 16th Use you in what way Because you had a following Yeah and I you know there's always like this little bit of like a hint that I felt like she wanted to be famous. I don't know. She was very much actively posting things for who? She had no followers. She was obsessed with posting things online. And I was like, I love her. I'm like the confidence. I was like, I want it. Like, I was jealous, honestly. And she just was a very likeful person. And yeah, I met her mom.
Starting point is 00:08:43 I met her sister. I met her brother. I met their whole family. And my sister as well. And my sister's fiance at the time. So we were just like very, very close friends. And then May 16th came. And that was a day that I received an email from my law partners. I had been traveling for work and I got home that night. And keep in mind, my secretary at the time was an ex-TPD officer. So she had started working for us when she stopped being an officer. So she's pretty smart. Like she just knows her shit. So they had gotten a phone call that day from a bank. A bank had had a customer who had taken out several large increments of money. around $10,000 each, so at least five at this point in time.
Starting point is 00:09:24 And he was basically telling them that it was for a woman who was represented by an attorney named Rachel Reese. So, of course, the bank was like, we are worried. This is not, like, it's just kind of a weird situation. So we want you to call and confirm that that is what is true. So he ends up calling, he and the bank called my law firm. Is she taking out money from your account? No, so this is a man named Richard Powell.
Starting point is 00:09:49 Okay. whose account she he he he's cashing checks and he's he's he's cashing checks and pulling out of his account out of his account so basically let me so I didn't know that the time but in order for like the context it won't make sense otherwise but he had basically met this man he's a Tampa native he had met Liz at 4 Beachy and Hyde Park I think in April she had told him that she had terminal cancer I had no I didn't know about any of this until last year but the fact that if you know the whole story then you realize like wow like like like you know like you There's, you know, there's, there's no bottom. There's no bottom. The bottom is hell. I'm sorry. It is. I have to just laugh.
Starting point is 00:10:28 There is nothing that is out of, yeah, out of the range of possibility for her. Obviously, I didn't know that at the time. Right. Like, I didn't know that she was faking cancer. I didn't know that until she confessed it to me. But like, years later. So this man's like giving her money thinking that he's helping this woman save her life. Oh, so he's doing.
Starting point is 00:10:45 Oh, yeah. So he's going into the bank and he's removing money. His money. His money. And so because this is something that bank tellers are, bank tellers are trained to stop people from taking money or at least inquire about it because a lot of times 70 year old, you know, widowers will come in and say, I need $8,000 and they'll get $8,000. Or $9,900. Right. Then they need $9,500.
Starting point is 00:11:09 And what's happened in the past is that banks will just continue to give it to them. Why? Because they've got a million dollars in the bank. Like this is their money. But the problem is that so many people get scammed, the banks end up getting sued. And so now they train the tellers to at least inquire what's going on and ask them questions because there are so many scammers that will say, So many.
Starting point is 00:11:29 Right. Go to the bank, get out $10,000 or $5,000 and then go buy these Walmart, you know, gift cards and stuff like that. It's crazy. And give me the number. And then they drain the account. So they're getting scam, but they don't know it. They think they're paying the IRS or they think they're paying some kind of a social security.
Starting point is 00:11:46 Super innocent. Like something silly. But so now they inquire. So they, what was happening is they were inquiring. Why are you taking out this money? Yep. And they wanted to verify that I was representing this woman named Elizabeth Takenbrock. Look at these 11 pages.
Starting point is 00:12:00 This is what a data broker claims to know about you. Your addresses, phone numbers, even relatives names. And guess what? They're selling it. Anyone can buy your information for a few bucks. Scammers, stalkers, whoever. I've seen enough scams in my life to know just how, dangerous this is. These companies are making billions selling your privacy, and we're the ones
Starting point is 00:12:21 left vulnerable. That's why I use today's sponsor, ORA. Ora fights back by automatically finding where your information is being sold and scrubbing it off those sites, and it keeps it off. Other services claim to do this, but ORA does more. Alerts if your information hits the dark web, real-time fraud alerts, for your bank account and credit, 24-7 monitoring, a secure VPN, anti-virus, password management, and even $5 million in identity theft insurance. Bottom line, ORA gives me peace of mind. I'm not leaving myself vulnerable and neither should you. Try ORA free for 14 days at ORA.com slash Matt.
Starting point is 00:13:03 In two weeks, they'll be scrubbing your information off broker sites. That's ORA.com slash Matt. Whoa. And so when you heard that, well, I wasn't even at my office. I was actually on the road, but my old assistant, her name is Jeanette. And it's funny, though, because of what ends up happening later this day. But she basically talks to him on the phone, and she's like, sir, with all the respect in the world, you are being scammed. We do not, Rachel Reese represents people that are in prison.
Starting point is 00:13:28 Right. She only has a handful of clients that are women. This woman that you're, because he sent her a screen, like a photo of her. She had sent him a selfie that day. Right. Which was like the creepiest thing because when I got home and I learned all this, I'm like, this is the outfit she was wearing today. I checked on her Instagram and I was pissed. I'm like, oh, this is like a legit picture.
Starting point is 00:13:45 She sent to him. Right. So, Jeanette's like talking to him. And again, she's TPD. So she, like, knows kind of exactly what to ask him. And she's like, okay, listen, you need to not give her any more money. We do not represent this girl. I'm going to get to the bottom of it.
Starting point is 00:13:58 So in the meantime, though, he explains to her that he met up with Elizabeth and another woman, me, which was not me. Someone impersonating me in a parking lot. In a parking lot. And the woman was, like, not close like you and me. She was across the parking lot, but just enough that, like, You could wave and it might look like me. Right.
Starting point is 00:14:15 So when Jeanette asked him, you know, who did you meet up with? Can you show me a picture? He sent a picture of me from my firm's website at the time. Like, it was my professional boat up. Right. Which I didn't have any tattoos back then. So like maybe that was like, I mean, I did, but not as many as I do now. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:14:31 Sometimes I'm like maybe that would have made a difference, but probably not. So fast forward to that night. So they're like all emailing each other back and forth, my two law partners and then my assistant and then are our secretary. I get home from work. I was traveling to Jacksonville or something for one of my court hearings. I get back, it's like 9 o'clock at night. I'm going through my emails. I'm like, what are these emails?
Starting point is 00:14:50 I'm like, why is there a picture of Liz in my email? Like, this is weird as shit. Yeah. None of these people should know her. No, so I called Jeanette, and I, for whatever reason, I was going through something else that was making me question my entire life. So I was like, I'm going to record this. I don't know why.
Starting point is 00:15:05 I recorded it on my laptop or on my computer, so it was a video. I will never share that video with anyone. on this planet because I look so unwell because I'm freaking out. I'm like, what is happening here right now? So she's telling me the whole story. And while she's telling me, I'm texting, Liz, I'm like, what the actual F have you done? Like, what did you do? Did you do this? Who's this guy? She immediately comes back and she's like, I am so sorry. She really confesses everything to me in a message. She's like, I'm so sorry. I needed to put pressure on Andrew's uncle, my ex-husband's uncle, Richard, because he owes me money from when we used to work at the I,
Starting point is 00:15:38 at the optometry office before. Right. Which is a very legitimate excuse and a very legitimate reason because I did know that she had worked there before. Obviously, we've been friends for a year at this point. Right. I'm assuming that Richard is not his uncle. No. Okay.
Starting point is 00:15:53 I love Richard. Yeah. He's a 78-year-old, wonderful human. No. He's like a vulnerable state. He's in a vulnerable state. And he's so smart. Like, that's one thing about Liz.
Starting point is 00:16:04 I will give it to her. She's good. Yeah. I don't want to give her that credit. Because she gets smart people. So here's the problem with what you're about to say is that I think you're about to say that, you know, people get scammed. And so people naturally think, oh, they're stupid or they're gullible or they're,
Starting point is 00:16:20 but the truth is it is much easier to scam someone that's intelligent than it is someone who's stupid. Someone who's dumb and knows they're not that sharp will question everything. So you give a reasonable story to an intelligent person. They will think, okay, all of that makes sense, not realizing it's like, me saying, hey, I'm going, I need you to give me money to invest in, you know, SpaceX because I have the end from a guy who's already acquired the rights to buy a ton of stock. So if you give it to me, when it shoots up, when it goes, when the IPA goes, it's going to shoot up. And so if you're, you know, and we're going to, we're going to cash in on that. And so such a good idea. Right. And then
Starting point is 00:16:59 a smart guy is going to be like, fuck, like, what a great end. I get it. It makes sense. What he doesn't realize is that's a complete lie. I don't have an end. You're just handing me your money. Yep. But like a Nazzo smirk, I would be like, I don't have that kind of money. So I need to make sure that I'm like double check everything. Or I don't understand. Well, how do you know this? Is this okay? Is this legal? How come you? He's got to ask so many questions. He's going to talk himself out of. It's never going to happen. So it happens all the time. All the time. All the time. But people think it's the victim's fault. He's an idiot. Oh. And this guy's 78 years old. The older you get, the more vulnerable. The more kind of, you know, I don't want to say foolish, but maybe gullible is probably not the best. You just are more trusting the older you go because you feel like I'm older. People are going, people for some reason think that when you're older, younger people are going to somehow or another take care of you or help you or look out for you. And that's not the case. And then you have a woman that's saying that she's terminal.
Starting point is 00:17:54 She's four children. And you're like, oh my God, I'm supposed to die before her. I need to help her. Right. That's like the mentality. And you're not thinking that people are just going to like use you and lie to you. Like that's just not like your first, at least from my perspective. It's not the first thing I'm questioning somebody.
Starting point is 00:18:08 Because as time and on, obviously, I did start to question things, but there was always a justification. There was always a receipt or an excuse or some. It was always explained. Right. So it took me a long time to kind of come to the full fruition of the things. So she explains. So she explains it.
Starting point is 00:18:22 And what's interesting, though, she keeps calling me. I'm like, stop calling me. I'm on the phone with Jeanette. Like, please stop. I'm trying to figure this out. So what she ends up doing those, she's on the phone with him. And she sends me a screenshot of his, like, you know, when you take a screenshot,
Starting point is 00:18:35 of your phone. It'll say like the contact. Right. She sends me the contact photo with his name on it. And she goes, we're trying to call you. So he can explain to you what's going on. Which honestly, in hindsight, I would love to ask him. I probably will ask him because I never have because I do know him now. But so I didn't answer that. But what I did though later on that year, I was so weirded out that I took screenshots of all of our messages from that day. Because I just thought it was like the weirdest situation. And it as things as the next couple of months kind of transpired. So things just got weirder, but that was basically that day.
Starting point is 00:19:06 I just was like, don't ever do that again. Why would you jeopardize my career? She's like, I'm so sorry. It'll never happen again. Never told me who it was that she was with, et cetera. But it makes sense. So so far it makes sense. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:17 And for a long time, I thought she had sought me up because I was an attorney and she wanted like somebody like that because she had pretended to be them in the past. But so if you fast forward to August, that's May, fast forward to August. So everything was fine. May, June, July. I'm not going to lie. We were living. We were living.
Starting point is 00:19:33 I had just gone back from the Bahamas. I had my own bills and my own debt. She was like, she never asked me for a single dollar. Never. My sister either. And our family, we're not poor. Right. I'm not rich at all.
Starting point is 00:19:43 I am poor, but my family is not. Right. And that's kind of a common scheme with her. But she never once asked us for anything. She took us on yachts. She took us to gala's, parties, limos. We were like, honestly, it was a crazy summer. It was weird because where I'm from, though.
Starting point is 00:19:58 So she's taking. Oh, yeah. So she's living well. Yeah, because she had. actually hacked into his bank account and was using his entire retirement. Oh, this is Richards. Yes. She, my understanding is that she had created a username for herself and he did not know.
Starting point is 00:20:17 So she gets arrested, though, in August. So Andrew, this is actually really one of those interesting moments because she had kind of put the bug in my ear in the very, very beginning of our friendship. She says, oh, my God, there's this one outstanding situation. I was like, what? She's like, as a lawyer, maybe you can understand. And she's like, my ex-husband and I were going through our divorce and we shared a bank account. And I was like, okay.
Starting point is 00:20:37 And she had taken a $10,000 check out of that bank account and put it into her new account. Well, sure is shit. It was not her bank account anymore. It was only Andrew's account. She had stolen $10,000. We had reported it in like April of that same year, but they didn't actually arrest her until August. And it's interesting now because I've seen the body cam footage after the fact. Right.
Starting point is 00:20:57 But she called me that day and she's like, she makes it seem like I'm the first person she calls. Right. It was like two hours into it. Right. She called Rick Flair first. She called all these other people. She calls the sheriff. Like, oh, yeah, I introduced them.
Starting point is 00:21:08 We were neighbors in my apartment building. But she told everyone that was her uncle. She told everyone. My wife knows Rick Flair. My wife has taken. So does she. She'll call him all the time. So she used to take him out on his boat.
Starting point is 00:21:22 So did Liz. Yeah, but my wife's a captain. And she was a, she would be that like she'd work. So you have to take like two people. What if she took Liz out on that boat that summer? I'm not kidding because they took his boat out all the time. Yeah, she takes that. And then they go to this bar and they all have, they all drink at the bar.
Starting point is 00:21:38 That's so weird. He drinks a lot. Wait, I know. Yeah. And then he was always. I didn't know who he was. He was all, are you serious? No, I sat next to him at the bar outside of our apartment.
Starting point is 00:21:46 And he paid for my dinner. I just sat there for like two hours. And my friends walked up to like, that's Rick. I was like, who's that? I call my daddy's like, are you kidding me? And some of we're a good friends after that. He's a little crazy, but I like it. Well, she was, you know, Jess would, they'd be out.
Starting point is 00:21:59 And they'd be captain. She wouldn't be captain. She'd be like the first mate. And because it's, you know, small baby. You need two people. And you need somebody to kind of help get this stuff. And he likes that, right? Like he wants to be pampered.
Starting point is 00:22:10 But she's like, she'd be texting me. She's like, you have no idea how young these girls are. They're all in the play. She's like, there's two. She was on one of them. There's two, like, they can't be more than 25 years old. He's like 70 something. She's with two 25 year olds.
Starting point is 00:22:23 And she's like, she's like, I mean, how much medications this guy on? Like, he can't really be having sex with these. She'd come home. She can be like, do you think he's having sex with these girls? And I'm like, I'm sure he's having sex. She's like, how much medication is, how good is that medication? All I know is that it's got to be pretty good. In my building, he had quite the reputation for photographs.
Starting point is 00:22:41 That's just. He's insane. There was multiple times though where she invited us on his boat and I, like, couldn't go for some reason. The only times I went on a boat was when she actually paid for like a yacht and a captain. Entirely separate. I'm like, how much did this cost? And I've seen the bank statement now. I've seen a bank statements now and it's disgusting.
Starting point is 00:23:00 How much did this cost Richard? A million dollars. Yeah. Oh, Jesus. So August 15th, around August 15th, she gets arrested. It's the same days of Beyonce concert. I only know this because I wasn't invited. Like, she had like different groups of friends.
Starting point is 00:23:13 That's what she did. She did it because she wanted to keep us all separate enough that we could not get to know each other. Right. She even pinned my sister and against each other. Like, she would tell us different things and would try to get us to fight. It was very, very bizarre because we were the closest of anybody. So she gets arrested She's like, can you help me get a bondsman?
Starting point is 00:23:32 I need to bail out. I have cash. I'm like, sure, I've got a guy, whatever. So I call our bail guy and he goes over there and I was like, how to go? And he's like, oh, the guy was really nice. I go, okay. The guy was really nice. He's like, yeah, there's an older gentleman that I met there with cash.
Starting point is 00:23:48 So I don't think anything of it at the time. About a month later, though, I get a call from a friend of mine who was a lawyer who had really questioned my friendship with this girl. She was like, Rachel, I'm a family lawyer. I have looked up her records online. She's not being honest about her kids or her living situation. She's been evicted like 10 times. I'm like, that's weird.
Starting point is 00:24:06 But I just, again, I was like, not Elizabeth. Not Elizabeth. Not Elizabeth. How would she get evicted? We were just on a yacht. She never paid a dime to Cora. I couldn't. I still can't wrap my head around that.
Starting point is 00:24:17 But I don't know how people get, they get so far into somebody. Like, like how much work are you doing? Like, you're 5,000, 10,000, 20,000. This person you've been working for two months. They paid you nothing. You have no idea. Like, things I know. I hate it.
Starting point is 00:24:33 I hate all the knowledge I have, but it's knowledge is power, I guess. So about a month later, I get a call from my friend. Who's the guy that showed up with the cash? Richard? It was Richard. But I didn't know at the time. I didn't know at the time until this phone call. Okay.
Starting point is 00:24:46 My friend Kara calls me and she's like, you need to go on the clerk's page and look at the docket for Liz's case. Because she was, we all believed it was her first time and she was probably going to get pretrial diversion, which means like you do your community service. you pay some money, which probably means you get money from somebody else. Right. And, yeah, you get it to go away. And I can't remember who she hired, but I was like, oh, makes sense.
Starting point is 00:25:06 Like, perfect. So this email, though, is law is actually uploaded onto the clerk's website, and it's an email from Richard Powell's son. It's an email to the judge. It basically says, my father, I do believe that my father is the victim of a million-dollar scam of a fraudulent scheme by this woman. Separate from this check, but I'm very concerned, and I'm very concerned. trying to get somebody to talk to me because law enforcement won't. So at the time, of course, that's a little bit eerie. But I don't really think much of it because I was given an ultimatum by my law partners.
Starting point is 00:25:36 They said, you cannot be friends of this girl anymore. Right. There's just too much weird shit going on, and we cannot have you wrapped up in it. I had my own stuff going on earlier. And so I was like, fair. I get it. I was like, I'm not going to even try to, like, challenge you on that. And honestly, we kind of had, like, our own issues at that time.
Starting point is 00:25:51 Because it's kind of a separate story, but I was being catfish. And she was very, like, involved with that. and just made me feel really shitty. And so I finally was like, I can't deal with both of these untrustworthy people. So one of you guys to go? Right. The smart thing would have been to get rid of all of them, but I just was like whatever. So October the 5th, we stopped being friends.
Starting point is 00:26:10 Well, I ended up leaving my firm literally like a day later. Okay. We'll call it a voluntary resignation, if you will. And I started my own firm. So I was not friends with her. I did not speak with her from October the 5th until March 24th. And the only reason I know that is because my aunt died. I actually did speak to Andrew one time, her ex-husband, because I hated him.
Starting point is 00:26:32 Oh, I thought he was the devil. I thought that he, like, the things I had heard. Right. And what I had seen is, like, he would scream at her in front of the kids. And I just thought that was just, like, ick. So fast forward to March, my sister did stay friends with her. Like, they were not good friends, but they went to a couple events together. And I just kind of, like, kept my tabs on her because I had just, like, worried about my sister a lot.
Starting point is 00:26:53 and Liz told her stuff, though, different than me. Like, they would talk about all the stuff. Liz would say that she was a sugar baby. Like, she always had a reason that she had money. So it wasn't, like, weird. She said her family had a lot of money and our family had money. So it wasn't like this abnormal thing that we were, like, not used to. So my aunt ended up passing away very suddenly in February, and we went home for her service in March.
Starting point is 00:27:15 And I was getting ready for her service. And I told my sister, I go, life is too short. I want to go back to church. Like, I really want to, like, figure out where I'm at. I was like, I got to get rid of my own catfish situation. I got to move on with my life. Like, it's what my aunt would have wanted. I go, but I can't go to church because Liz goes to my church.
Starting point is 00:27:29 And she was like, why don't you text her? Yeah. Just squash it. Life is short, right? So I did. Texted her on March 24th. We did not end up seeing her, I think, until, like, the beginning of May. It was before her birthday because her birthday is when she posted the video, the cupcake video.
Starting point is 00:27:42 Okay. So we were already friends again at that point. I was very wary at first. Like, I was like, all right. But it was kind of like, you know, you see an old friend. It was no time had passed at all. all. About a week later, the cupcake, the crying cupcake lady video takes off. And again, I still did not have TikTok until July of that year. So I'm like learning all this secondhand. Like I didn't
Starting point is 00:28:02 have a for you page anymore. I had been off of social media, off of TikTok anyway, since February of the year before that until July of that year. So the video starts going viral and my sister starts telling you about it. And I'm like, it's the most viral video that I've ever seen on on anybody's page, honestly. And what was so weird to me is all these news articles, were picking it up, and I swear to you that she called them. I swear that she was out there doing her own little PR like, hey, like interview me. And I asked her appointment, like, I said, are you sure you want this kind of publicity? I go, as somebody that's been there and, like, I've had my, like, ass shown to the world,
Starting point is 00:28:35 are you sure you want this spotlight? And she's like, I've always wanted the spotlight. And I was like, that makes sense. So after that video goes viral, she starts to get threats. She's living in a house that she paid for. with cash from Richard's bank account at this point in time. Not owned, just renting. She gets evicted, but what she tells us is that she doesn't, she says, I'm getting
Starting point is 00:28:59 threats here from online stalkers and from Andrew, because Andrew posts, she posts her video, Andrew posts his video, and then the inventing Elizabeth story, like, starts and it gets created. Really quick. Yeah. Just for people who don't have context, can you kind of explain what her video was, what it said, and what Andrew, you know, came out and said? So Liz is a mom, as a quote-unquote single mom of four kids. She's got three baby dadies.
Starting point is 00:29:27 I thought one of them was dead. She told us that the oldest one, her oldest son, that his father had died. That's not true. She told us that her oldest daughter's husband or the oldest daughter's dad was a deadbeat. Not true. Love him. Like become good friends with him since. And then the two youngest she had with Andrew.
Starting point is 00:29:46 What is interesting and what we learned later on is that she doesn't claim those two for a lot, to a lot of people. actually says that she was married, that Andrew had an affair of the stripper, and the stripper had these two little girls, and she adopted them. Like, she told her best, she told our best friend, she didn't believe me until I showed her the birth certificates. I had to get them from Andrew. So she makes this video for her birthday, and she's crying in her kitchen. She has, like, I can remember the kitchen like it was yesterday, because we spent a lot of time there, but she was making either cupcakes. I think it was cupcakes, and it wasn't a cake. But she was making cupcakes, and on the, on on the screen of the font, it says, like the text says, like, making a cake for myself
Starting point is 00:30:26 because there was a lot of, like, drama about, oh, you said cake, but it was cupcakes. Like, it was something so silly. Yeah. But people were just making fun of her because you set up the camera to cry. But the moms on this app really just bought into it because they could understand. They could relate. And she was like, I didn't want my kids to celebrate. I wanted to give them a reason to help me celebrate my birthday.
Starting point is 00:30:47 And they can't bake me these things. Right. So I had to bake them for myself. so she's crying in the kitchen. So, of course, she starts getting a following. It was like 100,000 followers so fast. So then Andrew makes a video, and I don't know the timing of it.
Starting point is 00:31:00 It was maybe a little bit after that, but he basically is like, yeah, no, this woman is full of shit. This woman is a con artist. She is a liar. I have all the evidence, and I'm going to start a series called Inventing Elizabeth, like inventing Anna, and I'm going to show you guys. And this time, I'm like, this guy isn't an insane human.
Starting point is 00:31:16 I'm like, I'm thinking that he's a psychopath. She convinces me. I've got more screen recordings. of Andrew on my phone than I would ever care to admit because that's what she does. She lets other people do the work for her. Right. So he starts the series and he was not a good storyteller. I talked shit to him all the time.
Starting point is 00:31:32 I'm like, Andrew, your delivery was awful. Yeah. It's why nobody really wanted to listen to you. It wasn't great on the podcast here either. He's like pulling teeth to get him to explain things. I mean, I was watching again. He's like so like, he just knows so much. I like listen to him sometimes.
Starting point is 00:31:46 I'm like, how do you remember what she was wearing on this day at this time? Like, that's a little bit weird. Listen, he's a very nice guy. He's a lovable guy, but he's, you know. He's quirky. I like him. I like, I stay friends with them all because of the kids. In Toronto, every arrival is a statement, and nothing says it better than this. Cadillac Optic was the number one selling luxury EV in Canada for 2025. Find your rhythm across a seamless 33-inch display and an immersive 19 speaker AKG surround audio system. Starting point is 00:32:19 Let's take the Cadillac. Find out more at Cadillac Canada.ca. Luxury sales claim based on S&P Global Mobility, Canadian new vehicle, total registrations for calendar year 2025 for the Cadillac definition of luxury. Right. Because I know, I hope one day that Lids goes to prison, and I want them to have somebody in their life that can be some level of a role model or at least be there for them. So I don't know.
Starting point is 00:32:39 Probably stupid, but that's just what my brain's always told me. So he puts out his video. He starts this series. That's a series. And Liz goes hard into the domestic violence. She's like, oh, you want to know why he's doing this to me? because I'm a domestic violence survivor. This man, I've had this many injunctions.
Starting point is 00:32:55 I think she's had like eight now. None have been granted. All have been denied or dismissed. I testified in one of them, which I'm going to get to that moment. So at this point, though, she's been stalked. She's been harassed by Andrew and his followers, and so she has to move.
Starting point is 00:33:08 She has to leave this gorgeous house and move in. But really, she's being evicted. Yeah. Like, no, you're just time is up. So she moves in with our friend McKay. McKay is one of the victims in this case that is really hard for, I think, a lot of people to recognize, because it was so fast.
Starting point is 00:33:23 It was, she had just gotten divorced. That's Liz's M.O. She has a very, she has a type. Divorced, really emotionally fragile. And McKay's family had money. McKay didn't necessarily herself, but her family did. Her parents did.
Starting point is 00:33:37 So McKay ends up, I'll just give you a little bit of the jump ahead. She goes bankrupt. Liz spends over $400,000 of her money. How does she get to, like how do you, how do you, how do you have access to someone's,
Starting point is 00:33:51 to be able to drain them. Is it start first with, I need a loan, I'll pay you back next week, or is it just that your banking information is lying around the house and she swipes it? This was like a no, this wasn't even like a swipe. This was like agreeing to allow her to use this stuff. So what's, so I didn't know McKay at first. So I ended up meeting her shortly after that. And what's really incredibly messed up about the story is Liz was actually catfishing
Starting point is 00:34:16 McKay this whole time. Cat fishing in one way. She was pretending to be a guy named Marcus, her call. cousin. Okay. And they fell in love over a year. Okay. So they were living together.
Starting point is 00:34:27 So it was Liz and her two oldest children because she does not have custody of her youngest too. She gave them away. She said, if you get rid of your social media, Andrew, I will give you the girls. Okay. To some degree. And so he's like, okay. And so she gave, and he didn't get rid of social media.
Starting point is 00:34:44 So, okay. So she has not seen her little girls in, I think, three years now. She hasn't even tried. So almost the whole time I knew her. But she would tell everyone that she was actively trying to get the custody back, which was not true at all because she'd have to take a psych evaluation. Right. And I don't think she wants to do that.
Starting point is 00:34:58 I don't know how. I don't know. I can't speculate, but I just would find that very interesting. So it was McKay, her two kids and Liz. And McKay kind of took on the role as like a second parent. Like she really, like, she loved these kids so much and she took care of them. Because I think there was a lot of times that Liz would leave the house and the McKay didn't really know where she was.
Starting point is 00:35:15 But we would go over there every week for dinner. We spent a lot of time together. They lived over an Ybor, so it wasn't. that far away from my office. My sister was not in school or no, it wasn't working. My sister was an artist, so she was like, I'm always free. And so we would all meet up whenever we could. And we all got very, very close to four of us. What's interesting, though, is the stories that McKay was told are very different from what we knew. My sister and I were not really lied to a lot about the family dynamics. Like, we were never told, like, family members died. McKay was told that Liz's dad was in the
Starting point is 00:35:44 cartel. I know. What car? I know. I know. I'm sorry. It's like, I'm like, like, the Mexican drug cartel? Yes. Hello. Is she Mexican? It's ironic because I have clients that actually are connected. And so for me, I'm like, she would never have thought to say that to me. She knows I would have been like. But is she Mexican?
Starting point is 00:36:02 No. I mean, to me, she looks like an Anglo, blonde hair, blue eyes or brown hair, whatever. She got red hair now. Oh, now she's real. Yeah. Yeah. Red. But no.
Starting point is 00:36:12 So, but again, I think I'd have no idea what conversations they had. But they were very close. I mean, they spent every minute of every day together. Vince is McKay to quit her job. They start a podcast together, and they hire a producer. They can't pay him eventually. She ends up suing her, and that's part of the story. But long story short, McKay just starts letting her everything.
Starting point is 00:36:35 They're putting it on, she pays for their cell phones, everything. And she would use Marcus, that's like the guy. She would use him as a tool to kind of keep her close. And she would say, Marcus needs your help. Marcus is running from the cartel. I love McKay. Like, we're a very good friend still. Thank God. I truly thought we had lost her for a while.
Starting point is 00:36:55 So let me go this straight. So, McKay, McKay has never met this guy. Never. That is really Elizabeth. Never spoken to him on the phone. So Elizabeth is, they're communicating something how through text or messenger, whatever, Instagram.
Starting point is 00:37:12 So they're communicating. So she's able, so if McKay complains about any situation, she's able to use Marcus. Marcus to then support Elizabeth's position. Yep. Just like her impersonating me. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:29 So the lawyer supported her position that she was reputable and she had cancer. She needed this money. She's tag team and everybody. Elizabeth thinks we should start a podcast, but I'm the only one that has the money to be able to buy the equipment and hire the producer. Elizabeth can't contribute at all, but she does have a good story and a following. What do you think I should do? I'm really not sure.
Starting point is 00:37:49 Oh my God. What a great opportunity. I love that for you. That's so great. You can't pass this by. And Marcus is a doctor. And Marcus is a doctor and also has a private plane, which honestly in hindsight, what the we were like, what? So here's what's funny about this is that my wife has a friend whose husband was a professor for 20 years and owns a company that does.
Starting point is 00:38:20 he's a marine mechanic company. Like he's got a few houses. Like he's got a condo on the beach. Like he's got money. He's intelligent. He's a smart guy. I've met him many times, very sharp guy. He believes that he is dating Jennifer Anderson.
Starting point is 00:38:39 No. No. And has sent her money many times. She's having some, she's having some problems with the IRS. How is she having money? They've seized, they've frozen several bank accounts. She has some issues. And there's no information about this.
Starting point is 00:38:55 That's crazy. She just needs a little bit of money right now. And she needs some guy in Florida that she's been dating for six months that he's never talked to her on the phone, never met her. And every time that he's about to fly up to New York to see her, every time. Cancel. Something comes up. Of course.
Starting point is 00:39:13 Don't be so judgmental. Listen, I was cappish. I was catfish for two years. Okay. So I have no room to speak on this. Then it's, he has to fly to L. but that won't happen for throughout three weeks because she's deep in this this whole litigation thing. And so by the way, she needs some more money.
Starting point is 00:39:28 Thank you so much for doing this. So, you know, listen, and it's been going on for much. And her, his current wife, where they're kind of going through her, they're separated, but I think they're getting a divorce. His current wife is telling. Sorry, that's a little bit of a throw the wrench in there. Yeah. Yeah. The current wife is like, you're fucking insane.
Starting point is 00:39:46 And he's like. You need to call MTV. What's going on? And if you looked at this guy. you're not dating Jennifer Anderson. I don't care if you're a fucking trillionaire. She's never dating you. That's never going to have.
Starting point is 00:39:58 Lizardtate him. There aren't enough surgeries. There's not enough medication and surgeries in order for you to look good enough to date her. That's how bad this is with this guy. Anyway. Oh, my God. It feels about how much money. I don't know how much.
Starting point is 00:40:13 I've heard of a few thousand dollars initially, but I haven't heard anything in months. And I know he's continuing to give money. also we have a guy Tom Simon who is a retired FBI agent who works as a as an investigator of Florida licensed Florida investigator now comes the podcast all the time great guy and he has multiple clients that have he's ended up having to go to and say you're not dating Keanu Reeves I know you think you are he and a Reeves also is not having any any tax problems you're being scammed that's like that's like a common thing that people say that's crazy Oh, it's a common scam.
Starting point is 00:40:49 Yeah. And it's always these celebrities and honestly, if you looked at this, the people have to be delusional. Because it's like, and if you looked at these women, like, it's like. I know. There is some level of like definitely, not delusion, but definitely. Something like you don't really think. They know how to pick up on that, though, for sure. One of Liz's first victims before Richard, I know now.
Starting point is 00:41:09 It's kind of like that. Like you're 65 or 70 years old. You're 40 pounds overweight. You're living in Florida. But also, sugar babies are a thing. and I have never engaged in that lifestyle. However, I do know people that have, and I feel like sometimes they just want the company,
Starting point is 00:41:26 they just don't really necessarily care. And so I think that they just kind of set themselves up for that failure and then they just accept it. Like, some people just wanted to spend the money, but that was not Richard. Like he did not want to spend the money. No, thank you. He was like, I did not know I was spending this money.
Starting point is 00:41:37 Well, he's got two kids with a woman that's actively trying to make his life miserable. So, okay, so back to your friend. McKay, how'd the podcast do? That's still going strong? You know, the podcast, it was a couple of good episodes. I think I listened to like two of them. It was very hard to listen to it because I was like, what are you talking about? What is this about?
Starting point is 00:41:55 What is it about? Right. There was just so many things that she was like, she's a lot of ideas. It was almost like she had been waiting for this moment for so long and suddenly she had this opportunity. She had 350,000 followers out of overnight. Whoa. There's a very large creator. Her name is Momatatat.
Starting point is 00:42:13 Her name is Ophelia. Her, I don't even know why she's, She's so famous. I am not friends with her. I'm not a fan of her because of the situation. I did follow her previously, but not anymore because I think that it's extremely gross. If you vouch for somebody online and then they turn out to be a massive scammer who your followers might have given money to and they don't even know that they're a victim. So Elizabeth planned a gala for a domestic violence or a charity that she was starting. Right. It's called Fear to Fierce. Okay.
Starting point is 00:42:42 Oh, I still have a flyer from this. It's just kind of interesting. but she, Ophelia, Mama taught, she vouched for her. She made a video all about it. And Liz got a hundred thousand dollars from this woman. People ran and blocked her like it was going out of style. And so a lot of people gave their credit cards. And all of a sudden, the gala and the, it was all gone. Charity and the gala was canceled.
Starting point is 00:43:03 Charity was gone. Nothing. Some people's cards got charged many times, recurring payments. And a lot of people just really, you know, that's not something that people are checking up on. Like, I'm guilty of that. Like, I'll be like, oh, my God, what are. all these, what are all these, um, subscriptions I have? That's crazy. I'm probably paying tons of subscriptions. I know and I'm like, I'm wasting my whole life,
Starting point is 00:43:22 but Liz is over here like just praying for somebody like that. So this is all like in the span of literally July, August. Um, so the podcast is kind of like in there as well. It's all happening all, like this all happens in a six months period of time. And it's just wild to me because she convinces me to sell my house. She lets me hire our friend named Catherine, who I ended up ruining this girl's life. She tells me, she convinces me that Catherine is talking horribly about me, publicly, it's like making up these rumors about me. So I, like, something like drug related. And I'm like, what? What? So I go to her real estate agents and her brokerage because it was her first house. I was like, trying to help about a girl. They fire her. And I've tried
Starting point is 00:44:07 to reach out to her because I now know that that was not true. It was Liz that was doing that, which is, it's unfortunate. But she was a big social media person as well. well, Liz and I had met her a couple of summers before that I wanted, like, the parties that we had gone to that Liz had paid for. So fast forward, I had my house in the market. The hurricanes come. My house gets ruined. Crazy. So, and I was another way that she kind of like pulled me in, though. She was like, oh, my God, you need all this help. Like, let me help you. Again, never asked me for anything. This is really weird. So I had just started dating somebody. She had just started dating a guy named Sam. And so we all really, like, hung out all the time.
Starting point is 00:44:42 We had, like, a good group of friends. We went to, like, 80s. in Orlando, like a festival, we had made plans to go to EBC in Vegas for her birthday in May. And what's interesting is over the next couple of months, things start... What is EDC? EDC? It's like a festival, you know, music. Oh, several days. All right.
Starting point is 00:44:59 Routy, fun. Electric music, you know? Is it? You know about it? Okay. I mean, I'm sure you go. I'm not hip. I feel you would know it if you heard some of the, like, some of the artists you would know.
Starting point is 00:45:09 It's like multiple artists. There are different stages over a period of days. Like, so it's normally in Orlando. Is there like a Coachella type of music festival? What are the chances that you think I know who the artists are? Oh, uh, you might have. Do they play it on WQ, Y, K country? He might have heard the name.
Starting point is 00:45:24 Maybe. They might have done like a, like a oneer with them. I don't know. But so this was in Orlando. So my sister and Liz went for the whole weekend. And my boyfriend and I went only for one day because he's a massive fan of one of these DJs. And this is really like a lot of the drama kind of started. Liz and her boyfriend were having a lot of issues.
Starting point is 00:45:41 But she was lying to us about him. Right. His name is Sam. And she told us, she made us think that he was the biggest piece of shit on the planet. Right. She told us that he pulled a pew-poo on her when her kid was there. Okay.
Starting point is 00:45:52 So I was like, why are you not calling the police? Like, this is really dangerous. Like, and it was her daughter who I'm like, I'm very much, like, I'm like protecting, protective aunt. So this is all going on. Just like so much things were happening. And we were all just like, what the heck's going on? So the podcast almost finished, but like there was a couple episodes left.
Starting point is 00:46:08 Here comes the new year. The last time I ever saw Liz as a friend was on January, like the very first week of January. And after that, she goes to Hawaii for a trip with Sam. All of a sudden, McKay disappears. And my sister and her like, what's going on? It was a ground Valentine's Day. So there's, like, a lot of things that obviously happened between there,
Starting point is 00:46:26 like between August and then February. But it's like just little things that don't really matter in the grand scheme of the story. But all of a sudden, McKay, her parents came and drug her home, Penscola because they were worried because, like, what's going on? She had to declare bankruptcy. $400,000. she had paid for everything. And her parents were like,
Starting point is 00:46:48 we have the money, but we're not going to bail you out of this. Right. And McKay was so attached to Liz still. It was very, very peculiar. And I was like, this girl's brainwash. I'm really worried.
Starting point is 00:46:57 Like, I was concerning. So I, at this point in time, that's where the producer comes in, the podcast. So I'm like confronting Liz all the time. I'm like, what is going on? You're not being honest. People online start talking.
Starting point is 00:47:10 They're like, people, Andrew's story is picking up. He's got a lot of, We got a lot of followers that really don't like Liz. And people were very eager to kind of get everybody that was on her side, her side, to just like see the truth. I had two girls specifically that reached out to me, and I ended up becoming really good friends or I thought with both of them, but I'm still really good friends with one of them. And I'll never forget the day that I got a message from somebody and they said, you need to go and look online. There is an allegation. She's being sued.
Starting point is 00:47:39 Her and McCare are being sued by the podcast guy. And they went to go serve her. An animal control had to get involved and DCF because her 13-year-old son was living there for a month by himself. She was ordering him Uber Eats. He didn't go to school. Fruency. And there was two dogs there.
Starting point is 00:47:54 It looked like they had been left alone for months. Shit and piss everywhere. It was very triggering for me because there was one instance where I actually picked up my sister's dogs from an old house of hers in a very similar situation. I'm like, I thought you just left. Like, how long have these dogs been here? And it really, like, for you just,
Starting point is 00:48:12 me out and I almost stole her, I almost took one of her dogs because I was like, I don't want to leave him. He was a puppy. And I was like, our dogs were like the same age. And so I just was like, but I had no choice but to leave him because a dog walker was coming over there. So I confront her that night. I'm like, what the actual F? I call my sister. She comes over to my apartment because I was living an apartment. My house was getting fixed still. And I just bitched her out. I was like, I'm done with you. I've already had all these questions about you. Like, people started talking on Reddit. I don't go on that website. That's very bad for my house. Your sister came over? Yeah, my sister lives close by to me. So you were mad at your sister? No, we had been kind of talking behind the scenes
Starting point is 00:48:44 of like something is not making sense. People had started a Reddit page about her, which I have had many of those. So I kind of, I do not go on that website. It's dangerous for me. But somebody sent me a link and it was a picture of Liz with a chemo port in her chest with a bandana on her head. So this is, okay, this is like, this is the other scam that's going on, which is the cancer I was going to do his part. This is like mixed in all this stuff. So I actually asked her at one point, I'm like, dude, did you have cancer? She was like, I lied about how serious it was, but I didn't lie about having it. I needed money to get away from Andrew, and that is my mistake. And I said, listen, I'm not going to judge you for the past. If you've made a mistake, just don't do it again and be better. Lies. Anyway, so my sister and I had already been like kind of thinking, like, something is really weird. Like, they were like just being very sketchy. McKay's gone. We're like, is she ever coming back? Like, what's happening? We just had no idea. Our two best friends had just disappeared. We were under the impression that Liz was, like, shacking up with this guy, Sam. We just didn't know what kind of craziness she was involved in. So my sister comes over, we basically bitch her out.
Starting point is 00:49:46 We're like, come over to our house tomorrow or we're done. We don't ever want to speak to you again. Like, this is crazy. So, of course, they don't show up. So I'm like, I'm done with you then. So over the next couple of weeks, more information starts coming out online. Videos. Evidence.
Starting point is 00:49:59 People have put public records requests. So what had happened is Richard Powell and his son had gone to the police. Way back when? They had told him you don't have any proof. This was not a gift. Right. So there is a body. cam video of them having a discussion with law enforcement.
Starting point is 00:50:14 That's the first video that I saw. I'm sitting in my, I'm not kidding, I was sitting in my bath, I was like, I stayed up all night long. I watched Andrew's entire series and there was a lot of things that were like, I was like so uncomfortable. I'm like all the people, no, like all the people that she was pretending to be. And like, there was this one time where she like had stolen money from a Airbnb and then
Starting point is 00:50:35 had literally was going to let this woman get arrested. She was going that hard in her story that she didn't want to get caught. And I just remember thinking, oh, my God, like, if she can do this to a random stranger, like, this is crazy. So then I see the video of Richard and his son, and I don't know why, but the name, I was like, I know that name. So I looked up in my phone, I searched the name, and the old screenshots came up. And I literally was like, you know what name? I forgot, Richard Powell. Oh, Richard Powell. Okay. Yeah. So the video that was online is these people that were Team Andrew, we're trying to just provide enough information to the internet that was publicly available.
Starting point is 00:51:10 So people would start to see who she was. It was a cult. Yeah. It was a cult. It was actually very scary. I was never involved with it. They had a discord and they would like all text. Like it was weird.
Starting point is 00:51:20 I still told all of them like y'all are weird. You guys are weird little parisocial parasites. You guys have weird relationships with people you don't know. This is team Elizabeth. You're talking about. This is team Andrew. Okay. Well, they've now.
Starting point is 00:51:31 Oh, because you still think and you're still thinking. I think Andrew's gross. Right. So you're thinking Andrew is a psychopath and you're, but you're now realizing something. he's mentally off with Elizabeth. And something is making sense with his videos. And keep in mind, one thing I didn't mention is I testified against him
Starting point is 00:51:48 in a domestic violence injunction hearing in October. Right. And that's only kind of even relevant because what I learned later on is the environments that Liz puts herself in. So, for example, she would come to my house. And when she gets to my house, she would have a, her phone would start ringing off the hook. And then on the other end of that phone would be Andrews screaming and front of the girls. Well, what I didn't know until later was that she was, he, she had called
Starting point is 00:52:14 him right before she walked into my house and done something to set him off. So then he would react, and it made it look like he was just, this crazy person. Right. So I went to court and I said that to a judge. Like, I didn't lie, but it was out of the context. I was mortified. I was like, oh my God, I testified under oath. You let me do this. Thank God it wasn't granted. And because if it would have been, I would have gone right back in there and been like, hi, judge. So sorry. I'm lawyer here, like, my bad. So I was slowly starting to like, I won't even say I'm friends
Starting point is 00:52:43 with Andrew, but I was warming up to the idea that what he was saying might be true. He just had so much evidence. It was like hard to ignore. So I see this video of Richard Powell and his son. They're talking about the fact that he was told that she had cancer. Right. That was the first time that I knew that fact. And I was like, oh my God,
Starting point is 00:52:59 the cancer thing. I'm like, she took his money. Right. And then I was provided a copy. There was a, his bank statements weren't part of the police report. and I'm looking at these bank statements and I'm looking at things that I engaged in. Yachts, gala's, limos, the dates, I'm looking at my phone,
Starting point is 00:53:16 I'm looking at pictures, I'm like, looking at the dates to make sure that I'm not crazy, and I literally threw up in the bathtub. I literally puked. I was like so ill. I was like, oh my God, I have to go to the place. I'm like, this is insane.
Starting point is 00:53:26 And it was just like connecting all the dots and like, I don't know why. Again, I don't know why I had saved all that stuff. Lots of trauma, I guess. People not trusting me and not trusting myself. I just was like, okay. So it took me like about a week to go to the police because I reached out to the state attorney first because I was like, okay, I'm not a snitch. I was like, but I also don't want to get myself into trouble because the reality is there was obviously some sort of a scam going on.
Starting point is 00:53:50 Sounds like multiple scams. Multiple. I mean, you're talking the domestic violence situation, the cancer, the money, and I had no idea how deep it was. And at this point in time, McKay obviously had gone, had declared bankruptcy. I got a phone call from one of her friends and they were really worried because she was like dark. Like, she had, like, gone off of, like, a land. So I ended up calling her parents who I never met. And I had a six-hour FaceTime with them.
Starting point is 00:54:14 Because her mom, and her mom answered the phone, and she's like, I don't, you sound like, Liz. I need you to FaceTime with me. I'm like, okay. Her mom doesn't trust her. Her mom knows she's. No, and so everybody was already questioning it. It was very, very odd. No one even knew that they were living together.
Starting point is 00:54:27 Like, that's what was the weirdest part. When her parents showed up, they're like, who's this? Who stuff is this? And then things started making sense. Like. That who's living? Liz and McKay, when they had been living. together when her parents came to pick her up.
Starting point is 00:54:39 So the reason I bring up her parents is because McKay was so brainwashed by Liz that she would not, she told her parents, if you don't accept my friendship with her, I will never speak to you again. So a week after I talked to her parents, they were literally all arguing and her dad had a heart attack and died. Holy shit. And her mom and I think, I mean, McKay and I are friends now, but for a long time, they blamed me for like bringing them into it, which obviously I know that I was not to
Starting point is 00:55:06 blame. I was really just trying to help. And I was, I'm the hero complex human and all of this. I just am the middleman for whatever reason. I have like, I don't know, people, I'm very predictable. And people know that because of what I do, I'm going to want to help anybody that I can. It's just what, just who I am. The cancer thing always makes me think of there was a documentary about this woman who was going around telling people like she had a cure for cancer. Yeah. And people were giving her money. And she was, she was getting them to go. go out and borrow money from friends and family to pay her to treat them with a treatment that does not work and stop the current treatment, the legitimate, proven legitimate treatment that
Starting point is 00:55:51 they are currently getting like, she's like, oh, no, you have to stop going to chemo. Chemo is going to interfere with this treatment. Did they make a Netflix series about that? I remember that. What was it called? And so people are dying. People are stopping their cancer treatment and they're dying and dying. Is that the commander or was that oh is apple cider vinegar that's what it was called oh is that what it was yeah yeah but it was like it was like you like how dark of a dark person are you how disturbed of a person are you that you're willing to let these people or or have you deluded yourself into believing that what you're saying is legitimate and of course the
Starting point is 00:56:26 the big part of it by the way was that she i think that was that she had had cancer and this had cured her so she's part of the her like this is my testimony that's why i do this now because it's it's i know what works whatever so anyway so whenever people are saying the whole doing the whole well you know they say they have cancer or they hate to say their kids have cancer like they shared their kids yeah she faked her daughter we learned this later the things that i learned after i finally came to the reality of what was going on the amount of information that i've learned in the last year would drive anyone mad like truly my therapist so i've had so many they're like how are you above ground this is crazy um because what i end up finding out as
Starting point is 00:57:05 I go to the state attorney's office. I'm like, Susie. As I know everyone there, I'm like, you have an investigation in this girl. I'm thinking there has to be. Right. Nope. I'm like, oh, my God. So I go to the police station and I'm like, I cannot leave I'm doing this.
Starting point is 00:57:17 I had all my information because when we had talked about going to Vegas for her birthday, we had all given her money. Not a lot of money, but enough money that I could go. And that was kind of like my inn. Right. I think it was like $1,000 between me and my sister and my boyfriend. And so I was like, I wanted to, you know, petty theft, whatever. So I got an email like a couple days later.
Starting point is 00:57:35 I go up to the PlayStation. And the woman, when I walked in there and I said her name, she was, looked at me kind of funny. She goes into the back and then she goes back out and she's like, I think we made a mistake. I think that we have made a mistake here. I go, I don't understand. She's like, I've heard that name a lot. And what I've learned now, obviously, Andrew had gone up there 10 times. And they had always just ignored him and told him, made him look like an idiot.
Starting point is 00:57:54 Yeah, sounds like a domestic situation. Right. Because they had told him that no matter what, there was no proof that it was not just a gift. And his son was like, I'm going to keep coming up here until you help my dad. like his retirement is gone. So I get them all my evidence. A week later, I get an email from CPD and the FBI wants to meet with me. So I invite them to my office.
Starting point is 00:58:18 I'm the first one to meet with them. I said there were six hours. I gave them everything. I was like, listen, I know how this ends for people that are on my... I've just seen all the craziest things. I was like, and I don't know what she's capable of. I go, I'm freaking out. I was very unwell.
Starting point is 00:58:32 There's the podcast that was created Elizabeth. I had to re-record my segments multiple times because I was still very much processing everything and I sound like a psychopath. It's not my best look for sure. Right. It took me a long time, honestly, because we were learning in real time that she was still scamming other people because she had to make money. Yeah. And so she was, her timeline was getting faster, it was getting shorter and it was becoming more obvious quicker that she was scamming individuals. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:59 And there's more stuff out there. So it's more difficult for her. to do this. We didn't ever had that information. That was not available. But now of a sudden, I'm like, how are people so dumb? Like $20,000 from this guy, Wayne, $20,000 from these two young girls. I'm like, how are people having this kind of money just laying around?
Starting point is 00:59:14 But she worked her ways and she did it. So we kind of became a little bit obsessed. I will be honest about that. And mentally it was not the best time. But as time went on, so I went to the FBI and they were like, we're doing a massive investigation. I start learning these things. She's abandoning her kids.
Starting point is 00:59:29 We're hanging out of their kids. She's getting more pissed. She's threatening me. So from April. last year until now. This woman has been an honest scheme. I plan to ruin my life. I'm not kidding.
Starting point is 00:59:39 When I tell you this, I... In what way, though? Like, what were the things she's done? Her favorite thing to do is so I was arrested in another country and the most traumatic, I was literally like, when I tell you that I was extorted, had this shit kid kicked out of me. And there's a video of me after I had been assaulted. It's literally, it was illegally taken down there.
Starting point is 00:59:56 How were you arrested in another country? And for what reason? Oh, I was rested in the Bahamas. So my sister and I went down there. This is right after I met my catfish. We went down there for New Year's Eve. We were extorted at a nightclub in Atlantis, like the really nice resort that we went to every year of our entire lives. We went there.
Starting point is 01:00:12 It was like home for us. We were pretty much walking red flags. They knew who we were when we got there. How were you extorted? So they came up to us in the nightclub and they basically... Who were they? Individuals that worked at the nightclub. Locals.
Starting point is 01:00:25 Locals. We'll say three people. We'll say three people at the club. A bouncer, a waitress, and a kid that we became friends. with. And he felt so bad how things went that he ended up telling us all this later. Okay. So they came up to us. They created a crime. They said that I attacked someone. I'm like, no, I didn't. I ended up getting my hair tested when we got back because I was like,
Starting point is 01:00:44 I was roofied. Like this is, I had one drink. It was crazy. So I will, I came, I come to and this big old guys on top of me. And I'm like, what's going on? They bring us down to this and really sketchy room. They're like, if you give us $5,000, we will tell the cops, we'll tell the cops, it's no big deal. So my sister's like, yo, we just booked this trip yesterday. We don't have that kind of money. So she's, like, calling our mom. It's the middle of the night. Trying to take out some money.
Starting point is 01:01:05 While she's out there trying to find money, the cops come. And the girl's like, sucks for you. And I was like, I'm not going. I'm a lawyer. I'm like, I know my rights, blah, blah. I didn't have any rights on there. Down the Bahamas. Well, yeah, they drug my ass through the parking lot on my back,
Starting point is 01:01:17 slam my arm in the car, broke my elbow. They beat the shit out of me. I'm in the backseat of this cop car. Couldn't breathe. And I kicked this girl. I have donkey kicked her. And I bid her because I was like, I'm going to die in this car right now.
Starting point is 01:01:29 And so I had to spend four days in a hole in the ground, four days. In the Bahamas. Because it's just so different. So they knew exactly who I was. I don't know how still to this moment, but I think my social media obviously played a very large role in it. And so there was a video that was taken from someone's cell phone that was illegal. But this one woman was like, I'm going to ruin your life.
Starting point is 01:01:50 It was all about money. Like my mom and, so my mom flew down from Rhode Island. It was crazy. She was like freaking out. I only had to pay $2,500 to the original cop, The cop that I bit her, and I bit her. I mean, I kicked her, and she hurt her finger. Right.
Starting point is 01:02:03 I was destroyed. Like, bruises in my entire body. I had, like, this abscess in my elbow, like, little, I was in TGH for, like, a week. It was so bad. My hospital bills were, like, $100,000 when I got back. And there was no record of me being there in the Bahamas. They made me pay this $2,500. And ironically, the person that I paid it to was the girl from the nightclub.
Starting point is 01:02:21 Wasn't even the cop. That's whose name was on the receipt. So the whole thing was a circular thing in all the cops, because I'm making friends. I'm not stupid. I knew I had to survive. I was going to, like, make friends and get through it. So they all had told me how poor it is down there since the pandemic. So they were like, I don't even go drinking myself.
Starting point is 01:02:37 Like, this happens all the time. And I met two other Americans that had happened to them the night before in the same nightclub. So fast forward, this is how Liz used me, though, when I got back. So don't go to the Bahamas. I mean, maybe it's better now, but I've actually been back. I know crazy. The cops down there, they love me now. They literally will text me.
Starting point is 01:02:53 But so this video got leaked, and I think it was because of Liz. And I think that she held on to it. So every month, the last 12 months, This woman has made it her absolute plan to make me look like shit online. So she's releasing this video online to tell people, hey, this woman, this woman who's a lawyer, she got arrested in the Bahamas, she's fighting with people, she got arrested, she spent four days in jail. And keep in mind, this was already, this has already leaked once.
Starting point is 01:03:21 This is when I first got rid of my TikTok. My law partners at the time were like, got to go. Like get rid of that. It's not helpful. Right. So at first she didn't post the video at first. She was just threatening to expose me. So she forced me to tell the story before I was ready.
Starting point is 01:03:34 I knew eventually I would tell it, but it was really traumatic. For me, I've told it so much now. I just couldn't kind of laugh about it. But I was, like, in serious therapy from it. It wasn't even, like, the fight that got me in therapy. It was the aftermath. It was, like, it was insane, like, the process that I went through. And I demanded to go to the hospital.
Starting point is 01:03:51 I'm, like, screaming on this video because they would not help me. And I was bleeding from, like, every surface of my body. It was crazy. So, like, the first couple of months, she just would post videos, like, threatening to expose something. So, yeah, like, my anxiety was just, like, through the roof. I'm like, what the heck could she expose? Like, what did we ever do? Like, I'm thinking to myself, I didn't do anything wrong.
Starting point is 01:04:09 And it was all because I had gone to the police. But it doesn't have to be a real thing. Exactly. And that's just what she did. That's how she gets everyone. She blacks mails you. So around July is when she started posting the videos of that because I had already come out and told everybody about that. I also had come out and told my whole catfish story.
Starting point is 01:04:24 Like, it's like, it's like so many parts of the video. but I ended up connecting with five other women who had been catfish by the same person. So it was like very, very weird. So fast forward. So she keeps, she goes through like a phase. She has a cycle is what the girl on the podcast always says. She goes through a cycle and part of her cycle is that she will make these threats online. And then she uses those threats and those videos to get what she wants.
Starting point is 01:04:48 So she would say, stop talking about me and I'll take my videos down. Stop hanging out of my kids. I'll take the videos down. I'll stop talking about you if you agree to stop talking about me. And I would just be so sick of it. I was like, fine. I don't want to deal with you. Like, I'm, I don't want, I don't like you.
Starting point is 01:05:01 I'm trying to, like, I'm, I'm thinking I'm a witness. I'm like, why are you even talking to me? But the FBI was taking forever. So fast forward, it's my birthday, October. I had to call the police. I had to file an injunction against her because she would not let up. And she filed a false bar complaint against me. I had to hire a lawyer for both of those.
Starting point is 01:05:17 Would the bar, what the bar complaint say? She is really good at taking things out of context and narrowing the narrative to one specific statement that is actually part of like thousands. So she, there was a woman that arguably or allegedly had hacked her email. Right. There was, my understanding of it was that Andrew had access to it and that's how everybody had seen it. And this person had found out that the FBI was doing an investigation through that
Starting point is 01:05:42 email. And so when she told me, I was like, hell yeah. I was, I was pumped because it had been months. And I was like, thank God they're finally looking into this. Like, I was like, I was dying inside. It just became really consuming of me. So she basically told the Florida bar that I either was involved with hacking or should have reported it to law enforcement. I'm like, so you're upset that I reported you to law enforcement.
Starting point is 01:06:09 You're like, you're ruining my life, but you now think that there's an allegation that I don't even know the truth to it. Right. I had told them in these messages, I said, don't ever do that again. You might need to touch base of the federal lawyer. I have people that can help you. So she just loved to misconstrue that. So that was one of them. I'm not going to lie.
Starting point is 01:06:25 There was one part of her complaint that was true. We went and we hung flyers around Tampa. I was trying to warn people. Right. People were getting scammed every single day. Like, it was insane. So my sister and I and a couple other people, we just were, it wasn't anything that was fraud, like defaming and anything like that.
Starting point is 01:06:40 It was just information. Keep in mind, there was a billboard at the same time that we had nothing to do with. Like Liz's face was on the, when it's on a billboard on candy. Right. Her mugshot was bad. Whatever happened? with, so when we did our interview with Andrew, was that before, so you weren't friends with her at that time, or were you?
Starting point is 01:07:04 I don't remember when he did it. I can't remember when he did his interview. We'll find out right now. Yeah. I know it's at least a year ago. Let me see. It's got to be over, yeah, it's got to be over a year ago. I made a video of apologizing to Andrew, which is what I thought Mom and Tot should have done
Starting point is 01:07:18 that woman because people came for him. I mean, he got death threats. June 1st, 2025. So a little over a year. A little over a year again. Yeah, so he and I were on good terms at that point. Okay. But I was not friends with her.
Starting point is 01:07:30 She was, like, deep in rehab, mental health. She's got BPD, just all these excuses, excuses, excuses. I'm like, girl, whatever, but she would always find a source, a host, not a friend. And then she would get enough money to, like, kind of get her back on her feet for a minute. And then start the cycle all over again. Right. So I didn't talk to her, though, from October until. January, it was wonderful because I had this injunction pending against her. And I ended up dismissing it because I had to come to Jesus talk with my, with, I hired somebody because I was too
Starting point is 01:07:59 emotionally involved. I could, I recognize that. And she was like, do you really want this video in the courthouse where you work every day? Like, everyone knows it exists, but do you really want that as evidence? And I was like, not really. So we ended up dismissing it because I also was $50,000 and on the whole, I'm like, for what? For what? Like, she's filed these bar complaints against me simultaneously. So if she's, she's, she's filed these bar complaints against me simultaneously. So if She's still causing me harm. I have, like, a drop box of, like, a thousand files. She always deletes all her stuff, but I kept records of everything.
Starting point is 01:08:30 So that gets dropped. The Florida Bar complaint ends up getting dismissed as not based off of anything. Yeah, not credible. And so, honestly, like, she really was not a thought in my brain. She was not a thought. Like, obviously, I was always hopeful that at some point it would come to fruition. So fast forward a month ago. I was at my office on Monday.
Starting point is 01:08:50 I check every month. would check every week just on pacer just to see if she was ever charged because I didn't think that she would get arrested. I did not. I thought that she would come to an agreement because I am an idiot. The one, my biggest regret that I have is being a nice person because she came to me right before I had to file, right before I called the police and I did the restraining order. And she came to me crying and pleading. I was actually with the podcast producer. I have this whole something recorded. But she's like, I'm very unwell. Like, I need to get, I am sick of living this life. I am in this really bad cycle of, like, abusing, and just, I want to get out of this. I need to
Starting point is 01:09:28 get ahead of this. And I have no money. And I'm like, so I was like, what do you need my help with? I don't really want to help you. But she's like, I need to hire a lawyer and see what I can do. And I go, okay. I was like, well, you can do like what's called me, like a pre-file. Like, maybe they'll stop their investigation because you have literally over a decades worth of alleged false cancer schemes, including your kids. They get a lot of money. That's crazy. People thought she died. People on the internet thought that she had died because she had taken money publicly and then
Starting point is 01:09:56 had just disappeared. In the years before, we had renewed her. So. Just wasn't enough. So she goes, can you help me find someone? So I said, sure. I found out, I gave her 10 lawyers, five or shit. I was like, get a shit one.
Starting point is 01:10:08 Because I just was hopeful. I'm like, you know, if the victims were ever to get money back, I was hopeful that, like, maybe we could convince her, like, to do a, like, you know, do a documentary. All the proceeds can go to these people. Because at this point in time, we were already up to like $2.5 million that we knew because the producer of the podcast had done a really good job. So I however hire this lawyer. At first, she tells me that she hired him.
Starting point is 01:10:26 And he's like, no, she didn't. I'm not going to let her hire me. Well, a week later, I get an email from her and he ced and she had hired him. She suddenly came up with $25,000 overnight. If you sleep hot at night, you know how disruptive that can be. When you're not resting well, everything else feels harder. And this guy's like obviously pretty freaking good because of the agreement that she ended up getting. And he had told me that he had talked to the AUSA before she ever hired him.
Starting point is 01:12:12 He's like, yeah, she never hired me, but I did talk to the AUSA. And they are open to a discussion about a pre-file where they'll stop the investigation so far. They do have several counts. But this is an investigation that will last three years. That's how deep it is. And I'm like, so fast forward. Yeah, I was going to say, like Andrew alone, we don't even, like we haven't even touched on Andrew. What she did to her ex-husband, she just destroyed his business, ran up his credit, just gutted him. Like, he, like, truly, like, his reputation was trashed. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:12:41 So, he was, like, working at Walmart. You'd have to watch the other video. You should have watched you. Andrews. You should watch the other video. That'll be, at the end of this video, that video will pop up. Oh, that is. Nice job.
Starting point is 01:12:51 Okay. Professionals. And again, Andrew's not the best storyteller. He's gotten better. He's a little cocky right now, though. I'm like, sorry, you need to chill out. You need to chill out. Because things are going good.
Starting point is 01:13:02 Finally. Because I will give him credit. He has never been wrong. Yeah. He's the king of receipts. You're so lame. I'm like, or just tell the truth and the truth will always come to light. Like, that's been my thing this whole time.
Starting point is 01:13:13 It's like, I will not lie. I don't ever lie because my word is my bond. Like, I'm just not going to. People for some reason believe that she was not, like that she wasn't a criminal. Yeah. Until these charges came. So about a month ago, she gets charged two counts of wire fraud. One count is Richard Powell.
Starting point is 01:13:30 And the other count is a guy named Jason, who I have met over the course of the podcast. What happened with Jason? His mom was murdered. and he got her estate and the money that he had gotten from that list took it all. He was homeless.
Starting point is 01:13:43 He sold his children's like it's so awful. How much? He sold his children? No, he sold his children's belong. I was like, how much that they were? I was like how much that they were? Like, um, no, but like $700,000.
Starting point is 01:13:56 Oh, she got him for seven. Oh. And you know what's so funny about stuff like that? Is that it's, it was, here's, there's one that really bothers me. Is that it, it's not like, like, I'm like, what do you mean?
Starting point is 01:14:08 Everything should bother. This is crazy. The part that really gets to me is it's like, you know, oh, if they got this person for 100,000, I'm like, oh, that's horrible. And then they blew it on yachts and trips. And I'm like, oh. She blew up everything. She's not a single thing that they could have ever seen, which is kind of smart for her. Because there's not a single.
Starting point is 01:14:25 What does it do for you? Like, you just, you just destroyed this person's life. And she screwed herself in the process. And you blew it on three trips. What the fuck are you doing? What are you doing? about. So for Jason, like, I told him, you know, he was humiliated because he went on the podcast
Starting point is 01:14:43 and people really just did not. Oh, people have no sympathy. They have no empathy. They were like, you're an idiot. You're an actual imbecile, him and McKay. People were like, what is wrong with you guys? So keep in mind, one thing I did not, like, really touch on is McKay. When I finally was, I was the link that she realized that Marcus was catfish because of the
Starting point is 01:15:02 phone number that she had been using. It was a phone number that Liz had crashed out and called me on a couple of times. So that was a really uncomfortable face time. We both cried. I just was like, I'm so sorry. I was like either she's using my story to catfish shoe or she was my catfish too. And I did not believe that until recently that she could have been connected to it, which is another story for another day. It's funny.
Starting point is 01:15:22 So let's say the scale of pathology as far as like being a pathological liar is like some of them are so far on the scale, so far up or so high. on the scale that they're not functioning. Some of them are moderately, like they lie constantly, but they can balance it with what's reasonable. And so those people are extremely damaging, right? And they have people that are just slightly light. Like, everybody lies. You know, you lie, I lie, I lie, everybody.
Starting point is 01:16:01 I don't lie. You do lie. I do lie. Everybody lies. White lies. No, no, exactly. Listen, lies are the kind of like social lubricant, right? You have sometimes.
Starting point is 01:16:09 Of course, like, you know, hey, your outfit looks great. But the truth is, you wore high heels and I was immediately disturbed by it because you're towering over me. I literally knew at the minute I walked down, I go, oh, he's about to cry. Yeah, as soon as you walked in, I thought, what is wrong with her? But if you said, yeah, but if you said to me, you know, oh, what do you think of my outfit? I'd be like, oh, no, you look great. That's a lie. I'm very irritated that you're fucking six foot tall.
Starting point is 01:16:33 You're already taller than me. You didn't need the fucking four inch heels. Does it make you feel better that my boyfriend, I tower over him and I wear these shoes? I wouldn't put up with it. Listen, Jess, I mean, she'll walk on. She'll go, what do you think? I go, you know what I think.
Starting point is 01:16:46 You know what I think? Well, she's my height, but she'll wheel three feet, three feet heels. I don't wear, I don't really wear these. No, I'm like, you might as well throw all of those out. When I go to work in the morning and he, if he's home, I'm like, I don't want to have to kiss you like leaning down. Like that's so, I know, no, no. I can't look at that.
Starting point is 01:17:03 Did you start being? barefoot. I am right now. So we all do lie a little. But everybody does it. Everybody a lot, you know, how you do it? Oh, I'm doing. Oh, I'm doing it. Oh, I'm not doing that.
Starting point is 01:17:13 So that is a lie. Oh, I never lie about that. I'm like, I want to be underground. How am I, I don't, I'm not, I'm not well. See. But, but so everybody lies. Here's what's interesting. Listen to this.
Starting point is 01:17:20 This is, I always thought this, this statistic was interesting, is that, and I'm, I'm probably off on it a little bit. Yeah, might be spot on though. So men and women lie equally. Mm-hmm. But 80% of women's lies are to make someone else feel better. And 20% is to make them look better. Now, men, 80% of their lies are to make them look good.
Starting point is 01:17:49 And 20% are to make someone else look good. So it proves like what selfish pricks men can be. You know, because you're constantly trying to look good to everyone else, like boast and look good and say, oh, things are amazing. Oh, I'm doing this. I'm doing that. And so. So where does Liz fall on that?
Starting point is 01:18:08 Isn't it? Right. So I'm just nowhere. Yeah, nowhere. Because I mean, nowhere. I'm just saying in general on every. So when people are like, oh, I never like, you do lie. Everybody lies to a degree.
Starting point is 01:18:17 But, and we all men and women lie equally. But for someone like this, they, they get a thrill out of fooling some people. Now, I did, I wrote a book on a guy named Marcus, a shrinker. And I don't know if you remember this. case because you're you're you know you're young no you're young um and so in 2008 marcus shrinker 2008 Marcus shrinker was being investigated by the Indiana um security and exchange commission that's an interesting connection to Liz Indiana so he he took so his office had been rated and he knew he's going to be arrested so he takes his private plane out and he flies it up
Starting point is 01:19:01 And he calls in a distress signal. He was a financial manager. He calls in a distress signal saying that my- I know about this. Everybody does. I know about this. And he- My windshield is spider-cracking.
Starting point is 01:19:13 Yes. And then, oh, my windshield has imploded, turbulence. And he ends up, like, landing somewhere else it wasn't supposed to? Bleeding profusely. No, no. He jumps out of the plane.
Starting point is 01:19:23 Right. And then they found the plane and it wasn't like somewhere else. Right. He expect, no, no. They knew where it was. They were tracking it. He expected the plane to fly out over the gall.
Starting point is 01:19:31 and run out of fuel and crash. And then he felt that when it hit the water, the windshield would implode, right? So he felt like that part of his story would be validated. And they wouldn't find his body because the windshield, it had landed the water. They either wouldn't find the plane. And if they did, the windshield would be imploded.
Starting point is 01:19:49 And they would have think the body had washed away. So what he didn't realize is when he opened up the hatch, that drag was so bad on the plane. It was never able to regain altitude. by the way. He lowered it and jumped out and it was supposed to go back up, but because the doors were open, it could not regain altitude with the autopilot.
Starting point is 01:20:11 And there was so much drag on it. It burned up all the fuel. And it landed 40 or 50 miles, which is literally 10 minutes early. It landed in a swampy area, like probably, I think three or 400 feet from a subdivision. Like it could have hit the subdivision, but it didn't land in a swampy area.
Starting point is 01:20:30 he gets caught three days later. But this guy's whole life is nothing but pathological lying. Like he has lied and lied on this whole life. And there's nothing that can't, like people like this, there's no medication. No. So you can't give them a pill and say, look,
Starting point is 01:20:46 you have to continue to take your pill and you'll be all better. And even if they could, like, they don't want to. They're not going to. They say they do and they don't. Right. They're not going to. That's her favorite thing to do is to say she's on. The whole bag full of meds.
Starting point is 01:20:56 I'm like, girl, no. Well, it's like, it's like, what do you call it, being bipolar. Yeah. Bipolars do, they'll get on the medication. She says she's got BPD for a month. And then it starts, it helps them. Right. And then they feel normal as they get off of it.
Starting point is 01:21:13 Right. They start thinking, I don't need this anymore. And also, they don't like the way it feels because they don't get those extreme highs. Exactly. I used to have a buddy who used to say, who was bipolar, he used to say, I'll give you two lows for one high because the highs just feel that good. He was bipolar. Damn.
Starting point is 01:21:30 And he was true. He's like, I'm not taking the medication. He said, I'll just deal with it. And really wasn't you dealing with it. It was everybody else in your orbit that was dealing with it. So I don't see that she gets better. No, she can't. She told me she won't.
Starting point is 01:21:43 She told me she goes, I'll never stop. I cannot stop. This is who I am. And she told me that she was, I'll ruin you if you keep trying to get in my way. Right. But she's aware. Oh, she is. Shrinker's aware of it.
Starting point is 01:21:57 But he's. He's almost, although he has admitted it, that he does lie and that he has lied. And, but she seems okay with admitting that she's lying and that this is something that she's doing. So I'm wondering, is it pathology? Is it a pathological liar or is she just a pathological scammer? I don't know. Do you think she realizes what's happening? Yes.
Starting point is 01:22:25 Trigger realizes. I think that she uses that, though, as a tool to make her. herself look more credible. Like she uses it like, I understand, I'm under investigation. Right. I'm under federal investigation. She would tell the internet that. People would still trust her. Like, she's got a plan of women that are supporting her right now and I don't understand it. They have merch with her mugshot on it. I'm like, y'all are wild as shit. And it's funny, though, guess what? Guess what? They used to be on Andrew's side. And then Andrew didn't pick them. And then they switched teams. And I'm like, so if Andrew didn't exist, would you guys still support
Starting point is 01:22:53 Elizabeth? And half of them have said, no. And I'm like, then you are an asshole. You are actually this woman's ruining my life. So pick rocks, barefoot, please, right now. But that's what she just does so. But the thing is, though, I don't think that she can get better. And I don't think that she ever wants to get better
Starting point is 01:23:09 because she's been given the most golden opportunity right now. So this is what my understanding of her plea is. I've never seen anything like it. She literally was, she waived her indictment. She's in charge of the two counts. She goes to court next week. She's literally pleading guilty. Her plea agreement was filed the same days
Starting point is 01:23:23 her charges were filed. She signed it in June. So what's interesting, though, that she won't be sentenced, though, until December, because she has made an agreement that she has these assets somewhere, which she doesn't. She's told the government that she'll take a lie to text her test, but she probably could pass.
Starting point is 01:23:38 She's that crazy. Yeah, I would say that's ridiculous. But she said that she gave the money to her mom and her sister, which I have contact with them, and I know that's not true. And she was still scamming someone the day that she signed the plea. But you, so here's the thing. You're saying that, like, you know, like she signed a plea, like, they're not bound by the plea.
Starting point is 01:23:57 And they'll, I know. She doesn't know that. Yeah, once she signs guilty and they say, okay, all that, okay, great. Yeah, absolutely, no problem. And let's go ahead and sign the plea and she signs it. And then they get into court and they say, by the way, she signed a agree, a plea agreeing that she's 100% guilty of all these. And she agreed to do all of these things.
Starting point is 01:24:14 None of them were true. We agreed to recommend this if those things were true. We now know they weren't true. So that's what's interesting now. And now we want you to fucking give her 20 years. What's so crazy, though, is that she's only charged these two counts. And obviously they don't do any more investigation into that. So she thinks that she's golden.
Starting point is 01:24:30 She's told everyone, I'm not going to prison. And I'm like, baby girl, yes, you are. Because number one, I've been in touch with the FBI the entire time. The minute I find out any information, I got that guy on speed dial. Because I will not be caught up in this ever. I was like, I will not, like, allow this whole thing to go down for nothing. And she ended up, like, seriously harassing my sister and I, after she was charged, she filed some bogus injunction against this girl.
Starting point is 01:24:53 One of the first two girls that reached out to me in the beginning that I'm friends with. She lives in New Jersey. She never met her before. She files a stalking injunction against her, and the judge grants it. Liz drags me into court. I haven't seen her in a year and a half. I had a full-blown attack meltdown in the courthouse. Like I was hyperventilating.
Starting point is 01:25:10 It was really bad. This is two weeks ago. So I ended up calling a couple of my friends from law school whose dad is a federal lawyer, and I was like, I need your help. Like, I don't know what this woman is capable of. I'm really afraid. She told the judge that I was live recording and streaming this court hearing to people on the internet. And so she's like, he's like talking about arrests and contempt.
Starting point is 01:25:29 I'm like, this is insanity. I'm like, this woman has admitted that she has pled guilty, but they're calling her a celebrity. I'm like, but she only called me as a witness so I couldn't help this girl. She wanted me to have a conflict. And then she filed a second bar complaint against me right after. So. What was the second bar? Saying that I perjured myself in this court house and I, all these things.
Starting point is 01:25:50 I'm like, all I did about say, I answered five questions. That's crazy. So what's interesting, though, when I hired us. So I call my friend. My friend's name is also Liz. Liss lawyer. Her and her dad. And her dad is working directly with Liz's lawyer on another case.
Starting point is 01:26:03 And so he's like, I'm going to reach out to him. I go, I just want her to contact me. I go, I'm sick of the harassment. It's causing me, like, severe mental issues. I go, I don't like to admit that. But she scares the shit out of me. And so I am now, and they're in the process of making me an actual victim, identified victim, so she will never be able to talk to me ever again.
Starting point is 01:26:20 And there's allegedly an additional two-year mandatory sentence that gets stacked on to that as an enhancement for the impersonation. Aggravated identity theft. Because... Ironically, ironically, because my impersonation, is linked to one of these two victims for some grace of God,
Starting point is 01:26:39 because nobody's happy that she's going to be getting out. Like, everyone's freaking out. But I also know information that she's also going to get screwed because she thinks that she's higher than everybody else, and she just can't take the good thing that she's been given, get her restitution together. She's going to walk in there with no money. She's already broken the rules.
Starting point is 01:26:54 Her ass is going to be grass. Well, even if, here's the thing, even if she did, if she just got, what is she supposed to be five years paper or something? What is it? I don't know. I think she scored out to like two to three years prison, but they were saying that they were obviously going, I don't know what they were going to give her. Well, then she has to get a year probation. But again, the judge has to accept it. And I, the judge is hard.
Starting point is 01:27:13 He used to be a state judge. Is there a judge? Thomas Barber. Okay. Is there a dollar amount associated with the two counts of wire fraud? Yeah. So the four, there is, I think they've. Is it federal right?
Starting point is 01:27:23 Yeah. Yeah. It's only like noted at like one point. three, I think, million? So we have, we do a, we do a game show with Tom Simon, a retired FBI agent. I want to meet him. And he breaks down a case, I'm sure. I want to meet him.
Starting point is 01:27:35 Yeah, he's great. Maybe we'll do an episode of three. I need to help. I need his help on things. He would actually probably be interested in the story. But anyways, he breaks down a case like this, a federal case, financial crime, breaks down criminal history, the dollar amount, the whole story. So, like, with all that given, like, what would you guess, Matt?
Starting point is 01:27:55 But I, so if he comes on the show, he breaks down a case, he does like 12 of them or 11. Yeah. 12. Like 12. He'll break down a case and this is blah, blah, blah, blah, telling me the whole thing, you know, very quickly. Well, in let's say five or 10 minutes. And then we talk about, you know, I'm like, okay, how many victims were there, you know, was all the money from one victim was more than a million dollars? I go through all of the enhancements, right?
Starting point is 01:28:17 Like, you know, sophisticated means, you know, wire, blah, blah. Yeah. And so then I guess how much time would that person do? With Elizabeth, she has no criminal history. None. Well, she had PTI for the one state case, but it's gone. Right. She paid it off somehow.
Starting point is 01:28:33 We're not sure how. With somebody else's money. By Rick Flair's money. Yeah. So. Uncle. Her uncle. She says.
Starting point is 01:28:40 Who, Rick Flares her uncle. She says that Rick Flares her uncle. It's on the, it's on the video. The body cam. I'm like, I introduced you to him. Right. What are you talking? Just like Richard Powell was your uncle?
Starting point is 01:28:49 Right. Very weird. So 1.1 million. How much time all the victims. How many victims? Are there? Is it just these two guys? 30?
Starting point is 01:28:57 Or is it? 30. I don't think that any of those people will actually, that's one of the good things. Yeah, but are they counting them as victims? No. Oh, they're, okay, so their PSI doesn't say. No, I think it's only going to be those two. So there's two victims.
Starting point is 01:29:08 Except for if I talk, I mean, obviously, I'll get to talk to probation now. So I really am hoping that I can, you know, just maybe drop a couple in there. So what are we saying? I don't know how that works. Are we saying, did she get charged with aggravated? I did anything like? Okay. So, fuck.
Starting point is 01:29:21 That's two. No, so everything has changed because I hired these people to help me because I was like, I was not recognized as a victim or a witness because it wasn't going to be like that because she started harassing me. The government's not objecting to me being a victim and having no contact. So what is her, so her PSI is going to say what? It's going to say, what are the charges? Wirefraud.
Starting point is 01:29:41 Two counts of wire fraud. Two counts of wire fraud. Dollar amount is $1.1.2 million. $1.2 million. Whatever. She's done to have 30 victims. She's got two victims. She's got sophisticated means.
Starting point is 01:29:54 Oh, yeah. So you're saying, we already know what it is. She said two years. We're saying two years, but the judge can, they can recommend, the government can He can always go above that. He could go above it, but he could go below it. He could just say, okay, put her on a ankle monitor, let her do it at home. I know.
Starting point is 01:30:09 But she says she's going to make payments, whatever. She's a pretty girl. Right. And so she's at least getting the two years and probably at a minimum she's getting one year paper. They can't give them less than one mere paper. Right. And then the max is three.
Starting point is 01:30:21 Right. So let's say she gets two. Let's say she gets two years in, two years on ankle monitor. Let's pretend that's true. She'll never make it past the paper. Oh, I know. She's definitely going to prison. She can't even make it to sign the paper. Right.
Starting point is 01:30:34 So we're looking at two years. I think that probably she'll get the two years. Of probation. No, no. Of paper. I think she'll go to golf. I think she'll get five years. You think she's getting five years?
Starting point is 01:30:43 There's information I cannot share on. Oh, but you're, okay, wait a minute. You're also going to, she's also not abiding by. Correct. The terms of the agreement is that they will only, it's only about the crimes they knew about the time she signed it. And I'm just going to go on a limb and say there's a possibility that another crime has been reported that they didn't not know about it. And it's one of the biggest one.
Starting point is 01:31:04 It's not the biggest one, but it's a long one. And it's wild. Like, it's why I think she's my catfish now. So I think 36, I think, let's say 36 months. Okay, 36 months. Let's say 36 months. Feel happiest 36 months of my life. Right.
Starting point is 01:31:19 But then she's got to get out. She's here's the thing about the federal system is that once you're in the federal system, it's very hard to get out. Not just out of prison, but it's hard to get out. Like once you're on paper, like, you keep, they're on you. And listen, and they don't, it's not like the state, like, they get a phone call. No, it's bad. This is what's happening right now. They'll just fucking yank your shit up and stick you in jail.
Starting point is 01:31:46 Why? Because I got a phone call that said that you just stole $5,000 in cash from this person. and they don't have to prove. You've lost all your rights. She may just, it could be a constant in and out of jail. The rest of her life, because that's what it should have been
Starting point is 01:32:00 this whole time anyway. So, so just so I'm clear, the two counts of wire fraud are just from like the two boyfriends kind of or like these. No, one's richer. That they're taking from.
Starting point is 01:32:10 Elderly men. Yeah, two elderly men. And nothing to do with the cancer. No, it all has to do with the cancer. Oh, okay. Well, because the guy thought he. But not like the crowd funding. Do she?
Starting point is 01:32:19 No. Yeah. Was she doing that. So they are not anything with the cancer. that. So that was one of the first things that I talked, like, they were, there were so many different aspects that they wanted to look into. But there just was not enough time. Like, they never really looked into the fear to fears. They never looked into, like, any of the other domestic, she had literally planned three different gals that never happened. But she's selling tickets or, yeah, and then
Starting point is 01:32:39 was doing recurring payments on people. Right. It was very, very weird because, like, I didn't know anything about that. But the number of people, like, people, this one girl literally moved up her wedding. Liz told her that she was dying, and this woman was going to adopt her children. Liz obviously wasn't dying, and her kids were not going to be adopted, but this woman moved her wedding up months. The judge may give her five years. Like if these people show up.
Starting point is 01:33:03 Oh, they will. Like her, okay, McKay. Right. She found a check recently, a picture of a check in her bank account. Liz had stolen it and had written her $50,000, stuff, a $50,000 check to herself. The problem is with McKay's family. They don't want anything to do with this. She really just wants to move on because we're dead.
Starting point is 01:33:19 And everything. I understand. She's just trying. I mean, it's painful with Marcus and the whole. Do either of you think that three to five years would help change her mentality? No. No. Joke it out.
Starting point is 01:33:32 Although, listen, in Shrinker's case, he always had a couple of domestic violence charges. He's, he hasn't reoffended. But I also think that his name is so synonymous with. pathological lying and fraud. It'd be difficult for him. And because of his specific, let's say, illness, I don't think that, like, could he reoffend? Yeah, but he'd have to be willing to change it. Like, if he started telling people a different name and then set up another company,
Starting point is 01:34:09 like, he could pull it off. Yeah. But I don't. She's not using another name. She already has a name, Nicole Weekly. Yeah. Nicole. Her name on her federal stuff.
Starting point is 01:34:18 that's AKA Elizabeth and Nicole Weekly. But so far, Marcus, although there are some, there are, he's definitely, he's definitely caused some people problems, but not, it hasn't raised to the level of charges, like federal or state charges other than the domestic violence. Like, I don't think he's stolen any money. He's just giving people a hard time. If he has a hard time with you, he'll, he'll file false claims against you. He'll file, yeah, all this stuff.
Starting point is 01:34:46 And he'll play the victim. He always plays the victim. That's why, like, Andrew's story is actually so important, though, because his whole goal was to expose and to educate everybody about her, which is why, you know, I'm not jealous and I'm not going to be in the documentary, but I think it's important that people know because I'm hoping that if she does go to prison and when she gets out, her name will be not like it'll be Anna Delvey, but I'm, shit, it should be more. Because if people know who she is, though, they won't be so easy and or eager to fall for it. But again, it's one of those things. Nobody here knows. 30. 30.
Starting point is 01:35:18 Oh, fuck. She's a 15-year-old kid. She's got a long, I know. She has a long, like, she'll go to jail, get out. Every person she meets is a victim. She has a boyfriend right now. Like, I think they're going to get married,
Starting point is 01:35:27 and I'm, like, so petrified for him. Like, what do you think it is? Can't she just find a rich guy and just milk him and just be the... That's not exciting. I think that she likes the excitement to some degree. Like, I just do. I've seen a lot of the things that she's doing right now. Like, for example, she's slowly paying McKay back,
Starting point is 01:35:44 but she's being really sketchy about it, almost like she's trying to set her up. Because we really don't know. And I'll be honest, and I've told McKay this, I told McKay to get a lawyer and when I first became her friend again, I said, I don't know what you've done, what you knew.
Starting point is 01:35:57 Yeah, I under duress, like, that's cool, but that's just a defense. That doesn't explain everything. So when it was only the two charges, I was thankful and I was relieved for McKay because I was like, okay, they're not going to look into anything more. So even if you were like,
Starting point is 01:36:11 even Andrew, because there were moments I'm like, Andrew, you stuck around for a little too long, my guy. You knew a little too much. I don't know. It's giving me the weirdness. Like, that's why I went to the police immediately. I was not going to get caught up in that. I just have seen it happen too many times.
Starting point is 01:36:23 Yeah, I was going to say, it's funny whenever we'll talk to people who are like, yeah, I didn't, you know, I knew this. And they told me that. And then I wanted nothing to do with it. So then I did this and this and I'm like, ooh. And I'm thinking, you know, you should have called the police. But people don't want to call the police. They're like, oh, I don't want to be that guy that turned them in that like, no, but now guess what? Now you're being charged as an accessory or after the fact or you hid things or you did
Starting point is 01:36:52 this or you didn't. You should have gone to the police to protect yourself. You thought you were doing the right thing. And everybody thinks, well, you don't, I don't have to do. I don't have to go to the police. Like, yeah, you do to protect yourself. You don't have to, but you're going to regret that you don't later. Right.
Starting point is 01:37:06 At least you, you then stop it. Like, look, as soon as I found out, I went. That should be the kind of the bad stuff. And it was not a hot. Did you continue? Oh, yeah. No. If I would have continued and I had seen the bank statements and I knew exactly that we had been involved with this, or had used the money.
Starting point is 01:37:24 And like, I have apologized to Richard. Like, I've met him multiple times now. Every time I say him, he's like, it's always so weird to see you in person and knowing that it wasn't you. Because, like, it was just across a parking lot. It was like a wave. Hey. I don't know. And his kids hated me for a long time.
Starting point is 01:37:38 And, you know, he just turned 78 and he was supposed to be retiring this year. Now I can't. 78. You're retiring at 70. my God, that's insane. I mean, I should have retired a long time ago. And now you're never retiring. I'll never retire, no.
Starting point is 01:37:54 And he, I mean, and he knows it. Like, they all know they're never going to get their money back. Oh, yeah, you're never, yeah, the money's gone. And that's when I keep telling McKay, I'm like, McKay, stop engaging with her. Like, she's, there's not a good reason in her brain or her body that she's going to be in communication with you. And it just is unfortunate. My mom keeps saying, can you guys stop making friends with these weirdos because it's
Starting point is 01:38:11 costing me a lot of money and you a lot of money? Because, I mean, I've literally spent, and not funny. I'll never get back. I never liked to think that I was like a victim before, but I surely have become her project over the last year. And that's why I have to just keep talking about it now because every time I would get quiet, she would win in her brain
Starting point is 01:38:29 and then it would start to cycle all over again. And this time I just, a therapist told me I'm not allowed. I have to continue forward. One of the things that I think is important is, so we are talking about this because there are so many victims that have no idea. Like, number one, the reality is they're not going to ever get their money back.
Starting point is 01:38:48 Yeah. But something that was mentioned is that people are considering writing letters to Judge Barber, who is the judge that is ultimately going to be sentencing her. And it's not necessarily to like sway him one way or another, but it's just that he has a full picture, which is, I think, important. I mean, even if they can't count the money towards like the ultimate amount, I mean, I think that it's important that he knows exactly how many people are actually involved. Right.
Starting point is 01:39:14 And the problem was getting to all those people because she used so many different types of or different names. People don't even know. Exactly. And there's different platforms. And that's the problem is that what we realized is one of the reasons why we went and hung up flyers, which I'm not very proud of that. It was not my best moment. And I had to apologize, which I really hated do. But it's only on social.
Starting point is 01:39:35 People only on social media know about this. And even people on social media did not make the connection. Like, when I started talking about it, people that have followed me for years were like, wait, what? you know this girl. I'm like, I literally, yes, I am the connection. I, whatever. So it's just like one of those things. It's hard for people to really understand until there's more publicity,
Starting point is 01:39:54 which is why I was like, I love when the podcast is out there. I loved that they're doing a documentary. I'm like, the more publicity, the better because. So somebody is doing a documentary on. Yeah, right now. It's the same people that did, um, this Tinder swindler. Tendez Wendez. We're having, we're the,
Starting point is 01:40:12 We're having a victim. Stop. We're having her, you know, she, come on. Cecil? Yes. I don't know anything about it. I just know that's like,
Starting point is 01:40:20 you've never seen it? No. I can't watch that stuff now because I have been swindled, okay? It's done so, I mean, it's, it is really done well. You know that they wanted me to go on MTV Catfish. Okay.
Starting point is 01:40:31 But I said no at the time, because I was not in the place that I could admit it. And then when I finally admitted it, it was within one week of me finding out about Liz. It was just too much. It was, and they, because they, sent photos of me around.
Starting point is 01:40:45 That's how I found out. It was bad. It was bad. So, it's been a crazy year. You still should see it. It's great. I mean, I will. Because here's why it's good is that they streamlined it so that because the real, the truth of
Starting point is 01:40:58 what the guy did is so overwhelmingly complicated with so many different people. Really? Like he, yeah. A lot like Liz. But he, but they streamlined it just down to a few people. So when you hear about the few people, you now understand how this could happen. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:41:15 But if you really looked at the totality of it, you'd see how many people are involved. And so when you look at it, you're like initially when you look at it, you're thinking, okay, so he got her for $250,000, he got her for $300,000, he got her for $120,000. Like it's not that much money. But in the end, you realize like, no, it's like $6 million. Like, well, how is it $6 million? Because you don't, these are only three people he's following. He's doing this.
Starting point is 01:41:41 This is this full-time gig. What I will never understand, and I would just love to ask her these questions. Who all helps you? There's no way that you're doing this on your own. There's no possible. So McKay, McKay used to be on. I disagree. You'd be shocked.
Starting point is 01:41:56 She could be multiple people. Well, she's made up law firm. She made up doctor's offices. She had McKay, though, sending emails for her at one point. And I do think that's part of it. But, like, in order for her to be my catfish, there has to be multiple people involved. And one of the people that is involved is abroad. So, like, the time, I just, it makes no sense.
Starting point is 01:42:15 When we're all in a room together, how is she texting Marcus? How is Marcus texting McKay? We're all sitting there. Like, I'm like, there's so many things that I'm like, I just want to ask you. Let me ask you one time and then I'll never talk to you ever again. We should have her on the program. Is she arrested yet? Is she in jail?
Starting point is 01:42:28 No, she won't be, she's not going to go. She gets her pleas next week. She's not, no perp walk. She waived her indictment. She's only getting charged by information and she's pleading guilty the same day she's getting first appearance. We should have her on the podcast. Yeah, she could answer a lot of questions.
Starting point is 01:42:42 She would love it. Should you imagine? No, she'll just lie out her ass. Lie out the side of her face. You know, everybody, everybody deserves to have their version. Exactly. We need Elizabeth's version. You know what's funny?
Starting point is 01:42:55 She always gets mad about the podcast about her. She'd be like, this story is nothing without me. My version is the only truth that matters and you'll never get it. That's why I want her to have a lawyer because I go, damn. Maybe you could do it involved with a documentary. And then the proceeds can go to your victim. She just wants her story told And documentaries don't make a time
Starting point is 01:43:14 Anyway Teen mom But literally when I say that she's wanted to be famous forever Right Goes back that far She lied and said she was on birth control And got pregnant And then Kennav the child
Starting point is 01:43:26 Well you know how she gets famous Coming on this podcast That's what you need She gets famous because of Andrew Inventing Elizabeth She's She's inventing Elizabeth Scamanda. She's all like the really crazy ones all mixed together.
Starting point is 01:43:43 Okay. So let me ask you this. If there's going to be a documentary made that I'm assuming is going to be on one of these big streaming platforms, I wonder if she kind of like, oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. I wonder if she's kind of like. She loves it. Yeah. I wonder if she is she participating in that because of course that here's the thing, because of social media and because she's so out there and you've, and there's so much, there's so much content out there already, they don't need her.
Starting point is 01:44:09 Like the Tinder swind door. Like the guy, I forget his name, but they didn't need. I don't, like, you know, they try to get him, like he's, he's not interested. Of course, we don't need you. They didn't even need me because they're like, we have all your shit already from the podcast for your videos. And that's, and I told him, I'm like, go for it. I was going through the Florida Bar stuff at the time. So my lawyer was like, just, we all know this is false, but don't like rile her up anymore.
Starting point is 01:44:29 Right. But she, I don't know. I think that she would love to get on here and just talk mad shit. But she'll lie. She doesn't, I don't think that she knows what the truth is. We need to call. She has her, like, I mean. What's your phone number?
Starting point is 01:44:42 We need to call her. Shut your mouth. No, call her right now. First of all, I don't even know her number. She's out of 47 of them. I've got over 19 numbers for her in my phone. Okay, sent me like at least 10 more.
Starting point is 01:44:55 Like, when I tell you, like, this is so insanely deep. It's just craziness. And now she's got this little group of minions. I'm like literally going to write a book one day. It's going to be called the Paras Social Parasites. Because they have made it their mission just because they hate Andrew. because they weren't picked, like their little pick-me girls. They're the ones that made the merge.
Starting point is 01:45:13 Right. I'm like, so is there any, like, profit? Are you guys going to give this to the victims? No, no profit. I'm like, I don't believe you. Like, why are you doing that then? It's not like she's this gorgeous model that you want her face on your chest. Like, what is happening here?
Starting point is 01:45:24 It's just to make the stance. There's just one girl. She'll come in Andrew's lives and she'll be like, oh, Rachel, kick the cop. I'm like, oh, if that's the only thing you can say about me, then I'm glad that I came out and told the whole world because, yes, I did it. So I wouldn't die. I kicked a corrupt cop that was trying to kill me
Starting point is 01:45:41 that was basically kidnapping me She was like You're a racist because I complained to George Floyd because she was sitting on my neck I could not breathe And it was right around that same time I'm like I wasn't comparing it in the same way
Starting point is 01:45:52 But when you're doing there and you can't breathe I was like I'm a donkey kick the shit out of you In the back of your head And I sure did And a leather jumpsuit And it's horrifying You were in a leather jumpsuit It was near as Eve
