Mayim Bialik's Breakdown - Part Two: Sharon Stone Nearly Died, Saw a Blinding White Light, and Was Told by Five Orbs Her Destiny Was To Stay Alive
Episode Date: September 9, 2026Sharon Stone has never shared a conversation quite like this. The Basic Instinct and Casino star, bestselling author of The Beauty of Living Twice, artist, producer, and humanitarian opens up ...on Mayim Bialik's Breakdown about the extraordinary experiences that completely transformed how she sees life, consciousness, death, love, and the universe. She reveals the terrifying near death experience she had after suffering a devastating stroke and coma, traveling through a brilliant light, sensing deceased loved ones, and communicating with mysterious orbs that spoke in what she describes as a digital language. Sharon explains why she now believes the soul survives death, why we're not alone in the universe, why there are more than three dimensions, and why higher consciousness is something we can all access. She also recounts the mysterious physical attack that left her repeatedly struck in the chest over several days with absolutely no memory of what happened, being struck by lightning as a teenager, surviving an accident that nearly decapitated her while riding a horse, her thoughts on past lives, and why her father believed she was the reincarnation of an ancient pharaoh.Sharon shares why she believes high pattern recognition is a genuine form of psychic ability, how prayer feels like a vibrational frequency we can tune into, why energetic boundaries are essential, how she channels while painting, and how her stroke unexpectedly activated synesthesia and new parts of her brain.Sharon says she believes Mayim is her "soul contact" before giving her a spontaneous palm reading. She also tells the remarkable story of the famous psychic who once worked with Tina Turner and accurately predicted her career, life path, and that she would eventually meet the love of her life later in life. She opens up about her difficult recovery from her stroke after doctors believed she had less than 30 days to live, how she discovered that prognosis through a tabloid, the years she spent relearning how to read, rebuilding motor skills, getting off medication, and why she refused to accept that her story was over.Sharon reflects on the role that made her a global icon—Basic Instinct—explaining how it helped her discover her authentic self while also opening the door to darker people entering her life. She discusses why she enjoys playing psychologically complex and dark characters, why some actors unfairly earn the label of being "difficult," and why Hollywood often struggles to understand people who grew up outside its world. She also shares what it was like growing up in rural America, why being a highly precocious child with an exceptionally high IQ shaped her life, how her mother's traumatic childhood affected their family, why gratitude is one of the most powerful healing forces we have, and why our standards of beauty desperately need to evolve. The conversation explores why she never understood the backlash she received for speaking about the George W. Bush presidency, her deep friendship with Willie Nelson and how he helped her through one of the hardest periods of her life, and what her dating life looks like today, including why she's chosen celibacy.Sharon reveals why she absolutely loved The Big Bang Theory, why she wanted to appear on the show, and how her lifelong fascination with physics connects to her deepest beliefs about reality itself.Sharon Stone's memoir, The Beauty of Living Twice: https://a.co/d/0gfKkR4DSharon Stone's art: https://sharonstonestudio.com/Follow us on Substack for Exclusive Bonus Content: https://bialikbreakdown.substack.com/BialikBreakdown.comYouTube.com/mayimbialikSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Hi, I'm I'm Biolic.
And I'm Jonathan Cohen.
And welcome to part two of our conversation with the incredible Sharon Stone.
Actress, author, she can currently be seen in HBO Max's current season of Euphoria, as well as
in Memorium, which premiered at Tribeca with Mark Marin.
In part two, we're going to talk about her relationship with a higher consciousness.
What playing dark characters has taught her about the darkness that can attach itself to you?
and why are some actors labeled difficult and is she one of them?
She also talks about a powerful psychic reading she had when she was just 23 years old that laid out many of the events that she experienced in her life as well as she takes Mime's right hand and does an intuitive reading.
She's also going to talk about what it means to be at this stage of life and to feel like she hasn't quite found the love that she's looking for.
It's an incredible part two.
We can't wait for you to hear it.

Break it down. Since you had an experience where by all descriptions, you died and you came back,
what do you think about what's out there and what's next?
I think that what we understand we can weigh the soul.
We know we've had people have done that.
We have a scientific proof of that, right?
They've made movies about it.
We have research about it.
We understand that.
When I work with young women who have been tried as adults,
girls that have been homeless and in the streets and have been put in terrible circumstances
and then have been given a second chance and have then ended up living in recovery houses.
And I've worked with those kids.
And that's why my sister and I started an organization that no longer exists,
but for many years we had an organization Camp Planet Hope.
And we took these kids to summer camps.
and we made sure they got dental care and health care and that their moms, if they could come, would also get chances to get jobs and get back in the system and get housed and things like that.
So we really worked to get families back together and help get these kids back on the road.
And one of the things that I always really tried to talk to these young girls about was no matter what has happened to you and no matter the kind of abuse and the kind of effects that have been upon you, I tried to get them to identify their soul.
How big do you think your soul is?
What color do you think your soul is?
Let's look at it.
Let's identify it.
Let's measure it.
Let's show me your soul.
Now, here's what I want you to know.
no one's ever touched that.
No one's ever harmed that.
No one's ever gotten near that.
That belongs to you and you alone.
So let's start working from there.
This is yours and only yours.
And this is something I want to tell women who are in abusive relationships or men that are in abusive relationships.
No one's ever touched your soul.
That's yours and yours alone.
and get a hold of that
because that is the piece
that you are going to be able to take with you,
move with you,
and repatriatize.
That's what's going to get you together.
And you can build that out
and that will eventually help you heal your body bag.
Reget your body, mind, and spirit back together.
Once you get a hold of your soul, that's what's going to help you get yourself back together.
That's what you had to do.
Yeah.
Right?
Yeah.
That's what you had to do it more than once.
Yes.
Oh, yes.
I mean, I was hit with lightning when I was a kid.
What?
My dad and I were hit with lightning the same year.
So bizarre, right?
What was that like?
I was getting ready to go to my job at Bob's Big Boy.
A fine establishment
A fine establishment
How old were you?
Oh, God.
I was little.
I mean...
I mean, working at Bob's Big Boy.
Right.
Teenager?
16.
Okay.
17.
Okay.
17, probably.
I was gonna iron my uniform.
I had the iron in one hand
and the faucet in the other hand
and we had our own well.
And the well got hit with lightning.
Stop it right now.
And the lightning came right up through the water.
you could really you could see it and it threw me across the kitchen and i hit just picked me right up
off my feet and i hit the refrigerator and my mother was standing there knocked me out and my mother
came over and she just belted me to bring me back to consciousness picked me up put me in the car took me
to the hospital they gave me an EKG they could see it yeah in my system and i had to go
back every week for weeks because they kept measuring it in my body. And I was told by a cardiothoracic
expert who's the head of a university in Zurich, that this is why I survived what happened to me.
because I have had a different,
because I have a different,
because my body is now different from having the,
being shocked.
Being shocked.
Because of the way the lightning ran through my body,
that that's why I survived this attack.
I'm like, I mean, my brain is like trying to make sense of all this.
That's unreal.
And your dad was also struck by lightning?
Same year. He was under a tree and he was leaning on the tree when the tree got hit with lightning.
Do you think there's anything interesting about these kinds of coincidences in your family?
I think there's something special.
I do.
No one ever heard lightning doesn't strike twice.
It clearly strikes twice.
Right. Right. And my dad, my mother had my brother.
And then they told my mom she could never have more children.
and my dad said, oh, you are, you're going to have a daughter and her name is Sharon and she's going to
change the world. And my dad was obsessed with this concept. He was just obsessed with this concept that he was
going to have a daughter named Sharon and she was going to change the world. And he just had this
in his mind so obsessively. And he, he just had this in his mind so obsessively. And
And he was also had many of these beliefs, but he told me we couldn't tell the rest of the family
because they would think we were nuts.
What kind of beliefs?
You know, he was a guy who gave me the book, Women Who Run With the Wolves.
And he would do all these things and have all these talks with me.
He believed you were special.
Yeah.
And he just, you know, stood up for me in a lot of ways and would tell me all these things.
You've got to do this and you got to do that.
and don't do this and don't do that.
But, you know, he would also tell me you can't be telling other people
and you can't tell people in the family.
They'll think you're nuts.
And he was really, he thought I was a reincarnation of a pharaoh.
And, you know, but he was like, but don't tell people that.
Was he, I mean, was he prone to creative thinking?
Well, apparently.
Yeah.
But.
Maybe you are a pharaoh.
reincarnated. I don't have rules about this. If anyone's going to be a pharaoh reincarnated,
it's going to be Sharon Stone. I never really felt that, but he felt that. Have you ever done
like a past life regression or anything where they try and like get in there? I haven't. Okay. I'm just
wondering like if we hip-ed-you. Yeah, I've tried a lot of things. But I'm just wondering if we were
to like hypnotize you, right, and like take you to a different place. Maybe you'd be like, I am a
I haven't done it. I have just, you know, dealing with this particular life has been kind of a
handful. You know? It's kept you busy. Yeah. I mean, I've had quite a few near-death experiences,
you know. I had an unbroken horse that I was trying to break, take me under a clothesline when I was
14 and cut my neck all the way up into here and nearly decapitate me when I was 14.
and cut me to like a 16th of an inch from my jugular vein.
And that was pretty intense.
You've got nine lives.
Yeah, so I've had a lot of these type of really crazy things happen to me.
And so I just kind of am of the belief that I don't have a lot of, I'm not a fear-driven person.

description to get started. I just, but I have, like you asked me before, if I believe that
consciousness, I do believe in universal consciousness. I mean, there were a lot of prayer groups
for me when I had this stroke, and I felt it. What did it feel like? Like a vibratory pattern
that you tune into.
And I believe we can tune into that.
And I believe we can tune into this higher consciousness.
And I believe there is a higher consciousness that we can tune into
and that we should tune into, particularly now.
And particularly and especially right now.
I believe right now is the moment to tune into the higher consciousness.
Having so many near-death experiences, do you believe that, you know, you were protected?
Like, because any one of those could have made you not go on the life path that you've had, right?
I think that there's certainly more than three dimensions.
And if we look at, there was this, you've probably heard of Ken Wilbur.
He's a physicist.
He wrote some really interesting books.
and he was very interested in the fifth dimension and fifth dimensional thinking.
And I used to talk to him on the phone because I found him completely fascinating.
And I would try to get him to meet with me, but he wouldn't meet with anybody.
You know, all of these expressions, I've got eyes in the back of my head, and, you know, I can see through you.
I think these all originated from truths, that they're not just expressions.
I think that we shake hands because we want to exchange energetic particles with people,
because we want to feel them, that that didn't just start, it started from something very specific.
Other primates do it as well.
Right.
Yeah.
It's to feel our energetic energy to.
Because we start to feel it before we touch.
We feel as we get close.
I think we kiss to exchange breath, not just the touch of the lip, but the breath itself.
You know, I think there's, Kundalini is really real and true, you know.
Are you a yoga person?
Yes.
Are you a Kundalini person?
I believe it.
Yes.
Yes.
Yeah.
You know.
It's very, very special.
And I think it's really, really.
real and true. I think all of these things are based in understanding of energetic communication,
right? Yeah, totally. You know, some of the deepest experiences I've ever had are simply eye
contact, you know, and people are afraid to look in each other's eyes. And I think it's really
important and real and true. Jeffrey Krippel talks about an individual who he met, who, you know,
by all accounts would have been hospitalized for being a paranoid schizophrenic,
you know, a lot of his patterns that he and his thought patterns were very unusual.
But he experienced Kundalini Rising.
But he wasn't a yoga practitioner.
He was this guy who said, I can feel something spiraling.
And he described exactly what every yoga teacher tries to tell you to experience.
He had no yogic framework for it.
He was literally experiencing something energetic.
that was rising and giving him strength, and it was fascinating. Anyway, this notion of the things that
we think we understand and we think we have the words for them, but sometimes it takes extraordinary
experiences to place them practically. Also, what you're describing in terms of being just more
sensitive, whether that's to eye contact, to the sensing of energy, ties back to what we were
talking about in terms of awe and gratitude in order to feel and to imagine some other plane
of existence, we have to increase our sensitivity a little bit.
Right.
And this actually ties back to me to acting.
Yes.
Because what do actors have?
They have a range that they're able, an emotional range that they're able to access in a way
that a lot of people aren't.
And they're able to dip into something on command and control it.
How is that any different than just having a high sensitivity and learning how to direct
your consciousness towards something that hasn't yet happened yet?
Well, or a person that doesn't exist.
Or may exist somewhere else that you're just pulling forward.
Well, if time doesn't really exist, right?
Which I think we have to really accept that time is just an agreement, right?
Because we know in physics that things that are in the future are also in the now.
And we get to decide if we bring them into the now.
and we can accept them, reject them, enliven them.
We get to choose, right?
We get to choose what we want to do, right?
So make good choices is not just something you say when your kids run out the door.
It's a real thing, make good choices, right?
And why have we made sometimes bad choices?
Or why do bad choices make us?
Why did they come to us?
Well, you know, darkness comes to the light.
It sucks in, right?
And if you're a light, that's going to come around.
And you have to know that that's part of it.
It's part of the balance.
It's part of the yin-yang thing.
First, you have to understand your own darkness and understand what is it and what is the full content of your own darkness.
And is that a big deal?
No.
Maybe you can talk a little bit in terms of acting.
You know, many of the roles that you have played been nominated for won awards for are these very complicated women.
And dark and have really been in their own darkness.
Well, when you do that and when you reach into all.
all of the corners of your own darkness, it's a terrifying process.
But once you do it, it's so freeing because you're like, really, that's it?
That's the whole shebang?
Of course.
Of course when people have walked across the street in front of your car, you're like,
what would happen if I hit them?
Every person has had that thought.
Is that what's fun about playing dark characters?
Yeah.
Of course. Of course. Because you don't have to have the physical consequence and the practical experience of violence.
You have the pretend experience, but you do have to actually process it and look at it.
Now, there are times when I've invited it too close to me and I've scared the living shit out of myself.
Like when?
When I had basic instinct and I had to bring to really look at darkness and yet I was very still young and inexperienced, right?
And I didn't understand about holding the core, the core self, the golden self, and then wrapping the character around it with the power of the self driving it.
but just bringing it all in there and looking at it all, I opened some dark doors, right?
Wow.
And some of those dark doors really scared the living shit out of me because I saw some real, real darkness.
And what happened then is that real dark people identified and came into my life thinking, oh, you really,
really are like me. You're like me. My mind is just blown because that interface, being an
actress at the level that you were, you're in everybody's space, right? And that means that they can be
in yours. Right. And so darkness came into my life. Dark people, dark things, dangerous things
came into my life because they thought, you're like me. And then people believed some of
dark things that were said about me because they thought, oh, you couldn't do that if you weren't
like that because you've mirrored me to me. And it doesn't happen for men the same.
I'm thinking of every Pacino movie I've seen, you know, like it doesn't happen for men that way.
It's like, oh, he's a sophisticated actor and he's so amazing and look how he can pretend.
Look how great he was. But at the same time, how exaggerated he was, right? My character wasn't
quite as exaggerated. She was seductive. Right. You know, and really, the one thing you got to remember
is just because the devil's a very interesting person at the cocktail party doesn't mean you should
invite that person, give him a seat. Don't give that person a seat, right? I haven't heard it
described the way you did about the core self and wrapping the character around in that way.
You don't ever give up the core. Because people talk about inhabiting this character, but they don't
talk about maintaining that core essence.
Well, you think of method.
I'm thinking of all the method actors, right?
You can't be porous.
You just can't be porous because if any of it gets in,
all of a sudden, the dark people, they want to be around you.
They want to come to you.
They think, oh, you're like me.
And when they find out that you're not like them, they get upset.
They get very upset.
Because they want you to match them because it validates their darkness.
Yes, and they think they're going to break you.
But they don't realize they could break you into a million pieces
and all they're going to find is more light.
It's not going to happen.
Was there a time when you felt consumed by that?
And what did you do to push it away?
You mean when the darkness came?
Yeah.
I nearly died.
But the light saved me.
The light is what saved me
and the universal consciousness of light
that vibrated at my frequency is what saved me, what came to me.
I was just going to say, yes.
That is what came to me.
It feels like you almost lost yourself for a moment there,
inhabiting that darkness, inviting it in and not holding that tether,
and then having the world reflect that back at you.
Fortunately, enough of me held to the light,
and that just the crack where it got in was dangerous.
Here's what I didn't realize about, like, compassion itself, right?
You don't give compassion to people, right?
You give compassion to people who are lost, compassion to people who are hurt,
compassion to people who are wounded.
You don't give compassion to people who get up every day and choose a bad path.
You don't do that.
You don't give them compassion thinking you're going to just,
help them get off that bad path. You do not give them compassion. Nope. And I didn't know that.
You were porous. I was porous. And I was young. And I thought that I could fix that. I thought, oh,
you're hurt. Oh, you've been hurt. Oh, you've been wounded. Oh, someone did something terrible to make you
like that. Oh my God, I could fix you. I could love you. There's trust in programs just for this,
right? Al-Anon. Yeah. Like, let me...
Al-Anon really helps me. Yeah. Al-Anon is a really good guidebook. For people who are porous,
right? For people who are porous. And I was porous. Also, for women, I think we are naturally,
we are naturally caregivers. I think it's fair to say that. We're the ones that hold and birth
and, you know, just like Mother Earth issues, right?
Absolutely.
So I think that for women also, and depending on your family,
a lot of times responsibility for people's emotions does fall on women.
I think that's why I was given the family I was given
so that I could come to understand that even if they're your family,
don't be porous.
There's a family you're born with, and there's a family that you choose.
don't be porous.
If you get up every day and choose the wrong path, I do not have compassion for you.
I will go from being engaged here to watching you like I'm watching TV.
There's two ways to connect.
I can connect with you up front or I can connect with you from here.
Wow.
As an observer.
I'm observing and I am not connected.
That's detachment.
I do not have compassion.
I have detachment and observation.
And you can fuck off.
I think it's amazing.
It's a really amazing distinction.
And that doesn't mean I am not all the way light.
Right.
Or a lighthouse.
Should you ever decide to knock it off?
Boundaries.
Big ones.
But this is also like a master class in energetics.
But I really had to learn it.
And I learned it the super hard way.
I learned it standing up on a gurney, having someone ready to cut the top of my head off.
When you face darkness again in another role that you were inhabiting, for example.
So after Basic Instinct, when you were getting other roles.
Like in Ratchet.
Ratchet or I think Casino is just one of my favorite movies of all time.
How did you re-approach it?
Was it a conscious effort to be like,
I'm going to hold myself now and I'm going to, like, I almost,
the image I get is like, I'm holding on this and I'm going to go explore this world over here,
but I'm like always, you know, holding really tightly.
And even when I had emotions and feelings and all kinds of things,
I was able to contain them in,
I'm having all these feelings, but guess what?
It's not appropriate to act on them, right?
I'm having all these thoughts and things.
This is appropriate.
This isn't.
I was able to have my, like, super conscious self who could go, good for you.
You're almost watching yourself, experiencing it.
you were there in everything, but not as in it as the first time.
And I can still have respect and admiration for people who have no understanding of what the hell
I was doing and who think I like her, I don't like her.
It doesn't, I don't need them to have the same respect and admiration for me.
I don't need them to understand.
I hate this phrase, so I'm using it intentionally.
Are you a difficult actress?
I'm a super professional. I am not difficult, but you get the term difficult if you don't have sex with sometimes people they want you to have sex with. You get the term you are difficult. So am I difficult in that way? The most.
I think that's amazing. I'm the most difficult because my sexuality is reserved for.
for people I actually care about. Now, do they always care about me? No. And do they sometimes tell me
that they don't when I'm caring about them? Yes. Does that affect how I feel about them? No.
I choose who I care about. If you care about me or don't care about me, that's up to you.
We are not who loves us, but who we love. Exactly. Exactly.
Exactly. And I am really able to be like that. And it's really hard for some people to understand, but your understanding is not my problem.
What are you like as a girlfriend? I'm a really good girlfriend, but I haven't been a girlfriend in a long time. And I've been a girlfriend to bad boyfriends. And I've been a girlfriend to good boyfriends.
I've had good luck and bad luck and no luck at all.
And for quite a long time, I've had no luck at all.
I've been celibate for quite a while now because I'm in the...
I just am at the point where I really only want to be with someone that I care for phase.
And now that my kids are grown, I want someone that's my companion, not just someone to have sex with.
I'm kind of bored with that. So I'm in the no luck at all phase right now. But I think that that's the phase you need to be willing to be in to have the thing that I really want.
Have you had that? Have you had a great love of your.
life? I have had loves in my life, but I don't think I've had the great love of my life, no. But
interestingly enough, I have met with two really powerful psychics and one who told me everything
that was going to happen to me, and it did. When I was very young, I met a woman who was
unbelievably interesting.
And she was actually
Tina Turner's psychic.
And she was really amazing.
And she told me everything that was going to happen to me.
And I was like, I thought she was a bit nuts when she told me.
Because I was about 23.
What did she say?
I came in and sat down in front of her.
And she started like her thing.
And then she went, oh, my God.
Oh, my God.
wait, I need a second. And I said, for what? She said, you know when you pitch a tent and you have to put those things down in the corners? She's like, I have to do that. And I said, I don't understand. She said, it's different with you. She goes, I haven't experienced this since I read Tina Turner. She goes, but I just have to do this. I said, okay, why? She said, the light is so bright, I can't see anything. I just have to do this. Was it like Farrow Bright? Yeah. She
She said it's like sitting in front of the sun.
Mymbialx breakdown is supported by Life Pro Fitness.
It can be really hard to consistently fit workouts into real life.
Finding the time is a struggle.
It can be hard to find like what routine you're actually going to stick with.
We started using the Life Pro Waiver vibration plate.
I didn't think that a vibration plate was actually going to feel like a workout,
but once I used it, I totally got it.
10 minutes on the Life Pro Waiver burns approximately 50 to 100,
depending on your body weight and the type of exercise you choose.
That's comparable to like a brisk 15-minute walk with basically zero joint impact.
When you stand on the waiver, your muscles are constantly firing to stabilize your body.
Your nervous system can't ignore the vibration, so your muscles are literally contracting the whole time.
And you don't have to go crazy here. You can stand on it. You can sit on it.
Use it at your desk while you're working.
It's an easy way to get your body moving and kickstart your metabolism without carving out a full workout.
For more intensity, you can use resists.

You know, finding the right rug for our podcast studio was surprisingly difficult.
An expensive rug makes you constantly afraid of staining it.
And with dogs, cats around, or just living our life, we knew that stains were inevitable.
But the standard washable rugs, they honestly look cheap.
They feel temporary.
With tumble rugs, you can finally have the best of both worlds.
Their rugs look like beautiful designer rugs.
They're built for real life because spills, muddy paws, and accidents are a part of real life.
That's why tumble rugs are spillproof and machine washable.
Tumble rugs feature a proprietary spill-proof surface that causes liquids to beat up on top of the rug.
So instead of a stain soaking into the fibers, you can literally wipe away spills in seconds.
When you need a deeper clean, tumble rugs are fully machine washable, even the larger sizes.
But our favorite part about Tumblerugs is how amazing they look.
They feature so many choices, hand-illustrated designs that look totally like designer rugs.
But don't just take our word for it.
Hundreds of thousands of homes have already switched to Tumble Rugs.
They have over 30,000 five-star reviews.

She said, do you have an experience where people can't, they get around you and they want
to be around you so much and then they can't be around you?
I said, yeah, all the time.
She said, this is going to happen.
She said, you're going to be a really big, big, big star.
I said, what do you mean?
She said, like Tina, you're going to be as famous as Tina Turner.
And I said, no, I'm not.
And she said, yeah, yeah, you're going to be as famous as Tina.
It's going to be big.
It's going to be global.
It's going to be so, so, so big.
And you were 23.
Yeah.
I said, I just want to know if I'm going to get this TV show I went out for today.
And she goes, yeah, but it's not going to matter.
It's not going to be incidental.
It's not going to mean anything at all.
I said, yeah, but it's supposed to shoot in Australia.
She said, yeah, but it's not going to matter.
And it didn't.
What was the show?
It was some pilot for a TV show that never went anywhere.
Did you get it?
Yeah.
Okay.
But then what else does she say?
And she's like, you're going to be the biggest star.
This is one of the biggest stars that ever happened.
Ever, ever.
Ever.
But that's not even going to be what it's about.
It's going to be even bigger than that.
It's so big.
Just give me a minute.
Just give me a minute.
just a minute.
I said, am I going to meet Tina?
Yeah, yeah, you can tell her when you meet her, but it's not even that.
You're going to be on stages, doing things, big things.
You're going to change the world.
Just hold on.
Am I ever going to be in love?
She goes, I had to tell you, that's going to be hard for you.
You're not going to meet your person until you're quite old, quite a bit older,
and then they're going to be like you in a way.
you're going to identify with them
and then you'll see
but it won't be until you're really quite a bit older
almost 70
I was like oh no
yeah that's rough you're going to have all of the
fame in the world you're going to be one of the most famous
people on the planet yeah but one thing
will elude you yes you'll be alone
wow
and yeah
yep
wow
yep
when was the other side of
psychic you saw?
And they said the same thing.
You won't meet the person until you're almost seven.
Wow.
Which is now.
It's us.
Well, oddly enough, I do feel that you are a piece of my puzzle.
That's really sweet.
I do feel you're a piece of my puzzle.
You.
More will be revealed.
She has two matches.
She needs a third to get you.
She's a matchmaker.
What is it?
I am a matchmaker.
You get to have eternal life.
What is the goal?
If you make three matches, you get a place in the world to come.
And I've made two.
You are a piece of my puzzle.
And no one understood this because I was like, she, I have to know her.
So crazy.
They're like, I'm like, I was like, I'm not going to do any more podcast, but I'm going to do hers because I need to know her.
We did it.
She is a deep connection.
for me. I have to know her. I even wore a white turtleneck and your honor.
Everybody's like, why her? I'm like, it's her. I have to know her. We did it. They're like,
why. I'm like, I don't know, but I have to know her. Okay. What is that sense? Does it come in
auditory? Does it come in as a feeling? You're a soul contact for me. Oh, wow. I just know it.
Okay. We need to go to psychic together. Got to find it out. It's just, I'll be able to tell you in a minute.
You'll have to give me your right hand.
Okay, right now?
You can if you want to
and open your wrist.
Like this?
This way.
Okay.
And you have to hold my hand this way
and put your finger this way.
Okay.
Your thought, this finger this way.
Your mother had a miscarriage, right?
I don't know.
Not that I know of.
Who's Elaine?
It's my mother's name.
His mother.
Yeah.
She's a piece of this.
Do I get to be a soul contact too?
Through Elaine.
But that's the only way.
only part. Who has the black dog?
My mother had a black and white dog.
Her name was Maya.
Oh, similar to my name.
Who's Chris?
Chris, no.
Not Chris.
Who's 67?
My parents got married in 64, but I don't know anything that happened.
Is someone 67 years old?
Trying to think who it could be.
Well, Elaine is a big part of us.
That's all I'm getting is that we have to talk to Elaine.
Elaine. I mean, not the second, but that's pretty...
Okay.
It's very specific.
Yeah. Super specific.
That's what I got. We have to talk to Elaine.
That name just dropped in?
Do things just drop in?
Yeah.
We asked you at the beginning, but I don't think we were friends enough yet if you thought
that you were psychic, but it sounds like the way that you get information has...
I mean, it's just like everything else we described, though.
It's, you know, psychic, I think, has a bad association, or not even bad association, but not the
right association. What it is is a sensitivity to other information, other realms. Well, if we think
that this is just because we don't see it, right? But our human eye is only made to see certain
things. Once I had the stroke, all of a sudden I started seeing all kinds of shit, right?
I started seeing all these colors everywhere. I became, I started seeing more colors than everybody
else, right? Were they like over people's heads, like oras? No, squares of color everywhere,
right? Just color, color, color, color. And then I started being able to see more color recognition. Like I
can see more color recognition than everybody else. And then color started almost having sound
to me. Oh, synesthesia. Right. And things just started to change for me. Like, and I thought,
oh, my color and my hearing and everything just got smeared together. Like, why did this happen? Like,
why did, like, oh, my brain got messed up. Everything got smeared. No, it's a special ability.
I thought, oh, this is what happened, right?
I go outside, light makes me sneeze.
Like, all these different things started happening to me, right?
Your brain changed.
It changed a lot, right?
But in many ways, it got, because part of it stopped working, I realized, oh, wait a second, logically,
we only use a certain part of our brain.
So what I'm going to do is work around the broken part and start making
the rest of it work, I'm going to force myself to use the part of the brain that other people
aren't using. I'm going to wake up the rest of the brain that isn't working and I'm going to make it
work. Look, this is one of the explanations or, you know, explorations about how non-speaking
individuals might have different abilities, telepathic abilities, because if the brain is not so
consumed with communication in a verbal sense and all of these like literal, tangible things,
it also leaves room for the rest of the brain
to kind of have a different play space.
67, the number that you said,
the Gamatria, which is the Jewish numerology, as we call it,
67 is the numerical value most famously
of the word binah, which means intuition or understanding.
67.
You just pulled it out of the air.
It's understanding or intuition.
There we go.
Sharon Stone, where can people learn all the things that they might need to learn about you?
Tell us where to find your book, all those good things.
I wrote a book called The Beauty of Living Twice.
I am writing another book at the moment that's about three quarters finished.
I am looking for an editor and a publisher.
So that's what I'm at right now.
It is about nuns and the mafia.
Sign me up.
So is it a fictional book?
It's a fictional book.
Okay, got it.
Amazing.
And I want to write another memoir.
So I'm kind of in, this is what I want to do right now.
I love that.
And tell people where they can find out more about your art, which we didn't even get to talk to in full, but where can people go?
So I have a studio and you can come visit my studio.
I have a website that you can go on.
It's my art.
It's Sharonstonestudio.com.
You can look that up on my Instagram, and you can find your way there through my Instagram page.
And I have a website.
It's all for sale.
I am also looking for a gallerist.
Oh, wow.
It's a joy for me.
It's a wonderful situation.
And the same thing happened to me with the art.
I had this dream that my arm was a wing, and it had.
had a shadow in it and that I had to release the shadow. And if I let the shadow go, that I would be
able to channel the same way that I channel as an actress. Thank you so much for being here and for
allowing us to have this connection with you. It was really, really special. And you've been a huge
part of our lives as movie lovers. It's very, it's too much. Thank you so much. Thank you so much.
You know, some episodes are full of firsts.
We have never had a guest start to tap in and see what they got about you.
You've actually never had a guest asked to be set up.
If someone is listening right now and they're like, they want to be Sharon's forever.
I don't think so.
There's, I mean, there's many things, you know, about this conversation that felt like, I mean, she's not spoken about Orbs.
And I actually like
That's really hard to talk about
We talk to so many people who are not Academy Award nominees
You know, who have experiences
That they're afraid to tell other people
Because they're afraid they'll be called crazy
She's never said that to anyone
I'm still on she channels when she acts
Actors are not that fascinated with people who are fascinated with us
I have just felt for a long time
That the actors are channeling
when you send someone to film's goal.
Just says you give them an MFA.
They got all these questions.
Look, there's a lot to unpack in this episode.
That was a first to do a reading.
First to have somebody tap in.
You know, first to someone to share.
I mean, we've had a channel, but we haven't had like someone hold your hand.
No, she was like, give me your hand.
You were like, it has to be your right hand.
Now I'm going to be looking for the number 67.
I want it.
The gratitude in awe practice.
Call back to Ellen Langer's episode.
We know that there are physiological changes that happen.
through that practice. And how much of creativity is involved in understanding things that are not
right in front of us, the sense of energy, the fact that things can have more information available
to us, there's a real link to creativity. I think what strikes me so much is like how many of us
are having experiences like she has in life, just like medical things or like, you know,
feeling things or sensing things
or feeling like there's a
darkness that you're letting in.
How many of us are experiencing that
but it's only when like a celebrity talks about
it, right? That we get to
hear about it and talk about it. And I don't think
it's that crazy what she's talking about.
I don't think that this was and you know
I feel like I need to hit this
more on the head. We're not
asking her these things because she's a celebrity
but she's a celebrity so that's why she's sitting here.
Once we find those things out though, like
everybody has experiences
like this. It's all around us. And you may not put it together that like, oh, that boyfriend I had or
that girlfriend I had. Like that was, I was letting something in. I was trying to, you know, those are all
universal human experiences. The orbs, not so much, but you know what? It happens. The nature of
tapping into dark things and the porousness, I think that's really, that was that part of this was a
master class in energetic boundaries and understanding energy and sensing it. What also struck me was
her whole George W. Bush commentary was before there were podcasts where everyone was criticizing everything all the time.
Yeah, it was a big deal. And the way that the government flagged hers is really terrifying because all of a sudden she was on a list, right?
Like you hear a lot of people say, oh, my Instagram got flagged because I put things up that were critical.
And then there's a list. And now every time I'm getting pulled over, I'm getting pulled into second.
Yeah, 2004. It was the Fox News headline. Sharon Stone gets mad at President Bush.
But she didn't even sound mad. She just sounded like she was making a commentary.
She was 34 in 1992, is I think what it is. She was 34 when that movie came out. And yes, she's done so many
amazing things. She was an extra in a Woody Allen movie. It was like one of her first like things.
But like to think about the impact of that movie, it was 19.
92. It was, I mean, to be a 34-year-old woman with that, you know, as you're sort of like defining like, I'm on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine moment. Yeah, why wouldn't you say that the president doesn't seem particularly competent?
How big is the box of this podcast?
So here's the thing about you. You don't have a box. When we are in this room,
there's no box. So, like, sometimes you're elsewhere, and I have to be okay with that.
I am more of the Adam Driver variety or the Merrill Street variety, if I do say so myself.
I'm not flexible. Like, don't try and do things that I didn't know you were going to do.
And you just keep pushing that boundary. Now there's no box. You know what? You're a cube inside a sphere.
That's what you're like. That's what it's like.
You didn't know I was going to do that.
And look, you just rolled with the punches.
That's right.
You created your own box within the box.
To use the fencing metaphor, you're like, what if there are no epaes?
Do you know what that is?
I don't know what that is.
The sword is called an epa.
I think that's how you pronounce it.
I've seen it written.
Instead of, no, I would say keep the sword, but like that long track that they're on,
I was like, forget that track.
Maybe it's a circle.
Maybe we're upside down on the moon.
Also, we're aliens channeling psychics.
that's how we fenced.
We're going to tell you what my mom has to say about all this.
Who's Elaine?
You're like, my mother.
Also, she's not, that's her given name.
She's Laney.
She's not Elaine.
Yeah.
