But first, I'd like to introduce you to a very exciting person, Jonathan Cohen. Hello, everyone. Welcome to exclusive content from the studio. I'm speaking rapidly. Do you know why, Jonathan? Oh, that's what's happening.

I'm speaking rapidly because we're introducing some fun that we've been collecting pretty much for most of the time that we've been recording podcasts. We've held something back. Listeners, we have secrets. You don't know everything. You're as sick as your secrets, and we are no exception. We've been secretly recording something. What we've been doing for many, many, many, many of our interviews with our really, really fun guests, we've done rapid fire. And you might be like, rapid fire.

What's funny is that almost no one does them as rapid, which means they're the slowest rapid fire. They're the slowest rapid fire. but some of the most interesting parts of episodes that we've done have actually come out of the rapid fire. That's true. The not so rapid fire, but I'm still calling them rapid fire. And this is the kind of thing. I mean, I've been being interviewed since I was 12 years old, just like in my life. People always do rapid fire with me, and I'm horrible at them.

And if you're one of these people who hasn't been interviewed since they were 12 years old, what is rapid fire? If people are like, I still don't understand what you're talking about. So this is always like the tidbit that they throw on like at the end of the first. of like an entertainment interview. They're like, oh, but, and this is even before there was social media. They would still do these. Like, what's your favorite TV show? What book are you reading now?

What's your favorite color? Our questions are so much better than that. Our questions are some of them. You have issue with some of my questions. But what we've done with a lot of these guests, these are people who are always asked, like all these things. But ours are mental health related. And they're, some of them are rapid. They're super fun.

And it was Howie Mandel. My mother, it's kind of tragic right now. My mother is at late stage Alzheimer's

who how we don't make it unfunny. Now it's sad. Oh, but she doesn't even know who I am, but she was the most amazing, but I'll make it happy. I've never met a more amazing person than my mother. My mother was the most brilliant. She was the top salesperson in Canada. She worked for Del Zado. Do you know they were all the condos and everything in North York. She sold 90% of them. But she was, my, My friends would all come over to my house if they were having problems with their parents. She was the one person I can always talk to. She's the one person that I love to impress. All right.

Second question. What was your father right about? Marrying my mother. Wow. What's the location that promotes the best mental health for you? The stage. Stand up comedy. Do you have a mantra or if you had one, what would it be?

Talk about it. Mm-hmm. Who's been your best spiritual teacher? Myself. Hmm. What's been your moment of best intuition? I have no intuition. You know, I don't.

Well, maybe I have instinct. What's the difference between intuition and instinct? Pretty similar, I think. No, intuition has to do with like foresight or, yeah. Have no foresight or hindsight. My instinct, and I believe this goes for all humans. I think that the human race is very, their instincts are really good. The problem is, we have a 10.

have a tendency to think. Right. So if you just do it, like Nike says, good things come from it. No, but it's true. I hear you. Last question. Who are you most competitive with? Myself. Okay. That's it. Everyone says themselves. We've been waiting for someone to say something I'm the only person who doesn't say myself. Who do I say, Jonathan? Your mother apparently. No, him.
