So those feelings are still really strong. I think my father was right about work ethic, like doing what you say you're going to do and showing up on time. What's the location that promotes your best mental health? I think it's in nature. It doesn't really matter where. I would say either in forests, like around greenery or by the ocean. Who's been your best spiritual teacher?

I would say my therapist. Moment of your best intuition. Probably when I got together with my husband. Nice. And who are you most competitive with? Gosh, I don't know. I feel like it really kind of, it really sort of changes depending on the day. I don't think that there's anyone in particular.

I think it just kind of switches. And usually it's just, if, if, somebody does something great that I think is really cool, like writes a great book or an essay or, you know, whatever, then I, I, it kind of, it kind of fires me up. or if you had a mantra, what would it be? I do have a mantra, but it's confidential, so I can't share it. Oh, you have a transcendental meditation mantra. Yes, meditation mantra. Oh, you mean like a general mantra? Well, no, that's, it's important to know. Oh, so many. I mean, so many.

Yeah, give us one that's not in Sanskrit. Yeah, uh, let go on my God. It's a good thing I've got me on my side. That might be my most useful one that I use through life. Love it. Who's been your best spiritual teacher? My mom. Moment of best intuition that you've had.

Probably during birth. Just knowing every, it was a different landscape in my brain during that time. And who are you most competitive with? Myself. All right. Rapid Fire with Jonathan Lipnicki. What was your mother right about? My career.

What was your father right about? Saving money. What's the location for you that promotes the best mental health? Jiu-jitsu. Do you have a mantra? I'll allow myself to feel poorly, but never poor me. I love it. Who's been your best spiritual teacher?

Probably my mom. A moment of best intuition? To not take a serious, regular job when I was a kid and go play Little League baseball instead. And who are you most competitive with? Myself. That was the most efficient. rapid fire we've ever done.
