For many years, I asked why was I chosen.
And then I just came to terms and said,
because I'm probably the only crazy person,
I would just say these things.
I feel this is my soul's journey.
I want people to believe in themselves,
to believe and to know that they still have
that soul connection with their own departed loved ones.
The things that you sense and feel
that you might think that are odd or weird
or might just remind you of your departed loved ones,
that is their soul reminding you
that they are with you at that exact.
moment. I believe and know that we all have that ability to connect with our own departed loved
ones. I have just the ability to sense and feel others. And I am very respectful to the fact that what I
do is not for everyone. People pass away where their loved ones do not know what happened to them.
How can someone even start to heal or even grieve if this is what they're focusing on? Are they okay?
Were they suffering? Were they afraid? Are they at peace? Is there really a heaven? Is there really a God?
we're going to grieve the loss for the rest of our lives.
The healing process is something different.
It was shown that I had the ability to give people that give back of faith, hope, and peace.
Souls have shown me that we are greeted by our departed loved ones that have gone on before us.
The soul then goes through a transition.
We relive our life here in the physical world.
We're brought through scenarios situations of where we see if we made different choices,
different decisions how things could be, and then the soul continues to grow.
There is an energy present.
I don't know who it is yet, because what Spirit does is they make me feel the bond and relationship
that they shared with the person.
They brought me through the departure.
So there are three souls present.
What just happened?
Hold on, Teresa, what just happened?
Now I'm crying and I have chills.
It's my and Bialics breakdown.
She's going to break it down for you because you know she knows a thing or two.
So now she's going to break down.
So breakdown, she's going to break it down.
Hi, I'm I'm Bialek.
And I'm Jonathan Cohen.
And welcome to our breakdown.
This is the place where we break things down so you don't have to.
Today we're going to get messages from the beyond.
Today we're going to find out what happens when we die,
what people have to offer us from the other side,
and how tapping into your understanding of feelings and sensations
can actually be an opening to understanding
what happens to our loved ones when they're not here.
We're going to be talking to Teresa Caputo,
also known as the Long Island Medium.
She has seen, felt, and sensed spirit,
whatever, like something other than the things
that you can sense with your five senses,
since she was four years old.
In her 20s, she finally embraced her gifts,
and she feels that she is on this planet
to deliver healing,
messages to help people learn to grow, to embrace life. She's been a practicing medium for over 20
years. She tours the country with her live show, Teresa Caputo, Live the Experience. She also has a
new series with Lifetime. Teresa Caputo raising spirits. She's got four books she's written. She's a New
Times bestselling author. She's got a podcast called, Hey, Spirit. I mean, it gets personal here, people.
She feels something in the room, three things, and we're going to talk about all of them.
Let's not underplay it.
This is a fascinating episode.
Jonathan has, I think, the best time he's ever had in any podcast episode that we've recorded.
Teresa has a lot to say to Jonathan and about Jonathan.
And she even does a little bit of a reading of Jonathan's abilities.
So let's welcome to the podcast, the Long Island Medium herself, Teresa Caputo.
Hey, everyone.
My video drops out at the very tail end of this interview.
Maybe it was the spirit trying to connect to me.
Or?
Oh, I just recorded that and my lights went dim.
Who knows what it would be, but at the very end, if you're watching on YouTube,
there will be a still of me just for the last few minutes.
And that's the reason why.
Enjoy the episode.
Break it down.
Well, I am super excited to be here and it's an honor to be able to be with you all today.
We don't know how much you know about us.
I'm trained as a scientist.
Jonathan is trained as a creative and a healer and a thinker and a futurist.
So we're both sides of all the coins.
But we both have a healthy respect for things that science can't always explain.
And we both have a really sincere curiosity for understanding, you know, powers and abilities
that people have that, again, may not be.
easily understandable or explainable. But I think one of the places that I wanted to start is
kind of with a difficult question, but it's meant, you know, again, with tremendous respect,
you know, when I was a kid growing up and I heard about people who had the kind of abilities that you
have, my assumption, and this was, you know, it's cultural, it's sort of in the popular media,
my assumption was that people like you are literally making shit up and, you know, tap, like,
tapping into something that, like, you know, a good stage hypnotist could tap into, like,
the power of suggestion. And it's not that I didn't have, you know, some sort of, like,
appreciation for that because, you know, I'm an entertainer too. So, like, we all have to entertain.
But that's literally what I thought, I think, for most of my life. And it wasn't until I started,
you know, having some health challenges, having some emotional challenges, that I started exploring
people who have other abilities. And what I learned is there are people who sincerely believe and act on
a life that is based on wisdom and information that is not just like, I want to make money and I want
rip people off. Now, some people could still say, like, oh, well, those people have powers and they're ripping
people off. But that's actually where I wanted to start with you. Can you explain a little bit about
how you came to understand the special abilities that you have? And when and how did that
transform into, like, accepting that you were different? Well, that was a very long journey.
first of all I just want to just respond a little bit to what you were saying like I get it I am the first one to say that what I do is crazy I wish I the things that I say what spirit has me say you can't make up that that's that's a thing um but like you have to understand a little bit of my background is from the time that I was for I would always sense and feel things that other people didn't um I always remember a woman standing at the end of my bed at night um I would hear people speak people speak
to me there was no one else in the room but myself.
I used to say to my mom growing up, I used to say, I don't know, I don't feel right.
I feel different than everyone else.
I don't feel like I belong here.
And my mom actually said to me one day, she said, listen, you're not adopted.
You belong to this family.
Stop feeling that way because there's no reason why you should feel that way.
And no one ever really made a big deal about the things that I would say or do growing up.
I come from a spiritual family, a very faithful family.
I always share that I am a practicing Catholic.
And then I say they don't agree with what I do, but they take my money every week.
So that's the first fact.
But, you know, I struggled with my gift.
I was suffering awful from anxiety.
I couldn't leave my house.
And it became so bad that my mom had suggested that I go to see the spiritual awareness class
to kind of help me like maybe meditate and just kind of with breathing techniques and
settling in and unbeknownst to me that I ended up, it turned out to be a safe place for me to
explore my gift. Because what I learned through that class was I was with people say empathic,
where I pick up other people's energies, feelings. So then I was struggling with my gift for
probably over five years. And then 9-11 happened. And because the struggles that I was going
with through was like, okay, this is great. I was blessed with this gift, but who's going to want to
come see a medium and speak to that loved ones that have died? I could not understand that.
But what I learned over the years was that, unfortunately, no matter who we lose or how they die,
we here in the physical world are left with burdens, guilt, should have, could have, would have,
these negative emotions that do not give us the ability to heal. So I put my gift in God's hands
and I said, if this is my soul's journey, if this is what I was supposed to do here in the
physical world, then I want to use my gift for healing. I put my gift in his hands and I said,
open the doors and I will walk through them with my gift. But I only want to use my gift for healing
and to help people move on after the loss of a loved one. I literally sat and had a conversation with
God. I was like, listen, I'm afraid of the door. I don't like to be scared. So, and then here I am
over 20 years later. So I want to, first, I mean, I'm. I mean,
I mean, it's, it's an unbelievable trajectory, but I am curious a little bit about those kind of years in
between because also, like, you know, I mean, I have kids, like, kids say crazy things, you know?
So I'm sure a lot of people were like, oh, like, maybe she's just like a deep kid or she's a deep thinker.
What was sort of like, what was teenage Teresa like?
Meaning were you like going about, like, I'm assuming the hair originated at some point in your teens, where you just like...
The hair.
Were you just like living your best Long Island life and like trying to like date people?
and like go to the mall.
Like, was this a constant in the background?
Well, you have to understand,
I didn't realize at the time
that this is what I was doing.
I had no idea.
And I have three really good friends
that I've been friends with,
some 14, and one of them,
his name is Jimmy,
and he had lost his dad when we were kids,
with teenagers.
And now that I look back on it,
I would say things,
and he even said,
he goes, you would say things about my dad
out of nowhere.
He goes, and you didn't even know my father.
He goes,
and I just thought it was weird.
that you would say these things, but I never thought about it.
But now knowing I was getting messages from his father, you know.
So and with the other, and I'm not saying this to be insulting to myself or to, I am not a,
I'll use the term book smart, intelligent person.
I am probably the most naive, sheltered person that you will ever be.
I don't know anything.
my brain just doesn't retain knowledge like that.
I can't explain it.
It just doesn't.
So I think that, and the other thing that people have to realize,
because it's harder for me if I know things,
it's harder for me to deliver these messages
because then my brain gets in the way.
Did I know that?
Did I remember that?
So I would say I only talk about the things,
that I sense and feel and hear or what spirit chose me or what I'm shown.
Why you?
Like, have you asked that?
I did for many years.
I asked why me, why was I chosen?
And then I just came to terms and said,
because I'm probably the only crazy person I would just say these things.
I mean, if you listen to some of the readings or attend one of my live shows,
there are things that I say and you want to be like,
okay, she is crazy.
But I don't know why me.
I feel this is my school.

I know it's not for you to have this estimate, but I'm curious. Do you have an estimate of like
how many people are like you?
Or is this something that other people don't know that they can cultivate?
You know, you talk about that you were having anxiety and you were having, you know,
kind of some sort of spiritual crisis.
Like I'm sure plenty of people listening are thinking like, gosh,
maybe there's something going on in the background that I'm not in touch with.
Well, listen, this is what I always say.
This is one of, there are many reasons why I also do what I do.
I want people to believe in themselves, to believe and to know that they still have,
that soul connection with their own departed loved ones. The things that you sense and feel that you
might think that are odd or weird or might just remind you of your departed loved ones,
that is their soul reminding you that they are with you at that exact moment. I believe and know
that we all have that ability to connect with our own departed loved ones. I have just the ability
to sense and feel others. What about your other, you know, when you talk about, you know, that you
were identified as an empath. Are there other things that you feel besides dead people?
Well, I am in the metapause, so I do feel a lot of things. I get hot flashes.
What I'm saying is if you're around people, let's say, who are having a conflict and it's an
unspoken conflict, do you pick up on other people's emotions separate from dead things?
Yes.
What is that like?
It's a lot. It's a lot. I always say I make what I do look easy. It's not. I'm constantly feeling and sensing things. Whether souls decide to push me enough to get me to say something, there's the difference because not everyone wants to nor needs to hear from their departed loved ones. Sometimes the soul might not be ready to communicate or sometimes we're not ready to hear. And I am very respectful to the fact that what I do.
do is not for everyone. How do you decide when a message is supposed to come through or not? You said
if Spirit pushes you, what does that look like? So that for me is so I can tell you right now that
there is an energy present. I don't know who it is yet because what Spirit does is they make me feel
the bond and relationship that they shared with the person. What is happening now was I didn't feel
that yet, but I felt they brought me through the departure. So there are three souls.
What just happened? Hold on. Teresa, what just happened? We were talking about you being an
interruptor. And now I'm crying and I have chills. What's happening? This is what happened,
but this is what happens. Okay, walk us through it. I'll be quiet. So I don't know who it is or what
I saw three souls. Okay. So just that. You're very nervous now. You asked. No, I, well, I'm,
I'm fascinated, obviously, but this is a bit of a trick question almost because I'm curious about
soul transfer.
Okay.
Sometimes events happen where people change and a different version of them survives something
traumatic.
And Jonathan, I think, is asking, you know, is that something that you perceive, meaning, is
are there situations where souls essentially shift
and the person that we identified, you know,
as a person we knew, has died,
but we can still have access to them,
or do you only access people whose physical bodies
have left with the soul?
It's just the soul.
It's the soul, is what I connect with.
Well, I think maybe we go through
and find out who the three entities are.
Well, there is a father energy present.
But there is, so I can just explain to you on what it looks like for me and from how I connect with souls.
So I've had where I've channeled someone where they actually were in a vegetative state
and was able to get information from them, even though.
though their physical body was alive.
So I'm able to do that.
I have done that or if someone is in a coma.
I have, Spirit has shown me where someone has survived an accident where they were,
it was so odd.
I happened to randomly get seated next to the woman on my way down here in a plane.
And we had this whole conversation.
I was like, I was just told you saw God and he showed you.
And she goes, I never told anybody that.
She says there's not one person that knows that that's happened to.
So people that have died and come back.
So those types of things have happened.
Souls do learn lessons on the other side.
So like if they might not have lived such a,
if they may be disappointed someone here in the physical world.
Or if they didn't do the right things sometimes for someone.
The soul will show me that the soul has grown, that it means they had to relive their life through our eyes to feel what it was like for us and to apologize to that person, to give that person the gift of healing.
So that's actually a question that we had because you've talked about that you connect with good.
And, you know, this is part of how you use your ability.
you channel souls that walk in white light, you know, which is a very lovely notion.
But what does it feel?
Well, I know that's a fact.
Right, right.
But I'm saying like what does it feel like to you if, let's say, someone crossed over who was abusive or it was a difficult relationship or, you know, people have complicated grief, you know.
And I'm sure that obviously hearing positive things can, you know, feel really helpful in healing.
but I'm curious, what do you experience?
Is there a place where you get, you know,
where you get messages that are like, oh, this is hard?
Oh, yeah.
So there are two instances that I can share with you,
just so you understand.
This one just recently happened
where I was doing a live show
that had to be about 3,000 people in the audience,
randomly talking to a woman,
and I watched two dark energies
try to approach her and they tried to attach themselves to me.
And I was like, whoa, this is not happening.
And I said to the girl, I said, did you use a Ouija board?
And she looked at me, she was a little arrogant.
And she said to me, yeah, I used a Ouija board.
I said, well, you went to a place where you didn't belong.
You have negative energy that is attached to you.
And she said, yes, she goes, I feel it.
and I watched these energies.
There was a lot that transpired,
but I knew that those energies did not belong to her,
nor was I going to allow them to attach to me.
So just so you know where I do know
where I channel souls that I should not be connected with.
There was another instance where I was a woman.
She unfortunately lost her daughter.
Her daughter was murdered.
And I saw the daughter,
and then I could see below her
a soul, but I couldn't feel the soul. I couldn't get anything from the soul. And I wasn't,
I don't know how I do this, but lower my vibration low enough to get information from that soul.
Though girl said to me, please tell my mom that my soul is at peace and that he is remorseful
for taking my life and knows what he took from you. And I was like, I can't say this,
but it's not me.
The words just came out of my mouth.
And the woman looked at me and she said,
that's why I came here.
She said, I walked into this theater tonight
wanting to know if her boyfriend who,
he killed my daughter and then killed himself.
And I wanted to know if he was remorseful.
Now, I say this to people,
who am I to say that to this woman?
And who would say that?
And why?
You would never, in a million years,
even if you knew that that woman's daughter was murdered.
to say that.
And, but this is what I always say,
the souls of the deported know what we need to hear,
not what we want to hear.
And that reading changed me.
And that probably happened over eight years ago.
That changed me, my gift,
so many things in so many different ways.
The notion of negative energy being attached to people,
you know, I've thought about our energy field
and we've talked about sort of the energy that surrounds us,
needing exercise or clean up or tuning the same way that our body needs physical exercise
and regular maintenance.
And I think this next phase of awareness that people are having,
where first of all,
we're recognizing that we have energy bodies
and that there is something else around us as part of our overall system.
Can you talk a little bit about the importance of, you know,
first becoming aware of this energy that we have?
and to the maintenance, because we can attach to things in dark moments that are really painful for us.
We can carry other people's grief if we're not doing or if we don't have a practice of clearing our space, clearing ourselves.
And that can really slow us down. It can change our vitality. Can you speak a little bit about the impacts of not doing it and the importance of or benefits of doing it, a clearing?
Well, I just speak always for myself because what works for me might not work for someone else.
I refer to it as grounding.
So it's just something that I consciously do throughout the day
where I always just imagine,
and it's just my interpretation.
I say to people, you want to say higher power.
I use the term God.
I use God's white light, always surrounding and protecting me.
That I only want to be surrounded in God's white light.
And I always imagine anything negative.
So any negative,
emotions, disease from my physical or spiritual body, I always imagine it like kind of being drained
out of me where I'm also like translucent and I'm just like outlined in this white light.
And then I imagine myself being filled with white light. So I'm constantly letting go,
cleansing myself of anything negative that does not concern me or belongs to me.
I'm curious where that specific practice or imagery came from,
meaning there are many notions of like God and light,
and it's a very kind of mystical thing.
Is this something that you developed on your own?
Is there a particular kind of training that you had
to sort of learn these things?
So through my spiritual awareness class,
the woman that ran the class,
she had told me it's important to protect myself.
You know, you want to always,
protect yourself of negative energy, and you only want the highest good of all concerned
when you're going to receive information.
So I just still do the things that I learned almost 30 years ago.
This is something we've talked about here.
You know, for people who are empaths, a lot of people don't, a lot of people don't associate
that those abilities come with often information you don't want.
And learning how to sort of filter that out is important.
important. And, you know, a lot of my kind of most spiritually intuitive friends are often very
delicate people, meaning they're very affected by, you know, things like electromagnetic frequency.
And people are like, that's crazy. Or like, they don't like to be in large cities or at Disneyland
or places with a lot of like information. And, you know, a lot of us kind of think like,
get over it. You're fine. But can you talk a little bit about what it feels like to need to
protect yourself, does it feel like noise coming in? Does it feel like static when there's a lot of
stimulus that you need to sort of protect yourself from? No, I don't feel it like that. Mine is usually
through having difficulty breathing and feeling like it's almost like I'm being suffocated
because there's just so much, it's almost like there's just so much around me. Because I don't hear
like in a way of chatter. So I don't hear things like that.
So for me, a lot of it is through feeling, even the messages that I deliver.
It's all on how spirit makes me feel.
And then I kind of built this spirit library of signs and symbols of just the way that souls
had made me feel and then what they show me.
And then that's how I built all the signs and symbols.
That's really fascinating.
Okay, back to the entities.
Sorry.
No, I was just thinking to myself.
I was like, I really, I don't know, I don't know again what you do.
I really don't know much about what both of you do.
So I was just curious what it was that you were so focused on the, like, the feeling and the energy.
And you said that you made your comment.
I love a good feeling.
Well, I mean, I think, I think in terms of what it sort of feels like to get information
or to have access to other information, you know, it's, this is all kind of.
of a spectrum. You know, Teresa's a very specific and, you know, fascinating case of someone who has
access to something, but people have a variety, you know, of abilities and sensations. And for some people,
it does sound like chatter or it feels like static or, you know, or some people get like nauseous a lot.
And it's like, oh, maybe they're healers and we didn't know it. So is that what you do? You do healing?
Yeah, I grew up extremely logical, rational. My dad was an accountant. My mom was a school teacher and
a psychoeducational consultant.
She was, you know, she grew up in the synagogue and had a connection to religion,
but not necessarily a practice of spirituality or intuition.
I grew up that there were five senses, and that's what the world existed with.
When I was 14, there was a massive family tragedy, and my brother was injured in a car accident
and left in a coma.
And, you know, just to be transparent,
what I asked, what I was curious about is that I saw him die.
You saw the soul?
I saw him in a coma.
I saw him.
The version of him that I knew totally die and his body survive and a new version of him came back after the coma.
Like the prognosis for him was that he would never walk, talk, or recognize family again,
that he would be a vegetable his entire life.
And then one of the doctors who actually did the operation on him said, you know,
youth is on his side.
If he had been a 40-year-old man, we would have let him die.
But given that he's 17 and he's so athletic and strong,
there may be a chance for him to recover.
And, you know, not to overstate,
my family was an absolute disaster after that.
My parents were totally focused on his recovery.
The hospital process was insane.
Insurance company fights for seven years in legal battles,
them trying to say he wasn't disabled, him being exceptionally disabled, and fighting, doing every
type of therapy possible to learn to walk again and talk again and try to find a space in the world
that doesn't really have a lot of room for highly disabled people. Emotional problems and the
self-realization of what has actually happened to him and that progress was slow. And for me, I,
was totally depressed, totally numb, in shock for years, emotionally, totally shut down.
And I discovered somatic energy work and healing work when I was 17.
So when I began to participate and learn both hands-on work and both giving and receiving as a practitioner
and as a recipient, something happened to me where I could feel energy.
I could, and that cracked something open in me because it changed the idea that there are
five senses and that's all there is in the world.
And that was a window into the world of energy work that I then was fascinated by because
I was like, oh, there's an entire world that I've never experienced.
And so that began to think about altered states of consciousness through, again, not through medicine, but through meditation, through thinking about distance energy work.
Well, if all the energy exists all the time, well, can we just tap into it thinking of energy or spirit as a frequency?
I also learned, you know, the grounding principle of like start to be aware of your surrounding, start to understand energy cords and, you know, where did you feel your energy is?
being pulled somewhere and how do you make a little cocoon for yourself and say that you know
whatever negative feelings emotions guilt or negative interactions have they can sort of you can see them
wash away you can picture the you know your energy body being reconstituted in a way and by that
I mean like oh you could be your mind and your thoughts and emotions could be sort of traveling way
off, bring yourself back to a centered place.
And I started working with a variety of different healers and just exploring as much as I could.
So then in terms of intuitive ability, what began to, I became aware of is that like, well,
if energy exists all around, there are layers of it.
Also, entities can exist all around.
And if you stay away from lower vibrational frequencies, then you can tune in.
At some points, I had done readings for people.
but what I struggled with was how much am I making up?
How much is this me as a creative person versus like the reality, you know, the objective
reality.
And it is a very subjective field.
Different people can get the same information.
They can get different information.
And I struggled with that at that age because I was, you know, new to, new to it.
and also looking for a place in the world
that felt maybe more integrated into society
versus trying to carve a path that was new at the time.
Well, I asked you that
because when I started feeling the energy,
I could feel my heart started racing.
So I was picking up some type of nervousness.
And then I heard you could do what I do.
But here's the difference.
I, so I always describe myself, you hand me this.
I'm like, oh, this is great.
This is going to hold my iPods, right?
I don't need to know how they work, how they charge.
This is what I take, what I love about me, is that I don't care how things work.
I'm just telling you this is how, and I asked you because I found it very interesting
because you almost have like explanations of how and why,
because everything that you described is what I described in my term of grounding.
Like, I used one word to describe what I use grounding.
He often uses a lot of words.
But like, but this is the thing that I love in this moment,
but even for like myself of like, I don't know what,
I don't need to know information.
I don't want to know information.
I have my own problems.
I don't need to now have all this other stuff that's going to confuse me and make, this is why I just say, whatever it is that I sense, whatever it is that I feel.
And now I understand your question because I was trying to understand what you were trying to ask me before without giving me information.
But now I get why.
But so I, because when you were telling the story, I watched you, I didn't know who it was.
I just watched you, watch a soul leave.
but then return.
As far as you saying,
he came back as a different version,
that does happen with people that have said
that they have died and returned.
They're different.
Is it because they have a spiritual experience?
Is it because they're just grateful to be alive?
But there's a million different reasons,
but that's that person's own personal feeling, right?
So I didn't quite understand,
and I'm very intrigued by that because it's not a different soul.
It's just a different version of his soul.
Yeah, I've been dipping into a little bit of the Buddhist understanding
of reincarnation and rebirth and, you know, this kind of notion that, you know,
we're the same us, you know, the same us that looks in the mirror when we're four
is the same person that looks in the mirror at 16 and 36.
and, you know, 86.
But this notion, you know, that Jonathan is talking about is, you know, if someone comes back,
let's say, with an injury that changes their self-perception, changes their ability to function,
changes their understanding of themselves, you know, where's that other version?
And I think, you know, and this sort of leads into what I'd love to hear you talk about a little bit.
you know, when you access people who have passed, you're basically a partner in helping people
understand grief and loss because Jonathan lost the 17-year-old brother and got back a person
with a piece of their brain missing who now functions very differently, right? So not just in
in terms of Jonathan's experience, but in general, you are dealing, you know, you're kind of a partner
in people processing grief. What would you say, you know, you're, you're, you're, you're, you're
your main purpose is with this gift in helping people understand grief.
Look, we're going to grieve the loss for the rest of our lives.
The healing process is something different.
So I want to help people to be able to heal.
And I don't mean to interrupt you.
I just want to say one of the, the story that I was telling you about the woman that I sat
next to on the plane, she was injured and went through a very traumatic experience at the
age of 11 and was told was never going to walk again.
and she most certainly is walking, talking, has a great career, very successful.
So I kept seeing her, me sitting on the plane with her.
That's why I said to why?
And I even said to myself, why am I telling them that I randomly got sat next to this woman on the plane?
And this is her story.
But it's all, I always say there's no such thing as a coincidence.
But I also, so when I struggled, when I was struggling with my gift and under
understanding, like you, Jonathan, after when 9-11 happened, I had a spiritual experience.
And it was shown and told to me that thousands of people perished that day.
And people passed away where their loved ones do not know what happened to them.
In 9-11's case, a lot of people, they weren't able to recover their loved ones' physical bodies.
And a lot of people, how can someone even start to heal or even grieve if they,
this is what they're focusing on. Are they okay? Were they suffering? Were they afraid? Are they at peace?
And then sometimes you get the religious aspect of, well, we weren't able to lay them to rest. Are they truly okay? Did they make it? Is there really a heaven? Is there really a God? They struggle with everything. And it was shown that I had the ability to give people that back with the gift that I have to be able to give them that gift back of faith, hope, and peace.
I don't mean to make you speak for all of, you know, dead humanity.
But is there sort of one understanding that you can share with us about what happens next,
meaning when we die?
So time and time again, souls have shown me that we are greeted by our departed loved ones
that have gone on before us.
The soul then goes through a transition of where we relive our life here in the physical,
world where I guess we're brought through scenarios of where if we see if we made different
choices, different decisions, how things could be, and then the soul continues to grow.
So this is what I did struggle with with my faith and things like that.
Because I do believe in past lives.
I do believe that we do reenter.
I was shown through one of my past lives that this is my last soul's journey here in the
physical world, that my soul will not return after this journey.
Wait, hold on. How were you shown that?
It was shown through the guided past life regression.
And is that a feeling? Is that a knowing?
Well, I'm going to have to go back because I just found the tape.
Not a coincidence.
I was cleaning out my attic.
We actually did it for the show.
And Sean, who helped me clean out the attic, he goes,
I found this tape. And he goes, it's so weird. He goes, I had this dream about you. He goes, but we were in
he literally said in 2005. He goes, and we didn't even know each other back then. It's like we were in
school and this not. And when I took, he goes, I found this cassette. I don't know if this is important.
He says, because I know you used cassettes with all your readings. And when I opened it up and I looked at it,
it was my past life regression that I had done in 2005. And he's the one that found the tape.
So I'm going to have to go back and re-listen to it. I haven't had.
the time yet because this is something that newly just happened.
But I remember going back in and having this spiritual experience,
going through my past lives,
the several lives that I went through,
and then being told and shown that this was my soul's last journey,
that my soul has chosen not to reenter.
And I can see that with the work that I do,
that it could be my soul's last time.
But I say I'll find out when I get there.
So I assume that you don't fear.
or death. Is that correct? I do not. I don't want to die, but I know that is inevitable.
But I know that I will be greeted by my loved ones that have gone on before me. And I know
that the people left here in the physical world will miss me terribly. Those are the only
things that I feel like I can guarantee. And I say that also.
because I've said to people, souls will show me, they will show me and say, tell my daughter
that I'm not crazy, that that was dad sitting at the end of my bed, that was my sister that was in the
room. And the souls will literally, see, this is the other thing that I have spirit do, is what I also
learned is that there are only so many different ways that people can die, common burdens and
guilt that people will carry here in the physical world. So what I have spirit do with every
healing message that they have me deliver, they have to validate it with something completely
unique to that person, something that you would never in a million years expect your loved ones
to bring up and talk about. Like what? Like what? Give me an example. They might bring up things that
happened like when you were a child that you did like, remember when I used to take you every Friday to
Jolly Rogers and then we go to the Sizzla for dinner. You know what I mean? Like you really unique
things like no things that you've forgotten about. Things they will describe if you had the opportunity
to sit with their physical body. Things that you did. I didn't have that opportunity to sit
with my loved ones after they die. So they will describe who walked in and out of the room.
What people did, what people said very specific things that people have said to some.
someone that they never shared with anyone else here in the physical world.
I have them communicate with their personality to validate that from the second the soul
leaves the physical body, they are completely healed.
And that they leave all of the maybe anger, illness, disease, anything, any physical element
they leave with the physical body.
In your brother's case, Jonathan, I'm just going to say,
this to you. Souls have also shown me that they will, Spirit has said to me, the soul knows the
destiny of its life here in the physical world. We have this block of time where the soul can
leave the physical world. So you have a year of these tragedies where someone, they die in a fender
or they die and it's like, how did they die? This is like crazy. Then in situations,
sometimes they're in such a crazy accident that they're like, how did they survive? But then they are
paralyzed, sometimes in a vegetative state, what have you. Souls have told me that those are the
times when it was not the soul's time to leave the physical world, but they were placed in a
in a situation that where they should have been.
It holds true with suicides.
I've channeled souls that have tried to take their own life
and then ended up living their life in a wheelchair or a vegetative state
because it was not their soul's time to leave the physical world.
Because I never want my gift of being able to channel the souls of the departant and saying,
yes, I struggled, but my soul is at peace with God.
I don't want people to think, oh, I'm struggling.
let me take my life and it'll be skittles and rainbows. It doesn't work like that. It only works
if it's the soul's time to leave the physical world. And again, I don't have, there is no quote-unquote
proof. I didn't do any research about myself, about the other side, about even religion.
Like, I embrace all faiths. I embrace all faiths. I was just born this way. I love different religions
because they feel that they, I don't know.
I just, I love it.
I'm intrigued by it.
Should I do more of it?
Absolutely.
But here I am.
I'm practicing Catholic.
I got Buddhists with rosary beads in my house.
I don't think we should be doing that, but I do that because I like it.
You know, I tell the famous story about my daughter.
She, a famous story, but it was her first Holy Communion.
I took her to buy a cross, a diamond cross.
She wanted, she picked out a diamond star of David.
And I said, you can have that.
I said, but you can't wear it to church when you can receive in your first holy communion.
But like my daughter, she wanted to be Jewish.
We celebrated, we did Hanukkah.
We didn't know what we were doing, but we did it.
She wanted to do it.
Maybe a past soul of hers was Jewish.
Absolutely.
I mean, that's possible, right?
Well, Rugrats were popular at that time.
And a lot of our friends were Jewish.
We used to go, you know, so, but I was, I was, I was.
brought up in a very, I'm very blessed and extremely grateful for the way that my parents have raised me
and continue to raise me, because I still live next door to them. So, but talk about separation anxiety.
I'm 57 and I still live next door to my parents. We're, obviously, we're both very curious
if there's more about things that you sense, not necessarily just.
you know, with communication you might be getting.
But I was very interested when you mentioned about Jonathan
because, you know, Jonathan's one of these people
who I feel like, you know, has made me believe things
that I previously did not believe about, you know,
I don't want to say extrasensory perception in the like ESP,
you know, kind of way people talk about it.
But in terms of like, what is it to pick up on something,
you know, that is not easily explainable?
Or, you know, sometimes Jonathan will get a hunch about something.
he'll have a feeling about something,
he'll have an intuition about something,
and he's often right.
So I'm curious if there's anything else
that you want to share
either from your experience or about anything
that you pick up on from talking to us
that might be helpful or interesting to people
to learn about.
Well, I just think, yes, hunches and intuition,
we all have that.
I don't get things
the way other people do like, oh, do this, or I think you should make that decision.
I don't know if that's what you were referring to about Jonathan, like your hunches or feelings.
Like, I don't get things like that.
Or nor do I sense things like that.
You know, we started the interview in early stage and you said that you felt like three spirits were here.
Is there more information around that?
I didn't really feel pushed to say something.
but I am going to say this.
I am drawn somewhere else.
So I don't know.
Do you have other people within the house with you or other people or wherever you are?
Yeah, there's two other people.
Because I'm being pulled out into maybe to someone else.
Might not be to you to, but that's what I felt that I was very cold.
There's two other people here.
Also, this house has been said to be haunted.
Oh, oh, so are you guys in the same place?
No.
So we're in a house that I lived in for 10 years when I was married and I raised kids here.
And this house then was a rental property.
And then Jonathan and I reclaimed it.
But we're not physically in the same space.
But he and I do podcast here.
Years ago, I don't know if you know about this.
I was on Dr. Ross several times.
One time he had me on in Dr. Amen.
He goes, I'm going to read your brain as you're reading someone.
I'm like, okay.
And I remember Dr. Oz coming up to me and going,
Teresa, aren't you nervous?
I go, no, why?
Why would I be nervous?
He goes, well, what if it shows like nothing?
I go, something's happening here.
I don't know what it is.
I'm like, I don't know.
And when he said to me, because I always say,
I get no thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
And it's just of signs and symbols of what,
and he actually said it.
So like my brain just like, it shows,
like it's like a flatlines and it but I'm talking and I I can't explain it so but this is what I always
say this is never about believing in what I do or mediums I truly want people to believe in
themselves believe in an afterlife to believe that soul bonds can never and will never be
broken and that the things that we sense and feel are real and I have
of people that come, they could be the most faithful people, so spiritual, and they lose a loved one,
and all of that goes out the window. To be able to hand someone back their faith. And whatever that
means for that person, maybe in themselves or just living life, I get people, they don't even want to
live anymore. They don't know how to live after the loss of a loved one. So to be able to
deliver these messages and to watch and to feel someone heal right in front of you.
It doesn't make their life easy, but a little bit easier in knowing that their loved one is still with them.
Teresa, I do want to circle back to my brother for a second because, you know, this is actually probably the most I've talked about him.
And I was interested in what you described about the idea of his soul or a soul not being, like not having the
time to leave. What was fascinating about his accident is two weeks before his accident, he put his
car into a ditch, a six-foot ditch. And my father always put his children in really, really big
American cars because he was terrified of his kids crashing their cars. So he puts his car in a ditch.
And then two weeks later, he's up. We had a summer home two hours north of the city. And he was
going to drive back as a passenger in a VW golf, sorry, a VW rabbit, a little convertible.
And my dad had this instinct. He said, I don't want him to go in that car. And instead of
fighting with my brother, because he was up there with a bunch of his friends, he let my brother
go back in this car. And it was a single car accident. The car was merging onto the freeway,
hit the gravel, lost control, skidded across, went into a ditch.
and the car flipped.
He wasn't wearing his seatbelt.
He was thrown from the car.
He was ejected.
And the driver of the car walked out with scratches.
Also not wearing a seatbelt.
But I talked about that even before you said that, right?
We talked about souls when it's their time.
And this does not mean that your dad,
it was his responsibility to say.
save him. Do you understand that?
He carried, he's still, like, the guilt that he carried.
But this, can I just say this to you?
This moment is validating for your father of that, that intuition, that gut instinct wasn't
to save your brother from living his life this way, because it was your brother's free will
choice to get in that car.
Who was the father?
there was a mother and a father energy that stepped forward.
So mother and father energies could be grandparents,
but they,
because I feel through the bonds and relationship.
So was your grandfather departed prior to the accident?
My dad's father died weeks before my brother's accident.
To validate, to validate that you are to tell your father that,
that his father says I did protect him the best I could.
Did he die suddenly, though?
My grandfather, yeah.
Because he just labored my breathing,
and I felt like I just dropped to the floor and died.
Yeah, he had a heart attack,
went to the hospital, and died hours later.
So to validate that he did his best,
and he did send your brother back.
because, I don't know.
Now, this is something that your dad will only know.
I heard, but I heard it and I hear things differently,
not the way we communicate.
If even though he lost a part of his son that day,
he still had his son.
They would have killed my father to lose him entirely.
Because you just got like a chill or like a goose bump?
Yeah.
I asked your grandfather to move through you to validate.
that he says, I was, I did everything that I could to protect him.
It was not his soul's time to leave.
And I wanted to give my grandson back to my son in the best version that we could.
Wow.
Who was the, who's the female that passed also?
Was there like a sister or a younger, a young girl that died?
So sister could be like a sister-in-law, could be a cousin,
but your grandfather brought him forward.
Is your grandmother passed also?
So all of my grandparents have died.
My grandmother on my mom's side was probably the grandparent that I was the closest with.
Okay.
But my father was actually...
She's the one that guides you with your gift.
Yeah, she was my closest emotional relationship.
relationship probably. Is that who I remind you of, Jonathan?
You know, she was always, she was a piano player. She was a singer. She was an artist.
She was a ping pong player. She was an athlete. She was always the one who would like look at me
and tell me how special I was in that I was meant to do different things. And actually,
she had cancer when we didn't know she had cancer. And when I was training,
and energy work
in the last year of her life,
I would go over to her house twice a week
and she would get up onto her
kitchen table
and we put an egg shell foam down
onto her dining room table,
this big wood teak table
and I would help her get up
and I would do sessions with her
and I spent a lot of time.
She told me you had really hot hands.
Yeah.
Because I could feel she would put your hands over the stomach
and she goes, do you feel that heat?
Yeah, she would say that.
She was very, very funny.
She was a very, very funny woman.
She said, do you feel that heat?
That's her.
That was her.
And she was, you know, she also gave me a beautiful gift because she allowed me to share
something with her that was this experience that I had developed in this little bubble
only amongst people in that world.
And I was able to bring it to someone who I,
in my family and share with.
And she really appreciated
not only the time that we connected,
but she was having a lot of back pain
and she got a lot of physical relief from the treatment.
So she was really thankful that I would come and see her.
And when she died actually,
two weeks later,
I went back to school and changed the entire course of my life,
but I had dropped out of school the first time
because I really struggled in school.
I had come home.
back to Toronto, and I really, it was about 15 months of the last 15 months of her life that I was
back in Toronto, totally exploring energy work and training and developing this skill set.
And then as soon as she died, my life totally shifted courses.
And I was no longer meant to be in Toronto.
So it validates that she continues to guide you with your gift.
But I'm just going to say this, but you also know, I share this part.
I always felt that there was something missing in my life.
I feel that we're born a certain way.
We're born the way that we are, right?
That's our footprint.
And until I embraced my gift is when my soul,
and I think you'll understand this, Jonathan,
is when I fully felt complete.
Like, this is my soul's journey.
This is my purpose.
This is what I'm supposed to be doing here in the physical world.
I mean, that really strikes me because at different points in my life, I've struggled.
I've had, you know, really lost a lot of faith, a lot of clarity, not sure where I wanted to do,
had to really, you know, had a kid, had to prioritize going into the business world and making money
and, you know, chasing security.
And every time I lost my practice, lost participating in this world in some way, I have felt worse.
Before we let you go, Teresa, on that point, if you could leave us with a little bit of wisdom, you know, for people who might be feeling like there's something missing for them, or maybe they feel like, you know, they've been told that they're intuitive or sometimes they sense things. What would your suggestion be to people?
Well, the first thing is that if you sense and feel things, just embrace it.
It doesn't mean then you're supposed to do mediumship work or you're to be a healer.
You know, maybe it's something different.
But the thing that I always say to people is, please, soul searching is the hardest thing to do.
Because you have to really look deep into your soul.
What is it that I want to improve about myself?
Don't hold on to the past.
Let go of all of the negative things that do not serve you a purpose.
and love, honor, and respect yourself more than anything in the world.
Teresa, thank you so much.
It's been so fascinating talking to you.
We really appreciate it.
We wish you only good things.
And thank you so much.
I just want to thank you for being so respectful to my gift and for giving me a very
different platform.
Oh, we're so grateful.
I want to thank you for that.
I want to ask you also, what does your hair look like before you do it?
Like, is it curly?
No, it's straight.
It's straight.
I'm just pin straight.
I'm just curious.
So when you wake up, you then have to do it every day?
I do.
To get my head like this, I do it every day.
But if you look at my Instagram, I look like a hot mess.
My hands up in a clip.
I look like everyone else in the food store.
Thank you so much.
We really appreciate it.
Well, I just want to say that that was not the direction.
I thought the interview was going to go in.
we didn't get to ask if there is a spirit in the studio house that needs to be released?
I don't know. I don't think she works like that.
Like I think she, you know, she obviously is very open to whatever realms.
You know, she's accessing and it kind of seems to, you know, direct a lot of what she does.
I mean, you know, she does shows for thousands of people.
It's really, I mean, you know, I'm curious like how, how, how, how,
to which spirits decide which to come through?
Like, everyone's got someone dead.
Like, can she talk to all of them?
Do they have to take a number, like at the butcher?
They're like, you want to talk to Teresa?
Okay, here, take this number.
You wanted to circle back to what she was talking about,
about the grounding that she does.
And, you know, picturing this white light and, you know,
picturing herself transparent.
Do you ever feel that, you know, you're being pulled
or you're drained or you're like you can't focus or get clear.
That's my normal state.
Maybe you have energy body interference.
Is that what it's called?
Just like our internal organs have a way of working and they need vitamins and nutrients.
The whole energy production of our system needs maintenance and it needs certain things.
It needs clarity.
I think if we're emotionally,
distracted being pulled in a really different direction or we have unresolved issues with someone
and there's an energetic cord that is that's pulling on us. We have a much harder time knowing
what we want. Have you ever tried to make a decision and you're like, I can't really feel
what I want because I can feel all of the things that everyone else wants? Yeah, that's a good example.
That is, right? It's like, how do we get in touch with ourselves and what we really, really are
looking for want what will benefit us without thinking about, oh, this person is going to want
that. Because sometimes we make up that, well, we think that person will want it. But if we actually
come to them and say, this is what I want, oh, okay, they'll shift and they'll change. Sometimes what we
make up as people's expectations are going to be bigger and more severe than what will actually
happen if we state what we really want. Well, I think that's an interesting, you know, kind of way to try.
I mean, I think that a lot of what she's talking about is still very, very inaccessible to a lot of people,
meaning like, what? What do you mean? Like, you're having some internal process that I can't
understand, describe. It's also not quantifiable, not necessarily consistent or reliable in the way that,
you know, you would want it to be. So like, I think this, this example that you just gave is probably
the most concrete in terms of like, what does it mean to feel something?
that's not yours, right? And also, you know, I think a lot about, you know, what's called
complicated grief, which is, you know, grief when there's been a complicated relationship or if
there's been abuse or if there's been trauma. You know, a lot of those people have a, quote,
harder time getting over a loss, right? And a lot of times, and this, you know, may have come up in our,
you know, conversations we've had about, you know, somatic trauma and things like that, you know, there's this
notion that that sometimes people can't let go of something, right? You have to let go of it.
And I think this is sort of tapping into that notion. And, you know, in spiritual circles and
holistic circles and beyond circles, you know, people will do these cord-cutting ceremonies,
which is, you know, essentially a deep meditative experience that you're guided on where you
conceptually cut ties with typically someone who, you know, you. You know, you, you're,
you feel has some sort of like hold on you.
And that could just be like, I can't get over this breakup.
Or like, really, I can't get over the death of, you know, this person.
It doesn't have to be a negative thing.
It can also be that you really miss someone and they've passed away.
But that notion of what does it look like to detach, you know, from, I mean, this is sort of
what you and she were talking about.
I was mostly listening, you know, when like bad energies attached to you.
Like, she talks about it so casually.
As if it's just like, I pictured like, you know, it's like in stranger things, like these like, you know, shadows and like, you know, it's like an M. Night Shyamalan movie.
Like just like weird things moving around.
Like I'm just supposed to be like, oh, yeah, she didn't want those things to attach to her.
That makes total sense.
So she had to put up a barrier.
So they wouldn't attach to her.
What?
A practical explanation can also be like you associate with a belief system that's extremely limiting.
That can come from places other than yourself.
So you believe nothing is ever going to work out for you.
Well, like, where does that come from?
It can be that you've associated or attached yourself.
You may have intuitive abilities or you may have really doubted yourself in a moment
and you become permeable to an idea that then you carry around and it impacts you.
Well, this is, you know, please go back and listen to the Joe Dispenza episode to put that
in its proper context because, you know, what Joe Dispenza talks about is, you know,
if you think enough negative thoughts,
your body will start to, you know, in a sense,
collapse around them.
And that becomes sort of your physical state,
which then, you know, predicts what your personality is.
You know, he talks about personality and temperament.
And, you know, if there's guided by that negativity,
so the notion of what Joe Dispenza, you know,
and what his, you know, his whole, you know,
kind of research and things like that is about is like,
can you actually change, you know,
the expression of genes?
Can you change the expression of, you know, of a mood around pretending, you know, that you feel a certain way, right?
Convincing your body, oh, this is what it would feel like if I could run a marathon, you know?
And that then that can program you into sort of having that state.
So I kind of see that as similar.
They're mirrored systems, the psychological system, the physiological system, and the energetic system.
Teresa's operating on the energetic system
about positive energies,
positive entities,
only connecting with souls that she says walk in the light.
Joe is operating from the psychological system
to the physiological system.
I mean, Tara Strong also talked about,
you know, what does it mean to manifest positivity?
What does it mean to be in that state?
And it sounds like, you know,
Teresa has sort of a, you know, a constant, you know, kind of cleansing.
I mean, I really wanted to ask her, like, did she ever get mad?
Does she have negative emotions?
Is it all positive?
I don't know.
I want to share personally about, like, the impact of receiving that type of information.
It had never occurred to me.
And even if it's a story, even if it's, you know, made up, it had never occurred to me
that my grandfather, my dad's dad,
could have been on the other side of existence,
helping orchestrate the return of my injured brother
because losing my brother would be too much for my dad.
That my dad needed my brother to return to him in some sort of capacity
and that all the pain that my family has gone through
in my brother's recovery,
the lawsuits, the endless therapies,
the dealing with, you know, the setbacks
and the what's going to happen in the understanding.
unknown of how my brother is going to live.
And, you know, my brother can be a wonderful joy.
He can also be persistent, you know, 15 phone calls in a day or, you know, needing help with
something.
And the stress that that has caused, that that would be far better for my dad than losing
him outright and the potential spiritual and psychological sort of distress that that would have
caused my dad.
Like thinking about it in that way, I don't know, it changes it in some way.
It changes it significantly.
It makes it feel more divine, divinely interwoven or divinely designed.
Yeah.
I mean, it seems like that's kind of what, you know, she sees as her gift is being able to provide, you know, information like that.
So that's very powerful.
Can we talk about, without going into specifics, that she,
picked up on something that existed, an event that existed in your family system that you don't
speak about, that is not known to the public, that you literally texted me beforehand saying,
I literally said, if she could pull this out, I'd be impressed. Yeah, I mean, look, the skeptic in me is like,
oh, you know, statistically speaking, many families will be touched by a lot of the things that she talks
about. You know, I think I would need, you know, more, like, yeah, I think I, yeah, I think I, I would need more
specifics. And I guess that's why people, you know, that's why she has years of waiting lists,
because people want very specific information. You know, I, do I wish there were more people like
her so that everyone could feel comfort when they lose someone? Yes. You know, I don't really know how to,
you know, reconcile a universe where, you know, God is sort of like doling out.
gifts to certain random people, you know, or maybe we all have these gifts and we just don't
know. And like in, you know, biblical and prehistoric times and like, you know, the whole world
was different and everybody walked around enlightened in a different way. I don't know. I mean,
you know, in my studies of Buddhism, it's like, you know, a third of Tibet, you know, was in
monasteries. Like that, you know, like that used to be just a way of life. So maybe, you know,
maybe Teresa has access to something that used to be more of a skill set, you know, that we as
humans have. I don't know. I don't know. There's still a lot of unknowns for me here.
The notion of a feeling library hit me because you've often even said to me, you're like,
I think I can send something here or getting in touch with...
Yeah, you should always listen. You should always listen to what I tell you to do, but you don't.
And I'm always right. And I don't know why you don't just listen in the first.
place. And then we can call me an intuitive and I can be the studio city medium.
All right. New internet poll. Do you want May and Bialik to give you an intuitive reading as the
Studio City medium? Sign up on Instagram. No, but like what's what's intuitive versus like what just
like makes sense when you look at a situation? Like I don't know. I don't I don't know. And it,
I mean, she doesn't she's not predicting the future like it meaning she has a different.
you know, kind of skill set that she's, you know, kind of, you know, that she functions in.
What would your skill set as a medium be? Relationship advice, predicting relationship outcomes.
What else would you do? It's funny. I was at an event at one of my kids' schools. And,
you know, there was a panel of like people. And there was one person.
who everybody was like very like, yeah, like everything he said was like, yeah, yeah. And it's not that I
didn't agree with the things that he said, but like just his delivery wasn't my style. And my older son,
like we were talking about it after and I was talking about like, you know, sometimes if you get a vibe
from someone, you know, is that intuition of saying, I don't, you know, I don't love how this information
was delivered. That's not the person that I want to hear that information from. You know, is that
intuition. Is that just being a discriminating person? Is that being overly critical? You know,
I'm also like a really critical person, but I'm thinking like, gosh, maybe there's some sunshine
on the other side of me just thinking of myself as this like critical judgmental person.
Like maybe there's some kind of discernment that I have. I don't know.
It could be that people are just not viking together, whatever their vibe is and your vibe
are, aren't, don't mesh. Or there could be discernment where you're like, wait a second,
and there's something else going on underneath the message that's being shared?
I don't know, but then, like, is being paranoid having intuition?
Not if they're out to get you.
That's right, just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.
She also said she didn't feel like she belonged.
And I think there are a lot of people who don't feel like they belong.
And a lot of people are questioning the status quo of the system right now.
Like, do you not belong, or are you able to receive messages from dead people?
That's really what this episode's about.
It could be some mix where, wait a second, there's another way of operating.
There is maybe opportunity for people to help people grieve in a different way
or to be connected to things that are beyond the five senses.
Like, could you look at someone, for example, and intuitively feel if you built your feeling library?
And this goes back to why I think, you know, she developed it as a practice, as a skill set.
She was like, oh, I know that when I start to feel a certain way, it means X.
So there's like a level of interpretation of how her gifts and her abilities are shown to her.
But it seems to be pretty accurate, right?
It seems to be pretty accurate.
Like if she tastes blood, something happened dramatically.
Like if she feels the head thing, it means one of three things.
and then she has to go down the process of elimination.
It's like, my son is learning to play tennis.
The only way you get good at tennis is hitting enough balls.
The only way you get good at understanding what your feeling library is,
is knowing what the feeling is, being in a situation
where you go down the path of it means one of these three things.
You're yawning a lot, having a lot of somatic experiences.
Maybe you are expanding your understanding of what it means to live in this world
amongst the many senses that we have.
And maybe that's a great place to end this episode, from our breakdown to the one we hope you never have.
We'll see you or feel you next time.
It's My and Beallix Breakdown.
She's going to break it down for you.
She's got a neuroscience PhD or two.
One fiction.
And now she's going to break down.
So break it down.
