Take a moment to slow down, breathe, and let go of any stress or tension. This practice will help you ground yourself, allowing you to reconnect with a sense of balance and tranquility. With each breath, you will move deeper into relaxation. creating space for peace and clarity within. Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose. And exhale slowly through your mouth.
Starting point is 00:01:37 Let go of any tension or stress. Take another deep breath in and exhale, releasing any worries of the day. One more deep breath in. and as you exhale, allow your body to relax fully. Bring your awareness to your breath. Notice its natural rhythm. There's no need to change anything. Simply observe.
Starting point is 00:02:27 With each breath, feel yourself becoming more present, more grounded in this moment. Imagine your breath as a wave, gently washing over you, bringing calmness and stillness with every inhale. and exhale. Now begin to bring awareness to different areas of your body. Start with the top of your head, allowing any tension to melt away. Move down to your forehead, your jaw, your neck, and shoulders. Releasing any tightness as you go, let this wave of relaxation continue down your arms, into your hands and fingertips. Feel your chest and abdomen soften with each breath. Let relax, Relaxation spread through your lower body, your hips, legs, and down to your feet.
Starting point is 00:04:17 Your entire body falling into a deep relaxation, heavy and at ease. Take a moment to notice the difference in your body. With each breath, your muscles loosen and your heart rate slows. You are entering a state of deep relaxation, allowing your mind and body to let go completely. As you breathe in, imagine drawing in calm, soothing energy. As you exhale, visualize releasing any nervous energy, stress, or tension. Picture it leaving your body like a gentle wave, dissolving into the air around you. If thoughts arise, acknowledge them without judgment and allow them to pass like clouds drifting across the sky.
Starting point is 00:05:55 Bring your focus back to your breath, using it as an anchor. to the present moment. With each exhale, let go of any lingering tension. If any part of your body still holds stress, breathe into that space, allowing your breath to release it fully. Now imagine yourself standing on solid ground, feeling deeply connected to the earth. Picture roots extending from your feet into the ground, anchoring you in stability and strength. Feel the support of the earth beneath you, holding you steady, providing a deep sense of calm and security. Repeat silently in your mind, I am calm, I am grounded, I am at peace, as you continue breathing, deepen this sense of connection. Imagine the earth's energy rising through your roots, filling your body with
Starting point is 00:08:08 stability and strength. This energy reassures you, reminding you that you are safe, supported, and in control. Allow yourself to rest in this stillness. There's nothing to do, nothing to fix, only this moment, this breath, this sense of presence. Trust that you are exactly where you need to be. Your mind is clear, your body relaxed, your heart open. Feel the deep silence within you, a space of total peace. In the stillness, you. In the stillness, you feel the stillness, you're not yet. You're find your true self, calm, centered, and whole. Now silently repeat these affirmations to yourself. I am at peace with the present moment. My mind and body are calm and relaxed. I release all tension and embrace tranquility. I am safe, supported, and at ease. With each breath, you welcome balance
Starting point is 00:10:23 in serenity. Let these words sink into your subconscious, allowing them to guide you into deeper relaxation and awareness. Take a final deep breath in, filling your body with peace and calm, and exhale slowly, releasing any remaining tension. When you feel ready, gently bring awareness back to your surroundings, wiggle your fingers and toes, and slowly open your own. eyes. Take a moment to notice how you feel.
