If you're feeling anxious about something, I invite you to close your eyes now and get into a comfortable position.
Either sit down or lie down and let your muscles relax.
Whatever you are anxious about will subside.
Your worries will vanish and you will be left with people.
peace and relaxation. Let your mind calm you as you focus on your breathing and nothing but
your breathing. Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Inhale again
as deep as you can through your nose. Filling your lungs and expanding your chest. Now breathe out
just as deep blowing the air out and collapsing your chest and stuff.
Let these deep breaths calm you as you quickly and simply ground yourself.
Focus on your body, on what you can feel.
You feel the ground beneath you.
You feel the air on your skin around you.
Breathe in and focus on any smells you notice.
Breathe out and listen to the air, moving from your lips.
Feel your body relaxing with each breath you take.
Let the thoughts, whatever you are worried about, disappear from your mind.
Bring your attention back to your breathing.
